My daughter kept telling me about this wonderful Noodle in midtown. We went the other day and it was very good. We started with the Pork Dumplings and they were perfect. I had the TomYum Koong soup and it was spiced just right. My daughter had the Bulgogi and it was as good as any she'd ever had. And she knows Bulgogi from her grandmother who was born in Soeul. The service was excllent and we were attended to often and she knew her stuff. My company will be moving to midtown in a couple of years and this will be a regular lunch stop.

I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant that serves fried rice and Pho... Found it! Priced reasonably and I love the atmosphere. It is always relaxed and nicely decorated. Makes me feel like I'm in a small Vietnamese restaurant in Vietnam! My server was professional and efficient. The Pho was just ok. The brisket was tough. I guess I like to put my own meat in and let in cook to med rare. This seems pre cooked or cooked in the broth which makes it tough. Overall just ok.

I don't think Noodle sells itself as an authentic Chinese or Asian restaurant. More like Asian Fusion or fusion cuisine. So anyway, it is not fair to criticize the restaurant just cos it is not authentic like those served in authentic Asian restaurants. Service here is definitely a 5 star! Our server was friendly and kept checking with us if we were happy with our food or if we needed anything. This guy can easily work in Astor Court. Food is 4/5 stars for me. While I truly enjoyed the Famous Fried Rice (with chicken), it is not something I would specially make a trip there to have it. The good thing about me (lol) is usually I judge restaurants (or people, lol lol) based on what they are really selling and not how they compare to how authentic the noodles or rice should taste like. I will not give a one star rating to say Panda Express just because the food is no authentic Chinese food. Come to think of it, I have never been to a Panda Express. The point is I judge a place based on how tasty the food is, the service and the ambience/surrounding. The fried pork dumpling is very good (and authentic too), that's a 5 star for me, the dumpling skin is paper thin, and the meat inside was fresh and very tasty. I basically knocked off one star since parking spots were so limited and very tight. Would definitely come here more if I can walk here from home.

Noodle is a nice asian food option within walking distance of midtown area with an outdoor patio to enjoy in a nice sunny day. I have been there couple times and had the kung pao tofu bowl, which was a little light on the tofu but pertty flavorful. Another time we had the kung pao chicken and seafood noodle bowl.

Two things led me to come here even after reading mediocre reviews. 1. It is walking distance from my friend's house. 2. There was a scoutmob deal. It's located right next to Villains and across the street from the Vortex. The menu has a plethora of different "noodle" and rice dishes. They serve pho, jjambong, laksa (curry noodle soup, I believe), lo mein, etc. Daniel B. was right -- servers are extremely friendly! Christian, our sever for the night, was very attentive, and also knowledgeable about the menu. He was not only able to throw out suggestions, but why those would be good choices depending on what we were looking for. My friend ended up getting the crunch grouper, and I got the satay chicken salad. The salad comes with three skewers of lemongrass chicken, mango, radish, bean sprouts, romaine lettuce, and the vermicelli noodles. It also comes with a peanut sauce. This reminds me a lot of the cold vermicelli noodles you get at Vietnamese restaurants, but a confused version. Overall, I found it to be a little bland and too reliant on the peanut sauce for flavor. I think this has to do with the vegetables not being fresh. The crunch grouper was okay. It came on this deceivingly giant bowl-plate but most of it was brown rice. The sauce was sweet, and the fish was okay. I think if you're really craving Asian food and not wanting to drive a couple of extra miles, this place would be okay. But otherwise, you're much better off getting on 85 and hitting up Buford Highway, or even Decatur for some decent Vietnamese and Thai food.

Summary: Sangria & Thai Fries! Free Parking is in a small lot where the restaurant is located, so usually there is not enough parking during busy hours. Food was ok, Service was awesome though for a busy Saturday night. We started out with some appetizers. I tried the lemongrass-basil soda with them. That was a bust. Tastes like watered-down sprite. My cousin got fresh spring rolls. The rice paper was hard. I'm use to Vietnamese fresh spring rolls such as ones from Saigon Cafe. Those are my favorite and these did not compare. Sauce that came with them was good though. We also got some peach sangria, which tastes peachy! ($29 for pitcher that was good enough for 3 drinks for 3 people) Thai fries were a must-try though! The sriracha mayo was an awesome sauce and the spices on the fries were great. I wasn't a fan of the dumplings or fried rolls either. We didn't order any entree, but my cousin got the salad with masaman chicken. The quality of the food was awesome, but I didn't like the set-up. The menu made it seem like it was going to be a salad, but it was literally lettuce and avocado on one side with masaman chicken on the other. Might be my interpretation though. My friends got some thai noodles that looked good though! I guess next time I go to "noodle" I should try something with "noodles" lol.

Nasty!! Absolutely the most gross food around. Better to go eat fast food than eat this trash. Crappy service!! Never eat here again. Gave it many chances but got worse and worse each time.

Terrible asian food. I guess you could add one or two stars if you're into that fusion stuff. It's really hard to mess up staple items such as pad Thai and fried rice but noodle has seemed to accomplish what Panda Express has been trying to avoid for years... Mass production failure. Glad I tried the place with a scoutmob coupon, otherwise I probably would have called the manager over to explain. On a good note, the restaurant location is awesome. Right on Peachtree with a patio and nice view to people watch. Parking is in front if you're lucky. Have never been inside but can't say if I ever will in the near future. Good luck!

Wanted some pho on the way out of town on our trip back home to Jacksonville Fl. Super happy that my map app led us to Noodle. The fried veggie dumplings were great and the Pho Nam was killer. My fiancé and I eat a lot of pho and this place definitely does it right. The broth was delicious and the cuts of beef they used were great. Loved the meatballs. Can't wait to come back try their other soups next time I'm in the area. Great service as well :)

I had lunch with a friend here yesterday and it was my first time visiting this establishment. We went during their peak lunch rush and the restaurant was a bit busy but we were seated immediately. We waited for at least 5 minutes for our server but he apologized for the wait and immediately took our order. Our food came out pretty fast and the service was pretty good in spite of our initial long wait. I have to say the food was so-so. I had the chicken Lo Mein and I wasn't overly impressed with the flavor. The food had too much garlic and it overwhelmed the entire dish. I would be willing to give this place another try and have something different on the menu to see if I had just made a poor choice with the Lo Mein.

I learned about Noodle through Scoutmob. After that, I was addicted. The Miso Udon Noodle Soup ($9) is my favorite. It is my obsession. There is at least four servings of soup in one bowl so I'm alway able to take some home. I cannot say enough good things about it. This soup is the best thing to have before a night of partying. I have reccomended this place to at least ten people and I don't think they can do anything wrong in my eyes. Everything I've tried here has been good, the staff is friendly, I really love the atmosphere and the chinese demons painted on the wall.

Long overdue for an updated review: This place has definitely grown on me over the years and saved my life when I was on a strict "soft foods only diet". The food itself has improved with a lot more flavor over the years. What used to have bits of frozen peas and carrots is now fried rice (my de-facto) with a very fresh aroma with all white meat too. For a real kick try the Singapore noodle dish. Still kudos for the friendly staff and service. They even take special requests too. Make nice with them and you'll get to sample some experimental booze-hol too. :-)

I would have given a ZERO star if that is allowed. We ordered lemonade (noodle's lemonade) described as fresh and homemade on the menu, but we got a glass of plain water with a hint of typical fountain lemonade. Seriously, for $3.50, that is really an insult. I ordered Singapore noodle which was fine. Nothing special but nothing bad. My wife ordered Basil noodle, which was awful. The noodle was cook alright, but that was pretty much it. The bowl was soaked with ketchup-like sauce sprinkling with tiny pieces of meat. She ate less than a third of it. Anyhow, one more restaurant in a walking distance checked off the list forever at $29 is not too horrible.

We took a group of 7 there today and were very pleased with our service from Diane as she was friendly and speedy with our delicious apps and entrees. I asked for some extra sauces and such and she didn't wince. All the food was delicious and tasty especially the Singapore Noodles. My only suggestion is if they had some hot chiles to spice my food, but no probs on that. You will be please with anything on the menu and the portions are huge! Thank you Noodle MidTown, and Diane!

I enjoyed my meal here!!! Parking stinks but hey you are in Atlanta. The lunch menu is great and the noodle bowls are HUGE. Had enough left over for the next day! Ate the shrimp curry noodles - SO GOOD! The veggie steamed dumplings are also really good. I think it is a great spot for lunch and quick dinner!!

You'd think that because this place is called "Noodle" that their noodles would be good.... WRONG. It's obvious that they don't make their own noodles because they tasted dry, grainy, and very bland. I actually enjoyed their appetizers more. Prices are decent though, but you get what you pay for. TIP: If you order their Thai Iced Tea or any iced beverage. Ask for no ice. If you get ice, you'll end up finishing your drink in 5 milliseconds.

My husband and I had lunch at Noodle this past Sunday. We'd gone to 2 other Asian restaurants beforehand, but they'd all been closed. Noodle was a last resort for Asian, and I wish I had researched the restaurant more so I would know what to expect. The atmosphere is high hipster and sexy and close. (I'd originally been looking for something more relaxed.) The staff seemed rushed or preoccupied. The food was all right. Satay Chicken: Not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. Singapore noodles with shrimp: Large portion, noodles cooked perfectly, a bit more curry powder than I would like, I couldn't eat a lot before I had to stop because I felt like I would smell like curry for days. Bulgogi bop: Pretty yummy, pretty darn close to the authentic bulgogi flavors I had while living in Korea, best with the fragrant Jasmine rice, could have used some more kimchi on the side. My husband said the kimchi tasted metallic. -- I'd be willing to give Noodle another chance to impress me, and I'd love to try some of their exotic cocktails and sodas, but I would not order the same things I did this time.

Our server, Stephanie was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better waitress. Decor and ambiance were nice. Even though we made a reservation a day ahead of time, the hostess did not put out the right amount of chairs for our party, and some of us had to sit separately. The Asian-American food was quite expensive for the amount given, and the quality was not up to par. I was not satisfied with my $13 seafood bowl. 4 of the people I was sitting with said that their soup tasted like instant ramen, and a few others complained that there were not nearly enough noodles in their bowl. Pros: service, ambiance Cons: food quality, food amounts

Please don't come here if you want Pho, or Chinese. Any place that tries to accomplish both, along with curry (although to be fair I have not had the curry) is, in my humble opinion going to lose ground on all fronts. Service: 5 stars for the female waiter that found me limes for the Pho, she was great despite the sad presentation of all the dishes. Originally I was brought lemon wedge on my garnish plate for pho and told by the tired looking male server that when lemons show up it "usually means the limes aren't looking so good." I guess he meant that the limes were looking about like the completely wilted basil that was also on the garnish plate. I'm still surprised and bummed out they even put it on there. The broth was way too salty and heavy, nothing like real Pho restaurants. My roommate had a Chinese-inspired Chicken and rice dish of sorts. The rice was dry, had clearly been sitting around for a while. Sauce tasted like something from the grocery store that you pour out of a bottle and would have better luck with at home where you know the produce is actually fresh. The vermicelli spring rolls were sloppily put together, although the best tasting thing we ordered. I want to like this place especially since it's right down the street. But I wouldn't come back.

I've eaten here a few times, thought the place was great, today I ordered a to go order. A kitchen member was really blowing his nose and cleaning it right in front of people at by bar, I thought that was really nasty. He should have went into the restroom. I'm not sure if I'm really going to be returning.

I came here for the first time a few days ago to have dinner. the menu was simple and had a nice range of foods to choose from. I had the fried rice and it was delicious! my friends both had the pho and they loved it too! only complaint would be the service. they were friendly, however we waited about 20 mins just sitting there waiting for the check after eating, the waitress wouldn't even come to our table! but other than this minor issue, I loved it!

I've been here twice for lunch. I've had the Singapore Noodles both times. It is really yummy. Sometimes it might be a little too salty though. The Singapore Noodles is one of the "Speedy Stir-Fry Bowls" and it the item does come out quite fast! Very impressed. I've definitely had better Thai Iced Tea though. Also, the edamame was not quite cooked all the way like I would've liked. The service is very friendly. I will definitely come back for just noodles though!

Noodle is an affordable quick to-go option for most people living or working in Midtown. The food is unremarkable, and the sometimes a little oily, but certainly not bad. The last few times I have been here, I have had some drinks and dined at the bar. Noodle has a great beer list, covering lots of ground and it is very well priced. Similarly, they also have a nice assortment of wines in the $22-24 range. These are actually better then you might expect at that range. Think $10-12 bottles as opposed to $8-9 bottles. I have never had anything great to eat here. But in its defense I have never had anything bad, and the prices are very affordable. The General Manager is a real hoot. A great guy to kill some time chatting with at the bar while enjoying some nice beers.

I have been to this location of Noodle several times to dine in and carry out. The service is always great and fast even when they are busy. Parking here is very limited but there are several pay surface lots nearby to park at if the few spots they have are full. They also have a full bar. The food can be hit or miss depending on what you order. The Kimchee Fried Rice and Crunch Beef are really good and I would highly recommend ordering them. I also like the Miso Soup here and the Dumplings for appetizers. I'd stay away from any seafood items as the seafood always tastes less then fresh and you can definitely taste it. I'd also stay away from the Pho Nam. The broth they use is really good but the slices of beef they give you are really dry and one time when I got carry out I noticed a green slimy film on the meat. This was a one-time occurrence but I will still never order this dish from here again. That and there are several other places in town to get great Pho. I've also tried the Miso Udon Noodle soup and I like it. My overall impression of Noodle is positive with the exception of staying away from the Pho and seafood items. The prices are very reasonable and they are always on ScoutMob, so if you haven't checked them out I'd recommend doing so.

Service was really good. Food was also good. The only drawback is they are a little confused on what kind of Asian food restaurant it is. Lots of choices from different cultures - but missing a lot of the best staples such as lumpia, pancit, yakisoba, banh mi, teriyaki, bbq pork, etc. So many things they could add to this "fusion asian" menu and it'd be great!

  • Ashley M.

I've dined at Noodle a few times with high hopes, but every time it seems I leave disappointed. I like the Asian fusion idea, but I think this place completely misses the boat on good Asian food. In my last two experiences, I had the Salmon topped with a honey-soy glaze and a side of green beans. Although I was very hungry at the time, this was one of the toughest meals I have ever had to down. The salmon itself was overcooked and tough and the honey-soy glaze didn't taste like honey or soy at all, but instead was just a thick, brown, salty sauce that drowned my fish. The rice that came with my dish was mushy in spots and inconsistent in others (can't be an Asian restaurant and not even be able to cook rice!) and even the brown, salty sauce couldn't mask the texture. The very best thing about this dish was the green beans. In my most recent experience I ordered the Kimchee fried rice. I had this dish before from the Decatur location and thoroughly enjoyed it, so again, I had hopes this would be great. Again, the texture of the fried rice was mushy and off, and it seemed like was sloppily thrown together and packaged in a to go container. The beef in my rice was chewy and odd. I'm not sure there's a positive with this meal. Every time I come here, they are always busy. It's just a shame that because of this, they seem to not pay as much attention to serving good quality food.

Not impressed. Ordered Pho Nam (thin beef slices, brisket, meatball). The side dish (cilantro, lime etc) was old and brown. Thin beef was think and tough to chew. Brisket was decent but only had 1 piece in the bowl. Meatballs felt pre made not freshly made. Broth was good - that's about it. Not a fan enough to return here.

Noodle is a decent Asian Fusion chain restaurant in town and this location is the nicest one of them all. This restaurant has limited parking in the front and back of the building. On a busy night you will have to use valet or find street parking. I have been here twice and both times the food was pretty standard. Their chicken and coconut soup is really delicious, but I only wish they served it in a meal portion, in addition to the smaller sized appetizer portion. The entrees at Noodle are quite large for the price. During my last visit here I ordered the Green Chicken Curry which was recommended by our server. This was my first time trying Green Curry Chicken at a restaurant, but their version of it was pretty good. So I look forward to trying it again at a more authentic Thai restaurant. As I mentioned earlier, the prices here are on the lower side for the quality and the portion sizes you get and they always have a Scoutmob available for $15 off, so be sure to take advantage of it when you come.

They have the best fried rice. It's a medium done fried rice. The chicken actually looks like chicken and they add small bites of zucchini to it. The proportions are large for a reasonable price.

