Best wings, best sauce, best bartenders. If you come without kiddos sit in the bar! A chill place to eat wings, drink beer and watch sports. There are many sauces to choose from. Best wings in town hands down.

Bartenders allowing customers to sit at the bar with "RESERVED" signs beside them with no one joining this patron. He advised me he was waiting on someone - well after eating a dozen wings and 2 Coca Cola drinks - another young fella asked it that seat at the bar was taken and he again replied it is... I simply stated that I'd been here at least 30 minutes and no was joing him - The fella got smart and said for me to get over it... Well I have and next time I visit - I hope he doesn't have that RESERVED sign up again - because I'll say thanks for keeping my seat !! Your bartenders need to be able to control your regular customers better than that - I stated to the lady bartender that the customer was rude and an Asshole... Can't wait for the next visit - I'm gonna be ready for this idiot...

My coworkers and I came to Wing Factory during our Friday lunch break. The interior is very much like a casual sports bar with a bunch of TVs around the room. Since our team arrived a bit after the regular lunch time, the place wasn't as full as it is usually. I didn't feel like getting my hands dirty so I ordered the 8 pieces boneless wings combo (hot buffalo sauce and some other sauce that was sweet) served with fries and celery on the side. The food arrived pretty quickly and I was very happily surprises by the quality of the chicken and the sauce. The chicken was very soft and the sauces were delightful! Fries were decent but I honestly didn't pay much attention to them because I was so in love with the wings. They also gave me so much celery (which I'm a huge fan of) so I was very satisfied with my lunch.

I used to come here at least once a week, but the service got so bad I had to stop. The wings are good but not worth the crappy service.

This review is focused solely on the take-out experience at the Wing Factory, which I have partaken in a handful of times now. Fat Tuesday seemed like the perfect excuse to log on to the Wing Factory's menu and order some greasy (yet delicious) sides and flavorful wings. WF's online ordering website is fantastic. All of the options are logically laid out and it is very clear what you can add on to an order or what comes with it (no more having to write a novel explaining what you want to add/take away. I love WF's boneless wings - teryaki and lemon pepper are my favorite! I always get an order of the tater tots as well, but eat these as soon as the food is delivered or they will get too soggy and cold and then not taste very good (they will be a little soggy when they arrive due to travel time but they are not a lost cause by any means). My husband also splurged and ordered the "Fry-zilla" and said that it was delicious and not soggy at all (it came topped with cheese, bacon, and jalapenos). The delivery time is typically about 30-40 minutes (this probably does not apply to days when there is a big sporting event on), so place your order, do a few things around the house, get ready for the big game or movie, and then your food will be there!

The Wing Factory: Delicious chicken gams Setting 3/5 - Cool sports bar vibe with lots of tv's in a small space. I imagine it gets pretty tight in here on a busy night. The parking lot is a nightmare. Service 3/5 - A little underwhelming, considering that when I went it wasn't really busy at all. However, my food was ready quick, so that's a plus. Food 4/5 - As other reviews have stated, the lemon pepper wings are freakin' amazing. As far as taste goes 5 stars. However, there is a spectrum of chicken wing size. At least for me there is. On one end of the spectrum you have your cornish hens. You can imagine how small a wing from a cornish hen might be. On the other side of the spectrum you have your roasting hens. Which provide large meaty drums and flats. These wings were somewhere in the middle of the spectrum, and most were rather wimpy in size. Also, they give you one container with a small amount of dipping sauce then charge you extra for more. For 12 wings, one container is not going to cut it. I would still recommend the lemon pepper if you go here. Price 5/5 - Pretty much on point for wings. It was less than $12 for a dozen of them. Add tip though, and you get an idea. Overall 4/5 - The average rating for all is 3.75. Round up. I'd visit again.

I love their habanero garlic wings! That and their fries, and carrots/celery and bleu cheese are very good. I mostly get takeout but have also eaten in a few times and their beer selection is very good too. One of my favorite wing places in Atlanta.

Wings are actually really good. I had the hot lemon pepper. I gave 4 stars because no one was there to greet me for about 10 min. I was just standing there lost.

Amazing! And the fact that they deliver is even better!! I have never actually eaten here, but I get delivery all the time. The wings are great!

I came here with a friend once upon a time to play trivia and have truly come to enjoy this location. The wings are always excellent with both heat and flavor. The lemon pepper seasoning is also great on both the wings and the fries. The bar area, although somewhat cramped at times, is one of my favorite places to sit during a Friday trivia game. The wait staff are great and after a few Fridays of trivia they even knew what I liked to drink and brought over a smooth draft beer when I sat down. It seems like there is always something fun going on at this Wing Factory with Trivia on Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as bingo on Tuesdays to accompany their wine night special, which includes $3 glasses of the house wine. I have enjoyed all of the food here, having sampled chicken fingers, traditional and boneless wings and also the shrimp. All of the sauces are good and the ranch dipping sauce, which is made in house, is the perfect accompaniment for the fries, tots and wings. I highly recommend this location. However, if you're coming for trivia be sure to arrive early as space is limited and seats fill up quickly.

