My company was invited to a social event here so I probably have a biased view on Whiskey Park. (Considering I didn't have to pay for anything and the entire bar had been reserved for my company.) We were served heavy hors d'oeuvres and most everything tasted fine. It wasn't spectacular, but I had no complaints. The drinks are legit. They have a very extensive drinks menu and they don't skimp on the alcohol. The environment is nice. It looks like it could be Katy Perry's room. (Or maybe that was because they were blaring E.T. that night.) Overall, I liked my experience here, but as I said, this is probably biased. As a bar, I can't really say, but as an event venue, I liked it very much.

For a place with "whiskey" in the name, I would have expected more than just ONE specialty cocktail made with whiskey. It's a nice hotel bar (it is the W after all), 2 floors, plenty of seating. But crowd-wise, unless there's a wedding after-party, not very pretty. I do recommend for pre-drinks before heading out to the rest of the bars in midtown.

I wanted so badly for this place to work. We came here for a birthday celebration for one of my swankier friends, and the decor jived with the vibe we wanted. Unfortunately the place was almost entirely empty the whole night, except for two bachelorette parties that swooped in and out. What seating there was, was uncomfortable. Eventually the couple of ladies that there started trying to impress the very few men in attendance by dancing on the stripper pole, and we knew it was time to leave. Now every time one of my midtown residing friends suggests we "try it out", I pass.

its a hotel bar. and no matter how much it wants to be a lounge or a Drai's nightclub, it will never be more than a bar. PLUS: - convenient for guests of the hotel - really really ridiculously good looking bar staff - pretty dern attractive clientele (i think they charge a cover to the non-hotel guests who arent so attractive...just a hunch cause the bouncer let me in with no charge) - pretty cheap drinks. they must have lowered their prices because two beers and two jack/cokes was $32 total - sexy vibe MINUS: - the lighting was really dim and i dont even think the bouncer had enough light to read the date on my license - not enough bar stools! - pretty barren and empty even on Saturday night after midnight

First let me start by saying this is the second time I've been to Whiskey Park. The first time I wasn't impressed but I thought that was due to the crowd versus Whiskey Park itself. I have to say that I am with the rest of the folks, definitely over priced. I ordered a Corona and a glass of Pinot Grigio and the tab was over $17. I asked the bartender if he gave me the right tab and he replied with a real surly "Yes". The worst part is that there was no itemization on the bill, just a total. I'm not sure if everything is really overpriced there or if the waitstaff is just sticking it to folks. I really hesitated to even give this two stars. The appetizers that were served were mediocre at best. This is a real shame since I live in the area and frequently meet others "visiting" the area looking for a place to drink or dine. Midtown could really use a nice upscale reasonable place but based on two experiences here, it's not a place in good faith I could recommend. I think if you are looking for a place to be "seen" this might be your kind of place but that's about it.

Always a nice little spot to hang out before your night begins. It sits atop the W-Buckhead Hotel so you need to valet or self park at the hotel and walk around to the entrance. The entrance is pretty cool and looks exclusive. The have some drapery you walk through, to the elevator. The elevator is huge and can fit a full party bus of people comfortably. The decor of this place is top notch and inviting. The drinks are good and overpriced, but what do you expect on a rooftop in buckhead? This place gets packed and has standing room only so get there early, before 11. The patio is nice when its warm however they do have heaters when its cool.

Located inside of the lively W Hotel in midtown Atlanta. Overall experience, I enjoyed it. There was a $10 cover fee (cash only) and I opted to self park in the public parking garage on the left side of the building (instead of valet) which was an $11 flat fee after 5:30pm. Drink (Royal Flush) from the bar costed me about $14. A $35 Saturday night on the whim in midtown Atlanta? Not bad! Whiskey park is located on the top floor of the hotel and was described to me as more of a patio rooftop space. Now, it has a patio, concealed in the corner but not nearly as accommodating as the inside space where the bar, dj, some what of a VIP area and restrooms were. I was thinking patio with breath taking views of midtown...No it was more like a smoker's alley. Not that type of party. Music selection was majority hip hop and rap. What I liked best was the mixed crowd and room to boogie. If I had to complain, not enough seating. But we came to party! Who needs a seat anyhow?! P.S. You could totally opt out of the whole cover fee and chill downstairs at the lobby bar or the patio. Also had a dj with more of a mixture of tunes.

