Food was okay. Too noisy for my taste and there was a really loud group of people but that's to be expected in. A sports bar. I would come back though. Our server was nice.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Most servers are good, but there are some mean rude people there. I had a question and the waitress answered me in such a rude sassy way, and then my boyfriend got mad at her and said some words and she just kept running her mouth and calling us names. Such awful service. And the manager did nothing about it. I will NEVER go here again. She deserves to be fired.

They are very consistent. If you come here you know what you're going to get. Also, it's my daughters favorite, so we come here often.

Great service and atmosphere. But at the end of the day, this place still serves unhealthy, fried chicken at ridiculously bloated prices. They basically roll around their fried chicken in a bowl of overly-salted sauces and then charge an additional $5.

I'm a big fan of the franchise, so when I heard Augusta was getting one I vowed I would be there on opening day, and I was a woman of my word. I knew the place would be packed as soon as they opened because it was new and they were having a contest for the first 100 customers and they would receive free wings for a year. So I decided I would go after lunchtime, it was the perfect time. I was seated quickly and my order was taking prompt. There was alot of hustle and bustle going on so there was extra staff, but I didn't mind it, but I swore I saw at least 10 people I knew I guess everyone had the same idea I had about going after lunch. The food was very good, I didn't expect anything less from them. The place was huge. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. But hey I enjoy myself at every one I go to!!! Great job Augusta!!!!

A great place to watch college football. The food was mediocre at best but service was great!! Fun atmosphere. DJ was the best server ever!

Easily the worst wings I've ever had. I tried about five flavors and they got worse and worse as I went along. Lots of big TVs is a plus but service is pretty bad. Slow. Unfriendly. Avoid this place if you want decent food and good service.

I like this place 0.5 stars more than wild wing cafe. For some reason it's the salt and vinegar wings. They are like crack to me. They should be banned. Love them.

Big place with tons of T.V's. Tuesdays are 45 cents wings and Thursdays wings are 60 cents a piece. The wings are kinda small but they are good. The Honey BBQ and sweet BBQ are very tasty. Honey BBQ bacon chicken sandwich was pretty. The menu is pretty average with your typical bar and grill foods. Service was prompt and friendly. Look forward to returning here during football games and fight nights.

Try the spicy garlic boneless wings, love the trivia, the outdoor's staff are great!

Food was OK. UGA vs Tennessee and they wouldn't put it on the big screen even though 75% of the customers were cheering for UGA on the other TV's. Had Vtech vs Cincinnati ( two unranked teams) and then Clemson vs Boston College on it. Don't they know they are in Georgia? Will never go back.

Service was slow tonight. They gave 1/2 of our order to another table so by the time they resubmitted our wings and got them to us the others that got their food were about done. The extra order of carrots/celery were small compared to other wild wings we have been to. Also the celery was frozen and as it thawed it got mushy. Both carrots and celery were dirty, had to wipe them off with a napkin before eating. It took on average 3 request to get each condiment. The wings were good.

All i can say is wow. It's still that bad. Had a gift certificate i needed to use is why i came back. Horrible service period. Had to ask people who work here to move out from the front door because they were smoking right at the entrance. workers just not doing their jobs and supposedly the regional manager is here? Sat at the bar and got drinks right away but then it was like pulling teeth to get an order of food in. The food came out at a reasonable speed but man the meat on the burger was flavorless which believe it or not is a good thing because the meat was so over cooked it was dry. just not much good to say

Going home hungry. Came early for lunch, around 11 am - very few customers in the restaurant. We had two servers, for a party of 9. I placed my food order with my drink order. Not sure what happened, but my drink came about 10 minutes after avert one else's, and my food never came out. Bad luck for me I guess. But not very impressive service. Everyone else seemed to like the food though. That's why I gave them a star.

It's wings, beer and football not very difficult to pull off. The only thing a place like this has to be concerned about is the service. On football Sunday it looks like every employee is working . The atmosphere is great for football, 28 screens in the just the bar area. This place is the perfect man cave,

Great, fast service. Ordered the roasted garlic mushrooms (appetizer). What a treat for the palate! The temperature was just right for enjoying the outside patio, with an inclusive full bar. The entire staff from point of entry until my departure, maintained a standard of excellence.

