What can I say? I love Panera. One friend says I should buy stock. This is, hands down, my favorite Panera location. Service is great! The manager is always visible and helps prepare food and take orders during busy times. Along those lines, this location gets very busy at lunch (11-1:30). Have a friend snag a table for you so that you have a place to eat. The food is solid. I always get the Thai Chopped Chicken salad, the Smokehouse Turkey sandwich, or the Sierra Turkey sandwich. They are all delicious. My sister loves their Mac and Cheese, although I haven't tried it yet. If you haven't been yet, check it out.

Rude manager was definitely not nice to me, but she let some man cut in front of everyone because he got coffee earlier and wanted an egg sandwich. So much for first come first serve, not to mention she was extremely rude. For the price of Panera, you can definitely get better service and food elsewhere - i.e. Great Harvest Bread Company / Alon's / H&F bread company.

Always love my food here. I get a pick 2 and substitute the side for a cinnamon crunch bagel.

I came here for dinner before a long night of classes at Dance 101. I wanted something light, but that would stick with me for three hours. I settled on the mango smoothie and the asiago roast beef sandwich. For being a little heavy on the beef, cheese, and horsradish mayo, the sandwich was surprisingly light. It was also huge. The smoothie was also good. I wasn't totally blown away by either, but I wasn't expecting miracles. I saved the second half of the sandwich and chips for lunch the next day. The one thing that bothered me was the girl at the counter. I decided fairly quickly what I wanted, but she was busy just shooting the breeze with someone, so I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes. Finally she either decided the conversation was over or saw me fidgeting and told me she was open. It wasn't anything huge, but I feel like when I walked up, she could've finished talking and taken my order. It's not like she asked if I was ready and I said no. I'll probably keep it in my rotation of pre dance meal choices, especially since it's during a relatively slow time of day.

Typical Panera here, with delicious sandwiches, and great bread. I particularly LOVE the tuna salad; I think they put crack in it, because after I have it for lunch, I wake up later that night with the sweats, craving the delicious tuna salad... but anyway... My only real gripe about this Panera is exclusive to this location. As someone who works in this area, I was elated to have a new choice for lunch, and apparently, I am not the only one. If you don't get to this place by 11:30, you are going to be greeted with a very long line, and limited seating. A friend of mine and I agree that the offering of free wifi is a good idea in theory, but it means that people will camp out, leaving fewer tables for new customers. If you don't mind the wait, and you can find a place to sit, definitely come to this Panera. I am just glad that this is what they chose to put here, because we have been needing a good staple place like this for a while now; and as I said, the busyness of the place is clearly indicative of that fact.

This is a great addition to the neighborhood. Not only is the food GREAT and reasonably priced, there's something for everyone. Of course the temptation of their baked goods often supersedes good judgement. The layout of the place is of particular note. This was DESIGNED, not just some big rectangle. The space is divided into smaller "rooms" and they also have one huge "community table" where I had a church committee meeting of 8 people. Really thoughtfully developed. Be careful around midday though....you could get trampled. EVERY seat is taken by fellow telecommuters, and the line for lunch is out the door before noon. Still, the staff manages the rush well for a new crew, and promises to improve their speed even more with experience. Their coffee may not be QUITE as good as the next-door Starbucks, but their ambience and food MORE than makes up for it. I think Starbucks should buy Panera...but keep the free WiFi!

I'm smitten with the Loehmann's plaza and it's delights. Panera is always packed when I arrive, typically around lunch. The staff is so very friendly, and even when the line is long, they keep things moving pretty fast. I'm usually "ordered and out" in less than ten. Their booths, high-tops and tables are consistently filled with students and business-folk, so the volume is at pretty high capacity. I rarely order salad, but I can always count on the Thai Chopped Chicken or the Asian Sesame Chicken. They are extra hearty and robust with flavor--ie. the Thai Chicken has loads of edamame beans. Mmm. Panera also has those big comfy shaded couches outside, with umbrellas. Eating al fresco with a bowl of their French Onion soup and a baguette makes for a perfect lunch break for me. If you're feeling in-for-a-treat, the iced drinks are really delicious. I don't think they have them anymore, but I used to get an "Iced honeydew green tea" which was smoothie-form and to die for. Luckily they still have the Frozen Caramel and other smoothie options. Coming in for breakfast? Please. They have you covered. As Jenna Maroney would say: My muffin-top is all-that. Whole grain, low-fat I know you want a piece of that. But I just wanna dance.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating, but a Panera Bread is a Panera Bread. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. The ample seating, free wi-fi, and friendly staff all help make visiting this location a pleasant experience. The food here is what you'll find at any Panera Bread. I'm a big fan of the sandwiches from both their breakfast and regular menu. My favorites include the bacon turkey bravo and the italian combo. Another highlight is their broccoli cheddar soup; be sure to try the bread bowl! The rest of their menu is less remarkable. The salads are okay, but are overpriced for what you're getting. Smoothies are an option too, but they're way too sweet and the flavors taste so artificial. Most menu items come with the side item choice of chips, bread, or apple. None of these options are that great. Just because you print "gourmet" all over the bags of chips doesn't make them taste good. My final complaint is the store's practice of calling out your name for your order. They used to ask you for your name when they take you order - I was fine with that. Now they use the name from your credit card - it's annoying. For the sake of full disclosure, I am Asian. My credit card uses my official, Asian, hard to pronounce name. Every time I go to pick up my order, one of three things happens: 1) The server says my name loudly, proudly, and incorrectly. Then he looks surprised and offended that I didn't realize my name was being called. 2) The server mumbles something under his breath and then quickly looks away. 3) The server looks at the screen, his eyes go wide as he sees my name, then he silently slides my order onto the counter. Joy.