This Wing Factory really knows what they're doing. I think that due to the area and a packed restaurant, they don't screw up orders and are very well staffed. My husband's order is always the same, and it's always perfect. 8 piece combo half habaneo half hot garlic Cajon tots extra blue cheese with sweet tea. Mine is a shrimp basket all hot with regular fries. Hot is great and quite a kicker. Habanero will not allow you to touch your eyes for 24 hours! If you get habanero, eat with one hand, wipe your eyes with the other. I would definitely recommend this place. It's the best for wings and for their sauces. Taco mac and the rest have nothing on wing factory!

The Wing Factory has become a favorite for my husband and I. Their wings are great and since they deliver AND you can order online they have become a regular in our take out rotation. We have yet to dine in but it looks like it would be a great place to eat and watch a game.

This place is easy to miss since it is in a side portion of a Publix shopping center. However, we found it and were pleasantly surprised. It doesn't appear to be much on the outside or inside, but it is very cozy and inviting. It is a very neighborhood type of place. There were people of all types and walks of life. I ordered boneless wings with very mild sauce and onion rings. The wings were great, hearty with a slight kick, that I loved. The onion rings are huge and excellent. My friend had the chicken wrap with tater tots, which was also excellent. The service was spot on. The pricing was very reasonable, as well. The overall experience was great and I plan to come back here, soon.

It was raining tonight and I didn't want to drive in all of the rain. I ordered the BBQ wings. They were actually very good. I should have ordered 20 pieces instead of 12... Lol... The only reason they didn't get five stars was because of the delivery time; it took a while but worth the wait. I stored the number into my phone!

I use to love wing factory growing up. We just had to get up and walk out after sitting there for 20 minutes without a server even making eye contact with us. We even tried moving to the bar area, but the service situation there seemed even more dire. Sure, we could've gone and harassed the hostess for service. But frankly after that experience, the thought of trying the food grosses me out. Maybe I loved it when I was 12 the same way one loves chuck e cheese before they're old enough to see how dirty it is.

The lemon pepper wings and garlic wings are awesome! You have to try the coleslaw which fresh and made in house. The staff is super friendly and the have a great bar. They have good management at this location. I will definitely be back.

Not sure why this place doesn't stay packed. It was a saturday afternoon during football bowl season and I think we were he only ones there?! Anyway, I loved the menu. Basic enough while offering a little variety on all of your favorites. Service was great, got food quickly and I tell ya what....I was impressed. Wings were decent sized and cooked perfectly. The hot ranch and hot lemon pepper were both excellent on the wings and fingers. Fries were tasty. Fairly priced although I'm not sure why everyone thinks they can charge so much for wings?! I will definitely be visiting the factory more often!

I really enjoyed the wings. Lots of meat and the bleu cheese is really good. My favorite is probably the lemon pepper and hot wings. Cajun tots were awesome too.

My wings were okay. Not as good as 3 dollar cafe/ R. Thomas but not bad. Definitely not as tender. This place is great for watching a game and catching up with friends. Otherwise it offers your standard fare and what you would expect. If you are nearby check it out but I wouldn't classify it as a destination-zone.

We were looking for a close place to grab a beer and dinner and watch the game. This pretty much did the job. We shared a prime rib dip, the fajita pita and "Frieszilla". Frieszilla is fries with shredded cheese, bacon and jalepenos. So pretty much you can't go wrong. They give you a good amount. I love french dips and the prime rib dip was good although a little bit salty. The fajita pita was kind of just like a philly cheese steak inside of a pita. I didn't pick up on any fajita seasoning and it was pretty greasy, but good. My beer was frozen in the bottle when I got it which was kind of weird, but they gave me another. I appreciate that it was cold though at least? Our server was not super attentive and we had to make eyes at him to come over every time we wanted something, but I didn't care too much.

I've eaten at the Wing Factory twice. I've gotten delivery from here more times than I care to admit. I think their chicken wings are way better than Taco Mac, Three Dollar Café, etc. Let's start with the two times that I've eaten here before. Once was in the dining room area. They have lots of flat screen TVs, booths, and NYO kids running around the place on the weekends. That's pretty much to be expected given the price range and proximity to Chastain Park. The other time I ate here was at the bar. The bar area is surprisingly small, so I can't imagine crowding in here to watch a football game. Wing Factory is awesome for pickup and delivery. I've picked up wings several times over the years for UGA and Super Bowl parties. If you want wings from here on Super Bowl Sunday, call a day ahead and expect a line out the door to pick up when you get there. Delivery is where Wing Factory really shines. You can pay and order online, which is really a perk because having to call in delivery is a personal pet peeve of mine. They have a large variety of wing flavors to choose from whether hot, mild, or somewhere in between is your things. Your order is delivered within 30-60 minutes and is always hot and fresh. Hot lemon pepper wings, seasoned fries, and extra blue cheese, yes please!

I love this place, I go here often and like the people that work here. They get your order correct the first time usually, and if not, they will fix it. They also are willing to cook the wings just like you like them (i.e. extra crispy). I could eat here a few times a week. Some people complain about the size of the wings here, not me. I don't like jumbo steroided-out wings, they gross me out This place is top-notch.

