Oh my gosh!!! So I went to Hooters with my boyfriend to enjoy a chill evening!! I must say usually their wings are pretty good! Our waitress was Abby. So I ordered breaded honey chipotle wings all flat and my boyfriend ordered medium wings, without bread with lemon pepper sprinkles. I thought what we ordered were pretty simple. Ugh, no it apparently wasn't. This is the first time I've gone to Hooters and had the experience that I did!!! She brought my boyfriend mild wings without the sprinkle and me wings that were not breaded. Of course it took forever for them to fix my food!! We didn't get to eat together which defeated the whole point of going to dinner. My fries got cold because I was waiting on my wings. Not one time did Abby apologize for her mistake or even offer to just swap my fries for fresh ones. She acted like there was nothing wrong when we told her that our order was not correct. Her response was more like an ok versus being slightly apologetic. I attempted to get her attention on numerous occasions but was ignored! Needless to say I didn't enjoy my experience with Hooters last night. If the manager reads this please help her because Abby's service sucked! She pretty much told another table that she doesn't know why they are on vacation in Atlanta because there is nothing here... Really, Atlanta speaks for itself!!!

Good wings and tator tots. Very cold beer!! The service sucks when you're a female (of course). But the men are catered to very nicely.

Very cool hangout spot in Cumberland with nice waitress, great food (never had a bad experience), and decent service (never had to get angry or short tip anyone). I prefer them when they aren't crowded...very tight parking. But every now and then a good crowd makes it fun! Drinks aren't free pour, so don't expect a buzz of any specialty drink.

The waitresses are very beautiful. I might just marry one of them. Oh yeah the service and food are good

I am here in ATL around the Cobb Galleria for work and I wanted to grab some wings. I just ordered over the phone and telling from the rushed conversation and impatient tone, the service must definitely suck. The speaker on the phone was very rude and impolite, disgruntled and had no phone etiquette. I'm only writing this review about the service because I was angry enough to say something. What's the point of going to a place to eat if it's obvious that nobody wants to help you?

What a crappy place to eat. It's ironic that they're proud of their wings since their wings are probably the worst item on their menu. We ordered about 100 wings with different flavors. They all sucked. I don't think I tasted one flavor of wing that tasted good. Also their chocolate cake tasted like some 5 year old botched a Duncan Hines recipe. They have tiny little TVs that makes it hard to watch a game. Not only that, the TVs are in weird places. Depending where you sit, you need to be a Yoga master or something to twist your body to uncomfortable positions to watch the TVs. Even our waitress acted sub-par. She looked like she didn't want to work that day. She did her table-waiting job fine, but she looked like she was tired and didn't want to be there. I thought Hooters waitresses are suppose to have that fake, friendly personality. It's a lot different than before. Did Hooter's waitresses devolve into just regular servers? So what happened to their gimmick? I remember back in the day, they were super cool and friendly to everyone. They weren't regular servers; they chatted people up, flirted, etc. Their uniforms might work on some horn-dog 15 year old kid, but I thought they're suppose to at least act super cool to the customers and not just rely on their uniforms. Oh well, maybe it was just our waitress. I can't think of anything good to say about this place. 1 star.

I love going to this place. The girls are always up-beat and friendly. The service is always prompt. The only reason they did not get five stars is because sometimes the wings come luke warm. This place has plenty of TVs and is great during sporting events. No matter how crowded the place is you will get good service and be able to watch tv. They have great deals on the weekday nights from Monday-Thursday. It is half off appetizers after 9 pm on those days.

The grouper sandwich grilled was the highlight of each visit to this place. You are treated with respect as a regular by veteran servers. There are enough TVs for all guests to enjoy a variety of sporting events, especially the UFC pay-per-view events. The managers for the most part check on every table and make sure all needs are taken care of. Two things of caution though: 1) Avoid getting served on the patio because you will hardly be recognized or even helped. 2) If Roger doesn't run the kitchen, you have a 50/50 chance your food comes out correctly. With all the points, I still enjoy coming every week since I am welcomed as a regular guest.