Oh man, I'm kind of disappointed that this wound up being my favorite wing place in the area - I usually lean towards the local joints and away from the chains as my favorite restaurants. I noticed a lot of hate for BWW in the reviews, but I think this spot gets a raw deal. They're a sports bar and wing place; come here to scratch the itch for tasty wings (boneless are great here), a solid variety of beer to choose from, filling bar appetizers (fried pickles and cheese curds!), a loud roar at all times, and giant TVs. I'm a big fan of the Mango Habanero, Jammin' Jalapeno, Asian Zing, Spicy Garlic, and Thai sauces. That being said, this isn't a place to come when you have a big craving for burgers, sandwiches, wraps, etc. That's the one thing I have to knock them down a star for - my wife isn't nearly as big a wing fan as me, so she complains about their lack of offerings for people who didn't want wings. We may be the exception, but we've always had great service, too. If anything, a few of the workers have been a little too friendly at times - I'm not big on the idle chitchat. They're always great with our kids and quick to refill my drink when it runs low.

Just ate here with some friends for wings and drinks. After being disappointed with this place before, I decided to give it a try again. Let's just say I was reminded of why I haven't returned in a while. First off, the hostess was rude to us when we asked for seating. Then seated us at a table more suitable for 2-3 people, not 4, so not much room to eat. Also, I understand the place can get busy at times, but it was hard to get our waitress' attention at times to get things we ordered. All the food we did order was "okay" but the spinach dip came out cold, which they just threw back in the microwave, and my boneless buffalo wings tasted old. Not a place I would recommend

Here is an objective description of events that took place today at this location: 4 customers who happen to be active duty soldiers wearing uniform were seated at 11:58. The food order was taken at 12:18. At 12:42 the food was not even being prepared. At 12:50 the group of soldiers left the location due to no food service provided to them. The site manager was aware of the situation and did not say a word. This is a business location I do not recommend. Instead Go to the Carolina ale house which is nearby and they are happy to serve troops food.

Enjoyed the Parmesan Garlic wings. Big, hot and juicy, it's been a while since I've been to an establishment that has served me all three. I used to treat myself to wings weekly but the local eateries have let me down too many times, even BWW. But today I was very pleased. What made it all the better was all the attention I got from several members of the service staff. Now of course I realize that it's only Preseason and that on another Sunday during the regular season sitting by myself in a booth for an entire game is unlikely, and the wait staff will be stretched to frequent my table. I'll have to confess, I usually stay out of crowds on Sundays but for now, I'm feeling pretty good. My only criticism to the corporation is, please add a couple of bucks and serve cheesecake and not cheesecake bites. That is unless you scour the world of state and county fairs and discover a truly divine recipe.

Wings, very tasty. Really like the mango habenero sauce. Decent selection of beer. Huge TVs with football... Totally not my thing. So, why come here you might ask? Well, it was within walking distance of my hotel and I knew the wings would be tasty.

    (3)
  • Ray P.

They have tons of TVs, so you can watch any sports you want. They have a ton of wing sauces to choose from, including dry rubs. Whatever ranch they are using, it's really good. They have some ridiculously good appetizers (cheese curds are amazing). I cant speak to the drink prices because I've never bought anything other than beer from the bar. I've never had bad service, but a lot of the time I order wings to go. Also, they have military discounts.

$6 for a shot of Jameson?! If I knew I was going to be robbed, I never would have gone in the first place. Service was good, but I could get better wings at Zaxby's. Pretty disappointing overall.

