Why am I constantly amazed that minimum wage employees are undertrained and oblivious? First visit was so annoying that I won't go back. We hiked over from office to try the place in Atlantic Station. Had no idea what to expect. Walked into a lunchtime crowd (02/14/13) and a 10 person line. Did a quick survey to determine the menu and what I wanted. Finally found the menu directly overhead and got confused on what was offered. I finally looked down from the menu and realized that people were writing their orders on brown paper bags from a rack. I grabbed a bag and studied it. (turns out it was a "comfort" bag but at the time I didn't realize there were other choices). As the line crept forward I began to feel pressure to get my decision made. Having only one cashier adds to the pressure so that a "nubie" doesn't hold up the whole line! I scanned the bag, marked "bowl" for salad and chose egg salad, dressing, lettuce (as opposed to spinach) and tomato but wasn't sure what else to mark. My lunch mate quickly chose chicken salad and spinach. This would have been a perfect opportunity for an employee to greet us and explain how to order. I continued to study the bag trying to figure out what I needed to mark for a salad. My instinct told me that I would get a "house-type" salad with egg salad on top. (see the picture of the salad bowl filled to the rim with lots of stuff on their facebook) page?) It was my turn to order so I stepped up and asked the cashier, "I want a salad but I don't know if I marked everything correctly?" He glanced at the bag and said, "It looks fine." I took his word for it. After sitting in a dining room with blaring music for 10 minutes I saw the guys who were in front of us in line get their food indicating that ours would be next. Lunch mate's order came up first and he came back to the table with a dismal portion of spinach leaves and two spoonful's of chicken salad on top. This was all sitting in the bottom 1/3 of the bowl. He said, "well I guess you get only what you marked." Next I read the lips of the server saying my name over the music and was presented with shredded lettuce, two spoonful's of egg salad and three razor thin, half circle pieces of tomato in the bottom of a bowl. "That's it?" I said, "I asked the cashier if I had ordered correctly and he said yes." The server gazed at me as if to say, "You got what you ordered." He never said a word. I took the meager bowl back to the table. The egg salad is from a factory, nothing special. We ended up going back through the line (again only one is offered) to buy a bag of chips to try to satisfy our appetite. The whole experience was annoying and we left hungry. I still don't know how I would ever order a sandwich or what else is even offered. I'll stick with the concepts where I can walk along the food line and point to what I want on my sandwich or salad i.e. chipotle or subway. On the positive side, the lettuce was fresh ( I owe them that!) I suppose in hind-sight it seems obvious that we should have marked "cheese" if we wanted cheese or "black olives" if we wanted that but remember once you step in line you are under pressure to get all these details worked out. It is the last thing you expect when you walk into a sandwich joint. Helpful, understanding employees could have helped.

Yuck. This place is awful. Low quality ingredients. Avoid the avocado mush crap they use at all costs.

While I like the idea of constructing and recording your sandwich order on a bag, but they tried to pass breaded fake shrimp in their buffalo shrimp thing. Yea, not even 100ct/lb shrimp, but breaded ground-who-knows-what. i was hugely disappointed.

If you're for a sandwich that will knock you off your feet...you definitely have to try Wich Wich. You can customize your sandwich any way you like to fit your appetite. I like the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with sliced boiled eggs. The possibilities are endless here.

Great place to grab a fairly healthy meal while at Atlantic Station. The service is quick and pleasant, and the restaurant is clean. I am only docking my review by one star as it can get fairly busy and the seating is not as comfortable as it could be. I totally understand that they are trying to get people in and out, though!

Love Which Wich. As the name implies, you get to pick your sandwhich from an array, I mean a TON of different options from sriricha tuna (yum!) to the Italian grinder, another favorite of mine. The myriad of ways in which you get to customize your sandwich is incredible. sandwiches come in three sizes. I recommend the small or medium. The large is huge! The sandwiches are very affordable for the variety and quality that you receive. Each one is made to order and can be toasted, among many other options. This location can be a little busy during lunch hours but I've never waited more than 5 minutes as the staff is quick. There is ample seating inside as well as seating outside shall you want to people watch. Parking is free in the lot below for two hours. Definitely recommend this as one of the better, quicker, lunch spots in Atlantic Station. In my opinion, Which Wich is a step above Jimmy Johns, Fire House, Subway, etc. Check it out!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but this place was a revelation ... especially after eating so much damn Subway. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and even the 7" was plenty of food. I think I got every vegetable added including the cole slaw, which is the secret!! I think the store chips are a rip off, but the sandwiches were delicious and not expensive at all.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat while doing some Xmas shopping. At first I was annoyed by the ordering system, but in hindsight it probably is more efficient than standing at the register and answering a bunch of questions. I ordered the Italian on wheat served warm. With just banana peppers, lets and oil and vinegar, it was the perfect sandwich. The bread was crunchy without being hard. There was plently of meat and not too much lettuce. It really was good. I would definitely eat here again, especially if I needed to break up my shopping or if coworkers wanted to head over for lunch. Oh, I had a sandwich and a drink and it cost about $7. A little pricey.

