This is by far my favorite YM location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. YM is a self serve frozen yogurt and sorbet cafe. You can sample each flavor before buying as well as swirl certain flavors together. Each location is different but most of them average 10 assorted yogurt flavors. The soft serve is purchased by ounce. Oh dont let me forget the topping buffet from fruit to sprinkles, they've got it! You can put as much or as little as you'd like. On average I spend about $4-5 each visit especially when they have my favorite sorbet.

And...the trendiness of serve yourself fro-yo continues to decline. Didn't we learn this in the 1990s when the original TCBY-style of fro-yo went the way of the dinosaur in favor for the old stand-bys of ice cream, sorbet, and gelato? Nevertheless, I've enjoyed the ride, especially since this time around, it is "DIY" and healthier and focused on live/active cultures. One aspect that sets Yogli-Mogli apart from other fro-yo chains, in my opinion, is the richness of their yogurt flavors. They are thankfully free of the "chemical" or obvious artificial taste of their competitors. For example. the coconut actually tastes just like coconut and has no off-taste about it, and when it's swirled with the chocolate - oh boy, does it actually taste like a chocolate-dipped macaroon! How to: grab a cup, and if you want to keep any two flavors "separate" or fill higher in the cup, pick up a "fill it to the top!" divider thingy to stick inside the cup. If you want a sample, you'll have to ask the glazed-eyed high schooler behind the counter to get you a sample cup. Next, grab the handle of the flavor or swirl flavor you want, and fill 'er up! I do wish that the placards for each flavor listed the calorie count per ounce, and/or whether the flavor is fat-free, dairy-free, soy-free, etc., as many other chains take the initiative to do for their conscious customers. However, you'll be richly rewarded by the smooth, creamy texture of the fro-yo, that does away with the "icy" or "gritty" texture you may experience at other yogurt joints. Of course, Yogli-Mogli has the requisite DIY toppings bar that the aforementioned glazed-eye kid does a good job of keeping clean. Plenty of indulgent toppings, like brownies, cookie pieces, candy pieces, plus fresh fruit, and the more "traditional" mochi or boba. As per usual, bring your cup to the register, weigh it, pay, and you are rewarded with your spoon! Pricing is on-par with other yogurt chains, and not overpriced. Yum! There's also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I've been to Yogli Mogli a couple of times, and it's a solid choice if you're wanting a frozen treat but want to keep the fat content low. My favorite flavors are the cake batter and fudge brownie batter, and I have no issues with what this says about me. I'm conservative with my toppings, sticking to traditional ones like sprinkles and chocolate chips. However, there are more toppings including the fruit (strawberries, raspberries) and chunky (oreo cookies, reese's cups) varieties. They only have one huge cup as a serving size, but I don't want to eat a serving the size of my face. And because I don't fill the cup up I tend to feel like I'm scraping the bottom after two spoonfuls. This is a bit of a bummer. (First world problems, I know.) Anyhow, Yogli-Mogli is not the best fro-yo shop, but it'll do ya. Yelp 100 #28

This is do a do-it-yourself "sensible indulgence" yet healthy yogurt shop experience. The choice of low fat frozen yogurt and sorbets is extensive and constantly changing. I took in the low fat caramel dulce de leche and graham cracker batter flavours before loading my bowl with fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi and shaved almonds. Definitely worth the price for a wholesome, healthy good treat; I love my yogli Mogli froyo!

Their flavors change with the season, but tart/plain is always there for me. It's kind of difficult to know what's going to be available though. Last week, when we went, there were two flavors that were completely tapped! Their fruit toppings change with the season too, probably because they're out of season and too expensive to carry? It was a Tuesday night, and they were pretty low staffed up front because we had to wait for someone to come to the register. This location is pretty busy, there were 4 different parties there on a Tuesday night in December!

yogli mogli has over 20 locations in all of georgia. there's approximately 13 locations for the atlanta area. this sandy spring location happens to be super busy when 1) the weather is 65 or above and 2) when it's the weekend (fri-sun.) or a holiday since this location is located in family zone, the demographics are going to be mostly youngins. every time I've visited upon this location, I noticed there were more teens and kids than anything. therefore if this is not your scene, try another yogli mogli location. this sandy springs location is longer in width than anything. therefore, they're able to carry a little bit more flavors than their other stores. I can't quite remember how many flavors they can fit onto their wall, but it looks to be about 12? the flavors seem to cater to the american taste palette. such flavors include: - original tart - french vanilla - chocolate - cookies & cream - reese's - pumpkin pie - cake batter - ny cheesecake the froyo comes in options like: fat-free, low-fat, and no-sugar. if froyo doesn't fancy your taste buds, they do occasionally offer sorbets as well. please note that the flavors are not consistent either. as with all froyo places, the flavors are seasonal. I would have to say yogli mogli is a solid froyo joint, but it's not my fave. the only reason for my returns is the fact that they are ranked as one of the cheapest froyo by the oz. in atl. other than that, the flavors here are a turnoff. I'd much rather visit other froyo places to get exotic, and can't-find-anywhere-else type of flavor options. as for the toppings, the most "different" route they've ever taken aside from fruits, candy, and cookies is the "popping boba". that kind of impressed me a little bit.

Great cheerful place with friendly people. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her cup, So I went back in and came back with 4 fruit flavors (Strawberry,Mango, blackberry and Georgia peach) and 1 nutty flavor of pistachios of yogurt and they were delicious.Very friendly service. Wish they had more fruit flavors like pomegranate, passion fruit, lychee, guava and cherimoya etc..But I will be back to try their fall dessert flavors like caramel apple, apple pie, cheesecake and of course the golden standard - Vanilla.

    (4)
  • Denise H.