If you're looking for classic, Japanese style Udon noodles, this will be a disappointment. Noodles' udon is a tiny, thin version (really more of a thick spaghetti), less than half the girth of what I've come to expect from an Udon noodle. In addition, the taste of the Red Chili Udon was fair at best. Once past the initial spike of the red chili broth, there was little to distinguish itself within the bowl. The vegetables were nearly flavorless and the chicken was quite tough-- definitely overcooked, which made it somewhat difficult to eat. In fact, I suspect the whole bowl of food was overcooked, which might explain the gray, green color of the hard boiled egg as well as the speed of delivery to the table (piping hot in just a few minutes time). Clearly this bowl of soup was not made to order, but rather constantly cooking over heat in the kitchen. The question is, how long? If there is a bright spot at Noodle, it's the staff. Both my hostess and my waitress were very pleasant throughout.

Me and my wife visited this place on a Monday night looking for Vietnamese food. The authentic Viet restaurants were closed by early afternoon so we chose this based on reviews. This is a fusion restaurant between Vietnamese Thai and other Asian cuisine. The place is well kept and we felt welcomed, our server was super nice! We ordered their special for the night Schezuan fried dumplings which was a first for us and we loved the taste! Also Pho which we were craving for and their Kimchee fried rice. The Pho was tasty though it wasn't as authentic as real Viet restaurants. Their Kimchee fried rice however was spicy and really tasty. Wife wanted to give this place a 5 and the only reason I'm giving this a 4 is the authenticity over a real Viet restaurant. Overall loved this place and will certainly visit again!

We went during lunch hour. The place wasn't overly crowded therefore we were waiting on promptly. The waiter was very knowledgeable about literally everything on the menu. After a battle with my inner fat girl, I finally settled on the Spicy Basil Noodle speedy stir-fry bowl with shrimp. It was delivered to me after a very short wait. I must admit it was quite tasty. The dish was spicy but not too hot with a fair amount of sweetness to even it all out. Free parking + prompt service + knowledgeable waitstaff + good food = a return visit from me.

Not impressed at all. I went for an early weekday dinner with some friends. I ordered the tom yum going soup and fried pork dumplings. The soup was pretty bad - it tasted mildly spicy but was pretty bland, and despite a list of veggies that should have been includes had only chopped onion and a lonely sprig of lemongrass. The three lonely shrimp inside, although tender, tasted fishy and not so fresh. The flavor of the dumplings was good but the skin was very thick and tough. One of my friends ordered shrimp rangoon, which was delicious, but none of my food was especially tasty. I would have sent it back, but my server, although pleasant, never came back to ask me if I liked my food. Sadly, I didn't and I won't be back.

I ended up here with a small group of friends after our plans got screwed up one night somewhere else. The place was about to seat all 8 of us quickly. The server quickly went over the menu items and was very attentive to us even though we might have been a little loud. I'm sure we will be back.

I am updating my review, because I just had the worst kung pow shrimp from this place. I ordered takeout and I was a little suspicious that it took literally only 2 minutes to box my food. The sauce was burnt, tasted metallic, and the shrimp was lower quality than you get at a Panda Express or Mall Chinese. It's a bad experience when you take two bites and forgo eating for the rest of the night. I just hope I don't get sick.

Since I moved to Midtown, time after time, the food here has yet to impress me and the staff 4/5 is beyond spot on. This evening particularly, they were just what I needed at just the right time. After living on the west coast, I have grown accustomed to pho when it's cold outside. Noodle delivers on the promise of good pho. I sat down at the bar with thirty minutes to close and Jess made pho, hot sake and fantastic conversation happen. I will be back, time and again.

I had never heard of Noodle before my friend suggested that we go there for dinner. She wanted to use her Scoutmob discount, which was fine by me! A group of four of us arrived around 8 pm on a Wednesday night. I was super lucky to have nabbed a spot in their super tiny, free limited parking lot as soon as I pulled in. =) My friends had to valet, but at least it's free. (Be sure to have a few bucks of cash for tip!) After taking a quick glance at the menu, I decided that I wanted the Crunch Beef. I recalled reading in one or two reviews that it was good, and nothing else really stood out to me, so it was an easy decision. My friends and I were busy catching up, and I didn't even notice the time pass. So I though our food was served pretty quickly! * Crunch Beef ($12) - Per the menu description, this entree consists of "Battered flank steak, tomatoes, red onions, and scallions tossed in a spicy sweet chili sauce" and comes with white rice. (Brown rice is available upon request, but there's probably an additional charge for it.) I had requested for no onions, so there weren't any. Yay! I thought the "crunch" part of the dish's name was a little misleading since the sauce makes the pieces of fried beef a little soft. However, I really liked the spicy sweet chili sauce and LOVED the pieces of tomato! The dish also included some steamed broccoli, which was a nice touch. When we were ready for our checks, my friend showed our server the Scoutmob deal on her phone. After what felt like quite a while, our server brought us one check showing the $20 off (50% off, maximum $20) from the $42 subtotal (before tax and tip). An 18% gratuity was added, which is common with the use of a Scoutmob deal. We had our credit cards ready to pay, and then waited a while longer for our server to pick it up and process our payments. This was the slowest part of our service that night. Overall, Noodle gets 3.5 stars for their good but overpriced food. I really enjoyed the Crunch Beef, would recommend it to others, and would order it again if I were to return. However, it's more likely that I wouldn't come back because Noodle's location isn't convenient for me and it's pricey for the portion of food that you get. [Review 215 of 366]

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! I recently visited Noodle on a Pho adventure. Anyone who loves Pho and has gone to actual Vietnamese restaurants know that there is a standard in how it should taste. I unfortunately was not impressed, and also did not enjoy the Spring Rolls. I presume i should not feel slighted because this is a pan-asian restaurant, however I feel that if a restaurant is not focused on one type of cuisine, each dish should be stellar and represent the culture of the dish well. The pho broth was not clear enough, spiced properly, and potentially not cooked long enough to create the flavor complexity needed to be considered proper pho. The spring rolls were poorly rolled, and the basil it contained was not fresh. The decor and location are awesome, I think it would be better to have drinks here than to necessarily go just for the food experience. I think with a little more attention to detail they could improve the recipe

I had the privilege of having dinner with two of my favorite co-workers from my old tutoring job. K came back to town from grad school, so we chose to dine at Noodle, since they offer a ScoutMob deal and it is conveniently located for all three of us. We all found the place no problem. I can't say much for the decor, since we were seated right by the door. That in itself SUCKED because that night was incredibly cold and rainy. There was a gust of icy cold air every few minutes as people came and went. We were there for quite some time, too, catching up and whatnot. At least we cut our time there shorter by continuing our conversations at B's place nearby. The food was okay, nothing that really stood out to me. It was a Friday.. during Lent.. so options were more limited for B and me. I don't even remember what I got, but I did remember that I didn't care enough for it to take the leftovers home. Per usual, B had no problem taking my leftovers though. Portion sizes were pretty big, so everyone had something to take home. Service was slow, but it didn't bother us much, since we hadn't seen each other in quite some time and were chit chatting anyway. Parking is limited, as the lot is very small and Noodle shares it with a couple of other places in the same vicinity. However, there is free valet and it definitely came in handy since the rain had picked up since my arrival. The valet guy was nice and commented on how he liked my car and that he was surprised a girl stepped out of it. He even parked it in a pretty primo spot instead of the back so he could look at it from where he was stationed. Haha. Unfortunately, I will probably not be back even though the Mister has been wanting to come here. There are just better options in the area for me.

This place is definitely one of my regular spots. More often than not, I pick up takeout and hang at the bar with a cocktail while waiting. I like most of the food, but my favorites are the pork dumplings and the pho. Yes, I know it is not authentic pho, as I am a huge fan of the real thing... but I still love their version of it. If you are looking for a quick, tasty Asian fusion-type meal, Noodle is a great place to check out.

One of the best Chinese food places I've been to! Huge portions and great taste.. I have friends who go there every weekend! I personally love the yellow curry noodles and if you eat meat, do try famous fried rice!

Aight to be real, this place is whack YO! I ordered the pho like a fool, had low expectations, and well.. IT STILL NASTY. My friend ordered the pad thai and it was aight... actually nah... that was nasty too. Am I missing something here? Am I just ordering the wrong dishes? Why is this place still here? Service was cool though, they couldn't pronounce the names of the dishes (lol) but hey, A for effort.

Awesome food. Walked 8 mins today with a friend and walled in very hungry. Great food awesome price. Lettuce wraps with tofu are the beat.

Noodle gets the job done. A friend and I hopped over there one chilly Saturday night around 8:15 searching for some tasty Asian dishes. There was no wait and we were seated immediately at one of the two tops. Noodle is best for parties of two especially during the winter when the patio is closed because the majority of the seating is two person booths or longer tables which seemed to be shared between three groups of two. The restaurant is smaller than I anticipated. If a larger group wants to go here, I would call ahead or go in the summer when the patio is open. Our server was so nice. She joked with us, kept our water glasses full, and was really quick about getting anything we needed. The menu is solid. Fried rice, salads, soup bowls, noodle bowls, curry and a few Chinese staples like Beef and Broccoli. We shared the Satay Chicken for an appetizer. The sauce was really really tasty. For my meal I had the Thai Peanut noodle bowl. Good rice noodles with sprouts, cilantro, lime, greens, carrots, onions, and peanut sauce. The noodles weren't dry and it was really flavorful. My friend got the famous friend rice with Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp. He was able to finish the entire bowl but mine was absolutely two meals worth of food for only $9! If I lived closer to a noodle, I could see it being my go-to quick, comforting Asian takeout stop. It is affordable and has more options than your average takeout place since the menu has more of an Asian fusion vibe. Also its really close to the Midtown Marta station if you are weary about having to find parking in midtown.

Service is usually great at this location and portions are good for the price. I usually end up using the Scoutmob deal so I can try some appetizers. This visit I really enjoyed the lettuce wraps; fresh lettuce and the filling was chicken based with some beans and sauce that was tasteful. My main course was the bangkok noodles (I think that was the name) and that was so-so. Not a bad place to try and you will most likely have a goo experience.

This is really strange food. Barely passable as Asian/Thai. The "Spicy Basil" dish I got didn't even have any basil in it. Overall the food tasted like my college's cafeteria. At least it's quick and open late.

  • Yasmin R.

Pros. Seated quickly and served. With scoutmob it was a great quick bite to eat. But my four veggie stir fry with shrimp was not cooked well enough. Brought it up to waitress and she said that's how it usually is, which I found kind of an odd response. It wasn't crunchy it was...not done and kind of bland. Anyway, it was a quick bite to eat with a scoutmob so it was alright.

  • Courtney M.

The service was friendly, the food was pretty quick and tasty, but nothing memorable though. We came here because they have a special on Scout Mob for 50% off. I don't think we'd visit again unless we had another coupon like this. Not because it was bad, but because there are better places out there. I had the Thai Beef Salad, but wasn't a fan of my really chewy pieces of beef. My husbands fried rice was yummy, but how hard is it to make fried rice? I also ordered a Jameson and ginger, and sadly, it came out watered down, like the bar tender topped it off with more gingerale because the glass was a little too large and she didn't put in quite enough ice. This might be a nice place to eat outside though during the summertime, they have quite a large patio.

My boyfriend loves this spot for their hot and spicy soup, I have been here a couple times now with him. My first experience was a two star and the 2nd was a four star experience. Hence the averaged three star rating. On the first visit, I got the beef and brocolli and cream cheese wontons. Okay so the menu did say it was curried cream cheese- was not a fan of those. Will not order again. The brocolli and beef wasn't really that great. I would pass on that, as well. On the second visit, I got curried beef spring rolls (I should have tried the veggie) and the thai beef salad. The salad was amazing. Amply sized. A good amount of beef proportional to the amount of lettuce. I would eat this over and over. Thought next time I want to try the crunch beef which sounds pretty good. Our waiter was knowledge about the menu and attentive. VERY small parking lot- which shared. Valet parking is available (I do not use). Frequently has scoutmob deal.

  • Tilia M.

Yay Scoutmob deal! I had the Yellow Curry with Shrimp, sig had the Chicken Pho. We started with the beef lettuce wrap and I had some of my fave iced Thai tea, which was sweet and yummy. I havent been here in literally years, but, it did not disappoint. The good was piping hot, savory, with rich flavors, not to mention the price is very, affordable. The location is right off 10th street/Peachtree in midtown. Cool little place, great for a casual date, small to medium sized really cool space. The service was great as well; our waiter stopped and explained things to the sig, which was really nice.

Spicy basil dish was the perfect amount of spicy, but I thought their pho broth was weird. I prefer more traditional pho flavors like from Pho 24 off Buford Highway.

Good, but better the next day. Great place if you like left overs. The portions are large and you it seriously taste better the next day. We had spicy basil noodles with chicken. And the Crusted steak. It was pretty good. For an app we got the Rolls & Dumplings Sampler, the curry roles are really good! The Crunch Beef was great, nice sauce with it. Spicy basil noodles were lacking a little something but that might be because I ordered it mild. Service was good. I didn't like having to sit at a hightop table. That's my own issue. I don't like it when my feet dangle. Parking is tricky there. Tight parking lot, but at least they have free parking. I'm sure we will be back.

I feel like I need to re-review this place. I've been here many, many time but only reviewed after having a really bad experience. 90% of the time it's been great. Came here this past weekend with my husband for a later Saturday night dinner. We sat outside since the weather was nice and ordered ciders along with our usual entrees-chicken fried rice for him, the Vietnamese cold soba noodle salad with tofu for me. The portions are HUGE for the price you pay, and everything is always so tasty. With Scoutmob, our bill ended up being $15 for two entrees and two ciders-can't beat that. Our server was super-friendly and attentive and the food came out very quickly (as it usually does). Noodle will continue to be one of our go-to Midtown restaurants since it's so close to us. It's too good of a place not to go to because of one bad experience. Next time I'm determined to order one of their signature cocktails-they all sound so good!

I have been with friends and with my sis and both times I was very satisfied with my experience. Okay price and the noodle bowl was very filling. Famous rice is a good deal. For $9.50 you get a huge bowl of fried rice with three types of meat of your choosing, including shrimp. We had a coupon that they let us use with no hesitation. My waitress this past weekend was soooo sweet and nice. We tipped her a bit extra. Only down was thatt the noodles were a bit salty....but nothing a special request to scale back on the soy sauce wouldn't fix.

Noodle has become one of my favorite Asian cuisine restaurants in midtown especially when I'm eating on a budget. They are also usually on scoutmob so you can get 50% off up to $15. My favorite is the famous fried rice bowl. The portions are large and the quality is excellent. I generally have a great lunch of leftovers the next day.

Sooo good! Di far this had been the best Asian pasta that I have come across. Using my ScoutMob app my total was only $8 for the spicy noodles with shrimp and a Ginger Beer. Great ambiance and great food.

Noodle is in my neighborhood so it is close and convenient- but I wish I liked it more! The first time i went there, I received the wrong dish. I was being waited on by a server and someone training but to be honest, I wasn't sure who was who- and no one did anything, or even try to, after I mentioned to them that I received the wrong meal. Anyways- it ended being the yellow curry noodle soup with chicken- which was tasty and moderately spicy. I have gotten it again since and honestly is probably the best thing my partner or I have had there. Something about the service has always been a turnoff- no one is particularly friendly or helpful. Even when we go in for carry out, we have waited for 5 minutes, standing right in front of the bartender who only had 3 other patrons, without being acknowledged. I know you see us- you can just say "hi I'll be right with you". Anyways- we ONLY get carry out there now and even then, we have to be too lazy to need to get in our car to go anywhere else. Its fine, but just isn't overly impressive in service, flavor or breadth of items offered.

Great place. I sat outside and enjoyed the weather. The service was great. I ordered the udon noodle bowl with a Sapporo beer. Had a nice meal while enjoying my beer just people watching.

Noodle is pretty good. Their prices are definitely good for the portion sizes. If you get the stir fry dishes which are around $9, it could feed a family of 4. It's a bit dark inside and the restaurant itself is very easy to miss, tucked away in a corner of a plaza near Starbucks. I'd recommend going here for lunch if you want good food on a budget.

The host was friendly. He sat us immediately, although the place was booming with guests coming in on their lunch break. Nice atmosphere. Great portions. I was content after leaving. To my dumpling lovers, try the steamed pork dumplings. Delicious! And also the Lenny's Teriyaki Chicken w/ the noodles. Amazing. I'll be returning.