A nice change from Subway but nothing sensational. Sandwiches are better at Jason's Deli. What did you expect from a name like Whichwich. Horrible name.

One of my favorite sandwich places! My wife and I stop here after church almost every Sunday. I love how they rotate special sandwiches of the month. It's definitely a fun way to make your own sandwich! The food is always fresh and they make it very quickly!

Probably never going to order from here again. I'm not sure who is to blame, but my food arrived missing a sandwich. There was a lot of confusion because I ordered it through Eat24. Apparently Eat24 contracts through FoodToYou. I basically had to call 3 companies who kept passing the buck. The employee at Which Wich was quick to deny fault and had never heard of Eat24. The delivery driver had multiple people in the car with him and was unable to find our address. I had to walk to his car where he passed the food to me through his window. Once I realized the sandwich was missing I had to wait for them to go back and bring it again. When he brought the food back he was very rude and standoff-ish. Why would the driver be mean to me when he forgot the food? I gave him a 20% when I placed the order. I wish I could get my tip back and just refund everything. Other than the terrible delivery service that could be Eat24 or FoodToYou's fault the sandwiches were pretty terrible. I asked for mustard on mine and the entire exterior of the sandwich was covered in mustard to the point where it was soggy. Even a mustard addict wouldn't have that much mustard. Our company & our clients will never order Which Wich again and try to make sure none of our deliveries are through Eat24 or FoodToYou. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Time to use Zifty.

Only reason this place got a star is because the food is amazing .someone needs to work on who gets to hire the employees. Ones plying an iPod the others cursing and the one behind the register snatched a cup from my wife's hands and said no no as if she was a child who hires these people I understand your probably on minimum wage and hate your job but respect your customers your holding the name of this establishment .. Then as she was sitting down stamping envelopes she's singing a rap song called "I don't F with U" out loud ? This is crazy I'll be making sure corporate hears about this not because of what there doing because nobody snatches something out of my wife's hand after we've paid for it and not apologize

I would say Which Wich is a step above Subway with more variety than both Jimmy John's and Publix. Which Wich's subs are a bit smaller but priced a bit higher. The DIY method of ordering is fun but also prevents you from having too much interaction if you're in a get-in-get-out mood. The food itself is not fantastic compared to a publix sub but if you are looking for options, this is your place.

I really like how you order! Everything is written by you, so there are no confusions. Protip: Mark the back of the bag so you know which one in the line is yours. They've got a pretty good selection of meats, and sooooo many toppings. Also healthy, low-carb choices like Skinny Mywich (thinner bread, so you just get the crunch without the carbs) and the lettucewich. WAY better than Jimmy John's lettuce wrap, btw.

I ordered Which Wich last night through GrubHub: a 14" buff chicken & kids RB. After waiting 10 mins after the ETA, I called to see what was going on. GrubHub called the store and then called me back saying it should be there in the next ten mins. 20 mins later he comes. I had to ask for the water bottle that I also ordered and he forgot. I get inside and look at my sandwich and they put American cheese on my sandwich when I asked for mozzarella. The cheese on the kids was Mozz so I know it wasn't because they were out of Mozz. I live about 10 minutes at the very most from Atlantic Station so there is really no reason for all this. I love Which Wich but it has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do go back, I won't be going to the one in Atlantic station.

Hate to be so harsh, but how hard is it to follow what you check on the order form there employer created? Not mention, tables dirty and services is never nice.

Ok, I've eaten here only once before and the sandwiches aren't bad...the roast beef is a bit too salty for my liking. On my visit 08/03/15 I ordered the "Wicked" with all the toppings. The girl making the sandwich had a very long ponytail with no type of netting on it...she was slanging it all over the place. I couldn't believe that management would allow that. I examined my sandwich throughly for hair but to no avail. Which Which get it together before you lose customers. The 2 star rating is for that reason and not the quality of the food.

"Should I fix you some sandwiches?" -- Bad Santa (2003) This is what all "BYO" sandwich shops should be - not me giving directions to someone over a sneeze guard, but being able to easily write it down and pass it over and go sit while someone takes the time to build it properly (without me standing over them). So WW has been around for some time and I used to do faxed orders from this location all the time and they would deliver them to my office. So I was already a fan of this location, for sure. But recently, I was going to a movie screening at the Regal and we needed something to eat first, so we stopped in for a quick bite. We were not disappointed. I grabbed a bag and contemplated what I wanted - Chicken Parm with all the fixins. I opted for the middle size - mostly because I can never remember if the small if big enough (it is). The sandwich came out within about 3 minutes, nice and toasty. I could only eat about 2/3 of it, but it was just as I had requested it. Zapps VooDoo chips and Iced Tea always round out the perfect sammie meal. I'm a fan.

