Pretty much echo the sentiments of most everyone else. The service here is painfully slow. They had one poor man working the entire bar alone, and he was charged with handling the to-go orders that walked in. These two stars are for him and his admirable patience. Perhaps someone called out or they're simply understaffed. A few customers openly complained. To me this is where management steps in to help. After people started leaving only then did more help magically appear. I'm not sure if people were on break or just got called in but at least 4 tickets walked out of the door while I waited. The kitchen was even slower. It took 30 minutes for me to get boneless wings and fries, and when they came out, everything was cold. I mean COLD. I had ordered medium buffalo and habanero flavored wings, but they were damn near naked. Needless to say I was not happy and sent the items back to be re-warmed and re-tossed in sauce. I'm moving out of the area so the likelihood of me returning is nil. Word of advice to management, though: there is entirely too much competition in the area for these mishaps to occur. Tighten up and get your staff some help. Perhaps their biggest patrons only come in for the alcohol. I can't imagine regular customers have the patience to eat here.

Aesthetically, the place is nice, new, and clean inside. That's why I give them 2 stars. The food and service got strikes for the following: Nacho chips: 3 baskets were all stale (no crunch) and clearly coming from old bags held over. Queso dip: served at room temp, not even warm. How difficult is it to serve decent chips queso given the simplicity?? We were there with a group of folks from work and one guy left his wallet in our office. He's 30 years old and doesn't anywhere near an under 21 person (he already has some grey hair) and they refused to serve him a beer. I understand why the rules are in place, but denying a 30 year old man a simple beer was a little over the top. The place looks nice but needs some overall management training.

I can't in good conscience give any Taco Mac (despite the T.Mac moniker they're going for) a rating any higher than a three star review. Mediocre food and their beer is usually served warm in a sticky glass. That being said I do give this location props for being new, so clean with a plethora of tvs. I think there may have been a tv for each person there so definitely a good place for sports watching. We sat at the bar so I got to see why the beer glasses are always sticky...seriously I don't think they'd know a good pour if it smacked them in the face. Everything they poured overflowed onto the glass and then they would smack it onto the counter so the beer would slosh over. I do appreciate they have a ridiculous amount of draft selections, however, many of them local. So that's really nice if you want to do some beer tastings. The service at the bar, and in general was very friendly and on the ball. My friend even had her order delivered wrong and the manager came over to make sure she was ok and assure her they were redoing her order as soon as possible. She ordered chicken wings in the hottest sauce they had and it was pretty mild. We also had the nachos to share and they were pretty solid as far as bar nachos go, but nothing that I would have to return for. I think this location is good for specific things - sports viewing mainly, but otherwise I wouldn't seek it out. Of the "T.Mac" locations, this one is the nicest in the area because it's the newest.

This was by far the worst service I've ever received in my life. More problems than just one at this establishment. My coworkers and I often come here since it's across the street, has good food, and great beer! But over the last three months, every time we visit, the service sucks! But today was definitely the icing on the cake. So we get here and seated by 11:44 AM. We sit outside in the patio area, facing the TV screens. The hostess tells us our server be will be with us soon. Server comes and takes our drink order; great. Drinks come maybe 10 minutes later; keep in mind we ordered 3 waters. Then she takes out order. It's 11:56 now. We wait, we wait. 3 parties around us who all got seated after us get their appetizers and food. It's 12:22. Waitress said our food will be right out. We wait some more. Now the manager starts walking around asking how each table was doing. He finally gets to us. It's 12:35. Tell him it's been about 40-45 minutes and we haven't gotten our food. We are disappointed and don't understand why this always happens. He apologizes and goes to check on our food. He brings our food. My two coworkers deal with their cold, awful food. Me, no. I got fish and chips; completely ice cold. He apologizes again and offers to get me a new meal. But at this time, we are already late for work so I ask for mine to go. He obliged and headed back in to the kitchen. My co works eat their cold food. Chicken wings, fries, Mac and cheese and mushrooms. Just gross. Manager comes back out with my to go meal. Apologizes again. Then proceeds to tell us that he is the new manager and that this is the reason he is here; to help the slow, inconsistent service. He told us our meal was in him and he hopes we come back again and give them another chance. Really, I doubt it. It's been this way for the last 3 to 4 times I have gone to this Taco Mac. Keep in mind, ever since our waitress said our food would be out in a minute, not once did she come back to apologize or say anything. Awful staff. Awful service. Just be aware. If you're in the mood for fast speedy service, pick another Taco Mac. Not this one.

Everything about this place is 2-3 stars except their beer selection, nachos and wings (and their ranch). This particular location has 200 bottles beers and 100 draft, which I guess is enough if you're a little thirsty. The wings are a little pricey at about a dollar a wing, but they're big wings and I love their sauces. I definitely recommend getting them roasted instead of fried. Overall, if you're coming here to watch a game, want some good beer and wings and plenty of tv' you're gonna have a good time. Just know what you're heading into and stick to the wings or nachos.

I am a Brewuniversity|Passport member for years. I have visited multiple Tmacs, my issue here is not the food, , good beer, or selection, it's the consistently bad service. The servers at the bar are nice, but complete disorganization, lack of ownership, and when argue over who owns who. I don't have this problem at other TMACS, just Cumberland. Again not how nice or willing once they see you, just the management or lack there of at the bar. I'm happy to disclose and talk to management if one of them have a crap to ask.

The food was delicious when it finally arrived! It took forever for the server to visit the table and finally come back with the check. The server was friendly and the food was good. Event was just very slow. If you don't have any place to be then you probably won't have a problem.

I'm in sales, with a heavy emphasis on the customer's experience, so with so-so service, I tend to nitpick. That being said, I know this T. Mac is brand new, so I expect a few lapses/kinks that need be worked out. Stopped in for lunch with my cousin this past Friday, and expected similar service to what I've received at Taco Mac Prado. Seemingly awesome guy is our server...friendly, attentive, made sure my water glass was never empty....he missed the mark a couple of times, though. I ordered roasted wings and a bowl of their chicken tortilla soup, and it was everything I've come to expect from Taco Mac-fresh, hot, heavily seasoned wings and fries-what more could you ask for? The couple of kinks I referred to were with my cousin's beer request. They had some new, high gravity Cryptical something or other, cousin asked for a sample. It went from they were out of it at the beginning of the meal...to agreeing to let him sample it in the middle of the meal...to I can't let you sample it because it's an 11oz pour towards the end of the meal. He ended up ordering a glass of whatever it was, but that particular exchange was kind of odd. All in all, enjoyable on my end...will likely be back.

