Diabetics at TGI Friday

If you're a diabetic, then you must be extra careful while dining at TGI Friday. Try the salad menu at TGI Friday to keep your sugar and sodium intake in check. Soups are great to keep you full and satisfied without munching on the unhealthy greased meat-based dishes on TGI Friday menu.

Foods to Avoid at TGI Friday for Diabetics:

Sugar and sodium intake are crucial if you have diabetes. While the salads are the best option for you at TGI Friday, it is recommended to avoid the Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad containing over 1000 calories and 1,650mg sodium. Also, skip Warm Pretzels with Craft Beer-Cheese dipping sauce as it contains more than 3000mg sodium. I FINALLY had the chance to experience Fritti last night and I have to say that any pizza ristorante that has CHEESELESS Frutti de Mare on a thin crust is my FAVORITE place for pizza. I experienced nostalgia for my trip to Florence, Italy in summer '94 just from the sheer deliciousness of this flawless menu item from just down the street. The fact that the owner gave us a shot of Lemoncello to toast our bachelorette with us made it even more of an outstanding experience. Bravo, Fritti. Bravo!

Wanted to try this place out a few times before writing my review, Stopped in here last Friday with some folks from out of town and they absolutely loved the place. Tried three different gourmet pizzas: The Salsiccia E Peperoni (excellent, bit of a sweet sauce), Ananas E Gorgonzola (wow, the gorgonzola and pineapple together out of this world) & the Funghi di bosco (I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms but this was pretty darn good). Had a party of four so we sat outside, cozy little patio it's right on Highland so it's great for people watching and catching a nice breeze when the weather is nice. If you're looking for a more romantic setting I suggest sitting inside where the atmosphere is right for amore.

Finally!! I satisfied my craving! I have been begging for a good grilled veggie sandwich for the last 3 weeks. I decided to give Fritti a try because of Inman Park restaurant week, but I didn't think I'd find this jewel there. The grilled veggie panni was OUTSTANDING! My only very, very small complaint is that they put rosemary in the ketchup. I'm a plain Heinz kind of gal, but I can deal with this. I will be going back, probably more often than I should. Cheers :)

Went for the final World Cup game. Food was great, beverages great, atmosphere great. Only mild complaint was the difficulty in finding our server at times, but keep in mind it was BUSY!

I'd probably give this place 2 1/2 stars, but I couldn't muster up a full 3. Here's why: - Way overpriced - Jack's Pizza is right down the street (and way better) - Small portions - "B" rated health inspection (gross) Pros: - Great service After hearing rave reviews, we decided to try Fritti and it was generally meh. I had a shrimp and diver scallop salad which was definitely lacking something. Generally very bland. Wine was overpriced. Pizza was pretty good (can't remember the name), but not phenom and small for the price ($14). I feel like they jack the prices up to seem more high-brow than they really are. Go there if you want decent food at an outrageous price.

Holy watery pizza Batman! Seriously, it came out and the middle was complete mush. I couldn't even get a bite of it with a fork and knife before it fell apart. The top crust was okay but the crust and the sauce lacked any flavor what-so-ever. The calamari was decent but nothing like I've had at other places. I was sadly disappointed being that the place is always packed. It must have a lot to do with the convenience of the location. The menu was overpriced and our service was lacking. If you're looking for a pizza outing I suggest going elsewhere!

PANINI's!! Why doesn't anyone talk about Fritti's panini's??? Their pizza is good, ok, but they're panini's are DELICIOUS! I usually have their crudo e rucola and all the ingredients are top notch. The panini bread is the best I've had in Atlanta. The prosciutto is obviously high quality mmmmmm its so good, not dry and salty like the cheap kind but velvety smooth and distinct. Their calamari is very good too and so is the marinara sauce. You have to try the panini's! Another thing I love about Fritti's which rounds them out to 5 stars is the great service and environment. Servers are always good, quiet, and a little quirky. But they do everything right. The atmosphere is great, very relaxed, very inviting. I love sitting outside and Atlanta doesn't have that many good places. I always sit outdoors in the covered area which is great year-round. In the summer its great and in the winter they have heat lamps so you can sit outside comfortably.

I went here yesterday with my family, and all in all it was a very good experience. To start, we ordered the bruschetta and the arancini. The bruschetta was absolutely fabulous-- perfect balance of textures and tastes and I have been craving more ever since we left. The arancini was okay. I certainly wouldn't order it again, definitely not worth the deep-fried calories. For our meals, we ordered Pancetta e Cipolla (Panchetta, caramalized onions, and hot peppers), Speck e Rucola (smoked prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and arugula), and the Funghi di Bosco (crimini and portobello mushrooms and white truffle oil). My favorite was the Speck e Rucola, and watching other people get their food, it seemed to be a super popular pizza. The arugula was added after the pizza was cooked so it was fresh and crisp (think Mellow Mushroom's Caesar pizza), and the mozzarella and prosciutto was such a good combination. The mushroom was good, and was the only one to be completely gone, but I didn't think the truffle oil added much, as it was lost among the flavors of such dominating mushrooms. I also think it could have used some sort of crunch to balance out the overall texture. I did not personally try the pizza with panchetta, but my brother loved it and sort of hoarded it away for himself (maybe that's why I missed out?). Don't get discouraged by the fact that some of the ingredients listed on the menu are in Italian and can be challenging to interpret, the servers are very friendly and willing to explain whatever you need.

Ate here last night 12/9 Awesome reminded me of the pizzas I would get in NAples Italy and Massimo was an excellent host. I had The Sorrentina pizza (with San Marzano tomato, bufala, smoked mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano) it was amazing. The atmosphere is nice and cozy the ovens are fun to watch and be amazed at how fast they cook. Our servers where nice and friendly. My friend had the steak and it too was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Price - not cheap but not overly expensive - you have to pay for quality ingredients they don't come cheap Pizza, steak water and tip $56.00

Fritti means "fried." My dining companion made fun of me for thinking this, but it turned out to be true, so I win. They have an entire menu section called "fritti," which confused me a little bit, but I'm pretty sure everything in that section has a fried component. I had the pineapple gorgonzola pizza, and I second Catherine P.'s comment that it was good hot at the restaurant and good cold out of the fridge the next day. Interestingly, the waiter told me that everyone who had sat in my seat that night had ordered that pizza. I thought that was pretty funny and was happy that I had a waiter who would find that amusing enough to tell me about.

I was really looking forward to a great pizza. The sauce was great and the crust was okay. The service was minimal but friendly. They were busy, but they are always busy from what I understand. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Not as good as I hoped, better than some. Fellini's is better pizza.

Impromptu dinner at Fritti this past Friday before catching the premiere of the newest round of Scandal at Dad's Garage. Dimly lit, tables tightly placed, it is a cozy, lively nook on the corner of Elizabeth & North Highland. Fritti was packed & the atmosphere exuded a really awesome energy. My husband and I opted to split the rounds.... Round one: Sashimi Tuna... 5 stars. I'm in love. Round two: Caesar Salad... pretty standard. 2.5 stars Round three: Calzone alla Napoletana, pizza form... Delicious. 4.5 stars. Service was above average. Timing was right on key, which I always appreciate. Check Fritti out for a solidly consistent affordable Inman Park hot spot. You really can't go wrong.

I love Fritti--there I said it, and I mean it. Honestly, I think this is some of the best pizza that I have had in a very long time. One bite and I remember why I gained ten pounds in Italy. I have tried a bunch of different pizzas from here but the Regina Margherita remains my favorite. In my opinion a Margherita pizza done right doesn't need all the toppings. I've also enjoyed the Mushroom and the pizza that comes with spinach and Ricotta cheese. The rest of the menu doesn't disappoint either. Their salads are crispy and fresh, and the eggplant croquettes are the perfect way to start a meal. I've never actually had a chance to sample dessert because I usually can't eat another bite by the time I devour my OWN pizza. The only negative I can think of is that in the past I have experienced some blips in service. I had a glass of red wine spilled on me, and then our server refused to return to our table... I also never got a new glass of wine. I also had a server once bring out a pizza that had clearly been sitting for a while as it was luke warm to say the least. I have to tell you though, for the amount of times that I have had a GREAT meal there, the few issues don't even compare. I highly recommend taking the chance to check out this restaurant, but be prepared to wait if you come on a weekend night!

Three fine ladies had sat in traffic en route to Macon for an hour and a half and had progressed all of 10 miles. Yeah, we turned around. It was a beautiful day so we made our way to Fritti to enjoy the front patio. My stomach has been feeling like death so in my attempt at gluten free I had to forego the pizza, which I was seriously sad about. I ordered an arugula salad and the bruschetta, no bread. I know, I know, weird order, but they were happy to acquiesce. The arugula salad was a healthy portion, fresh and crisp and perfectly light. The bruschetta sans bread was amazingly good: flavorful mozzarella topped with tomatoes that I will certainly crave tomorrow. So good. The patio was lovely, even if a little loud from the street noise. I loved the whole space and will happily return, hopefully as someone who can tolerate wheat and order a pie for myself.

Chose this place for dinner based on a red wine craving my friend and I were sharing, and Fritti definitely has a great selection for that. She chose the wine, and go figure, we ordered a 2nd bottle. Otherwise our delicious meal would've been rather reasonable, yet not so much when you have two gals in the same drinking mood. So there we were, the last patrons to leave because everybody working around us was way too professional to hurry us along. You really can't and shouldn't chug red wine, although I think I did on my final gulp while patio umbrellas were being taken down. Everything we ordered was shared and delicious: fried mushrooms, calamari, and an olive and artichoke pizza, all of which had fancier menu names in Italian. However, since I'm always being corrected when I try to pronounce Italian words, no way in hell am I going to try and spell them out here. Also, did I mention we had two bottles of wine?! Service is very professional and there's a valet, so mind your manners (unlike me, whose laugh is like a sonic boom in a place like this). Who knew you could make pizza a fine dining experience?!

Megan S. pretty much said it in all of it's glory. But I will follow up with five stars of my own. My family lived in Naples, Italy for a couple of years and have been searching for a pizza that would satisfy our craving for a crisp but pliable crust with fresh and simple toppings. Fritti's Verace Pizza Napoletana is it! O mio dio! I haven't had such an amazing pizza since Pozzuoli. And my sister and brother agree. We ordered five different pizzas and concluded that while they were all amazing - the Regina Margherita was the winner. On a side note, our waitress, Oana, was superb. Excellent service and a knowledgeable understanding of the menu and wine list. We can't wait to bring our parents...