This is the worst Which Wich that I've ever been to..every time I've gone, the staff seems so confused..I waited 1/2 an hour for a sandwich once-there were only 3 people aside from myself there. I used the online ordering today to place an order 3 hours in advance. I got there right at the pick-up time, and they hadn't even started on my sandwich. I asked the employee about order, and they acted surprised and then wrote my order on a sandwich sleeve from the system. Not sure what the point of online ordering was.. Once again, only about 4 people in the whole place, so it wasn't like they were even backed up. This place really needs to get their act together.

Which Wich is like a different version of Subway but I find that their ingredients are a tad bit more fresh than Subway. I also like how they have candied walnuts and dried cranberries that you can add to your sandwich. I particularly like their milkshakes. They're rich and creamy!

First of all, I cannot tell a lie...My son works at one in Dallas, Texas, so I kinda got the Inside skinny on how to order from the jump! That being said, as I'm back home in Atlanta, I am on my own. My first foray into wichery was bag 2: the BBQ and slaw. No, I'm wrong, it was the bag 9: Gyro...hmmm, I forget. I had one the first day of my visit, and one the next. Whichever way, I loved both of them. as I don't have the bags with me, and am not gonna rebuild on the site, just so I can tell you, suffice it to say, I had them MY way. I think the Gyro comes with fries on it, which I had on the side. I tried the chocolate chip cookies. Delish, mmmm. I had the Peanut Butter, which is a nope for me. I had a strawberry shake too. and tea. I tried a lot of stuff there, don't judge me! The last day, my son made me something off the papers. I don't know WHAT was in it, but it was smoking good. I may just text him and see if he remembers. If you can be creative, then you can win in the lunch arena everytime. If not, you still come out on top. We have also tried the French Dip, and the Wicked this week. I added fried onions and mustard to my Wicked. I am going for broke next time, and putting as much as I can think of. Just to see if it gets better, or nah. I don't usually get sandwiches, but when I do, I get them all at Which Wich. Okay, Bye!

Fun sandwich spot! You place your order on a brown paper bag with your name they call out once order is ready "which" is cool! I personally always get the same thing... Buffalo chicken which with buffalo, ranch, and veggies... Hotwhich! It's fast, inexpensive, and good every time.

I have been here a couple of times when visiting Atlanta. It is a good place to get a quick sandwich. The ordering process may seem a bit confusing and screwed up to those who are not familiar with it. I never could resist getting one of their banana milkshakes. They actually became the milkshake that I prefer to get whenever I go to Which Wich.

  • Min Y.

Solid, not spectacular. I like that you get to customize your sandwich as you wish. It also gives you a pretty decent portion for what you pay for. The turnaround of the sandwiches is pretty quick too. Although the speed, options, and location are really good... the sandwiches themselves aren't fabulous. It's just something I'd pick for a quick, decent meal. But I wouldn't seek this place out on the regular.

I struggle with giving 4 stars to any franchise restaurant but this place stands out amongst its competitors (e.g., Subway, Quiznos, Blimpies, Firehouse, Jerseys, etc). Overall, great tasting sandwich served on great tasting bread. They put on just the right amount of meat and toppings. They have a unique ordering process where you design the sandwich by choosing a bag based on the meat you want then checking the box for the toppings and condiments you want on your sandwich which is cool because I'm very picky. Definitely more pricey when compared to its competitors but I don't mind paying for quality. Try it!

Never heard of this place and didn't even realize it was a small chain. Had lunch here and i enjoyed it. Fun ordering system but be careful not to get crazy with the toppings. I saw the signature Wicked Wich had 5 meats (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Peperoni, and Bacon) and 3 cheeses (your choice). I had to give it a try! I got the medium (10.5 in.) sub and it was way more than enough. I should have gotten the smaller one. I was satisfied for lunch and enjoyed the house chips. Great spot for lunch while shopping around at Atlantic Station.

  • Shae G.

I loved the concept of which which when I first tried it, but over time the quality of the sandwiches being made declined... The second to last time I ordered a sub to-go it tasted like they accidentally dumped the whole salt shaker on my sandwich and just left it, it was inedible. The last time I had which which, my boyfriend brought it for me and they forgot half of the ingredients and it wasn't even toasted, so that ruined the whole sandwich for me (everything was marked correct on the bag so I guess they just didn't read it?)... That's about $20 wasted on food, I will not be going back.

    (3)
  • Michelle D.

The ordering system is fun, and allows you to build your own sandwich to your liking. However, the bread was very dry and there wasn't much meat or condiments on the sandwich. Very similar to subway.

    (2)
  • Richard P.

