Like others have said, this Panera is poorly managed. I'll specifically point to Jim, the manager on duty when we dined here. He was rude. He ignored customers. He belittled his staff. It really is a shame too. We really enjoyed ordering from Dre the cashier. He was incredibly friendly and helped us decide what to order. He was the only saving grace of this place.

There is a management and a quality control issue at this location, and it's been the case for years. I used to come here all the time. After about 6 months, I thought I'd give it another shot. But nothing has changed. My sandwich took forever to make. I watched four or five other orders after mine sail through, but there were three of us standing there looking at our plates while the sandwich guy moved at a snail's pace. I will go to other Paneras, but not this one again. I would be happy to speak with a manager but can never seem to find anyone who looks as if they're in charge. If you're in this neighborhood I recommend Zoe's.

Yeah so i actually come here a lot but the service sucks. The coffee also sucks. I only go due to the convenience of the place and it's relative position to my work. I give it two starts because it's not absolutely useless since they do let you just hang out and have meetings there but I would have given 3 if the wifi actually worked. So yeah not bad food but I only go because of convenience

This Panera sits near my mom's high-rise, so we frequent it several times a year. Most times the service can be hit or miss. One day you'll go in and it's all smiles and how can we help you, and the next time, you have to wait for someone to even acknowledge that you are standing there to place an order. It can get really packed at lunch time. That may be because its about one mile from Piedmont hospital and so you have the hospital staff taking lunches and other surrounding business. I recently went in and got a Kid's sized grill cheese, which is not like the grill cheeses I grew up with. This is a very adult grilled cheese, white, American and Gruyere cheese all melted on thick bread and some bacon thrown in the mix. It was superb and they earn and extra star because the cheese was melted throughout the entire sandwich. As usual with Panera, you can get a little bummed out from paying $10 for a half a grill cheese sandwich and half a salad, but if you let that bother you, you shouldn't be eating at Panera Sits in a shopping center with Willie's and Office Depot,

This panera is right on Peachtree a few blocks from Peachtree battle. It is fairly large in the back and is good for groups. The positives are -goog selection of bread and treats -good sandwiches -good soup The negative -mediocre salads -tables dirty

This is a good place. I had an asiago steak sandwich last night. It was all good, however, it would have been great with an ounce or two more meat on the sandwich. As it was. it was meager and kept slipping around. They did put a huge amount of lettuce on the sandwich. I would recommend a tad more meat, a tad less lettuce, but overall very good.

Poor customer service. Very unorganized. Staff just standing around. Did I mention poor CS. Pastries very dry. Would not recommend this Panera bread.

This is a great panera to go to for take-out. I'm usually in and out with my order in under 10 minutes. There are plenty of seats in the restaurant so it is ideal for large groups of people. The staff is professional and attentive. I highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch.

The staff was very friendly. The salad I ordered to go wasn't worth the $8 I paid for it. But service was quick, and plenty of space to sit if you're eating in.

my usual brunch place after my spinning class on Sundays, great options on sandwiches, soups and salads, oh and the pastries!

Panera saves the day on a Sunday evening. All the preferred, quaint, local businesses have shut their doors around 5pm, leaving me with limited options for free WiFi. Food is consistently tasty at any Panera location. They have great bagels with an array of great cream cheese spreads. Sometimes I'll pick up a loaf of asiago cheese bread when visiting a friend's house. I also enjoy their variety of beverages: options range from iced chai tea latte (my drink of choice) to iced green tea, smoothies, you get the idea. I'm never disappointed with my meal here, and always see something on the menu worth trying. I found the staff really friendly! The person who helped me, Cynthia, was smiling and seemed happy to be working, which was such a pleasant change from workers at other places. I chose my spot to sit carefully, as I would be settling in for a while. I knock off one star for having black plates that cover a majority of electrical outlets. First of all, they LOOK like electrical outlets, so unless you look carefully you could get all settled at a table only to find out that outlet has been blanked off. I'm sure they did this to reduce the amount of people that sit there all day using free WiFi. On the plus side, all the computer-users are stuck close to each other, providing a good opportunity to meet some people! I highly recommend bringing your headphones for maximum concentration and least annoyance. I was hoping to enjoy the rain pitter-pattering on their skylight over the dining room, but the A/C is hella loud, and other customers aren't exactly quiet. I'm enjoying some rainymood.com over my headphones instead :) I'll probably be back next Sunday...

