I've been here a few times and it has always been great. The ordering system is a little different than typical sandwich places, as you check off the items that you want on you sandwich on a brown paper bag. There are tons of options here so anyone should be able to create their perfect sandwich. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact that they are a little pricey for a sandwich and each time I went it has taken quite a while to get my order completed. The latter issue can be resolved by using their online ordering system. All in all, this is one of the best sandwich places in the area if you do not mind paying a little more for quality.

One of my favorite places to eat. I recommend the buffalo chicken wich. It's a cool concept being able just to fill out a brown paper bag with everything you want on your sub and then they call out your name once it's ready.

Very good sandwiches!!! Friendly staff with very quick service!!! Love the ordering system, which has a great selection. I had surf and turf. Gf had gyro. that was only downside, no flatbread, but still delicious...we will return!!!

Went in at 7:30 pm and it was nearly empty. Meanwhile, the "El Diablo" joint next door was jam packed. Sucks for them. Better for me. Service was quick. Food was healthy and cheap. If you are military, they offer 15% discount. I got a large Hummus sandwich for a little more than 10 bucks. Love this place.

Which Which is always good. The establishment is small but always clean. It is simple but pretty cool since you can order your sandwhich ingredients on the package. I never eat in the dining area as I order to go, but definitely one of the better sub places to go to.

I always have a good experience here! The staff are nice and the food is delicious! You're sandwich isn't all bread, like at places like subway. The ordering system is fun, quick, and easy. There's a good atmosphere, and great food selection!

Which Which is sandwich heaven. I have to give five stars because every time you get your sandwich just the way you asked for it. The assembly line process for ordering your food gives all of the control of the final product to the customer. The shakes are made with real ice cream. The restaurant is plain and industrial looking but this does not take away from the quality of the food. WW is my choice for healthy eating, just stay away from the ice cream. They have a veggie sandwich, but any sandwich on the menu can be ordered without meat.

I must start this review by saying that I wanted to be a fan for Which Wich even before I tried it. I loved the logo of the place and the layout of the place and it always seemed to be busy. I love a buzz around a place. It is located right next to the Dunkin Donuts I frequent. Anyway, I tried it after work one day and I was very impressed by the friendly staff, the abundance of choices, and the customer rewards program. After so many punches you get a free sandwich. I tried the Thank You Turkey Sub which was ok. I should have gone with another choice as I was not prepared for the authentic Thanksgiving make-up of the sandwich(stuffing and cranberry sauce). I will go with a more familiar sub composition next time and I'm certain I will LOVE it! I could tell I like the turkey flavor alot. The cran sauce over-powered it though. Anyways, I will go again and stick with fixins of my choosing and I will be estatic!

My absolute favorite sandwich place. Ordering is great. You list all your ingredients on a bag, place your order and take a seat. They call you when it's ready. This is much better than constantly being interrupted during a conversation with someone while the sandwich maker asks you for the next condiment! aka; Subway. Of course, it's also close to where I live which makes a wich from here even better. Nutritional elements posted online and in the store. If you buy the plastic cup you receive a discount on your next drink refill. Great online coupon program.

This is just a heads up! The Wheeler Road location closes at 9, not 10! Imagine my dismay when I pull up and the OPEN light is off :( So I went back the next day and although the ordering system is cool, the sandwich was by far THE WORST I've had .... Ever. Ever. Ever. I ordered the grinder with most of the toppings, mayo, mustard, oil and vinegar...it was dry, the bread was stale, the sandwich itself was salty and tasteless. Try Blimpie.

I'm obsessed! I love that I can order a sandwich and carefully contemplate my choices! You go in decide your meat and grab the associated bad, then you have 3 or four types of meat combinations for that meat. You choose breads toppings sauces...literally everything....and you can get your bread skinny! You can get bowls and lettuce wraps. I opted for a small skinny Cuban and loaded it with delicious veggies and mustards. It was amazing. With chips and a drink it was almost 10 bucks...so pricey then subway but waaaayyyy better.