Which Wich is a sub place with a very cool concept. You get an order bag upon arriving, and can customize your sub exactly how you want it. I got The Wicked, and it was pretty good. The amount of meats in the sandwich was wonderful, but I didn't feel the ingredients were all that fresh. Nontheless, good sub, will probably be back at some point.

After numerous visits to Which Wich, which is usually before heading over to Regal Atlantic Station Stadium 16 to catch a movie or two... or five, I've determined that the Wicked Wich is now my favorite sandwich here. It comes with five meats and three cheeses. You can't choose the meats, which have already been pre-selected: turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, and bacon. You *can* choose the cheeses and I prefer to load mine with Swiss, pepperjack, and Parmesan (shredded). It's an almost-overwhelming cheese combination. I always stuff my Wicked Wiches silly and it makes it a challenge for whichever Which Wich employee is tasked with building my sandwich. Extra ingredients I typically order with my 'wich: deli mustard, horseradish mayo, red onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, coleslaw, pepperoncini, bell peppers, sauerkraut, and sometimes, even more. It's funny how ridiculous it looks sometimes ( yelp.com/biz_photos/3PFE… ), but makes for a pretty satisfying sandwich. For my overview and thoughts on the unique Which Which ordering system and some other good sandwiches to order, such as the Reuben and the pastrami, see my original review below. Oreo shake remains wonderful.

I loved the concept. It's simple to place your order and they have a whole bunch of different choices to make it the way you like it. I've got a crab salad with roast beef and dried cranberries and it came out amazing. I'm definitely coming back more often ,)

I like the whole pick the bag and check mark what you want on your sandwich thing. It's cute and different. I like how they hang your order up with the clothes pins. My sandwich was okay, not anything out of the ballpark. I enjoyed it okay. What I didn't enjoy was how long it took for me to get it. There was hardly anyone in the joint when I went and so I crammed to understand why I waited so long for that wich. The atmosphere is cool. Pretty spacious and airy, which I like. I'm glad this spot is in AS. I'm a fan of a good sandwich sometimes and theirs will do. It's A-OK.

  • Dee P.

Delish! I love the whole concept of not only building your own sandwich, but putting it down in ink. It's all there written on the bag! There are tons of choices too! Toppings, condiments, veggies, meats, and cheeses! My personal go-to is the tuna fish sandwich. Their tuna has a really great taste and it's not drowned in mayo. like it sometimes is at Subway. The milkshakes and cookies are great here too if you want some dessert. Sit inside or outside (good location in Atl. Station for people watching).

Really a great place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are fantastic, they have a large selection as well! You can customize your sub anyway you want. I recommend adding some avocado :) Over all highly recommended.

According to Foursquare, I've been here 11 times. I believe it. Sometimes I just want a sandwich, and I forget that Publix makes sandwiches. Someone needs to start reminding me about the Publix sandwich situation, because I'm certain that the wait would be less time and the quality of the bread much better. I wanna say that 8 out of the 11 times I've been here, I've had to wait longer than I expected, not only because of the volume of people on the premises but because depending on the time of day, sometimes they're just slow at making the sandwiches. I always order cold sandwiches, never hot, and I swear literally everyone's sandwiches, including the hot ones, are finished before mine. I don't get it. BD says it's because they make the sandwiches in the order they're received, but I've seen them bump other sandwiches up in the past, so I know that can't be it. This is one of the few places where I can get a sandwich with cranberry sauce and stuffing on it, and sometimes that's all I want, so I come here. I don't generally come here willingly, only when it's late and I didn't make a dinner reservation and I don't know what I want to eat, but I know I don't really want to leave the house, so I just take the elevator downstairs and mosey over.

I absolutely loved Which Wich! This used to be the favorite eat out of my friend and me when I went to Georgia Tech. I have not had better sandwiches anywhere else. I am a vegetarian and the sheer amount of combinations is delightful.

Food took a little longer to prepare; order was completely incorrect (how did Thank You Turkey turn into Turkey Club?). OMG I love you Which Wich, but you need to step up your game! Incorrect order aside, Which Wich is known for the wide range of nooks and crannies you can put on that tad crunchy (but chewy center) bread. Honestly, I am in love with their Thank You Turkey (cranberries, stuffing, turkey). I just wish I got what I ordered. Regular size will fill anyone's tummy (that perfect amount without over filling). I prefer the location in Alpharetta.

This place is just too convenient. Morning hangover-helper egg sandwich - check. Lunchtime quick and healthy salad bowl with gyro meat or super-stuffed double-bacon toasted meatwich - check. Cheap and cheerful team-lunch spot where I can buy for everyone and not get killed on the tab - check. Last, but not least...rice krispie treats and great shakes - check and check. I've always found the staff friendly and efficient, although I do wish they'd remind me to get my frequent-buyer card stamped (at least I always remember my A-Card).