Whoa! Do not confuse Noodle Cafe with Noodle Midtown! I almost wrote this review for Noodle Cafe, until I saw another reviewer give this warning! I really liked the food (I'm sorry I can't remember what it was :(, and the atmosphere is nice if you sit along the wall behind the hostess or if you sit with your back to the giant windows. I find it exhausting to see the person I'm with if I'm facing the window and they become a silhouette.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Great food, great atmosphere, great drinks. Oh, and the drinks are delicately made using many bartending tools, which is fun to watch if you sit at the bar. They have a coconut soup that is unmatched in the Thai cuisine world, and their fried rice dishes are a-mazing! It's a LITTLE pricey, but hey, if you have the Scoutmob app, you can get 50% off at each of their locations once each year. But aside from that, the portions are AWESOME, so you'll have some leftover to enjoy later! LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Solid Asian fusion spot in the heart of midtown. I don't really like noodles unless I'm in a country that has a hard time telling the difference between the letter L and the letter R, so in general I stick to non-noodley Asian staples. This time I snagged Crunch Beef, which has a ton of meat and a great sweet-spicy sauce that hit the spot. It was even enough to save half for another lunch, and believe me when I tell you that's a rare occasion. Throw in the fact that I used Scoutmob, and got my $12 Crunch Beef for $6, you're talking about an almost perfect lunch place.

I went to the Midtown location, was in town for NYE and if you want good food and good value for your money, I highly recommend it. I had the Spicy Basil Rice and it was pretty darn good, a few people in my group ordered the same thing and no one was disappointed. They also have the Spicy Basil Noodle and I recommend getting that over the rice. Also it helps when the waiter has a great sense of humor. I want to revisit this place next time I'm in town.

Noodle has a great location, a prime spot on Peachtree in Midtown. For this reason they get 3 stars, and I would probably return, though I'm not sure how often. I've been to Noodle a couple of times. The food is decent. My last visit I had the fried rice with beef, chicken, and shrimp. It is definitely a step above the takeout version of "house fried rice." The rice was not overcooked and was seasoned. I have also had the kimchi fried rice. It's their fried rice with a load of kimchi veggies thrown in. I think I preferred this dish to the other. Don't worry, the kimchi isn't very spicy. Though I guess that could be a good or bad thing. But the ingredients do taste pretty fresh, so it appears the kitchen cares what comes out of it. Now, what makes me a little less likely to put Noodle in the regular rotation, service is a bit spotty. It took our server an unreasonable amount of time to greet us and at least bring water. I went with three friends, and we are all pretty easygoing, so we don't have wild expectations of service when we go out (we've all worked jobs in the service industry and understand how things can get sometimes). I'm not sure if he was overwhelmed with the number of tables he had, but it didn't seem like he was tending to too many for that to be the case. Who knows, we all have off days, right? The bartender brought out our drinks and when we asked for silverware he turned around and walked away as though we didn't exist. My friend actually had to get up and retrieve silverware and soy sauce for us himself. The server was also slow to refill our drinks. Rule #1 of waiting tables, you always, ALWAYS make sure the alkies are topped off as much as they require. You won't make nearly as much of a tip off that 8-top with 4 kids slugging sodas as you will the 4 twentysomethings who're ordering sake bottles. On the upside, the food was hot when it arrived. It was a beautiful night and we were sitting on the patio watching traffic pass, so being forced into a leisurely dinner wasn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm willing to give the guys the benefit of the doubt. They had an off night, it happens to the best of us.

I've been here before and would've given Noodles 3+ stars, but my last experience has put this restaurant on my black list. I'm not sure whether they changed their chef, but all three of my party's orders were absolutely terrible. We ordered the Thai Peanut Noodle (Pad Thai), Pho Ga, and Green Curry Noodle Soup. I think it's pretty difficult to mess up Pad Thai. The sauce was extremely heavy and thick. And the flavor of peanut butter completely overwhelmed any other flavor that may have been present. I'm by no means a chef, and I've made better dishes. Overall, the portion sizes were fairly large, but I didn't eat more than a quarter of my bowl since it was the worst Thai Peanut Noodle I've ever had. Maybe I just came to this restaurant on an off day, but I'm not taking any chances.

Went to Noodle for dinner on a Saturday night after 8PM. Parking was difficult because the private lot in the front of the restaurant is not large so you have to find street parking or pay. We found street parking a couple blocks away but we could have walked and we regretted that. The host and server were quick to seat us. I would say they weren't too busy at the time, but they certainly were not empty. I think we came at just the right time. We ordered our water first and then ordered meal. I had the beef and noodle pho and my boyfriend ordered the green curry soup with noodles and mushrooms. The food came out fast! Maybe a little too fast, but I won't complain. My pho was great. The meatballs were tasty and I had enough other types of beef meat to share. It was just the right amount of spice for me too. My boyfriend wanted extra spicy sauce so they gave him a cup of some kind of red pepper paste that made his green curry soup look oily but that mixed with some of my jalapeno peppers hit the spot for him in terms of spiciness and he slurped his down completely. I on the other hand felt full before the pho was done. The soup bowl was huge! Which is a plus. I took the leftovers home. Bottom line: I would definitely come here again if I had to decide on a quick dinner place and wanted some good hot soup with friends. Tip: Yellow Curry is tastier that the green curry and let them know to add extra spices if you like it spicy versus mild.

The only thing I liked was the chicken fried rice (I had it made with brown rice and it was still good). A friend's cream cheese wontons were unappetizing, as were some type of noodles she ordered. Another friend's green curry with chicken wasn't that stellar, either. I was told to steer clear of the salmon, based on past experiences. The server was friendly, the prices aren't bad and the location is good, but this is nothing to write home about. This food doesn't seem authentic.

Great noodle house for very decent prices. Tried their Green Curry Noodle dish and found it to be a very good mixture of coconut milk and spice. But their drink menu though, FABULOUS. The Thai Spice Caipirinha is a great drink! Definitely suggest trying this place out.

A Scout Mob discount brought me to this place for dinner. First, they have free valet parking. This is good because the parking lot that I saw was extremely small for all that is going on in that plaza. So good for them and me. My guest and I were seated immediately and the place is nice. Red and black mostly, it was stylish, cozy, and almost full. They have a small bar and bar area with high top tables situated in front of it. I can not speak much on the bar menu except to say that it did look like it had a great many items on it. The food was average to me. We ordered the lettuce wraps, veggie springs rolls, and lo mien. The lo mien was okay, but was a little cooler (in temp) than it should have been. However, as others have noted, the portions are large and it did have a nice flavor and was full of veggies. The lettuce wraps were just okay. I have had much, much better sprng rolls. The crisp factor was underwhelming. Our server was attentive and timely. While the food wasn't terrible, it didn't make the great category either. I won't be in a rush to return here.

After reading other recent reviews, it sounded as if things had gone down hill at Noodle, but I had a Scoutmob, and was meeting with a Tech student, and I always loved the Kung Pao eggplant back when I used to eat here once a month. Good news - the Kung Pao eggplant is still good. My stir fry of Japanese eggplant, fresh veggies, peanuts, and chiles, atop brown rice, was quite tasty; the veggies were bright and fresh, not overcooked or hidden by too much sauce. The basil rolls were just ok - the wrappers broke apart, and they had a slightly fishy smell/taste to them. They've definitely changed the menu, and it doesn't seem as extensive, but it might just be that they've condensed it. Also, it seems more expensive - $12 for the KPE. I did take half of it home to eat later, so at least I got 2 meals for $12. Parking is still bad. I don't think they have high chairs. I didn't ask, but I was holding the baby for over an hour and no one offered one, though they tried to clear a plate multiple times that my dining companion was using for sauce, so it's not like they were ignoring our table. #Yelp365 - 245/365

Knowing Atlanta very well, I would have never noticed it was there if I had not seen this through Scoutmob. It is very hidden, however, located in a busy restaurant area. My brother and I dined in for lunch. He ordered the Pho Nam (beef, meatballs, and brisket). Very large portion for the price. He rates it a 7.5/10 because it didn't have the distinct Pho taste like those served on Buford Highway area and they didn't have basil. Also, if you like hoisin sauce in your Pho, you have to ask for it as they do not have it on the tables....but they have it, so that's a plus! I ordered the chicken lo mein. SO good! Portion was just right, also. I almost want to go get it again for dinner. Also had Thai iced tea. It was good, and hit the spot, but not the best. Our waiter was great as well. Random: Add Pad Thai to your menu... that would be awesome :) Overall, it was good. Will definitely go back.

I went here for a friend's birthday last night. I've been to the Decatur location once before, but didn't remember much about it. I like noodles in all forms, so I was up for going again. Daniel, our server, did an excellent job accomodating the large group. We even got a free plate of appetizers in honor of the birthday boy. I tried the basil roll and some beef fried egg roll looking thing. The basil roll was a tad on the bland side and I wasn't nuts about the seasoning on the beef. It was a little sweet and I'm not much of a fan of the salty and sweet combination. For my main course, I got the miso udon soup with beef. Out comes a steaming vat of broth and noodles. Now we're talking. I felt like I ate my body weight in soup and still had enough left for 2 more meals. They get points for value. You can't really beat 3 meals for $9. I didn't like the fact that a Diet Coke was $2.50. Come on, guys, that's a little extreme. They had a valet so that took care of the parking issue. It was free, which was even better. I'd be back if I'm invited, but I likely wouldn't pick it myself.

It's wintertime in Georgia. And all I ever want to eat all day, every day is a giant bowl of soup. In fact, I sometimes wish I could just sleep in a big tub of soup. Roll around, touch the ground, get back up and bring it on down. Whatever, I'm gross and I know it. But I also know that Noodle always satisfies my cravings for pan/Asian style cuisine. Noodle gets FOUR stars from me for a few of their menu items, etc. such as: -Dumplings -Fried Rice -Any/most noodle bowls including the seafood style. (HUGE, leftover friendly portions.) -Lettuce wraps (an "appetizer" that could serve as a meal) -Generous yet cheap appetizers (massive seaweed salad) -Great service, especially at the Peachtree location They've changed the menu quite a bit in the past 3-4 years, and I gotta say that it's more streamlined, and less difficult to read. This being said, I finally found my favorite dish. "Panang Beef Noodle Soup" "Rice noodle, beef brisket, tomatoes, onion, tamarind, lemongrass" Thin rice noodles in a lemongrass broth made spicy with the tamarind. Beef is prepared shredded yet succulent. I added broccoli to my dish, as well. If you want to add certain veggies to your dish, ask them about their options. I thought it was a little weird that they didn't have bok choy, which is a typically a staple veggie in Pan Asian restaurants. Seasonally speaking, Noodle is a winter choice for me, considering the food is coma inducing.

The husband and I love this place and drive in from Johns Creek about twice a month just to eat here. The lettuce wraps are great, but a little on the saucy side if you compare them to other restaurants. We also occasionally order the steamed dumplings, also good. I usually order either Thai Peanut Noodle or Singapore Noodle with tofu and both are consistently awesome, although the last time the Singapore Noodle was waaaaaay spicier than usual. Do not expect spice with the Thai Peanut Noodle though. To mix things up I sometimes will have the Spice Basil Noodle or Yellow Curry Noodle. I've had better yellow curry elsewhere but this one is still pretty good. The husband pretty much always orders the same thing - Pho Ga. And after he orders always looks at me and says "I love Pho Ga". I'm guessing this means it's great but as a vegetarian I've never tried it. Service is always fast and friendly. Great place overall!

This hidden little place is a treat when I get tired of the rotation of sandwich shops / taco places / burger joints along Peachtree. They make decent food, I will say I've had better Thai at other places in Atlanta, but the location, the speed, and the price make it an attractive option. I often get the Pho to go, and it is more than enough to fill me up. It is a little on the bland side, but they can boost it up, or I just add a dash of pepper sauce at home. On cold nights walking home from the train, I like that I can call in, pick it up and be home with a warm bowl of soup in 20 mins.

Noodle serves standard Americanized Asian fusion cuisine in a casual setting in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Food: The menu at Noodle is comprised of items that will please most casual diners, including appetizers, salads, stir-fry entrees, and noodle bowls. On my last visit, we opted to start with the rolls and dumplings sampler, which included your choice of vegetable or pork dumplings (steamed or fried), curry rolls, shrimp basil rolls, and vegetable spring rolls. Overall, each of the items was edible, but by no means memorable. For an entree, I opted for the sweet and tangy chicken, which was served with red onions alongside a generous portion of rice; again, the dish was OK, but certainly nothing that would prompt me to immediately return. They also have a full service bar available for those inclined to order wine, beer, or mixed drinks. Service: On the two occasions I've dined at Noodle, the service has been good. They do get packed on weekends and during the beginning of Scout Mob promotions, but they seem to adjust their staffing needs accordingly. Atmosphere: I personally find Noodle to be incredibly cramped and unwelcoming. Virtually all of the tables are directly on top of one another and nearly half of them are high tops with painfully uncomfortable chairs. The ambience is also sorely lacking and the dining room can get noisy; accordingly, I wouldn't recommend this place for any type of intimate date night. Cost: The cost is commensurate with the quality of the food and the location. Most appetizers are approximately $5 - $9, while most entrees range from $10-$20. Other: Parking at Noodle is nothing short of a living nightmare. There are a few spots out front, but vacancies are few and far between. I normally don't have any trouble finding street parking off Piedmont or Juniper though; the walk takes only a few minutes and the streets are all relatively well lit.

I remember years ago when this was like the hot new noodle place in midtown, the first competitor for Doc Chey's (which I don't like either). I remember how I loved trying a different noodle dish each time. The place was always packed. Well, not so anymore - at least not Friday night. And now they have valet parking ... for a restaurant where the food is under $10? But parking is limited here so it does beat having to hunt for space yourself. So I decided to get the "Vietnamese Cold Noodle Salad w/ chicken" for $8 - which had romaine lettuce (yay), cucumbers, carrots, vermicelli noodles, fried eggroll, and ... teriyaki glazed chicken chunks?? This is supposed to be a Vietnamese dish, why did they use teriyaki sauce for the chicken? My friend ordered the "Asian Salad w/ chicken" ($8) and she had the identical teriyaki glazed chicken chunks. Actually her salad was exactly identical to mine except minus the vermicelli noodles and a different dressing ... but she liked hers. If you decide to come here, just keep in mind that this is a catch-all kind of noodle place. If you really want good Vietnamese noodles, you need to get your Pho on Buford Hwy, for good Thai noodles, go to a Thai restaurant, etc. But if you're not an Asian food connoisseur and you have an Asian food craving and you're looking for something economical and you live in midtown - then this place will work for you.

Decent Ambiance in the heart of Midtown, right near Georgia Tech / FOX Theater / High Museum, etc. Great location, semi-casual atmosphere, shared patio for beautify days. Service was great, very friendly and polished waiters/waitresses. Food, on the other hand is not worth it. There are many other restaurants throwing distance from this place where you can get all of the positives above (location, ambiance, service), but also get great food for the same price. Dumplings, Hot buns, egg rolls, and all basil rolls were not fresh, and it was very evident. The Pho and Udon soup are "modified" to the "American" taste, which is no longer necessary in the every-growing and culturally-expanding Atlanta. So if you are looking for good location, ambiance, service, and value just walk around the area (not worth the try here). if you want great Thai or Vietnamese (and don't mind adventuring...) go to Buford Highway! They need to "up their game" to continue to stay alive in Atlanta...

You know what, this is the first "Asian Fusion" place I've been to where my expectations have been significantly exceeded. I got a Thai beef salad that was respectably spicy and my companion got the peanut noodles which were also good. Both came in hearty portions. One thing we noted, in comparison to California, is that these plates came with significantly more meat than they would have back home - probably a demographic thing. Plus, my meat was grilled, and it was really, really tasty. Our conclusion was that the ingredients of Asia have been combined with the meat-grilling skilz of the South. And that is truly fusion! The drinks were a bit of a disappointment though and the reason why I'm leaving off the fourth star. I got a small sake and their house sake is pretty atrocious - and can you believe, it came with a shot glass. Pretty clear what most people who come here and get sake do with it. Also, my companion's cocktail was $9 and it wasn't really even a cocktail. As a rule of thumb I don't pay $9 for cocktails even in San Francisco unless something I've never heard of ends up in it or something gets set on fire and then put into my drink. So, quite pricey. But still good and worthy of a solid 3 stars.

I visited on a Sunday. Enjoyed the Curry Cream Cheese Wontons, which were great! I attempted to eat the Pho Ga, which was utterly flavorless. The cupcakes that are served are Duncan Hines Fun-da-middles box mix. Thanks, I can go to Wal-Mart and make my own. My boyfriend ordered the crunchy beef, which was so good! I wish I had ordered that as my entree. The high point was my server, Kyle, who was incredibly helpful and polite.

Yum! What a great place for lunch. Sitting at the bar and getting some veggie rolls with a rice noodle miso soup made for a tasty meal. The bar tender was super helpful with helping me decision what to get when I couldn't get my first choice. There were several vegan and gluten-free options which I appreciated.

