This panera bread is conveniently located near my job and I absolutely love it. This morning I had the egg and cheese ciabatta and now for lunch I just got the power chicken hummus bowl. Getting ready to try and see how it is...I'm sure it's gonna be good.

Ordered food for staff online for rapid pick up . Ordered was submitted at 11:30 and was scheduled to pick up at 12:40 . Once I arrived to pick up our food the cashier says no order was submitted. Then when she refreshed her screen our ordered popped up on the screen and she said it was "never accepted". The time was already 1:10pm they rushed to get our order ready and gave our staff free cookies because of the inconvenience but then when we took the food back to work all orders were completely wrong and we were missing items so we had to drive all the way back. Usually they do ok when we summit our order on line for rapid pick up but I don't know if it was new crew members or maybe it was a bad day but it was just over horrible.

First off first impressions are everything... this place has a funky smell to it when you enter. But I digress. I have stopped in for a quick breakfast pickup In the way to work a few times and always they do not have items prepared or claim to be out of it. how is it that you are not prepared for customers prior to opening your doors everyday??? Yesterday I wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting in a latte only to be told that the machine hadn't been on and needs to warm up??? Really?? And this was the manager that advised me that I can wait if I want. No thanks Starbucks here I come.

They made us happy and more alert this morning. Service was fast giving my order and getting it. They had several workers here waiting on is. I got of course a coffee but I also got a cherry pastry so I can last till lunch. The coffee was great and the pastry I got was delicious. The dining room is big and appealing. They were playing classical music on a low volume which is good to help wake you up. You finding a parking place depends on how early you get here.

Come here for lunch break sometimes. It's a standard Panera, but the people that work there are so nice compared to a lot of similar places I've been. I'm really indecisive when it comes to what I want to eat and they're always happy to give me their honest opinions about the menu items and their favorites.

Not even close to my favorite Panera. I have tried to do rapid order at this location several times without success. because this location is right next to my work, I order breakfast from my house before I leave for my 30 minute commute, so they have more than enough time to get it ready before I get there. Only once have they had it ready for me when I went to pick it up, and they got the order wrong. They are always out of soufflés in the morning, and the coffee and creamers are typically empty. I have the same problems when I go there for lunch. When I rapid order, they get my order wrong or it isn't ready when I get there. When I order there, it takes in 30 minutes to get my food ready. This is the only Panera I've been to that I've had these sorts of problems.

I usually get their 1/2 sandwich/pasta 1/2 soup. Their French onion soup is the best! I usually get baguette with the half and half deal, and put the baguette in my soup. Great soup for cold weather especially.

I have gone back to Panera twice for the same smoothie. The quality of the smoothie was significantly better - during both visits. Unfortunately the customer service was still pretty underwhelming. I'm not sure why the staff is so unfriendly and lack the ability to say please and thank you, but as long as their food continues to hit the mark, I'll stay on as a repeat customer.

Not sure who this lady is behind the counter (no name tag) but she wears a red shirt with an apron (maybe a manager??) But the last couple times we've been here she has had a smug/narcissistic look on her face, with an attitude of "I don't care" in her voice while taking orders. Even as we were waiting in line today, we said to each other "Please not her" to take our order, because we know her history. No such luck. She disappeared for over 5min after we ordered with her to restock cream cheese while my husband stood in a busy line waiting too pay. And this particular day I also watched as she peeled a fingernail off a finger as she was ringing is up (Clearly an urgent task). Who knows where it ended up. Just gross. I have no other issues with this Panera besides this particular employee. Make her go away. Please.

First visit to this pretty new Panera today, for a quick lunch with Dad. I enjoy most Paneras and this one definitely has better parking options than the one near me by Peachtree Battle (and it's one closer to my parents' place) and I like going on Thursdays when they almost always have the tasty creamy chicken and rice soup. We both got the sandwich and soup combos (the half sandwich for me for $7.99 and the full sandwich for Dad for $8.99) with the chicken and rice soup. I think their combos are a great value at the prices - mine would have been $6.99 if I had gotten a traditional like the turkey on French that I like, but I wanted the tomato and mozz on toasted ciabatta because I thought it sounded delicious and wanted to try something different. Dad got tuna salad and cleaned his plate and bowl; I didn't quite finish as I found the serving very generous, but we both enjoyed our meals. All the employees were helpful and polite, and sitting on the porch was nice. Yay, Panera - I shall return when I'm nearby or maybe even seek out this store on purpose!

Very nice and friendly. Great service, and wonderful employees. One of my favorite Panera breads to frequent.

I'm so glad this location opened. I LOVE panera but I don't like the location at Lenox Mall. I just feel like the food isn't that good there. This is a standalone Panera with wonderful food and employees. I haven't been disappointed with any of the food options here (it's your typical panera) and love the spacious layout. The only thing missing from this panera is a drive through!