This is first time here.. Liked the ambience. Well its not a game day, so not sure how crowded will it be on those days.. Ordered chicken Nachos.!! Whooaaa finger licking tasty.!! We were 3, so we ordered roasted wings of 20 set and made 4 different flavors for each 5 pc.. The hot pepper ceyyene was the best if you have a tongue to try the hot flavor.. Hot and mild buffalo are ranked 2nd.. N then lemon pepper.. I kind of don't vote for lemon pepper.. Food is really really awesome.! I like the fact that they dont just pour the flavor sauce.. The flavors are really induced inside wings.!! U get the real taste through out and not just in first bite..!! Price- its cheap and affordable.. Will say a good place to hang out for dinner. And yea its next to AMC Cobb pkwy, so weekends are the best time i feel.. I am planning keep going.!!

I dragged Drew here because I wanted the same great burger I had two months previously. Well, I didn't get it. We both ordered burgers. I had the original and I forget what Drew had but it didn't matter because service was slow and both burgers came out burnt. Usually, I will send food back that is not right but we had waited 30 minutes after our appetizers (lemon pepper wings) had arrived. The place was not busy. At all. The best part of the who dinner was the ranch dressing. It was the bomb. I tried to pry out of our server (Ross, a good server) what was in it but was not successful. Don't know if I will be back. They don't seem to be consistent. Good location.

It's always packed. It's probably always going to be packed. It's just what that area needed to bring people out because, let's face it, who in the world was eating at Don Pablo's??? I went on a Sunday afternoon just as the bar opened. It was packed with falcons and other football fans. I sat alone at the bar, had a drink and some wings. I was happy. They could have used one more bartender for my liking. It took me about 10 minutes to get any attention, but she did her best and once my orders were put in I was rolling.

I can't give more than three stars right now because I haven't actually eaten there yet! I've seen the newly added sign on my way home every afternoon, and we decided to give it a shot to watch a prime time college football game. Big mistake. The place had a 3+ hour wait (basically until the game was over) and the bar was slammed. We tried to snag seats, but people were aggressive. On our way in and out, we saw tons of people giving up and trying their luck elsewhere. We joined them and relocated to another bar nearby to watch the game. We'll definitely come back though because the interior looks so new and spiffy. Very open and with huge booths going down the middle of the dining room. And, in typical Taco Mac fashion, tons of TVs and beers. And I'm sure the food is good, too, because it is good, old, reliable Taco Mac. I've been eating here for years at various locations, and as stated in other reviews, I can count on their food being consistent across locations. This place falls into my comfort food category.

To begin with My wife ordered a chicken soup and she said it was very good but a little bit spicy. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with fries. Overall was good but the chicken was a little bit burned and the fries had too much pepper for my taste. My wife ordered the grilled chicken burrito and she did not liked it, again because it was too spicy. She did not even eat half of her plate. I tasted her plate and for me it was way better than my chicken wrap. Service was excellent and our server was very courteous and attentive. Overall I give them 4 stars because of the service and ambiance of the place. Food was more of a 3 star but since it is my first time eating in a TMac, I will give them a chance. Until next time.

Ok, so I've been here twice. Once just after it opened, and tonight, a few weeks later. I'll make this easy- - Service? Slow. Servers are confused, don't know tables and get orders wrong. - Food? Wings, smaller than normal. Lukewarm. Chips came out a small bowl of salsa that had about 3 tablespoons of salsa in it. I ordered a burger with the mayo on the side, so they just left it off with no mayo. - Environment? Loud. Incredibly loud. Yeah, I get it, it's a "sports bar", but this is obnoxiously "I can't even hear myself think" loud. - Beer list? Big, although every time I come in, the things I want are on the "Gone" list. Server mistakenly told me they had a beer that was similar to another beer they had. Servers have no clue about beers. Overall, I wish it was better, but it's just not.

I've loved going to Taco Mac since I moved to Georgia donkey years ago, Lol. My all time favorite wings are the (Oven) Roasted Sweet Chili Sesame wings which are by far the most delicious and the only type of wings I will eat now!! Forget the "original fried wings" they are just not the same anymore to me. Roasted, roasted, roasted is the only way to go for me!! I also had a bowl of the Chicken Tortilla Soup on the side and it was tastier than I remembered or they have revamped and updated their soup because I don't remember it being this good! Yum yum yum!! By the way, try their ranch sauce because it has a nice garlic taste and try it on your fries, veggies and/or wings! T.Mac, I'm coming back!!!!

I'm not sure of the general sentiment towards Taco Mac....err... T.Mac(?) nowadays, but I've been a fan for a while now. I remember when my wife took me for my first visit to the location in Southpark in Charlotte for the first time. I loved the weirdness of the name with the obvious focus being that of wings and beer. Score. After hanging out with friends, we were in need of a late-night meal and T.Mac at Cumberland was an easy choice. I'm familiar enough with the menu to know what I like, but it is pretty cool to see them motioning towards a more sophisticated menu. Not too much, but just enough. It's really cool to see new flatbreads, calamari, and a few other cool apps available now. We ordered the new queso app to start and it was fantastic. Though the cheese cooled down pretty quickly, using the flour tortillas was a fantastic tool to dig that glorious cheese out of the ramekin. For my entree, of course, I decided upon wings. They are still just as I remember and ever-reliable. Still a fan. They do, however, have some different names for their sauces. The formerly named "Death" sauce is now a chili chipotle or something of the like. It's still the same old Death sauce that I remember, though! Not nearly as hot as you'd expect being the hottest on their scale of sauces. It's easily my favorite of all of them. Pro Tip: Dip your fries in that stuff. DAMN good. I'm still a fan of what is now T.Mac. Have a lot of good memories hanging out with my wife here and I always enjoy a visit.

Went for lunch today with 3 of my coworkers. Even though the place was pretty empty we sat at the bar so we could order fast and get out within an hour. Immediately I knew we had a problem .The blonde bartender was attempting to pour beer from the tap into a beer glass and she must have wasted 16/20 ounces for each glass she attempted to pour , trying to get the head down from 4/5 inches on each glass. After waiting 15 minutes watching her incompetence I Interrupted her to try and order, she said she would get to us when she could that she had other obligations. We waited another 5/6 minutes and then all got up and left. I pity the customers who try to eat or drink there when they are busy. All of us couldn't believe how bad the service was and all agreed we would never be back. The 1 star is for the newness of the restaurant Don't ruin your lunch or dinner ..stay away

Waiting to see if they correct the hour wait and cold food we got. When we got 3 of our 8 meals, all 3 were wrong. A medium rare burger was burned, steak tacos were cold, and the Buffalo burger came out with celery??!!! The server was great about it but the kitchen needs to step up their game. If the manager does not fix this problem with the kitchen, I will never come back here nor will I recommend this location.

Terrible, terrible service. So bad I have to say it twice. A constant flow of employees in and out of the restrooms so they can talk on their cell phones. The people near us in the bar table area actually got up and left. The best was when we asked for our check the waiter bought a receipt for the beer club and then disappeared for another 20 minutes. I finally flagged down another waiter to ask for our bill.

