yummy yummy yummy i got love in my tummy!!! Finally made the trek out here for Pinkberry. I've had it tons of times in New York, but it was my first time since being in the ATL. It was a decently cold night, but there still seemed to be people coming through. The staff was friendly, but what really caught my eye was how much yogurt they throw in there. They pack it in without the infamous "Air Pocket". They have more flavors here then I remember back then too. The toppings seemed fresh and I was relieved to find another patron order theirs with Captain Crunch. It's really the only way to enjoy it properly. I rarely visit the area, but if I do again I will make it my mission to stop by and get my fix.

I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt, so when I see a shop I've never been to, I have to go in and try some. I'm so glad I finally passed by a Pinkberry, because it went right to the top of my list. First off, the yogurt isn't your typical overly sweet treat. It's a more natural sour yogurt flavor. They don't even have a vanilla flavor, it's called original instead. If you aren't expecting the flavor difference it might be a little off putting, especially for a young child. So ask to sample the yogurt before you get a cup, and make sure it's your cup of tea. I happen to like the little bit of sour, because when you add sweet toppings, it makes them taste even sweeter. I should also add that the fruit here is to die for. It's always fresh and tasty. I want to know where they buy their produce because it's top notch. The staff is friendly and the shop is super cute. I love the decor. The only negatives I have is that the shop is rather small with limited seating, and the parking lot is also quite small. That's hardly enough to keep me from buying a tasty treat, but it can be inconvenient at times. All and all I'd say if you are in the area give it a try. I'm sure you'll fall in love just like I did!

I've never been a huge frozen yogurt fan. Give me ice cream or give me ice cream! But, I had heard so many great things about this place, I simply had to try it...eventually. So, one tragically boring Friday night, I'm home watching Blue Crush on TV (don't judge me) and I get a text from a friend inviting me to join them at Pinkberry. It's very close to my house and I clearly had nothing better to do, so, off I went. And I am so very glad that I did! What a lovely surprise! I think I may have found my new favorite place...that makes frozen yogurt. The staff was annoyingly helpful. And I do mean annoyingly. I was clearly in a mood because the super friendly "let me tell you how this work" spiel just really irritated me. I'm like, I can read the freaking sign...just give me my froyo! Dang! But, besides all that, I really did enjoy it all. The cute little tables on the patio. The awesome tasting froyo with a twist topped with chocolate crunch. Hells yeah! I really need to be careful with this place as I can see me stopping in waay more than I should.

Unfortunately due to my diet restrictions from Acupuncture, I'm not supposed to have cold stuff right now... But I did anyways. Pinkberry is the best frozen yogurt that I have tried so far. I was very very impressed with the samples that I tried. Justin ate most of it, as I only snuck a few tastes here and there (trying to be good!) so he ordered the original flavor of yogurt. The toppings were so good. I loved the mix of yogurt with cucumber. It was fantastic. He also got kiwi which was also a great match and mochi which I'm not such a fan of. The lady who helped us out was so kind and accommodating, letting us try everything, and convincing us to try the cucumber topping. (It was so worth it). I'm excited to go back when I can actually eat more than a few measly spoonfuls.

Such a refreshing and fun place. The service was phenomenal the frozen desserts are as tasty as they are visually appealing. This place was pretty packed, and though they were packed with a line that lead out the door, the staff was super friendly, and even willing to give a taste test tour. They were even pretty personable, which kind of blew me since I was not expecting the service to be that friendly. As for the treats- I couldn't have been happier with them. =) A variety of flavors, a variety of toppings ranging from cereals, waffle cookies, brownies, and quite the selection of fresh fruits. The prices aren't that bad either. It's pretty inexpensive if you're really craving a frozen yogurt treat, and you still get quite the pick on sizes. The large probably is big enough for 2 or 3 people. Bah, one visit and this place has my hooked.... but they're so good. :'(

best frozen yogurt in Atlanta! ok...so, originally I thought that yoforia would satisfy my pinkberry obsession but now pinkberry has opened In Atlanta. I'm sorry it just doesn't compare. More options and better flavors at pinkberry! If you're near, go for pinkberry tonight!

  • Sara R.

I'm hooked! I really love this place. I may have to try David's version - haha! The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is sometimes the line moves soooo slowly. Especially if you have first timers in front of you. My favorite is mango but the original is running a close second. The coconut shavings are delicious; really coconutty. Love the mochi and for a treat, the choco shavings. I've not tried all the fruits yet but they look fresh. The place is always clean, lively fun music. One thing I love is - if you aren't planning to eat it right away, they give you a bag with ice so the yogurt won't melt (too much). Great service! I hope they open more around the city.

The hubby and I came here for a lunch break today, and the line was out the door. It's to be expected, as today was it's first full day of operation. Despite the wait, the servers are pretty efficient. Pick a flavor, a size, and as many toppings that you can fit in the cup. The toppings vary from fresh fruit (I had an original with fresh strawberry and kiwi, hubby had an original with pineapple and mango) to sweet goodies such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Fruity Pebbles. There isn't a lot of seating at this small location...maybe 3-4 tables inside and a few patio tables outside. As a result, most were getting their fro-yo's to go. All in all, I was pleased with the product. I'll definitely come again. PS: An FYI: If you check in on foursquare and show it to the cashier, you get 10% off. :) Edited to add (as a later poster doesn't believe it's true--how do I know this? It's only on the Pinkberry.com page...right after the catering splash :) (as of 25 Jun 10)

Dude, you seriously can't go wrong with fro-yo. I'm really not a fro-yo connoisseur by any means... some people prefer some fro-yo places over others, saying that they like the "tangy" or the "tart" or the "sweet" or whatever other flavour fro-yo ends up becoming... I just eat it cause its freaking yummy in my tummy. So that being said, I usually will say that fro-yo is a 4 star experience. This place, however, does deserve an extra star because of TOPPINGS. There's no "pick only 3 toppings" B.S. going on here. Plus, the extra toppings are interesting (and most importantly, delicious): today I got some cool stuff like cheesecake pieces and brownie bits, both of which totally totally enhanced the experience. Awesome! I had those toppings, as well as mochi, banana, and mango (can you say random?). Only complaint - they really ought to fill in that cup with a bit more yogurt... me finding air pockets in my fro-yo is a no-no!

. If you are looking for a healthy dessert then you have found the best place to go while still getting the ultimate taste. If you are looking for a sugary, loads of toppings, Gotta Have It, then this is not your place. The yogurt really tastes like yogurt, like out of the cup with a little bit of that sour taste. It is really fantastic. Then you can add all kinds of fruit toppings, or candy, even had Cap N' Crunch or Fruity Pebbles if you wanted to go with more sugar. I ordered the coconut yogurt, then added pineapples, kiwi, and the dark choco crisps! It was so good. and I felt good about eating it, knowing I was not blowing all of my calories for the day. I recommend this place to everyone. My wife who is more into the ice cream thought it was ok, because it was not terribly sweet or sugary enough. We went on Labor Day, the line came and went, but it was handled quickly. The staff was great. They let us sample all of the flavors, because we had never been there. Looking forward to next time

Pinkberry is my fave yogurt place! I've tried several and Pinkberry seems to be the freshest and tastiest. I usually get the Original w/ blueberries & mangos, but last time I tasted my boyfriend's mango yogurt and it was soooo good I'm gonna get that next time.

    (5)
  • Brett H.

The wife and I wanted something sweet. Pomegranite Yogurt for me with Mochi and Pineapple. Watermelon Yogurt with Mochi, Raspberries, and Blueberries for her. Both were awesome, I love how Pinkberry has more of that great yogurt flavor. Ok, now please open one in town!

Their seasonal salted caramel yogurt topped with sea salt, caramel and their crepe pieces is out of this world delicious... And this is coming from someone who can't stand the non fruit based frozen yogurts.

I thought I was a through and through yoforia girl....but this place is SO MUCH BETTER! Honestly, where yoforia is almost always painfully understaffed for the crowd, pinkberry is staffed almost to the point of ridiculousness. They fit a shocking amount of people behind that counter! They are very pleasant and keep the line moving despite the crowds. My favorite is the chocolate. It isn't too sour like fro-yo can sometimes be. The fruit always seems very fresh and the other toppings are inventive and quality. Its pricey like most fro-yo, but I am really kind of obsessed with its greatness...so it feels worth it to me.