Well, boo. I've been meaning to come here for like 2 years and finally got around to stopping by last weekend. I was pumped for a sandwich, pumped for the super cool ordering process, and even more pumped, if at all possible, because of the veg options (holla!) I really only have one complaint, and maybe I'm being a picky bitch (it's possible), but don't label a sandwich as "tomato and avocado" and say that an optional topping is "avocado" on your menu, when in reality it's this super thick guac spread. I love all things avocado, but in this case, it kind of ruined my sandwich- I couldn't taste anything else and it kind of just took over all other flavor. I don't frequent Atl. Station often, for obvious reasons, but if I did or if I'm in the mood for sandwich when in the area, I'd consider making a second visit, but just staying away from the mislabeled "avocado" on the menu.

This was my first time in a which wich and it was delightful. You walk in and pick a bag that has your basic meat and then on the bag you check the boxes for whatever toppings you want on your sandwich. You also pick what bread and whether you want it hot or cold. I ordered the thanksgiving turkey and my sandwich came with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. I got it warned up and it was GREAT! Nothing at all like a subway or a quiznoes. I love all the choices they give. Plus for my vegan friend she was able to customize her sandwich to fit her style while I as a carnivore could make sure I got a good dose of protein. Awesome sandwich shop they do what they do well!

This was my first visit to any Which Wich. There is a huge selections of sandwiches and you can completely customize it how you want which I liked. The regular roast beef with dipping sauce, chips and drink was a little over eight bucks. I would have liked a little more meat but when ordering the sandwich you can purchase a double meat serving. If your a meat lover you might want to go ahead and do that up front. Due to the variety I'll most likely try it again.

This is my fav spot for a sub. Beats Subway and Quiznos by a longshot IMO. Staff is always sincerely friendly and custom ordering your sub with the laundry list of items adds a uniqueness to what was once a "grab-scarf-and-run" concept. Place is packed almost every lunch time and for good reason; they do it right.

The regular sandwich was enough for leftovers. So this was definitely a bang for my buck. I ordered the classic club, which tasted as you would expect it to taste; on par with any other sandwich shop. I also ordered the cookies and cream shake, which was more like ice cream, so I had to get a spoon. I'm not complaining, because it was still delicious. Ordering here was pretty cool. I'm all about customization without the pressure of creating a line while I decide if I want wheat or white, and iceberg or spinach, etc. I'd say it's like a fancier Subway, but I'm glad that there is a lower cost option in Atlantic Station.

Like many, I ended up here when I needed a quick bite before seeing a movie. I'd considered getting a sub at Publix, but they don't give the option of toasting and they only have half the toppings. I took a minute to read all the menu options before selecting a bag. That and there was a guy leaning over the counter directly in front of all the other bags with his backside sticking way out, making it awkward for anyone to grab the bags in front of him. So, note to self: take bag and make room for others while filling out. I thought it was a little pricey, but it was a good sandwich made with quality ingredients. I love that you can get it with toasted bread. I also love having olive salad as a topping, since I like just a little oil, and there's enough in the salad that I don't need any extra added. It took about 5 minutes to get my sandwich. There were four orders on the line when I put mine in, the staff seemed to be bantering quite a bit, and I was pretty hungry, all of which made it seem to take longer. But with the bag process, you're not standing at the counter - you can sit down and chat with your dining companions. Only the place is pretty loud between the music and the lack of textiles to absorb the sounds bouncing off the concrete floors, modern chairs, and metal-adorned walls. Best of all, the sandwich was pressed together so that it could easily be eaten with one hand without falling apart (this is why sandwiches were invented, after all) and fit into my purse, so I could finish the second half during the movie. #Yelp365 - 203/365

I've been hitting Which Wich a lot lately--given it's proximity to the Regal Atlantic Station theater, it's probably an ideal place for a (relatively) quick bite before a movie. I'm not entirely sold on their ordering process--you have to wade through a sea of people gazing up at the menu to grab a bag and check off the sandwich and all the fixins you want on the bag itself. Invariably, this leads to folks getting butthurt that you may have cut "in line" or something. This particular venue doesn't have a lot of people behind the counter, so if you happen to get behind a large number of people, the "quick" bite might turn into a lot of waiting. One nice thing, however, was that last night the dude behind the counter making my sandwich noticed that I had been waiting a while for my sandwich and instead of fixing me a medium 10", threw together my sandwich as a 14" sub. Despite my intent to be healthy and cut back on the things I stuff in my cakehole, I enjoyed every bite of that toasted, flavorful sub, much to the chagrin of my ever-expanding gut.