I give 5 stars for service. My server SHADDI was right on point! Funny, attentive and nice. The food was good but I've had better wings. The just needed to be a Lil more seasoned and fries could I'd been fresher. Overall good!

Let's start with the basics: Not all Taco Macs are created equal and you will first notice it in the name of this location : TMAC The name, the food, the decor....I was thrown off a bit wondering if this really is a Taco Mac. I love the decor! Upscale feel without the feel you have to be upscale. Plenty of big screen TV'S so you can view just about any game from any angle. I'm talking big screens in most of the booths. Private viewing sound appealing? So.....enough about that, let's move onto the food: The onion rings were freshly cooked. The perfect amount of crunchy texture with ranch dipping sauce for my onion rings and wrap. To be honest, this is the first Taco Mac I've been to where I was served dipping sauce with the onion rings. My wrap was different too. Usually I get rice and black beans on the plate with the southwest chicken wrap served on top. Um...not here. Everything was stuffed inside. I needed a knife and fork to eat like a lady because the wrap was huge! Okay service wise: My server was nice but he kept forgetting things : silverware, straws,.... He kept coming up to check on me a bit too often and each time the response was I'm good.. It wasn't too bad but instead of asking me if everything's fine, he could have anticipated my needs such as refill my empty water, put the check down instead of me looking for it.... Not a bad experience here; it's just that as a former industry person, I know what to look for. Overall, I definitely would come back. TMAC really did win me over with that decor :-)

I felt like it was a ripoff ! Food was good but 2 people got their food fries ice cold ... Mine came when they were 1//2 done ... God forbid they give u silverware and a house cab was 12.00 bucks really ok a country club doesn't charge that for a house wine ridiculous ! I won't be back .....

I give restaurants a lot of leeway, particularly when they are new. So I gave a pass to this T. Mac location on 2 separate visits, both of which we waited and waited and waited for food and/or a server to come by and take care of us. There was a time where we couldn't get anyone to actually bring us a check. This restaurant isn't new anymore, and its grace period is over. A celebration for a coworker on Friday was met with the same disappointing lack of service. Guys, seriously... what gives over here? This place needs some serious managerial attention. I won't be back.

I have heard the food is good, but because they are understaffed during a major convention I may not find out. Wait staff is non existent and I have been waiting 45 mins for a sandwich.

  • Jason H.

This place needs a kitchen manager: I'm confused at how you can allow simple food out of the kitchen that isn't correct. Ordered all drums for the wings, they came combo. Ordered the wings "swimming" they came normal. Ordered cheese on a sandwich, no cheese. These are simple things that any competent kitchen manager should catch. You can't plate a meal and send it out with these type of simple fixes. If there were some complex instructions I can see how you can miss one thing but these requests were basic. Can't blame this on the server either, he wrote down every word we said. The kitchen manager needs to read and fix these things before the plate is brought to the table.

I have been excited for a T.Mac to open in a more convenient location to me! This location has plenty of parking and is quite spacious inside with a lot of big booths and high tops. The food was not unlike other Taco Macs, but the service is still in need of momentum. I didn't get the feeling that the staff was working as a cohesive team, and service was slow, considering it was Monday, 1pm lunch, and not many patrons. Staff was all nice enough, but slow-moving. I had a fried buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli. The chicken was very generous in proportion, but I needed to ask for extra sauce on the side to get the buffalo flavor. This sounds silly, but the broccoli was amazing. It was the greenest, naturally sweetest broccoli I've had in a restaurant. It was not over seasoned and perfectly cooked with a tender crisp.

I really love Taco Mac food and I was really excited when this new location was announced to be opening near Cumberland. Everyone else in the area was apparently as excited as I, since our first 3 attempts to dine here were thwarted by a hour+ wait each time. No thanks. But, good for them for doing great business. I finally ordered to-go on a Saturday and picked it up at the bar. The bartenders were surprisingly attentive to me as the bar was full and I'm sure the to-go business accounts for a very small amount of their nightly tips. The food was customary, wings and a wrap just like any other Taco Mac in town. The only reason I took off two stars is because the hostess at the front of the restaurant had a major attitude on my most recent visit to (finally) dine in. I'm sure on a busy Friday night she was tired of guests entering the front door to ask about the wait, but please don't roll your eyes or avoid eye contact all together as if you work at some upper-crust exclusive place. Really, it's Taco Mac lady. We're here to eat food that came out of your deep fryer so drop the hoity toity act. We ended up hovering around the bar and sitting there since I'd had a good experience with the bartenders at this location in the past.

We came here for lunch and it was packed. We got a booth at the end of the bar, and I loooooved the seating: rotating circular bar booth! Our waitress was very friendly. The food though, was a bit disappointing. I got the highly recommended mac 'n cheese, but it was cold when it came, the flavor was good, but it would've been better if it was hot.

I should have thought twice before coming here. From the moment my guest and I walked through the door there were problems: 45-minute wait for a table for 2 on a Wednesday (no games on TV and restaurant practically empty mind you), tried to place a to-go order and it took the bartender another 20-minutes to acknowledge us standing at service bar, then a 40-minute wait for our to-go order to be fulfilled. To top it all off, I got food poisoning from the grilled buffalo chicken salad I ordered. Like WTF, Taco Mac? How do you mess up a SALAD?! This restaurant has a looooooooooooooong way to go before I will ever patronize again.

This review is for the new Taco Mac near the Cumberland mall. Tonight was our first time visiting the new location - it's been open for just less than 2 weeks. It's so nice to have a Taco Mac so close to home now! Here's some details on my girlfriend and I's first experience here: *Service: I have to start here, because if his managers read any of this I want to be sure they see at least this part of the review - Ashley served us and he was *incredible*. We arrived, the friendly hostesses had us seated within a minute or two, and an employee even complimented my girlfriend on her jacket as we were walking to our table. When we first sat down, it was very clear that Ashley was very busy and had a lot of tables to deal with. He was a little scatter brained and overwhelmed - it took a few extra minutes to get our first order in - but hey, it's a brand new restaurant and they're still figuring things out! Ashley handled it well, he thanked us for our patience many times and more than made up for it the rest of the night. The rest of the service (we had an appetizer, wings, and 6 rounds of drinks) went very well. Ashley was personable, kept our alcohol filled, and just plain fun. He was also responsible, when we kept ordering drinks, he asked us if we were driving. I can appreciate this and am happy that he sees his responsibility in serving us more alcohol than you should drive with (we weren't driving - use Uber, people!) The only part of service that I think could really be improved on is the team aspect - Ashley was clearly very busy. Others should have jumped in to refill waters or clear plates as they were walking by. Instead of him having to handle everything. Thanks or making our experience top notch, Ashley! Food: The food was pretty much what you would expect from a Taco Mac - nothing that made it obvious that this is a new location. My boneless wings were not tossed with enough sauce - still a lot of bare breading. Queso con Carne was perfect. Atmosphere: the atmosphere here is different from any other Taco Mac I have been to. It feels more urban, spacious, cool and is way brighter. The TVs are also placed much more intelligently if you are looking to watch sports. I have been to T.Macs where you feel like you are packed in, even if it's empty (ahem, Kennesaw..), but I feel like this one could be at capacity and you would still feel like you have room to move around. The bar is massive. The decor is great. Side note, they have these really cool spinning tables (hard to explain, kind of like the amusement park tea cups).. we sat in one. To be honest I had a hard time figuring out the purpose of them - but the novelty was awesome. Not sure how great it will be once you stick a wasted person in one and spin him around, though.. All in all - sure, this T.Mac still needs to go through some growing pains, but I still had a wonderful experience and will return often. Ask for Ashley when you go, he is great!