Fun little place. Since I don't do (can't do) ice cream, this'll have to do. Fortunately, it's delicious, the decor is colorful and the service is good. I'll definitely return.

Past the glitz and glamour of knowing about pinkberry before it actually hit Atlanta, its not my favorite place to nosh the ice-cold creamy goodness of fro yo. Whilst a very, very fun place to hang out, I take my out-of-town (or other-side-of-town) friends here to hang out, but its not the place I'd frequent.

    (3)
  • Kim B.

I really don't see what the hype is all about. Customer service was very unfriendly. They have some great toppings but the flavors of yogurt are pretty gross to be honest. I'll stick with Yoforia for now and will be looking forward to Menchie's opening soon!!

  • Christine H.

chocolate = OH MY GOD YOU HAVE TO TRY IT no seriously, i know chocolate froyo sounds terrible, but you would never even know it was froyo unless someone told you. it's rich and decadent, just like chocolate ice cream, but entirely fat free! i usually don't even like chocolate ice cream because a lot of them tend to have a sad, chalky chocolate flavor, but this pinkberry stuff was uh-mazing. my only qualm is that is was $5 for a small with toppings, which it damn expensive in my book. thank goodness it's almost OTP, otherwise, i'd be getting mini cups of chocolate all summer long.

  • Shazia T.

really good frozen yogurt! i prefer original with berries, some crushed candybar, coconut, and chocolate chips!

  • Jada G.

yeah...i could actually do w/o this place. going here only confirmed that yoforia is the best place in ATL for froyo. I really didn't like their flavors. I tasted the original...i really don't like tart, but many ppl do. didn't like it. i wanted to taste the coconut, but they were out, so they were offering passion fruit instead. didn't like it. i tasted 2 other forgettable flavors before deciding on mango. while i don't like the flavors, i enjoyed the add-ons, specifically speaking-watermelon. so great! so awesome! they had a sign for mochi, but it wasn't on the counter with the other add-ons, so make sure you ask for it.

  • Roshanda P.

I can agree with most of the reviews on this place... The big plus for me was that you could fill you cup with as many toppings as you liked ... Big thumbs up !

  • Liz C.

Holy dark deliciousness, Batman! Pinkberry's chocolate yogurt is seriously the best around. It's dark and rich, almost like pudding, but better. That's right, folks. Better than pudding. Top it with some mochi, dark chocolate crispies and almonds and you may just obsess over it for the next month or so. I know I have.

Pinkberry always delivers, even in Atlanta. But, don't skimp on those toppings, they're sooooo fresh.

There was no sign for the 1/2 off Happy Hour when I walked up to the store on Friday at 5:15PM and no mention of it by the PInkberry employee when I sampled the watermelon fro-yo. Does this mean the 1/2 off Happy Hour is no more? I'm not quite sure but it did not deter me from enjoying my first trip to Pinkberry. After being walked through the Pinkberry process by a very friendly employee (who shares my name), I decided on a small original with coconut, raspberries, mango and mochi. GREAT STUFF. I grabbed a small table in the limited dine-in area and enjoyed a good book with my tasty treat. It was the perfect way to kick off the weekend. I thought about going back the next day to extend the weekend fun.

Pinkberry is honestly my favorite dessert place possible. I love all the options and the changing flavors. Pomegranate and pumpkin were my two favorites and I hope they bring them back. Its great how you can go in, especially never having it before, and they will literally line up a sample of each flavor for you! The waitstaff is great, always giving me stamps for my punchcard, and a few extra cheesecake bites. I take all my friends here, they love it!!

I have to say that after all the hype of this PinkBerry opening, I decided I had to give it a try. I usually go to Yoforia not far from here, but thought I'd give it a shot. I was very disappointed in flavors. I also didn't like the fact it wasn't self-serve. I got less yogurt and toppings here and paid significantly more. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will stick with Yoforia.

I was soo excited to try pinkberry! I love love LOVE froyo so I was so happy when the legendary pinkberry opened up in Atlanta....well...it didn't taste bad but it wasn't as good as I thought it was gonna be. Lets just say it tastes like alotta of the other froyo places in Atlanta. Service was good and I was dissapointed they didn't have that pinkberry theme song playing over the speakers. Nothing extraordinary...just ordinary froyo..still yummy regardless!

    (3)
  • Froyo F.

The texture of the frozen yogurt is just right- airy without being too dense and heavy, but substantial enough to feel satisfying. Tart, sweet and light. This is the best frozen yogurt you can get in Atlanta. The all-you-can-eat toppings has a gamut of bite-sized, fresh fruit, none of those canned fruits in heavy syrup. You must ask for the mochi, since it's not in plain sight. The only difference between this Pinkberry & other So. Cal locations is that there isn't much seating inside. But Pinkberry is the best bang for your buck for quality frozen yogurt. Pomegranate is a must try flavor along with watermelon. Expect to pay about $6 for a medium with toppings.

  • Travis M.

Pinkberry definitely gets an A for creativity but a D- at best for execution. Not only was the line 20 minutes long when I went at 10pm on a Saturday but the service was verrryyy slow. I got the Original with a couple of toppings and my date got the chocolate. Hers was better than mine but we both agreed that Yoforia was much better. My Original tasted like frozen sour cream and Yoforia has a lot more topping choices and is much cheaper!

AHHH ...!! That was good. Just had a mango coconut swirl with fresh kiwi, mango, pineapple, shredded coconut and strawberry. My son went for the new flavor, salted carmel with chocolate crisps and carmel drizzel. They were both Very enjoyable. The only question I had was why is it .50 more expensive for a swirl mix of 2 flavors ??? Its the same amount of yogurt ..Oh well it was still good

I'm a fro-yo fiend, and was excited when Pinkberry came to town. Although not intown, technically it's inside the perimeter and a quick jaunt on the highway from Midtown. I'm a big fan of the watermelon flavor, and appreciate that if taking a to-go order they'll provide a pack of ice for the journey home. You can pile on as many toppings that will fit in your bowl, so take advantage of it!

the first visit was with the wifey and we split a medium cup, not to bad, i had the salted caramel and she opted for the regular with oreo pieces. a lil expensive but i guess worth it. the second time i visted solo and opted for a small caramel (the forgot the salt) and peach on the other side no toppings. almost $4 bucks and i was done in a minute. not sure i will return for yogurt that i can get equal taste for less at costco. sorry

What's not to like? The place was very clean and the three employees that I saw were very friendly, patient, and more than willing to let us sample flavors until we decided on one. There is a nice variety of topping choices--some healthier than others (kiwi vs Oreo). I ordered the pomegranate with a couple of fruit toppings, and my wife decided to go with the chocolate. We were both very happy with our choices and will definitely return to Pinkberry .

Between yogurts, gelato and ice cream my top vote is for gelato. This was my first visit to Pinkberry, had never heard of it and a friend and I were out and about so she suggested we try it. Well she was real disappointed because as soon as it was her turn to order, she wanted chocolate and they ran out :-(. I, not being a huge fan of yogurt ordered the salty carmel which was very good and they loaded the cone I ordered it on. I feel that once you visited one yogurt shop you've visited them all. Nothing was neccesarily outstanding. The shoppe was clean, the staff was friendly and smiling and decor was light colored and springy. There were not many flavors to choose from and it seems that maybe they change flavors once in awhile? Everyone I've every been to have fresh fruits toppings etc...but there just wasn't anything that would have me rushing back. The taste was cool and refreshing on a very hot Sat afternoon and the place had nice crowd. They do offer a patio with umbrellas as well.

It is great that Pinkberry has decided to expand throughout the Southeast. This is the first location in GA. Pinkberry has the texture for frozen yogurt figured out perfectly. It is thick enough that it does not melt as soon as you go outside in the hot sun but soft enough to actually taste like yogurt. Between going to the pre-grand opening last night and sampling today, I was able to try all the flavors. Vanilla is well, vanilla. Pomegranate and watermelon (seasonal flavor) are very flavorful. Chocolate tastes to me like pudding. Coconut reminds of sipping a piña colada. The mango is good but the flavor is not strong enough for me. Luckily, mango is one of the toppings you can add along with, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, coconut, and cheesecake pieces (really good) and different flavors of granola as well. Some of the toppings are located underneath the main counter (because there is not enough room for all the choices) but the signs are on top of the counter. You know how some employees of ice cream or frozen yogurt places might get annoyed if you ask for too many samples? Not here, sampling was actually encouraged and the employees behind the counter ask if you would like another flavor if you only ask to sample one. There is half price happy hour from 5-7 and the seasonal flavors are replaced every six weeks. It is the perfect treat relief for the 95 degree days of June. Note: If you choose the topping of the day, all your toppings are free on that yogurt.