I will never be eating here again. I have been here several times because of convenience, and my food was never amazing. It was just okay. And I have had wings that were so much better! The last straw was a few days ago when I ordered delivery. My food was extremely soggy, and gross. At that point I had waited an hour for the food, and I was busy so I just ate it. I payed by card online, and tipped the delivery guy with cash. The next day I noticed on my bank statement that the charge was $5 more than what my receipt said. I called and talked to the manager, and waited for him to find documentation on the order. He saw in the computer I'm assuming, that I was charged a $5 tip on my card! So the delivery guy decided he would give himself some extra cash. I was pretty upset, and honestly just wanted my money back for all the trouble and gross food. The manager was extremely rude the entire time, and then finally raised his voice and said he would give me a refund. So subpar food, extremely rude manager, and dishonesty? No thank you.

If I could, I would rate this establishment zero stars. The food is not memorable, however, the service is- but for all of the wrong reasons. I was at The Wing Factory on a Sunday afternoon. Upon entering the restaurant, I noted that there may have been 4 other patrons, all of which were seated at the bar. I am providing this information to indicate that there was no need for the service to be so slow. I believe it took about 25 minutes to place a drink order, following me obtaining the menus on my own after waiting about 15 minutes. After placing the drink order, the service did improve slightly. The food order was taken and came out in about 5 minutes. I guess the food is not cooked to order, and is just sitting under a heat lamp- as this was record time for receiving a food order at a restaurant. The wait staff remained un attentive and simply took too long to do EVERYTHING, to include bringing the check. In summation- I will not be returning!

I love their wings. I live in the area. They have the Best wings I've had in this area. I eat here about 3 times a month. Service is not good! Too many high school kids as servers! Atmosphere is not great. It's very small! It's the wings that keep me coming back.

Update: When I made this review on Yelp, I was contacted by the manager who wrote a letter of apology and also provided me with a gift card. This was way above and beyond as the food was good, as I stated. Just like I said in my first review, everyone has a bad day. I appreciated the quick response and maybe I was a little hotheaded in my first review. I thank Brett for responding and for giving me the gift card to try them out again, was really nice.

Great casual neighborhood spot with decent wings. Nothing mind blowing. Went with some friends for dinner during March madness and there were only old people in there and the big screen and audio system was on 60 minutes. What the heck? Recommend ordering to go.

I really miss going to this place. It is a nice little place to stop and the wings are always good. Are they the best wings in town? Almost. They have certain flavors that they do really well here. I also like the customer service. Nice people and a nice take on wings. The rest of the menu is not bad either. Now realize we are talking bar food but for that type of eating this place will do just fine. Plus it is nice to watch a game in here.

The wings were cooked to perfection, the portions they give you for sides are very generous, and the service was great. The fried pickles app was delicious and hot BBQ was a great flavor on the wings.

Parking - there was a lot of it since it was located in a Strip Mall. Prices - decent pricing. I had mild boneless wings and my dinner partner had the same but with a coke and the bill was about $15 so not too bad Ambience - It just looked like a bar, very relaxed Food - The wings tasted good and it was not dry Overall - a cool place to go with the family or with friends

It pains me greatly to give this place 3 stars as I have been coming here since I was really young and it once was my favorite restaurant. Their sauces are hands down the best in town and their habanero sauce is the best wing sauce I've ever had. They aren't afraid to bring the heat. Unfortunately, because of my long patronage to this location I have also seen a lot of changes. The wings went down a size level a few years back and with it the prices went up. You aren't going to go broke at a wing place but in comparison to other wing joints this will be a more expensive meal. The dinner service has always been so-so due to big crowds with lots of kids. I still frequent the place regularly waiting for my beloved WF to return to its full potential.

Went last Friday with a group of friends to play trivia and watch March Madness. Trivia started at 8:30 and was hosted by Team Trivia. The bar area was small and the happy hour crew was in full force, so we were relegated to the dining room. There were multiple families with kids running around everywhere. Beware. The chips, guac and salsa app was pretty meh. The cheese dip was like your standard Tex-Mex restaurant's cheese dip and the salsa and guac were not fresh. The totchos were also just so-so. As for the wings, the star of the show, the taste and temperature (I ordered inferno) were good, but I would like to know why I wasn't given any drumsticks. I had 12 wings. That was a bummer. The beer list was pretty basic with a few craft beers and pitchers are available. The service was okay given that our server was on his second day at the restaurant. Definitely not in any hurry to make a repeat visit...

This place is awful. The wings are standard fare-they are the same ones you can get at Wing Stop or American Deli, the one star rating is for customer service. They short changed my teenage son when he paid in cash-when he called it to their attention they refused to even count the register. When he returned home and told me I had him call the store-they hung up on him! I called back and insisted they count the register-lo and behold the register was over the amount my son had said it would be. The manager insisted still, his employee behaved properly and that I should simply drive back and pick up the money! No apology, not reimbursement for wasted gas and time, no apology to my child. Inexcusable.

Really amazing wings! Perfectly fried with some awesome sauces. I get delivery from here a lot and they are always fast and the food is still fresh and hot. Some people have said that they have had soggy wings but I really think that it depends on the sauce. The wings stay crispy in the buffalo sauces but can get soggier in the BBQ sauces. Their apps are also great!