Prime location on Peachtree street, between 7th and 8th streets. Right across from the Vortex. Noodle serves a varitey of "Asian Fusion" dishes including fried rice, noodle bowls, cold salads (like the Vietnamese vermiccilli cold salad bowl), soups, and some classic Chinese and Thai dishes as well. Service: The service is always good. Drinks: Noodle has a full bar, some fun cocktails (a variant on a bloody mary that I highly recommend). They also have a fun drink on the menu called "Bartender's Choice." It is only 5 bucks, and I have gotten many crazy drinks prepared and I have liked everyone of them. It is good if you are feeling a bit risky or don't know exactly what kind of alcohol you are in the mood for! They also have some interesting cocktails. Food: The food is good. Definitely better than your standard takeout or delivery. The fried rice bowls are tastey, my favorite is the Vietnamese vermiccilli cold salad bowl. I also recommend the Shrimp Basil Rolls (chilled) w/ a Hosin dipping sauce. The food is definitely not high-end, but I believe it is at the right price point.

If you're a broke, hungry college student and you're ballin' on a budget, you should take any deal you can get. I'm an avid scountmob user and I can always rely on good ol' Noodle (midtown) to be on the listing. This place is located between a Lil Azio (Pizza) and a T-Mobile store. It has it's own parking lot but it's normally full. Your best bet is to park in the parking deck located on 7th street, next to firehouse subs. Parking is free for the first hour, but I don't want to rush you :] When you enter the restaurant, the scenery is very dark even during lunch hours. It feels cosy but some may feel uncomfortable with the seating choices (tall hard chairs or dark tables in a corner). My favorite food selection is the Jung Bong Soup (Big Noodle Soup). It's a little on the spicy side but even a wimp like me can handle it (barely). If you're looking for something not so "soupy" then I recommend the Crunch Grouper (Entree Dishes). If you're familiar with Vietnamese food, there's Pho nam and Pho Ga. I personally wouldn't order this because I know better places, but I'm Vietnamese so I'm very picky about my Vietnamese food. Lastly, avoid the Famous Fried Rice, I don't know what it's famous for but I got bored with it half way through, and it's a big bowl. If you can't decide on what to order, 9.0/10.0 the waiter will be very social and offer their opinion on what's their favorite meal. Overall, if you're looking for a spot in the area, Noodle would not be a bad choice. PS: Be careful when crossing the streets, it can get a little crazy :]...

I order from here regularly since its about 2 blocks from my job. I always seem to get the same thing, the Famous Fried Rice w/ chicken, beef, and shrimp. The portion is great for only $10. The food is good (surprisingly since the only cooks i've seen aren't asian) and is the same reheated as well =) It isnt the most authentic asian cuisine, but I dont have a problem with that because Chinese usually upsets my stomach (TMI?) They even have a deal on Scoutmob for 50% off. Since I dont dine in I never get to use it, but if you have time to sit & eat, I would advise the use of the Scoutmob coupon, just to save a few bucks.

I'd been to Noodle once in the pre-Yelp days, and I remembered it being pretty good. I returned recently with a Scoubmob coupon, and had a much different experience. We ordered the curried cream cheese wontons as an appetizer. They were okay, but a little too much dough and not enough filling. I had the Lenny's Noodles with chicken as my entree, and found it quite bland. It basically seemed like mall Chinese food with better presentation (thick and tasteless brown sauce with clearly pre-sliced chicken). Doc Chey's and, even more so, Tin Drum, both serve better food for the same price.

Pitiful food... with OK service. My fish main dish was disappointing, at least. Rice looked old - as though had been placed in bowl four hour hours earlier. Fish and tomato pieces were doused heavily in a thick sauce. I couldn't help think the sauce came from a 100 gallon barrel. Recommend against this place...

Decent, solid, noodles. I've only been here twice - once in 2007 and once last month for my birthday. The fact that this is still open in Midtown from 2007 is saying something to me. Sometimes it seems like the restaurants/bars in Midtown change more than the traffic lights. Really irritating that you have to valet park here. When you can see/walk to your car, it's really frustrating to wait for someone to go get it and pull it out of the parking space for you. In my most recent visit, I went at about 3 p.m. on a Friday for a late lunch, so it was pretty empty and we were seated and waited on promptly. Ordered the veggie spring rolls as an appetizer - pretty standard. Nothing that knocked my sock off, but certainly not bad, either. I got the Thai peanut noodle - tasty. I like noodle dishes and I thought the sauce had good flavor. It was a really large serving - I took half of it home. The chicken in it was pretty good, but I thought the sauce was what made it. The person I was with ordered the Panang Beef Noodle soup. The bowl that it came out in was gigantic. It was literally a bucket of soup. She said it was good, but there's only so much coconut milk one person can take. I tried it and wasn't a fan - it seemed an odd combination of spices. She took an almost-exploding plastic container of it home. Considering how much she ate at the restaurant though, the rest of the leftovers ended up in the trash a couple of days later. To me, decent/standard food is fine, but giving you more of it doesn't make it taste any better. I wouldn't say I'll never come here again, but I think once every five years is about enough for me.

One of my favorite places to eat in the city. I have always had great service and never a bad meal. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new spot. Can't go wrong with the Sweet and Tangy Chicken or a Speedy Stir-Fry Bowl.

The first thing you will notice about this place is that it shares a small parking lot with other places. This is a busy part of town so good luck finding a parking spot. I hear that they have free valet parking so maybe it will not be that hard to find a spot. The food is average. Service is fast and it is a nice cozy place but the food is just average. I came here from a scoutmob promotion. I dont think that you could go wrong with any item on the menu. The waiters and bartender gives great advice on what food to get. I was surprised by their selection of beer. They have some great seasonal beers here that are not expensive. The place overall is not expensive. I would come here if I was close but nothing to go out of my way for.

Noodle is pretty much the definition of three stars. Nothing I'd go out of my way for, but in a pinch it does the job. Kind of the perfect spot when you're feeling sickish or cold as they've got a bevy of giant soup/noodle/spicy bowls that'll get you back in fighting shape. And yes, they do take out. Service is always friendly and solid, but the food just isn't anything special or memorable. It's the definition of Asian fusion, which given your stance could be good or bad. I honestly don't mind the stuff, as I was pleased as punch to get my massaman curry served with a salad on the side rather than on top of a bunch of unhealthy white rice. Weird? Kind of. But tasty.

My friend ordered Beef Pho Nam Soup and I ordered Thai Peanut Noodle. HUGE portions and affordable prices. Plus it was pretty tasty! I love Thai food and for a chain restaurant I have to give this place some props. Service was ok, but it was the day after New Year's and you could tell the waiter had been out all night lol, so I give him props for even coming in. ,When I asked for coffee, he brought out a small pack of instant coffee from Trader Joes - odd but it was good so I was ok with it. So this is NO where near Top Spice (my favorite Thai!), but I definitely would recommend if you're looking for decent but cheap Thai food!

Their Thai Peanut Noodle bowl is one of my favorite dishes of all time, anywhere. I don't usually like Asian food all that much, but TPN is a serious exception. Not kidding y'all, try that dish if you go. Every friend that I've taken there and has gotten it (~10 people) have conceded that it really is fantastic. This place would get 5 stars if I was rating on the one dish I got every time haha. That being said, I've had a few other things on the menu before I found my true love, and I wasn't particularly impressed. So if that one dish isn't your thing, I would say it's pretty middle of the road as far as pan-Asian food goes. Other pluses: awesome casual ambience, very friendly service, FAST food delivery time (5-10 minutes usually), and great portion sizes for the price. I can usually eat about half and take home the other half, and I swear to God it is even better reheated the next day. I think it has to do with the sauce sinking into the noodles overnight. In any event, when I make it last two meals, that's around $6/meal. Not bad!

The Noodle was very limp for lunch today. The waitress, Katie warned us the they were short wait staff today but I didn't think that would affect the kitchen. My co-worker and I ordered the 8 veggie bowl steamed but it came out barely cooked, okay no problem the waitress took it back at the time my-coworker requested her's to be stir fry to make sure that is was fully cook. I just requested mine's steamed again and asked for NO mushrooms. Needles to say after 3 bowls later they couldn't get it right!! The manager took it upon herself to tell me that she wasn't going to charge me this time and reminded me that she threw away 3 rice bowls. And IF I choose to come back next time I need to tell the server EXTRA STEAMED..Okay,there will not be a next time. I can waste my lunch time at Noodle in Midtown again!!!

  • Felix C.

Yes, this is "Americanized' Asian cuisine. You'll never find so many types of cuisine under a single roof and it hurts them. If you get over the fact that it isn't super authentic, it is still consistently decent. Maybe I want to like it more than I should because it is extremely convenient. Pros: The portions are pretty large. Cons: If you get takeout, they add a "takeout charge" so keep that in mind.

I dunno what was up with my Crunch Beef on the first visit, because it's been great on all other visits. But since I've started to eat healthier, I go for the Vietnamese Salad. It's not authentic Bun Thit, but it'll do for lunch in midtown. Service has been about the same: slow and not very friendly. I much prefer the Decatur location, but my arm can be twisted to meet here for lunch. But only if someone else is driving. Parking is a nightmare.

If you enjoy sautéed cockroaches in a demi glaze I would highly recommend Noodle. Sadly, this was not the desired main protein of my dish. After bringing the pest incident up with the owners I was, rudely, informed they only wanted to refund the one dish. We spent 150.00+! Fortunately, after a call to the health inspector we received our full refund. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I dont get the 3-star reviews, this place is far from mediocre. Remember people, its Asian Fusion. They're not trying to be your Buford Hwy authentic Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese, they're trying to be a little mix of everything in over sized plates and tasty cocktails. That's what noodle is all about. I figured that with a Scoutmob we could go all gun-ho and really get to know the restaurant. 2 cocktails, 2 appetizers and 2 giant entrees later and I was pretty happy with this place. Now, I sorta get it, I'm not having a massive food-gasm on the table as I munch on my edemame, but that doesn't mean that it isn't super tasty and that I won't come back. Really, it has everything you need: cozy atmosphere, good service, good mood/lighting, SEASONAL items (big win for me) and enough food for 2 meals. The cream cheese wantons were pretty good and the steamed edemame were just that - steamed edemame- but very decent for $4. Next, the crunch beef, which was crazy spicy yet sweet and savory and filled with lots of sauce, saute'd veggies and rice. Recommended by the server and a definite win for my date. I got the Pho Nam- your traditional pho with sliced beef, brisket and meatballs. Adding some sprouts, cilantro and tooons of lime juice and you got a super hearty soup that will comfort the hell out of you. And yeah, i've had Pho Nam in Vietnam and this was pretty close to it, so I was satisfied, you Asian-fusion haters you. Finally, a Fall cocktail. The great pumpkin, a creamy martini with baileys, pumpkin liquor, spices and whipped cream. I ordered it for dessert because I couldn't imagine drinking it with my Pho. I won't lie, it tasted mostly like Baileys (which I still love) but I thought it lacked a little bit of pumpkin spice to really give it that Fall kick. Pretty much the only thing that fell flat on our dinner date though. Oh and the service- its pretty good. Our server was ridiculously knowledgeable about every beer and cocktail in their menu (I believe her when she says she's tried them all!) and she was attentive and gave us great recommendations. At a hefty $67 -20 (for the scoutmob) we definitely each got 2 meals out of it (my left-over pho today almost left me in a food coma) and a great date. NOT 3 stars. :)

Honestly, the only reason I keep patronizing this place is because its quick, convenient and cheap. I wouldn't recommend dining in; this is a more "take-out" friendly establishment. The food is decent for the price...though the chicken is obviously recooked. The little Bald guy with glasses is the worst at Customer Service. I hope he has found another job by now.

IS it super authentic? no Was it tasty? Yes Was the service attentive, but not too much so? Yes Do they have a decent number of options on their menu? Yes Beer and wine? yes Location right on Peachtree? Yes Would i go back? Yes So my special lady friend and I saw a Scoutmob for Noodle, and decided to give it a try. And while it isnt the most authentic restaurant on Earth we had a bunch of tastee morsels (Thai Peanut noodle bowl with tofu, dumpling sampler, and Chicken Masala {i think}) for not much money. I enjoyed the spot and would go back.

This is my favorite place to go with the kids. They just love the Kid's Bento box and I always order the Crunch Grouper, with rice, noodle and sometimes on salad. I highly recommend the midtown location, good food, fast and great service.

I had the Pho ga (grilled chicken) and aside from being huge it was super tasty. The broth was very savory (in other places it usually is a bit bland...) But it came with jalapenos, cilantro and lime. Other items ordered at my table were crunchy beef (warning - spicy!), thai peanut noodle and udon seafood noodles. The service was friendly and prompt and the decor was minimalist and cool while still being warm and inviting. I'm not from Atlanta, but I'm totally hooked - I need to find out if there's a local Noodle in South Florida.

This place is notable for me since it's one of the handful of places I'll actually eat tofu (an item whose status as food is a regular topic of debate). Whatever they do, they make it edible here. It's grilled and chopstickable and relatively flavorful. They make good food relatively quickly and have a better than average drink selection.

  • Claudia R.

So far I've only had drinks and apps at the bar, but everything has been delish - the steamed pork dumplings, veggie spring rolls, and the red velvet cupcakes they get from the bakery next door...YUM! They also have a winter sangria made with sake (I believe) which is excellent.

We went for lunch and the seating staff was unaccommodating while seating us and then he was rude when we miss took him for the serving staff. So we mentioned it to the owner, who apologized to us and generously served us a complimentary platter of some yummy appetizers!!! I have been there many times and the food is always great and the place is full!!!

Not really worth the price but its okay. They try to give you an upscale feel to a quick fast food noodle type of place. Nice interiors and decor, good for big and small groups and the food is decent but parking can be a pain most times and the service is not much to write about. I went here once, and have not had the urge to go back again.

I came here the second time. It is still a 3 star to me. I ordered singapore noodles in here and im just not that impressed still. my friends say it is authentic korean meal, and i believe it but for some reason they just make the food here too salty. the price is ok, the food is ok... so i guess it is a-ok.

First off let me say that they had the makings of a pretty good lunch spot near my job. The service here was good, it was clean(even the bathroom), the staff were friendly and food came out fast. And then I ate the food. I ordered the Udon and it wasn't bad, but on the flipside it wasn't good. Veggies were fresh and all, it was hot but it was flavorless. Really lacked in taste, a lot! They boast the "big bowl", and it was a BIG bowl. But I would have rather gone to Buford Highway for an awesome (smaller) bowl of noodles for less money. I used scoutmob so I shouldn't really complain. I'm just saying, bigger isn't always better.

Jhong Bong Jhong Bong Jhong Bong Soup!!! I like saying that sounds very authoritativeness :) Nice place to grab a big noodle bowl, mostly everything on there menu if pretty good, never had a bad experience and the wait staff are very friend. Good place to chill and eat outside if it get cold their restaurant is pretty nice too, interesting Japanese art (well that's what it looks like to me). Have been going here for years since its next door to where i live and never been disappointed.

Noodle is not the place it used to be. Their food is getting worse and worse. I've been here for 2 years, and I've decided not to visit them anymore. Their portions are huge only because it's full of noodles without enough sauce, vegetables, or meat. Their spring rolls are bad, the basil rolls are bad, their pad thai is bad... It's sad because I want this place to succeed but their food quality is quickly getting worse.

Worth a try with scoutmob, but probably wouldn't pay full price. Came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. There's a small bar upon entering and the place is ornately decorated with mural paintings on the wall. We ordered the sampler platter appetizer and famous fried rice with chicken. The sample platter consisted of potstickers, basil rolls, spring rolls, etc. The basil rolls were pretty terrible in my opinion, but everything else was not bad. The sauces were good. The fried rice was not bad and was a large portion so we brought some home as well. The initial flavor was pretty good, but it eventually got bland, as most fried rices do. A bit pricey in my opinion. But I guess you're paying for the presentation and atmopshere as well. Don't order what we did and you'll probably have a better dining experience.

Noodle is fantastic I try to go here as often as I can. I definitely recommend the Thai Peanut Bowl and Curry Noodle Soup. I would suggest more stuff but these are so awesome that i havent had anything else. Because we all know when you go to a place where you know you like something and when your food comes you are like this is good but i Wish i got my favorite! Anyways, go here if you havent. I like it slightly more then Doc Cheys.