I was wearing a pair of $200 shoes, $300 pair of religion jeans, and a $120 Calvin Klein shirt with a homemade and crafted leather belt and buckle. It's an outfit that I would wear anywhere in my own "going out" area of Los Angeles- you know a small place called Sunset Boulevard. I was denied entrance into this bar despite the fact that I am a guest having stayed here five days. I stood in line like others to get into the bar, yet the gentleman told me I was not able to enter into the bar because my shirt did not have sleeves. It was A dressy and very casual look, it was not a wife beater, it was not a tank top, it was a nice Calvin Klein shirt without sleeves and a small hoodie. Humiliation is an understatement, and not only was I humiliated as a customer of W, which there are better hotels in the immediate area, it was very degrading as a person especially when women around me were granted entrance with their sleeveless cocktail dresses. I'm sorry, but Whiskey, you got that one wrong.

If this was a real place like a park where the rivers were all flowing with whiskey, I would probably have been more excited. I bet this place is cool in the summer though. I think it has a wraparound deck. If it doesn't then I take back my comment about it being cool in the summer. Then I bet it is just extra hot in the summer. The drinks were OK and the music was kind of not that great. We went on a Friday night and it was kinda dead. Just had a drink and talked about when we are going to try to get pregnant. If a place lets people like us in, it can't be that cool.

If we are talking about the interior decorations and scenery then the place gets 5 stars. If I was staying at the W as a guest I would have stayed longer just to take it all in. My hubby and I arrived around 11pm to this gorgeous EMPTY lounge. The DJ was playing to a crowd of 2. The rooftop patio was pretty cool and that housed about 10 guys smoking cigars and bottles. Meanwhile, the drinks inside were overpriced and small. There were more security guards than people. There were more VIP roped off sections than anything else too. I can see a pretentious gathering here but it's nor a turn up place at all. Oh well, on to the next lounge after a 1 hour stay here.

Came here on a Friday night for a friend's birthday. Well I gave it 2 stars because the decor and the interior setup was nice. The experience however gets a 1, hands down. We arrived around 11/11:30 pm and got in free (if we would have paid I would have been mad). Upon arrival it was practically empty. I could count with both hands the number of people in there. The DJ played a few songs that I like but overall the music was not my cup of tea. Around 12ish more people started arriving but everyone just stood/sat around talking to each other and taking pictures. We left around 1:00am. Parking (in the colony square deck right next to the W) was $11. I wouldn't go back unless I was staying at the W and had nothing else to do.

We were already at other places in Midtown before we decided to come here. We were staying at the hotel on a Saturday night for my bachelorette party. We thought it might be wise to just end our night of fun at the club of the hotel since we had been drinking. This was on a Saturday night and there were not too many people there. Yes the place is small and yes we arrived at 1:30, but come on! The DJ was really good, but no one was dancing! Everyone was just standing around with their drinks staring at each other. At this point, it didn't bother us because we came to have fun and we did! The decor and ambiance is what you would expect out of a W hotel bar/club, but the people there that night were......meh! Let's just say not my kind of crowd. But if you're the type that wants to chill and stand around to loud high energy music, this might be the place for you. Sorry I cannot comment on the drinks because I was already in the stage of "every drink tasted the same" *wink, nudge*. I will not be back to this bar/club unless I were to stay at this W again.