My mom had a gift card and wanted to come here for lunch. Thank god there wasn't a game on because she wouldn't be able to handle the noise. I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings a couple years back, at a different location and thought it was okay. Their chicken wraps were decent. We were seated and waited on immediately. The server was very helpful. My mom had a lot of questions since it was her first time dining. She was very patient and even brought some sauces for her to try before we ordered. I got the BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad which is topped with Honey BBQ sauce and my mom got the fish tacos with teriyaki sauce also had some wings (honey bbq sauce) to go for my dad. My BBQ Chicken Salad was okay, not too much taste- a little bland. However, my mom really liked her fish tacos. They were the right size (in portion) and tasted really good. The only time I would come back only if I wanted to watch a football game and have a couple of beers. Not too thrilled on their meals and I usually like bar and grill foods, not theirs. Received excellent service. Restaurant and bathroom clean.

Sooo many tvs! Lol but I tend to enjoy doing trivia so I was excited that they have the buzz time game going on. If you never heard of it, think of it as a wireless LAN trivia competition. The atmosphere was just as one would expect at a sports bar. The food was great and the service was extremely friendly. If you're bold then you can take part in the super spicy hot wing challenge (paraphrasing). Overall, it was a good experience and I'd definitely return.

Always a fan of the lunch madness special between 12-2. Especially looking forward on Mondays with military discount but this location has military discount everyday! Gotta love the military support. Today the food came out in less then 7 minutes. Trying out the wicked wasabi sauce lab special.

Place is great if you're looking for food and drinks with a couple of friends. I don't find myself coming here just because I want to. Service is quite mediocre, they've forgotten about my table on a couple different occasions. Food is good but nothing that "wows" me. If I am looking for wings I usually decide on other wing places in the area that are cheaper!

  • Renee F.

Last week was my firs time here and it was the best. Their wings are on point! I had the Tablegate special which was wings, Jalapeno bites, cheese nachos, spinach dip and two pretty big pretzles. I went with my brother and sister and we often get stuff we can share and they loved it too. Everything was hot and fresh to order, and the waitress was great. The music was a little loud for me but they also have a patio area which i would suggest if you're not in the mood for the noise. I will def. be back.

Bad food ... Bad service... Bad management ..... Bad atmosphere . Worst restaurant in Augusta ... Sad cause Buffalo Wild Wings is better in other locations. It's no wonder why Carolina Ale across the street has a bigger customer base. Lost customer !!!

The crowd was so loud and obnoxious at the table behind us I could not believe they were allowed to remain in there. On top of that took 20 minutes to get a drink which wasn't the servers fault the bartender just didn't seem to be able to stay behind the bar. We had to sit at 3 tables to begin with before we could get service so that was a 30 minute process. Horrible experience!!!!!!

    (1)
  • Steffani D.

Horrible service! The hostess was busy brushing her hair before she seated us. The drink looked like someone took a sip before I got it then when I brought it the servers attention she said it melted and walked off. The bar tender spoke to me in a condescending tone and told me to order another drink through my waitress even though she just walked off and I was talking to the bar tender. Spoke to the manager and she didn't fix anything they all just sat around and talked about us as we ate. No management that matters they run around like children there.

We sat outside for half and hour and didn't get service. We walked inside and ask to be seated in there and they told us to wait outside we said no! They sat us at a table 10 min later. It took an hour n a half to get our food! Manager was rude to us as well!

Every BWW I've been to has been a huge let down. So I try not to go there. The husband talked me into going this time. Let down as usual. The food is just not good. Fries are pretty gross and the sweet tea is not sweet. The only decent thing I had was the pulled pork. Which gave the extra star to this rating. Even the bread it was on was a let down. The server was nice but slow. She would disappear and come back sporadically.

    (2)
  • Kat A.

Great customer service. Our waitress was amazing and kept our drinks filled all night. We really enjoy the food at all BWW but our waitress and cook staff made sure to drop it fresh for us so it was excellent.

If I were rating this as a restaurant, I would give it one star, but since it is a sports bar, I give it three. There are tones of TVs with great views. There are a good selection of drinks and good seating. The food here is crap. I don't mind that the chicken is frozen (I got the boneless chicken), but the sauces are so salty, to the point of taking away from the flavor. The onion rings were great. The service is alright. They are slow to refill drinks and anticipate things you need like napkins, to go containers, and place orders.