If you're a fan of affordable, tasty thai...then Noddle's up your alley. In the middle of Midtown Atlanta, Noddle offers complimentary valet (which is always a plus), a good size food and beverage menu, as well as a very enjoyable dining atmosphere. I started with the lettuce wraps. Let me begin by saying whenever lettuce wraps are on a menu, I must order them. Noodle was surprisingly different than most establishment's version of the appetizer. They had a chicken, beef and tofu option...I opted for the traditional chicken. The appetizer was pretty big...large chunks of chicken, bean sprouts with a hit of heat. Delicious. For my entree I had the beef low mein. It was a huge bowl of noodles, beef and veggies. I ate a good amount and still had a large amount to take home. The only thing I would say is Noodle isn't authentic thai, but overall...I'm a fan. It's a must try.

Tasty, affordable, reliable, friendly and prompt service. We live nearby and order out at least once a week so we can attest to consistent quality and promptness. We are seafood eating vegetarians... Our favorites: 8 veggie rice bowl, spicy basil noodle, salmon, crunch grouper, and seafood ramen sometimes on special.. Steer clear of the curries.

The only good thing about this place is its location. The fresh rolls were almost flavorless and tough. I also ordered the pho. I asked for the rare beef on the side as I do at every pho place under the sun. They put the meat in the microwave and brought it to me fully cooked on the side. This turned it into rubber. Needless to say I ate about half the soup, gave up and walked out forever. If you are craving Pho, don't want to go to Buford Hwy, at least meet half way and go to either Saigon Basil or Saigon Cafe. On a side note parking here kinda stinks. Best place to park is probably on Piedmont and then walk over (or if it is after 6 or on the weekends there is now onstreet parking in that area on Juniper). Ok...and the name...Noodle...makes it impossible to find in my list of reviews when looking at pho joints, stupid name! grrr

I love Noodle. I've been going here for years. If you want casual, great Asian food for a reasonable price this is the place to go. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a nice, trendy atmosphere. The place is always clean, great service, full bar, not at all like a hole in the wall Chinese joint. If you want a quick lunch or a casual Monday night dinner kind of thing, this place is perfect.

2 star for food. 3.5 stars for decor. 3 stars for having an extensive drink menu for you to imbibe on. We tried the basil noodles, miso udon, Singapore noodles, and satay chicken. The basil noodles did not have enough basil flavor. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Miso udon's noodle wasn't the right type of noodle and the soup tasted like salt and miso paste instead of quality stock. Singapore noodle is just vermicelli with yellow curry powder. Nothing spectacular. Satay chicken didn't taste like satay and the dipping sauce was hoisen instead peanut. WTF? Nevertheless it's not a bs place to eat if you have a 50% off coupon. It's definitely not a cultural culinary experience...more like let's throw all the stereotypical Asian food and fool people.

I had a day to myself, was in the area, and decided to finally try Noodle. Armed with my Scoutmob and a healthy appetite, I went to have a late lunch. It only had a few patrons and I thought that was great. I let the hostess know that I had a Scoutmob as soon as I sat down. I hate misunderstandings when the bill comes around. She didn't seem fazed by it at all, which is a plus in my book. I ordered the Udon Noodle Seafood. I love seafood and the bf is allergic to fish, so I tone it down when we are out together. I was thinking that it was going to have a broth, but it didn't. It was ok though. The calamari was really chewy, so that was a minus. But, they use the tentacles so that was a plus. The grouper didn't taste like much to me. But, the shrimp was fabulous. Mussels look horrendous to me, but I like them. So they brought a nice flavor to the noodle dish. The udon was cooked well - not to firm, not overcooked. It's a nice little place and I would be happy to go back or use my Scoutmob for the Decatur location. I saw many things on the menu that I would like to try.

My favorite place to get really good Asian food! I moved to Florida a year ago and one of the things I was really upset about was losing this place as my number one spot. Luckily, I'm back to visit my family this week and I came here for lunch! The food is ALWAYS, and CONSISTENTLY delicious! Service is impeccable. The atmosphere is even better! They're fried rice is amazing and authentic! I order it almost every time! I also get the steamed pork dumplings as an appetizer! Bring your friends and family! This place is never a let down! Always a pleasure coming back!

Pho - get about it. I was in town and craving some Pho. So I turned to Yelp for help. This place was the closest to me, so I thought I would check them out. I ordered the pho and I was disappointed. Broth was not really a traditional pho broth. The meatballs were Italian style meatballs, the soup was bland, and the noodles tasting like pad thai noodles and not pho noodles. I was able to save the dish by mixing my own sauces of sriracha and hoisin sauce. I really shouldn't have had to do this though. It was like I was making itIt was like I was making it at home. My wife had white rice that was not cooked all the way through, or it was left out too long because some of the rice was dry and some of the rice was not cooked all the way through. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but we both left very disappointed.

Aside from the friendly waiter, the food is not very appetizing at all. A friend of mine ordered a cute little bento box for her child which was literally steamed broccoli, steamed rice and steamed frozen chicken. I ordered the Thai salad which generally... when it comes to salads I am very lenient because well, they mainly consist of raw veggies with a dressing. I'm sorry but you don't just decide to make a cilantro dressing, put grilled chewy beef on there and call it Thai or fusion. I tried my friend's massaman curry as well as her bulgogi over rice. Nothing spectacular......you can honestly find much much much better places in Atlanta. When it comes down to your basic flavors...bland. HONESTLY, if your open to Asian cuisine, just go somewhere else. Not the best place to start.

I was impressed by the size of the dishes. Most were priced at around $9 and for an average appetite, they were pretty good for 2 people. We all enjoyed our food but my Thai peanut noodle with beef was a tad salty, still good though. We also had a good service from Princess(waitress).

Found this restaurant on yelp as I was searching for asian food in the midtown area while we were visiting family. Got excited and called yesterday but apparently they had a fluke pipe bust due to weather so they were closed. The owner Larry answered my call and apologized and gave me his name and asked we try back the next day and explained how sorry he was. I actually did call the next night, tonight and ordered take out. Panang Noodle Soup AND Spicy Sweet Potato fries. Order was ready in 15 minutes and when I walked in, the hosts were super friendly. Told me to pick up at the bar where the bartender had my order waiting. Gave me hot sauce and utensils when she heard I was heading to the hotel to eat it. Cute place in the middle of 3 businesses on a corner off 8th and Peachtree. Got th e food back to the hotel and it was packaged great. Noodles separate from the soup and fires container had holes in the Styrofoam so it wouldn't get soggy. The spicy Sriracha mayo sauce for the fries is amazing and they were seasoned awesome. The noodle soup was good but not the pungent taste I am normally used to for Panang. I added Sriracha and soy sauce to give it some more kick and that livened it up. Seems like a great place for trendy date night or girls night out. Great service and decent pricing.

Noodle is a great option if you want to grab and go some delicious Asian food. Since I live in Midtown, I will typically swing by that location. The restaurant has a parking lot, which is hard to come by in the area! Some of my go-to dishes include the chicken or tofu lettuce wraps (beware: you will get messy, but it's worth it), the shrimp basil summer rolls (very light but still filling), the coconut chicken soup (I'm obsessed with this soup in general), and the kung pao with tofu (great flavors and mixtures of vegetables). I'll usually order my meal to go, and the service is always great--I typically only wait around for 10 minutes (or call in from my home and drive right over to pick it up). I'm sure there are more "authentic" places, but Noodle is a great option for a flavorful, quick meal!

One of my favorite places in Midtown. They are fast and the food is great. I have never had an issue here before with anything. I always get the Spicy Basil Rice bowl with Tofu. I'm thinking about going there today for lunch!

I had a friend tell me once that this place wasn't that great. My partner and I were hungry one day and since it was a block away from where we lived, we came anyway. We came on a Thursday and it was kind of empty. We had the curry noodle soup and it was alright, nothing to scream about. In asian cultures, eating noodles meant slurping it, but in America, people here are taught that slurping is ill-mannered and rude, so when I come to an Asian restaurant, it's always awkward to eat noodles when there are Americans everywhere. Anyway, the location is convenient and I think I might give it another try.

I found a ROACH in my food! Thankfully, I had only taken a few bites. Still, ICK!!!! I am an avid user of Scoutmob and I tried this establishment for that reason. After I found the roach, the server was very polite but she said she did not have the authority to remove the charge for the meal, only to have it prepared again despite the fact that I was no longer interested in dining there. She then got the owner for me (Lily) who stated that whie she had the authoity to remove the charge, she would not do so and encouraged me to have the meal prepared again or order domething else form the menu. I refused her offer and her insistence that I pay and she threatened to call the cops on me. I have never had such a horrible dining experience and I will NEVER return there.

Noodle was a little jaunt from the Georgian Terrace, and I am so glad we exerted ourselves. All those calories where not spent in vain; Noodle serves huge portions of delicious noodle and rice dishes. We had the sampler app, Thai peanut noodles, and yellow curry noodles. The Thai peanut was like a creamy Pad Thai, and the Yellow curry noodles were spicy and filling. Vegetarian friendly!

This is a great place to go for some fairly inexpensive Asian food. Some of my favorites include the Spicy Thai Fries and the Spicy Basic Rice with chicken (I also get mine without carrots and mushrooms, but add jalapeños). Service is pretty fast. And once, I went into the bathroom and my server was in there and HE ACTUALLY THOROUGHLY WASHED HIS HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK... So, that's always a bonus. TL;DR... It's a great place to eat.

Noodle This is another one of my weekly musts. I go here so often, everything on the menu is just that good. I know all of my friend's orders and can expect just about anything to be well balanced between spicy and sweet. The tofu Chinese Lo-Mein Noodle dish is my recent crave. The tofu is marinated is some sweetened sauce and grilled to a consistent but firm state that goes perfect with the cooked noodles and fresh mushrooms and carrots. The pad Thai with chicken is another favorite with crushed peanuts drizzled on top. The dumplings make great appetizers and are not the sticky, rubbery ones you get at most neighborhood Chinese joints (blah). The lettuce wraps are okay, I've had better elsewhere. I once ordered wonton soup, hold the wonton, and even that was tasty. Seriously! The atmosphere is great as well. The best part is that it's in the heart of midtown Atlanta off Peachtree Street and you can sit outside on the long picnic tables or at the high standing bar tables and watch the cars drive buy or dream about owning one of the high rise condos across the street. Occasionally I sit inside when it's cold and play with the fiber optic cable lights dangling in my face. They also have daily drink specials and desserts, however, I would rather spend my money on the appetizer and entre. Although, nothing is too pricey and I'm sure if I had a big enough belly to hold it all in, I would splurge on the whole package, but unfortunately I'm only so big. It only means that I have to come here often to try it all eventually, which I do, so there. Perfect!

The spicy basil with beef is where it's at! The blend of flavors and the size of the portions are ample. I can always be sure that there will be a party in my mouth when I eat at the Noodle. Be sure to have a little extra cash on hand as it's a little pricey ($10-12) but, you do get a lot of food. A great place to check out if you're really hungry. The atmosphere here is cool although the seating is a little cramped. Be ready to make friends with your neighbor! UPDATE: 3/15/08 So, as I grow as a yelper and foodie, I sometimes have to go back and reevaluate my reviews. I've since had amazing Thai food. This is more like the kiddie version of Thai. It's good if you want quick somewhat tasty food but, it's nowhere near real, or authentic.

The Pad Thai was great - they were super busy but the service was still great - owner Lenny was running around making sure everyone was happy - hubby really enjoyed the Mahi Mahi and the kids loved their low mein noodles and rice with chicken and vegetable.

This place is cool, but it is too daggone expensive for me. I went to get some veggie fried rice one day. I think that I paid $15 for it for takeout. I never get to eat in when I go there, so I can't speak much to the service.

I like Noodle a lot. I just moved to Chicago and haven't been able to find a place like this at all. I lived a couple blocks away and I probably ate at Noodle once a week. The owner, Lenny, is usually around and takes good care of the regulars. I think the price is about right for what you get and the portions are good size. I am a vegetarian and they have great options with tofu. The steamed veggie dumpligs are delicious and I usually opt for the spicy basil rice with tofu. Noodle, you are missed.

Good original twist on Asian/Thai food. I'm hooked on the Curry Noodle Bowl. There's also a good steak salad and the crunchy beef has a nice kick. The dining room is a bit claustrophobic, but the patio is refreshing and sits right on busy Peachtree Rd.

OMG! When I first discovered this place it was haphazardly. One rainy night before John Digweed and Sasha. I wanted just a small meal and a cocktail. Great Karate Punch and mango martinis. I absolutely love the green chicken curry, basil leaf wrap, fried rice bowl, and pho soup. This is what I call Asian fusion. Even though this location is in the busiest and lively part of town, this place never cease to have to calmest ambience no matter what time of day. This place is my kryptonite. I can never get enough of noodle.

Adorable slightly Americanized tasty Asian fusion. That's what you get at Noodle. The interior is straight out of a Pier 1 commercial, complete with black granite tables and kooky light fixtures. The food is not the best Asian I've had or anything, but I've very much enjoyed everything I've tried.. except for the Spicy Basil Noodles... but more on that later. The generally tasty food combined with being conveniently right next to the Midtown MARTA station has made Noodle one of my new favorite spots for weekday lunches. Also, I appreciate that the food comes fast and the servers are attentive. Now for the food. Probably the main reason that I haven't been to Noodle more is that I ordered the Spicy Basil Noodle Bowl on my first visit. Now, you must understand that Spicy + Basil + Noodle sounds like *heaven* to me. I love Thai food and I love basil. And I've never had a spicy basil anything that wasn't awesome. Now this one didn't suck, but it came close. The sauce was way too sweet and just.. not right.. But lucky for Noodle, I also tried the fried wontons on this visit. And those *were* awesome. Fried wontons filled with curried cream cheese. Yeah, I actually crave those now. The curry beef egg rolls are similarly good. Also of note, the soups are pretty good too. I've had a curry noodle soup and a pho so far and I thought both had delicious broths. Not too shabby, Noodle; I like you better than Tin Drum!

This Midtown Noodle location is pretty much what you'd expect from a decor standpoint. It's typically Midtown. It combines what it's website calls "hip factor" with 'funky style", "trendy elegance" and "artsy Asian decor." Seriously, they refer to their decor as "artsy Asian." That means black leather chairs and light fixtures that look like fiber optics. Fortunately, the food is much less pretentious than either the website or the light fixtures. The noodle and rice bowls are hearty and well seasoned. I like the Thai peanut noodle (rice noodles with veggies in a peanut sauce), but also recommend Lenny's soft noodle (even though it sounds a little perverted). Like most of Midtown, this place has almost no parking, especially during lunch. So suck it up and take MARTA. Or ride your bike, like I do!

I like the noodle. Alot. It's always good to go when I'm just plain tired of eating out. The food is light and filing and tasty. I love to get the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for an appetizer and my boyfriend and I each get the Spicy Basil Noodle Bowl and the Jung Bong Spicy Seafood Broth and switch mid meal. The decor is nice and comfy inside...I always feel like we manage to get a cozy private corner. I would like to try some other things on the menu but sometimes it's hard when you have a tried and true favorite.

It's a great place to go for cheap thai food. They serve big portions and leaves plenty to take home for your next days lunch. They have great thai iced tea. They have a nice outdoor patio area, and inside is funky and trendy decorations. I love this place.

noodles is a good choice if youre in midtown. the food is cheap and the decor is nice.. but which restaurant dont have a trendy, artsy, elegant ambiance these days to attract the younger crowds anyway? ..in this case and more importantly the decor here can make you put on more appetite/distract you from the bad after taste (which ever way you wanna put it) not everything here involves noodles. theres rice bowls as well which is good for a non-noodle person like me. i think the food is just ok here.. nothing special. next time i would prefer buddha or tin drum. p/s: an extra star for having a full-bar when you need it

Noodle actually looks more like a bar than a restaurant. I went there for lunch on a late Sunday afternoon with very little knowledge of the midtown area and very tired and hungry from walking around too much. I order the curry rolls for an appetizer upon the waiter's recommendations with Chicken Thai Noodle as a main course. The chicken Thai noodle was appealing because it had peanut sauce. I am a big fan of peanut sauce and therefore could not resist. The curry rolls were very good and served with a spicy sweet and sour sauce. The noodles were kind of bland and the chicken was kind of rubbery. I always feel like the rubbery chicken equals bad quality. Forgive me if I am wrong. I went in extremely tired and hungry and still not didn't think it was the best meal ever.