Very nice scenery & staff. Drinks were over priced but that was expected considering the bar is in the "W". The parking was $11. I went on a Saturday & the DJ was ok playing top 40 & hip hop. Restrooms were very clean. There was no where to sit really because it's small but we we're offered VIP with it being our first time there. I'll consider going back soon

In the city of Atlanta, when anyone talks about a club/bar/nightspot having the name "whiskey" in it, for the most part they automatically assume it is Whiskey Blue, which is actually at the W in Buckhead, not Midtown. Which is funny, since Whiskey Park came first. Owned by the same company (run by Rande Gerber, whom I still consider one of the luckiest men in the world to be married to Cindy Crawford), Whiskey Park is unique in its own way. A few years ago, this place was open just about every night until 2-3AM, and the crowd was big, and this was the place to be seen in Midtown. My cousin used to work security here and would tell me of all of the A-Listers that would come through and have the time of their lives. It seemed as more options (and the recession, of course) seemed to come around, it seemed as if it lost its sizzle. For me, I like the decor- a stairway leading up, almost looking like something from Tomorrowland @ Disney World (more specifically, Space Mountain). If stairs aren't your thing, there is an elevator (you enter from the restaurant below). When you make it to the top of the steps, there are 3 rooms- a bar area, a DJ area, and a "private" room (I can say I have been in here once or twice). There is also an outdoor area with love plants and wood that give you a cool view of other buildings (you can smoke out there). The cool thing about this place, each room is completely different designed- and honestly, I can't really describe them- but they are definitely unique. They offer your typical full bar fare, and the waitresses and bartenders are hottt and friendly. Expect to pay hotel prices though on the drinks. The music changes per whatever night, but lately, they have a new thing called "Vintage" where there are different themed nights and it is like a complete time travel. I have not been, but I have seen the pics- and they look convincing! The crowd isn't per se for everyone, but I haven't run into an asshole yet, and it is quite diverse. I also haven't paid a cover here either, which is always a plus in terms of night life. I like the idea of club atmosphere, but smaller, inside a hotel- you do not see that often! I think it's gutsy, and I like the idea. Now, I am pretty sure it is only open on Fri and Sat, but if you are cool (like me), you can check the place out on other nights. I have never had issues here, and have always been treated well- and by no means would I even be considered hot shit. I need to check this place out more! One of the downsides for me though is sometimes the music is too loud, and not by as in I'm getting old too loud, but just sometimes hard to hear people talk. Maybe I should just shut up and dance!

I came to Whiskey Park with a big group after a friend's wedding. I'm not sure if it was an official afterparty or not - to be perfectly honest, I am fuzzy on a lot of what I'll call "the details." I do know that the bar was somewhat in keeping with the atmosphere of the W, which is, just personal preference, not my favorite. Kind of modern and loud? Frat-classy? I don't know. The music was loud, which I noticed even in my altered state. Anyway, I can't say I didn't have fun here. I had a couple fingers of Maker's Mark I didn't need ($9, which, sure? there were also higher-end options, but I wasn't in a spend-more-for-quality kind of mood, and also, I like Maker's Mark), and which I felt acutely only a few hours later. I doubt I'll go to this particular hotel bar more than once, but I had a good time, and so did all of my happy drunk friends.

The Whiskey Park may be at the W but every time I have gone you have to bring the fun with you. The best thing about this place is that it's sexy but the crowd it brings usually are visitors or guests of the hotel who normally don't stick around for the fun at the W. Didn't pay for the drinks and I never saw the bill but let's assume they are expensive at the W. The drinks and the service were great so nothing to complain about there. You don't have to do valet parking they have an entire garage where you can pay a reduced amount while you dink, dine and dance. I have never seen this place packed even on a Saturday night past midnight. To be honest, I have never been overly impressed. It is pretty but I would just grab a drink here and move on to the next stop, not necessarily spend my entire night here.