Ok, here we go another "my pizza is better than your pizza debate". Full disclosure, I was born in Italy (northern part) so I may be biased. For my money this is the best pizza in Atlanta. Varasano's is good but is not as "authentic" to me. I tried Antico but it was a bit off, maybe they were having a bad day. I have tried several pizzas and they were all outstanding, the Margherita and Napoli are my favorites. The place also has a good atmosphere but it gets crowded, worth the wait in my opinion (better yet make reservations). To be honest I have not tried anything else except the pizzas, if I want more of a meal I go next door to Sotto Sotto.

Meridith Ford is spot-on with her review of Fritti in AJC last week. Of course, any positive review in the AJC sparks a mass exodus of Atlantans to the reviewed restaurant, and Fritti was no exception. Because there were no reservations left for today, my mom and I came around 5:45 p.m. to beat the crowd (which we successfully did). Our take on what we ordered: -The roasted beet, apple, parmesan, and hazelnut arugula salad: kind of small for $9, but very light and delicious. - The Vegetariana pizza: We ordered this without the squash, and it was very good. The toppings are separated from each other on the pizza; there's a slice or two with just spinach, a slice with only mushrooms, etc. This is common for gourmet pizza places, but it may surprise someone who isn't expecting it. I also was slightly disappointed that, rather than fill up the "section" where the squash would've been with any of the other veggie toppings, the pizza had a substantial area of just plain cheese.... -The Estiva pizza: My favorite! Onions and roasted tomatoes under a pile of fresh arugula drizzled in olive oil. The tomatoes were AMAZING. The crust is exactly what I like: light, not greasy, and very thin. The center gets a little floppy or soggy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. The only way to make the crust sturdier would be to make it thicker or lighten up on the incredible sauce, and both of these solutions would be a crime!!!! It is perfect as is. Although the menu showcases a vast selection of appetizers and pizzas, I wish there were more pizza combinations. I'd love to see some roasted eggplant, more pizzas with more than 3 or so vegetable options, and maybe a thinly sliced steak and gorgonzola mushroom and onion pizza. Even if the menu never changes, I'd be perfectly happy to eat there anytime. The flavors are absolutely delicious and beyond incomparable to any delivery pizza places, and the pizzas are so light and fresh that you don't leave overloaded and ready for a nap! 4 stars for now as I continue on my quest for gourmet pizza. I'm looking forward to trying out Varasano's and having something to compare it to...

Its not the best I had, but I have to admit is really close to it...we had the frutidi mare pizza and the 5 cheese. The first one was really close to the best I had but I recomend more sauce... Also, I have to mentioned we had the chocolate cheese cake, warning It was HORRIBLE...overall the place is good, but I think is kind of pricey for the food they sell....we had 3 pizzas and 1 cheesecake slice...the bill was 75 dollars! If this is within your butget and you are far from other pizza joint..then go ahead and enjoy an overprice evening at fritti.

I used to live down the street from Fritti -- dangerous location, especially since it was within walking distance! My friend/neighbor and I would wander up the street, get a table and share many a great dinner which usually looked a lot like this: Insalata mista -- basically a mixed green house salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Benne! Calamari fritti -- nicely fried with lemon. Molto benne! Pancetta e Cipolla pizza -- thin, savory, with a spicy kick. Prego! We'd finish it off with a nice dessert, then roll our way back home. All in all, Fritti is a fun place for a relaxing dinner of Italian style pizza and all the trimmings.

Fritti and I have had a rocky relationship over the years. It was my go-to spot for pizza Margherita until the quality took a sharp dive. The flavors were muddled (read: off) and the crusts increasingly floppy. I stopped going. But my interest was piqued when I heard chef/owner Riccardo Ullio had hired a new chef from Naples, Italy. I was there as fast as my schedule permitted. The visit--save my server pouring the last drops of wine glass number one into number two--did not disappoint. I went with the pizza Margherita, which I consider a solid litmus test for a chef's skills. The flavors of my pizza were spot on; it tasted like Italy. The San Marzano sauce was bright, acidic and just thick enough to prevent any wateriness. The Bufala was incredibly creamy and chewy. The flavor and density of the dough--made with 00 Caputo flour, natural yeast and sea salt--was perfect. The crust wasn't as charred as I normally prefer, but I appreciated the hints of smoke from the wood burning oven. Perhaps the oven temperature was slightly lowered by the amount of pizzas being made to serve the packed dining room? Whatever the case, the crust was still crackly enough. There was the expected sogginess from the water the fresh mozzarella lets off when cooked at such high temperatures. I know that oven can do better. Verdict: Is it the best pizza Margherita I have ever had? No, but the pizza was delicious and each bite transported me to Italy. I'll definitely be back. Varasano's is next.

My friend ordered the Robiola e Pesto and I had...uh, something with meat on it. I couldn't keep my hands off my friend's plate -- the Robiola was like all of my wishes & dreams baked in the crust and sauce..with fairy dust sprinkled on top. Now, the meat stuff was good, too, but...yea, no fairy dust. Great mojitos. Apps that smelled so good, I almost reached onto the plates of the people next to us. Good service. Nice ambience. Super, crazy, nutso busy on Saturday nights, but very nice.

Fritti is quite delicious in terms of pizza - try the "Ananas y Gorgonzola" if you like the combination of sweet and sour (pineapples, gorgonzola, and 12 year old Balsamic Vinegar) or the "Funghi y Bosci" for a more sophisticated, 'healthy' type pizza. Overall great atmosphere, etc... Only drawback - service is a bit slow considering how busy the place always is! My reccomendation - if going on the weekend with a group larger than 2, make reservations!

Went to late lunch on my own, Fritti was nearing the end of lunch hour. Asked my waiter if he was leaving soon as I was planning on staying awhile. Cody said he was there all night. Started with a delicious cocktail: Gin with cucumber- I forget the name but it was crisp and clean and I will surely have it again. First course Calamari Fritti, perfectly cooked tender and sweet. Salad of beets, apples, arugula, toasted hazelnuts, lemon and olive oil, C suggested Pizza off Sausage and Peppers with Garlic added before the cheese was put on. It was Fantastic. The crust is almost Naan like - beautiful. Took home half of first course and pizza. Had a great cup of coffee. Waiter was attentive and personable, we had a great conversation until business got too busy. I will be back time and again. fantastic quality here,

Trying to appease my violent craving for pizza, I hit up Fritti with too-high expectations for authentic napoli goodness. I ordered an arugula, olive and fried goat cheese salad to start and the Funghi di bosco (mushroom) pizza. The salad was delish, mostly b/c of the goat cheese...glad I got it b/c I cleaned my plate. However, I was extremely disappointed in the funghi pizza...both crust and sauce were tasteless, even after a healthy grate of parmesan and a swish from the little salt shaker, and cardboard-y, not crispy (I would have even preferred pizza-joint-chewy). Did I order the wrong thing again? The Funghi was well-reviewed...but did not taste a thing like the pizza I had in Naples. And yes, the large plate-sized pizza (about 12-14" diameter), unsliced, is priced the same as a gourmet pizza is. Cozy little restaurant was nice...but the eurotrash music wasn't my favorite. Street or free valet parking. If this is one of the best pizza places here, then Atlanta, we have a problem.

So, we went here for a Euro Cup game between Italy and Spain in 2008 and had a fantastic time. They had a little trouble setting up the screen outside, and it was quite enjoyable watching Ricardo rip the AV guys a new asshole. It was a lot of fun for the game, packed with Italians rooting for the Azzuri and the food was good also. Had the pizza, and it was pretty solid work. The only thing that brought the rating down was the fact that they ran out of Peroni, and the deal they were running was ended with that also. Unfortunately, Italy lost on PK's, but a good time was had nonetheless. I will definitely be going here this year for some world cup games.

Awesome place. Great pizza. Fresh, inventive ingredients. Really nice, decent priced wine list. Great for a romantic date night. I'm an "I could eat pizza every day" sort of person. I could totally eat Fritti every day, if only! I highly recommend it - food, location, and service are all stellar. Since it is rather small, I might make sure you have a reservation.

Good food. Bad service. While i was seated at a table for four, and there were only four of us; we were asked to pay the added gratuity that menu states is for a table of six. The valet is spotty and disappeared on us. We waited 10 minutes in the lot, wondering if we needed to call a taxi to arrive home. This place needs BETTER service. Waitress did not check on our table once, and the heaters weren't turned on when it was 40 degrees outside.

We went to Fritti on one of those "welcome to the neighborhood" coupons and did enjoy it. We went on our evening walk, and therefore were a bit dressed down (jeans and warm jackets) compared to the other people in the restaurant. This however didn't affect our service one bit, in fact they might have been just a bit too attentive. Our meal was nice (didn't get any drinks this visit, but they did seem pricey). He had the calamari pizza (awesome), I had the vegetariana (just ok). Fritti will be a repeat for a nice night out, and I think with some meat on the pizza I could bump this up to a 4 star rating.

I'd been to Fritti years ago, but I hadn't had their pizza recently until a couple weeks ago. They got their ringer so I figured I'd check them out before going to Varasano's later in the week. I just went at lunch and picked up a margherita pizza. I gotta say - the pizza was on point. All across the board it was very tasty - cheese, sauce, crust. It had a well-balanced taste. I think the crust could have been a little tougher in the middle and had a little more char. Overall, this pizza was very impressive. I did have some issues though. It's expensive (~$17 total) for a probably 12" pizza that is has pretty thin crust and no toppings. For the price, it really isn't a whole lot of food - I easily finished the whole thing since it was so thin and just cheese. Also, I agree with others that it is annoying that they don't cut the pizza. I think it is dumb, pretentious BS. Just bring the pizza to the table whole and cut it there or just bring a pizza wheel for people to do it themselves. I tried the margherita at Varasano's later in the week. After comparing the two margherita pizzas I gotta say that I prefer the pizza I had at Fritti. If I had both in front of me and could only choose one I'd go for the Fritti pizza. So I'd have to say that Fritti is on top in this local pizza battle - at least for now. 4.5

Finally ate at Fritti for the first time last Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know how I never knew their specialty was pizza. This is truly the best authentic Italian style pizza I have had in Atlanta. Three people in our party were trying Fritti for the first time, and everyone was very happy. All three of us first timers had all been to Italy, and love that style of pizza, so finding Fritt was excellent! The atmosphere is cool, just like everything else in this part of Inman Park. The service was very good, and food came out really fast. My only complaint is I wish they had a better wine selection. For wine pairing with pizza you need Sangiovese, and they only had two Sangiovese selections on the menu. The one we ordered was okay, but served too hot. Then again, maybe we should have been drinking beer, since it was pizza.

