After the horrible experience with an Olive Garden in Huntsville, AL, where I used to live, I was surprised to find myself in another one. We had a gift card, though, and I was too tired to cook supper that night. Such is life. Thankfully this one was much cleaner and nicer. The food was largely the same, but the salad ingredients were fresher and the server was knowledgeable and approachable about the menu, both of which go a long way. While it's not at the top of our list (we generally prefer local places to chains), I would be comfortable going back at some point in the future.

Courtney was an amazing server! She always made sure our drinks were full and we had plenty of salad. She also had amazing jokes! Danielle, the manager, came around to all of the tables. It was nice to see that the managers cared and wanted to interact with the guests. Get the chicken Alfredo!! It's been my favorite for a long time. I always get it with an extra boat of Alfredo :) Salads are fresh, dessert is amazing!! Highly recommend this place. The restaurant is beautifully designed inside and out and all of them employees that I came in contact with were pleasant and attentive. I will now be a regular here.

The first bowl of salad was underdressed and the second was overdressed. The cheese ravioli were like rubber and were stuck to the plate. We asked for butter but never got it. Otherwise, the service was good.

Very typical of olive garden. Good service, good price, good food. Love the decor of this location.

Uninteresting, boring. overpriced, overcrowded cafeteria ambiance. The service isn't that great, either. Never going back.

Better than average location of this national chain. Better than average OG food with good service.

There are a lot of Olive Gardens around the Atlanta metro area but this particular location has become our go-to Olive Garden. This is due almost exclusively to the excellent customer service that is offered at this particular location. Whatever the manager of this particular location is doing, they are getting it right. We have been in here twice and the entire staff has been extremely pleasant and really treated us like we are family. The food itself is about like every other Olive Garden that we have been to....which is pretty good. If you are up in the Canton area, I recommend stopping by here, we drive by one or two other Olive Garden's to go to this one just because of how well we are treated here.

All you can eat soup and salad. How can you NOT be a fan? I think this may be the only OG north of - well - the only one I know of in Metro ATL? I'm sure there's more, and it's a strange find in this rural paradise. You'll find this Olive Garden hiding off of I-575 exit 19, nuzzled inside an all too typical strip mall. Good news is you can go to Kohls, grab a new outfit, ruin it at Olive Garden, stop at Lowes on the way out and get a new steam washer to clean it, and then go to Target to pick up some HE detergent. Probably what the developers had in mind when they built it. Anyway, typical Olive Garden fare. I had some kind of fat free lasagne with about 14 pounds of yum in it. (Hint: it wasn't fat free). The service was good, the food was good, and the atmosphere was - well - interesting. It's a good place to go. Unfortunately, it shares the "fancy restaurant" category with la Parilla and Taco Mac in the massive suburban excess of a strip mall that it lives in, so it's constantly busy. Evidently, they've graduated from banjos to strip malls up here. Who knew?

The food is what you would expect from Olive Garden. The food was fine. The service was uncoordinated and terribly slow. We did have a group of 9 so a bit extra to prep a table was expected but 70 minutes was out of bounds. Appetizers were distributed wrong. Drinks WERE refilled timely but the neither the empty drink glasses nor the appetizer plates were ever removed from the table. EVER. Bread was refilled but only if asked multiple times. Salad was never refilled. And then an automatic gratuity was added. I almost started to argue but I figured I would rather just go and not bother coming back. And warn other Yelpers.

Good place! Very polite and even keep on top of To Go orders. Always clean and never had a problem with service.

I drive by here every day and each time I pass I say to my husband I want to go one day. The parking lot is always filled so you know they pull in some good business. Well, we went last night and I was very impressed with the service, the food, the drinks too! I definitely recommend the shrimp and chicken carbonara!

So I went here for lunch where you obviously expect a lot less items on the menu in return for lower prices and fast service. Not here. By the time (10 min+) the waiter came over we were more than ready to order but he had other plans. He started explaining their new "brilliant" tablet where you can order drinks, call the server, sign up to become a member and pay your bill. Well I for one cannot drink alcohol during my lunch, not interested in becoming a member and the call-function turned out to just initiate a small flashing light on the device. Hence only the paying option was useful. When we finally got to order another waitress stopped by and asked us if they had been introduced to the tablet which I by now had put on my seat to "tell them" that we were not interested in it. Well it took over 15 minutes further to get the food (soup and salad) and the bowl of soup had an insultingly small amount in it. Well it's all you can eat after all so I got three bowls. Each one I of course had to wait five minutes to order and then the wait after that. This obviously did not sit well with the waiter who asked me if I did this on purpose - yep, and now you're going to work for your tip! When asking about the constant wait he told us that we could just put the tablet up on the table so he could see that we needed help. Guess what? We already tried that Sherlock and that did not "work". If you need a tablet to tell that your customers need assistance then you are out of luck. The food? Meh... Not bad just meh. Lunch was cheap but I'd rather pay a few more $ and get fast service with no tablet. Great if you are retired and are impressed by flashing tablets - over and out.