I thought that Pink Berry was rather ho-hum. I had a watermelon with kiwi, blueberries and granola. The yogurt was very good but there was something fishy about the kiwi. Really. It had some sort of glaze to it that tasted a bit like tuna. Weird. My son had the chocolate froyo and he really loved it. I thought it was a bit bitter. My biggest issue with Pink Berry is that it was packed and there was only one person working. One. And though I thought the pebbletech floor was cool I kept wondering how on earth they clean it to Health Code standards...I could see veins of dried yogurt stuck in it. Ewww. The music went back and forth between some good '80s stuff an that strange ambient yoga rock. I'll stop in if I am close by and the kids are dying for some yogurt, but Pinkberry won't be a destination spot for me.

Love love love this place! Unfortunately, I come here at least twice a week (my poor pockets). Where I'm from I'm obsessed with Menchies but since I've moved to Atlanta, Menchies isn't close and I've tried other places but this one is perfect. I usually get the tart with pomegranate! Yum!

  • Judy L.

My coworkers and I often grab frozen yogurt at this Pinkberry location. The froyo is always good and consistent. The staff is really polite, friendly, and welcoming. They have indoor and outdoor seating. My favorite go-to flavors are mango or strawberry. The toppings that I like to add in are chocolate shavings, mango, pineapple, oats, and mochi. There are tons of other toppings as well from sweets to fruits. In addition to having froyo on their menu, they also make smoothies as well.

Hubby and I came here wanting a treat to cool off. This place was the answer. So rich and creamy treat! If you haven't been to Pinkberry, you are missing out amazing dessert that is healthy, non dairy, no gluten and no added sugar. So good!

It's close to lunch time and I'm not hungry but very sleepy. I don't drink coffee and don't want any hot cocoa. What do I decide to do? Get frozen yogurt at Pinkberry. I was surprised that it was really close to work. I've been to LA Fitness, Cinco's, and Sports Authority a few times and have totally missed Pinkberry. It's actually located behind Vitamin Shoppe next to Pollo Tropical. Walking in, it looks small, cozy, and hip. I didn't know how it would work since I'm so used to self service when it comes to froyo. The lady behind the counter told me that Pinkberry has six flavors and change it out every so often but will always have original. So the other flavors are Mango, strawberry, Mint Chocolate Chip, Coconut, & something else, I think it's Chocolate or chocolate something lol. She was nice to offer me samples of their froyo since it's quite different from other locations. Sure before I make the decision of only ONE flavor to choose from. I sampled the mint chocolate chip - it was more chocolate than I wanted but no chips. Then I tried the coconut, it was more tart than I would like. Lastly, I tried the mango, quite different. Honestly, I didn't love any of the flavors so I settled with mint chocolate chip and just topped it with kiwi, strawberry, & pineapple. Prices are charged by the cup, and by with or without toppings. I know Pinkberry has very high ratings but honestly, the flavors didn't do it for me. I have a sweet tooth and I felt the flavors were lacking in the froyo. I've had froyo before that were more subtle in the sweet department too. Overall, worth a try, not my favorite.

PINKBERRY, OH MY!!! This place totally rocks! I purchased a groupon $15 for $30 a while back, my son and I decided to try this place after dinner. ... I'm so happy we did, the best frozen yogurt I've had in a while. My son tried the hot chocolate yogurt with reeses chocolate and m&m toppings, which was just to much chocolate for my taste buds, but he loved it. I played it safe and went with the original which is extremely good and paired it with mango fruit and some type of mango beads ( I forget the name of the second topping, but when you bit into them they have some type of fruit glaze inside of them ).... Super Yummy. Sooooo many rich toppings to choose from. The servers were great, since this was our first visit, the young lady that took our order made a few suggestions (no rush), she also asked if we wanted to sample any other flavors, I sampled the pomegranate.... which is now my favorite and I can't wait to return :) :) :) Pinkberry's isn't hard to find, it's located across from the Cumberland mall in a huge shopping center off Cobb Parkway (look for Bed Bath & Beyond).

First visit, had a custom large yogurt. Mango and pomegranate with honey almonds and light syrup. Started the rewards program. The flavors I picked were my favorites I use for smoothies as well, so I knew I was going to like it anyway. I wanted more once it was finished, but it filled me up enough to serve as my lunch for the day.

I went here, I got really good frozen yoghurt and I got a decent amount of toppings, I think they do a really good job making frozen yoghurt They lose a star because I paid $5.25 to get a regular sized yoghurt cup, and I mean their yoghurt is good but not worth $5.25. All in all I recommend this place but be sure to brain some extra pocket change

Not just any frozen yogurt, this is Pinkberry. This is the Big Mac + Whopper + Baconator of yogurts. This is the Escalade + Mustang of yogurts. This is the Neil Armstrong + Yuri Gagarin + John Glenn of yogurts. This is the John Lennon + Freddie Mercury + David Bowie of Yogurts. It just IS. I went with the Peanut Butter, though I was seriously tempted by the Chocolate Hazelnut. And topped with all the mixed nuts and roasted hazelnuts that she could fit in that cup. It was... awesome. Small parking area and a few tables outside.

I've been back a number of times since my original review 1007 days ago and I felt that Pinkberry deserved an update (which includes an additional star). I drive by this Pinkberry all the time, and despite the over-saturation of frozen yogurt all over Atlanta, this location still seems to be going pretty strong. I visited as recently as yesterday and had a pleasant experience. The loudness I mentioned in my original review is gone, but it's not silent to the point that it's awkward if you're the only one there. Maybe they adjusted the music down to a more reasonable level? Whatever it is, it's nice in there. The temperature I talked about in my original review is also now down to a comfortable, dare I say cool, level. My frozen yogurt is actually staying frozen! Talking about flavors won't help that much in a review since they change so often with the seasons, but I have to quickly say the Coconut flavor and Key Lime Pie flavor (which I ultimately ended up getting) were both excellent. They didn't taste as artificial as other shops', like Yogurtland (which I love, by the way), and you're reminded that you're still eating frozen yogurt. Staff here is still friendly and they seem to have gotten a lot more efficient. There was only one girl behind the counter when I visited around 1pm and she was very quick and friendly, never letting the queue backup despite the relatively steady flow of traffic.

Pinkberry....the one that started the froyo craze in the U.S. all the way from California. Now Georgia has access to the originator here off of Cobb Pkwy. What can I say? The Pinkberry franchise has good customer service and they have excellent froyo flavors like Mango and Key Lime Pie. The froyo that they make is hormone free which I appreciate. And they got the usual toppings. So far so good. Not bad Pinkberry.