We went to Fritti after reading a review of the pizza saying this was 'it' in ATL. Good atmosphere at the bar (except for those seriously annoying bar stools that scrape the floor in this most excruciating way). Good salad--good wine list (though all apparently Italian-interesting since the beer list is not exclusively Italian). Pizza dough: not hand stretched, not bubbly and thin. Not good. It is CARDBOARD. ick. I miss D.C..

Hands down, the best piazza I've had since I moved to Atlanta 2 years ago!

Honestly, this place has their shit on lock! Great location, great patio, great pizza. Don't go here for a new york slice, go for a what I think is authentic Italian pizza though I've never been to Italy. Dough made with Caputo 00 flour and smoked buffalo mozz. Crazy delicious! If you like arugula this place has the dankest freshest arugula! Pizza doesn't come presliced so man the fuck up and eat.... Go now... eat around 8 and ask for the patio.

Another place I've been going to for years and years with no review. Fritti's strongest points come from its location, outdoor dining area and thankfully, pizza selection and quality. They must have 20 different types of thin crust and all of them are good (at least the veggie ones which are 4 or 5 different varieties). I'm not going to say it's the best pizza in town (I like my thin crust a little crispier), but it's definitely number two or three. Probably one of the best outdoor eating areas in town.

With all the new development in this area, there's been a forerunner of the 'hood that is such a staple that it attracts those that have been coming there for years, as well as the people just discovering the area. It has it all from patio seating, to the narrow bar, to the small upstairs that is a bit quieter. I usually go with a pizza, and they've got inventive toppings like calamari, asparagus, and lamb. Not just pizza, but PIZZA with a 'capital P.' A good call for a first date-ish kind of place, or to meet up with friends. They're also open for lunch, too!

Very good pizza, great wine selection, but not my personal favorite pizza place. A little pricey, this is not your local pizza joint. This is a upper scale pizza restaurante. They have fine ingredients, interesting Italian appetizers and, have I mentioned, the wine selection!?! Fritti is a nice place for a date. Parking is not easy almost forcing you to use valet.

Most authentic Italian pizza in town!!! Maestro pizzaiolo Enrico,(pizza master) straight from Italy, actually right from my same hometown, specialized in the Neapolitan style pizza. Top quality ingredients, like buffalo mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes and Extra Virgin Oil of Olive. Reasonable price, excellent service, free valet parking, outdoor patio and good selection of wine. Even though, a true Italian legit has his pizza with a nice cold beer....Birra Peroni of course :)

I wanted to try something new for my 21st birthday. Just a family gathering, and I wanted to have a small dinner, no more than 25 ppl. ;-) I'd read some pretty solid reviews about Fritti and I Love Italian so I decided to give it a try. The staff was amazingly helpful! Communication was great and they were very accommodating. The food: Superb. I'm always wary about bringing my best friend's mom who's a chef out to eat, but even she enjoyed. Definitely found a new favorite, and not just for piazza. It was a great restaurant experience.

Love the food here, but do not like the service. I felt rushed throughout my meal, but I think the waitress finally picked up on it once I asked her to give us some more time. On my first trip to Fritti we ordered the balsamic pizza with pineapple and bleu cheese. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G On the second trip, I wish I had ordered that again. The sausage and peppers pizza was good, but not nearly as good as the balsamic! The nutella dessert pizza was also great! A fun place for girls night or a date.

Fritti is okay. The atmosphere is fun, it's in my neighborhood, and the waiters are attractive. The calamari fritti was not seasoned at all. It tasted like calamari tempura, with a marinara dipping sauce. The pizza is supposed to be authentic napoletana pizza, but fell a little flat. The outer crust was chewy and delicious, but the entire middle of both pizzas was completely mushy and fell apart. Overall, it could have been an off night, but I was underwhelmed by both courses. Certainly a great people watching place if you get seated on the patio. The service was extremely attentive and charming.

This place has been on my list of restaurants to try for a while. I started with the funghi fritters which were deep fried mushrooms paired with a ranch dressing and sprinkled with rosemary for garnish. They were good. Maybe slightly overcooked, but good portion size. For pizza, I had the prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, tomato and arugala pizza. It tasted really fresh and nicely prepared with a thin crust. Topped with a light splash of olive oil. One pizza was more than enough for one person! My wife had the fruita del mar which is the seafood pizza. It had mussels, scallops, and shrimp (beware they leave the tails on). No cheese on this pizza though. Very different from my pizza, but also tasty. Great selection of drinks with a nice wine list. Very busy here and you may have to wait for a table, but staff are efficient and friendly. I would definitely return!

YUM!! I met a friend here for dinner during restaurant week. We at outside, it was the best weather for an outdoor dinner on the patio. It was probably a little more crowded than usual because of rest week. I had the arancini to start and ordered the white pizza, which was phenomenal. The wine was flowing. The chocolate soup for dessert was amazing!! I will definitely be coming back!

I've been meaning to go to Fritti for the longest time, and finally got the chance to go last week in order to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was definitely not disappointed. We got the calamari pizza and the maialona pizza (which is the Fritti version of a meat lover's pizza). Usually I'm really picky about calamari. I'll order it and then take a bite and then totally regret ordering it because it doesn't taste fresh at all. But I LOVED the calamari pizza at Fritti. I have never had calamari this good in my entire life. I have literally been craving the calamari pizza since I left the restaurant last week. The maialona was good too, although I was not a fan of the sausage. The atmosphere was GREAT and it seemed like everyone at the restaurant was enjoying themselves. I certainly was!

These people do not play. I seriously think their antipasto plate has the finest meat and cheese and olives that money can buy. If I remember correctly, it costs $17.50, and it's worth every penny. I was never that into antipasto plates until my date ordered it one time, and I was shocked at how the olives were not all mushy or bruised like I usually expect olives to be. The meats and cheeses are always sliced to perfection. And, I must say, that perfection is kinda rare, so that is why I always appreciate it when my date takes me to Fritti.

It's hard for me to not like a pizza place, and Fritti is no exception. I was worried about parking, but there is complimentary valet in the lot next door. There is a decent amount of seating both at the bar and the restaurant inside and out. It's a nice chill atmosphere, and the wait staff is super friendly. The pizza selection wasn't as large compared to Piola, but still had a nice variation with some eclectic choices.

The pizza was beautifully crafted. The crust would have been approved by an Italian priest. The sauce was also fully matured with a sharp acidic flavor. But everything else was lacking the excitement. We ordered two pizzas and the calamari. I think the lackluster calamari was an unfortunate start and set the stage. The batter was flavorless. The calamari was tough and fishy. The pizzas were very good. We ordered one as it came and tweaked the other. It was really cold, and our server left at the end of our meal without letting us know we would have a change in servers which in such a nice restaurant I don't think that's polite. Worst part of that was. We were waiting for our bill. Had she let us know we would have been able to cash out. Anyways. The ambiance was nice. I will mention that before we got home both of us desperately had to go to the bathroom. The place is a nice addition to Inman park but can't say it will be a favorite spot to dine.

I love pizza. I think if more things were pizza flavored that this would be a better world. That being said, I am very picky about my pizza. Fritti is hands down the best spot for pizza in Atlanta. The service is great, the atmosphere is really relaxing and the food is excellent. I have never had anything that was less than delicious here and the service is consistently friendly.

I was really hyped about visiting Fritti and when Scoutmob offered a 50% off coupon that sealed the deal. I made plans to meet an old friend for dinner here on a Saturday night. The night started well, Fritti is easy to find and the valet was accessible and friendly. The restaurant was incredibly busy and so crowded that we, including the hostess, had difficulty navigating to our table. I was uncomfortable about squeezing past people while they were eating, and even more nervous about navigating that mine field in heels, but I digress. Our server was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us taking a while to actually order. We ordered the Funghi Fritti because so many Yelpers had suggested it. I wasn't really impressed. They tasted like home fries with a mushroom inside. Weird, I know. Probably just personal preference, but I wouldn't order them again. On to the good stuff- pizza! I ordered the Sorrentina and my friend ordered the Vegetariana. The flavor of the Sorrentina was delicious, but I was a bit disappointed that my pizza seemed a bit soggy in the center- not at all what you would expect from a wood-fired or brick oven type pizza. My friend raved about her Vegetariana though. For dessert, we shared the Panna Cotta with Balsamic Vinegar. I thought it was odd at first, but I'm willing to try almost anything, so I tasted it, and it was DELICOUS! The first and only slam dunk of the evening in my opinion. So, here is the bottom line. Skip the expensive fungus, pray your pizza isn't soggy, and try the Panna Cotta if you like custard desserts. Oh, and don't go to Fritti if you're looking for an intimate, quiet, or private evening. And the best advice of all- use the the Scoutmob coupon. That way, even if you hate it, you won't feel like you were jipped :)

I grew up in Bensonhurst-the "Italian part" of Brooklyn (where the ultimate 'guido' movie, "Saturday Night Fever" was filmed). On every street corner, was a fantastic pizza place. Sadly, after moving to upstate NY, then CT, then to GA, I hadn't been happy with the pizza I had. Then, about 2 years ago, we went to Fritti. They belong to a Neopolitan pizza society, so I was hoping it would be good... Now, I don't really LIKE pizza that much; (have a feeling it is due to the 20 year drought of good stuff), so when we went, I ordered the Bianca-the white pizza, made with bufala mozarella. It was incredible. Thin crust. Crispy, Cheesy. Wonderful. After about a year of going twice a month, my husband, who is much more adventurous and would always order a different pie, ordered the Quatro Formaggi. Basically, a 4 cheese pizza. It looked good. I asked to taste it. Yay. Pizza. Sauce that isn't smothered in oregano. Pizza that isn't swimming in too much sauce. Just the right amount. Our sons and the various friends who've come with them have ordered the other pizzas, and never have any left to take home. About a year ago, we were seated next to a young couple. They had ordered dessert (we never knew there was a dessert menu), and were brought a Nutella pizza. Because of the close proximity of the tables (see below), we could smell it. The guy sitting next to us called the waiter over, asked for two plates and gave them to us to share their dessert. (Insisted, actually!). It. was. DELICIOUS! They have an indoor seating area, which, truth be told is extremely tight quarters. The lighting, however, is better inside than the outside patio. It's changed a bit (more permanent "walls" on the outside patio, so when it is cold, or rains, it is still warm and dry inside (sometimes, too warm.) There is a loft seating area, which has less, "ambience" shall we say. There is also an uncovered patio area-which we never want to sit in. It is directly on the corner-(cars are loud, fumes are nasty). On our son's recent 21st birthday, they brought him a free dessert-and he asked for the Nutella pizza. We go often enough now that the hostess and waitstaff knows us and stops by to chat. HOWEVER, we've noticed a HUGE influx of new customers-there is a Scoutmob 50% (or $20 off) coupon, and since it was offered, there is now a 90 min wait on most Fridays. They DO take reservations; I suggest making one. We even made one for the birthday dinner, although it was a weeknight. There is a small bar, with a tv. They have free valet parking right across the street, and because of people from Pure across the street using the lot, have now instituted a parking validation system. Just have Danielle, or whichever host/hostess is on duty that night, punch it, and you won't pay the $5 fee. The service has always been great; the pizza is usually delivered to your table in less than 10 minutes. My husband has ordered several other menu items, but I'd rather stick to the wonderful pizza!