Writing this as I am walking out of this so called club/lounge. Decor is nice on the inside; music is decent, a mix of current hip hop and some of that "street music". My biggest complaint are the bartenders. They are extremely slow, or maybe I didn't fit the profile. What's the profile? Think young urban typical Atlanta wannabe gangstas, rappers, music producers and fake producers. Yes it's the W, but no class what so ever, more like a club for thugs. Now you know

Reviews here seem strange & scattered; take my review as an up to date & honest look on a Saturday night. We were staying at the W & are from Atlanta. First, know that this is the "club bar" for the hotel. If you want something quiet w/ tv's to watch the game, don't come up to this bar. Stay in the lobby where they also serve drinks & the scene is more business/casual. Expect loud music, dancing, good looking people & a good time up at Whiskey Park! Drinks aren't cheap but also aren't too crazy ($9.00 for a Jack & Ginger). Bartenders & bouncers were all surprisingly friendly & one bouncer let our party into the VIP area for free, as long as we kept drinking! lol Really cool experience w/ a decent DJ. Very clean, cool lighting w/ nice furniture. If you are looking for a little more of an upscale night out, bring your friends here & let loose!

I made my 2nd visit to Whiskey Park last night. I was there to scope the scene out for my upcoming birthday celebration. PROS *Decor *Drinks *Female DJ played a variety of music *Mixed Crowd Cons *Parking prices are a bit steep ( $20 for valet if staying 2 hours or more) Helpful Hint: There is a parking garage next door if you prefer that over valet.

AWFUL customer service! Was charged an additional amount on my card. A month and a half later and 11 voice mails left to address this, I have received 2 calls back and still no resolution. Go somewhere else.

Stayed at the W for a recent business trip and ended up here to celebrate someone's birthday. Music: "W" lounge music with a club twist Decor: standard bar/club decor WITH pole dancing poles in the corner Drinks: Yum! They're slightly overpriced - it's at a hotel so what do you expect? *be careful when you walk down the stars as you're leaving!

We were extremely disappointed in the '12 NYE celebration at Whiskey Park at the W Midtown. When we first arrived at the hotel, no one seemed to know anything about the event, so it was confusing to register. Once we arrived, we learned that there was no coat check and really no good area at the event to store coats without them getting stolen or drinks spilled on them. The hostess told us that she could help store our jackets in the compartments under the hostess stand and keep an eye on them. We gave her a significant tip for her offer to assist. At the end of the night, we discovered that 2 of the coats, mine and my friend's, had been STOLEN! When we approached the hostess to inquire about the missing jackets, she seemingly could care less, had no clue that they were missing, and even appeared aggravated that we had interrupted her from flirting with a group of male customers. Very frustrating situation for our group of family and friends. Both were nice business jackets, and will cost more to replace than what we each paid for the tickets to the event. There also wasn't an attendant in the restroom to check and restock the supplies, and women had to resort to locating the supply closet and getting our own. We will most likely not return to Whiskey Park events out of concern of our belongings being stolen, and for lack of some of the basic services that one would expect at a W Hotel lounge NYE celebration.

Honestly, I'm not sure what I expected a Gerber Group bar to look like. I think that this is about what I expected and it's a nice addition to Atlanta. I think my favorite thing about coming here is the long, dramatic walk you have to take to find your way inside... through the lobby, up several sets of stairs overlooking the Living Room, pass the bar at Spice Market, and then finally up another staircase that feels almost like a cat walk (I guess if you're feeling fancy that's what you could call it). While the space is was very nicely designed, it lacks a "wow." I guess that's okay because it still feels very upscale (closing your tab also might feel upscale because of how much drinks cost, but I digress). This place is usually pretty crowded on the weekend and they now host weekly events throughout the week. Last Thursday night I came to check out "Hydrate" when Kelly Rowland and Kristine W. ended up being surprise guests. I think Lauren S. said it best when she described it as a "bring your own crowd if you wanna have fun" kind of place. Lucky for me the gays have most divas on speed dial, so the crowd was set as soon as I got there.