The wing factory serves the best chicken wings in Atlanta. Their lemon pepper wings are the best wings I've ever had. Get them with a side of seasoned fries. The factory is NYO turf only. If you play Buckhead Baseball, used to play Buckhead baseball, or you or your children are associated with Buckhead Baseball in any way, stay the hell away from the Wing Factory!

We went to Wing Factory last night for the first time. It is a nice little set up with somewhat of a sports bar feel to it, located in the strip mall with the Buckhead / Sandy Springs Publix. I think it would be a good spot to have a few brews and watch a game on TV sometime. But that being said we didn't go there to throw a few back and watch any games, we came to this spot to grab some food; as the girl was craving some wings. For an appetizer we ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip, it was very runny with little flavor and the chips were kind of hard. For dinner she ordered 6 wings with Original sauce (mild), which came out being hot as fire instead of mild. They wings were also very small; we expected them to be bigger since the name of the place is "Wing Factory". For my dinner I ordered the Fajita Pita described as "Shaved Ribeye Steak, Grilled with Peppers, Onions, Fajita Spices, Wrapped in a Pita with Melted Cheese and Served with Sour Cream" on the menu; but what it was was a cheesesteak sandwich in a pita. It was ok, just was hoping for something more like a fajita. The service here was great. We walked in and a friendly waitress told us to grab a seat anywhere we would like. We sat down and were greeted by our waitress who took our drink and food order. She brought out the food and made sure everything was ok with us during the entire dinner. She was very attentive to our needs. Overall, their food is good for bar food and they do have good prices on the beer and it would be a great place to check out a game on the tube sometime. But really nothing special about the food.

I love wings and Wing Factory is located close to my house & my office. I will say first, I love their food. Their wing flavors are great - my favorite is their teriyaki. I like that the menu has more to offer than wings - I've also enjoyed their wraps and salads. It's one of the few places I've found that will deliver without a crazy minimum - which when you are ordering for 1 person is a nightmare. The only complaint I have is that the service is horrible. The last three times I've gone I've had to walk to the bar to ask for someone to take our order, refill drinks or bring the check. The waitresses also know nothing about the menu which can be frustrating when you have a group and they have to go to the kitchen and ask on everything. They also aren't sure what comes with what dish - they tried to tell my friend she couldn't have a side, when the menu stated it came with the item. At the end of the day, it is what it is. A place where you can grab wings and a beer, watch sports or play trivia. Just don't go in a hurry and don't expect quality service.

I actually go here for their Peachtree salad. No, seriously. I do. They are more of a sports bar/wing joint, but they have a really great list of salads and they're open late. I work very close by, they're in a shopping center with ample parking, and I can go and grab something fresh if I finish up at work too late for any usual place. Their wing sauces are yummy (my fave is hot honey bbq), and there's quite a few TV's in the bar for whatever sports event that day. Not a bad deal for 10 o'clock at night.

When deciding WINGS are your craving for the night, this place is AS GOOD AS IT GETS!! This is a small joint located in a shopping center just off Roswell Road between Sandy Springs and Buckhead. This means there is TONS of parking, not to worry. While Three Dollar Cafe and Taco Mac try to pride themselves on having the best wings in town, the Wing Factory is the underdog of all three... They have many sauces to choose from - I ended up going with the Hot Garlic, Hot BBQ, and Medium on a dozen wings order. The Hot Garlic was amazing - whoaaa, my mouth is watering as I am writing; the Hot BBQ was a sweet by hot taste; and the Medium was well, your typical medium sauce. There are about 15 other kinds to choose from so embrace yourself. You also have the opportunity to select whether you want all legs or all thighs as well as whether you want them extra crispy or extra smothered in sauce. I ordered a side of tator tots and my craving was fulfilled. I love this place and only wish I discovered it sooner. Not bad prices and has a sports bar look and feel. For game day, forget the overly crowded Taco Macs and obstructed views of Three Dollar - make this spot YOUR spot for a couple of cold frostys, a dozen wings, and a ton of TVs for whatever game you are a fan of!

I heard rumors about about long lines coming out of this place....but we sure didn't see any Sunday night when we tried this place. We were one of two or three occupied tables. We ordered 48 wings split between the following flavors: hot ranch, hot garlic, original, habanero. The spiciness of their sauces are legit (as opposed to places like Taco Mac, which I do like btw) Especially the habanero. The downside of these flavors was that the spiciness in each flavor tasted EXACTLY the same...only with a little garlic or ranch flavor added here and there. Boo. Awkward moment with the guy who served us- of the 2 orders of beer that came from a party of 5, he totally forgot who ordered what. Fail.

The wings and fried foods are great. The sandwiches are delicious (the gobbler and reuben are real good), the salads good too. Customer service also great, Curtis is a great server. The wing sauces are what's really great here. Big variety. The clientele can be annoying- very rowdy kids and snooty parents, but it's nice to sit outside. Delivery is a little so-so. Drivers are fine, and fast, it's just the packing of the boxes. Smaller wings, and pricier compared to other places, but the sauces are really good. Forgetful of dressings, etc, at times. Ordering a greek salad and getting skimped on the dressing sucks, but I'm not about to call and ask them to come out and bring just a dressing. Overall, I'm a repeat customer. This place gets real busy and you can see why!