Ok, this is my second time here. I love the caramel nutty crunch flavor. They don't have alot of flavors like other YMs but they also have some flavors that other YMs don't have. The workers here are very sweet. The only downside is the first time and today there is no one in the front to welcome customers or help with tasting because they were so busy in the back. They need an extra person perhaps or take turns....

Great yogurt. Only complaint is there are no sample cups to try which yogurt you want.

  • Stephanie C.

There are some yummy flavors there but one thing that really bothers me about this location and how they run it is the staff is always breathing down your neck watching your every move it feels like.

Sad that Yoforia of Dunwoody has closed because Yoforia is definitely my go-to for frozen yogurt. Yogli-Mogli is good too, don't get me wrong, but I would categorize their flavors as more "Americanized" in the sense that they have more dessert flavors than the tart or Asian-based flavors such as taro. Some examples of flavors YM carries are: cake batter, cheesecake, cookies & cream, dulce de leche, thin mint cookie... get my drift? They have a couple of sorbet flavors and original tart as well, but I have yet to try them. I have to say, I do love the dessert flavors. I recently tried dulce de leche and cake batter, which were both classified as low fat. Both were so delicious it was hard to believe they were low in fat (I wonder how low in fat exactly). I do love their selection of toppings, especially the fact that they have mochi and poppin' bubbles. They do allow samples, but control the sampling by having an employee get the yogurt for you. I guess that would prevent some people from oversampling. Personally I couldn't ask for more than two samples before I start feeling guilty, but at Yoforia I used to go to town with the samples since they were not supervising!

Never been to Yogli-Mogli before, drive by every day, went in - was disappointed.... First, I HATE these self serve places - I believe ice cream should be served in the following way: you have a menu, I order off of it, you make it, I pay you, end of transaction.......If I wanted to pour my own and put my own toppings on it, I can do that at home.... Then, they have the audacity to have a tip jar.....I ALWAYS tip wait staff over 20 % and always throw in at least my change at places like Starbucks.... but what on earth did these kids do to earn a tip? I don't tip the checkout lady at Publix...why should I tip you. And, to top it all off, the yogurt (not ice cream) was blah.

This place is great!! I love the choices and the atmosphere. The flavors are so amazing. It's just a little in the pricey side. I do like their rewards program.

There was a PENNY (as in, a dirty coin) that came in my frozen yogurt. I bit into it and nearly chipped my tooth! Must have come out of the soft-serve machine, having dropped into the mix by accident. I immediately filed a complaint through their website, and heard no response. That was over a month ago. Which is all very unfortunate, because the quality of Yogli Mogli is otherwise great! Their flavors are fantastic and not at all artificial-tasting, like other frozen yogurts can be. I am still a Yogli Mogli customer - just not at this location due to the customer service.

    (2)
  • Lee C.

They treat you like a 12 year old here..long line and you can't try samples without some kid who just took out the trash doing it for you. I highlight that because the manager said customers can't get their own samples due to sanitary reasons (please note this is the only franchise in GA that states this nonsense)

  • Heidi P.

Lots of flavors .. including low fat and non fat, which I tried, but they not as tasty as the similar flavors I've gotten at other places. Then again, it's a low fat dessert, and for that, it's really not terrible. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn't super impressed. I'm newly REALLY iNTO these fro yo places.. so since I'm now a PROFESSIONAL frozen yogurt eater (#sarcasm) I should know. This was the third one I've been to in about 2 weeks.. it's in 3rd place. Totally great price. I definitely don't mind paying under $4 for a huge cup of froyo (and I put a lot in there.)

  • Diari C.

I have died and gone to heaven! There are so many different flavors and toppings to choose from. My favorite are the cake batter & pistachio fro yo and strawberry-kiwi sorbet. The only request I have is that they make the serving bowls bigger!

  • Malessa W.

I make it a point to stop here when I'm in Atlanta. They have a great selection of tasty yogurt and toppings. Wish there was one in nashville.

    (5)
  • Kelly R.

I enjoyed the actual froyo, great flavors. The toppings, especially anything with cookies were old and obviously sitting around for a while...gross. Also I just CANNOT get over the fact that they will not let you get your own samples...so someone you do not know is potentially touching what you're going to eat with their hands. Apparently adults are not qualified to do this on their own, which is ridiculous considering every other froyo place in the area allows you to. The "manager" offered to wear gloves while dispensing samples, but really? Not only that, the employees stand there and watch you while you try the different flavors! Seriously? You must also supervise me to eat something? That is half the fun of going to get froyo...so thanks for ruining that experience...epic fail Yogli Mogli, epic fail.

My lady turned me on to this place! Get the Strawbery Yogurt and put some Passion Fruit Balls on it...They literally "pop" in your mouth and deliver an extra kick to the yogurt! Loved it! :-)

This is the first time I've decided to stray from the "regular" tart-flavored yogurts simply because they had sooo many tempting-sounding non-tart flavors. I ended up with 4 flavors (in order of preference): Red Velvet Cake, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, Dulce de Leche, and German Chocolate (I think?...clearly, this chocolate flavor was not at all memorable). * The Red Velvet Cake flavor truly tasted like red velvet cake. Don't worry if you have a hard time imagining that because I was just as surprised on my first bite as I was on my last bite. It's one of those flavors where you're determined to figure out its underlying components because you KNOW it's not really made from cake, but no matter how many bites you take or how long you leave that bite of yogurt on your tongue, you're no closer to solving the flavor mystery...until suddenly, it's all gone. * Reese's Peanut Butter Cup tastes nothing like Reese's, which is unfortunate for Reese's fans but fantastic for people like me, who prefer classic chocolate and peanut butter flavors rather than the super-sweetened, borderline artificial peanut buttery taste of Reese's. * Dulce de Leche: Cold, smooth, RICH caramel. Yum. * German Chocolate: Again, don't remember; Couldn't have been that good. Yogli has a slightly better selection of toppings than most other yogurt places in town. Despite what older reviews may say, they do indeed have mochi balls (which I get everywhere without fail) now as a topping. However, what really intrigued me and made them stand out in my mind was their tiny cheesecake chunks and a machine that dispenses hot fudge. Since everything is sold by weight, these two are undoubtedly one of the more costly toppings to get, but mmmmm.