Perfect place to be on a HOT day in Georgia. THEY HAVE MANGO FLAVOR! :D If this place was closer to me, I'd come here practically every week. It was my first time coming to place that isn't self serve and I actually prefer this over the self-serve. I was loaded up on froyo and toppings, and she actually even gave me more since I only got about 3 toppings. So delicious. They should work on expanding though. It is not very spacious and seating is limited. We actually sat outside for a few waiting for a table to open up inside. But other than that, this place rocks. :D

Since it has been almost 2 years since my last review, I figured I'd add an update with as many times I have been there. Pinkberry is still one of my favorite yogurt spots. I have taken a liking to the chocolate hazelnut yogurt that I have topped with strawberries, almond roca, chocolate wafer rolls, and if I feel like being greedy, cheesecake bites. Service is still great like it always has been, and also they have done away with the loyalty cards. Instead, download the Pinkberry app and keep track of your purchases that way. Also, if I had to give the location a con, I'd say that depending on what time you go, the parking lot can be a pain to get out of, especially when people park directly behind you as you're trying to back up. All in all, it's a great place to check out. I'm sure I'll be there again this weekend. #Yelp100

pinkberry happens to be my favorite froyo spot out of all the huge selections you can get in atlanta these days. why? pinkberry's froyo is slightly creamier than other places. other froyo places offer yogurt AND sorbet style froyo, but pinkberry keeps it all cultured milk frozen yogurt allllll the way, which probably why it's so nice and creamy. they also have stronger flavors. you can definitely taste the difference. please keep in mind that pinkberry IS NOT a self-serve froyo shop. you do to go to the glass window and pick out 1 flavor that you'd like. after you're done picking your flavor, there are various sizes that you can choose from: kids, small, medium, and large. there's a set prices for yogurt only (size is a factor of how much it'll cost) and there are set prices for yogurt with toppings as well (size is also a factor of how much it'll cost for this option). there's not set of number for how many toppings you may have , just as long as "it fits in the cup". be careful when picking toppings though, since some may have an upcharge; especially their chocolate selections. pinkberry rotates their flavors depending on the season as well. there are about 3-4 flavors you can can choose from, every "rotation". their summer flavors are my fave; I highly recommend the mango and the blood orange flavor. they do offer other seasonal flavors like peach, apple, watermelon, pumpkin, sea salt chocolate, coffee, etc. you can always sign up for their loyalty card and download the app to see each store's flavor for that "rotation period". if you're not sure what flavor suits your taste buds, don't be afraid to ask them to sample one, two, or even all of them! I kno that's what I do :D as you can see from the overall ratings of this location, the service here is pretty friendly. much better than their other locations, of course.

Num. Num. Num. So good. I had never even heard of Pink Berry before a hee-larious episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I dropped by after leaving Bed, Bath & Beyond and had the low-fat vanilla - it was tart enough to make my mouth twist - but then I countered any health benefit at all by having it topped with melted milk chocolate with rice krispies. Never had this topping before - at any ice cream or yogurt shop - and now it is my absolute favorite. There was some Buckhead Betty in there with 4 children in tow - and the children nor their mom had any concept of the personal space bubble - but even that didn't diminish my enjoyment of this delightful treat. How's that for alliteration?!

Erm my gawd. Key Lime frozen yogurt. mmmmmmmmmmmmhhhh I stopped in after work Monday night because Pinkberry has been calling my name for a couple of weeks now. Since it's springtime I knew it had to be some delicious flavor waiting on me, and it was the key lime! I kept it healthy by just adding strawberries and mango and some granola to it. Amazingly this concoction survived my drive home. Awesommmmee A perfect treat to keep me awake to write an end-of-the semester paper. Yummers! #Yelp100

I have to agree with Jang C, the green tea flavor at this Pinkberry is excellent. Although, contrary to his review, I was told that it wasn't being cancelled at the end of the month. Who knows? Maybe the employee I spoke with didn't know what she was talking about. Current flavor offerings are original, pomegranate, mango, chocolate, green tea, and lychee. Lychee is the seasonal flavor right now. Overall, this place still pumps out consistently great tasting froyo. On a recent evening visit, the store was very busy and the employees appeared worn out. They weren't their usual energetic, bubbly selves. The store looked the part too. There were used sample cups and spilt yogurt on the tables and counter, and hair in front of the cash register. I'm sure cashier was aware, but didn't seem to care. She had enough for the day and just stood there ringing up orders as they came. I've never seen any Pinkberry in such disarray! Well, everyone has bad nights.

I had a taste for a smoothie this evening and the only place near me I could think of was Pinkberry. It was pretty much a waste of time and money. The young man who helped me was pretty disinterested in his work and the end product showed it. He was more interested in trying to have a sidebar conversation with his co-worker, but to her credit, she was trying to ignore him and service her customer. For some reason, the young man was just "extra." While he made my strawberry banana smoothie, he was somewhat talking to himself and his coworker as he sucked his teeth and proclaimed that he had forgotten to do something (unrelated to my smoothie). Anyway, after all his chitter chatter, he gave me my smoothie and it was just "blah." It was not made with the the best strawberries or bananas and it almost seemed unsweetened. I drank about a quarter of it and tossed it. Yuck. Won't be going to Pinkberry anymore. I can't pay $5 for something like a smoothie and just feel all blah about it.

People just love giving 5 stars like it's no big deal. N-N-N-N-N-N-N-No (Stutter voice) The location is pretty decent in the middle of Cobb Parkway surrounded by a million and one retail outlets, food spots and competition. You will get your pick on the quantity with different sizes of dessert. I'm not too big of a yogurt dude but I think I know what's up and what's not. I am a fan of the Watermelon flavor however it's a change of pace from ice cream and stuff. The taste goes down very smooth but when your really sit back and think, is it worth the hype? I'm not ready to jump off the diving board, my grade is below: Grade: C

I love this place. The yogurt is never a disappointment (like other places I've visited who use fountains) and the variety of fruits, nuts, grains and etc are always so fresh. Keep up the good job y'all. The the employees are always so sweet and patient!!! I'd recommend this place to anyone. Matter of fact, my friend is skeptical about PB. I think we may have to change her mind.

I didn't like that I wasn't able to make my own dessert. I knew that going in, but I guess I would be okay with them making my ice cream as long as they put enough stuff on it to make me satisfied. What they do here is this: They let you pick a cup size, and then they ask you what flavor frozen yogurt. Then they ask for what toppings you want. You get unlimited toppings, as long as it fits "comfortably" in the cup. Well, they didn't add a lot of toppings. For the same price, I could have gotten something with a decent amount of toppings (a satisfying amount) at a different frozen yogurt place. The idea for the store was good-- the execution? Not so much. The frozen yogurt itself was also not phenomenal. I would not recommend this place to others.

This place really reminds me of Yogli Mogli. The setting is pretty much the same but the pricing is a bit different. Unlike Yogli Mogli, Pinkberry doesn't charge by the ounce or pound, they charge by the bowl size and you can have as many toppings as you like as long as it will fit in the bowl size that you selected. I did appreciate that I was greeted immediately and the young man asked if it was my first time and i answered yes, so he gave me a brief overview and history of the franchise and made some suggestions on flavors to try. He even gave me a calorie summary for eat flavor. Fun spot to take the kids for and mini outing with dessert!

That Chocolate Hazelnut tho???? Damn...had me dreaming about it. Its crazy because I been hearing about Pinkberry for years, even had a friend working in one, and I never tried it, until I moved here. Its banging! Never had a coconut frozen yogurt that taste like all natural coconut. Love it.

I love green tea flavored frozen yogurt. Pinkberry introduced their version of it. I think it's the best green tea yogurt I've tasted, hands down. Everything about it was perfect. It had the exact amount of tartness and green tea flavor. Of course, it still had the Pinkberry standard, high quality frozen yogurt. The only problem is, like at the Yoforia location, people (even the Pinkberry employees themselves) hate this flavor. I don't know what's wrong with these people. It's so unpopular they're going to cancel it end of this month. So I guess I just have to load up the green tea flavor before they cancel it. Sigh. Their original flavor is still the bomb. And they seemed to have improved their other flavors as well. The quality of the frozen yogurt still seems very high. They have a nice, creamy texture. They do have some negatives though. Their green tea smoothies suck. It's so bad, I couldn't even finish it. Go to Yogurberry if you want the best green tea smoothie. Also, they're stingy with their froyo. Ounce for ounce, I think it's probably one of the more expensive froyo places. It's not like Yogurberry where they pack in as much yogurt and toppings they can in a cup. Pinkberry actually weighs your cup so you wont' get too much. Lame. I can't deny the fact they have very good frozen yogurt. Just for that I'll bump them up to 4.5 stars. I can't give them "real" 5 stars because of their horrible green tea smoothie and their stinginess with their toppings and yogurt. But I'm nice enough to round up to 5 stars anyway.