So by the time that, oh, the fifth or sixth person I know well told me "two thumbs up" for Wing Factory, and given my recent disenchantment with Hudson (and penchant for LPW's), I decided it was well-nigh time I made my way on over. Good stuff. Crispy, tasty, very flavorful lemon pepper wings. Yep, two thumbs up. $5.95 for 6-pc bone in. And, much to my liking, less greasy than I've found them anywhere else in town, without me even requesting them "well-drained" like I do other places - nice.Very generous side of celery, plus carrots (I almost felt *healthy*!!). I also really like the layout of their menu and all their seasoning/flavor choices for both wings and fries; I'll have to check others out on future visits (or delivery, seeing as I live within the "radius"!). An added cool thing?? They have a big old ice cream freezer with the slidey tops like those at convenience stores - and they have orange Push Pops, just like we ate as kids. Awesome. Thanks, friends, for telling me to come to the Factory until I finally listened!

So I have read reviews from here and felt like I would add my own experience.. Wing factory= if you eat wings order some! I dont believe in straying to the far end of a menu at a sports bar, but here is what I have had Lemon Pepper & Buffalo Wings= both tasty (sometimes LP wings can be salty) Great Sweet Tea :) Nice chicken pita Fries hit or miss and I like their greek salad Now on the flip finally stuck around and tried the bartenders skills and I must say I was pleased! nothing tops watching a game with a great drink or two to go with it

Friday lunch, a couple of my co-workers decided to order the rest of us lunch and Wing Factory was the winner. After much deliberation, I decided on the buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch fries. The delivery was really fast, especially since we were hitting prime lunch time. The food itself was just fine, not terrible, but not stellar. The sandwich was good and the sauce had a nice kick to it. It wasn't so overwhelmingly hot that I felt like all I was tasting was heat and not food. The fries were also fine. They appeared to have been shaken up in dry ranch dressing mix, thus making them a tad on the messy side. Of course, when dealing with buffalo anything to begin with, that's bound to happen. I was full before I finished both the sandwich and the fries. A bunch of others chose salads, so perhaps I'll try that on the next round as I'm a freak of nature and don't eat wings.

I'm still day-dreaming about the ranch fries ... I went to Wing Factory for the first time today. We have a lunch group at work, and two of my co-workers said Wing Factory was one of their favorite wings restaurant. Almost everyone ordered the "8P" which is 8 boneless or bone-in wings in your choice of sauce, your choice of fries (variety of seasonings to pick from!), & veggies -- "8P" seemed to offer the best value ($8.95). For just $.50 more, you can order two different style flavors. I'm all about variety so I ordered 4 lemon pepper & 4 hot honey mustard (among an assortment of many flavors to choose from), and I picked the ranch fries (which are fries sprinkled with ranch dressing ... yummmmmmyyyy). The lemon pepper was lemon pepper ... not bad. I'd skip hot honey mustard next time - too saucy and not so memorable. Oh but the fries the fries ... I never tasted anything like that. The flavor & the smell were amazing! Service was good, and atmosphere felt like a sports bar. Clientele mostly males (not surprising) and a few families. I would come again just for the fries. And probably try a different wing sauce.

Allagash White in bottles ($6). Check. Dogfish Head 60 Min on tap ($4.50). Check. Good wings. Check. Really good wings. And HOT. I have a fairly high tolerance for spicy food, so - just for comparison purposes - on my first visit I simply ordered the 'hot' buffalo sauce on my boneless wings (but now very glad I didn't go 'nuclear' or whatever). Very tasty sauce, but yes - HOT. Not exactly lightning-fast service, but not slow either (they were fairly busy on my first visit). I might just reserve this place for taking an 'extended' lunch hour. Overall, definitely worth a visit! Cool Patio for session drinking. 92 on their food score as of 7/16/10.

The wings here are tasty, they serve tots, and the Crazy J cheesesteak is worth blowing your diet over. Only really bad thing is that the service can be slow, especially during lunch.

I just moved to the area and had a massive craving for some wings! This place is only 2 miles from my place and is sooooo good! I picked up the wings to go and they were great even though I didn't eat them right away. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I didn't dine in and feel like I can't honestly give a full review. From what I can tell...seemed like a great place to eat in as well!

We've been twice now. Food has been consistently good, wings are big and delicious, and service was great the first time we went, not so great the second time. But the food made up for it. A nice neighborhood place.

I returned to Wing Factory on Friday the 29th and wanted to mention how much I appreciated the attention we received from Carson the GM. He took care of us and was concerned about a previous issue I had. Needless to say, we will be continuing to make Wing Factory our neighborhood spot.

This is my favorite place for wings. They have so many great flavors to choose from and a fun staff. It's also a great place to have a few cold ones and watch football.

A few of us headed to Wing Factory last night, after we heard a lot of talk about their wings from several faithful followers. We were not disappointed! We sampled their original (medium), honey bbq, and cajun wings-all of which were very different styles, but still very tasty. Personally, as someone who does not typically enjoy the hefty, breaded boneless wings, I was impressed. Their boneless wings were still all about the chicken meat with a lighter (maybe) flash-fried breading. Very good. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is perfect for any sporting event of your choice. We will definitely be back soon!

Nice variety of wings on the menu, several different combinations are available for you to try. Good place to watch a variety of football games; definitely a good place to go with a group of friends. Waitstaff is friendly and remembers you if you come a lot.