I tried this place for the first time today. The good: it was fast and reasonably priced. The bad: the veggies weren't fresh, especially the tomatoes, which was particularly troublesome on a vegetarian sandwich. Also, my caramelized onions and sweet chili sauce were left off. I'll probably give them a 2nd try, but was not highly impressed with the first try.

The staff is always very friendly and service is fast. I love the variety of sandwich and salad options. Being able to select all the options I want on the bag makes it easy to get the order correct. The line moves quickly and you can sit leisurely to wait for your order.

First time visitor today looking for an open place to get warm and eat since the ice storm and cabin fever. Had the siracha tuna. Loved it and the cute way you order.

Tons of ingredients and combinations you can make. Vegetarian options are great--try the hummus or caprese sandwiches. Trendy music selection and ability to order online before you show up are both pros. Since moving back from Europe a few weeks ago I have been craving a good caprese sandwich from a bakery. These guys-although not a European bakery-have an excellent version of it and they spend the time to make all their sandwiches correctly. 4 stars because the method to order the sandwich isn't immediately intuitive and can throw off the standard "first come, first serve" rule, but it's not that hard to figure it out. It can be a great way to visualize what you actually want on your sandwich once you get the hang of it.. I don't typically like to be a "regular" anywhere because there are always more places to try. That being said, I've been here 3 times in the past few weeks and I will be coming back.

Having never been to a Which Wich before, we decided to give it a try. Great decision! This restaurant experience has been a pleasure. Fun to order with a huge variety of options. Service was quick and the store kept clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. What a great restaurant!

I wanted to try something different for lunch, so I gave Which Wich a try. I had the Hula, which wasn't bad, but I added too many extras. If you don't keep it simple, it gets soupy. Still, I enjoyed my lunch, and hearing Mumford and Sons over Bose speakers was a nice bonus.

Food that you can really fall for I highly suggested a coupon promo that would really bring this place to the hot spot it is.

I went here with my father. I understand they are trying to save some time with the bag and filling out your order on it but It was a bit daunting the first time especially when they were a little busy and there didnt seem to be anyone able/willing to help us to make sure we were understanding/filling out the bag correctly. The Sandwhiches we ordered took a really long time to make compared to any other sub place I have been to but the subs were made correctly and tasted really good. That being said, I will drive up the street for a sub that I consider at least as good and is made worlds more quickly.

horribly slow and over priced. $5.50 for their smallest size tuna sandwhich. a drink and chips would have cost an extra few bucks.

Had a great turkey on wheat. They have avocados and spinach, too. Don't forget to get your hand-scooped banana malt with real banana chunks. Excellent ace to grab a quick sandwich.

    (5)
  • Jason R.

Fantastic sandwich offerings with a plethora of great toppings. I have tried four or five different sandwiches, but I keep returning to the hummus on toasted wheat. Far better selections than Subway and compartively priced. Join their wich-club and get a free sandwich for your birthday. Can be a little slow at lunch if there are long lines, but you can order online and have it ready and waiting when you arrive.

The sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious. So far my favorite is the Monte Cristo. Their brownies are some of the best I've ever tasted. The service can be a tad slow during lunch hours but that's to be expected. I like how you can get your bread "skinny". The prices are reasonable between 5-7 dollars depending on if you purchase a combo. I've yet to try their shakes but they look good as well. Overall, its a good place to pick up a sandwich.

I love the sandwiches at wich wich but for the second time my order was incorrect. There were two guys a black and white working behind the counter and the time was around 1:15pm. The black guy wore a visor very low so you could not see his eyes which mean mostly likely he could not read my order correctly. I ordered double meat and did not get it....so there goes 2 dollars. My bread was toasted and I did not request for it to be. I guess next time I will just unwrap my sandwich and inspect it before I leave.