I'm sorry Pinkberry...last time I came here it was a face scrunching tart and now it's just too creamy :( There was only original, watermelon, mango, and salted caramel when I came here tonight. To be truthful, the original tasted far too creamy, the watermelon tasted exactly like strawberry Yoplait, the mango wasn't tart enough, and the salted caramel tasted like dulce de leche ice cream. Now I'm just being picky but dulce de leche and salted caramel are somewhat interchangeable, but technically it's not. Fleur de sel and dulce de leche are similar, but each has its own very distinctive taste. One is a caramel flavor with salt to highlight and accentuate the original flavor and the other is a milky, sugary caramel concoction. Tonight, the "salted caramel" tasted like dulce de leche. Now you also buy their Pinkberry tote bags, which cost $10, and everytime you bring it to the store you can get $1 off your purchase of the $10 take home packed yogurt. You'd have to spend $90 in packed froyo before you can earn back that tote...and that's if they don't discontinue that policy. Think real hard before you get sucked into buying that bag. One thing to note- the toppings here are "unlimited", but you may get charged for certain toppings. There wasn't anything unusual for me..the usual cereals, fruits, and syrups to drizzle. I was hoping for lychee or blood orange or something...but that's ok. I'm just not a fan of Pinkberry...I believe 3 ounces plain (I think with toppings?) is $2.50. Wow, that's some ridiculous $$/ounce. I find that Yoforia has always had the right consistency, tartness, and sweetness with super fresh fruits and value to boot. The self-serve ones are the bomb too.

My dad thought this place was made up because he had only ever heard of it on an American Express commercial. Then when we drove by he told me he thought it was a girl's clothing store. Then he tried the blood orange fro yo, and he was converted. Five priceless stars (again) for making my dad trendy.

Of all the frozen yogurt places in town, dare I say PInkberry has the best selection of toppings?! Yes, yes I do. Their mochi pieces are soft & chewy, the dark chocolate crunchies are so fun, and they have little slices of blood oranges that taste like the bastard children of grapefruits and tangerines. They also have these gooey hazelnut chocolate topping things that looked delicious but I was trying to save on my calories for the day so I had to pass. What's nice about Pinkberry vs. the self-serve Yoforia down the street is that Pinkberry charges a fixed price based on size, allowing you to choose as many toppings as you want at no extra charge as long as the toppings fit "comfortably", while Yoforia charges based on total weight, which might only work out in your favor if you have a strong preference for light toppings like cereal but not good if you go for denser toppings like fruit. I'm docking a star due to price - my "small" cup was $5+. However, if you want to be more economical, they do sell a large carry-out size which is more reasonably priced and you can keep it in your freezer for anytime the craving hits.

I came, I tasted, I conquered the original. After a 3 hour hike in da woods my friends and I decided we would start with dessert and work our way up to lunch. This was the first stop. Like you give a shit. Tasted the watermelon and wasn't really a fan. I mean it's all right, but it's no smooth tart original. The original was great. It tastes pretty much the same as Yoforia's original. For some reason, let's call it starvation, I decided to mix the pom and the original. The pom was good, but not really up my alley. I tasted my friends coconut and was not a fan. He thought it was subtle, I had a college flashback of throwing up Malibu Rum. I like the fantabulous amount of toppings offered, despite me only ever picking mochi and fruit. They still looked nice. I also like that you pay one price for as many toppings as you want. This means that I don't have too choose between strawberries, blackberries, mango, kiwi, and mochi any longer. I can just get them all. FYI if you do decide to mix 2 yogurts it means there will be much less room in your cup for a vast amount of toppings. Keep that in mind. The only negative I can find with Pinkberry is the clustercuss that is ordering. There were about a dozen people in line in front of us, 4 employees behind the counter, and they would call us up and around the large group ahead of us. I wasn't sure if I was skipping in line or what, but it made my Jewish guilt rise up. Guilt and frozen yogurt do not go together.

Pinkberry, thank you for coming to Atlanta! This is my favorite froyo place in the west coast. The original flavor is just the creamiest froyo I've had anywhere. It's also the just the right amount of tart-ness versus sweetness. YUM!! I love the toppings too... try the mochi, chocolate crunch chips (forgot the exact name), and the waffle cookies. Sigh... A little expensive, but I guess it's a good thing that it's not closer to Decatur. Although... I would love it if Pinkberry set up another shop in the east side of town. Sigh....

Finally a fro-yo place OTP and close to me... yay!!! I tried a side by side of the coconut and mango. I loved the mango but sadly there was a lack of flavor in the coconut, it was very subtle. Happy hour goes from 5-7 where everything is half priced-nice touch! Great friendly staff, can get an ice pack with your to go order, great way tgo cool off in this 100 degree heat!

Got a chance to check out Pinkberry on the VIP opening on Thursday. I will preface by saying Pinkberry was my first love when it came to froyo, bc it was the only one freaking around 3 yrs ago. Since then, froyo parlors have mushroomed and I found many others to my liking. But, I still have lingering feelings for original. At the event, I got to sample a bit of everything; so here's my take on it: #1 goes to mango, #2 watermelon ( flavor of the season), #3 pompogranate, #4 original, #5 coconut, #6 chocolate ( tastes like pudding). They have lots of toppings to pick from the event. I'm not sure if the toppings selection will always stay the same, but I was impressed they had fresh cherries and Persian cucumbers amongst the usual fruit selection of: blackberry, strawberry, watermelon, blueberry, RASPBERRY, mango... I'm into the fruit toppings more than the confectionery ones, but they had a huge selection of toppings on that end that included flattened waffle cones thingy, cereal, candies, oreos, coconut, other nuts... I think this place will be a hit in the community, esp with the weather.

Pinkberry, I love you. Perfect blend of creamy and tartiness. Awesome fruit flavors that tastes as they should. It's a blessing and a curse that you are not self-served. I know I would probably put my mouth under one of those dispensers and end up in a froyo coma, but hey, I think some days it's worth it.

I still love coming to Pinkberry and I've checked in so much that I'm now the Duke. It's kind of sad... my dinner for the past few nights has been a large original with strawberries, kiwi, chocolate chips, pumpkin spice granola, and organic gummy bears. The staff here could still use some training. They're really good at presenting the product, but they don't seem to have as much knowledge as I'd expect (they don't even know about Yelp or Foursquare). Yesterday I ordered a smoothie for the first time. Unfortunately, I don't really know what goes into a smoothie to make it taste good. Since you pretty much make your own here I told them I wanted watermelon and whatever else they thought would be good. She added watermelon, raspberries, and strawberries. Not very original and it tasted bland. By the way, I don't even know what an "orange card" is, but apparently they don't have them here. If the cashier hadn't made a point to tell me about it I wouldn't have even missed it. It's not a good idea to tell your customers what you're missing (especially if they don't even expect it).

One of the few things I miss about working in this area is Pinkberry! Greek yogurt fro-yo distinguishes it among the myriad of fro-yo places these days. I love the variety and the fact that it's a tad bit healthier than your average fro-yo place. If you're a fro-yo fan and have never had greek-style fro-yo you are missing out!

Let me clear up some of mis-information posted in the other reviews. Pinkberry is ITP, not OTP. Vinings is about 5 minutes from Midtown, it is not Acworth. Parking is ample here. Pinkberry is located inside a strip mall area and parking is as ample as any grocery store lot. The service and staff is great and if you're unsure about what to get, you can get as many samples as you want. Though I've only tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago, it's definitely a place I would go back to. There are over 10 ice cream/frozen yogurt places to choose from in the Vinings area. This is definitely in the top 3.

Still huge Pinkberry fan based on several visits :) Just a few updates: If you're getting the 1/2 price watermelon happy hour special, make sure you mention it to the cashier b/c it's no longer displayed anywhere in the store. I think it's become more a special to reward their Facebook fans, Twitter followers, & Yelp readers - not the general public. It's definitely a nice perk. Also, as Daniel B pointed out in his update - for the 1/2 price watermelon happy hour special, you can add another flavor to watermelon and still get 1/2 price off the total. Thanks, Pinkberry :) My only complaint - I wish Pinkberry had more seating. Only 4 small tables inside. We ended up sitting outside which wasn't too bad since the weather cooled down considerably - but not the greatest option when it's 100 degrees outside. How about adding bench seating or counter along the wall? Today got the side-by-side watermelon & original mini. Their original is still my favorite, and watermelon is pretty good although it doesn't taste like watermelon. I'm just glad it's tart now and not watery like my first sample taste. Overall service still nice & friendly :)

OK, so I have heard a lot about Pinkberry for the last few years, and when a friend of mine suggested that we go check it out, I could not refuse. First off as you walk you will encounter uber enthusiastic servers dying to serve you. The asked me if it was my first time and I admitted to this and they rattled off details about their different yogurts. I was given samples and decided to go with the original flavor even though their pomegranate and mango flavors were equally incredible. I topped off my yogurt with mochi (this chewy sweet rice cake cut in tiny pieces) raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. Once I had my first taste of this morsel it was like a died and gone to heaven... there was yogurty berry party in my mouth and I absolutely loved every minute of it. I can't say much more than I love this place and I have become addicted... This really is as good as it gets: great service, delicious yogurt, nice outdoor seating to enjoy the evening, and the price is ever so nice!! This place gets an A+ and two thumbs way up!!!!