We visited during restaurant week. The three courses for $15 seemed like a great deal, but was slightly disappointing because we didn't get to pick the first course - it was a bruschetta that tasted gross. The appetizers and pizzas were yummy - I love their dough and the way it's cooked! The pepperonis they use are delicious, too. If that bruschetta had gone away and the third course had been a dessert choice, it would have been superb. Our service was lacking badly - we had to ask for things multiple times (parmesan cheese, pepper, etc.) Good food, dicey parking in the area (we had to valet and prefer the OPTION to valet or self park), and a cute location with a lot of tables crammed in - it's worth trying, but I am not sure we'd go back many times over.

I was not impressed. Real Housewives of Atlanta was being taped in the restaurant at lunch time and we were required to sign a release to come in and eat. Staff was unorganized and unsure of the process. There were very few people in the restaurant, however, our server just couldn't seem to honor our requests very timely. His attitude left a bit to be desired. The food was okay, I had the speared salmon over spinach and a salad. The salad was dry and eventually the server brought more dressing. The salmon was not the freshest, the spinach was the highlight of the meal, imagine that! A co- worker ordered the fried calamari appetizer which was quite tender and tasty, again very little sauce provided and the calamari was cold by the time we got more sauce. I won't be rushing back there anytime soon.

Pizza is fresh and delicious. The red sauce is not to sweet, and the toppings are numerous and flavorful. I got the Pancetta e Cipolla, and I was really surprised that the pancetta was placed on the pizza in slices, not diced. That made eating by hand a bit of a challenge, but it was so delicious I didn't care. The place is loud, whether you sit inside or out. We sat outside, and was almost tested to a number of car accidents due to the chaos of that particular intersection. A great place for a night with friends!

I was one of the hundreds of people who used the ScoutMob deal here as an excuse to finally try Fritti out. I got a crew of about 5 people to share some pizzas family style and a bottle of wine and then head over to Dad's Garage. Since the Scoutmob was only for $20, we figured that might cover some of the wine, so it was more about trying out a new place in Inman Park. It was a Monday night (the week of Christmas) and was packed! Wonder if Mondays are always like that or it was just due to the holidays or Scoutmob deal or perhaps both. Had a reservation, so we were seated promptly. We started with the Antipasta Misto, which was excellent. Plenty of olives, meat and cheeses for us all to try a little of each and for an entree we split 3 regular sized pizza and that was more than enough for us to get a couple slices of each. Our pizzas were the Funghi di Bosco (mushrooms), Pancetta e Cipolla (onions) and Maialona (meats). All were fantastic and everyone at the table was really blown away. We had a show at Dad's Garage to catch, and since it was packed, we had to wait 20 mins for our server to get our check and cash us out. We were running to the theater, which is luckily right across the street. If you have a show to catch, tell your waiter in advance. A Dad's Garage show and a Fritti dinner beforehand is a great combination for a fun night out with friends or a nice first/second/100th date!

Save your money and go to Pizza Hut. They think they're minting gold, but at best it's mediocre pizza. You get better customer service at Walmart. Management was apathetic. I would nominate them for Kitchen Nightmares, but I think it would be more of a social good if they went out of business.

So everyone is raving about the pizza. Yes, Fritti has several tasty indulgent Neopolitan flat pies but their salads are equally appetizing. I particularly love the Bietole e Mele. Add scallops and you've got your own little piece of heaven.

As a friend and I pulled up to park, a sign caught our eyes for "Free Valet parking". Why park along the busy N. Highland Ave on a Saturday afternoon when you can have someone do it for you? So I handed over the keys and walked to the front door below the giant "Fritti" sign. A tattooed guy was walking out of the door and though he looked busy, he was nice enough to open the door for us. I went with the Vegetariana pizza without cheese. They asked whether I wanted it the traditional way with the different vegetables in sections, or if I wanted everything thrown together. Together may have given me the opportunity to taste everything at once, but I went for traditional. It's funner that way, and a bit more of an experience to attack the pie from all sides. The crust wasn't as crispy and charred as I like, but I still loved it! It was awesome pizza and a good price. I was impressed with the service and intend to come back soon! -Andrew "VegMuffinMan" Morrison- Full review and photos: tinyurl.com/26oderb

I've said it once and I'll say it again, few things in life make me happier than a bottomless mimosa brunch - and Park's Edge down the street seemed to fit the bill. Admittedly I'm a bit meticulous and made the reservations well in advance before our trip to Atlanta. When the day came, we took a cab over (forethought, children!) and the place was a disaster. Even having a reservation, we were told the wait was well over an hour (after waiting 10 minutes to find someone who'd listen to us.) Sadly, we ambled down Highland Ave and suddenly saw a sign - $4 blood orange bellinis. And they could seat us. Now. Done. Sold. I'm not exaggerating when I say those were the BEST bellinis I've had in my LIFE. I have tried countless bellinis in LA since, and Fritti's remains unrivaled. So go here, forget Park's Edge - I'd rather pay $4/bellini than wait hours for $15 bottomless mimosas. Also, the food was pretty good too - the calamari, bruschetta and air dried beef were the clear stand outs... so get thee to Fritti for brunch asap!!

Being that their was a Scoutmob out for them...we decided to go for lunch (Sunday). Note that they weren't very busy when we were there. We were seated quickly, but it took about 10 minutes to be seen by a server. After we ordered...it took about 15 minutes to get our appetizer (which was basically goat cheese, slightly toasted on a bed of greens) and another 20 minutes for our salads. I ordered a green salad with chicken (pretty much lettuce, cucumbers, onions and a breast of chicken) and my boyfriend ordered the italian tuna salad (tuna salad next to some greens). Pretty long wait for such simple choices, huh? We thought so. Our food was good, but due to the slow service...not sure if I'll be going back anytime soon. Especially with so many other restaurants in the neighborhood. It must be said...I've been to Fritti before and if memory serves, my experience was much better.

Fritti is a pizzeria that manages to feel both casual and upscale. I love the pizzas here, but thought the appetizers are just okay (ironically). They have mastered the art of "good ingredients, simple combinations", a philosophy that serves Italian restaurants well. Every pie uses just 3 to 4 different toppings in very moderate amount. The flavors are intense, yet you don't feel overwhelmed. Cotto e Funghi is my personal favorite. They have a very hot oven. With pies so thin they are able to create some really nice crusts. I am not sure what's their recipe for the dough but it get very delicious 90% of the time and then sometimes it turns a bit too dry and grainy. I also wasn't too crazy about pizzas with nothing but bits of shellfish on it. In any case most pizzas are simple and good. The patio is large and atmosphere charming. Definitely is one of the better pizzerias around.

I had heard a lot about this place and that the pizza was as good or better than Anticos, so I was quite happy to celebrate a friend's engagement there. We had a reservation on a Sunday night since we were a group of 15, and everything seemed alright. Then we started ordering drinks. This is where I think the $$ rating should be changed to $$$. You can't get a single glass of wine under $8. The Chimay (beer) was $10! I would have been cool-ish with those prices if I had been made aware. I asked for a wine recommendation and I appreciated that the waiter pointed me to a $9 glass instaed of a $14-$18 glass. And it was good! It took nearly 2 hours from ordering to food being on the table and people started getting pretty grumpy about it. But we were 15 people, so I wasn't surprised. But still, an hour and 45 minutes? Those pizzas cook in like 8 minutes... The pizza was great. Not the best I've had and certainly not the best in ATL. I liked the slight char, but the crust was too plain to me. It tasted like flat bread. Good, but not very interesting. Probably won't go again. The auto 20% gratuity seemed a bit excessive to me. Especially since 1. our waters were repeatedly empty without refills, 2. we had to cut our own pizza (which is just dumb. i know you want to be different, but offering fewer services is not the way to do it), and 3. it's really just too expensive for what you get. I mean, you look at the menu and see huge descriptions of the pizzas, but really, you shouldn't include the sauce and cheese as toppings. Come on. They did however have a Fritti family option for a large party that we didn't take advantage of: $25 per person and you pick a couple appetizers and 5 pizzas and you get all you can eat of those items. Does not include beverages of course. Seems okay if you want to spend $25 per person on pizza.

There's nothing bad about Fritti in my opinion. I love love love this restaurant and will recommend it to the world. Here is my opinion on the best way to do Fritti. 1. Go in even numbers 2. Choose an app or two for the table (calamari is my fave) 3. Order a bottle of wine 4. Pick a friend with similar taste buds 5. Split a pizza with said friend I promise you will get out with a reasonable bill and a full stomach. This place reminds me of italy and I spent a month there. Go. Now.

Thank you ScoutMob! I came here for a girls dinner a few weeks ago- we made a reservation but showed up two hours late- oops! Luckily, we only had to wait ~15 mins. for a table; while waiting we hung out in the bar which was incredibly small... Once seated, I ordered a glass of the sauvignon blanc Castel del Monte - it was okay, but I think that's the first time I didn't finish a glass of wine! For dinner we shared two salads and two pizzas for 3 girls - it was plenty of food and we were all STUFFED! Salad: the arugula salad was delicious ~ served with shaved parmasean and a lemon vinagrette Pizza: Robiola e Pesto (goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and pesto), this pizza was amazing- the crust is thin and crunchy and the balance of cheese & pesto was perfect! We also had the Panetta e Cipolla - it was good, but kind of greasy! The overall experience was great - definitely a cute "upscale" neighborhood pizza joint!