Noodle is awesome. Best Noodle bowls in the city, if anyone knows of better, give me a shout. I've been going there for 6 years. My recomendations are: Spicy Basil Noodle Bowl (with Tofu FTW!!) Hot and Sour Soup Crunch Grouper (amazing) I want to address one thing - they have recently changed the menu. A couple of things are more expensive. The vegetable spring rolls are not very good. They took the wontons out of the Hot and Sour Soup (LAME!) and now they serve it with grilled Pita Bread - WHY? Big disappointment on that. The Hot and Sour soup is so good it'll cure a cold in one bowl and the wontons set it off. Why they have replaced it with Pita Bread.... The world may never know. The yellow curry noodle bowl - kinda lame. totally falls flat. It's a really mild and boring curry. Why they don't offer a panang or red curry, I don't know.

The ultimate "hangover helper". A big, and I mean BIG bowl of Miso soup and delicious Spicy Basil Noodles makes me want to crawl back in bed and spend the day watching TV with my new noodle love. Only disappointment, THEY DON'T DELIVER??! Look, when I am just a couple of blocks away, hungover, why can't you deliver?!? Crazy, considering all the high rise condos within a two block radius - they are missing out on the delivery biz for sure!

Every time I have eaten here, I have had a great meal. If you like places like Doc Chey's, which is basically good Asian Fusion that is always done right, then this is a place you should check out. Oh yeah, it's pretty cheap too. And, they even made something special for my picky ass friend; and he was happy!

I went here with two friends, one of whom went to the loo before the waiter arrived. He came out looking aghast and horrified, like that girl in the Blair Witch Project, and insisted that we leave. We left. We went across the street and had really good burgers at the Vortex!

Yum! Noodle is a great little Asian fusion restaurant right in the middle of Midtown, tucked between a Little Azio pizza and a T-Mobile. It could be hard to miss, but don't! because you will be missing out. Although it could be a great place to stop by for lunch if you are in the area, I went for dinner. They have a full bar and I recommend getting one of the specialty cocktails, they are seasonal and oh so good. I had an Apple Nutmeg Cinnamon concoction that was perfect to warm up with after braving the chilly weather. I also had the fried veg dumplings for an appetizer and the Noodle's fried rice with beef for my entree. Everything was good and the portions were surprisingly large. I had plenty leftover for lunch the next day (love it when that happens!). The menu had a good variety, something for everyone. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and cozy and the staff was very knowledgeable. Also good to know- there is free parking right around the back of the shopping center where it is located.

I'm giving Noodle two stars because one - it's a noodle shop in midtown. and two - the thai peanut noodle is filling. I've been here so many times that it's funny I'm only giving them two stars. This is the place I go for noodles when I'm too lazy to drive elsewhere. I remember the first time I experienced noodle was 4 years back with a few good friends. They raved about it. "Come check this place out with us." "This place is so awesome." I did however, have something really good that night. Someone ordered it for me, beef and some greens. So every time I went back, I've ordered something green with beef in it....to no avail. And unfortunate as well, because those other beefy greens were blah and bland. That basically goes for everything else on the menu. The pho should be ashamed to call itself pho. The chicken with coconut soup tastes like warm water. The lo mein is drenched with oil. I've had a few other items I can't remember, but they were bland as well. I do come back for the Thai Peanut Noodle though. Add a little rubbery chicken (last time was the end of it) and some tofu puffs...and I'm full for the next 8 hours. The decor was probably once cool, but should be updated. The staff was fast but they made me uncomfortable....why?.....I'm not quite sure. Maybe because they always gave me the deer with headlights stare....or something. Parking is hellacious. The best part is the patio that they share with azio. The cocktails are cliche and not impressive. And lastly, the food tastes like it came from the asian aisle at Kroger. Would go back again when I happen to pass by and am craving noodles or a friend drags me there, but otherwise I hope they get replaced by a real noodle joint.

Thanks to AirTran, I am stuck in the ATL until tonight. My company has an office in Midtown, so I have been working here and being as productive as I can . . . until lunch. I wandered up Peachtree and happened upon Noodle. On a cold and windy day a warm bowl of noodle soup seemed the practical choice. As it turned out, it was also a damn good choice. The placard outside the restaurant announced today's special: coconut curry beef noodle soup. I'll do that. As I waited for the steamy bowl to arrive, I took in the noodle house atmosphere. It was nice. Tastefully decorated, a nice community table right down the middle of the room (you don't see much of that anymore), and a busy and steady lunch crowd. My lunch arrived and I wasted no time slurping up the coconut curry broth. The tricky part of this dish for me has always been the beef. Beef often times toughens up as it sits in broth. Not this beef. It was as tender as brisket and full of flavor. Everything else in the bowl was balanced - the basil, tomato, rice noodles and onion. Somehow, the walk back to the office did not seem as cold with a belly full of soup. Thanks Noodles, you hit the spot today.

Scoutmob brought my boyfriend and I to this location yesterday. We are fans of Noodle but always go to the Decatur location. We will continue to go to the Decatur location after this experience. The service was good. Our server, while nice, definitely didn't seem the waitressing type. I've been there so I won't judge.. She was prompt with everything and didn't seem put off by the fact that we had a Scoutmob (which I find servers sometimes are). I ordered the Thai Peanut Noodle (like always) with shrimp. My boyfriend had the Kimchi Fried Rice with chicken (again, like always). The food came out very, very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that I'm starting to wonder how fresh it was. But hey, at least it came out quickly. Mine was good but not nearly as good as it is when I get it at the Decatur location (which is why I always get it-I'm a sucker for Thai Peanut everything). It was spicier than usual, which I wouldn't have minded but the spice seemed to come from an over abundance of black pepper. I could see it all over my dish. If black pepper is something they usually put in it I've never noticed and I prefer to keep it that way. The serving size was less generous than usual and I noticed they tried to hide that fact with a handful (seriously) of herb leaves (cilantro, maybe?) and bean sprouts. And I suppose they were low on shrimp as I got a measly three pieces in my dish. Now, I usually get the dish with tofu and I always find a good deal of tofu in the bowl. Maybe they always skimp on the shrimp and I'm just unaware? Either way, three pieces-not satisfying. My boyfriend had no complaints about his dish. He also ordered a cocktail and it was very tasty. We opted to skip dessert. They did add the optional 18% gratuity to our check. I know that's an option but I'm always a little put off when they do that. I tip 20% or more (if it works out to an even number) unless our service was horrible. I never hold sup par food against my server. I guess we just look cheap? Regardless, I didn't add the additional two percent to her tip. Other notes: parking was available in the lot in front and the lot out back. It was fairly squished out back and I had a hard time moving my tiny honda around to get back to the front. I'd try to get parking out front if I went back.

Basil noodle bowl with whatever you like!! This is one of my favorites and is equally good no matter which of their locations you visit (Midtown,Decatur, or College Park!) I always start with a heaping bowl of hot and sour soup which is really good just wish they would not have gone to the bread they give you now with it. If you are in the mood for fish I highly recommend the crunch grouper it's awesome! Great place!

Noodle is Ideal for Canoodling Your Taste Buds! As an Asian woman, I certainly had my doubts about a southern restaurant making Asian noodles for me, but I needn't worry. These noodles were great, and the restaurant decor is super cool too. They had ceiling lights that make you wanna touch the tips of them. Red walls, and black chairs, very chic, very cool. I've never seen a menu filled with this many assortment of noodles: soup base, non-soup base, chinese flavor, thai flavor, vietnamese flavor, served with salad, served with meat...it goes on, seriously. Great for a lunch place, or so I heard.

Since I live across the street, I probably get takeaway from here about once a week. The food ranges from average to good, but it's a bit overpriced...although that's because I compare it to the authentic places on Buford Hwy that charge about half what Noodle charges. In Noodle's defense, I realize those places on Buford also don't pay the rent that Noodle has to pay. So why the four stars? Nothing I've gotten has ever been bad (the kimchee fried rice that I get with brown rice and chicken, as well as the Jung Bong, and the Thai Beef Salad are my usual "good" staples), and I really appreciate their service when I get takeaway - food is usually ready in under 10 min, piping hot when it's supposed to be, and never have I gotten the wrong order. I also love that I can bring my dog and just sit on the patio and eat, and the servers will always bring him some water. Refreshing sangria too.

Noode, the Midtown location, has one item that I cannot get enough of. Yeah, lomeins and basil rice are all good, but their Kimchi fried rice is out of this world. Take it from me -- the Korean who has eaten kimchi for the past 34 years and therefore smells like fermented cabbage. Noodle's kimchi fried rice is a big serving -- ask for beef instead of chicken or shrimp. Their beef is also marinated to accentuate the flavor of kimchi. Yes, it's time to preach the exotic taste -- and the unfortunate odor -- of Kimchi to the unconverted. Amen.

Noodle is impressive. The extensive menu is loaded with tasty noodle and soup dishes. Generous portions will leave you happily satisfied for an inexpensive price. The modern interior of the restaurant is chic - black and red with comfy booths - in addition to plentiful outdoor seating. I've never had to wait for a table. Definitely a great lunch place, inside and out.

This is a time where I really wish I could give half stars, because I really think noodle is "3 and a half stars" kind of place. But, because it seems like there isn't as much love for noodle going on, I'll bump up to 4 stars. I will agree with other reviews - no, it isn't a super authentic restaurant. But come on people, what do you expect? It's an Asian-fusion restaurant in the middle of Midtown - really, come to think of it, what would qualify a fusion restaurant as "authentic"?? But anyways, I digress... I've been a few times and have never been disappointed. I've had the yellow curry and will agree that it is sweeter than your average curry, but it is delicious. The appetizer sampler is yummy as well (love all the dipping sauces). The food is tasty and filling, the prices aren't bad, and the service is consistently good. You can't ask for much more out of a casual and relatively inexpensive dining establishment.

I used to love Noodle...until they changed their menu. I don't agree that their food is tasteless or lacking in quality at all. In fact, I judge most chinese restaurants by the Hot and Sour soup because its one of my favorites. Noodle USED to win hands down in that department although they call it Hot and Spicy soup. It's not exactly the same as the traditional version but, this isn't a traditional asian restuarant. I don't know what you guys did to the recipe over there but, I am not feeling it at all. It's like you tossed in corn starch to thicken it up and it was the perfect consistency before. And how are you going to serve it with a piece of "naan" which isn't even naan, just a piece of pita bread? What happened to the fried wontons? Surely pita is not cheaper than fried wontons? Am I supposed to WANT to dip the pita in the now corn starchy soup? While you might be an asian fusion restaurant this particular food pairing is not working and I'm sorry but, it doesn't even make sense. The basil noodle bowl is still my favorite. I have a hard time ordering anything else because its so solidly good. My boyfriend always orders the crunch grouper which is delicious but now I see it no longer comes with cucumbers on the side? Not sure where those went. I rather enjoyed them with the tomatoes in the sweet sauce. Other great dishes are the lo-mein noodle bowl, crunchy beef and sichuan tofu salad although sometimes the salad can be covered in too much sauce. Ask for the dressing on the side. I agree that Noodle is not an authentic asian restaurant but, they're not trying to be. It's asian FUSION. Obviouly, there are certain dishes where I'd prefer a little tradition. Point being, if you're expecting something entirely traditional, go somewhere else. If Noodle could get back on their game a little, this is great place with great, fresh food at an affordable price. I've yet to have a better noodle bowl in Atlanta that I've liked more than the ones served here. Please Noodle, get back on track! And fix my soup! Preferably with fried wontons because its the best!!

The food was fine. I got edamame and an 8-veggie tofu stir fry. I liked that you could get brown rice with the stir fry, which isn't an option most places offer. The stir-fry was fine, if unremarkable. The service was good too, but it seemed a little incongruous to have it be a table-service place. The food is very basic, and the place is pretty cheap, but it would be cheaper if you could just order at the counter and then call your number - maybe at dinner it's a happening enough place that they need to be classy, but at lunch it just seems a bit overkill, and not necessary. My gf got the curry noodle soup, which she said was fine.

When I think about types of food that I like, I never think of "asian fusion". I'm an evangelist for asian food, but in the past when I have tried foods blatantly defined as asian fusion, I have always taken a couple bites (with a fork of course), slowly chewed, and decided that it tasted too much like marketing. My meal at Noodle was asian fusion, and it was in-cred-i-ble. From the moment I saw the menu was very impressed with nearly every dish I saw. So creative! So mouthwatering! And I don't want to paint this place as a strictly "fusion" restaurant. There are a variety of different straightforward asian dishes, it's not all on the Dr. Frankenstein tip. I had the sichuan tofu salad and the chicken lo mein. The salad exploded my everything. Lettuce and marinated tofu and edamame and all this stuff that just worked perfectly in every bite. I don't usually go for salad dressing, but I trusted them and it was the perfect flavor at the perfect intensity. The lo mein was equally on par. I craned my head to try and see the chef, the mysterious prodigy who made it all happen. Whatever. Maybe I was just really hungry or something. The service was pleasant but rather unprofessional. I was bewildered and disappointed to find that my grapefruit juice was 4 parts ice cubes to one part grapefruit juice. Who even ices grapefruit juice anyway? These would drop the rating but screw it, the food was so good and the price was right.

noodle was really easy to find and there was no wait both times i went during my business trip to atlanta. both times i had the pork wonton soup (DELICIOUS!!) and for my entree i tried the kung pao stir fry and the curry noodle soup. both dishes were amazing, the chicken in my stir fry was tender and moist, but it wasn't as spicy as i'd like it to have been. the curry noodle soup is a must have for anybody that likes curry. the service was good and the ambience was pretty neat, i'd definitely recommend it to anybody.

One of my favorite places in town . I love their soupy noodles, their Thai fries are an absolute favorite. I've been to both their decatur location as well as midtown and the menu is identical but I prefer midtown even though it now only has valet parking which i dislike... As for the food, I would say I have tried all their noodle soups and I love most of them so give it a try... they have a wide drink selection as well. Overall good food and relaxing ambience

Have to thank scout mob for introducing me to this place. Nice little midtown spot the Asian fusion thing can be hit or miss but got a recommendation from the waiter for the crunch beef and it wasn't too bad. If you are looking for true Asia fair go to Buford Highway but for a nice intimate sport to hang out or bring a date this might be your place.

Noodle is a Pan-Asian noodle restaurant with three locations in the Atlanta area: Midtown, Decatur, and College Park. This Midtown location is sandwiched in between Villains Wicked Heroes and a T-Mobile store on Peachtree St. Free parking is limited in this small shopping center, particularly out front, but you can find more spaces in the back. If it's completely full, you'll have to park on the street. The spots are metered by PARKatlanta. They're free on Sunday and City holidays. Noodle Midtown is a trendy little spot. There's a bar inside and patio seating outside. The interior features multiple high-top communal tables, modern light fixtures, and bold red and black wall paintings of these mystical looking humanoid figures playing musical instruments resembling flutes and horns. This restaurant is Pan-Asian because there are noodle dishes represented by several Asian countries. Examples include pho (Vietnam), panang curry (Thailand), udon (Japan), "jung bong" (jjampong, Korea), Singapore noodles, and lo mein (China). Examples of other foods served include dumplings, spring rolls, chicken satay (chicken skewers), soups, Asian salads (e.g. Thai beef salad, "Vietnamese cold noodle salad," which I equate to bun), fried rice, fish, Korean bulgogi (shredded marinated beef), and "speedy" stir-fry bowls. Most of the appetizers are priced at $6 and up each. Noodle soups are priced at or just under $10 each. Entrees are roughly $12-14 each. We stopped here for lunch and tried the following: The Veggie Sampler ($9) - steamed dumplings, spring rolls, and basil rolls Pho Ga ($9) - Vietnamese noodle soup with grilled chicken, rice noodles, onions, and basil Panang Beef Noodle Soup ($9) - spicy red curry and tamarind broth, vermicelli rice noodles, beef brisket, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro In general, the food wasn't bad, but the Yelp two-star "Meh. I've experienced better." sums it up for me. If you want better tasting, more authentic versions of these dishes, you're better off going to Buford Highway where you will pay similar or lower prices. In the Veggie Sampler, there were four Korean steamed dumplings, two crispy Thai spring rolls (cut into four pieces), and two Vietnamese basil rolls (cut into four pieces) -- all containing veggies, no meat. The plate was nicely presented with a condiment for each type of food. The dumplings came with a brown dipping sauce, the spring rolls came with a mildly spicy mustard sauce, and the basil rolls came with a peanut-hoisin sauce. The rolls were OK and the veggies seemed fresh enough. The dumplings tasted like they'd been frozen and reheated. There are only two types of pho (beef or chicken) and one size (large). The pho comes with customary sides. Here, it's bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeno, and lemon. The sides were not fresh. The bean sprouts were soggy and discolored, not white and crisp. The cilantro was wilted and some parts were dark (bad). I'm surprised they served us this plate of old veggies. Also, the plate did not contain lime, basil, nor culantro which are standard at pho restaurants. The bowl of pho itself was average at best. The broth was so-so. The wide rice noodles and chunks of chicken (tender) were OK. The pho as a whole though fell short and vastly paled in comparison to Buford Highway pho. The Panang Beef Noodle Soup fared better. The broth in this noodle soup was a milky, creamy color. Presumably, coconut milk was used in the recipe. It was mildly spicy and had some nice flavor to it, though I think it could have been seasoned more. The shredded beef brisket was good and hearty. The rice vermicelli noodles were thin and appetizing. The chunks of tomato were piping hot. Not bad. The staff are polite and attentive. Bruce was our server and he did a magnificent job.