Admittedly, I preferred the single bite that I had at one of the summer festivals to the cup that I had on this cold winter afternoon, but that's some darn good yogurt. On this my first visit to the actual store, I opted for original with toppings - pomegranate seeds, kiwi, blueberry, and mochi . I love the sweet tart flavor, and it's some of the best original that I've ever had. I also love that you get unlimited toppings (rather than being limited to 3). Their mochi seemed denser than other mochi, but the fruit was very fresh. The only reason that Pinkberry doesn't get 5 stars is because it's not self-serve, which I've really come to love from trips to Yoforia with Katie W and J.

I'm so glad Pinkberry finally came to Atlanta. Just the week before I went to California with my boyfriend and we ate at every Pinkberry we could find because we thought we wouldn't get it again for a long time... oops. This place is easy to find and the people are so nice, although it seems to be a requirement to be super duper nice to work here... Although the girl was slightly stingy with my toppings (which is surprising since at the other ones in Cali they keep loading them on) she cheerfully added more when I asked. I don't like gaps in my cup. I wonder how inferior other Atlanta yogurt places feel... cuz they should. I never want to get yogurt anywhere else around here again! This place will probably be the death of my wallet, although my tummy feels great after the yogurt! Please open another one so this one isn't too crowded :) PS. The watermelon is actually pretty good, but the original will always have my heart.

Pinkberry just tastes so damn good. I've been eating it for years in LA and NY, so I was thrilled to hear that it came to Atlanta. It's by White Water, so I can double up on my Marietta experience. :) They just don't have mochi or taro like Yogurberry. Those are my favs. If they had that, they'd pretty much be perfect.

WIN! I was super pumped to find my old fave in ATL. It's a far drive from my place, but I was in the area for dinner, and thrilled to learn they were open late. I have to say...(shhh) I like the 'original tart' flavor here better than from the pinkberrys in NYC. The ATL pinkberry has an original tart flavor that is less tart and a bit more creamy in texture. I'm definitely a fan. Other pluses - there are more flavors at this pinkberry and some different topping options (dark chocolate crisps - think miniature crunch bars - are my new favorite topping), although of course all your old favorite toppings (mochi!) are still available. Another plus is their option of letting you mix flavors as a 'swirl' or just getting more than one flavor in a serving. I have to say my only complaint is I wish there were more locations that are more convenient! PS: skip the seasonal pumpkin flavored pinkberry.

Yes! I love that this Pinkberry is right by my place of employment. I swear when I found this place I almost cried. Not really....but it would have made a fun story. I love froyo and believe it or not most of them in the Metro Atlanta area are pretty good. The prices vary based on which brand you go to but overall they rock. Pinkberry is very popular in NYC (where I am from) and when they started popping up here it put a smile on my face. I like the service in this location a lot and it doesn't help that it is a hop and a skip away from work! yeah buddy!!

I love froyo. Wandering around in a atlanta on a rainy night and my fiance and I ended up here. We had never been to a Pinkberry so this was an experience for us both. Good: Pay one price (depending on the size cup) and add as many toppings as you want. Interior - funky looking retro chairs Toppings: waffles, a lot of different fruits, and the usual. It was very healthy not a lot of the fattening stuff like candy and brownie pieces. Bad: very few selection of flavors of yogurt. I want to say I remember seeing like 5. Price was reasonable about the same as paying per ounce. Would recommend for the experience

I used to get the lychee on the reg. with the gummy bears, chocolate pearls, and cookie pieces. But they don't have the lychee all the time, so last night I tried the peanut butter with jelly. OMG. so so delicious. Its good. Its good for you (if you control your toppings). Its cheap. What more could you want? It should be your go to desert/frozen treat place.

  • Erika K.

Yummy.... coconut, original, chocolate, pomegranate, pumpkin, mango, etc... Some I like more than others. Some flavors rotate and are just available seasonally. They keep their mochi refrigerated and it's tender and delicious as a topping. Not dry and hard like some other places. This is comfort food to the max. This is my favorite place in the ATL. I have had better from a couple of smaller, mom and pop type places in Cali. And I have an optimism that there is further opportunity to taste some other places that are better than Pinkberry. I guess I give it a 4.5. I'll round it for now. It is one of the best ever places for frozen yogurt. Tangy, sweet, satisfying and delicious. They have their recipe and formula down. I truly hope they stay as good as they are and come out with even more cool flavors.

  • Gina A.

Yes and yes. The first time I went with friends, we were dazzled by the look of the location, the funky chairs, and the friendliness of the Pinkberry staff (our "Goodness Guides"). I tried the watermelon flavor (seasonal for summer) with fruit, and it was divine. I love that they have 4 sizes - your basic S, M, and L, and then something smaller than the small size that just gives you a few bites, which is basically what you want after a big meal. On my second visit, I definitely missed the watermelon flavor, but enjoyed something from the permanent menu, and the staff was still friendly and helpful. I'd love to have the watermelon again. That's what Pinkberry dreams are made of.

I am not an expert on frozen yogurt. The chocolate is OK. The parking sucks. And the place is way too small for the amount of business they do. Be prepared to walk a long way from the parking lot and wait in quite a line. And NOT to sit inside and enjoy, as there are maybe 4 tiny tables. But if you love the yogurt, that part is OK. Just be aware everything except the chocolate is tart and is NOT LIKE ICE CREAM. I know a few people who have been surprised to learn that. And now that I've experienced Pinkberry's competitors, I think it's not that great.

    (2)
  • Poinciana T.

No green tea flavor when I was there! The yogurt here seems more tangy than Yogurberry and Yogur-le-hee. After awhile, it seems harder to finish my yogurt. If I have to rank price and flavor, this place would probably be on the bottom compared to Yogurberry and Yogur-le-hee.

This location was/is pretty far from where I live, but it was the first location in Atlanta to open. After my trip to NYC last year, where I fell in love with Pinkberry, I was hooked. Without a location here at home, I would start randomly crying. Strangers would come up to me to ask if I was okay. All I could do was sputter out seemingly non-sense gibberish through my tear-stained face, "I... I w-w-want, want some P-P-P-PinkBERRY! WAHH!" But then they opened. And dang-it, if I didn't trek my butt "all the way" up there once every other weekend, and drag my husband the whole way, just to get some freaking frozen yogurt. But not JUST some freaking frozen yogurt. Oh, no. Not "just", but "just the best". It's hard to describe a flavor, and because they have a set standard of regular flavors and then seasonal ones that rotate in and out, it would be difficult to encapsulate that as well. Instead, I will give you the feelings that arise when consuming this confectionery concoction. With one bite, you're transported to a magical land, dependent on the flavor: a Winter Wonderland dotted with sparkling snowflakes; a tropical beach with the wind blowing through your hair; a misty jungle; snuggled up at home under your favorite warm blanket; your happiest childhood trick-or-treating or thanksgiving memory... the bites take you on a journey in my mind to happy days and happy places. For me, Pinkberry doesn't just offer yogurt. No. They offer you an experience. A feelings. The flavors are so true that you don't have to pretend. The peanut butter is like being a child again. The pumpkin is like the best Holiday party you ever went to. And the upcoming peppermint will be like the happiest Christmas you can ever remember- back when Santa still brought you presents and the week off from school seemed like it lasted a month.

