Waffle Houses are all the same. What makes them different is the clientele. This, therefore, is the best Waffle House. Don't believe me? Come at 4am or 5am on a Friday. Enjoy the johns and occasional DLBs (down low bros) bringing their tranny "dates" to enjoy awkward post (or pre) coitus meals. Sit there with friends, enjoying a few All Star Breakfasts, putting cash down on the table with bets on which bathroom s/he'll use. It's always a great time!

I give it three stars only because it is a Waffle House. Typical food and service. Great location and the staff knows what I want when I walk in the door.

Valentine's Day dinner at Waffle House was--[RECORD SCRATCH] What? Seriously? Yeah, man. Seriously. But I don't blame you for being surprised. My wife sure was. She'd been asking for hints all week about where we were going. I'd told her there would be candlelight, and a white tablecloth, and it would be affordable. (Anyone want to hire an IT guy with LAMP programming and sysadmin experience?) True to my word, we dined in style for less than $20 including drinks and tip. Well, I finally broke down and told her, the morning of Valentine's Day. She wavered between disbelief and tears, and finally settled on having dinner first and going there for dessert. We ended up eating dinner there, and she was utterly charmed by the hospitality and ingenuity with which going to Waffle House had been transformed into a romantic event. I'm sure every patron was treated as well as we were. We got buttons. Mine said "I Waffle House", and hers said "Waffle House Princess". (Why can't *I* be a Waffle House Princess? That's sexist!) We had candlelight. We had Fox 5 News shooting video. I learned after the fact that there had been red velvet cake as well. Next year I'll be back to have some of that! In the meantime, rest assured that I'll be lobbying hard for a repeat visit not for candlelight but for a double hash browns, scattered, smothered, covered, diced, and peppered. And a garden salad for health.

took my friends from california out to atlanta for a night, got them drunk... one of my friends were getting hungry. what would a girl from the south do??? WAFFLE HOUSE of course! it's a tradition I say!!! Anyone visiting California from the east or the south, I'd introduce them the in and out animal style burger with neopolitan shake or lemon up. hash brown with all the works was what did the trick for my friends, eating breakfast at 3am while still heavily intoxicated and stunk of smoke smell from the bars, waffle house will cure ALL of this and then some. the older lady who was serving us felt like my friend's mom. we respected her, said yes ma'am to everything, and she was the sweetest woman in the world. i'd never set a foot inside another waffle house again, with an exception of this particular restaurant thanks to her.

OK after a night of going out late at night, we came to this Waffle house. Parking was tight, but the place was in a safe neighborhood. This place was an entertainment in itself. Like all the people that were dining at the time were either gay or goth! it was awesome i felt like i was back in San Francisco! One of the workers could put Rue Paul to shame, he looked very pretty, with nice eyebrows, and he was like "hey baby doll" to me..hahhaha.. Our waitress was a very nice gal, who was attentive and gave us good advice on what what to eat, since it was my first time. OK so is the waffle house good? hmmm it's ok.. i mean for 5.99 it's not too bad, but is it yummy? No it's not, nothing like Roscoe's Chicken and waffles, I do no think they even have onion and livers.. I did not see it on the menu. But yeah the place is quite colorful, come out night for a bite to eat after going out clubbing..

I'd heard soooooooo much about waffle houses in LA, that when I arrived in Atlanta I just had to go get some waffles. Ok first things first, this is nooooo roscoe's chicken and waffles. I thought I'd be getting something similar to roscoe's just better. what i got was some OLE Bullshit. First of all, the chef turned around, and had pink eye and puss coming out of his eye. I was like what the f*ck????!!!!! I told the waitress I'd forgetton my phone in my car, and I'd be right back, and I sped off like a bat out of hell. Then I tried the one in marietta, and the chef there went to the restroom, came out, and he had dirt under his finger nails. Oh my god. what the hell is up with y'all nasty dirty ass waffle houses out here. The waffles were flatter than pancakes, and the service oooooy evay, and I'm not jewish, and I started gagging like an old yiddish woman at a pork festival. Everybody steer clear of the waffle houses, they are disgusting.

A roach crawled across our table. The kitchen cook took a photo of it with his smartphone and the employees all were in shock about it. Our waiter contacted the manager by phone. He apologized and comped our meal, but criticized the employees for taking photos and "making a scene." He told our waiter on the phone that he didn't want to be contacted about that kind of issue. I really fail to see why considering serious health violations are a management issue. I reported them to Waffle House Corporate and the Fulton County Health Department. Won't be back. Ever.

I have only been here once and it was to pickup a take out order that I placed on my way to work. They were very polite on the phone. When I walked in, I was greeted by name (probably since it was not very busy). I really appreciated the service. They asked if I needed any additional condiments, flatware/napkins. Because of this great service on my small order, I made sure to tip well because it was deserved. I will definitely place more to-go orders from here when craving waffles and smothered hash browns on my way to work.