Getting up to the lounge was the most difficult part---luckily I've nearly mastered the art of walking with stilettos so walking up that stairway wasn't too bad. Walking down is another story. I had one too many drinks in me and nearly toppled downward. Environment is meh. My friend was celebrating her birthday so we went, but I probably won't venture to this area again. Am I missing the "whiskey" memo or something? Whiskey blue in Buckhead, Whiskey park in Midtown? Whateves it was aiiiight.

I was invited to come here one night with my girlfriend so we made the short trip down from Dunwoody. Besides the cool security guards who took us up to the bar in the employee elevator nothing was what i expected. The people there were all over 35 i would say, some much older and the drinks were not the best. I only gave this place 3 stars because of the friendly staff and the nice outside patio. overall experience was just ok.

I really enjoyed this place and the ambiance! Its so beautiful, definitely one of my favorite lounges in Atlanta! I feel like Cinderella walking up the gorge steps into the lounge! The drinks are a little pricey but its well worth it!

My kind of reserved table at a bar is when I walk into my neighborhood pub and, if busy, the bartender saves the next open stool or table without even asking me if I am hanging for a few drinks. (He knows. He just knows.) So when I walk into a place like this for a night cap at 11pm (barney=loser) I get a little tweaked by a half empty place with a bunch of reserved tables. I get even more tweaked by my more positive side seeing the bar is half full (of dbags) But spotting us as a departure from their typical (aka young) crowd, a waitress did let us use one of the tables for a few drinks because they were really reserved for 'much later' Yeah, I suck Cool waitress aside, these types of places are starting to feel a little 'forced' - they force the music, force the 'loungey vibe', and the clientele force the cool factor - and to me cool, loungey is the opposite of forced. So by 1130 barney was much more cool and lounged out on the couch in his room watching Sportscenter. Which immediately makes whiskey park a more popular place for most of you, huh?

Ease up to the Valet, hand them your keys and slip past the velvet rope; if your posse is h0t like m1ne. The "Yelp" line isn't gonna work on these serious folks and the mandatory APD cop on the rope. Keep going up and and up, enjoy the slate staircase across the lobby, cuz it's one of my favorite parts of whiskey park! Ok it is pretty cool they serve Absinthe although that isn't up my alley personally; besides the Absinthe the wait staff is smokin' hot. I personally have not been to a club since the Clinton administration; I found this place approachable, fun, clean, and it was pretty cool crossing a few velvet ropes.

Just has a great night here with gang. It wasn't busy but yet perfect. Cool venue, super comfortable outdoor padio, perfect for snuggling or a group chat. Service first class, food very tasty, croons very sexy. Fun way to end my week in Atlanta.

The customer service at this place is despicable. I wanted to reserve a table for VIP for a friend's going away party. I initiated contact a week and a half in advance. The lady named Shannon said she would send a contract via email which she never did. I repeatedly called and left message with my information and no one ever called back. When I finally spoke to someone again, the General Manager, he said they were booked and they don't call people back unless they confirm a reservation. What type of etiquette is that. If I've talked to you at least have the decency to follow-up. The venue is nice aesthetically but there are plenty of better places in Atlanta to go that treat you with much more respect especially since we are giving them our hard earned money.

Ah Gerber and Crawford bring us "Whiskey Park". Although, I venture to say that the new bar/lounge at the W Hotel is NOT furnished with Cindy's line of Rooms To Go furniture - thank goodness! Ultra-chic and amazing vibe from the moment you enter - this place hsa a true understanding of what Atlanta wants/needs in a bar scene. And, on my "Cool Bartender" Scale of 1 to 10, Travis gets a 10+. Here are the rules: (1) Bartender should at least ACT interested in ensuring you are having a good time - 2 points (2) Bartender should ALWAYS introduce themselves to guest - 3 points (3) Bartender does NOT refuse a shot when guest offers - 5 points Now, a bartender begging me NOT to leave, gets BONUS points. Sure, this gesture could have been a ploy to increase his tip. However, I think it was more because we were almost quite literally the only patrons in the place (Thursday Night). Definitely would like to try it again on the weekend. Minus one star? Gerber/Crawford - you obviously have amazing PR and some business sense - why the f*ck doesn't Whiskey Park have a WEBSITE?!?!?! Shesh! I didn't know if I was doing to a bar or a diner! :)