I really didn't want to like Pinkberry. It's a huge chain AND they opened their first GA location OTP (and this time by OTP I mean *on* the Perimeter). Not cool in my book. Plus, everyone else likes it and I'm a fan of bucking the trend. But dangit, I can't help myself: their yogurt is awesome. Far and away the tastiest froyo in Metro Atlanta, the only kind I could foresee eating without toppings (although why would you want to?). The pomegranate was flavorful while light and the perfect mix of sweet and tart. Then, they've got every topping you could imagine: their mochi was perfectly chewy and soft, raspberries big and fresh. I could handle a little higher quantity of toppings, but I'll certainly take it for the deliciousness of the yogurt. Service was a little over the top in the friendly department, to the point that my yogurt server introduced herself. I thought for a second I was going to get a hug next, but thankfully that wasn't the case. I think that'll wear down a bit as time goes on, which I will welcome. God, now I find myself completely willing to make the ridiculous drive for some tastiness, and thankfully they're open quite late (11pm during the week and midnight on weekends). Why oh why could they not have opened in town?

I've been so excited about Pinkberry ever since I heard we were finally going to get one of their stores here in the ATL. But once the store opened, I was a little reluctant to make the drive out to Cobb to try it (which is funny if you know how far I drive to and from work every day). So I didn't end up trying it until yesterday... but now I'm hooked. I sampled the original and it was really good. I normally avoid the original flavor at yogurt places because I guess I'm a noob - and also I'm worried that they'll be too bitter or flavorless. But I'd definitely order the original at Pinkberry. It was light and slighly sweet while still being tart and rich. Yum! Since they were having a "happy hour" where any item containing the watermelon flavor was half off, I sampled the watermelon flavor. I wasn't expecting to like it because I'm not put off by the aggressively fake taste of watermelon-flavored items. But this was nice, subtle and refreshing. I also sampled the mango flavor, which was juicy and bursting with flavor. I ended up ordering the mango swirled with watermelon, topped with fresh mango, mochi (my all time favorite froyo topping), and cucumber. Cucumber is one of the last things I'd ever expect to eat on top of a dessert, but the counter girl told me it was really good with the watermelon yogurt. She was right. Pinkberry is totally better than my previous favorite froyo place in Atlanta. The yogurt is creamy and tastes like real yogurt with just the right amount of tartness. Fruit flavors are juicy and don't have a weird fake taste. All of the toppings in the case (and there's a pretty good variety) looked ridiculously fresh. Service is friendly (but not psychotically friendly like the service at that place whose name rhymes with "Kroger-ferry") and their samples are freaking huge! The nice girl at the counter was completely patient and sweet to me even though I asked for samples of three different flavors. Everything about my experience at Pinkberry was great. And the drive wasn't really bad at all (I work in the Westside area). I'll definitely be back soon.

It may be evident by my number of check-ins that I kind of like this place. My only complaint really, is that due to the revolving staff I have to answer the scripted Pinkberry question "Is this your first time at Pinkberry?" every time I walk through the door. Yes, I've been here: no, I do not need to sample any flavors. I've had them all. Every flavor is creamy and delicious. The fruit is always fresh. Customer service is always friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when i take my last bite. Tips: #1: If you would like two flavors that aren't swirled, they will do side-by- sides of both. #2: They keep cheesecake bites under the counter. Ask for them.

Get the watermelon before they get rid of it for the season! It is fantastic! Of all the Froyo places out there, this has to be the best. It sticks with the actual yogurt taste, instead of it being overpowered by the flavors put in it. I love the tanginess of their yogurt. They also have fresh toppings, and a whole lot of them. You can usually find a good deal for cheap froyo on their website, or through ScoutMob and the likes.

Honestly I have been all over the world and experienced several different tart yogurts; Pinkberry and especially this Cobb Parkway location is quite a disappointment. The lines were long and the staff seemed confused and inefficient on how to make a line move. The management was seemingly clueless on customers leaving left and right during this painful wait. I literally stood in line for 20 minutes, no joke! In addition to the wait snafu, the cashier didn't even honor the half hour special on my yogurt. I later was informed by management that I actually had to tell them that I wanted the discount. What kind of customer service is that? Seems dishonest in a roundabout way if you ask me. I have had Pinkberry in California and had a similar experience. I guess this is Pinkberry's strategy---business has definitely suffered on the West Coast so they have expanded East in hopes to save the crumbling brand. Folks save your time and money. Pinkberry is just not the yogurt everybody claims it is. Howard Schultz of Starbucks fame should spend his time and money elsewhere and not on growing a failing brand like Pinkberry.

I'm not hip enough to know that there was hype about a frozen yogurt place coming to the area. My sister told me about it and we visited about 8pm on a Tuesday. This place was packed and I am having a hard time figuring out why. Maybe it's because I don't like fruit with my desserts, or that I generally believe ice cream trumps frozen yogurt every time. The "FroYo," as the kids say, was indeed good and the toppings are certainly creative. The service was friendly but slow, and I think I can attribute that to many customers' inability to decide on their toppings. I can see why - if you make the wrong decision it's pretty sobering to realize how much you actually just spent on frozen yogurt.

I def found my fav yogurt place!! I finally came here a couple of weeks ago. I was so excited bc I love fro yo! The week that I came to Pinkberry, I also went to 2 other places, but Pinkberry trumps them all! I tried all the flavors. My fav was the original and the chocolate. I thought the salted caramel would be good, but it was too sweet. I love how all the toppings had a calorie count. I was in the area and I came twice in one week. I live all the way in Johns Creek!! Now, that's LOVE!

-1 star simply because it is so overhyped, and did not remotely live up to expectations. I haven't had frozen yogurt in 20 years. Why? Because it wasn't as good as ice cream and had a funky aftertaste. But apparently, things changed in 2005 when Pinkberry

The previous reviewers have been spot on-- I was completely floored by the customer service. The emplyoyees were very enthusiastic about serving. Everything was a big happy cracked up Pinkberry circus. The yogurt in my opinion is a little too sweet and not as "light" as I would like it. The fruit toppings were oh so yummy and I like the fact they do not charge per topping as Yoforia does. "As many toppings that will comfortably fit" is my kinda deal. It's also great that they make froyo parfaits with layers of granola, fruits/toppings, and of course, frozen yogurt. Yuuummmm. The icing on the cake (or topping on the yogurt?) was when I was paying to take my treat to go. The manager offered me a bag of ice to carry my yogurt home on! Wowza. I do hope they keep this up, it's amazing how far great treatment will carry you with customers. For that I give 5 stars.

Love this place. Really fresh ingredients. People behind the counter are friendly. I love mango flavor with kiwi and mango topping. Only gripe. Hard to find parking here. Go park by the Longhorn or the Bed and Bath and walk here. Can't understand why it's so packed sometimes.

Pinkberry is "a-ok" by me. During these Yogurt wars we are facing here in Atlanta I would have to say that I am still on team Yoforia. My first experience with Pinkberry was fine and I wouldn't pass up an opportunity to go here if that's what my friends wanted to do. However, if the choice were up to me I'd drive over to Yoforia. I find that Pinkberry is definitely a heavier consistency than Yoforia and could serve as a meal replacement especially if you get the large size. I kind of appreciate the lightness of Yoforia since I typically like to indulge in yogurt post meal. Anyway, the flavors tasted surprisingly similar to me (at least the mango and pom flavors) so going on flavor alone doesn't sway me either way. The Happy Hour discount and frequent buyer cards are pluses for Pinkberry and I'm sure Yoforia will be following suit and starting their own promos pretty soon. I am hoping that at some point I will like the seasonal flavor and be able to participate in the Happy Hour discount. Anyway - my thoughts on the flavors - love the mango and pom. Tried the coconut and it didn't taste like anything. Boring. Also tried the watermelon which tasted like these Bonkers candies I used to eat as a child that were artificially flavored like strawberries. Needless to say I didn't care for the watermelon. In terms of toppings I got strawberries, kiwi and some granola on my mango pom side by side swirl. I was really sad that they didn't have any graham crackers. They kind of skimped on the toppings in my opinion and because of this I will probably try a parfait next time to ensure I get an adequate portion of these goodies. I will go back to Pinkberry but Yoforia is definitely my preference. There is just something about the self serve concept that makes me happy, very happy.

I have to admit, I first went because of the hype. And because I wanted something cold. I also have to admit, I've been to Yoforia, and didn't like that tart style yogurt. So, I was apprehensive about this place, but again, the hype consumed me. So, I took my wife one night for dessert. And I have to say, the great selection of add-ins, the fresh ingredients, the delicious seasonal yogurts made me a fan! Also, all the times I've been I've had great service from friendly people! So, Viva La Pinkberry!