Cumberland T.MAC has the potential to be a great place to hang out but there are never enough servers even during major games like the Stanley Cup and NBA finals. Management really needs to get it together before all the patrons find another place to hang out.

We stopped by for early dinner (6:30 p.m.) during T Mac's opening week. We opened the doors and were greeted by a blast of human noise and crowds of people standing around waiting for tables. My first impression was to get the heck out, but we had agreed to meet some friends there, so we put our name on a 1/2 hr waiting list and pushed our way to the back of the bar area where we could move around. The noise level was so high that we could not hear ourselves talk. I asked the front server to try to get us a booth way in the back so that it wasn't so noisy, but she said it was loud everywhere. On top of the people noise, pop music is playing along with the 42 flat screen TVs. At least cut the music! Once seated in a booth, things got better. An order of sweet potato fries came out ice cold, but they were taken back and came out hot the second time. Given that this was their first few days of operation, I'll give them a pass, and the food was very good. The ratio of male to female diners was about 80/20, no surprise. I would not go back there, unless it was a very weird off-hour time slot.

Our buffalo chicken sandwich has one micron of sauce. Child's burger undercooked. Fries barely passable. Probably one of the worst experiences in a long time. Stick with the beers and wings only. And bring lots of $$$$

Boooo. TMac has gone way down hill. Food is always "meh"... When it used to be so delicious! Service is slow & the to-go order area is confusing and takes forever to get the bartender to pay you any attention. Step it up TMac and stop trying so hard... Just be the neighborhood bar we grew up loving.

To-go roasted wings are fine and good. But, duuuude, the side Caesar....why would you mix dressing in a to-go salad? I know Caesar is traditionally a type of romaine salad and not a dressing, but this is mixed mushy greens with Caesar dressing. Do us a favor and put the dressing on the side for to go orders. Please.

From Alabama, I visit Atlanta a few times a year. Heard about this "awesome" place from a good amount of people. Well, it sucked. Party of three, 10pm on a Saturday night. Not busy at all! The vibe was nice, clean place, awesome beer selection, nice booths, and tons of tv's. Service sucked. 8 minutes to get greeted, I actually had to go back to the host and ask how much longer it would take to get a server to come greet us. Server was not knowledgeable at all, pretty rude and was rushing the whole time to get away from our table. Spinach dip appetizer was so small. Tacos were so tiny, size of my palm. $12 for three of them. Burger and fries portions were small also. Not enough care in making the food big enough or good enough for the price. Beer, mixed drinks, and dessert was worth it though. Manager was very polite too but never checked to see how the food or experience was. Do not care to ever go back.

I love Taco Mac and have drank over 350 different beers at Taco Mac. We recently moved to Smyrna and have tried this location several times. Unfortunately, the service has been terrible each time but today was the worst ever. We sat in the bar area and it was pretty empty at 5pm on a Saturday. It took over 5 minutes just to get water. We waited another 5-10 minutes and still no service, menus, etc... I went to the bar to try and at least order drinks and the bartender, who was clearly talking to 2 friends, waived me off and said that someone would be there shortly. A few short minutes later we left. I think T. MAC should get a grip and return to being the Taco Mac that everyone loved. Regardless, AVOID THIS T. MAC!!

I came here 3 weekends in a row because I needed a place to watch the NFL Playoff games. The first thing I noticed, it's pretty crowded. Other reviewers have noted that this is because of a sporting event, but either way, I've never been to this place without a wait. The frustrating thing about it, they typically have an empty table or two while I'm waiting. It can be frustrating waiting for a table while there is an unoccupied table in front of you. The redeeming thing about this, they will let you mingle around and watch the game while you wait. They also take your phone number and text you when your table is available. On one occasion, they forgot my nachos and took far too long to deliver them. The waiter offered me my nachos for free, which was awesome, then the manager came and apologized for the discrepancy. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the manager. I believe his name was Keith. He was a bigger white dude. I ordered the nachos with salsa two times and the guacamole once. The nachos are better than expected. You get a generous portion of chips. The salsa is good, but the amount is underwhelming. I asked for an extra cup of salsa and the waiter brought it without charging me extra. The guacamole was two dollars more and very underwhelming. It wasn't bad, but wasn't knocking my socks off either. I didn't think to ask for a second portion, but it would only be worth the extra 2$ if they would provide free refills. I ordered thee different entrees; hickory burger, chicken tacos, and grilled steak tacos. The burger was decent. I would order it again. The tacos were not what I expected. I wouldn't order them again. The steak burrito was very flavorful. I will order it if I ever go back. The steak burrito and nachos with salsa was more than enough to fill me up. The burrito comes with a small handful of nachos on the side and a small portion of beans and rice. Their burritos are worth the money you pay for them. The service was always decent. One waitress seemed to be in a sour mood, but she still did her job as well as expected. The other two waiters I had were friendly and thoughtful. They hardly let my drink fall below half full. They offered me salsa when I ran out. Overall, it's worth checking out. If you want a place to eat and watch the game, this place is perfect. A little loud to carry on a decent conversation. I went in January so I couldn't utilize the outdoor seating, but inside is good enough for me. I will go back with friends when I want to hang out and watch sports.

Sunday, November 30 was my first time ever at a T. Mac/Taco Mac, and let me just say it was awesome. Occupying the space adjoining Copeland's (once held by long-gone Don Pablos), T. Mac is a well-lit, awesome sports bar, with tvs all over the place, natch. Very clean and inviting, customer service is awesome. There is truly something for everyone on the menu. The bestie and I split an appetizer of queso con carne-served with fresh tortilla chips and pillowy soft flour tortillas, and an order of boneless mild wings with a delectable homemade ranch dipping sauce. Making the experience even better was the fact that T. Mac has a Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine (not self-serve, though), so your beverage possibilities, if you're a tee-totaller like me are limitless. For our entrees, we settled on the Philly sandwiches. Bestie ordered the chicken philly and I opted for the South Street Philly Cheesesteak(beef). I found my sandwich to be a tad salty, so I had it swapped out for the chicken philly (manager Robert was very understanding and accommodating).Alongside were some of the best onion rings I've had in a long time. Our server was a very friendly young lady named Brandie that reminded me a bit of Rachel Ray. Would I go back to T. Mac Cobb Pkway again? YOU BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR!!!! Great food, great customer service, fun atmosphere.