We came in late on a Sunday for a lunch and were sat promptly. Although we didn't go with the Pizza (I know, it's a pizza place), the service should have been better no matter what we ordered. 10 minutes to be seen by a server, we ordered immediately, 15 minutes for our app, and another 20 minutes for salads. We figured that since we were ordering salads, we'd be in an out. Mind you, it was not very busy. Our server spent a lot of time 2 tables down from us with what must have been friends of hers chatting for a while. My food was good and I plan to come back. As long as the pizza tastes as good as it looks and the kitchen time is better, I'll bet updating to a more positive review.

I must say I got my hopes up with this one. I had heard so many great things about the pizza at Fritti...so I went to check out the hype. It was just a-okay to me. Thin crust, European-style pizza-- but nothing compared to Piola or even better, Verasanos. Absolutely horrible service, since I went with a group of 6+ we had automatic gratuity added which was great news for the waitress. I probably wont be going back, you can find this kind of pizza elsewhere and get much better service. Reason for 3 stars is nice location, good decor, and nice ambiance.

Fritti was a pleasant place to visit while my Memphis friends were in town. I must open this review with a disclaimer- I am vegan, in case you have not noticed. So, the idea of cheese-less pizza with two toppings (onions and tomatoes, I think) may sound raunchy to you, and it does to me as well. I can get better from a home delivery at Poppa Johns. Anyway, the people I was with were drooling at the prospect of what they were going to get, and informed the Memphians that they were about to eat the best pies in the South. And when they all got their food they made the most orgasmic sounds while eating their pies. One couple got some pizza with a balsamic dressing, and the others got a three cheese pizza they loved so much that they ultimately fought each other for the last slice. Seems like good stuff! I would definitely recommend this place for a first or second date as it is cozy and the staff is great, as well as the pizzas that seem to melt people faster than mozzarella over a fiery grill after a few glasses of wine. I don't think I have ever seen folks drool all over themselves just ordering... I won't get into the mess they became just waiting for their food ( btw- besides the Memphians and the New Yawker, the peeps I was with had all been here before me and knew what they were waiting for...) but they were totally satisfied, full, yet desiring more when we left!

I have been here probably 5 times already this year! One of the best pizza places in town! Stuck between the Ananas vs. Amalfitana! Cannot go wrong with either one. Better yet just order both!!

Taking Monday off work and eating pineapple Gorgonzola pizza and drinking Peroni on the patio at Fritti in the middle of the day = a very, very good afternoon. Seriously though, Fritti is a great go-to for lunch with friends, birthday dinners, etc. My bachelorette party started here:) Order a bunch of pizzas and share.

I dig any place that has a great patio and a good menu to go with it. My favorite pizza is the gorgonzola and pear but I need a tape worm to finish it all. Fresh salads. Prosecco that's not too overpriced. Nice appetizers. Service is not fussy or pretentious. You can make reservations on-line - bonus in my book.

Love pizza. Not this. Crust too thin and sauce super watery + lacking in flavor. Overpriced for what it was. And being too pretentious to slice a to-go pizza for me? pul-eaze

Consistently good, fresh, good atmosphere, pretty clean. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free choices. Really nice patio, friendly.

Let me first say, being from San Francisco, it is REALLY hard . . . maybe even impossible to impress me food-wise. I know it, I own it, but there you have it. So . . . the best part of dinner was the company of some of my favorite colleagues. Pizza was decent, service fine, but gotta save the 4 and 5 stars for those places that knock my taste-bids on their ass.

Hands down, best Neapolitan pizza in Atlanta, and I've had a ton of the real thing while living in Italy. 4.5 stars from me on this one. Consistently good service, and a varied wine list with some excellent Italian selections by the glass. Love the patio seating area when weather permits; inside can be a tad dark, but the banquette with some reading material is perfect. As a frequent solo diner, I often eat at the bar, but not here. The bar area is too dark and not conducive to meeting other patrons -- it really feels more like a place to wait for your table and gets packed with exactly that demo every night. I go probably twice a month. It's not cheap with a glass or two of $12/glass wine and a $13 pizza. If you like a nice Italian red, get the "Lagone." Outstanding. If you prefer white, try the non-oaky, full-bodied Italian white, "Lugana" -- not on many wine lists. Valet parking is necessary and provided in this neighborhood. On my last visit, my favorite pizza, the Estiva (essentially a margherita pizza with arugula and red onion) was no longer on the menu, but they still made it for me. Hope they continue to do so! Tip: use Open Table for a reservation -- I think you can call ahead as well. Usually there is a wait for a table Thursday-Saturday.

I ordered the Regina Margherita pizza to go last weekend. I was running out the door late to a party. Besides the crust being a little thin and soggy, causing tomato sauce to fall all over my car, it was way overpriced. It wasn't worth $15...especially as I ate the whole pizza in one night by myself. I had the spinach/ricotta pizza before and that was a little better...but was on a date, and sometimes that clouds things and he ended up being a jerk anyway. I liked instead talking with a new interest about spilling pizza in the car and thinking I'd rather be more down to earth with pie at Everybody's where at least I feel you get your money's worth and a whole lot more toppings. Love and pizza should be filling.

I would have given Fritti five stars except for the poor service a causal acquaintence and I received here earlier this year. I had a Scoutmob coupon that expired that day. I was reluctant in dining at Fritti because of the mixed reviews I read on Yelp. However, in my continuous quest to save money as well as dine at different restaurants, I decided to go. The restaurant was packed full of people and the patio was crowded on the sunny day. We were seated immediately inside the restaurant. Our server was not very attentive during our first few minutes in the restaurant. He seemed distant and distracted. My dining acquaintance asked for straws when he brought our drinks and took our order. For some reason he kept checking on all of the other tables around us but completely ignoring us. He brought us our food. I ordered Cape Sante (Scallops) and Calzone alla Napoletana (Ricotta, mozzarella, salame, cotto ham) My acquaintance again asked him for straws. It was not until I took my camera out and started photographing the food that he quickly brought us our straws and even offered to slice my calzone for me. He all of a sudden became attentive after that. I guess he assumed I was a food critic. However, if I were, I would hope to be more discreet when taking pictures of my meal. As we were leaving I told Danielle the manager about the lopsided service. She was very nice. The food was delicious and I would like to return sometime and try other menu options.

Fritti has the kind of high minded pizza that a place like Piebar attempts to reproduce, but without the overly pretentious atmosphere. It's definitely fancier than a mom and pop pizza joint, but it's not overbearing and snooty. Definitely sit on the patio if you can get a seat there. The seating indoors is arranged a little too close to the open kitchen, so the sounds and smells can overwhelm your meal. Outdoors, you get a little more room and much better atmosphere. I can't recall ordering anything other than the pizza on multiple trips to Fritti. It's not that the other entrees are bad, it's just that it's going to take me a long time to work my way through the pizza options that I want to try first. There are so many different pizzas with great Italian cured meats, mushrooms, cheeses...I can't be bothered with the salads or the antipasti. Besides, I'd go next door to Sotto Sotto if I wanted something other than pizza.

Eh. A little too posh for this girl's pizza taste. Mine was overly greasy and the salad was tasteless. My BF loved his-- and was raving non-stop about the flavors. I think I will stick to Everybodys!

  • Three M.

Fritti is just "so- so" and we all know it. The calamari was so greasy I was kind of grossed out. The pizza was okaaaayyy, but nothing too special. The only good thing I had was the arugula & goat cheese salad. The service was nice and attentive, which is always a plus. Actually, I take that back. OUR waitress was nice, but the guy who kept coming & taking plates, etc. was kind of weird and he grunted at us a couple of times. I think maybe he was way too cool for school. Basically I have absolutely no need to go back.

  • Keith B.

Fritti is mediocre thin crust pizza with some nice combinations. It is nothing special, but it is not bad. Wine list and beer selection is fair and appetizers are okay. What makes this place a 2 star (or maybe 2 and 1/2) is the restaurant itself and service. We have been probably 6-8 times and they have packed too many tables into the place. I don't mind cozy, but I do not want to be able to hear the details of the next table's conversation. You couple that with it is loud and the service staff is overworked and it does not make for a pleasant dining experience. I had to order a refill on my water and another beer three times the last time before I received and they were slow. Once you order, the pizza comes fairly quickly, but then they disappear. The place is always crowded (at least on Friday and Saturday), so if you are going either be in the right mood or go during the week.

My wife and I went to Fritti last night and I have to say that the food was spectacular as usual and the service was great. My wife requested an item that was not on the menu that they used to carry and because they had the ingredients, they made it for us. Also, the pizza chef, from Itally, greeted our table. Even though he didn't speak much English, he really wanted to hear feedback on the pizza. It was perfect, so of course I gave him a "thumbs up!"

  • Jake D.

So, after hearing tons of hype when my wife and I moved into the area, we checked out Fritti. Not impressed and not returning. 2 personal pizzas, a caesar salad to share, and two glasses of wine are $65? WTF!?!? It's pizza guys. That's sauce, dough, cheese and a couple of paper thin pieces of prosciutto with arugula. The food was mediocre, the waiter gave me a roll of the eye when I said we'd share a salad, and then the bill came and I was genuinely surprised since I really didn't look too closely at the menu. Just not worth it. If you want pizza, go up the street to Jack's. You and your date can eat and drink yourselves silly for 30 bucks, and the pizza is way better.

i love this place, and though i haven't tried Antico yet, i like this place better than any other pizza place in town, including varasano's. the atmosphere and addition of awesome appetizers (notably the mushrooms & calamari) separate it from the rest as more of a 'real' restaurant, as opposed to just a pizzeria.. but also, i think the pizza itself is better than almost any (#1 is stromboli's in acworth, give it a try if you haven't). especially with some of the great (and truly italian style) menu offerings, like cotto e funghi and crudo e rugola.. just perfectly executed flavors, perfect char on the crust, and the ingredients and sauce are amazing.

For the two or three vegans that will read this....Fritti's pizza dough and sauce is egg and dairy free! This makes their cheeseless pizza one of my faves. While the service can be hit or miss (esp. during the busy times), the food is always pleasing. Weekday eves are the best times to hit this place and I suggest some time at the bar or on the patio.

I'm really loving Fritti! I have only been twice, but I just love everything about this place. The space is cute, they have two large patios, a good wine list, and the food is good. On both of my visits, I have noticed people asking the waitress why the pizza is not cut. They don't really explain why they don't, they just say they don't. Since I have not been to Italy, I don't know if this is an Italian thing or not, but we just cut it in half and go for it! Yum.

  • Ami K.