This was my first time at pinkberry. I've tried other frozen yogurt places around Atlanta, and found Pinkberry good- but not really that different from the others. They have a good selection of flavors (5-6) but nothing really amazing. I also found it more expensive than comparable places. Good if you like tart yogurt. And they have my favorite topping- yogurt chips! The location is nice though, in a strip mall with some other new stores. It's bright and clean, with a good outdoor seating area.

This place has some great froyo. I rode my bike up here last week on one of those hundred degree days for an afternoon -- well, meal. I'd like to call it a snack but after the way they piled on the toppings, this ended up being an early supper for me. Already wary of the crowds from reading previous reviews - I set my sights on 3pm on a weekday. I'm figuring -- it can't be that crowded, right? No .. I was ... wrong. I lucked out on finding a parking space (note: very limited) and as I walked into the store I cringed at the double wrapped line that went to the door. Of course, ya know what? This is a small place. There were probably only 12 people in front of me ... but I always expect the worst. Luckily here is where Pinkberry's servers shined for me -- they moved people through the line quickly and efficiently. Even the soccer-mom grouping with five kids-in-tow were able to get their yogurts in what I can only assume to be record time. I stepped up to bat and, I've gotta be honest - I had every intention of going 'healthy' when I came to the place - but upon seeing their non-healthy toppings, that intention was thrown out the window. FRUITY PEBBLES ... yes, that's right. FRUITY PEBBLES AND ORGANIC GUMMY BEARS. I headed outside with my pomegranate and chocolate yogurt mixture topped with fruity pebbles and organic gummy bears and enjoyed slurping down the quickly melting yogurt in the heat. Delicious - the yogurt was great and the toppings made it even more so. Here's where this place earned the fifth star ... I really REALLY don't like to give those out (unlike the hyper-inflated regulars of this site). Really. But the manager on duty earned it. While I was sitting outside and enjoying my froyo an elderly couple in one of those whale-cars drove up and parked their boat right outside the door of the place. At first I was feeling a little grumpy because of their lack of parking etiquette and was thinking "Why can't they park like normal people and just walk?" On second look I noticed that the couple looked to be in their 70's so I decided to just let this one slide. The manager who was outside and wiping down some tables, however, didn't. After wiping the nearest table and quickly asking me if I was enjoying my treat he headed down to their car. "HAH," I thought, "He'll tell them what's what and get them to move their car." He approached their window, knocked on the passenger side and said to the elderly lady after she rolled down her window ... "Maam, sir ... it's really hot out and we've got a long line inside. Is there any way I could take your order for you and bring your yogurt out to you?" Wow. I felt like an ass and wanted to do stand and do a slow-clap for the manager (but there not being anyone else sitting in the patio I decided to save the clap for another time). So ... bravo to the Pinkberry manager ... and for being a better and nicer person than I normally am.

Creative flavors and very fresh fruit toppings. How fresh, you ask? They were cutting up new batches for everything right in front of me. That's about as fresh as you can get without having a farm out back. AND THEY USE REAL CHERRIES. Not the radioactive red super sweet maraschino cherries. Oh no. These are tried and true delicious bing cherries. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. The original was delicious, but my favorites had to be watermelon and pomegranate. Both were refreshing. Chocolate was way, way, way too rich for me. One bite and I was done with that. I was a little disappointed at the amount of yogurt you get (plus it had the lovely pocket of nothingness in the center) but at least it tasted great. Did seem a little expensive compared to other places, especially when you consider that air pocket they leave in the middle. In the area? Sure, I'd hit that. If it's out of my way, though, I'll be looking into closer frozen yogurt locations mostly due to price. I don't think anywhere else I've been to yet has beaten the extremely delicious and fresh fruit toppings, though...

Oh Pinkberry how I've missed thee. When I went to LA you tempted me with your tartness and creamyness. That is before trip two and Yogurtland. Pretty sure my friend Steph and I drove down to the location in Little Tokyo almost everyday for dinner (yes I was THAT girl eating a large as my meal). They finally opened a location in Atlanta last summer and I went once when they were first opened. It was great and I forgot to Yelp about it, but going on Sunday reminded me of why it's so awesome. I got the coconut flavor with mochi, strawberries, blackberries and coconut. Daniel got chocolate with a bunch of chocolate stuff thrown on. It was simply awesome and it was nice to have a piece of Cali in the ATL. :) #Yelp365 - 10/365

I love Pinkberry! I woke up this morning really wanting Pinkberry~! so after lunch today we drove across town to the Cobb Parkway Pinkberry. It was my first Atlanta Pinkberry experience and Pinkberry did not disappoint. So creamy, so tart, so yummy! I like the unlimited toppings, the hubs and I got a large with mochi, mango, kiwi, and waffle cone topping. The waffle cone was a first and it was a nice touch. =) Pinkberry definitely deserves 5 stars, but I take of 1/2 a point for being so far. They really need to open one in the city or somewhere not as far as Marietta. =) So all in all, 4.5 stars!

This little delight is just a party of cold and creaminess of happiness in my mouth! I have loved every seasonal flavor that they have. So far my favorite is the Blood Orange. The fruits are fresh and they have many selections. They also have sweet toppings, i.e. chocolate. Though a bit pricey but so worth it. Its well worth the wait till I get my hands on this delicious treat!

A little swirl of prrretty much OTP heaven..... Pinkberry was totally worth the drive mostly due to the chocolate frozen yogurt. Doesn't sound to pleasant... the idea of taking a pudding and freezing it is quite odd, but the taste is right on point. It's a mixture of chocolate ice cream and pudding. I mixed it with some pomegranate froyo and fresh strawberries and devoured my cup. The balance of chocolate with refreshing fruit was so good. A little on the pricey side, but nice for the occasional treat. I've never seen chocolate froyo before so that was the one thing that made Pinkberry stand out from the rest of them.

Atlanta finally gets the place that countless local froyo shops have been copying. And to be honest, none that I've been to are as good as Pinkberry. We tried two flavors during our first visit. Nova ordered the original, which was tangy in a good way. Then I got the chocolate, which the counter girl told me was made with eight different kinds of cocoa. Rich and decadent, this isn't what you'd expect from frozen yogurt. The large amount of toppings also won me over. Unlike a lot of places that limit your toppings to two, Pinkberry lets you load in as many as will fit in your cup. They had plenty of fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, etc.), a couple of types of cereal and a bunch of sweets (brownie bites, shaved chocolate, more). They even had a couple of special toppings for 50 cents more. Nova tried the chocolate praline sauce on hers and it was delicious. There was also some kind of Nestle crunch sauce as well. Be warned: this location is very, very tiny. There are only four tables inside, so if it's busy (and it will be), you'll be stuck sitting outside on the patio. It's not too bad at 9 at night, but I wouldn't want to sit out there in the hot afternoon sun.

The yogurt is fine, though it doesn't justify the hype. Since I live nearby, I've visited twice in the past month. Both times, it was packed. On my first visit, I got a small coconut that was good but didn't blow me away. The coconut was a bit too subtle, but my toppings helped bring out the flavor. Then a friend and I went by yesterday so she could try it out, and we ended up leaving without yogurt after about 10 minutes of the line not moving. The main server allowed the two women ordering at the counter to try samples of every flavor, while the other two servers (one for toppings, one cashier) just stood behind the counter. This wouldn't be a problem on a slower day, but the queue was nearly out the door, with eleven people waiting patiently ahead of us in a space not amenable to long lines. My friend and I gave up and drove over to Yoforia, which is, in my opinion, a much better deal. I'm hoping that the crowds will lessen once the PB hype has eased a bit, but for now the store is just too crowded and inefficient for me to return anytime soon.

WHAT? When did this open & why did I just find out about it? Regardless, I love Pinkberry. Unfortunately I only get to enjoy it whilst in the NYCity. Driving around Phipps Plaza/Lenox Square today I spotted this gem across the busy traffic & had to get a cup. The mango flavor is my favorite & the best IMO. With some raspberries, mochi, & more mango, it can't be beat. I love that there isn't a limit on toppings, just "as much that comfortably fit in the cup." Now, Pinkberry vs. Red Mango? That's a hard choice. As far as I know, no Red Mango locations exist in the A, so I will be frequenting Pinkberry often when I'm in town.