I'm not coming back here. The food was an utter disappointment. I know this isn't an authentic Asian restaurant you would find off Buford Highway or Pleasant Hill. However, this place doesn't even compare to Tin Drum. I ordered the Pad Thai Noodles. Good portion. However, the noodles were not noodles. Imagine a bowl of soggy noodles except clumped together. It was as if they were frozen and they heated it up in the microwave. I'm not saying this is the case but that's what it looked like. I had to break it apart so I could eat it. It didn't taste great either. I got chicken with it and there was a good bit. The rice dishes looked okay based on what my co-workers ordered but it wasn't appealing. If you're craving Asian in the Midtown area go anywhere but here. You will be disappointed. My co-workers said they liked their food, but most likely wouldn't come back either. Lunch is around $8-10. The dining area is very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Aside from that, not much else to say about this place. Also, there is no free parking unless you want to try parallel parking nearby. There is a pay lot right next to it though. You're better off going to the Vortex across the street or eating leaves off the tree on the sidewalk.

Ill think about coming back here. 5% charge for To Go orders is unbelievable. A supply charge for what?!?!? The 3 cent styrofoam container??? You people are out of your minds. 5% is enough to make me walk out and not come back. Ever. Be thankful your manager waived the fee this time. That might get me back in the door. The food is alright. Nothing to write home about.

Was pleasantly surprised by the food here! I just came here the other night since it was close and on Scoutmob, and the food was great. Had the Spicy Basil noodle bowl--maybe a tad oily, but really strong/delicious in flavor. My dinner companion got the Pho soup. Again, just really excellent flavor. Will definitely be coming back here!

What a cool little Pan Asian restaurant in the corner. It's not large, seating can be intimate and service isn't fast but the employees and other patrons are friendly. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps, they were tasty like any other. I ordered the Melon cooler which I enjoyed. I think I'm use to drinking cucumber water so I really enjoyed it. I ordered the Crunchy Grouper. I really enjoyed it, the sauce was sweet but a little spicy not too hot chili sauce. The grouper was a good choice because you could still taste the fish with spice of the sauce. My friend order the Beef & Broccoli she was enjoyed her meal and after a taste of my fish she said that will be her next order from there. I encourage everyone, try a new dish...you never know how yum, yum, yummy it might be.

I really really like this place. heard about this place from a few different people so decided to check it out one day with a friend of mine for lunch. what a great decision that was! basically i like everything about this place. service is always pretty good. sometimes especially great. other times just average good. but never bad. ambiance is very warm and inviting menu has a good selection of items to choose from. I personally have only had one thing here.. lol. i know that sounds bad but i found something i really enjoy and every time i go i just cant bring myself not to order it. perhaps one day i will try something diff. im sure it will be just as great. I always get the "spicy basil noodle" with tofu. it really is quite amazing. one of the best things about this place is the speed of service. i was astonished and quite dumbfounded the first time i went. we ordered our food, and before we could even get a really good conversation going our food was already on the table. literally it was like 4 minutes. just incredible. Im a HUGE fan and i will be returning here on im sure numerous occasions. CHECK IT OUT

I have eaten at Noodle many a lunch. I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and fast. I will say you get a lot of bang for the buck so bring a friend. The shrimp spring rolls come in threes I was so happy. The tom yum soup is in a bowl so big I had to take leftovers. The same happened with Bob's masman curry with shrimp. The second trip in I had a noodle bowl and it was really good but not as good as it was the next day when I had leftovers for lunch!!

Been here once, and it was in the early afternoon, so evening/nighttime rush might be different. We loved the ENORMOUS soup & noodle bowls, very attentive and helpful service, diverse menu, a quiet place and thanks to ScoutMob, dinner for two for a song. I got a green curry soup with coconut broth, chicken, egg noodles and veggies. Spicy & flavorful. Huge bowl: I couldn't finish and I got there ready to throw down. My chick got the Pho Ga. Thumbs-up from her. Victory. Will go back.

I wouldn't go to noodle again if they were giving free things away. I decided to try the place off a whim. I thought since the place was called "Noodle" that they would have mastered the noodles!! Not!!! I ordered quite a bit of things. I got the veggie samplers. The dumplings were very soggy. The basil rolls were good and the fried spring rolls were gummy. My server told my guest and I that they make them fresh, not true. For my main entree I ordered the pho! I was excited bc pho is usually really good if done correctly! The pho tasted like WATER! It honestly taste like they add the noodles last to the broth. So it had no flavor. Then they bring you these dried up add ons to put in the pho and my veggies weren't fresh. My server was rude(white guy with a red beard)bc I didn't enjoy my food, but the manager was nice. She was the bartender. I paid 51.00 for my food and it wasn't good. If you are going to have a place called "Noodle" you should probably have it mastered.

Scoutmob has made this a place I'm always happy to visit. You can always in and out, really quickly. The servers are attentive and get the orders right. The food is good, meets expectations, and the portions are huge. I always leave with leftovers. My new favorite dish is the Spicy Basil Noodle, with shrimp. I asked them to make it extra spicy and they didn't disappoint. I'm looking forward to returning so I can get it again. Prepare for unnecessary valet parking in the evenings, which just complicates life for no apparent reason, but that's really my only complaint.

Ate here for first time last week. I thought it was quite good & I'll def. go back. We went mainly b/c I had a certificate for 50% off our bill. I had the spicy basil noodle with chicken. I really enjoyed the sauce it comes with. Had a good kick to it - even more so when I ate the leftovers. My friend had the Thai Peanut Noodle w/ chicken. It wasn't her favorite, but I tried it & thought it was pretty tasty. Our server was fine, not great. She did check back on us & kept our drinks filled. Food came out fairly quickly which is nice when you're on your lunch hour.

I love this place, my bf whom doesn't even like Chinese type food, loves this place. I always get the Udon Seafood. I try to venture out and try other things, but it's so hard when the dish is so delicious. The chicken skewers and shrimp basil wraps are also delicious. The staff is always friendly as well. This is definitely a go to place for me.

I hit this place about twice a month. The menu has good variety and the prices are reasonable. There are booths, long tables for 12 people, and a bar area. The wait staff are mostly college age, but very nice. Service is always great. I haven't seen any children eating there. Parking can be a pain at nights. There is a valet service provided for all the businesses, but it takes some time to get your vehicle back. Park on a side street if you can find a spot. The only negative experience I had was getting there right before the time to open. The door is kept locked until the clock strikes the hour. They did offer us something to drink as we waited a few minutes outside..

Wished I could give it 6 stars. I have eaten here 3 times. Very fast, priced reasonable and the food is outstanding! Wait staff is typical for the area, resaraunt is extremely clean. I don't know if I would suggest it as a dining "experience"

Pretty solid American Asian. Keep in mind this isn't a place for anything traditional. I usually get the chicken basil bowl. The kimchi fried rice is great to share.

I love this place, great atmosphere, great outdoor seating, and a scout mob that is 50% off. We had the thai wraps, and for the entree yellow curry soup noodle. It was great and the service was wonderful! on a perfect night this is a perfect place to eat.

I went here for lunch with a friend courtesy of Scoutmob. This place is pretty cool. It has really cute decor, perfect for a casual date. For an appetizer, I had the spring rolls. They were ok, reminded of Panda Express, just not worth $5.00. For my meal I had their version of Pad Thai. I must say it was really good. I will come back again to check it out. It's decent!

Like this restaurant very much. I'm a vegetarian and they have an entire two-paged menu of items that they can adapt for vegetarians. Have been twice, and enjoyed my meal both times. The atmosphere is also nice, in my opinion, and I both of the times I went I had friendly servers.

The place is in a tiny plaza with other restaurants. If u are going there for lunch good luck finding a parking. Lunch gets crowded for some odd reasons bc the food is not particularly good nor the service. We were there after looking for a parking for almost 10 minutes. The place looks pretty nice inside as most fusion Asian bistros are. The lunch is decently priced at $9 to $11. I had pho (Vietnamese noodle soup). The pho is plain and tasteless. Not much meat and the broth is plain. Basil and bean sprout they give u is tiny and when u ask for more basil it takes so long that u are already done eating. The servers are all lazy, it takes them forever to refill the water. There are far better Asian restaurants to patronize this hard to park, almost non existent service and less than average food. I think most people come here not knowing what real Asian food are like and they think its chic because the restaurant itself is nice. I would not come here again.

Got a huge bowl of noodles here for lunch today. I thought they were awesome. They had all kinds of seafood and broth that was great. I can't handle very spicy stuff and the food here seemed to keep it mild enough for me but spicy enough to keep it lively. I know that the owner prefers to use all fresh ingredients rather than canned stuff which can't be bad. The Asian Mojito was good, really good in fact but I have no idea what makes it Asian.... Definitely will be re-visiting this place.

I live very close to noodles and I could say it is our second kitchen. I enjoy the space and the service. (they could upgrade the ladies restroom...) I also like the food a lot, the lettuce wraps are very good and they have Udon soups etc. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because I think they put sugar in the dishes and I would love to taste more the specific ingredients.

Really cool casual environment, good food, and pretty inexpensive! The parking is tight at this location but the nice outside area makes up for it. I like that on a mild-tempered day that you can sit outside in the shared courtyard. Really nice wind-down place after work. Dishes I've tried: chicken fried rice, thai peanut noodles, pho nam, chicken lettuce wraps, and the appetizer sampler. All of these dishes were pretty good! The pork dumplings and thai peanut noodles are my go to dishes! I've been to both the Decatur and Mid-town locations and there was no difference in food and service. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

This was an extremely American version of many different types of Asian noodles. If you're use to the original noodles I would stray away from here. Oh, the parking can be difficult too on the weekends. Very small parking lot shared with other restaurants and street parking.

I've been to noodle many times within the last year. Majority of the time I am being dragged there by my Noodle-obsessed boyfriend. In my opinion Noodle is a 3 star restaurant and doesn't promise to be anything more than that. A shoddy Thai restaurant operated by college students. While the food isn't always great it is always acceptable. I'll continue to go there as long as service and quality stay at Sub-par.

Noodle is a great spot to have a casual but good quality dinner! I have always loved the fried rice and the eight veggie rice bowl. Until recently those were the only two things I had ordered there, but when I tried the crunch grouper I knew there was no going back! Their portions are huge, so it's usually enough for two meals. I also love being able to use the Midtown Alliance card of Scoutmob here for a discount, they almost always take both. With the dishes being $8-$12, it's not an expensive meal anyway and the outdoor seating is really great!

Just went here last night with a new friend in town. I just moved here from South Carolina and so I'm very interested in trying new places! I found this place on Scout Mob (with a 1/2 off coupon) you should definitely look that up if you don't know what I'm talking about. The atmosphere was great here! Our waiter was really nice and when I asked him what his favorites were he didn't look at me and say, I like everything...he actually made a great suggestion, which was the Thai Peanut dinner (aka Pad Thai noodles). They were FANTASTIC. Fresh cilantro and lime made a real difference! And the bean sprouts were fresh on top, not cooked in, so they were crunchy and delicious! I loved what I had. My friend had the chicken fried rice and it had edemame in it...which was different, but also excellent! So yeah, I'm going back! I hope you'll give it a try too!

Pho Ga was not that good though the portion was huge. One bowl could probably feed a family of 3. My brother ordered Lenny's crispy noodle with beef. The beef was tender. The dish was good for the first few bites, but after that it became too much to handle b/c of a very thick and super sweet sauce. But, the appetizer, the shrimp spring roll was good..so good that we ordered another to go. The smell of basils in the roll was just right and not overwhelming and the peanut butter and hoisin sauce was perfect. Dip it altogether with Sriracha was even better. I put Sriracha in almost everything. When in doubt, put in Sriracha sauce :) The service was excellent. Our waitress seemed sincere and was very sweet. She even recommended places for us to go and visit. We overtipped her. Love that girl. Why 3 stars?? We went around 1:30 pm on Wednesday so there were a few parking spots left in front of the restaurant. Sweet! But, the taste.. Their noodles were okay. Nothing too special (except for Shrimp spring roll) but a lot better than Little Bangkok (will review this too, gotta let it out!! Meh!!)

Meh! I live in the Midtown neighborhood but had never stopped by Noodle despite the fact that I pass it nearly every day. My boyfriend and I went to Noodle on a weekday evening and the restaurant was dead. There was one other table with customers. We thought the service would be quick and efficient considering the circumstances. We thought incorrectly. We ordered drinks. The drinks did not come until our main dish came about 25 minutes later. We were nearly ready to get up and walk out it was so slow. Our waiter could have achieved a much higher tip if we could have ordered more drinks. The service was so slow that you couldn't get drunk if you tried. The food was bleh. I found my food oily and oversalted. The portions were very generous and I left full. It wasn't terrible food but considering how many great restaurants we have in this town, I probably will not be dining there in the future.

I ended up visiting this particular Noodle one fateful evening with a friend who was in town for a conference. Because it was relatively late, most of the places that I tried to bring her were already closed. So, we tried Noodle. I finished about 1/3rd of my bowl -- left with a vague sense of gustatory disquiet, and apologized deeply to my guest. Much like my review of its sister on Ponce, I cannot recommend this place. I'm a great skeptic towards the "Fusion" genre of food -- and avoid typically -- but will give it a chance particularly when there are glowing reviews. The chain has an interesting concept, but the recipes are cooked without a clear intent... and the flavours are left muddled and inchoate. I pass. 2/5

I highly recommend eating at Noodle. The midtown location has its own parking lot which was a plus for me. I had the special which was a really big noodle soup bowl filled with a variety of seafood. Very affordable prices. The service was very good. I definitely plan to revisit it in the future.

I've been living in Midtown for seven years and have consistently dropped by Noodle for dinner. It's perfect when you'd like a nicer dinner without all of the production. It's casual and comfortable in a chic atmosphere. Service is always attentive and accurate. There's also a patio, shared with Little Azio, if the weather is nice. Noodle is pretty inexpensive ($8-10 entrees), and I am never left dissatisfied with my meal. The wontons with curried cream cheese and shrimp basil rolls are favorite appetizers, as are the dumplings. In fact, I often choose to make a meal of the appetizers. The noodle and rice bowls are enormous portions and quite tasty. One of my favorite things about Noodle is that it's extremely vegetarian and even vegan-friendly. Most dishes can be made without egg, and tofu is an option as an add-in to the rice and noodle bowls. It's so good, that even non-vegetarians will often choose the tofu. Also for the health-conscious, brown rice can always be substituted for steamed rice. The house cocktails I find excellent, and they do have a full bar. The beer selection is limited, but there are several nice Asian selections. For dessert, I'd suggest trying one of their ice creams. I had the coconut flavor last night for the first time and was very pleased. If you're looking for a nice, yet casual meal in Midtown, you can't go wrong with Noodle.

I like this restaurant's concept but the execution could use more fine tuning. My bf and I stumbled across this place on a cold day and ordered up some hot noodle soups. The noodles were decent but I've had better at mom-and-pop places. If they could tweak their recipes and ante-up their ingredient quality, I think they could do a bang-up job. Notes: I love the hip decor, it definitely looks like a trendy hangout, and I loved their budget-friendly prices. It seems there are not that many other asian eateries in the midtown area .

I've found myself in a writing review rut lately. So here it is short and sweet. Hard as h@ll to find. The directions said it was on the left side of the street but it was on the right. I found myself making a U turn across three lanes on Peachtree Street =(. The waiter was freaking awesome. When someone in my party asked for suggestions he offered things from both sides, spicy meals vs non-spicy meals. I ended up getting the Spicy Rice with shrimp. OMFG!!! I can't believe I put off visiting this place for so long. The food was ready in no time and although I came to the restaraunt not hungry at all, I couldn't help but fight back the urge to lick my fingers and the bowl, after scoofing down all the food placed in front of me. I think it is safe to say that I am a new Noodle fan, and I'll be here next Saturday stuffing my face with rice and shrimp.