I went here with someone who knows the managers and was able to get us anywhere we wanted, past the ropes, VIP etc. However, if I had to do it on my own, I wouldn't. The place is swanky, the decor is about as good as it can be for its physical location within the hotel. It's basically a giant box with a stairway leading to it. That makes for a slightly clausterphobic feeling inside (and a treacherous walk down AFTER). No windows anywhere combined with dark walls, low lighting lend to that "crowding" effect that's really not something I'm looking for in a bar. If I really wanted that, I'd invite people over to my place and we'd drink in my closet with the lights off! I get that it's trying to be intimate, but then why do they have the music so loud I have to shout to talk???? The drinks were the normal lounge fair, but expensive You're in a high end place and they let you know it with every round. The crowd's been hit or miss, the usual mix of glitz, ritz and hotel guests. That is when there IS a crowd. Was there one time for a birthday waited 30 mins to be "let in" only to find it empty. I have a hard time justifying WP when it stacks up against other competitors like Maxim Prime downtown with it's rooftop deck view, and even from what I've heard about Whiskey Blue in buckhead with its deck. There will be that superficial set who's heart starts racing at the mention of "WP" but if your's doesn't I'd say move on.

had no problems here, crowded on sat. night, rope wasn't an issue until after 11, of course the W is swank, whiskey park chain has always been nice and upscale like the other ones throughout the country. can be hard to get in, which means dealing with attitude also very expensive, but you have to pay for exclusiveness

Whiskey Park is not your typical Atlanta bar, and for that alone it gets some points. It's def more swank than most places I've been - the closest comparison, locally, I can give it is maybe the posh feeling of Door 44, but without the cool rocker chicks. The thing that amused me is that the crowd didn't fit the vibe. Atlanta is just such a casual city. It was a mix of unpretentious looking 20-and-30-somethings and older men, who were likely guests at the hotel. The decor at the W, in general, if fabulous. There's so much to see. The outdoor patio at Whiskey Park, though intimate and romantic, is surrounded on all sides by what are essentially walls with slits in them... though it does have an open ceiling, it really in not much of a patio and may as well be inside. When we arrived (a bit on the early side on a Thursday), all the seating areas were reserved, but we were allowed to sit down until the reserved party arrived (we vacated the area before that ever happened). The crowd picked up around 11pm and the bar area was pretty crowded. Drinks average about $13 each, and I do have to say that they were delicious, but still... $13. I recommend the Blueberry Acai Martini or the Guava Sin.

I've gotta say, Whiskey Park doesn't do it for me. Overpriced, kind of weird location inside the W, and seems like they always keep a line outside for looks even if it's empty outside. I only go here if friends/coworkers are already going. A shame since it's so close to where I live...

What I love about Whiskey Park is that it is low-key, no cover, and laid-back sophisticated. What I can't stand is that the DJ's SUCK. I mean, they are beyond horrible. 85% of the time they don't even know how to properly match beats. I celebrated my birthday here and the DJ brought his friends up to the booth and joked as he attempted to um, learn to DJ. The drinks are extremely overpriced. The interior is gorgeous- the golden mirror walls and low ceilings are perfect for intimate conversation.

This is a beautiful place but I'm afraid certain Atlanta crowd elements are going to ruin the place. I went the first Saturday after the opening. Music OK, but the way it's looking they are going to have to start implementing a cover charge -for men, haha. Not enough true patrons but people who just want to loiter and take up space. As someone else said, bring your own group.