Waited for food for an hour. Friend got a burger that was cooked for what looked like for about 3 minutes. My chicken was over done and we waited about 30 minutes for the check. I will not ever come back here again.

I am done with this Taco Mac. Painfully slow service, and the staff seems unorganized and not trained well. I have visited this TACO Mac 4-5 times and every time our order is wrong, or cold. When we take out we keep getting shorted on ranch or blue cheese. They need help!

This is why this restaurant has a 2.5 rating. We showed up at 8 for the Thursday special (free harpoon glass) out of stock at 8pm with hardly anyone here!!! And to add to that we have waited for our beer order over 15 minutes. Get it together taco mac Marietta! Right now you suck, please for the love of God get it together!!! PS I have been staring at my beer for 10mins at the bar all by its lonesome!

Worst service ever! Here at 4:00 on a Tuesday night.... Ordered food and a beer took 20 minutes for the beer, 45 for the food. Asked for checks took 20 more minutes. Will NOT be back.

Obviously, one of the worst run Taco Macs in Atlanta. While our waitress was fine, two orders of wings were lukewarm, the fries were lukewarm and soggy, and the food service was extremely slow. Of the 4 of us, only my 7 year old enjoyed her food (cheese Quesada) Been eating at other Taco Mac locations a long time and expect better. The waitress told us it is the worst run establishment she has ever worked and has already submitted her 2 week notice. The manager acknowledge some kitchen issues but didn't make any attempt to compensate us for the poor experience and seemed to be at a loss. I just told him 'good luck' and left.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever had at any eatery in this area. Each time I have been here the Bar Tenders suck full on ass! And the food is always cold when it gets to me. After waiting 15-20 minutes each time to order a drink or food, I would appreciate the food to be at least semi-warm when it gets to me. Having been a former Bar Tender for 10+ years I usually will give anyone the benefit of the doubt, but this place is just bullshit. Plain and simple. We will not be going back again EVER! We thought maybe if we just gave it a few try's things would get better. NOT the case! So my fellow Vinings/Smyrna residents, steer clear of this CRAP hole of a place. It will not be getting better unless they get some Bar Tenders that actually know how to tend bar. I will exclude the servers as we have not had the pleasure of any of their company so I choose not to speak about their skills. Sincerely Your Former smynings Drink Slinger.

WORST TACO MAC EVER!!! Myself and fiance attempted to drink 3 beers a piece after finding seats at the high tops in the bar. Both of us are BIG taco mac fans with years in the beer club and over 400 beers a piece. I ordered EIGHT different beers. I only had ONE beer. Why??? Because the other SEVEN beers weren't available as they "just ran out". Two of those that were not available were listed as just arrived on the menu inserts. I spent over 2 hours there for my one beer because for every beer I did NOT get, my server took 15-20 minutes to learn that the beer wasn't available. We sat near the service bar; it took the bartenders and 3 managers standing at the service area that 15-20 minutes to even bother to inform our server about the lack of that beer. It was NOT our servers fault as the managers were making his job impossible and literally standing around doing nothing on a Saturday evening. Surely a local chain can find a few experienced managers to run the new store. We live just up the road and were SO excited for a cumberland location. It looks nice but we will only see the outside as we will be driving past to head to the Prado or Kennesaw or any other location. You should do the same!!!

2nd time visiting. Bottom line is this place needs some work on its overall management. People waiting all over the lobby /check in area with hour long waits while watching numerous empty tables sitting for over 30 minutes with no one busing them. First time I chalked it up to being a newly opened establishment, 2nd time I could tell it was poor management. No toilet paper/ paper towels in restroom either. I could overlook it if we hadn't waited 45 minutes for what we were told, when we called, would be no wait at all. We showed up 5 minutes after we called. Servers and hostesses were doing their best. It's management.

One of the worst companies in the restaurant industry. Awesome TVs. Management for the most part is bad. They can't keep good servers because they believe in Slave hours and never focus on the positive. I had no idea that you could complicate wings and beer, but somehow they have.

    (1)
  • Ali S.

I've been to this location at least twice a month since it opened, but the past two visits have been horrible!! The food, besides the wings, is digestible at best. The service is terrible! Mcdonald's offers better and more attentive service than this location. The drinks need work. I bartender so when I give instruction for my drink I expect them to be followed. The servers clearly do not care to even get your drinks to the table out in a reasonable time. The past few times my drinks have came out over 10 minutes aftwr i ordered them. I would know because I have timed them! When asked to speak with a manager they won't really do anything. It seems like your concerns aren't an issue. This location needs major work and I will consider not coming back in the future.

This T Mac has an updated feel compared to others in Atlanta. They have enough TVs you're bound to find your favorite sporting event on. Food is good and they promote the extensive beer list, but don't have it in stock at times which is disappointing. Great addition to the area especially with the new Braves stadium on the way.

Great wings.. Man it's absolutely yummy.. We had wings from so many places but this is something crazy. Especially the hot pepper one. Definitely a must try and try to have grilled nacho for starter and we loved it. Great place and definitely planning to come back for trying more dishes. They got hell lot of TVs for game and it la a happening place though. Great service and lovely ambience and parking is abundant. Good for kids and while family. Price is also fair. Great for parties and games and must say this place has great food than any other sports bar restaurant. It's newly opened I believe and they defiantly gonna get some nice customer down the road. You can really get that sports bar ambience and it's literally happening. A must visit if you love this kind of restaurants. And I definitely recommend all. Worth a try and am sure you will definitely come back again. also AMC is just walkable distance, so after you food it's really easy to walk to a movie which is pretty good. Am gonna come back soon and try new dishes for sure. All the best guys !

Oh I had a great time! Server was cute, very attentive. Our table was great. It was one of those tables, that spins around. There were televisions everywhere. Food was good, and for it to be busy, everything ran very smooth, with my party of 4. Next fight, or big football game, I will be there !

I've eaten here a few times. I don't understand people complaining about how loud it gets. It's Taco Mac, what do you expect. It's still fairly new, so I can understand there are still some kinks that need to be worked out. With that said, the food is still great. Couldn't have put this in a better location. My only complaint is, PLEASE TURN DOWN THE FREAKING HEAT!!! That place is too hot for it to be that many people in there.