Since moving back to Atlanta, I have pined for Potbelly's more often than I should. There was nothing distinctly special about Potbelly's, it was just solid: I knew I could always get a phenomenal sandwich (and POCCC: their homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, for the uninitiated). Luckily, Which Wich is a similar concept that's executed almost as well. You come in the door and choose your bag and pick which ingredients you'd like on top of your chosen sub. They have a wide variety from basic ham and turkey to fancier stuffs like shrimp poboys and chicken pesto. I went with my baseline sandwich: an Italian. They've got tons of options in terms of sauces, toppings, and the like: perfect for a non-mayo/mustard fan like me. The price is right at under $6/sandwich and under $8/combo. And my sandwich was delicious, reminded me very much of Potbelly's oh-so-awesome Italian. Crunchy toasted bread, high quality deli meats, and fresh toppings. I did find an errant olive, but no biggie: everything else about this sandwich was practically perfect. Also, the regular was the perfect size: 7". And yes, that's what she said.

Pretty good sandwich place with many options. I've been here several times, and the quality is consistently very good. The portions of meat and cheese are similar to that of Subway, but the meats at Which Wich seem to be better quality. Also, there is a wide variety of condiments and fresh toppings available at no extra charge, with the exception of a few premium toppings. I've tried the Wicked Wich (5 meats and 3 cheeses) and also the seafood sandwich with crab salad. Admittedly, I was not blown away by the Wicked Wich. However, the seafood sandwich was really good. The service was alright, not fast but not too slow. My friend and I waited about 5 minutes for our sandwiches, which I thought was reasonable. I didn't really care to sit at the tables inside, and it felt great eating outside on a breezy spring day. If you're looking for a huge portion of meat and cheese in a high quality sandwich, I would recommend that you go across the street for a Publix sub with Boar's Head meat and cheese. If you're looking for a more unique sandwich, Which Wich has a substantially more extensive selection of toppings. Also, it toasts all of its sandwiches. Which Wich's pricing is comparable to Quizno's.

This is probably one of my favorite sandwhich places. The variety of ingredients that they have is amazing. I was telling a friend about which wich and how you can pick your own ingredients. HIs response: "ummm...that sounds like Subway." And his response 10 minutes after taking a bite: "okay this is good, nevermind!" I ordered the turkey sandwich with avacado, carmelized onions, crushed red pepper, mustard and mushrooms. They toasted it and it was amazing!! I accidentally checked off white bread but I love that they have the wheat bread option! I went to the one in Atlantic Station and I think it's new, so the service was a bit slow, but still relatively fast (i.e. 10 minutes). I've been to Which Wich's in Houston and they're much faster there, so I have faith that once the employees get the hang of it, the service will improve. All in all, this is one of my favorite sandwich places! Try ordering it the way I did...let me know how you like it. :)

More food fun on my Atlanta trip! Lunch with coworkers today - was taught to order on the bag, and the nice girl at the counter gave me the free avocado offer even though my friend's iPhone coupon expired yesterday. What service :) Also, some great options - like pesto! Bowls! Loved it. I got my turkey, ham, pesto, honey mustard, avocado with veggies on wheat quickly and it was delicious, and parking was validated. Picked up a 10" and had half for an afternoon snack at work. What else can I say? Can't wait for my next week at the ATL office so I can have another one of these.

I ventured to Which Which for the first time this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised. I guess it would be technically classified as "fast food", but it's definitely several notches above Subway. Upon entry, you select the brown bag that corresponds to the specific sandwich you'd like (50+ options) and then you mark on the bag which extras and condiments you'd like added. They offer three different sizes of sandwiches (7", 10.5" and 14"), so there's something to please everyone. They also have an extensive variety of vegetarian and meat-friendly options. Once you order, you seat yourself and they call your name when it's ready. Not surprisingly, they do not serve alcohol. Overall cost is generally reasonable. A 7" sandwich, drink, and bag of chips will run you around $10, which is commensurate with what you'd pay elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend Which Which for a quick, no-frills lunch. In the event that you're looking for a sit-down dining experience, there are several more viable options in and around Atlantic Station.

I love this place, and I love that it's so close to my home and work. There is a great variety of sandwich options (Spam anyone?), and the best part is you get to write down everything you want on a paper bag and hand it over. No more awkward shuffle down the Subway line holding people up as you order, loudly, every ingredient that you want on your sandwich. They have Miss Vickie's chips which won me over next. Followed by my elation that they serve milkshakes. Yes, Oreo is an option. The negatives: It took a while for them to get my food prepared (during the lunch time rush so understandable), and it was hard to hear them when they yelled my name. The seating is also a little cramped, and there's nowhere to put purses or any shopping bags you might have with you.

I had the Cuban and thought it was good. Really like the selection of toppings and I chose Carmelites onions and homemade chips with Dijon mustard on white. I'll go back.