Probably a 3.5 actually. Good customer service (in most cases...) and they have a quick delivery service.

This is the average run of the mill wing place with it's ups and downs like all other places. It's in a nice location with plenty of parking. This place is pretty comparable to the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. We tried the medium and honey barbecue boneless. These were good, but not mind blowing. The sauce was just right. Not too much, not too little with just enough to cover the wings. The wings were not soggy at all nor overcooked. They were just right. We also tried the potato skins. They were average for us. Nothing really stood out compared to other places like Chili's or Fridays. The service was great though. Fast and friendly. Overall it's a nice wing place. Could use more drink specials other than $2 stoli shots on Saturdays. Casual old school atmosphere, but somewhat small. I can imagine that at busy times it will be harder to find a seat than other places. Great service. The prices are a bit steeper than other places with the same quality of wings (i.e. Buffalo Wild Wings).

I can say without hesitation that Wing Factory has the best wings in Atlanta and most of the people that I introduce to Wing Factory tend to agree. I've been eating at Wing Factory since it converted from a Buffalo's Cafe back in the early-mid 90s. Seriously, I think I've eaten here over 100 times as my high school crew played trivia here pretty much every Friday back in the day. Each time I eat here I still can't believe how tasty the wings are. The restaurant is located in Chastain Square (Publix) shopping center on Roswell Road about 0.5 km south of Wieuca Road just before where Buckhead becomes Sandy Springs. The wings, while slightly higher priced than other restaurants, are the very meaty. You can order boneless wings if you prefer, but I don't know why you would. Our wing order usually consists of: *Hot honey BBQ - This is our favorite flavor. It is the perfect combination of spicy and sweet. If you don't like spicy, go with the regular honey bbq. * Ranch - This is a dry wing. There's just something about that salty ranch seasoning on their crispy wings. It's a welcomed change of pace from the wet wings and is approaching hot honey bbq superstar status among our friends. * Original - These are your classic, mild buffalo wing. The original sauce here is more buttery than other places, but it makes them delicious. Even if you're a fan of spicy stuff like I am, don't bother going with their hot wings. Stick with their original. I don't find their hot buffalo flavor to be all that good. * Teriyaki - There is nothing too special about their teriyaki sauce. It's got the right amount of sweetness and is a good complement to the other flavors that we order. * Honey mustard - I'm not a fan of honey mustard in general, but my friends dig this flavor. We've been trying some of their other flavors lately, and while they are all good, we haven't found any to be on the level of the flavors above. As for sides, don't fall for the tater tots. Yes, tater tots are cool and all, but they have really good fries here. They are the crinkle cut kind. Helpful hint: Order the ranch fries. Wing Factory's ranch fries are my favorite fries, not just in Atlanta, but on planet Earth. Other than the wings, I've only had one other main and I only order it if I'm feeling healthy, although it's not that healthy. I'm talking about the teriyaki chicken pita and it's scrumptious. It's a big pita with grilled teriyaki chicken, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo wrapped inside. I hate mayo so I order it without. The pita is grilled so it's crunchy on the edges but soft on the inside. Don't forget to order the ranch fries as your side. As for drinks, they've really expanded their beer selection over the past couple of years. Do they come close to matching Taco Mac's selection? No. But they have enough variety to satisfy you if you're a beer snob. Trivia is hosted here on Wednesday and Friday nights. Friday nights can get pretty crowded with the Chastain NYO crowd (booo!), but the food makes up for it. There are plenty of flat screen TVs and a large HD projection screen that are always tuned to local sports. Unfortunately, they are also a Notre Dame (booo!) headquarters. I'll put Wing Factory's wing against the wing from your favorite wing joint in a blind taste test any day...and I'll win.

Maybe I should try again? 4.0 Parking - Shopping Center Parking. No real issues. 2.5 Ambiance - Old School Woody Sports Bar with updated Flatscreen TVs, early 90's Arcade Video games for the kids, and separate bar area for those seeking some alone time. Friday night it gets loud with loud people, Trivia, and Little League kids screaming. 2.0 Food - I ordered Wings, half Hot half Hot Garlic. They were heavy on the sauce, but i don't mind. What I do mind is when the wings are soggy. Mine were soggy! But on top of the sogginess, the wings were SMALL!!!!! my ultimate wing pet peeve! The Common order is the 8piece & fries, but I ordered 12 w/fries hoping to take some home. But that didn't happen because I was still starving after my meal. Also, I don't recommend the coleslaw. 4.0 Service - Our Server served us well & made sure to repeat back our order as the noise volume can get loud. Other tables looked happy with their service as well. 1.5 Value - Small Wings. Either lower the prices, or find a new chicken supplier. Over All Grade - 2.0 Local Family Sports Bar Joint Very Small Wings 30% Chance I will try again.

Came here with a co worker (who is from Buffalo), and we both agree that the flavor of their wings are spot on for an authentic buffalo wings.

