Fantastic stuff. Food is always hot and very tasty. Staff is very friendly, and they deliver on post. Don't pass them up.

My husband and I ordered food from here today after searching for a place that delivers to fort Gordon that wasn't pizza or Chinese. After searching and searching we came across this place and we didn't see any pictures only the menu so we gave it a chance. We called and they were very nice over the phone. The guy said it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes (pretty long for delivery but it's pasta so idk). They came an hour after so that was nice. Overall service was excellent. We decided on ordering the cheese bread which was a great disappointment because it was basically a grilled cheese that tasted like it had been cooked over a pan that had something burning. We also ordered the marinara meaty macaroni & double cheddar which looked like hamburger helper...my husband rated it a 3 out of 10 and the Parmesan & double mozzarella with shrimp the pasta was dry and over cooked..the shrimp looked like the baby shrimp one would get at a buffet salad bar...I was very disappointed. Both dishes had very soggy Texas toast in them which we didn't try because it didn't look appetizing at all. The food was very warm when delivered which was nice but it wasn't that good. They have great service but the food wasn't good at all.

I should've seen yelp prior to coming, we didn't know it was a delivery place. The employee was very nice and respectful. We ordered some lasagna and pasta. It was alright for the price and portions. When about 15-20 min was up, we got our order and brought it home. It was very well wrapped in saran wrap and included bread and utensils and a napkin. They were a bit soggy since it is in the plate but separated barely by a piece of paper film. Otherwise it was alright.

I wanted some delivery to Fort Gordon so I gave this place a try. The man on the phone was nice and the service overall was good for a delivery. I ordered the roasted garlic and parmesian pasta with chicken and a side salad. When offered the salad I specifically asked if it was iceberg or green leaf lettuce and was told that it was green leaf.... it was iceberg. That aside, the salad was decent. The food was still very hot when delivered, which was a great plus. The pasta however, which was probably perfect when it was boxed up at the restaurant, was a little overcooked by the time it got to me. The dish itself was pretty bland. I definitely needed more garlic, and the chicken didn't seem like it was freshly grilled. I ordered the large, which turned out to be enough for two. After the delivery charge and a 20% tip, the total was $20. Not really my idea of a twenty dollar plate, but then again, I didn't have to get out of my pajamas.

Ugh. Ordered delivery - was quoted 75 minutes for delivery. It took 2 hours before we got the food. Unsurprisingly, the food was lukewarm. Unfortunately, the sauce was bland (the spaghetti sauce tasted like jar sauce), and the alfredo was dry. Would not go back.

I ordered a medium fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp. Overall it was pretty good . Not amazing, but pretty good considering I was getting fast food and delivery . The owner was extremely nice and the sweet tea was good as well. The garlic bread was just ok, probably wouldn't order that again .

What the what? This place has been around for four years and no one's reviewed it? Why??? I was in town for work and looking for dinner and had passed by this small little building with a delivery truck and a sign, Plate O Pasta. Okay, it didn't look like a sit down restaurant, but what the heck, I'm game. It was remnant of a food trailer which is an idea close to my heart and soaring with success in my home of Austin TX. It reminds me of walking into a pizza place; there's no dine in, carry out only, workers going to and fro taking orders on the phone etc. I was greeted by William who I think is the owner. He was very friendly, offered me a sample of the meatballs and sauce, and it was awesome. They don't have a lot on the menu so I stuck to what I knew at the moment and got a medium order of spaghetti with meat. He said it'd be about 10 minutes, we chatted for a while the food came out, I went back to my hotel. Awesome again. I added a side salad for fun which was nice and fresh. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly, the sauce was awesome, I'm a happy camper. The only disappointing item was the garlic bread was more buttered soaked toast seasoned and toasted. It was still good, but not an amazing piece of garlic bread. If you're in the area, if you're at Ft. Gordon, Go online, call in your order, drop by and order, just get some of this awesome food.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