While their wine selection is quite good (I have never had a bad glass of wine the 3 times I've been), their pizza is basically average, especially when compared with other restaurants like Fellini's and Antico's. The ambiance of the restaurant was quite nice, except for the waitresses who tend to hover over the table and repeatedly asking if you're SURE you don't want sparkling water with your pizza, and are you SURE you did not want another appetizer? Parking is generally a pain in the butt, unless you're ok with valet, but not a bad place to go for a casual meal and nothing more.

Outstanding Neapolitan Pizza!! The best pizza in Atlanta, if not USA......and I have the credentials to say this! I lived in New Haven, CT for 12 years....., bi-weekly trips to Sally's, Pepe's, BAR and Modern, and I lived in Southern Italy and frequented Napoli. Fritti serves authentic Neopolitan Pizza as certified by the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association? Do I have to say anymore?

I've been wanting to go to Fritti for quite som etime now and finally got the chance. My wife and I went for lunch and both had pizza. I'm still a bit thrown by the uncut pie, I get it, but its just a bit annoying. The food was fantastic, the crust was perfect, the cheese was delicious, but the sauce was a bit watery for me which quickly turned the middle of the pizza to mush. I had to roll the pizza up just so I could eat it. The prices seemed a bit high for what we got $13-17 for a 12" pie? Other than that everything was great, the flavors were wonderful and so was the atmosphere.

Very good pizza. What else is there to say, really? It's not new york style, so if that's what you're expecting you may be surprised (though probably not disappointed). It's actually pretty close to pizza in Naples, which is damn good for Atlanta. The crust is excellent and the toppings vary from standard to creative. My personal favorites are the Toscana and the Pancetta e Cipolla. They have a pretty decent, reasonably priced wine list. I've never tried the desserts because I can't stop eating the pizza. The service has always been good.

Fritti is a neighborhood favorite for me and my friends! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is better than most. Lively but not so loud that you can't hear the people at your table.

Best pizza in Atlanta hands down. Do yourself a favor and go there on a Monday when the bufala is freshest. I had no complaints about the service, but the mushroom appetizer was mehhhh. I really didn't care about this since I go there for the pizza. Stick to that and you'll be all set.

Pizza is pretty hard to screw up...but it's also hard to make "stand out." I thought Fritti stood out pretty well last night, and our party of 4 all agreed. The ingredients used on the pizzas are just so fresh and flavorful. We had 4 pizza's at the table and passed them around so everyone got a taste. Each person argued that their pie was the best! For the record, the Stracchinella was the best (mine) and the Sorrentina came in a close 2nd. My salad (Insalata Mista) wasn't that great, but I'd like to try the ceaser salad next time as well as a few of their appetizers that I didn't order. Until I go back, I'll have to give this place 4 stars. Very solid first impression.

I love this place. We go about once a month and I always get a salad and a margherita pizza. Service is dependable and decent. Prices are reasonable. The pizzas here are not NY style. They are more thin-crust that's a bit crunchy, but still sweet. They get a nice smoky flavor as well from the oven.

The food was great -- excellent thin crust pizza -- but found the portions were too small. Location is confusing and inside is dark and crowded. We were practically sitting at the same table as those on both sides of us.

First of all I am not really that much of a pizza lover - so for me to say that Fritti is the ONLY pizza I will eat is truly saying something! I really enjoy the whole experience when I eat here, marvelous atmosphere (very European feel to me), fabulous pizza, fun and attentive servers, and just far enough away from home that I feel like I have been somewhere! Perfect! My good friend who owns a restaurant and is a Paris trained Chef turned me on to this place if that tells you anything about the yummy factor!

I had not been to Fritti in many years (I think the last time I went was right after it first opened) but I finally got to return a few weeks back. It was better than I recalled. I was meeting a friend and we had a glass of wine at the bar (very nice selection - I enjoyed my wine a lot). The hostess told us to just let her know when we were ready and, when we did, we were immediately seated in a very nice spot on the patio (on the side, near the entrance, next to a very powerful heater). Our waiter was very attentive and did a nice job of recommending a bottle of wine for us (I don't remember which one we ended up getting but we requested a hearty red and that is exactly what we got). We each had a pizza and both were delicious. It is definitely my preferred style of pizza - thin crust, authentic ingredients, buffalo mozzarella (on some). I ordered the Quattro Formaggio and it was full of strong and creamy cheese flavors. We also had fried artichokes which were quite tasty, although I may try a different appetizer/fried thing next time just because they have other interesting choices. We had to skip dessert because I was too full (and I had leftover pizza which was excellent the next day, too). Not having been there for a while, I went ahead and used valet parking although I think I could have found a spot on the street, too (but valet was complimentary so, why not?). I can't wait to go back!

I really like the ambiance of Fritti and the location is excellent. The one thing Fritti really failed to do was impress me or get me excited about anything. Pizza is a PASSION for me and good pizza gets me really excited, trust me. It was freezing outside so we ate inside which seemed to be a little dark for my taste. It was definitely a very cool date spot but not at all a go eat some pizza place. For an appetizer we ordered the Panzerotti which was fried mini tomato and mozzarella calzones. It wasn't quite what I was expecting but I do admit it was pretty good. After ordering a pizza, it arrived and wasn't cut for starters....then after requesting the pizza to be cut I got a blank stare. Come on here, pizza cutters are less than $10. I understand possibly that you may be doing something in some proper fashion of some proper random serving method or whatever but I noticed other people have mentioned this problem on Yelp. At least have a pizza cutter on site for us fat lazy Americans who want stuff done for us, haha, come on! We destroyed our pizza trying to cut it with the dull knife they gave us. The pizza crust really seemed to lack a good flavor behind it and seemed pretty dry. All and all it wasn't great but I would possibly consider going again for a quick date. The Yelp rating says it best, "Meh. I've experienced better."

First time visit - the food was delicious, service excellent, atmosphere casual, but nice and not noisy, and all priced reasonably. The pizza crusts are truly thin with a varietyof interesting choices for toppings . Antipasto and salad also completely satisfying. There may be better thin crusts pizzas in Atlanta, but four of us were very happy with Fritti and will come back again.

I recently dined at Fritti and really enjoyed it. The restaurant has great ambiance and the food (I had pizza) was very tasty. I'll admit, it was almost too Italian; we had to keep asking our server to define things. But I'll definitely go back to try some other things one the menu.

How anyone can mention this place and Verasano's in the same sentence is mind boggling. Ate here last night and the pizza was amazing. Crispy charred crust, flavorful sauce, awesome cheese (4 Cheese pizza) and a wonderful light smoky flavor. The caramelized onion and pancetta was outstanding too. Fried calamari could of been a bit more crunchy but no biggie. Our waiter was great and love the whole feel of the place. It doesn't have that pretentious felling of Verasano's. This place is the REAL deal, all other are fake Neapolitan.

I had read lots of glowing reviews on Yelp and CItysearch about Fritti, so thought we'd try it. When we arrived at the valet parking we were getting out of our car as Richard Blais (from Top Chef fame) was getting his car. He had just eaten at Fritti and said it was good, so I was sure our choice was correct. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We used Open Table to book our reservation, and they seated us within 5 minutes. Unfortunately, we got our table upstairs (you have to go past the restrooms and up a narrow stair) and near the air return vents. It would get warm from the ovens, then cool down when the air came on, and then warm again. This cycle happened repeatedly while we were there. Although the wait staff was pleasant and prompt, the food left a lot to be desired. We chose the calamari as it smelled wonderful, but it lacked depth of flavor. Our ceasar salads were average at best. I asked for anchovies and that actually improved mine quite a bit. As for the pizza, it was crispy on the edges and runny with a soggy crust in the middle. The toppings were scattered in clumps, so each piece we took had a differernt flavor. Overall, although the atmosphere would be fun (if we had sat downstairs), the flavorless food and fairly high prices make this a restaurant I don't need to visit again.

  • Belinda L.

The pizza was good but they put my boyfriend and I in the middle of the patio where the tables are really cramped up next to each other, 5 mins later a mother and daughter walked in and they gave them a nice little roomy spot in the corner of the patio...then we asked to cut the pizza and the rude waiter said in the most pretentious way possible "We don't CUT our pizzas here" and walked away...I don't think I will go back unless it's for a group thing.

    (2)
  • Rachel C.

Fritti has decent gourmet pizza. The ingredients are fresh, but the combinations and flavors are not innovative enough to justify the price point. And the service was average. Overall, an average dining experiece that was a bit pricey for what it delivered.

  • Jeff S.

I give this place two stars, only because I know they are capable of good food and a nice atmosphere. My most recent experience last night hardly deserves one star. The service was horrendous... it took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks. The waitress repeatedly forgot that we were alive, and once we finally received our food it was less than edible. We ordered the steak and two different pizzas, and all of them were bad. I didn't even pay for the meal and I was upset. With that said, I would proceed with caution when coming here. If you have nowhere else to go and aren't in a rush, then sure, but if you have choices I wouldn't go here, at least not when they are busy.

I'll never forget watching the world cup at Fritti back in '06 when Italy beat France. The owner was spraying everyone with champagne and we were singing our heads off! Ever since that moment I've loved both Fritti and Sotto Sotto. They're both genuinely great Italian restaurants with heart!

We came the night of the Inman Park festival (which is right across the street) and it was packed!! We had a reservation but still ended up waiting 15 minutes. It was slightly awkward because the bar was so packed, we had to wait in the entryway, and people kept walking through. When we finally sat down, our waitress seemed pretty chatty and friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine, but they had run out of wine glasses, so we had to wait a while until she could find some. I can't remember what kind of pizza we ordered, but it was delicious. For two people to split a salad and pizza is the exact right amount of food. Yum! For all the craziness at the beginning, it was really a nice relaxing evening. If it's a nice night, make sure to request outside seating if you can...we were seated right by the outside/inside divider, but on the inside. Anyway, a little out of the way for me, but worth the trek on a pleasant evening! (PS I came with 3 other people, but it doesn't seem like a great restaurant for extremely large groups...)

I went to Fritti's sometime during their initial lunch push, maybe even being the first customer that day, so all the service in the place was directed at my brother and me. The weather was awesome so we sat out in the patio area, which happened to be a good idea as the restaurant filled up quickly sometime after our appetizers arrived (bresoala with arugula). They had on the European Championships which was utterly perfect match to go with the pizzas. I got a pizza with some sort of salami on it and rosemary as well. I liked the combo of flavors there and the crust as well. It was a really good pizza, close to what I had eaten for 3 years while living in Naples (either that or it's just been 8 years since I last had one of those majestic pizzas and have forgotten entirely what they taste like, that could be the more likely culprit). My big problem with this place was the exorbient price that I had to pay. I can't believe how much it cost me for the type of food I got.