Location and parking: 4.5/5 Inside the perimeter on Roswell Rd. Located in a Publix shopping center. Parking is plentiful . Ambience: 3/5 Nothing fancy here. Just a standard wood sports bar. TVs everywhere with sports and news. A few arcade machines for the kids. Mixed crowd here - mainly groups of guys or families. Service: 4/5 Wait staff was good. Drinks refilled before empty. Order came out quickly and correctly. Food: 4.5/5 Ordered a side salad - decent size. Iceberg lettuce, large tomatoes, and cucumber. 4pc wing combo with fries - Wings are large and not breaded which is preferred. Hot garlic sauce was spot on and you can see the minced garlic throughout. Not too saucy nor soggy. Fries are crinkle cut - crispy on the outside, soft inside. I also recommend habanero wings if you like spicy. The fries with queso are also tasty. If ordered to-go, the put the queso on the side to avoid extra sogginess. Value: 4/5 It's a little pricy here, but you're paying for location and great food. Overall, I give this place 4/5 stars, and this will be my wing spot of choice in Atlanta.

I always forget the name of this place - I refer to it as 'that great buffalo wing place on roswell near 285 in some Publix or Kroger shopping center'. Wing Factory... ya, that's it. For the record - I compare all my wing experiences to a place called Duffs in Buffalo NY (which is hands down the best wings I've ever had) I haven't been to Wing Factory in a few years, but when I went I was very impressed by their wings. Great sauce, great heat, wings cooked well... all the makings of a great wing place. I normally scoff at 'flavored wings', but I remember the Lemon Pepper wings were really tasty; they had a crisp lemon flavor to them. They do have a small outdoor patio (but it overlooks a parking lot) and the inside is kinda dark with lots of wood, beer signs and TVs, but again, I'm not that particular when I want to eat wings and drink beer. Service has always been friendly. If you want a good wing place in the north atlanta area, try these guys out.

Ok, so my friends had been trying to get me to this spot for the last couple of weeks and I have been pushing it off. So me and some of the guys at work checked it out this pass Friday and man was it awesome.. They had the best hot lemon pepper wings that I have eva tasted!!!!..... and you can also season your fries anyway you like I had the ranch and also the seasoned fries... I was on the run and had a togo order, but that place didnt look have bad if I wanted to catch a games or something with friends seems like a nice enough spot... So I have to say its voted for the best wings in ATL in my book.

I'm not going to lie, sometimes I just don't want to do the work involved in eating chicken wings. They're yummy, don't get me wrong. I love regular buffalo, and flavored, and fried, and grilled, and naked, and extra crispy, and, you get the picture. Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite places, and I was bummed when I realized there wasn't one around here. Then I was introduced to Wing Factory, and I almost don't even care that they just opened a BWW down the street. I've mentioned before that I like dive bars. I've never even been into the restaurant side of Wing Factory, so I won't speak to that. But I've eaten outside, sat for drinks in the bar and cried because it smelled so good but I'd already eaten, and I've had food delivered. I've had both boneless and bone-in wings- I like the bone-in better. I've had regular buffalo and the BBQ flavor, and both were excellent. The fries are generally good, and they offer several seasoning options as well as chili-cheese. The beer list isn't super long, but it's solid- Matt and I tend to only overlap on a few beer choices, but neither of us has any trouble with the beer list there. The bar is definitely a neighborhood hangout. We went in during Sunday night football one night and got the feeling that it was quite a few of the same folks in there watching games as other Sundays. The bartenders were friendly and the whole place just felt good. They also have free wi-fi, if going to a bar to surf the net is your thing... All in all, I like this place. Just as I've experienced in other neighborhood bars, if you're not a regular your service may not always be as good, but I also get the feeling that it doesn't take long to become a regular. Definitely one of my favorites.

Ok I'm going to let the cat out of the bag: I prefer flavored wings to buffalo wings. There, I said it. Feel free to leave your girly-man comments on my profile if need be. I think Wing Factory serves up the best wings in all of ATL. All the flavors are satisfying (including your traditional hot buffalo) and the prices are friendly too. They used to run all sorts of specials, I'm not sure if they still do. Also, it's not a half bad place to watch a game-they have a large projection screen and always have a game on. I warn people that have not been before - there are a lot of Buckhead offspring running around in here. If you can't tune it out, this is not the place for you.

I went here for lunch recently and was disappointed. I used to come here all the time. Got there about 1:00 and there were very few people there which surprised me because they use to be crowded. Ordered the chicken fingers and fries. They were some of the worst chicken fingers ever. I would try it again based on all the good experiences in the past but not happy with this visit.

I used to frequent this place years ago and other than the prices being higher than I remember..or is it just that we are in a recession... It seemed pretty much the same. The name of this place says it all...wing factory delivers just what the name describes. The food here is basically good. They have several lunch specials including 4 wings and fries for about 5 dollars but who the hell gets full off of 4 wings? I bypassed that children's menu option and went for the big girl special which was 8 dollars and included a drink. My platter came with 5 wings and 3 tenders and fries and was just fine. Lemon pepper wings were nicely seasoned, not greasy but they were pretty small. The chicken tenders were also good, they taste like they might have been freshly battered in house and the BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy. Service was excellent despite being fairly crowded with only 1 waiter and a food runner. The only thing that left me feeling a little weird was the sauce incident. I ordered ranch and blue cheese came instead. The waiter came by and removed the sauce, but he very carefully put the top back on it and returned to the kitchen ..and I have the distinct feeling that that same sauce will be served to another customer. I don't have the cooties or anything but that is really gross. I had to sample that sauce to find out it wasn't blue cheese but even if I had just opened it..dude just dump it! Or Maybe I am secretly mad that he didn't let me keep it so I would have had 2 sauces! Other than that no complaints. They do have a full bar and parking is no problem since it is in the Publix parking lot.