This is an ok place to grab a casual lunch, or catch a game with friends. The food is ok and the service is good. The decor and layout are just like any other Hooters you have ever been to. I ordered boneless wings in the parmesan garlic sauce and a side of fries with cheese. You get a good portion of wings. The sauce added solid flavor. The wings were very crispy. The fries were ok. I prefer mine a little crispier. The cheese added some good flavor to the fries. The staff was attentive and friendly the entire time. My food came out quickly so I was able to eat a quick lunch and get going. There are a lot of televisions so you can watch several games at once.

If I can give this place no stars I would! The location was absolutely terrible! I will never go back or recommend any of my friends to go here! It took entirely too long just to get a waitress to even come over to take our orders! Finally Z came over or whatever here name is, but she messed up our ordered! Our drink was nasty so it took another 20 mins to get another one. Then after we finally got out food she was missing a part of our order and said she forgot!! I can see if it was slammed and busy but it wasn't! After this we got up and left the food there. Dnt come here!

Decided to take a trip to a chain today and that chain was Hooters. I've never been but I know they're known for their wings. I would consider myself a hot wing aficionado and while I knew it wouldn't be as awesome as the wings might get out of a shack located in a parking lot sandwiched between abandon buildings, we needed a happy hour or at least happy hour drink prices so it won. I ordered the Rita Gone Wild. Tasty, decent margarita, especially for the price of $6.50. To date, my favorites come from La Fonda but I would be more than willing to grab a few of these before a night out. Our waitress was the bomb. Super friendly and accommodating. She did something every restaurant can do but often doesn't...she let me sample a beer I was debating over. A lot of waitresses and waiters just let you debate and move on to the next deciding customer. The wings were fine. I actually don't like my wings "super sized." They taste funny but the sauce was decent. Very buttery. I got the mild sauce and curly fries. Per the recommendation of our waitress we got fried pickles. They were delish. Well seasoned with a tasty dipping sauce. They get 4 stars because of the waitress. She was above average. I wish I could remember her name. Smh.

My waitress had outstanding customer service and is really well at what she does ... The chicken was Blah ... Maybe be it was all you can eat night but if the trend is to use huge wings gives individuals like myself the option to refuse for normal sized wings before you bring my order.. I do not like steroidal wings. Take the feathers off for Pete sake... Other than that I enjoyed those Daytona Beach wings

Awful service and I felt ignored because I'm a female. The men sitting at the bar were getting much better service than I was. Food was ok but I definitely won't go back.

Apparently Hooter's has forgotten why they're called Hooters. Went there today and was treated as if I was in a normal bar. That's fine if I was in a normal bar but that's not why I - or anyone - goes there. Not only did they mess up my order but I was practically ignored. While I was there, sitting at the bar. And before you say anything, I watched the waitresses talk to several people at the bar. I've been going to this particular Hooters for years and this was the first time I felt like I wasn't at one. Extrordinarly disappointed at the service, or lack of service I should say. It seems they have forgotten what "Hooters" means and why people come there.

When I think of Hooters I think of ass, boobs, and a place full of guys drooling from mouth. My coworker wanted to go here and I thought he wanted to see the women. Nope, they have a wing special on Wednesday $5 boneless wings and fries. Wings were ok I have had better. This place just seems dirty to me for some odd reason.