I have a love hate relationship with Which Wich. Like other reviewers, I have been to this Which Wich probably 10 or more times. I love their system of choosing your bag, selecting your ingredients, and toppings. I am a vegetarian and their vegetarian choices are far and away better than the other sandwich chains. I typically go with the black bean patty, which I like very much. My hate comes in when I have to wait for my sandwich for so so long. I waited for about 17 minutes at 4:30pm today when there were about 8-10 people in the place. I don't find this to be an uncommon experience. The wait is just too long. They seem to employ only teenagers. I work with teens and am all for teen employment, but they need a higher level of supervision. On more that one occasion, a couple of the teens on the assembly line stopped to make a point in their conversation. There were also a couple workers with friends in the store. The workers made time to get them extra sauces and whatnot while we were all waiting for our sandwiches. When I got my sandwich, I asked the young woman why it took so long. She said that I'm come in on the tail end of a rush, of 8 people, and that they can only make the sandwiches so fast. A well run Subway is able to adapt to a rush by prepping multiple sandwiches as once this speeding up the experience. Which Wich needs to develop a better plan for speeding up the process and, in my opinion, should start by having more mature and experienced staff on hand at all times.

Which Wich is my favorite place to get something to eat before a movie. Their customizable sandwiches are delicious and the ordering system is fun. You browse the menu, grab a brown bag based on which wich you want, and customize your order. The toasted caprese sandwich is my favorite... try it! At $5.25, it's really only a dollar more than Subway and it tastes way better. You can add chips and a drink for $2.50 more. It probably sounds like I go here out of convenience (to the movie theatre), but I actually really enjoy their sandwiches!

Overall an above average sandwich shop. Service is fast. Complaints: I'm disappointed that they recently got rid of the spam option for meat. :( The sandwich makers need to take more care in evenly spreading out sauces. Once I got guacamole, and it was only on half of the sandwich. The pepper mix is delicious but deceivingly caloric! Pros: Fast and friendly. Better ingredients than Subway and Quiznos.

I'm convinced that this is the best sangwich shoppe in Atlanta. For you folks who like eyetalian subs. This combo will blow your mind. Eyetalian bag +14 inches (just the right size) +light mayo +provo +red onions +lettuce + tomatoes + pepperoncinis +HOT PEPPER MIX FTW!!!!!!!! +oil + vinegar + oregano + pepper = MIND BLOWN! Who carries hot pepper mix?! THEY DO! Stop wondering and just go!

Here is the thing about Which Which, if you don't like what you get it is your own fault. It is user generated sandwiches. You get to chose what your sandwich is made from and what goes on it. This can seem intimidating but to pseudo food scientist like myself it can be fun even in failure. The UI starts with the ordering process: pick your type of sandwich, fill out the bag and proceed to the counter to complete your order. Even though this seems pretty straight forward and well laid out on the menu board, it seems to confuse, and frustrate some. This leads to a small crowd in the front of the store and some dirty looks when you proceed ahead of them confident in what you want to eat. Choose your meat, toppings, chips and drink; pay; and see what happens. The service is normal sandwich shoppe style: Smiles if they can manage, work behind the counter, send you on your way. Great stop for lunch. Little on the loud side, but casual. Go try it, if you don't like your sandwhich...its your fault.

Although I was happy to get another restaurant in Atlantic Station, I was pretty disappointed with this one. The first time I tried to go, the credit card machine was down, which would have been nice to know before waiting in a long line for several minutes, but there was no notice. I finally got to pay them for food tonight, and it was pretty sad. The service was slow, which is to be expected since they haven't been open long, but looking at their system for ordering, I don't see it getting significantly better. No one seemed to be in a hurry behind the counter, nor especially glad to have a customer there paying their salary. One would think a restaurant would aim to garner good will in the few weeks after it opens, but we were all just a number in the line to the workers; they seemed completely apathetic. I ordered the Wicked, which advertises 5 meats and 3 cheeses. What I was not aware of was that that they meant 5 scraps of meat. I could barely find the meat on the sandwich. It was less meat than I would expect on a 1 meat sandwich. I'm not sure if all 5 meats made it to both halves of the sandwich. I think there were 3 cheeses, but don't hold me to that. The toppings were okay, but if I had wanted a veggie sub, I would have ordered one. I also had a small chocolate shake. Of course the portions relative to the cost are not going to knock your socks off, but the milkshake was just your average milkshake - pretty good, but nothing you can't get from a drive-through for half the price. The interior of the restaurant is not where I would want to spend a lot of time. Half of the tables are bar tops, if that's your thing, and there are only a few regular tables. The acoustics seem designed to amplify noise, so it's difficult to carry on a conversation. The large television on one wall was nice, but, if you're going to have a TV in a noisy restaurant, some closed captioning might help. All of this can be yours for a $10 sandwich plus drinks and chips for another $2.50. It feels like they assumed they could just call themselves edgy, open a sandwich place, and just collect money from the herd. If you're in Atlantic Station and want a sub, go to Publix - you'll get a much larger, better sandwich for a couple bucks less and be out of there a lot sooner.