I don't think I'd ever tried wings until college. Even now, I don't really enjoy the gnawing meat and skin off of bones experience. It even sounds gross. I sort of prefer the celery and carrots that come with it. However, these wings are the best I've had. Mild Honey Barbecue flavor. Do it. Tastes a bit like Chinese sesame chicken. I've also had a very standard chicken breast sandwich here. Eh. It comes with french fries, but since they're the crinkle fry variety I opt for onion rings instead. Crinkle fries desanctify potatoes. But that's just me. Service kind of blows (where did that chick GO?) unless you befriend a waiter and get assigned to his/her area every time. And the reason I reviewed Wing Factory: the Wednesday night Trivia (8:30). Okay, so my friend is the host of it, but even if he wasn't it is a good time. He plays great songs in-between questions, and this trivia restaurant is better than others in that you can use the house cash the same night you win, including your tip. Most try to reel you into coming again by making you cash it in on a later date. Negatives: lots of little kids, and not so little kids. We're talking high school variety. Ugh. Also it's very loud. Positives: see body of review. Plus many tvs for sports fans.

These are some of the best wings in Atlanta! The Hot Lemon Pepper wings are my favorite but there are a lot of varieties to choose from. If you are feeling coronarily daring, the cheese fries are also unbelievable. They actually put queso cheese on them, I have never had anything like it. They have lots of TVs and cold beer but in case you are not into sitting with little league teams this may not be the place for you. There are a lot of families that come in and trivia on Friday's. Enjoy!

These wings are great! I've tried the Hot, Hot Honey BBQ & Hot Lemon Pepper! Oh sooo good! One of the best wing places out there. They also have Trivia night...but be prepared it gets noisy in there!

I've been to the Wing Factory probably at least a dozen times. I used to go there quite often with coworkers a couple years ago at my old job. At lunchtime, it's great... the service is fairly quick, and the food is good. This review, though, is mainly about my last visit there, which was my first time going there at dinnertime. It was a Friday night, and was fairly busy when we got there... but not so much that we had to wait for a table. Food service was fairly quick, and the food tasted good. I tried their Teriyaki Chicken Pita for the first time, though, and was a bit disappointed -- it wasn't horrible but certainly not the best thing I've eaten there. I think I'll stick with boneless wings or the chicken parmesan from now on. So you're probably wondering why, after not really having much negative to say, I'm only giving it three stars? Well, let me tell you... there were a couple families with kids there who were running around unsupervised, making a LOT of noise and generally being annoying. Not long after we got there, several MORE large parties came in, some of which had kids as well... and with all the kids running around and screaming and some of the rude adults who were there, it got so loud I couldn't think. Seriously... it was noisier in there than it gets in Philips Arena during a Thrashers game. Ridiculous. I had planned on staying for trivia that night, but couldn't take the noise and ended up having to leave as soon as I was finished with my food. While I realize that it's not the restaurant's fault that there were irresponsible parents and obnoxious drunk people there, they could have done a better job of asking people to keep it down. It may be a bar but it doesn't have to be painfully loud either. I'd definitely go back because I think it's a cool place with decent food and a big screen to watch games on, but I certainly will NOT go back at dinnertime. Ever. Save this place for lunch, guys.

After eating here, you will burn for days. I'm a huge fan of the fried-chicken sandwich dipped in hot sauce, although after eating it, your stomach will sound like Mt. Vesuvius ready to erupt. Very friendly staff. Bar atmosphere. Good for a (not so light) lunch.

Just got back from WIng Factory and had absolutely terrible service. The place was less than half full and yet our waitress, Ashley, paid little to no attention to us. I am pretty sure the only words she spoke to us were "what can I get you?" We ordered drinks and an appetizer which came out immediately, but it was all downhill from there. Our drinks sat empty for a solid 10 minutes while Ashley tended to every other table around us. We kept trying to make eye contact or flag her down for some refills, but she completely ignored us. Once we finally got her attention, she acted as if refilling our drinks was a chore. At one point two of our empty cups were sitting next to each other and she only grabbed one to get a refill. After about 25 minutes we had flag her down again so we could order. Hotshot Ashley decided she was too cool for a pen and paper and attempted to remember our order. When it finally came out, who would have guessed it, 2 of our orders were wrong. At any other establishment I would have sent mine back, but I knew everyone would be done by the time she ever got around to our table again. One of the guys I was with waited to exchange part of his order (that she messed up) and waited for a good 10 minutes and finally had to fix it himself. Clearly it wasn't just our table that was unhappy - we overheard a couple other tables near us comment about the poor service. At this point, who cares about the food? It was decent at best. Definitely not worth it.

This use to be my favorite wing place around. Lemon pepper and hot ranch are great. But the real draw use to be the quality and size of wing. I guess with the economy they have gone to much smaller wings. I'd rather pay a little more for the quality wings they use to serve.