We entered and were greeted with a few smiles and good mornings. We have never had faster or friendlier staff anywhere. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.

We were a group of 4, were seated quickly but took forever for someone to handover the menus. The service that followed was very slow, inattentive almost all the time and the food was very mediocre. I was horrified at the scrambled eggs in my plate. They were so poorly made that I didn't even eat them. The waffle was alright and so were the hash browns.

How do you rate a waffle house less then a five. I love waffle house, drunk nights, sober nights, final exam nights, I love greasey food nights. Every waffle house is like a snow storm, just always cold as shit. Get over it. Texas cheesesteak melt- amazing!!! Coffee-Amazing! Hashbrowns covered- Amazing Customer service here- by far the best I've ever had, honestly I've never encountered a rude waffle house employee ever. They are all just so sweet!

Came here after wanting to get some waffles for breakfast in the morning. It was my first time here since I'm from out of state. I had something completely different in my head when I walked in because I saw a Waffle House literally every block of the way. The food here is decent overall and the price is friggen amazing! All that food for $6? Lord have mercy! My friends and I went to town on the waffles. I'd have to say waffles were nice but based on my preference, I like them a little bit less wobbly. The bacon was cooked perfectly although, my sunny side eggs were undercooked, I didn't want to touch it. Two of my friends ordered melts and boyyyyyyy those were jampacked with SALT. WHOOO WEEEE did we have to down all the water just to take another look at it before taking another daring bite. The waitress here is a peach. She was so friendly and full of energy even though she was literally on her last limb. Thank you so much! For a quick and cheap bite, Waffle House! 3 Stars.

This is my "home" Waffle House, so let it serve as a review of all Waffle Houses. Except that I eat here twice a month and it's the best one with the best service. I'm going to give you the quick version of what to get at the Waffle House and what you can avoid. Everything at Waffle House is good, but you want to focus on the REALLY REALLY good stuff. What to Get: Hashbrowns. Do not leave a Waffle House without ordering hashbrowns. You'll have to read the menu for instructions on how to order them. I like mine Scattered, Smothered, Covered, and Peppered. Topped if I'm feelin crazy. Pecan Waffle. You have never tasted a waffle this good. Unless you have a nut allergy, order it with Pecans. Amazing. Chicken and Eggs. Oh my god. Best grilled chicken ever. Better than grilled chicken should even be able to be. Order two. Country Ham. If you've never had country ham, Waffle House has the REAL THING. I'm gonna warn you, country ham is SUPER SALTY, but it is amazing. It's served as a grilled, bone-in slice that fills a whole plate. So good. Coffee. Waffle House has some seriously awesome coffee. They grind their own beans and they brew a mean cup. I'm kind of a coffee snob, and I have to say I love me some Waffle House coffee. Chili. Waffle House's chili is out of a can, but it is worth ordering. Try it on the hash browns. T-Bone and Eggs. This is probably about the cheapest steak and eggs breakfast you can get anywhere. The T-Bone is sliced thin and grilled. I'm not going to say it's the best steak ever, far from it, but it is a really good breakfast steak. Eggs. The cooks at Waffle House are masters at cooking some eggs. Scrambled, over easy, sunny side up, they're all good. What to Skip: Biscuits. Yes it's the south, but Waffle House's biscuits are frozen. They heat them up on the grill. No thanks. Burgers. They sound really good, but they're really not. Stick to breakfast. Omelettes. They use a milkshake machine to mix up the eggs, which seems interesting. But the omelettes aren't that good. Honorable Mention: Grits. The grits are actually pretty good. Usually you're gonna want to order hashbrowns instead. But sometimes you get bored. Grilled Cheese. If you're a vegetarian, get the grilled cheese with pickles. It's good. Tomatoes. You can get sliced tomatoes instead of the hash browns. What takes them over the top is if you order them grilled. Really good with some scrambled eggs if you're looking to stay healthy. Pie. Try the pies. They're out of the freezer but they're pretty good. Especially the chocolate one.

This your typical Waffle House. Nothing fancy at all, but the waitress was extremely nice. Great place to go after a long night.

Cherokee tried her best as a server/waitress; but the cooks are horrible. My table nor the table behind us got their orders prepared correctly. The cooks stood behind her enraged while Cherokee prepared both tables meals properly after the cooks got our orders wrong twice. According to Cherokee there was no manager on staff to help us with our issues. Calling a 1-800 number to leave comments does nothing for us in our immediate situation where the company still wants our money. I can't help but give this restaurant a bad review when 8 people's orders were prepared wrong in 30 minutes. Can you imagined what Cherokee endured for her entire shift?