I began a mild obsession with Which Wich when I started following them on Twitter. That following turned into Twitter DM's and then they finally got me to a restaurant. How? By telling me that the Hummus sandwich is so similar to my favorite Hummus Sandwich from Highland Bakery that I actually had to try it. And sure enough....it was pretty damn good. And it's become the only thing I ever get at Which Wich. So be warned, this review is about the experience of Which Wich and the Hummus sammy. Only. Going to Which Wich is the cutest experience. I love the ordering system (brown bags that you customize and then the staff fills with sandwich!) and the bright yellow, black and san-seriff font is so welcoming. I could do w/o the yelling of my name to pick up my sammy, but like life, nothig is perfect. Eating the Hummus sammy is equally cute. The sammy is cut in half and it fits perfectly in my small fists. I make mine with cheddar cheese, tomato, cucumbers, red onion and balsamic vinegar, which is exactly how Highland Bakery makes theirs. I love it, and it's about $3 cheaper. If you haven't been Which Wich'ing, it's sorta worth it.

Which Wich is a very interesting sandwich place. You first the bag for which category your sandwich is in (turkey, ham & pork, beef, chicken, seafood, veggie, italian, classics, comforts, breakfast (served all day) and wicked). You then mark on the bag what you want on it (cheeses, condiments, veggies, etc). I wanted to go simple for my first time...went with the club (turkey/ham and bacon). Boyfriend went with the Wicked sandwich (5 meats and 3 cheeses). t was intense. We were both happy with what we ordered. Restaurant was also clean and the service was friendly and quick.

I occasionally work in Atlantic Station (my company has a location there and sometimes I go fill in for them), and when I saw they were building this place I was SUPER excited. I had never eaten at a Which Wich, but my curiosity was piqued, and I couldn't wait for it to open. I finally got the chance to try it out a week or two ago, and I was VERY pleased. My sandwich (the gyro on flatbread) was delicious, the ordering system was simpler than expected and totally ingenious (no room for error!!), and the people working there were very friendly. I love the decor, too. I'm a sucker for industrial/loft-style furnishings, and this place is just gorgeous inside. Now I just wish I'd get shuffled over to Atlantic Station for work MORE often, just so I can eat here more frequently. Between this, Doc Green's, and Moe's, my Atlantic Station brethren definitely have the better eating options. All I get is Panera and generic food court crap. :(

When my friend first took me to this place I was very impressed. They had a ton of different sandwhich options, including a lot of healthier options, and overall this is my favorite fast food sandwhich place. I ordered the chicken pesto , and it was fantastic. You can have them make bread skinny, which is basically when they carve some bread off to make it healthier. Great sandwhiches! We definitely need more of which wiches in Northern GA.

I came here while on a low calorie kick and I have to say, this was one of my go-to spots during that dreadful period. After a trip I had been aiming to lose weight for, I returned to my regular calorie diet (1800-2000) and soon found that I never visited Which Wich again. I guess I like Subway's sandwiches a little more, whenever I'm in the mood for a sandwich. Subway is a lot faster, for one. Which Wich tends to take a while for the sandwich to come out and I'm usually not dining in, but rather on the go. Strangely, every time I've been, it's just me and maybe one other person, so I'm not sure what takes so long. Speed isn't everything, but it just becomes a small inconvenience for me whenever I visit.

This a great sandwich place with a cool way of ordering that makes each order unique. First, you start by choosing which basic category of sandwich you want, then you get to pick one of several options within that category for different combinations of meat. After you pick the corresponding paper bag with your selection, add any and all veggies, cheeses, sauces, toppings etc to put on your sandwich via the fill-in-the-bubble method. I guess the food concept itself is not all that different from Subway, but the delivery is very creative. The sandwich I had was also very good - bread was tasty, filling (meat +cheese+veggies) was also good. They also have standard side items like chips, cookies, brownies. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is a little different, kindof a cross between cafe and sub shop. Seating is available inside and out for those sunny Atlanta days, and the prices are very reasonable. This is a cute little place, I will definitely go back next time I'm looking for food at Atlantic Station.

It's A-OK.

Last week was my first time stopping by and I will be back. I enjoyed my Shrimp Po' Boy and I'm interested in trying some of the other sandwiches. The ordering system is different and makes them stand out from the other sandwich shops.

Try it!

I'm a fan.

The ordering system is fun, and allows you to build your own sandwich to your liking. However, the bread was very dry and there wasn't much meat or condiments on the sandwich. Very similar to subway.

Amazing! Got 2 sandwiches in 6 minutes, so much faster than the Brookhaven Which which. Friendly staff, fast service, great sandwich. I will come back again!