In all honesty, this place was fine. It gave me what I wanted in regards to yogurt and toppings. I left enjoying the flavor and price, and I will definitely go back. Why not 5 stars then? Well, I have been to other yogurt places and while Yogli Mogli is better in regards to flavor, a couple of aspects stood out to me that took away some stars. We asked for sample cups and the gentleman came around and gave us the samples. He stood there and practically baby sat us while we tasted them. Another star is lost because they were not very friendly. Don't get me wrong, they are high school students and this is just a job, but we were babysitting my three cousins (11, 7 and 6 years old) and it was almost like they purposely ignored the children. So anyway, that is why they get 3 stars. If I was rating them solely based on yogurt and toppings, 5 stars automatically. Cookie dough yogurt was amazing. Like I said, we will go back and the "experience" may be better, but this first time around was 3 star worthy.

Tucked away in the corner of the Publix shopping center on the corner of Roswell and Abernathy, this self-serve fro-yo joint is never empty (and there are usually quite a few sticky-handed children teetotering about). There is outdoor and indoor seating, and plenty of parking in the lot. This location has an impressive array of flavors and topping options, and at 39 cents an ounce it certainly is afforable. I have to say though, in comparison to the other fro-yo options in atlanta, this one just falls a bit flat. The yogurt flavor has that distinct 'fake sugar' aftertaste and the flavor (and topping) options are more candy-bar ridiculousness than fresh fruit. If you're up for the drive, skip this joint and hit up Red Mango or Pinkberry instead.

  • Addy C.

My first "self-serve" frozen yogurt experience and I like that they charge by the ounce - regardless # flavors, # toppings, whether you picked original vs. non-original flavors, etc. I also like that they're conveniently located in a shopping center where I can park right in front of the store and easily go in & out. Yogli-Mogli charges $.39/oz. I ended up getting 3 different flavors (Reese's peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia nut, French vanilla) & no toppings. Total bill = $2.14 incl. tax. The flavors weren't bad but I thought my yogurt tasted more like the TCBY variety. I'm mad at myself for forgetting to try the original flavor to benchmark against other froyo stores. I decided I like tart flavors more - I might also be wrongly associating tart w/ having less calories & being more healthy :) This place does have many flavors to choose from (12, i think). They have typical flavors but they also have a few unique ones like peanut butter, York's peppermint patty, and cake batter. They don't have taro - and based on not having mochi either - we concluded this joint was probably not Asian-owned like the other froyo places. Sampling is challenging. To get a sample cup, you have to ask the sample / clean-up guy and he'll squirt a dollop for you. Except it's almost easier & faster to squirt a dollop inside your cup and taste test w/ your finger (props to Leah T for her ingenious idea) - but since there was a long line behind me, I went ahead & just got the 3 flavors I was most curious about. Like Zack E, I'd give this place 3.5 rounded to 4 b/c of the self-serve concept, plus having lots of flavors to choose from. Except based on taste alone, I think I'm still a bigger fan of Yoforia & Yogurberry. FYI - Yogli-Mogli is located a few stores to the right of Publix.

I've been on a yogurt high for the last month, which involves me trying out a new yogurt place around Atlanta at least twice a week. I found this place with a recommendation from one of my friends and it is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE out of all the places I've tried! The quality of yogurt is really rich and its exciting to see so many flavor options available to choose from! There are so many different types of yogurt to choose from such as Cheesecake, Coconut, Tart, Vanilla, Peanut Butter, Red Velvet etc! WIDE range of toppings. I'd say there are about 15 different flavors. It's self serve but topping and yogurt station are well maintained by staff and kept spotless. If you want to a sample of yogurt before you fill up your cup, a staff member will give you as many sample cups as you will like and even fills it up for you! Talk about customer service! I loved it! They charge 39 cents an ounce which I think is really cheap compared to other self serve places, like Three on the Tree and Menchi' s. Very relaxed cute interior with green and orange color schemes. Very clean, indoor and outdoor seating. I got the Sweet Coconut Yogurt and topped it with White Chocolate, Granola that was coated with brown sugar and fresh strawberries. It's definitely worth driving down Roswell Rd for. Other yogurt shops should take a cue from Yogli Mogli and follow their lead by enhancing their customer service and exceeding customer's expectations!.

I have been visiting my family in Atlanta for a week, and have been to Yogli Mogli 3 times. I don't think it gets any better than that. This place is awesome, and not just because it's delicious, but because it's fun, too. My first two visits I went the more decadent route, trying red velvet cake (the BEST), cake batter, york peppermint patty, and reeses cup. Even with 3-4 flavors in my cup, I managed a little self control. It was almost easier to get a small amount with so many flavors, bc I was getting just a taste of everything. The toppings were almost too much to choose from, and I was happy with just sprinkles, cherries, and assorted broken up cookies. Because it was yogurt, it wasn't too sweet and was great for the scorching heat we've had this week. My 3d visit I went the tart route. I've had plain tart fro yo many times, and love it, but this was my first time having a flavor (pomegranate). I loved the tart, but the fruit tasted too much like what I'd get in a little cup of regular yogurt. Not yogli mogli's fault, just my own preference. I had my usual topping combo of raspberries and cocoa crispies, and since I got to do my own toppings, I didn't have to worry about not enough crispies. I also added some mochi, which was extra good. To top it off, this place is super cute, the line moves quickly, and despite the high probability it will get messy, it really wasn't!! Oh, and the BEST PART is, according to my 15 year old sister, the CUTEST BOY at her high school works at the cash register.