Past two times sealed the fate here, will not be back. First time was food was horribly mixed and wrong, second time the service was completely estranged and rude. There are far too many places to go to instead of here.

Zero stars for stupidity. I place a online order and the order does not process or get sent to the kitchen until I arrive at the store. She I ask why, I'm told they hold all online orders for 30 minutes and they don't know why. Pretty brilliant. I get cooking time, I don't get why there's cooking time plus another 30 minutes or sit around being stupid time. It would be less disappointing is they could just explain this and not be a pack of morons who could care less. It's a real shame that no one takes pride in they're jobs or cares at all. I was offered a beverage and that's sweet, but an answer to a simple question that I'm sure is asked of every online order would be great.

If you get a to-go order, the server is more worried about how much she was tipped than anything else. I'll go some place else that doesn't make you feel guilty.

This one is really good. The service is good and as far as a chain restaurant goes, it is really fantastic. It's one of the only places around that hasn't disappointed me. Definitely recommend!

I love dinning at this location. Every time I have been there has never been A wait. The staff is very attentive. I know that the managers are required to come to the table, you can tell in how they interact with you that they really care. I'm a sauté chef and I have to say that the food is pretty on par with most places. The only thing that taste off is the chicken in the chicken parm. Another great thing about this location is, I left my bank card. When I called about it they assured me that it was safe and I could pick it up at anytime. I asked if my wife could get it and they agreed that she would be able to pick it up. I know most places require the owner whose name is on the card to come, but as we all know sometimes we are not able too. Fantastic staff and very clean location!!!!

If you don't mind pre-prepared re-heated frozen microwaved food and really don't understand good Italian Food, look no further. This place is for you! If you didn't grow up on fresh ingredients and fresh homemade sauce, you probably will think Olive Garden is good and will wait to get in as I observed when I decided to see what the big deal is about regarding this place. Only the salad was fresh because you obviously can't freeze and re-heat salad. The staff was very courteous and the service was very good. If this place would actually employ chefs and offer some fresh dishes, this corporation would realize greater profits and diminish the difficulties they are facing. A waiter told me that Olive Garden is putting money into redecorating and the menu remains the same.

I love Olive Garden but have had bad luck recently with other locations. This one is always clean, accommodating, and the food is good. Had a great lunch!

I've been meaning to review this place for a while. I came here on a Saturday night with my family and they gave us this small table up against the wall. I mean I guess it would've been ok if it was just 2 or 3 people but it was a group of 5. They put two 2 tops together and we were just kinda in the middle of the walkway. My drink came 15-20 min later (by then the dinner rush had died down) and our salad/bread came out the same time as our entrees. Maybe if I wasn't hungry it would've been ok but nope serviced sucked. Better luck next time Canton Olive Garden.

Service was interesting, we had a primary waitress, a helper who came over and introduced themselves, and then two separate management types that came around. Good food as usual, but with that much attentiveness I began to wonder if they were overcompensating for something.

My husband and I have been here 5 times. The first 2 times were fine. The food, service, etc. were great. The last 3 times have NOT been the same. The third time we came here, my husband had a tray of beer dumped all over him by the server who was taking it to his table. The waiter gave my husband his meal for free as an apology which was nice. But we had to go straight home so my husband could change which wasn't our original plan. The fourth time my husband's meal was incorrect. Instead of the steak coming out med. rare, it came out med. well. The waiter apologized, gave him his meal for free, and cooked another one. The fifth time I asked for no mushrooms in my dish, and guess what? It had mushrooms. They prepared a new dish the way I ordered it and took the dish off our ticket. But I would rather them get my dish right the first time and pay for it. Sitting for 20-30 minutes for them to prepare a new one while my husband's dish gets cold is annoying. Also last time (5th visit), we were the only ones in our section, but we kept having a highway of traffic by our table from servers who were cutting through our section to get to their tables. They would literally squeeze by our table instead of going down an unimpeded aisle in our section. WTH?? If it was once, I could understand. Maybe they started going to their table out of habit and failed to notice. But one waiter did it 5 times in a row, and another waiter did it twice. They seemed unaware of the situation and how inconsiderate it was to make us move our chairs and strollers when they could have easily bypassed our table to get to their section. Very unprofessional.

My girlfriend, her son, and I came here last night to have dinner on our way back to my house since I didn't really feel like making dinner. The waitress helping us was very nice and quite helpful with our selection of food and a good wine to go with it. The restrooms were nice and clean, and the wait was not long. I will definitely be back.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