Fritti is consistently good. Their patio is very cute. Ask for them to cut your pizza in the kitchen before brining it out (yes, their pizzas do not come cut).

The pizzas here are definitely gourmet. My favorite is the prosciutto and arugula pizza. Appetizers are good, but the calamari tasted funny (different batter/ breading?).

  • J. D.

Good gourmet style pizza, good salads. Not so good other entrees. Decent enough wine list, the restaurant gets very crowded but usually get too overwhelmed by it and service suffers. Another peeve: during warm summer days the heat and humidity in this place are unbearable from the open patio out front. Food and service are on a much higher level at sitser operation Sotto Sotto next door.

Let's see the parking in good, valet a few feet from the entrance. As you walk in the bar is on the right down three stairs. The bar is small and not much of a bar more a waiting area. Went with a large party seated upstairs at a table meant for four, we had 11. The chairs were small so if you have a tank ass like mine you might want to stay at the bar. Moving on, the food was interesting. I liked the Prawns and the scallops. I thought I was in for a treat after the apps, don't order the "something? Mare" (I guess translated it means PIZZA OF THE SEA with lots of sauce and no cheese) yeah I'll have that....... It looked more like a motorcyle accident than a pizza. No cheese, muscles in the shell floating in pizza sauce along with salad shrimp and bits of boiled calamari. What happened to this thing? Who said this was a good idea? Shame on me for not really looking at what I ordered. Muscles were fishy tasting. Service was great!! READ THE MENU.

I think I may have been confused when I decided to go to Fritti, but I could have sworn that their online menu said that they had pastas. When we arrived, we were a little disappointed that it was nothing but pizzas (more or less). Granted, had I been in the mood for pizza, this review may be a bit different. However, I ordered the proscutto (I totally spelled that wrong) and arugala (I think I spelled that wrong too) pizza - it was like they piled a salad on top of pizza dough. For the price of the pizza, I would have liked to have had a less difficult time attempting to eat it. It tasted good, but I was so preoccupied with attempting to figure out how to eat the darn thing that it took alot away from its enjoyment. The appetizer was good though - fried calamari - and the atmosphere is pretty cool. The building used to be a garage, so it looks very raw and unfinished, which I like. I may have to give Fritti another chance. I'll let you all know when I do.

I was taken on a date here, and he said the pizzas were gourmet, I just found them to be a little weird. Either way, the food was pretty good, it was just difficult for me to find something eat. If you know me, I don't really do weird food, and there was a lot of that on the menu. The atmosphere is cute, and it has a nice sized patio. If you like gourmet pizza, definitely check it out!

enough people have commented on the food here (they've taken care to ensure that theirs is the closest thing to an authentic italian pizza you can get in atlanta), but i've always lamented the service. i've never had a good experience with any of my servers, who, despite always having an air of pretension, cannot correctly pronounce "bruschetta." (this pet peeve of mine will, unfortunately, betray my own pretentiousness.) the people at the bar were really helpful though -- offering recommendations and alternatives based on my taste.

We went to Fritti with Joel C, based on his previous experience. - Appetizers were the right portion to share, and flavorful. - Main Course, Pizza was a larger then Joel led us to believe! Had the Pizza with the cheese, and add the Prosciutto, very good! Server was nice, just really slow in processing mentally. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Overall it was flavorful, light, good ambiance outside, so would be back.

What a GREAT place for pizza, my friends and I dined here for the first time a couple of nights ago and can i say, WOW, where have I been. This place is GREAT, the mushroom appetizer was sooo good, crunchy, not soggy like most fried mushrooms...we each ordered our own pizza so we could trade slices, its was AMAZING.... I absolutely loved the Goat Cheese pizza and the Veggie, but I could've ordered them all and would've been happy....just thinking about Fritti makes my mouth water. Also, the staff was very friendly and the hostess was smiling, and if you have read any of my reviews you know this is always a very IMPORTANT part of a restaurant! I recommend Fritti for anyone looking to dine at a GREAT pizza restaurant.........

In my opinion, this is one of the top three pizza places in ATL. Even though Jeff from Varasano's calls their pizza "cardboard", it's anything but. 1. They have a great selection of authentic italian dishes with an extensive selection of pizza. They are, best of my knowledge, the only place in ATL that has a pizzaiolo from Napoli (Naples, Italy) 2. Their bar is fully stocked and they know how to make a real Negroni! I haven't run into that in ATL, yet. 3. They have excellent service. 4. The funghi fritti as an appetizer are a must try! 5. Free valet parking. (Yes, you bet I am cheap! Never come back to a place that dares to charge!) Please don't forget to tip! DOWNSIDE: The owner never comes out, introduces himself and talks to the guests. Varasano will and so will many others :( I do, however, highly recommend this place!

Same owner as Sotto Sotto so you know it's legit. I'm not a huge pizza fan (Chris is) but for the price, you can't get better than this. Creative pizzas, amazing thin crusts, and solid apps and desserts as well! The calamari here is really good. Of course that's the safe option for any decent palate and this one doesn't disappoint. Good flavor, good sauce for dipping, and not greasy. The pineapple and balsamic pizza is probably my favorite but I really like all the pizzas. They are cooked so well in a wood oven and the creative toppings make it that much better. Yes, I would love some arugula on my margherita pizza! Also, make sure to save room for the ricotta cheescake. The berry compote and crust on this thing make it something very memorable. Now that I think about it, it would be about 4.4 stars :)

This is a great mingle place. Food is decently priced for the portions and the people are nice. My server was kind of scatterbrained though. When we asked why the pizza wasn't already cut into slices, he explained that this is a "tradition" and it makes it more enjoyable... but isn't it more enjoyable when you don't have to physically cut the pizza up yourself? I found that odd...

Patio seating, delicious pizza, and a beautiful night. . . a terrific combination. While the salads weren't mind-blowing, the pizza really delivered. Neo pizzas are not a format I would want to settle on for the rest of my life, but they know how its done at Fritti. The only complaint about the pizza was that the one my girlfriend ordered was probably a bit too greasy. We will definitely be stopping by this place again.

I have always had a great time here. There are some fantastic Italian places in Atlanta (think Sotto Sotto, Veni Vidi Vici, Pricci). But the fact of the matter is that I don't always necessarily want to thin the wallet every time I want Italian food. Those other places, I do like and I get what I pay for. At Fritti, I always get more than what I pay for. Love the decor and the patio. I love the appetizers. The fried mushrooms is on the list of greatest things since sliced bread. I always complain about the lack of good pizza in Atlanta. I mostly mean a good slice of pizza to have on the run i.e. the functional and efficient New York slice. Gourmet pizza is a different story. I always enjoy the pizzas here at Fritti. I'm a fan and it's always worth considering if in Inman Park.

Certified pizza? Well, when you are on a fast and have a.....how should I say this....a "thing" for pizza EVERYTHING sounds good. But with only a few hours to eat, could Friti be worth it? YES! It was almost everything that I have heard good pizza should be, great crust (not too much char, crispy, but still chewy and NOT soggy)top level toppings (smoked maozzerella) and a sauce that finishes the syphoney! It's fantastic!

I arrive here directly after my flight lands at Hartsfield airport. Lusciously thin crisp crust pizzas, perfectly topped. I always get the stracianella cheese & sausage and share a bottle of prosecco with my mom & sister. Lovely patio space.

Fritti needs to rethink it's priorities. Apparently, it no longer honors reservations. Got there for 7PM reservation and was made to wait in an inadequate bar space for over 30 minutes. Then after finally being seated, the waitress messed up our order and forgot one whole pizza. Food not so wonderful to overcome lack of professionalism.

I went back today now that new pizzaiolo Enrico Liberato has arrived. I was fairly disappointed when I last visited, and this was a marked improvement. The dough is significantly different, lighter, better tasting, better sauce, better cheese, just an all around more enjoyable experience. I hope they keep it up, between this place and Varasano's, there is now some good pizza in Atlanta.

Good pizza selections. Not the place to go if you're looking for your standard offerings. Bar was cramped but if you can find a spot outside during nice weather then you've hit the jackpot. The service is normally pretty good. I'd suggest getting a table away from the hostess stand as the area can be very congested.

We visited on a Friday night while one of my DC girlfriends was in town, and we showed up around 8 PM. There was a short wait for a table, so we enjoyed a couple of rounds in the bar area. There were plenty of beers and wines to choose from, which always makes me happy. We were seated outside, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful evening and the sights and sounds of Highland Avenue. So far, so good! The menu is quite extensive, so after some debate, we ordered the arancini (risotto croquettes, these with sausage) and the bresaola (thin-sliced beef with arugula and parm) as appetizers. The arancini were perfectly fried and pratically grease-less, but they were a bit bland overall. Perhaps some more salt or some kickier fillings would be good. The bresaola was nice and balanced, and a very light and tasty start to the meal. On to the pizza! I ordered the calamari fritti pizza, which contained (duh) fried calamari, fresh tomatoes, and mozzarella. My friend had a pizza with lamb, mint, red onion, and mozzarella, and fiance ordered the salame piccante (with spicy salami and black olives). I really loved my pie-the toppings were flavorful and high-quality, the sauce had a nice sweetness, and the crust had the right amount of chewiness and crunch. There was some char present, but it didn't overpower all of the other flavors. The pizza did get a bit soggy towards the middle, but that upset my dining companions far more than it did me (after all, I was born in NY, so properly folding a slice is in my DNA). Service was prompt and very friendly, and I definitely liked the scene. I'll be back to try more pies!

This was the dining portion of Aubrie's birthday spectacular... and Fritti's was the spectacular way to kick off the celebration! With a large enough party, Fritti's offers unlimited pizza and appetizers for $25 a person. It's a slick setup - As a group, pick two appetizers and four types of pizza and the staff will bring it on until you throw in the towel Throw in a few bottles of wine (and martinis) and we had $70 a person (including tip) for a meal of glory. I know that sounds pricey, but, with cheaper drink selections we could have been under $50, but, HEY! This was a night of CELEBRATION! Appetizers: We had the Funghi Fritte and the Calamari Fritti. The Calamari was top notch. I can't think of better Calamari, but, the Funghi was the star. I don't think I can do it enough justice. Set a life-goal for yourself and make this a priority. Main Event: The pizza was top notch - we all ate too much. I tried four different pies. I didn't order and as I look over the menu now I have no idea what all we ordered. I think the Regina Margherita was on the table and this was my least favorite. I want to stress that choosing a "least favorite" at Fritti's is like choosing which of the Miss America contestants you would least want to go home with that night. The Ananas e Gorgonzola was a female fan favorite at our table. We sat above the action in a secluded balcony overlooking the entire restaurant The ambiance here is great. I saw 4 or 5 other tables up here... if you make a reservation ask for these spots. It will enhance the experience. Oh - to top it off the complementary valet parked Aub's Benz in one of the coveted "show off" spots. The night turned into a celebration that will be remembered - Fritti's is a big part of the reason why.