Oh what fun! Self-serve frozen yogurt. Choices - a dozen yogurt options in a range of plain, fruits, chocolate, vanilla, nutty flavors and more plus topping at one price per ounce ($.39/oz). Located on the Roswell Rd side of the Publix shopping center at the corner of Abernathy and Roswell Rd - there is ample parking to go with the ample selection of flavors. A light touch on the dispensing machines and you can create a yummy and satisfying treat for between $2.00 and $3.00 per person. One cautionary note - there is only one size cup. So create your concoction with care. Enjoy!

I love the concept, but I dislike the flavors :( This place is a total hit for froyo and chocolate candybar lovers. I was disappointed there weren't more fruit flavors. I like taro, mango, etc, but this place didn't carry such flavors. The selection is pretty big. You can request sample cups to try the flavors. It's completely self-serve, and you pay based on weight. I really wish Atlanta would have a Mochi, where it's self-served and has all the flavors l like, such as lychee, mango, taro, etc.

The Pros: *Lots of frozen yogurt choices - Peach is tasty *Serve yourself - I paid $2.85 for the perfect amount of yogurt for me and some fruit toppings *Very Clean *Courteous Staff Things I didn't like: *Tart flavor (my fave normally) is not so good here - tastes milky and not very TART *No sample cups sitting out - you can get them from an employee but she stands there with you while you go about tasting *No mochi - one of my absolute favorite toppings on frozen yogurt *Mango was not ripe - nit-picky, I know, but I gotta be honest to myself and you Final verdict: If over this way I would definitely make it a point to get some frozen yogurt from here but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

The yogurt was fine, but the young woman working was barely above rude. My 7 year old son (i.e., not usually observant as to customer service) commented, "That lady sure doesn't like working here!" Nothing like disinterested condescension to go with your fro yo!

Not too impressed with the yogurt but very impressed with the owner/employees. Pinkberry is still a fav for my clan.

We started eating here last year. I kept driving past and stopped in one day to see a wall of frozen yogurt at my pleasure. I was in heaven. I love it. There are great flavors to choose from. My favorite is peanut butter, there is also Cheesecake, cookies and cream. It's so good! Then here comes the best part, the sin buffet of toppings! You can add fruits, and nuts, or candy...heathbar bits, or crumbled oreo, strawberry...it is so good. I now am definitely thinking about bringing some home tomorrow after work now. Give it a try!

We love going to yogli mogli on a good occasion when in the mood for a yummy frozen treat. We love how it is self serve and that they have so many delicious flavors. Their frozen yogurt is equivalent to soft serve ice cream, only healthier and tastier because of the unique flavors like New York Cheese Cake, Cake Batter, Red Velet, Cookies and Creme, Key Lime Pie, Peach, Kiwi, and the list can go on as they add new flavors during each season. Most of their flavors are low-fat or no-fat. Some are regular. But none of the low fat or no fat flavors are lacking flavor or creamy texture. They all taste really good, full flavored and creamy. They also have sugar free flavors as well. You can do a mix and match of whatever flavors you want, and add fruit toppings, candy toppings, granola toppings, nuts, etc. Just make sure to not feel like you have to fill up your cup entirely as it can get expensive to fill your entire cup up with yogurt and of course the more toppings you add the more expensive your yogurt will be because they charge you by the weight of the contents in your cup. Mines is always $2-3 and I'm usually pretty happy. Beyond that I will get full honestly. Another cool thing is that you can earn free yogurt the more you buy there each time with an electronic rewards system they have connected to your mobile number. Ask them about it, it really is simple and cool. They have chairs and tables to eat inside or outside. On a hot day it can sometimes get a little crowded there. But it's understandable.

Voted best yogurt place by our family. And we tend to be choosy. Great toppings. Flavors are yummy with many choices and they tend to change them up often enough to lend variety. Parking lot is not the best. Hard to get into and out of with busy crossings for kids. Fun atmosphere with cool stools. Music playing. And cute higher school/college kids working the cash register.

Ugh. I had been curious about Yogli Mogli for months so when I was craving some froyo this afternoon while in the Sandy Springs area, I decided to give it a try. Now the curiosity has been dealt with, and I don't think I will ever be going back. First, let's start off with the fact you have to ask to sample flavors in a self serve shop. Anyone who wants to argue with me that somehow letting people sample as much as they want is going to cause a yogurt shop to lose money, you are going to lose that argument. I know what it takes, and it's not going to kill a business to let customers have as many samples as they'd like. What will kill it? Horrific customer service. I didn't even bother after seeing how the guy working there asked my boyfriend what he wanted to try. While the employee was putting the vanilla yogurt in a cup, my boyfriend turns to me with this weird face and mouths, "REALLY?" I was even standing right there and this guy didn't even offer me any samples. He was incredibly rude all around, considering he also didn't even greet us. Plus when we were sitting on the patio, he was moving chairs around by scraping their metal legs on the concrete. Not cool. We weren't even the only ones out there, there were at least half a dozen other people outside too. Had I sampled the pomegranate raspberry before filling a cup with it, I would have walked right on out, to be quite honest. I didn't even get that much, but I couldn't finish it. It was just an artificial, sour mess. I was told the vanilla was a bit too rich tasting, but I didn't want to have it. I had such an awful taste on my tongue. The yogurt isn't even very smooth, I'm not sure if it's just awful yogurt or if that was ice crystals..but yeah I definitely couldn't finish it because it almost tasted like it was bad. Speaking of bad...I couldn't even bring myself to put raspberries on this yogurt because they were smashed to hell. I was going to give them 2 stars because the topping bar is pretty impressive with its selections BUT, in my 8 or so pieces of strawberries, I had one leaf and another piece with a stem still attached. I'll just be heading south on Roswell Road for that froyo fix, thank you. I love frozen yogurt but no.

