We visited this location for dinner last night and received stellar service. From the parking lot, the restaurant looked packed. When we entered we were given a fob and told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. The wait was actually 5 minutes. We were seated and promptly greeted by our server. We ordered out drinks and then She soon came back and we ordered. When our food came out, it was tasty and just what we expected. We will definitely return to this location!

I joined some friends for lunch, this was my first visit to LongHorn. Like most chains, this one is thematically decorated from the minute you walk in. It was a busy lunch crowd, though it wasn't packed. We were seated quickly once my friends arrived. The lunch menu provided a lot of choices, though most steaks seemed to have the dinner prices. I was traveling so I opted for a salad with sirloin. I also ordered corn fritters. The corn fritters were, little balls of corn dough with some whole pieces of corn, too. I'd never had them. They were slightly sweet and were pretty good, though the golden crust was a bit dark for my taste. But they were good. My entree was the last to arrive (a salad?!?) but that was okay. It was a large salad but not too big. Sirloin steak was placed on top and it was really good. Perfectly cooked and juicy with a lot of nice seasoning. The salad was romaine, tomato, and blue cheese crumbles. It was way too much blue cheese for me. The service was good, no slowness or missed opportunities for service.

This steakhouse is pretty good as far as this type of steakhouse chain is concerned. The prices are fair in comparison to other steak houses. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye medium-rare with mashed potatoes and corn. It was cooked just as I asked and had juicy flavor. Overall my taste buds were well satisfied. The service was also really good and our waitress was nice and attentive. I'll come back for a quick steak fix when the kitchen steakhouse at home is closed or I can't make it to my favorite steakhouse restaurants.

They overlooked our steak and made us wait for 40 minutes before informing us of what's going on. The manager finally came to us and told us why our food wasn't ready. She said it was going to take another 2-3 minutes. When we didn't get our food after over 10 minutes, we told one of the servers only to be told 'I'll get someone" with an attitude. We then picked up our stuff and left. Not worth it

Having worked in the service industry myself for many years, I've learned to appreciate good service. Although the food offered at this Long Horns was on point (cooked well, with great flavor), the service did lack severely. When I walked in there was a short wait (15 min), so I proceeded to order a drink at the bar. Ordering a Long Horn mule I expected my drink to come in a copper cup (the true signature of this mixed drink is the copper mug), however I was told they didn't have any. Putting that aside, I was subsequently summoned by the host and escorted to my table with my party. There we were greeted by Brandon, who in my opinion lacked common serving skills. For starters, he didn't greet us with his name (I had to ask for it), and then began by offering us water. Although this was very polite, there was no attempt to up sell. Next we ordered an appetizer, and an entree. Again, the food was amazing, however we were served by someone else and we didn't see our server again until the bill appeared. Our table was full of plates (bread plate, salad bowel, appetizer plates, entree plates). Pre-bussing was clearly not our server was use to. At any restaurant its a combination of great food and a good experience. Although the food is good, the service could become much better. Not sure if I'd visit this location again.

The food is always good here. I really like their Steakburger and my wife and daughter are obsessed with their chicken fingers! For a good appetizer you might want to try the Firecracker Chicken Wraps. They are excellent and no, they aren't super spicy. My daughter dislikes spicy food and she loves these.

Stopped in for late lunch on a Saturday and there was quite a wait, which I expected. The service was very good, as was the food. The kitchen still needs to speed it up, though. There was still an unusually long wait for the entree after the appetizer and salad. The prime rib was fabulous, but there was a fantastic amount of waste left on the plate. I tried my daughter's chicken parmesan and it was also very good. The Cesar salad was good as usual. Stuffed mushrooms and caramel apple goldrush were very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the asparagus, although my daughter didn't like them at all so I guess it's a matter of personal taste if you'll like the seasoning. The strawberry lemonade is really just Minute Maid with strawberry syrup and is league's behinds The Olive Garden's. I didn't try the blackberry margarita because it was so bad the last time that I was too afraid to waste $10.

Friendly service and a good meal. It's also in walking distance of the mall... Super convenient. The prime rib was a little overcooked (asked for rare), but otherwise we enjoyed it. I especially liked their bread & mashed potatoes. Would definitely come back again for the prime rib.

Excellent meal for all of us. I had the ribeye well done. It was so tender, delicious, perfectly seasoned. Ceasar salad was typical and ok. Baked potato was very good. Longhorns is lighter decor inside, more space so I enjoy more now. Haven't been here in a long time but will be back. Called ahead seating nice for Easter and very good service. I like the large comfortable booths too. Pecan, strawberry salad huge and was loved by another in my group. Another person had the Prime Rib sandwich that was huge and tasty. They have half left over for lunch tm! :-)

Good: the bread and french fries Bad: the frozen burger patties, the undercooked bacon Overall: if you wanna spend more money for food compariable or even worse to your frozen aisle at your local grocery store then this is your place

My wife and I were on a date night and needed some dinner before our movie and we were feeling steak. My preconceived notion of a chain steakhouse is equal to the quality of a red corral. I could not be more wrong about this place. I got a lobster stuffed steak filet and was blown away. It was like 20.00 bucks, came with a huge baked potato and another side. You had to roll me outta there after I promised my wife dessert. This place is excellent on taste buds, good on you wallet, probably bad for your waste line. :) but it was worth it. PS: I think I fell asleep during the movie...yummy food coma was the likely culprit. Doc Lentz Lanier Valley Dentistry - Hamilton Mill

I believe this location is pretty consistent serving steaks and seafood. My friend had the bone-in Ribeye and he said it was very good. I had the salsa chicken and sweet potato...yums. I think the service is above par too. The chocolate cake is so much...two people can share. The manager keeps a birds eye view on things so people get the experience they pay for.