ATMOSPHERE: Loud music and people dressed up in club attire. Diverse crowd - asian, white, black, etc - I didn't feel like there was a predominance of a particular ethnic group. Crowded but seating was able to be found. DRINKS: Good assortment of unique and strong drinks: 1. Papaya martini - very earthy flavor! This was my favorite. Had some viscosity to it and it was not very sweet (unlike most martinis) but capturing the essence of papaya. Very good! 2. Grapefruit/basil martini - recommended by a friend. A pretty good combo. Nice surprising flavor. 3. Lychee martini - very sweet.... comes with 2 lychees. Too sweet for my liking. PARKING: Valet at the hotel is $8 for up to 2 hours or $20 unlimited. (There's parking by all the clubs down the street at 14th and crescent that you can get for $5-$10 easily - unlimited) CONCLUSION: Drinks are unique, well-made, strong, and good! Definitely crave the papaya martini. Nice hang out spot.

Please stop taking down our bad reviews. It kills you rcreditbility. this statement below is true. Ok folks, let not forget that in Atlanta and bars and restaurants come and go quickly. Even though this place is hot right now, within a year people in Atlanta move on to something else. Their door policy is very iffy. One week you go right in and 2 weeks later you need a reservation to stand at the bar and have a drink. Starwood didn't state I need a reservation to get a Starwood's rewards card for their hotels. I find offensive then when African American frequent certain place in Atlanta and spend money, things change. The drinks in the lobby are pricey $15.00 a drink. But, they should treat people a little better. Hopefully W downtown and W Buckhead will do better then midtown. In closing I must say there are African Americans in Atlanta, GA that do spend money when treated accordingly. With bad economy you would think they want the business.

This is a bad situation on a Friday night, late July, I'm thinking...after dinner cocktails with the girls at a swank bar, a little people watching and then on to something else. Can you say, UTTER CHAOS!!! Now, I do the Whiskey -Times Square, The W-Chicago Lakeshore, The W-Westwood and have NEVER experienced such a poor experience with this chain hotel bar entity. From the time I valeted, my group and I were treated as if I we were being done some favor by the ability to enter the Lobby. The scene was a hectic mix of prenentious people who were trying too hard and maybe a little under exposed. In our attempt to check out the Whiskey Park Lounge, which I've peeked in on one of my prior dinners at Spice Market, we were grilled by "3" men on whether we had reservations and denied access. Reservations to order drinks from one of the hotel bars??? A hotel company that I've spent thousands of dollars with??? Not to mention that this exlusive bar/lounge is literally two rooms with a cute bar. My idea of an upscale hotel-bar experience which is what they believe they offer WAS JUST NOT THIS!!! Hopefully the hype of this new location will tamper down, because there is no way to deliver quality when everyone in the service and wait staff are more concerned with being more "fabulous" than their patrons. I'll do the Spice Market, however, the mess around the restaurant is a major turn off when you're accustomed to paying for good treatment.

I love this place. My favorite place to lounge drunk after a long day at work. I have spent much time here. Although I can get cheaper drinks elsewhere, this is the place to be to just sit back and hang out with friends on a non weekend night. During the week, this place can be virtually empty to the every now and then crowds. I've brought friends here and we just sprawl out all over the sofas and floor. I also go on the weekends when it's loaded with a so so crowd that I hardly pay attention to. Most of them think we're obnoxious anyways. But we sit in our corner in the fresh air and do our thing. Triples shots of crown and triple of Jameson to go around! The staff is always super cool and they won't let you lift a finger to help. Make sure that you make it a night out when you come here. Drinks aren't cheap. $60 for a shot of Patron Plat but I guess I asked for that one right? No matter who you are the team will treat you like a VIP. So don't feel intimidated to come out. And really, try out the slower week night scene and bring out your close friends. It's always a night to remember. Oh, and did I mention the convenience of it being in the W just in case you can't drive home? Note....Best martini in Atlanta

I really enjoyed this place and the ambiance! Its so beautiful, definitely one of my favorite lounges in Atlanta! I feel like Cinderella walking up the gorge steps into the lounge! The drinks are a little pricey but its well worth it!