I don't know exactly why, but I like this Yogli-Mogli more than Yoforia. I like sitting outside on a nice day and enjoying my yogurt concoction. This location also happens to serve a particular topping that I have yet to see at other locations (although that may have changed already) -little fruit bubbles!

  • Stephanie A.

I am not a fan. It seemed like every flavor was fat free (that is against nature) and just forgettable. The toppings, while numerous, feel generic (do I expect to see curry powder and szechuan peppercorns!? ). If you have kids and/or don't mind kids you may give it a try and enjoy it. I do like the self serve concept though. I won't be going back. I am a coldstone kind of girl. Maybe I can talk those mixmasters into letting me mix my own. :)

  • Caitlin B.

This one seems ghetto compared to other Yogli's that I have visited. And is it just me, or did prices go up?? The one in Suwannee still reigns supreme!!

Nom nom. Self-serve yogurt with healthy options. They have outdoor seating, soit's even more enjoyable when the weather's nice. Maybe not my favorite location (busy Publix shopping center), but still worth stopping in when I'm in the area.

Meh... I admit I was kinda excited to see that there was a froyo place so close to my house. My girl and I took a trip over to Roswell to check the place out. At first glance it was pretty cool. Tons of flavors to choose from and the topping bar looked neat and full of possibilities. I filled my cup with about 4 flavors. Mango, Plain, Chocolate, and Peach. Everything tasted like artificial peach except for the chocolate. The texture was a bit off as well. It was richer than other froyo places and I'm positive I crunched down on some ice crystals....not good.... The saving grace I think was the topping bar. They had a decent selection of all the popular items. mochi, fresh fruits, and my favorite Captain Crunch!!!! It's a lil weird I know...but oh so good. I had high expectations for this place and I left disappointed.

I'm not a yogurt connoisseur, so I'll start with that. But this place was nice and I'd certainly go back. I like mine simple-- Plain flavor or green tea. And I only add blueberries, mochi and lychee. Maybe it's a little high on the price, but I'd eat there again. It's always refreshing and nice.

Not a bad place to get froyo if you're in the Sandy Springs area. On the weekends, they get a lot of traffic and because it's in the suburbs, expect a lot of families with kids. Yogli-Mogli is self-serve and this location offers a dozen different flavors, mostly catered to the American palate (e.g. Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, cookies 'n cream, etc.). Standard sweet and fruit toppings. Priced at 39 cents an ounce, so equivalent to all of the other self-serve froyo joints in metro Atlanta. This store has both indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of available parking.

  • M A.

The best part about this place is that you get to do all the work yourself. It's like fondue only with fro-yo. Want just a little yogurt but TONS of toppings? You can do that. Want no toppings but a mix of five flavors? You can do that too. Whatever your little heart - and stomach - desires is possible here. The flavors aren't just plain and chocolate, either; you have peanut butter, cheesecake, blueberry, and many other creative options to mull over. The toppings were fresh and believe me, there is plenty to pick from. Butterfinger, strawberries, chocolate sprinkles, mochi, cookie dough... it's a parent's sugary nightmare but an impressive spread. There is a downside to this, though. The Line. It's hit or miss I'm sure, but it sucks to be stuck in line behind someone who doesn't know what they want yet. In their defense, there are at least 10 flavors up at any given moment, but come on. Stand aside and let the rest of us who know what we want start the madness. The store could benefit from a sign away from the line area with a list of the day's flavors so new people can figure out what to mix in the first place. I really enjoyed the ability to mix and match and get what I wanted for about the same price as the other yogurt spots in town (here it's weighed by the ounce so the price of the cup varies). I wouldn't put it above the others due to each one offering different flavors, toppings, and experiences, but if you're in the area and looking for a delicious treat, Yogli Mogli is the perfect place to stop at.

What really can you say about this place? It's a dozen self-serve frozen yogurts, giant toppings bar, and you pay based on weight. It's so simple a formula that you wish you had thought of it, especially because every time you go you'll see that this place does some insane business. This place is like a communicable disease...someone told me how good it was, so I went, and now i have told people how good it is and brought them, and the cycle continues...be warned. Don't miss mixing the pomegranate-raspberry with a dash of cookies and cream. Throw some pretzel pieces and some caramel syrup on that bad boy and you will officially become a Yogli addict. One warning though, if you go, get ready to fight for a patio seat against jr.high/highschoolers out on their first date, while kids run around practically sucking fro-yo from the tap and screaming while their parents look completely bamboozled by all the choices. This place would be so much better if it was over-21 only like a nightclub.