Believe it or not, I had never even stepped foot into a Panera Bread until recently. I guess I'm just not big into bakeries and cafes in general. However, this particular location is the closest to my apartment, and I was in the mood for something quick but healthier than fast food one Saturday afternoon. When I walked in, there was only one other customer ordering food. I looked up at the menu on the wall. Knowing that I wanted a chicken salad sandwich, I chose the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich because based on the description, I thought it sounded really good. I ordered my sandwich to go. As I was paying, the cashier asked if I had a "MyPanera" member card. Since I did not, she activated one for me and told me that I need to register on mypanera.com . Apparently, it's a reward card which allows you to earn "surprises" by presenting your card every time you make a purchase at participating Panera Bread locations. The website is very vague about how you earn rewards, but I guess the more you use it, the better. I just signed up and received the following first surprise: "Present your card and enjoy a Free Pastry or Sweet" The reward must be redeemed within 60 days or you lose it since it will expire. After I paid for my meal, the cashier handed me a buzzer which would notify me when my food was ready. As soon as I started to get some water from the fountain machine, the buzzer went off! I was impressed at how quickly my sandwich was prepared. * Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich ($6.99) - Per the menu description, this consists of "All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, diced celery, seedless grapes, almonds & our special dressing. Served with lettuce & tomato, on our Sesame Semolina bread." All sandwiches are served with your choice of an apple, baguette, or potato chips as well as a pickle spear. I chose the chips, which are plain (no other choice of flavors) and kettle cooked. The sandwich was absolutely fresh and delicious. I loved the almonds and dressing! I highly recommend this sandwich to anyone who's a fan of chicken salad sandwiches. It's one of the best I've had! Overall, this Panera Bread location gets 4 stars for its quick, friendly service and delicious Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. I'm glad it's so close to me and know that I will be frequenting this location due to the convenience. It makes it even better that it's relatively healthy compared to fast food. I'll be back soon... Decided to get a bagel this morning. It's so annoying when you have to yell throughout the restaurant to get an employee's attention. Apparently they were too busy BS'ing in the back. Then they felt like they had to give me attitude for disturbing them. Unbelievable!

This is a really nice new Panera location. They have a decent amount of seating and even some outdoor space. Overall really happy to have this location so close to our neighborhood. I absolutely love their Spinach Power salad - check out the other hidden power items as well.

Rapid order at this location is pointless. My order wasn't ready at the pick up time. The people ordering at the counter when I walked in got their food before I did.

While I know Panera Bread is a chain, and my preference is home grown places, they are still solid and a pleaser when it comes to good food and a comfortable place to eat. Today was the second time I have eaten at this location. The parking lot has ample space because it is in a shopping center and the parking was just redesigned and for the better I might add. It is an easy in an easy out of the shopping center as well. The employees at the counter who take your order are great; they are excited to be there and answer any questions you have (and today with a twist of nice humor). I ordered the Take 2 and got the Asiago Roast Beef half sandwich (sans the onions) , a Caesar salad and chips. The sandwich was perfect. The only reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5 stars, was because while the Caesar salad was good; it was a little watery. They probably did not dry the lettuce after washing which you are supposed to do before putting on the dressing. I had barely filled up my cup at the soda fountain when my buzzer I was given went off telling me my food was ready. Great service and fast! The atmosphere is comfortable and has 2, 4 and 6 people tables. There is not a huge seating area, so if you are having lunch here, better be there early (no later than 11:45) or you will have a hard time finding seating. I will definitely will be back and hope you get a chance to visit. Always a nice dining experience here!!

Yummy!!! Their salads are delicious! And you can opt for their "you pick two" which allows you to get half a salad, half sandwich, or soup in any combination. Their paninis are tasty and most of their food is reasonable as far as calories go. Their bagels are good too! Their cream cheese is my favorite. A good place to go for lunch with colleagues!

Panera is always a pretty solid spot for sandwiches and soups - this new location is very nice. It gets crowded, so it's better when you can sit on the patio. The big kid grilled cheese with applewood smoked bacon = awesome.

The usual good, Panera soups and salads in a very convenient location for those of us near Chastain Park. The location can get extremely busy at lunch time, so try to go a few minutes before noon, or after 1 pm. There's outdoor seating in nice weather. Free wi-fi too, and that actually causes a bit of a problem because of the free loaders that buy a cup of coffee and then camp out at a tale for hours. Try the "Secret Menu" salads --- which are not printed on the regular menu. They'll have to tell you what they are or you can look them up on the web site. They're more nutrient rich and lower calorie than their normal menu items.