Visited this weekend 8/3/13 and many times before. Experience is pretty much the same every time. Met by a million hostesses, dining area has empty tables and booths some clean some dirty with food and plates left on them. Get told there is a wait of about 25 to 30 minutes. I say but there are empty seats. Hostess tells me the problem is in the kitchen, that its backed up !! So we put our names down, 10 minutes later we get buzzed. We order our food and it comes out pretty quick. So I'm thinking there is no problem with the kitchen. Service from our waitress this time was very attentive. Food and drink is normally good. The problem with wild wings is there are always tables empty and no one can be bothered to either clean them or organize people to get to the tables !! Plus the hostesses which there are always lots of them are just standing around chatting amongst themselves and really forget what they are employed there for. Would I go back yes - we always do :)

  • Mike F.

When a place says they are open until 2am, then why do they start cleaning up around you while you are at a table eating? We had some ignorant guys putting chairs on the tables right next to us, cranked up some ghetto music so loud we could not hear each other talk, and were cleaning the floor right next to our table as they "rapped" along to the music. It was 1am, an hour before they closed. I will never go back. Not to mention the lights are way too bright and the food is mediocre at best!

My boyfriend (we'll call him Joe) and I were excited to head to BWW to watch the Falcons game and to grab a solid dinner and some beers. When we rolled into the parking lot, whoever owned the car next to us had left their headlights on, so Joe told the hostess, thinking that she would attempt to find out who the car belonged to... We sat down and waited about 10 minutes before Joe got back up and told the hostess that no one had come over to us. A waitress came over and said she didn't know anyone was in her section. We ordered beers and appetizers, and they had run out of the beer I wanted and the appetizer we wanted. As a vegetarian, I was excited that I could go to an all-American restaurant that Joe would enjoy, but also be able to get a black bean burger on the "Build Your Own Burger" list. I ordered a black bean burger with some toppings and a side salad. And we waited. Joe ordered wings and a side of carrots and ranch dressing. In an appropriate amount of time, another waitress delivered our food - just my burger and Joe's carrots. We waited a few more minutes for the wings before Joe told me just to start in on my burger so it wouldn't get cold. I bit into it and realized it wasn't a black bean burger, but a REAL burger - with red meat. In my 7 1/2 years of being a vegetarian, this has never once happened to me. We called the waitress over and told her what happened. She expressed how sorry she was, and we asked to see the manager. The manager came over and also expressed that she was deeply sorry and told us that they would "fix it." They brought me the correct burger and Joe's food, and all was well. After a little while, the assistant manager came over and confessed that it was totally his fault, that there were two burgers waiting to be taken and he hadn't checked and grabbed the wrong one. He also assured us that they would "fix it." We assumed that this mean our whole meal would be comped. When we got the bill, just the $7 burger was taken off. Joe and I decided that this was not good enough, and he called the assistant manager over again and asked him to do better (note: neither Joe or I have ever gotten a meal comped, so this is not a regular occurrence). The assistant manager took all of our food off the bill and we only had to pay for the beers. Fortunately, I did not eat enough of the burger to get sick, but we were deeply disappointed. All this said, we will not be going back. ...We walked outside, and those headlights were still on.

I have tried this place multiple times and have been disappointed multiple times. The food is not great. I have placed to go orders from here twice and both time the service has been slow. The whole point of calling ahead is so that your food is available upon your arrival. Smh

  • Stephanie W.

I'm only partial to this place because of their Black Bean Burger and Fried Pickles. The fried pickles are always delicious; the black bean burger is hit or miss, but usually pretty good. Their beer selection is okay. Their fries and queso are gross, in my opinion. Their service is terrible!! I've had 3 good waiters/waitresses there but more often than not, it's awful. Obviously very loud, because sports. Usually pretty cold too.

  • Matthew N.