So, I stopped in at about mid-afternoon thinking I would try a new froyo shop this time. It was my least favorite experience so far. I was originally attracted to it seeing that they had 30 flavors in rotation. I asked to try the "dulce de leche" sample. I understand that I can't self serve with sample cups because customers might take too much. Nonetheless, I'm glad I only had a sample. It was good, but was definitely too rich for my taste. Caramel might be better used as a topping till they can find a way to make it taste as good as the Haagen-Daaz version. I ended up filling up the 16 oz. cup with "original tart", and the "pomegranate-rasberry tart." Proceeding to the toppings bar, I didn't like how they ground up all the chocolate bars, and would've preferred it if they had just broken them up into chunks, but that's personal preference. I moved on to fruits. It was just disgusting. Everything was MUSHY and old, especially the strawberries. Considering how small they were cut, I can imagine they get mushy pretty fast. The blackberries were ok, but I was reluctant to take some because of the look of the surrounding fruits. There aren't too many places i know of that sell ripe mangos anyways, so not too sad about them not having any. When they brought out a fresh batch of blueberries I eventually went with those and some walnuts. After paying about $4 i dug down into the pomegranate-rasberry tart. It was truly, NOT GOOD. It left a very strong, old, concentrated, syrupy taste in my mouth. I quickly tried to rescue whatever "original" was untainted by the pomegranate and could taste it after a few bites. There were a few chips of ice in the mix that didn't really affect me at this point. I would give the original a 3/5 in that it's not overly tart, but not the best quality or mixture I've tried. I stopped by the Hardee's next door, and got some chicken tenders to cover the syrupy taste. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or hour. Very reluctant to go back.

after a 2 month affair with the Pinkberry that opened near me, I returned to Yogli for a reminder of what I had left behind. Lo and behold ... I think I'm going to have to enter a polygamist colony to survive with both of these options. They're so different yet so delicious at the same time. Go try them both out and see what you think.

Me, my boss and another co-worker went here and besides having a "that 70's show" flashback from the color scheme. I wasnt that impressed by anything, they didnt have alot of yogurt machines and the place was kinda small. and they take samples of the yogurt for you instead of you doing it yourself which is kinda annoying. I've had three different kinds and only the strawberry was good. I've had better at Yogurt mountain in the Prado off Roswell Rd.

Pick your flava. Pick your toppings. Get it weighed. Eat. I get original flavor, with mochi, strawberry, almond shavings... This place is good, but the fro-yo is a little bit too... creamy? I like the consistency a little thicker and tarter.

    (3)
  • Tia R.

The yogurt and toppings were very good. I mixed all flavors so I really can't say which one is the best. For those who haven't been before, you basically create your own cup of whatever yogurt flavors you want and then at the end you put your own toppings on. Yogurt flavors range from cheesecake to peanut butter to cookies and cream. Toppings range from gummy bears to cornflakes to strawberries. And of course, more flavors and toppings beyond the ones I mentioned. The price depends on how much your cup weighs which is something I wish I knew before making a monster cup. I thought it was just set prices like for a small cup vs. a large cup. I filled my cup up with so much shit when I got to the cash register it was damn near $8. I still paid for it even though I wasn't expecting it to be so expensive but at least I'll know how it works the next time I go. Tl;dr Overall good experience. Nothing spectacular but not bad. Paid too much.

In Cincinnati (my hometown) we have only recently been introduced to the FroYo craze...and while Yagoot is delicious, it can not come close to the awesomeness that is Yogli-Mogli. Multiple, unique flavors like cookies and cream and red velvet?! Tons of toppings?! Create your own?! I was in heaven. The first time I had Cookies and Cream (Non-fat, what!?) with raspberries and cherries, the second time, Dutch Chocolate and Red Velvet with an assortment of fruits. For those who like a tarter yogurt, the flavors I have had seem to be more on the creamy, sweet side...and be careful how much you put in the cup! I thought I was being fairly conservative and my total came to $3.50...not bad, but I easily could have gotten more. Let me just say that it is a curse and a blessing to have Yogli-Mogli so close to my apartment!

Move over Red Mango - better yet, close up shop and let Yogli Mogli move into your Dunwoody store. Greatest selection of flavors, cake batter, cheesecake, original, and strawberry are a few of my favorites. Only drawback is that one of the YogliMogli employees has to give you a sample cup instead of a free for all sampling like other places. This is a serve yourself set-up where they charge by weight and have really nice selection of toppings.

This is my new favorite indulgence, and I am even able to convince myself that it is sort-of healthy. Nonfat or lowfat yogurt, filled with probiotics for a healthy digestive system, and a little added protein for my vegetarian diet. And when I'm good and add fresh fruit, aside from the sugar content, I am enjoying a fairly good-for-me treat. I've been here 3 times already and the Pistachio is hands-down my absolute fave. I like to add the waffle cone pieces and strawberries. Yum. But when I'm in a more junk-food mood, I get the Cake Batter, with a lil Cookies'n'Cream, and load it up with crushed candy bars and sprinkles. Woohoo! A bit less awful for ya than Cold Stone, but still sweet and sugary enough to let you know you're being bad. Mmmm. I do wish they would leave out sample cups and little spoons, because I have to try before I buy. So I keep squirting little bits into my self-serve bucket and using my finger to sample the flavors. Sticky and gross, I know. But I'm still a 4-year-old on the inside.

Truth be told there is nothing that could make this a better froyo place, except for having one in Downtown Atlanta (pref Castleberry Hill). There are so many choices of yogurt from tart to nonfat, cake batter, cookies n cream, fruit flavors and more and so many toppings you're bound to find something that's perfect for you. The cups are super large, but you don't have to fill them and the price clocks in at 39 cents an ounce so you pretty much pick your price. Seriously, if I had the money lying around I would scoop up this franchise in a second (PS-call me if you do have mo ey lying around and want to fund me to start a Yogli Mogli for you ;)). It's right next to Bagelicious on Johnson Ferry, which everyone knows is the best bagel/deli place in Atlanta so it's not too hard to find and while it can be crowded at times it's never too long of a wait.

Wasn't a fan of the cheesecake ( had an almost chemical/super artificial taste) fro yo, nor the chocolate, the peanut butter was the only saving grace. The fruit flavors my other half picked up were much better than mine- raspberry and peach. I love the concept of this place, self serve yogurt, I got about 3 different flavors in my cup to try out and it only came to about 3.00. I also wish that you could sample the flavors before actually buying them, you don't receive a spoon until you pay and weigh your dessert. So *sigh* I was stuck with the nasty cheesecake. All the toppings looked fresh, and the place was very clean even with kids running all over the place. Service was friendly, perhaps I could bump it up to 3 stars next time if I stick to the fruit flavored fro-yo.

