Went to get some ice cream. Great little place with free wifi. Kind of confusing upon first entrance. The layout is strange with two registers separated by the ice cream. Couldn't understand the menu very well as far as ice cream goes. Food menu looked great. My biggest issue was the price of the polar freeze when comparing it to the size. It was $10 for my wife and I to get two of them and they were only 16 oz sizes. That's small for $5. I think a frap at Starbucks is cheaper. HOWEVER, the polar freeze was amazing. Great taste but pretty expensive for the size of it.

Great place for soup and sandwich! Love the chicken salad and tomato soup! The free side of cheese and crackers with pickle and olives always delightful!! The desserts and pies are all made there, fresh and delicious! I enjoy going here a lot when I am in the area. I brought relatives here from out of town and they too are making it a "must go to" next time! Great service with a smile and everything is homemade yumminess!!

First time coming in to celebrate my daughter's first birthday. Wouldn't honor the free kids meal EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A SIGN OUT FRONT STATING FREE KIDS MEALS TUESDAY. We walked out and won't be coming back. When we mentioned the sign and said that they were false advertising, Girl who seemed to be in charge acknowledged that she spoke w/ mgr about it, but won't let them honor it...geez, just take the sign down if you don't want to honor it. Don't waste your money with this shady business.

Only getting two stars because the ice cream is good. First off, I wanted to try some flavors and they seemed very annoyed with this. Second, I don't think they like children, my son was very talkative and they didn't acknowledge him once. Like c'mon now, he's human too. Third, NO ONE smiled. None of the staff seemed happy AT ALL! I'll just stick to brusters .... P.s I tipped 50%

I worked at the Frosty Frog in 2003 and decided to come back to see how the place was doing. I remembered that the ice cream was absolutely delicious and wanted to try their sandwiches. I got the grilled cheese--what can I say, I really love cheese. It was pretty good, but I've had better. I did want to make a comment about the customer service. A lot of reviewers have commented that the teenage workers look depressed, and I'd have to agree. But there's a reason for that. Glenda was a terrible person to work for and I doubt that has changed. She berated me repeatedly in front of customers and I was always on the verge of tears every day I worked. It's been 11 years since I worked here and I remember how embarassed and hurt I was every time she yelled at me. I also saw a few reviews on Facebook stating that they had kicked a family out because their baby was crying. There have been a lot of complaints about the way that Glenda treats customers, and rest assured, she's treating her employees even worse. The food is alright and I love the ice cream, but I don't think the food is good enough to support a business that treats people the way they do.

If I go here, it's usually just for dessert. I had noticed the apathy of the teenagers working there in the past, but it's seemingly gone now. They are usually friendly and helpful (and SMILING). The ice cream is AWESOME! Excellent flavor selections, usually 32 flavors at any given time, and really good. The few times I've eaten sandwiches there, I wasn't all that impressed. Above average quality at prices a bit higher than other places, with portions a bit smaller than other places. Tip for the owners - replace your menu boards so that they are legible without having to squint - the writing is SMALL. Increase portion sizes by just a bit and lower prices by just a bit. Hopefully you take some of the other reviews to heart - staff should be praised publicly and taught privately.

The ice cream is wonderful. It's not cheap ice cream but you get what you pay for. At the Frog you're paying for small batch hand-crafted ice cream. This is not a chain, it's a local business owned by people who believe in what they're doing. The sandwiches are good but pricey for what they are. Portions could be larger for me; I'm a big guy that likes to eat.

Good food served special-needs slow in tiny portions. I need to file for the homestead exemption after I get done here, and I often times have to Bogart my daughter's kids meal because my mild appetite can't even be satisfied here. Father of the year I tell ya. They should offer the chicken pot pie type entrees for lunch in addition to dinner. Egg salad, chicken salad and cheese spread are stand outs.

It tasted fresh but the pannis did not impress me. I wish they had more chocolate flavor options for ice cream but no big deal. Can't say I would eat here twice but I could see how this place could appeal to your sweet tooth. The people that work there seemed really nice.

Because The Frosty Frog bills itself as a "Cafe and Creamery", I decided to give their salad special a shot- the buffalo chicken salad. For eight dollars, I received a medium pile of brown-edged romaine lettuce, topped by the French onion things that come in a can, carrot strings, blue cheese crumbles, and "chicken". When I say "chicken" I believe that it is that over processed spongy sort of thing. I cannot really tell the difference between the meat and the breading, as the two kind of just merge into one substance in the middle. That sort of chicken may fly when getting a 1$ box of nuggets somewhere, but for the love of food, chickensponge does NOT go on an eight dollar salad. The ice cream looks good though.

For the price, I was expecting a lot more than I got. I got a buffalo chicken wrap with their cheese spread and was very disappointed in the portions. They give you a choice of a cheese spread and cracker as a side or chips. The cheese spread came in a tiny container and I was given four crackers to eat with it. The wrap was tiny and didnt have much flavor to it. I also ordered their frozen hot chocolate, and that was lacking as well. It tasted like someone dumped hot chocolate mix in with some ice and blended it. Not only was my food meh but the girl taking my order seemed to careless about anything, much less offer any suggestions. In fact, she didnt even smile or grin the entire time. She looked like she didnt want to be there and was just miserable. I wont be going back. For that price, Id rather go to Panera or something similar and get more food!

Yuck. This food was equal to airport food. My bread for my sandwich wasn't fresh. My friend's wrap was not good either. Not much food for the price, so not a good value. The restaurant is dated inside, looks very 80's. The place was being run by all teenage girls and one looked and acted depressed to be there. I came here several months ago for dessert and it was fair to good. Should have just gone to subway a few doors down. Won't be back to this place.

I am typically a big Frosty Frog fan, mostly for their chicken salad, but lately it's been full of gristle and I end up spitting out half of my bites! I am hoping it's just a fluke. As long as their chicken salad quality goes back up, I'll stay a fan of the delicious and over priced sandwich. Updated review: It had been a while since I'd been at Frosty Frog because of the fatty chicken salad, but I'm all for second chances. I had to spit out the first bite. Gristle.

The chicken salad is pleasant, but don't plan on getting very much of it on your sandwich or wrap. The prices are extravagant -- every item on the menu is probably $1 to $2 overpriced. Although the honey cinnamon ice cream was good, I suggest grabbing a sandwich or salad someplace else. I won't be returning to the frozen toad.

Enjoyed great and friendly service tonight when we stopped in for an ice cream. I tried a flavor that was new to me and very intriguing --Mexivan Horchata, I think it was called. I can certainly recommend it!

The Frog has a delicious cheese spread, and their birthday cake ice cream is the best! They will only have chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry every time you go, all other flavors are first-come-first-serve, which means tons of variety. Things are a bit pricey though, but the food is great!

Their sandwiches are pretentious and over priced.