Love this Panera! So many reasons....... The chicken and rice soup (not the lightest, mind you!) is so delicious. I can get my turkey sandwich exactly the way I want it - for me, turkey, romaine, Swiss and LOTS of cucumbers on french bread is perfection. I also highly recommend their Caesar salad (I go with dressing on the side, and no croutons - but use your judgment - note: it is a "creamy" dressing) and if I'm in the breakfast mood, the asiago bagel is tops. Good iced tea, too. What else can you ask for from a "casual sandwich joint"??!! Oh wait - they have wi-fi, too!!

I don't know why this place is open after 6:00-pm. The last fresh coffee is brewed about 5:00-pm so it is real stale 4 hours later at 9:00. Closes at 10:00 but staff gets ornery if you order food less than an hour before then because they are too busy with clean up duties.

My kids love it but I feel like it isn't very clean and the soup spoons have been dirty each time we have been there. Also, I heard carpet floors are a no no at a restaurant. They get really dirty and stinky. Also, one of my pet peeves is an unclean table. All restaurants need to continually make sure the tables and chairs are clean for guests. At 11am, we had to go to 4 tables and they were all unclean so we cleaned it ourselves.

I had a $10 gift card from my Christmas stocking and an hour to kill after church, so I headed to Panera to grab some lunch and abuse the free wifi, which they now threaten to kick you off after just 30 minutes (!). The Chicken Cobb Salad was fine, and like Sara R. I appreciate that it was not over dressed. I wish they offered a list of dressings the have on their menu, as I was not a huge fan of the (Greek?) vinaigrette that came with my Cobb. Even though the line was almost out the door when I arrived, it moved very quickly, and there were lots of tables in a variety of sizes available, so they're clearly equipped to handle the rush here. Their Diet Coke here is also really, really good, and thankfully the fountain was working on my trip today. It's the really sparkly, bubbly, sharp kind, and they have those nice clear plastic glasses, and slices of fresh lemon to add to your drink. Yum. I certainly wouldn't mind getting another gift card to Panera for Christmas next year!

Great location. Good customer service skills and excellent salads and the cheddar broccoli soup with the piece of bread is amazingly tasty. That's all. Carry on..

I know they're a chain, but oh my gosh their tomato soup in a bread bowl is to die for! And it's like a minute's drive from my house! Pastry ecstasy!

Looking for something to eat that's not fast food. Forgot about this place even tho I drive by it twice a day. I arrive about 20 minutes before closing. There are quite a few tables full and folks on computers. Lots of variety on a large menu. I zoomed in on the Italian deli signature sandwich. I asked for it without the roast beef but extra turkey instead. Didn't realize there was an extra charge. Didn't think to ask. And s.o.d. was N.E. clam chowder, my fave. Nice, friendly staff. My food came quickly. Soup was still hot when I got home. Lots of clams, creamy too.The sandwich was great. Plenty of meat and soft bread that wasn't soggy. And I normally don't like ciabatta bread because it's usually hard. For a good sandwich with fresh, quality ingredients and a friendly staff this is the place to be.

Delicious bread and great folks that work there. I accidentally left my purse at the restaurant and came flying back an hour later frantic. They were all smiles and handed it over after verifying it was really mine. Definitely would eat there again anytime!!