While some fro-yo places have come and gone, we're glad to see that this Yogli-Mogli has survived! It must be tough for them when business drops off over the winter, but I'm looking forward to Pumpkin and Apple Pie flavors in the fall, which I missed last year :( We went back today for our first visit this year, generally good yogurt options, toppings, and price. There's a good variety of sweet, tart, and sorbet, low-fat and non-fat. I'd prefer more of the more decadent options--low-fat preferred over non-fat, sweet preferred over tart. Favorite flavors are cake batter, cookies & cream, peanut butter (which is one that I tried today), and others along these lines, but I should probably broaden my horizons since my preferences kinda limit me. A good discovery today was the peanut butter syrup, which complemented the rest of my creation quite nicely.

Self serve and, clean; not kids fingers all up in the yogurt (like I've seen other places). I particularly liked that when I asked for a taste, a YM person did it for me vs me getting it everywhere. Someone sampling in a self serve place seems contradictory but for cleanliness reasons, I'm all for it. I've seen this go bad in other places..... Lots of variety, yogurt choices. Good signage that gives you a good idea of what you are about to taste - "tart" "sorbet" etc. Good topping choices too. I tasted the peach which was a little sweeter than I was in the mood for but good if you want sweet. I opted for the pomegranate (sp) and raspberry w/coconut shavings and mochi. Tart which I liked but too sweet by the time I had most of it. I had it so I ate it all - haha. Cheap! I had a pretty good size cup w/2 toppings and I think it was @ $3. I was pretty shocked by the low price compared to other venues in town.

Self serve yogurt with a toppings bar smorgasbord! I love this place! My husband hates ice cream and even he loves this place. I used to be a big fan of TCBY- but you hardly see those anymore. Then the new frozen yogurt phase began with those tangy types like Yoforia- but this is so much better! They have regular and tangy varieties- usually only one or two tangy or "tart" flavors. My two favorite flavors I haven't seen lately- Praline and Pistachio. But I can make do with Cake Batter. If I feel fruity I get the Raspberry, Strawberry or Mango Tango Sorbet. Love the pick your own toppings bar- Any kind of cereal, fruit, selection of candies. My favs are captain crunch, crunch berries, peanuts, butterfinger, chocolate sauce, and cookie dough- but not necessarily all at once. The 39 cents/ounce can definitely add up though so be careful. There's only one size of cup which is gigantic and easy to overfill. I would have given it four stars because it can get expensive. But I left it at 5 because I like it and I end up paying the price without really feeling bad about it. My only complaint is that of course it's super popular with kids/teenagers (go figure) but it can get super packed and rowdy. And teeny tiny kids like to stick their fingers in everything. I saw an employee dive in front of a 3 yr old before he stuck his hand in the m&m bucket on the bar.

    (5)
  • Kristin K.

I was really impressed with this place. I only gave it four stars because the froyo itself wasn't anything special. With that said, there are about 10 different flavors to choose from, lots of them fat free, you get one size cup and you fill it up with whatever froyo and toppings and however much you want. Lots of candy, cereal, nuts, and fruits to choose from. They price it by the ounce, and I have to say out of any boutique ice cream place, this is the place where you get the most for your money. I will definitely be back.

    (4)
  • Craig G.

It's expensive, the flavors are a bit too weak, seating is limited, and the decor is sterile to the point of cold (as in psychological comfort not as in temperature). But our family keeps coming back! We shouldn't like this place so much, but we do. It's spunky attitude is addictive, the rotation of new flavors tempt you back, the freshness of the ingredients let you rationalize the price, and their fat-free and low-fat offerings assuage all guilt. That synergy overrides my logic centers and I'm compelled to heartily recommend you try it.

First thing first...this is a self serve frozen yogurt priced at $.39 an ounce and you get a huge tub to put your yougurt in. I love the concept. You grab a tub and choose from 12 flavors of soft serve yogurt and then you visit the topping bar stocked with fresh fruit, candy, or cereal pieces. I went for a trio of cheesecake, birthday cake, and resse's pieces yogurt. The cheesecake tasted a little odd the other flavors where great. As far as pricing I would have paid a similar amount for a sundae at Bruster's.

Stopped in with a coupon, and we were up this way. I don't really understand the one or two star reviews. You pretty much know what you're getting--softserve froyo. The price is about average, the selection is excellent. I had some cappocino, choco, vanilla, york peperming patti. I think the york stood out the most. Definitely recommend it for a hot day. Nice concept. Not super close, but we may get back over here when we're up this way.

With the new fro yo craze sweeping the city this is as good as it gets. I've tried Yoforia & Menchies, the other top contenders in the fro yo market & Yogli has the overall best selection of flavors and toppings for the lowest price. This location unfortunately gets completely overrun at night with families & teenagers. The yogurt is better than Yoforia's but not as thick and creamy as Menchies, but at 39 cents an ounce versus the 44 cents at Menchies it's a more economically sound option. Make sure you get their customer loyalty card. $5 free of yogurt for every $40 you spend.

My daughter and I go here at least once a week. We love this place. I like to mix all the white flavors, and get hot fudge and chocolate sprinkles , because I am old school and to me that is what frozen yogurt is all about. The thing is that the variety of white flavors they have is so big, and I love most of them. My favorites are Sweet coconut, Island Banana and Angel Food Cake. I don't know how anyone could dislike this place or think the toppings are generic. I have never seen lychee or mango in the generic aisle at my grocery store, maybe I am shopping at the wrong place! The thing I love about this place is that everything is low fat or non fat plus it has the benefits of yogurt is light but creamy and you never walk away feeling like your stomach hurts which is usually how I have felt when I go to Cold Stone. Call me crazy! I love Yogli Mogli!