I'm a fan of Taco Mac - I'm a brewuniversity member and I visit the Dunwoody location quite a bit. This one is much closer to my house so we decided to check it out. The first time we went, it was so crowded we just turned around and walked out. It was 6:30 on a Thursday. I'm assuming it was because of free glass night? The second time, it was about 4 on a Saturday. We ended up finding seats at the bar but it was still very crowded. Beer list is good, but it is good at every taco mac. Service was just not up to par with what I normally get in Dunwoody. She asked us almost right away what we wanted when we hadn't seen the list yet. Then the bartender didn't come back over for at least 20 minutes. I had to ask her if we could place our order which I hate doing. The other bartenders completely ignored us. Its just not the same atmosphere as the other Taco Mac....disappointing.

Great service. Our meals arrived in a timely manner. Alcohol can not be rung in until 12:30 so we did have to wait a few minutes on that. Spoke with Robert, one of the managers, who was friendly and made sure we were enjoying our experience. The Sunday crowd was manageable. We look forward to our next visit here and will likely try it out on a Friday or Saturday night to see how they manage the larger capacity. Great first experience!

The tv's and the beer can't really compare to any other place but that menu is piss poor. The food is horrible! That queso can sink to the bottom of the ocean. It is just a block of Velveeta with some spices. Wings...blah! I've had better, much better. Service was great. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. The two stars are hers, otherwise it was a negative experience.

Not great customer service. Had some problems with my burger that took longer than I would've desired to be fixed. It took our waitress a while to refill our cups. It also seemed like a few of the staff had a bad attitude the whole night. The fries were really good though. I'll probably come again, just not right away.

We were here for the Hawks trailblazers game. There were over four tables empty and we waited over an hour. When I asked why, they said they had to "seat at a pace" and it was said rudely. This means they didn't have enough servers or people in the kitchen on a Friday game night which is ludicrous. What terrible service and preparation, and unprofessionalism.

11/19/14 - 11:00 PM Wed. night, first time visiting the new Cumberland restaurant. High expectations as I've been a Taco Mac customer for a number of years with Chattanooga, Virginia Highlands & Decatur most frequented. Sitting at the bar - very few customers, bar staff appeared to be more interested in taking beer inventory than attending customers. I sampled a few beers, and with slow service just to get those, I was not served a beer until 20 min. later. I had one beer and would have had two but service was so slow. Tasting glasses never taken from where I was sitting. No water offered. Female bartender who was serving the tastes was nowhere to be seen and I finally asked another 'busy' bartender if he could serve me a beer. He was attentive, but by this point I was more than interested in leaving than staying for another beer. I mentioned my perception of service to manager who appeared defensive and clueless what I was referring to. He was one of the three behind bar with back turned to customers, taking beer inventory. I understand the restaurant is new in town, but a customer familiar with the Taco Mac (T-Mac) expects good service, nothing like what I saw. I'll give it another try with friends, but not likely more than once if the experience is duplicated. I almost purchased the Gift card tonight thinking I'd be able to use it more frequently with living in Smyrna now. Fortunately I was too frustrated to remember and left without buying one. As someone mentioned, shame on Taco Mac for allowing such poor management.

We are sitting here right now to watch the Falcons game and the table next to us requested that the TV at our table be on another game. We asked to have our TV switched and the manager told us that the other table requested it first. The servers here are great and food is good but the management is HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else to watch games.

Terrible! Worst Taco Mac ever. As a side note, this new "T. Mac" thing is really stupid. My girlfriend and I decided to come here. We were told that there would be a 25 minute wait, which we decided to do. They ask for your name as well as phone number and text you when you'r table is ready. Let me tell you that was the longest 25 minutes ever. During our wait, we noticed employees running all over the place, obviously confused. And this place has a LOT of employees. Literally right after we were finally seated, an employee came up to us and asked if we ordered chips and salsa. We said no and he looked confused. We had just touched the chair. This was only the beginning. Throughout our meal we noticed employees taking food to the wrong tables, looking for managers, etc. One table in particular (that happened to be behind ours) was brought plates that didn't belong to them about three times. It was a big group of people, and this all happened when they were almost done eating. It should have been obvious that entrees weren't going to them since their plates were almost all empty. One of those times, it was actually a MANAGER that did it. Someone at the table actually had to point her to correct table the food was for. Let's get down to the food itself. First we ordered some queso. At every other Taco Mac, the queso is awesome. This was like a different recipe. Worse than that, it was lumpy, clumpy and not even warm. Sure, the bowl was warm, but the queso itself was not. Since many employees were running around having trouble finding were dishes/items went, we figure we probably got an old one that never made its way to the correct table on time. It was like microwaved Velveeta cheese that had solidified. We asked them to warm it up, and it was fine for a while. However, it turned back to how it was not long after. The salsa was good actually. My girlfriend said her chicken sandwich was okay, but the chicken itself was bland. My wings sucked. Weird and kind of slimy/wet, and I'm not talking about just the sauce but the meat itself as well. They just didn't even taste good on top of that. I decided to take them to go just to see if I changed my mind about them later. Even in the car on the way home, they just began to smell strongly and definitely not right. I have never had wings stink up the fridge like these did, so I just tossed them. Something I forgot to mention is our waitress kept making additional, unnecessary trips. Like bringing our drinks, then bringing the straws. Bringing the check and box at different times, etc. Overall it just sucked. This place is more worried about the look and their over-abundance of TVs. Seriously, the number of TVs is ridiculous and they were all on the same 4 channels anyway. It's a shame too, cause we usually love Taco Mac. I have had great food and service at the (former) Austell, Chastain Rd, Dallas Hwy, Virginia Highlands, Philips Arena, Woodstock, and Canton locations. I HIGHLY doubt I will return to this location. It just doesn't hold a candle to the rest. I hope this isn't the way all Taco Macs (excuse me, T. Mac) will be going. If so, I think I will stop going to them.

This evening myself and a couple friends stopped in to try this newly opened T Mac location near our homes. I had high expectations because the food never disappoints. We arrived and had to wait for one of the 8 dirty booths to be cleaned. We sat down and it took about 5 minutes to be greeted by a server. She was friendly, but extremely slow. The tortilla chips had enough salt for all three of us to have our weekly intake of sodium with just one order. I waited at least a half an hour for an order of 6 buffalo wings and a side of vegetables. My wings came out charred, lukewarm, and covered in BBQ sauce. Our server walked away and didn't return for a good 10 minutes (literally) and I told her the issue. She apologized and then randomly brought an order of buffalo wings after I was full 15 minutes later. We had a late joiner to our party who was never offered a menu or a drink, we had to flag down a waitress to get him a glass of water. After not returning for any kind of follow up, I had to flag down the waitress yet again to get the check and I had to pay for my wings. Overall I was not happy. Server was kind, but horrible at her job. It wasn't even busy. Not my best Taco Mac experience by any means. I'll stick to other restaurants in the area until they shape up!