Geez... Holy Crap, where to start. I guess we'll go from beginning to end. When we came in the door to ask about the wait, the hostess didn't even acknowledge our existence and without looking very rudely said it was 15mins. So, the wait wasn't too long, so I guess that was a plus...probably the only one. I understand that this is a sports bar type of atmosphere, but we couldn't hear the waitress and she couldn't hear us. There were many times We would see her say something and we would just look at her and say "WHAT!!," that happened on several occasions. Drink orders came out fine, but there were several occasions where I had to flag another waitress down to get a refill, and every time they would bring my drink back it wouldn't have my straw in it from when they took it. Then our waitress gets an attitude when I have to ask for a straw after EVERY refill...extremely annoying. The wife ordered their molten dip app, and I ordered boneless wings with Spicy Garlic and Sweet BBQ. The wife didn't have any comments, good or bad, about the app. I on the other hand felt like I was eating spicy Styrofoam. These boneless wings were absolutely horrible, other than the spice they had no flavor whatsoever. They claim in there menu that they're handspun. It looked like whoever made them ladled some sauce in there and said, 'all right...done." Also, they brought Ranch dip out that was in the smallest dipping cup I've ever seen. When I asked for another one again, it was like I annoyed our waitress with my request. I also found out later that they charged me .60 for the additional ranch dip. It was just an overall horrible experience. I mean, if you don't want to eat there and you just want to drink their watered down beer then I guess this is an ok place. But, if you're looking to EAT here...beware, bad service all around and not happy at all with my dining experience. Probably will never go here again, and when given the opportunity I will steer people away from this place, based on my experience and...also from reading the other reviews in here, it doesn't seem like I'm alone. I hope that the management would take a look at this site and see that something needs to change or word of mouth might bite them in the @$$.

  • Freddy G.

The wings were Tiny! How does a wing restaurant not get the wings right? Not to mention that lunch for two was over $30.00, but I wouldn't have minded if the wings were decent. Will not be going back.

I was soo let down from this place. You've all seen the commercials. I thought that BWW was going to serve some kick ass food but no it doesn't. I ordered regular ole medium wings and I do not like their sauce. It was way too thick kinda like mayo wing sauce. Blech. Had a radioactive orange color. Also the wings seem kinda small. Definitely not impressed. I also had the Thai curry wings which were tasty but they could make up for the radioactive orange wings. We also had to wait 45 mins for 12 wings and a grilled chicken salad. WTF. So I was disappointed there. Also since I am paying decent money for the food I expect metal forks but I got plastic forks. Maybe that's what its supposed to be but I expected more. Like some else said Wings Beer and more wings with A lot of TVs. Just go for the drinks and TVs.

Won't allow dogs in the outdoor seating area, ostensibly because of Health Code. Bull! I've eaten in outdoor areas of other restaurants in the area with no concerns regarding health codes! (Previously, I was told that the reason was insurance....) Go elsewhere; we do!

  • Stefanie M.

I have to say this is one of the most run down b dubs I have been to. I have been here three times, and every time I go my table and booth is covered in sauce and the areas smell mildewy. The waitstaff is sub par and unmemorable. I usually go between 5 and 8:00 on weekdays as they aren't so busy, but it seems I have to repeatedly ask for condiments and water refills that take until I am done eating to arrive. I enjoy the food so I can tolerate the service. The drinks are good one night, and then another night they are watered down. I order the Red Stag and Coke. My only small complaint about the menu is they have a new flavor called Thai Curry, It is rated at a Hot Level, I ordered it and it tastes like traditional Indian style curry, not Thai. And it isn't hot. Full of spice though, and not bad tasting, but wasn't what I wanted. One more complaint before I go; of all the sports T.V's they have in their would it kill them to put on some motorsports besides Nascar? i.e. WRC, Le mans, Formula One, D1 Grand Prix or even Formula D. They may play some Indy Racing, but I don't recall a time where I've seen that. Anyway, despite how negative my review is, I will go back here simply because it is the only one in town and I have to get my char burger and hot wing fix.

Horrible service. More specifically the bar service. The manager was horrible. The food was late coming out. This BWW in Augusta sucks. Never again.... Avoid at all cost not worth it.

4stars for the atmosphere and bar service. Wings are pretty good, big selection of sauces. TVs everywhere. The boneless wings taste like processed meat, so make sure to get traditional wings.