0.39 per ounce. How irresistable! Price is good until you start adding on the toppings. There is such a variety and assortment of toppings from strawberries, kiwis and all kinds of fruit to chocolate, candies, and more. The yogurt is all low fat but the toppings add on the price and the pounds. Enjoy with family and friends alike. Eat inside or out. Less busy on Saturday afternoons.

This place is cool b/c you get to self-serve your own fro yo creation. there's like 10 difft flavors and all the same toppings you would find at other fro yo joints. but b/c you make it yourself you can make it whatever crazy combo you want! the only thing lacking at this place was there was no mango on the fruit toppings station...pooey. i'd give this place 5 stars if they had that.

2nd location i've been too and similar style. Emory location had an extra person to get you samples but this location only had 1 person in view during our visit. my husband - 1st timer - had a hard time deciding on what to get but enjoyed his mix. i tried the thin mint and have to say - TRY IT! the cake batter was alright - a good base for lots of toppings. i also have a thing for the strawberry flavor... check it out! i love the customization of this place and looks like a fun place for kids as well.

Folks should read "In Defense of Food" before thinking that fat-free is a good thing. You would be much better off with a cup of Brusters than a similar amount of fat-free frozen yogurt. I lost my appetite watching the patrons at YM fill their bowls. Quote from one of the patrons - "You can fill your bowl with marshmallows because they don't weigh very much"...ugh.

a great alternative to ice cream with the same satisfaction. less calories if you don't add the toppings. tastes great. small facility. great for getting in and out. not a lot of seating. kids seem to love this place. the straws are cute. plan to spend $4-5 on a cup. 39 cents an oz pick your own flavors and toppings. a teenager will be there to assist you (so don't expect any over the top service. but they are nice enough.) thank goodness they don't allow everyone to sample on their own ice cream. (mouth germs, yuck!) peach and cake batter is my favorite.

I just moved to the Sandy Springs area from CT, so I was really excited to try this new frozen yogurt concept. I was a bit suprised that there is only one size cup, but I pressed on. The topping bar was impressive, and the fruits were fresh looking. I mixed the New York Cheesecake flavor with Strawberry. The yogurt itself was really pretty tasty. However, two hours later I was struck with the worst *ahem* "Montezuma's Revenge" ever, with really bad stomach cramps. Needless to say, I won't be returning. The yogurt was good, but not worth the diarrhea.

This place is great! Not quite as good as Yophoria but pretty damn close! It has a very similar set up with a wall of self serve froyo and then a buffet bar of toppings ranging from healthier fruits to ground up ressee's cups. Much like other self serve places you pay by the ounce.

I love love love frozen yogurt. I've made it a personal mission to visit every frozen yogurt place in my city. I first stumbles upon YM because I saw pictures on FB and I had to try it. I've brought my entire family here on multiple occasions but on my most recent visit (sometime last week) service was awful. I went there with my sister in the late afternoon and we each got our own tub of awesomeness. But once we got to the register the girl at the counter did not even greet us. She simply ushered us to put our tubs on the scale. She did not even smile and say thank you. It's not the first time I've experience bad service here but this instant was the worst. I greatly value customer service because I work in retail and I always make it my top priority to give awesome service. This girl(unfortunately I didn't get her name)'s lack of service made me seriously consider not visiting this location again. Good thing 2 more locations are opening closer to my house.

This place is great for frozen yogurt, but the fact that you have one size cup and fill it with basically all the yogurt and toppings you can eat is a bit strange to me. I wanted to try multiple flavors, but I'm not one for mixing, especially if the flavors don't really belong together. I mixed 3 flavors and went for basic toppings on my first visit there, but if I go again, I might do to separate cups since it is by weight.

the cutest concept ever!! i love that you can get your own yogurt & toppings!! i'm so in love! i tried the banana mixed the cheesecake flavor and it was quite tasty! So the guy working there told me that captain crunch was the best topping every, so i got some and it was REALLY GOOD!! i'm just so sad i didn't get more captain crunch! bf and i went pretty late (9:30pm) and it was surprisingly packed both inside and out. oh oh oh and the best part, bf and i didn't get a lot of yogurt just because and it only came $5 (and some change) for both of ours together!! i mean, keep in mind i didn't fill the whole tub with yogurt but it was still filling for the both of us. i will DEF be back sooooon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am addicted to this place. I love it! I drive from Buckhead a couple times a week because I just have to have it. I'd love to have my own franchise. It is always busy but they keep it very clean. The line moves fast but sometimes it's so busy there is no where to sit. They have every topping including fruits and they keep them topped off and fresh. It costs me about $5 when I go but it is totally worth it. There is no other place like it. I just wish it was closer to where I live. I always get the same thing too. Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream and Cake Batter w/ rainbow sprinkles, Oreo pieces and strawberry's. Every friend I have taken there has loved it. You should definitely try it out! I think I want to go right now...lol.

Buyers beware, the cup is a lot larger than you think it is! Okay, now that I covered that, let's get on with the review. I love this place. I always get the plain tart mixed with a fruit. So far, blueberry is the winner, but I'm looking forward to trying raspberry now that it's back. As for toppings, I prefer the granola, strawberries, kiwi, blackberries, and mango. Yum. The store is kept very clean, and the layout is nice and simple. Grab a cup, fill it with yogurt, top with topping, and weigh/checkout. The store gets pretty crowded on the weekends, and I'm sure it'll be a zoo during the warmer months. Man, I wish it wasn't 1:30am right now..