I have heard so many advertisements on the radio for Hooters lately that I just had to give it a try to see what their new menu and expanded beer list was like. I was in the area in the late afternoon and decided to have an early dinner. When I arrived around 4 PM, the parking lot was crowded, which seemed to be a good sign that the place was crowded during non-peak hours. Inside, it was not packed, but there was a good crowd. I sat at the bar. The layout is pretty nice. I had a nice view from the bar around the restaurant. There was a good view from the bar of the restaurant area, and the windows that surround everyone gave it a light and airy feel. I give pluses for the TV screens. There are plentiful screens that are well placed with a variety of games on, so anyone who wants to watch any sports event here won't be disappointed. From the bar area, there were three screens behind the bar in clear view of the patrons. The beer list also gets a plus. It's not super extensive like Taco Mac, but it is better than average with several craft beer offerings. I had a Red Hare lager. The menu listed their Watership Brown, which I wanted to order, but I was told they no longer have that beer on stock. The beer prices are also really good and I like the fact that they offer a 24 oz. size. The 24 oz draft beer I had was $6. That's a good deal, and it was just enough for me. I would have normally ordered two pints (32 oz) which is actually a little more than I want in a single sitting, so the 24 oz was perfect for me. The food, though, is where I came out disappointed. I ordered the smothered chicken sandwich, which had a chicken breast, cheese, mushrooms, onions, and peppers. The quality of the chicken left something to be desired. It didn't taste like a freshly grilled chicken breast but instead like a heated up frozen chicken piece. There was something about the texture of the meat that did not appeal to me. I would have been better off ordered a burger, which is almost always a safe choice anywhere. Overall, I think this is a good place for sports watching and drinking and have some appetizers and/or a light meal. Service was OK, but not particularly speedy.

I never thought I'd go into a Hooters, but it'd have to happen eventually, right? Some friends were hanging out here, so we joined them after dinner. I snacked a bit on their fried pickles which are pretty good and better than some places I know of in town. Service was kind of come and go. I thought it'd be busier because the parking lot was full that I had to park farther closer to the other stores in the shopping center. Either way, service was ok, because really, that's what we're here for, right? Oh, yea, someone said the wings here are good. I didn't have any. Instead, I just felt pity for all these girls working here. Obviously, they don't really care for a career in waitressing and they have to walk around in those short shorts and pantyhose that just looks really uncomfortable. I do have to praise them for their bravery because I could never work in a place where I get oogled daily. This place obviously appeals to men, but it's just a little uncomfortable to me.

What's with all the negative reviews, it's HOOTERS. Don't expect Chops. Beer, wings, sports. You know what you are getting at every Hooters you step into. Want a 4 star steak or politically correct uniforms go someplace else. Save me a bar stool for beer, wings and sports.

Results maybe atypical. Came here last night on National Wing Day which meant all you can eat wings for $12.99. My opinion this is an awesome deal as wings are too expensive at the grocery stores nowadays but that's a review for another day. Pleasantly surprised that the place was about 50% full as I would have expected the place to be packed. Their parking lot was full so I had to park next door. I was greeter by a friendly hooter girl and soon as I sat down, I was attended to-which is a bonus. Ordered a "tall boy" Yuenling. I got served a glass that probably held 36-40oz for only $4.25-Awesome deal!! I had 50 wings so I will be reviewing each flavor. BTW I got my wings nonbreaded, as wings should never be breaded.(At least not wings from Hooters, as I learned on a previous visit..far too much breading) Hot-Typical buffalo-hot style. I'm not too fond of the buffalo style hot sauce as I'm a southerner but it was still pretty good. Definitely did not skimp on sauce as the wings were drenched (most likely to make you order more drinks/get fuller faster. 4/5 General Tso-Off the back this does not sound pleasing as a wing flavor and my senses didn't disappointed. It kinda resembled sesame chicken that you get from the local mall Chinese restaurant. While good on their "chicken", it doesn't belong on hooter wings 3/5 Teriyaki-Best of the flavors that I had. Nice sweet balanced by a doze of soy sauce. The sauce was really thick which I didn't mind at all. 5/5 Lemon Pepper-A little on the salty side but that's ok as my taste were pretty use to sweet sauces and the sharpness of the lemon pepper was probably too overpowering. I would order again 4/5 Habanero BBQ-Very good-Decent hotness with the tanginess of the BBQ on the back end. All good 5/5 My only grip with the wings is that they include the fly part, something that they can easily cut off in the kitchen-makes the wings slightly unappealing in my opinion. But nothing a quick twist of the wrist can't manage. Out of 50, there were about 3 "baby" wings, pretty great ratio. I will definitely come back-no time soon of course!