The worst taco Mac location. It is definitely not what taco Mac fans like my wife and I have come to expect. Unnecessary waits (dirty booths empty, etc.) and poor service make this taco Mac fall short. Your much better off going to the wing factory right up the street.

Second time I've been here. The first horrible experience was how the restaurant was barely full, yet our server room literally took 15 minutes AT A TIME from greeting us, drink order, finally getting water, ordering etc... And there were plenty of servers around! They're all crowded around one of the tv booths. Second time, we decided to sit at the bar and you know the feeling when a bartender just ignores you then goes to everyone around you including that new person that just walked it and sat beside you. WTH... Management please talk to your staff. Acknowledge your customers and be professional. Wish there was a Buffalo Wild Wings here.

While there is the concept of the Michelin Star for restaurants, I am unaware of the equivalent award for bars within. Luckily I can recognize such an experience worth the award. For patrons both novice and expert, the staff here can recommend flavors and brews to match even the most discriminate palate. Aaron provided an excellent recommendation to start, and the expert advice from Emmi and April allowed me to branch out to brands I hadn't considered, and look forward to experiencing further. Much more than I could ever expect from a tavern around the corner!

Friday night my boyfriend and I double dated with another couple and decided to get drinks and apps before we went out. Since this location recently opened up we wanted to check it out. It was my first time at this location and will probably be my last. Service at the bar was slow. I've worked in the industry for 10+years I know how it goes, but you HAVE to at least pay attention. Here's the kicker, we ordered chicken nachos. 40 minutes later we received them missing lettuce and jalapeños and the chicken was microwaved. The manager ended up comping it BUT when I asked the not so friendly, short haired, female bartender where the food was after 20 mins she gave me the old "well they grill the chicken so it takes a little bit longer." That's hilarious considering the two girls sitting next to us who arrived AFTER us received theirs before we did. Be honest. I don't need the runaround. Tickets get lost, you may not know what's going on but just be honest. Maybe she was having a bad night, but you gotta have on your poker face.

Very disappointed in this new Taco Mac...or "T.Mac" as they seem to be rebranding themselves. My wife and I have ordered take out twice since this location opened. From what we can tell, there is no dedicated "to-go" parking, and finding a place to park takes an extended amount of time. Once inside, the staff seems uninterested in helping you pick up your order, and there is no dedicated "take out" desk as other Taco Mac locations have. As a result, you have to fight your way to the bar and wait for the bartender to see you and retrieve your order. After all of this, you finally get your food. Both times, our wings have been room temperature at best. Furthermore, they seem to be very stingy with the sauce on the wings, as I basically had fried wings lightly dusted with sauce. After years of excellent food and service from the Taco Mac in Kennesaw, it is unfortunate that this brand new location is so substandard. I will continue to get my wings from J. Buffalos just up the street on Windy Hill Rd.

I usually don't like Taco Mac but this particular Taco Mac was exquisite. It was very spacious and all the counter tops were made of marble. it was just gorgeous! There's a parking garage which was very clean and the bathrooms are clean also. I have no problem returning. I was very impressed

The negative reviews about this place are valid. The interior is very nice, and modern for a sports bar. The food is average (although don't ask for any modifications), but the service is atrocious. I've been here a handful of times as it is very close to my office, and each time my group leaves disappointed. Food comes out cold or incorrect, drinks take forever (up to 20 minutes on more than one occasion), servers forget things and disappear for long periods of time, checks are impossible to get. Ultimately this place isn't worth the hassle at this point. Go somewhere else.

I wish I would be granted 1/4 stars. After giving this location 7 tries to get their wraps and wings right, this time it is the last. The wrap I ordered earlier tonight was suppose to include guacamole but wasn't provided in one half of the wrap. The other half had trace amounts. I requested well-done fries (suppose to texture crispy) but that was a fail. The fries always come underdone and I end up getting diarrhea each time (out of 7 tries in the last 9 months). The texture was very soft and moist which definitely shouldn't be the case with french fries. I ordered to-go during prime time at around 8:30 p.m. each time. I understand if the orders were done towards the end of the night that the food quality may suffer. The bartender who took care of the order asked if I wanted more guacamole but didn't even make a move to get more. I waited another 10 minutes after the order and she simply forgot. I left distraught.

The hardest decision was to give this place 1 star or 2 stars. I rarely give 1 stars, but T.Mac comes pretty close. This T.Mac is same as any other T.Macs. They have a huge, mediocre menu. I don't think they have one good item on their menu. I have no idea how people can eat here. Most of the items on the menu is inedible in my opinion. But I did find something that was edible. It was their fried calamari. Maybe it's because I love squid that they have to screw it up big time for me to hate it. I liked the sauce it came with. It had a nice, popcorn-shrimp like flavor to it. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill. The service was pretty crappy. We came with a big group and the server acted pretty intense and aggressive. I think he was stressed to serve a huge table. He wasn't friendly at all. He worked hard but wasn't pleasant. He also didn't pay attention who ordered what and forgot a bunch of stuff. I ordered their steak fajita. I finished it, barely. It tasted so bad. The meat was tough as cardboard. The tortilla it came was cold. I don't know why they even wrapped it in foil. I'm sure they meant it to be toasty. But it was cold. The fajitas came with guacamole that had a weird, sour flavor to it. Its pico had a sour taste to it too. When I say sour, it had a bad, citrus like flavor to it. It sucked. Their beans was also crappy. It tasted like it came right out of the can. Maybe they microwaved it for a few seconds. I don't know. Since I actually enjoyed their calamari, I'll give it an extra star. But I would avoid this place at all costs. Do not go here. It's probably the worst food I had in a long time.

Fun atmosphere Awesome amount of TVs Service was slooooow. This place is always jammed, so thats great but they need to get better at servicing the people there. The menu is comprehensive, but probably need to trim it back because 10=0. They have too much stuff, so simplifying the menu would probably help the service go faster.

Well where do I begin? This T.Mac location spent too much money on the snazzy inside instead of hiring people with excellent customer service skills! The hostess greeted us immediately and took us right to our booth. The waiter came quickly but kind of rushed us to order. We ordered two tacos and a 10 piece. The food came out pretty quick. The tacos umm what can I say??? My 14 yr old daughter could have made tacos with better flavor. The buffalo chicken taco had lots of flavor BUT extremely too much celery and barely any hot sauce. The mango shrimp taco was completely raw. It was gross, I sent it back and ordered the steak fajita taco. It was brought out by a women I believed to be a manager. she dropped the new taco, picked up the old one and left. I took one bite and pushed it away. It was soggy, dripping everywhere, piled high with onions BUT no seasoning and no flavor! The waiter nor the manager ever came back to see if the remake was better. Our waiter showed more interest and attention to the table behind us which was full of younger women. He didn't even ask if we needed anything else. Instead he slapped the check on the table while chit chatting with the booth behind us about doing whatever he could to make their food right . He even came to clear our table saw I hadn't touched the 2nd taco but never asked about it. I gave 2 stars bc the wings were on point! The hostess were attentive and polite. We will try the location again maybe idk probably a to go order.