I have always loved Panera. They have so many great food options that are healthy for you. Stephen gave us great service and was patient with our ordering questions. I had the Broccoli Cheese Soup and a half Turkey on Asiago Foccacia Bread. It was filling and delicious!

It seems lately I have been eating out quite a bit again. I am going to have to call 1800 jenny very soon. Anyway, I had their Turkey on homade honey wheat bread and could not pass up a bag of chips. I have been doing really well staying away from chips. Chips or fries seem to go with everything. Anyway, they need to rethink their sweet tea. They need to find out the secret recipe from Chik-Fil-A. Paneras Tea tastes nasty. Everytime I go there and I still try it thinking it must be good today but dissapointment always sets in. So I have to trash it and go with my second favorite Diet Coke. Just for the taste of it.

I love Panera. I love French Onion Soup. I love fresh sandwiches. I love organic apples. I love orange scones. I love plentiful seating with free wifi. So, this panera makes me happy. One note: service is so snotty here. Staff needs a big slice of humble pie.

Panera is always a great place to go if you want fast and reasonably healthy food. I was in yesterday night and had a great experience. The entire staff was so friendly. Everyone that I can in contact with said hi and asked how I was doing....this hardly ever happens at a semi fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh and you know exactly what you're going to get.

I'm going through a panini phase right now, and this brand new, month-old Panera isn't going to help me break it anytime soon (as if I'd want to!). The sandwiches are simply fantastic, and there's a variety of side items to choose from. The inside was very spacious, and was set up in a sort of angular manner, which allows for plenty of privacy in case you bring your laptop to use the free wi-fi and, like me, don't like people looking over your shoulder. The staff were friendly as well.

Stopped by here for something healthy today after last night's debauchery at Loca Luna,LOL. I had the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. It was very good. Even though this place is a chain, I think they do a really good job on their salads....the salads are all I can really speak about since I haven't had anything else there (except for the bread that comes with the meal). It's a good place to eat for someone that is trying to control their weight. It beats Burger King or McDonald's at least,LOL. However, I would check the nutrition information on their website for their various items before you go here if you are concerned about this sort of thing.

I have no choice but to rate you a 4 because I spend a lot of money here. It would be nice if the staff cleaned off the table and chairs regularly. It pisses me off when I spend $8 or $9 and have to prep the table.

I'm a huge Panera fan..eat there at least once a week. This location however is lacking when it comes to service. No warm and fuzzies and the one thing I had to have - the Toffee Nut cookie was hard as a brick. Not one time, but twice inside of 7days. You guys have got to learn to toss them out...

What's not to love about this place- the bread is AWESOME, and I'm not even a bread lover and the sandwiches are killer! I was excited to find out that there were a Panera Bread in my neighborhood! This location was just opened, I guess there was an old cafe restaurant that was knocked down for this cool chain. I was amazed to see how big this place was! There are lots of parking spaces available, but getting out of the plaza is tricky since traffic on N. Druid Hills at Briarcliff SUCKS a big one. However, there was plenty of seats inside and outside, and is DANGEROUSLY close to Starbucks, which is set to open soon. What a fantastic way to live! Coffee and baguettes anyone?

Enough, already, with the "Would you like to try one of our scrumptious desserts for 99 cents? And "Do you have a Panera Card?". grrr. But thank you for taking my suggestion to heart and limiting wifi during peak....

Best of both worlds with this location. Starbucks and Panera share seating right next to each other . This means you can get your coffee at one place and your food at the other. The outside seating is super comfy during the summer time with outside sofas and plenty of good ppl watching. It's also one of the most diverse places in Atlanta due to the CDC, Emory and it's close to Buckhead.