I guess this franchise is all the same no matter where you attend. Im in ATL at the time of my visit. No IPAs (except goose island), wings are amazing though. Women are very nice and respectful for tips as expected. Its packed always, as expected also. Wait times are pretty much guaranteed, yet football games kept us pre-occupied. The set-up for this particular Hooters is pretty tight, yet efficient. The women quality, eeeeh..?

If you enjoy good food and pretty ladies in pantyhose, then this is the place for you! With many large tvs and a fun atmosphere, this is the best place to relax and watch sports.

I had stayed away from the Hooters restaurants in general over the last few years. They're are so many options now for beer, boobs, and decent food...sorry no rhyme. However, I feel the competition has caused Hooters to ramp up there brand some. I think the competition has been a good thing. In the strangest way and compliment, Hooters has become the least "trashy" of the boobs and beer restaurant craze as of late. That's a good thing. I'm not saying they are fantastic, but they have made changes that are positive and make it a better experience.

The famous "Hooter girl" standard has become completely obsolete at this location. I worked at Hooters 10 years ago, so I know how these girls are supposed to look and act during a shift. I visited this store this week and couldn't believe how awful the service was! Kaddie was our server and after waiting a long time for her to greet us, she got our mixed drinks wrong. They were very simple rum and pineapple juice drinks. Clearly, she isn't familiar with the bar side of her job. Definitely needs more training! We decided to order appetizers and she just said ok and walked away before we were finished with the order. It made us feel rushed and almost like we were more of an inconvenience than anything to be sitting at her table. It always took forever for her to come check on us. We never got plates and silverware for our boneless wings appetizer! Food was good, and the restaurant was clean so I'll come back again, but I just hope to never have the same server again! And as a side note, we were on the patio and had a good view of my car in the parking lot. I watched another server coming in for her shift, park next to me and in a rush, hit my mirror with her shoulder hard enough that it turned out. She just kept walking and acted like nothing happened. So rude! The lack of respect for a stranger's property blew my mind!

We came here around lunchtime. Parking wasn't too bad, and I've seen this place slammed before, so this was slightly unusual. The hostess was nice. She seemed thrown off when my babe asked if we could sit in a booth away from the really noisy areas. Her eyes got big and she just stood there, looking like "huh?" She was nice, though. Our waitress was very nice and patient. I ordered the Daytona Beach Boneleses Wings with onion rings, instead of fries.I am not exaggerating when I say that I got a handful of onion rings and about 6 small chicken bits doused in sweet and, albeit, tasty sauce. I'm cheap, if I wasn't with the babe, I would have returned it for a decent portion ($10 meal, come on now) or something totally different. For some reason, he doesn't believe in returning meals/complaining, though. ??? I spared him this time. Anyways, great service. Pitiful portions.

Pretty decent hooters. I'm not sure why I go here because the hooters you stop off at in rural TN, KY, IL, IN, and OH are so awesome and genuinely nice servers and staff. I didn't eat lunch here last week but saw a ton of good looking fried foods exiting the food window. I think if Sam was still here I'd give this location 5 stars.

The cooks at this Hooters are the worst ever. EVER. (And I've been to Hooters all over the country). No matter how you order your wings, your getting them dry & over cooked. I've been here 3 times, every time I order them extra extra wet/swimming, and every time they're dry as a bone. Tonight was the last straw. Even the to-go waitress just stared at them, shook her head & said "wow". So if you like your wings rock hard & bone dry, this is your Hooters. These cooks need to be fired & replaced asap.

So I write this review mostly based on my last several visits to this location. I've been coming to this one for over 10 years. It used to be a great place for after work happy hours and grabbing some wings. The last 2 or 3 times have been pretty awful. The wings are pretty standard for Hooters so I have no complaints there. The service on the other at this location is pretty bad. The last time I was here with my wife, they completely forgot something we ordered and the wings were way overcooked. Also the last 2 times, it took forever for the food to come out and the appetizers came out with the entree. They're appetizers for a reason.