GO TO THE PRADA LOCATION INSTEAD. This Taco Mac REALLY let us down this time ... Therefore, this will be our last visit to this store... We have been TMac fans for many years... We have visited so many of their establishments and this location is THE WORST Taco Mac we have ever gone to. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE - we went for 30 minutes without any drinks, not even water. I asked for a supervisor, and he offers us chips and cheese dips for our trouble- I kindly said no, and he STILL BROUGHT IT OVER... We ate a couple of chips cuz our Food took another 30 minutes to come out, and when it did came out, IT WAS COLD at that point. My chicken tenders were also cooked in some old oil it seemed like. The best part of our plate was the blue cheese dip and the honey mustard dip. Also, they were out of the first beer we requested, and the other beers we ordered, which was the beer of the month, took 25 minutes to get to us. We requested to change the channel, which took 20 minutes for them to do, and when we asked for our check, it also took 15+ minutes ... All in all, it took 2 hours for our whole meal. This is our second visit in this establishment, and the first visit was also terrible on the account they served us raw wings- the comp offered then was a side item which we didn't care for. This time, the best way to compensate us for their several lists of mishaps is a basket of frakkin chips and quest dip. When I declined, and they still brought it over, they decided that was enough and charged us for the full bill. I had never in my life demanded compensation, but for the first time in my life, I had to go out of my way and demand for them to comp as better than a basket of chips we didn't even eat. What a damn fiasco. We are absolutely beyond disappointed. The manager that came over was soft spoken and seemed apologetic enough, but obviously not sincere, and you guys have got to get your act together. I will definitely have to email corporate on such a terrible experience ... Not just once, but TWICE in a row.

Flashy design, but not so great. Came here with a group from work for lunch. Was not impressed at all. The setup looks fancy with tons of TV screens hanging down, but maybe that's to distract you from an otherwise poor dining experience? Service was okay, but the food was not so great and took a long time to come out. Not everyone got silverware. Very soggy french fries. Lack of options on the menu. If you're vegetarian or especially vegan, forget about coming here. The allergy info specified that every single salad contains egg, including the house salad. What?! Especially beware if you have allergies! Our server tried to be pleasant, but that was all. Everything else was very lousy. The drinks weren't all that good either. Atlanta is a big city with many places that are far better!

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Fool me ten times it's OVER! Service is terrible!!! Don't know why I kept going back but tonight was the last time. Your money is best spent elsewhere where it is appreciated and with better service. Hey taco mac, you're in the business of customer service! Need to do better!!!

Arrived at 8:45pm, it is currently 9:55pm and food is still not on the table. We are a table of 5 and the server just advised us that there are 2 tickets in front of us. Ridiculous. They do get one star because the drinks come out immediately. Maybe their strategy is to get people drunk so they don't care if the food takes an hour or more. My recommendation is to come for drinks, AND NOT FOOD! From past experiences, it is NOT worth the wait, in addition it takes wayyyyyyy too long! This Taco Mac is way below average and a terrible disappointment. The bar food doesn't even come out quickly!

New to the area, this T.Mac is no different from the rest. Bar food, beer and drinks (with way too much sugar) are all on the menu. The location is large, new and right next to the movie theatre. It's a great place to hold happy hours after work, but the service is a little slower than most places. I am assuming the slower service will improve once T.Mac has some time to run for a while and open up. Besides that, it's like all the rest. Come here if you like Taco Mac!

Service is slow, at the bar, at the tables, at the booths. Lots of excuses from servers and managers (We just opened ... We've just brought in new kitchen staff). But I've been going there on and off for a year, and nothing has improved. Lots of empty tables while a line of customers wait. 20 minutes to get a drink, and it's the wrong drink. Twenty minutes more to get food, and it's nearly impossible to get food the way you order it--or even hot. (It's wings and beer! How hard can it be?) Find another place for wings and football.

The food was delicious! Our server was attentive but didn't hover. Never went empty on beer or water.

I stopped by with some friends after a late night movie. This was the only place that was really open by the time we got out of the theater. I'm not sure why I continue to subject myself to Taco Macs, but I do. This is a very new location. I hope that the service issues had more to do with the fact that they are new and not an indication of how things will be going forward. I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings with a side of mushrooms. I actually am not a fan of wings because they have bones in them. I have weird issues with food items that contain bones. I really like that they offer the option of wings without bones. Yes, I am fully aware that they are essentially chicken fingers with wing sauce on them. I am a-ok with that. I've found that the service is always bad at any Taco Mac location I visit. It never fails. Since we were there so late, the place wasn't especially busy. There were tons of servers working that night. Yet, ours never ever seemed to walk by. It took a good 20 minutes to place our order. When the food arrived, we had no silverware. We had to ask another server to bring us utensils so we could actually eat our food. My water was never refilled. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a refill on my water twice. It took another 30 minutes to get our checks after we finished eating. All I wanted was a quick late night dinner after a movie. I ended up with a mediocre food experience that took almost 2 hours.

The service at this location is slightly below par. Our order didn't arrive correctly, our drinks took very long and all we had was water. Although out server was friendly, she was hardly present and our drinks never got refilled. We did have a large order and pre-bussing did not happen. If service is something that you look for, please find another location

This was my second time at T.Mac formerly known as Taco Mac. The first time I visited was at another location and I had mostly alcoholic beverages. We had mixed drinks and wine. This time I stopped with a friend to grab a quick bite. After, a quick search of the places that were open around 11pm. We were directed here. We got great service despite the hour. This location didn't close until 12:30 a.m. I had sweet potato fries and a house salad. My friend got quesadillas and mac & cheese. Everything was good. The restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean. The parking was easy. A little road construction is happening in the area, so getting in was tricky. But overall, we enjoyed the food and service.

This place is really, really bad. I just don't get it. How can you screw up a place that has a foundation of such good beer. I will elaborate later but I have given all "T.Macs" way too many chances and it's always something. They screw up way too much food and apparently its now the servers job to do everything in their power not to give a refund or to get a manager for someone who doesn't like their food. I just don't understand how they stay in business. I frequent 4 different T.Macs on a regular basis so it's not just an isolated incident.

Service is very slow at this location, Thursday night and now too crowded. Server took 20 minutes to even bring a drink to the table. Waiter just floated around taking his sweet time. Water also had a weird taste. First experience.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