I'll get to why it gets 2 stars rather than 1 in a second, but the reason it gets a low rating in my book is simple. I went in there and ordered 2 Cinnamon Crunch Bagels and a Coffee. I noticed they were out of Cinnamon Crunch Bagels. (Which Panera runs out of one of their most popular bagels at 9:20 a.m. and doesn't have fresh ones almost ready?) So, I'm told that it would be 10 minutes. I shrugged and agreed. 10 minutes goes by and no sign of them. 15 minutes goes by, nothing. 20 minutes goes by and now I'm noticing people that arrived at the same time I did were already leaving after eating their breakfast. At 25 minutes, I was done. I approached the cashier and said that I would like a refund. Brent, the manager, looked at me and said "Did we not tell you how long it was going to be?" I said yes, you told me it was going to be 10 minutes and that was 25 minutes ago. He gave me a refund and I left. What I was really thinking was this: "Yes, asshole. You told me it would be 10 minutes and while I've been sitting here with my thumb up my ass, I still haven't seen any Cinnamon Crunch Bagels pass through. And oh yeah, at Starbucks, they would offer the 2 lousy bagels for free since your service sucked so bad." With that, Panera...you've just lost a customer. For others who aren't as impatient and expect things to be done when others say they'll be done...they have free wi-fi. There, that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

The Mediterranean breakfast sandwich here is not as good as the spinach, tomato, egg, & cheese equivalent at Starbucks. The bread was very hard. The egg was a little bit too salty. It was also slightly more expensive.

The people working at this place are so friendly! You know when you walk up to order at most Panera's and the cashier doesn't even speak to you? They just look at you and use their eyes as a means of asking you "what do you want to eat?" This isn't that Panera! My wife and I walk here pretty often for lunch and dinner. I'm a creature of habit and order the pick two with the chipotle turkey sammich and either the chicken noodle soup or caesar salad. She's a lot more adventurous and tries other things; none ever a disappointment. Except when they're out of mac & cheese!! I did try their holiday babka the other night. That was really good! The coffee cake will always be my favorite though.

I'll admit that I only came here because I needed to use the internet badly during a break from work. So I decided to each lunch here, and I have to say that the sandwich I had was so good I'm still thinking about it. I had the Smoked Turkey Panini... it's was pure goodness. The staff was friendly and the dining room was clean and very large. There's also a small patio in the front and one in the back. It was also a plus that it wasn't crowded at all. I'll definitely make it back there. The free wifi and delicious sandwich are enough to keep me coming back.

This location is lucky I love Panera in general and lucky they are close to my house. The incompetency level of this location is shocking and it never gets better. They never have enough bagels in the morning, they never get my order right, and I'm always leaving feeling like its my fault! Like I said, they are lucky there are no Einstiens Bros nearby and I like the brand or I would never come to this location!

Love love love the French onion soup. Do they serve anything else here? Lol. This location is great in regards to customer service and atmosphere. Tends to be busy during the week with the lunch crowd, but they have your order ready for you pretty quickly..

For a chain, these are some darn good sandwiches and the bread is what makes you come back for more. My favorite sandwich is the Sierra Turkey which is served on foccacia. I just ask them to hold the onions. The Kruncher chips are also really the crunchiest chips I've ever had. They make me feel like my teeth are going to come out because they sound so loud when you bite into them. The sandwich is really big enough to eat some and then save the rest for later.

Like any other Panera bread, their sandwiches are fantastic. 99 cent pastry with combo purchase. The customer service is great. This location they have a very nice outside patio with a lot of seats. I also come here to study sometimes since they have free wifi and often a quiet place .

Popped in to grab a meal with a colleague to discuss business. Went to the bathroom to wash hands before meal, walked straight out of the store. I will not eat in a place with such disgusting female bathrooms. Do better Panera.

Ok, so i stopped by for breakfast yesterday morning. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. My first time being in a Panera and I only went because i have a lot of friends that LOVE the place. The bagel was nothing special so i ended up eating the rest of my friend's meal. It was something with spinach and bacon....maybe Quiche? That was very yummy. What grossed me out was the huge roach i found lying on the floor on my way out half dead and half alive. So im not going back there.

This Panera location was good. Sometimes they are out of things..probibly from the heavy lunch crowd. But you can enjoy a good meal sitting outside under the trees watching cars go by. One time I got a greek salad and the lettuce was not fresh..so look it over before digging in. :)

Although there are great independent restaurants in the area, sometimes you're just looking for consistency of a chain. Panera delivers with great sandwiches (frontega chicken is my fave) and some good soups. The free wi-fi and Peachtree Rd patio gives it a couple of extra marks as well