I went there twice, and both times I liked it. The service is good, the price is about right, and the food is good, although my GF thought her plate was too salty. If you order a noodle bowl, you better be hungry, because the portions are HUGE. The noodles taste great, and my Korean friends says that his favorite Jung Bong Soup is as good as it is in Korea. Overall, I'm happy with this place

This place is the gem of Midtown!!!!! I live a few blocks from it and never tried it till I saw theythey were on ScoutMob. So glad I did! The inside is decorated to a T. My server was a cute girl named Madeline. I didn't know what to get so I asked her what her favorite was, and she ordered lo mien(spelling???). It was to die for. My boyfriend got a green curry bowl which, was also, to die for. The prices were also SO CHEAP, and we got a discount on top of that. Personally, I think we robbed them. Our server was on point and a lot of fun. Well, it has been a few days, and I decided to go back by myself today. I walk in and was seated by a really nice guy with shaggy hair. Note: when I got sat I was being very rude and was on the phone. He did not mind and still sat me. Most places would have waited till I got off the phone to even greet me. Love it! My server was Christina, another cute girl. She was able to special make what I wanted from the bar and service was very fast. I ordered the green curry bowl this time and enjoyed it. Christina even had them make it extra hot, yum! Also, Christina boxed up what I had left over too. Madeline did the same thing as well on our vistit before. Service is AMAZING HERE!!!!! I even noticed that when I came in it was during a shift change. The whole staff really seems to enjoy each other and did odd jobs together as a team. I can't express how much I am grateful to name this on my top 3 restaurants in Atlanta. I have friends coming into town, we will be making this our party spot. I am also shocked to see anything less than 5 stars on here. The service and the food are both...Outstanding!!!! I may have to go back for a late dinner, tonight:)

Great Asian food! I worked close to this restaurant and basically ate there every other day. They offer very good lo mein, fried rice and pad thai. Everything is very fresh and I personally enjoyed the soy beans they added to the fried rice. Great food for a great price!

I've been here so many times, which is funny because I actually don't *love* Noodle - it's good though. The basil rolls with shrimp aren't bad, but the Coconut Chicken Soup is horrible! It's the most bland and watery soup I've ever tasted, for reals. What keeps this place at a 3-star rating for me are the HUGE, delicious noodle bowls and soups. My God. The Curry Noodle Soup is fantastic - it's pretty spicy, but I tried ordering it "less spicy" once and it came back really bland. Stick with the spice, it's so tasty. The other one we order a lot is the Thai Peanut Noodle - fabulous. Love the peanut flavor, and this dish is great with shrimp, I actually prefer it over chicken. The Thai Iced teas are good here too!

Know what, somehow this place has a draw for me. I can't help but go back to try something new. This time around, dumpling for appetizer, then Yellow curry noodle(egg noodle, mushrooms, scallions, carrots, onions, and beef for me, although you can choose chicken or something else) and some Thai iced tea to slosh it down. It was gooood! And filling too! The noodles is good enough for two, especially if you have some appetizers! Now back armed with Scoutmob, even better! If I lived here in Atlanta, this would be conSidered my regular hang out. Up next, some Italian Ice a few blocks away, possibly. Note, I don't give 5 stars unless it is very foodgasmic! This is 4 stars so it is very do-able!

The mom-and-pop diner in me always hesitates when I see a place like this... contemporary styling, chic Eastern-inspired design. I get flashbacks of Pei Wei's soggy noodles unceremoniously drenched with some generic soy-sauce based grease. The "beer bucket" deal of 5 bottles of beer for $12 did little to placate my fears... (although my wallet was happy) Jung bong noodle? "What kind of silly made-up name is that?!" I think smugly. The description sounds decent though, a spicy seafood noodle soup would be perfect in this cold weather. The waiter addressed my apparent skepticism with a quaint backstory about the owners who are supposedly of communist-fearing, Korean and Chinese origin. There was just enough detail that it could have be plausible. ...Maybe there's still hope for Noodle. The food arrived, nice big portions -- one point for Noodle -- and the "jung bong" looked just about as I imagined it... a rich, spicy red broth populated with seafood, veggies, and noodles. A sip of the broth told me I made a solid choice... this actually tastes great! The noodles themselves were the weakest part of the dish; unsurprisingly, since noodles with texture probably don't rank too high on their typical diner's wish list. But that was a forgivable offense, I was very pleased with the rest of the meal... there was a good mix seafood and the price was reasonable. I would actually come back here, whodathunkit? I can't speak for the other dishes, but if the owners really are of Korean-Chinese ancestry, you might just be better off avoiding the other fare... Noodle is a pretty solid joint. Nothing too fancy to write home about, but always delivers a solid (albeit average) meal. It's better than some of the similar asian-fusion options in ATL, but the first thing I think of whenever I return to ATL isn't here. The menu is diverse and they are the jack of all trades but has not mastered one dish. If you're looking for options on various asian-type foods, then Noodle won't disappoint. If you're looking for a specific type of asian dish (i.e. pho, thai curry, etc...), then I would look at going to a restaurant devoted to that cuisine.

Aw, I hate to see all the bad reviews on this place! I really like Noodle! I've been here several times and always get something different. I don't come here when I'm craving Asian food, so I don't even compare it to that. The Thai peanut noodle is really good, especially if you get it spicy. The Spicy Basil noodles are good as well, however are slightly bland--just add a little of their sweet hot sauce and its good to go. The Vietnamese cold salad is excellent, as is their calamari! I am picky about my calamari and surprisingly this place in the my top 5 for calamari (prob #4). The staff is always really friendly and the decor is nice. Not to mention it is super cheap! For the kids they'll bring them a big bowl of plain teriyaki noodles that my daughter loves, for like $3! Oh and I love the Thai tea...so sweet and good!

I went to Noodle today on my lunch break and the food was pretty good. I ordered the famous fried rice with shrimp, chicken, and beef. The serving was huge, especially for lunch. I boxed more than half of it up to go. The food was flavorful, the staff was friendly, and even their sweet tea was delicious. Total cost was $13 I'll definitely go back, they also have a scoutmob for 50% off, I decided to save mine to use for dinner another day.

Found this place through Scoutmob and went to the Midtown location. Noodle gives you a HUGE serving for a good price (great deal with scoutmob!). I got the spicy basil chicken and my date had the pad thai. We ordered sweet potato tempura which was delicious and crispy! My big bowl of noodles was yummy and I had enough leftover for a second meal. The pad thai lacked authentic thai taste, but then again it's a fusion restaurant... oh, Thai tea there is good too! Overall good experience, not much of a wait during dinner time service, and had a friendly/helpful waiter. I'd visit again :)

Got the veg stir fry with chicken. It was so so not as good as I hoped or as good as tin drum.

Pros: Nice interior, good outside seating, price is reasonable Cons: Food is ok, valet parking after dark is a pain The problem with Pan Asian food is it tends to spread itself too thin. There's no distinct taste, and while a blend of different and usual ingredients can be a good thing, I feel like the food here just gets muddled.

A solid neighborhood option. Staff is friendly and attentive and the food is better than expected. It's not authentic thai or anything, but the ingredients are high quality and the portions are generous.

Went back here for lunch today since it was on Scoutmob. Ordered a seaweed salad and beef fried rice. Both were PERFECT. Bartender gave great service. I wish every lunch was like this.

Don't tink soooooo! As they say in Jamaica..."tink so"... Sorry folks...thanks for the recommendation emails to this "NOODLES" However! Furthermore! I must concur! This noodles is NO where near as healthy as my love for the famous, oooh so gooood, "Noodles & Company" noodles.com Ok, now let's compare the menus here: Your Noodles- rice bowl - pan Asian style My Noodles- Asian - Mediterranean- American- Customize ur own- Sides (the famous great mac & cheese..which is a must try!) I don't want just rice & bowls ...(sorry) I want some Penne Rosa, Bangokok Curry or better yet there whole GRAIN Tuscan Linguine from Noodles & Company... Don't be mislead the names are similar but different in style, and taste! Sorry ATL...I have to stick to my Noodles & Company on this one...but nice try...Ha!

Not good. Poor service and not so tasty food. Our waiter had not clue as to what was going on. It took him forever to just bring us water...forget about ordering. I was especially disappointed because I had been looking forward to eating there for a while. I'll give it another try since some co workers were sitting at the other half of the restaurant and they said their food was delish but overall ours was not so good at all.

Short lunch break, looking for something small. Noodles hit the spot. $4 bowl of Coconut Chicken soup. While it was basic, it was beautiful in it's simplicity. Probably scalding hot Cocount milk that they added cut up chicken and raw veggies too. The veggies sort of steamed themselves as I ate. For the money, and the time it was definitely worth the trip. Will have to wait till I'm with a group to branch out on the menu.

I really enjoyed my food here. Busy place with a good atmosphere and a selection that does span asia. Prices were great and I left stuffed and happy.

An ad for Noodle in David magazine features an Asian guy with a martini and reads "ROCK OUT WITH YOUR WOK OUT" Authentic cuisine it ain't. If you want pho, you'd be better served on Buford Highway or Forest Park than Noodle. On the same token, the food is good. They've got great drinks. The interior decor is modern and cool, and they've got great outdoor seating. My favorite dish is the crunch grouper, and I like having the option of brown rice with my meal. Good food, great prices (esp for Midtown), and good drinks + a great location on Peachtree equals the success they've had there for 7 years.

The service is always quick. Not sure of how authentic the food is .... but everything I have ever had is good. Quality and the price is great. Typically go for lunch and am always out in a hurry. The last visit .... last week. Service was a little lacking. Host at the door anything but friendly - almost a bother to seat us at a table. Server did the job, but definitely did not go above and beyond. The clincher was the pen to sign the credit card receipt. It didn't work. And, of course didn't see the server again to get a new pen.

when i eat at an asian restaurant i'd always go for curry, and so i did at noodle. i ordered green curry tofu soup noodles, i'm impressed with the taste, but i would like to see green veggies. it was just tofu, pale tomatoes, and noodles basically. The tofu.... I just think in a place like that, nice location/atmosphere/etc, be consistent in what you serve too. we would call it cheapy in my country even just to find something like that at the street side. But in a semi-fancy restaurant... disappointing. every bite is the same. My bf ordered the beef miso udon soup, he didn't like it at all but I thought it was ok. He ended up eating my curry noodles. Worse part is that these dishes are categorized under 'Specialty'.. However, the veggie dumplings are awesome, go for the steamed ones!

I am wishing I could re-eat last night's meal. Well, not that exact meal, per se, as that would be rather revolting. Let's rephrase, shall we? I wish I could suddenly have placed in front of me a large plate of crunchy sweet and sour beef. (I believe the dish was named something like that.) Oh, so affordable and DELICIOUS! Crunchy with a hint of spice like General Tso's at a really, truly good Chinese place. I tried some sort of beef egg roll type thing, too (my friend ordered us an appetizer--I forget the name of it). It was a rather beefy night. The service was excellent, the prices were really good (especially for the neighborhood), and the layout was pretty and clean--good use of a rather long, somewhat small space. Bland? Nah. I would say no. Fair to give a place five stars after one visit? Probably not. But craving it this much after one visit has got to say something, and having it recommended by a pretty picky eater who has eaten at many a nice restaurant means it's got to be good. I clicked "moderate" for the pricing, but I spent on the low end of that--just about $12 or so (if memory serves me well). Lunch prices are clearly marked on the menu; you could probably get by with a lunch for around $10 including tip.

ample space, friendly service, so-so food, reasonable prices. solid three stars. i ate at noodle twice -- once for dinner and once for lunch. each time i was seated immediately and the server came over in a flash. i had the pho ga once and the other time i had the vietnamese noodle salad (i think it's supposed to be some form of bun). portions were pretty big. execution of the dishes, just so so. prices were very reasonable. maybe it's because i live in the exaggerated restaurant market of washington dc, but this place seemed really cheap to me! overall it was ok. i'd go back if i were in the neighborhood, but i don't think i'd cross town to eat here.

Not exactly the Mcdonald's of Thai food....but close. It's more like the Olive Garden of Thai food. The chopstix on the table are a dead give-away (Thai mostly eat with a fork and large spoon....not chopstix). The midtown location is good for midtowners and surprisingly they have decent parking. Service has been pretty good the 4 or 5 times I have been there. Also, I was able to pick up on a free wifi signal while I was waiting for my lunch meeting to arrive. The decor is what you would expect of a Midtown eatery....urban....chic....modern....etc (pick one). Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the food. Well, it is easy to forget. It won't make you gag and it won't make you jump for joy. But considering Thai is one of the most flavorful and remarkable foods you can eat, Noodle's food is not so good. However, they do have tofu options and a good location. So, if you find yourself on p'tree and 9th and need a place with decent parking, bland Thai, tofu options, close to a free wifi signal, and decorated like every other place in midtown, then go here.

Huge portion size, great value. Pretty solid quality and selection, nothing out of the ordinary. They were out of several beers on the menu which was a bit annoying as was parking, but definitely worth a trip.

Excellent food, service is a tad slow. I love the Thai Beef salad. Most everything is excellent. Just stay away from the green curry chicken. Which I guess is supposed to be Massaman Curry because it has avacodos, cashews, potatoes and the traditional stuff... plus brocolli. It was a big FAIL.

Service was mediocre. Kitchen staff refused basic request. Food was out of the jar (i.e. Lee Kum Kee), and fresh ingredients were sparse. Music and atmosphere were good and it was affordable.

This place is so great. My favorite meal is actually a combo of 2 smaller plates - the Curry Rolls and a big, steaming bowl of the Hot and Spicy soup. It's soooo good and really filling. My friends joke that it looks like they just took anything left over (shirmp, tofu, soy beans, mushrooms) and threw it in the pot and called it soup. It's got LOTS of stuff it in, but it's so delish and it really is pretty spicy. I have to add some of those crunchy noodles to cool it down. The crunch grouper is also awesome (both in the bowl and on a salad). This place will be forever on my list of quick, cheap eats with a sophisticated city feel.

Looking over the previous reviews, this place seem to get the mix of them. I have been twice and each time I was not impressed. I find the food salty, noodles mushy and overall, very forgettable. It is a shame because I live in walking distance and would love to make going here a habit. The staff seem friendly enough and the parking is definitely tight.

I will agree that the food here is pretty bland but I usually ask for it spicy and always add a bunch of hot sauce so I get around the blandness. For me, it's totally acceptable lunch food and a much better option than many other places out there. You can choose something here that at least has some positive nutritional value. I usually order the Thai peanut noodle bowl with tofu because I like the lightly fried tofu - healthy, I know. This dish also has a lot of vegetables on it and one portion can feed me for three separate lunches. I sometimes get soup here, too, but I think the soup is just so-so. I recently tried the curry noodle bowl with tofu which was surprisingly similar to the Thai peanut noodle bowl but with thicker noodles and no peanuts - it was not bad at all. The staff here is pretty friendly and the food is served very quickly. The decor is nice and it's an easy place to dine with friends but I must admit that I usually get my food here made for take-out (it's a very good place for take-out).

The portions seem to have decreased in size compard to a few weeks ago. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that they changed their menu? Good selection of bottled beers, nice shared outdoor patio, and tasty kung pow chicken.

Okay, I was definitely impressed by the quality of the Asian fusion representation. I'm not Asian (obviously), but I've lived in Asian countries and when I tasted the Pho I burst into flames due to excitement/desire to be back in the place I once called home...Vietnam.

Good food, good prices. The green curry soup is spectacular. It has more than the usual stuff, and good portions. My only complaint is that there's no beer on tap.

Great neighborhood restaurant in Midtown to go to if in the mood for Pho or Vietnamese/Asian Fusion type food. My meal was delicious - I had the Pho Ga and the steamed Mahi Mahi. Prices are ridiculously low and staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating. There is an outdoor patio that you can enjoy specially now that the weather is so nice. Will definitely come back even though I live a bit far away.

The decor is nice and there's tables outside - which the weather has been perfect for. The food is ok, but very reasonably priced. I had a big bowl of miso soup for $4. Takeout is fast, but no delivery. There's shared parking outside the restaurant and street parking on Juniper.

Doc Chey's with a better interior designer... I had the curry and brown rice for lunch, and it was pretty flavorless. There was no spice to the curry and I tasted the rice more than anything. Probably a mistake on my part to order something without noodles at a place called Noodle now that I think about it. The interior is cool, and definitely aiming for a trendy, nightclubby vibe (which seemed a little strange at noon on a Tuesday when it's filled with other cubicle monkeys). I'd probably have more fun there with time for a cocktail and a good group of friends. I'll give Noodle another try (more out of boredom with the lunch options within walking distance of work) and hope for something that isn't quite so bland next time. EDIT: Are there enough parenthetical asides in this review (or not?)?