Pizza was good but not worth the bad service. Our server Matthew was not friendly at all. I was excited to try this place out and the pizza wash't bad, but I will not return due to the rude staff. I used to wait tables and understand that servers have bad days, but he was flat out rude.

Went here a while ago for a pal's birthday. Make sure you dress well cos everybody else does. It is a bit pricey and classy. They have a full bar and mainly pizza that I thought was good but its not the kind of place I would frequent all that much. Parking along the street can get crazy some days. Also the wait staff tending to us that day seemed not capable of handling a crowd as big as ours. They seemed perturbed!

Yummy stuff here. Highly recommend the pancetta pizza- the caramelized onions are delicious!! The fungi fritti were delish as well, but only if you love mushrooms. Our server (Daniele) was awesome and super attentive. He made our dining experience that much better. There is not much room to wait and the bar area gets a bit crowded as well, but I'd say it's worth it. While you wait, be sure to get a glass (or bottle) of the Barbera d'Alba 'Ruvei' - hopefully they haven't run out of it!

This used to be one of our all time favorite pizza joints. Tonight was a real disappointment. Mushroom appetizer and caesar salad were really good but the sausage pizza looked regurgitated and dessert was terrible. I have had the vin santo and biscotti many times and really liked it. Tonight the biscotti tasted like burnt toast. Our server could not have cared less. Don't think we'll be back any time soon.

I really enjoyed my visit to Fritti last night. My husband and I shared an antipasti selection, their plain salad with balsalmic and olive oil and thier mushroom and ham (Cotto e Funghi) pizza. It was the perfect amount of food for two people! First, I love that you can select which cheeses, meats, and other accompaniments you would like on your antipasti dish. I really enjoy trying new things and that's exactly what I had the opportunity to do here. And the pizza....mmmmm! I loved the pizza! Both my husband and I were very surprised at how light, fresh, simple yet flavorful it was. I can see myself really enjoying a warm afternoon here where the front of the restaurant is open to the sidewalk. I also give points to our waitress who was able to answer all of our questions. I didn't recognize all the meats and cheeses listed under the antipasti but she was able to tell us whatever we wanted to know about each meat and cheese. Two sets of thumbs way up - we will definitely be returning!

I visited Fritti last weekend for dinner prior to heading around the corner to a show at Dad's Garage. We ordered a mix of meats and cheeses for an app. I don't recall which meats and cheeses we had since I just asked our server to give us a good selection. I wish i could remember becaue there was one particular cheese that I loved. We also had some flatbread tat was tasty. For my entree, I split a margarita pizza. I can never remember which places have actual tomato slices and which places only have sauce, so I was pleased when my pie arrived with just sauce. The thin crust was was a perfect base to the sweet San Marzano tomato sauce and the soft, moist bufala mozzarella topped off with some warm basil leaves. I was also impressed with the service. We had a large group so we had made reservations. Our table was ready for us right on time despite the restaurant being packed. Sadly, I find that a rare occurrence these days, so it was a nice surprise. When leaving dinner, we asked the valet if we could leave our car while we went to the show. Upon returning our cars were the only ones left, but the valet did stay just for us. He did have a key mishap with a friends car (the valet somehow broke his key), but was kind enough to have called a locksmith to come out and make a new key before we returned. I really appreciated that gesture (although I think my friend was a bit miffed that it happened in the first place). All in all, we had a wonderful evening.

It's all about the pizza at Fritti. Don't bother with the meats or other entrees. It's all. about. the pizza. This is pizza you eat while enjoying a cocktail, presumably a martini, but you can dare to be different. I recommend the asparagus and parmigiana pie, or the mushrooms, cotto ham, egg and mozzarella.

the pizzas were good, and they let us use more than one scoutmob. our large party a accommodated quickly and the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu. i like lots of dough, so this was different for me, but the toppings were great and service definitely doting. the appetizer i tried was delicious fried dough with the red sauce. thumb up!

Love, love Fritti. Great crowd here, even on a Sunday night. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a dinner of Carciofi e Olive pizza and good wine. I will definitely be back, although next time I might burst into the front door of the dining room and start singing Ave Maria just to see how people react.

Atlanta and pizza don't seem to mix, which is why I love Fritti. Fritti seems to be the only place in Atlanta where you can get a good gourmet pizza at a good price. I recommend hitting it up on a Sunday for brunch post noon and getting the half price Bloody Mary with a breakfast pizza. I'm pretty obsessed with their breakfast pizzas. Its like my 2 favorite worlds coming together in a delicious pie. Sit out on their patio and relax during a nice day here. You won't be disappointed.

Mmmm, the pizza here is really good! I had a chicken salad that was delish as well....the pizza is what I would imagine it to be like Italy, thin and prepared in a wood burning oven. The variety is good too. When I need a Little Italy fix, I will be coming here.

Fritti is an upscale pizza restaurant with a romantic intimate vibe. Good for dates. The tables are small so I would recommend smaller groups. The pizzas are delicious and not too over sized like most American pizzas. If you go without a reservation they seat you down in a bar but it is pretty small and seats are not guaranteed. Good attentive service.

Three of us looking for something besides tacos for dinner stumbled upon this wonderful little place. We each ate something different, and everything was wonderful. I had the fried calzone. The bread was light and fluffy and not greasy or heavy as one would expect. Everything melted and oozed onto the plate begging to be eaten. It was enough for 2 people, and unfortunately I wish I would have shared it with someone because I couldn't stop eating. My other friends both had different pizza's and they were delicious. Nice char on the bottom and fresh ingredients on top. My new favorite pizza joint in Atlanta.

Prior to a recent Sunday lunch, my last attempt at Fritti was for dinner. Fifteen minutes after our reservation time, we still didn't have a seat. With the bar full, we bailed and went next door to Sotto Sotto. So I was reluctant to return. Last Sunday, a group of friends wanted to head that way with all our kids and I consented. We had a great meal, and I was pleasantly surprised to find all sorts of paleo friendly stuff that I'd never noticed on previous visits. They'd get higher ratings if they had a more attentive staff.

Today was a very special day for me. I got together with three of my favorite previous roommates in life...Danny (college roommate), Erin (roommate in Atlanta), and Leslie (friends since high school and now lives with David and I to start a new life in Atlanta). It was so good to have everyone together and it showed me how much I've grown up and how fortunate to have these people still be in my life! It's been awhile since I have been to Fritti and thought it would be a great place to get together. I usually enjoy eating here in the Spring and Summer season to enjoy the patio space, but in the Winter they really seal it up to keep the cold out! My favorites here are the calamari, Cesar salad, and I like to keep it simple with the pizzas...love the Sorrentina. We also ordered the Arcaini which is fried risotto and Italian sausage...yum! Beware...the pizzas are huge, but anything else...the serving can be a bit smaller than you would like! Just ask Leslie when she ordered the Tuna. Anyways, the service was great and we were seated and out the door in a good amount of time! If you are looking for something different, try going to Fritti for brunch! They have breakfast pizzas with eggs, that are to die for! Plus they offer a couple of sandwiches, which I wish they would keep on the menu for dinner!

I've been here several times and have yet to be disappointed. My favorite pizza is the Salsiccia e Peperoni (San Marzano tomato, mozzarella, sweet italian sausage, roasted peppers) but every one I've tried has been delicious. Service can be a bit slow at times but overall an excellent experience. I've also been during restaurant week and the service and food is exactly as you'd expect on a regular day. The patio is always nice, especially at sunset.

As far as I am concerned, anyone who gives this place less than four stars needs to check themselves. Hands down the closest thing to pizza in western Italy that one would find on this side of the pond. Notice I am not comparing this to NY pizza - both the pizza and the NewYorkers that eat it are in a class by themselves and are not to be tampered with. So on to my most recent meal. My lovely wife and I jumped in the car for the short drive over to Fritti on Sunday night for a quick meal. We were seated promptly at a decent table away from foot traffic and quickly engaged by an attentive server. We ordered the calamari (perfectly cooked as always) to start then were on to a couple of pizzas. My Strachinella (sausage and strachino cheese) was excellent. Flavorful but not overpowering strategically placed nuggets of sausage, stringy cheese, perfect crust. My wife's Cotto E Fungi was equally good - pork fat and fungus - what's not to love. Did I mention light on the wallet as well? Our meal was south of forty bucks (no alcohol). To be quite honest, I have eaten here many times and have never gotten past the calamari and a few of the pizzas. Honestly, I don't think I ever will. There certainly is no reason to anger the gods of perfect food. Okay, the real review is over, but if you want to read my only issue with this place - and it is really insignificant - read on. So here it is. They only serve tea at lunch. Thats right, at dinner there is no tea. No green tea, no herbal tea, no iced tea, no hot tea, no sweet tea. Doesn't every place serve tea? Nope, not Fritti. "So what?" you say. Well, it's my yelp and I feel compelled. Since I don't drink coffee, I have no non-carbonated caffiene option here. So ,if you are in the same boat as me on this one (and most people aren't) take note...and Fritti, just keep the tea around for dinner. Pretty please. For me.

Stopped by for lunch on Saturday and had no trouble getting a table outside on the patio on a beautiful Atlanta day. The service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the Crudo e Rucola pizza which had prosciutto and arugla and my wife ordered the Sorrentina with buffalo mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, cherry tomato, basil and reggiano parmesan. Both were very good, but my wife would have liked more basil with hers. The prosciutto and arugula were plentiful on the Crudo e Rucola and the crust was thin, crispy, but not hard and crunchy. The pizzas are quite large - roughly 10-12" across. The patio area is great at Fritti, but you will get a fair amount of road noise from Highland Avenue. They have both covered and uncovered outdoor seating plus seating indoors, so I'm sure you can find a table that suits your mood. This is a nice little cafe and great for people who live in the neighborhood to grab a bite or a drink on the patio.

I went to Italy (Rome and Firenze) last summer and the pizza I that had at Fritti is comparable or better than a lot of the pizzas I had in Italy. That being said, the pizza at Fritti is very very good! I've been a number of times and it is always consistent. On my last visit I had the funghi di bosco and it was great. I like that they used San Marzano tomatoes, a mixture of mushrooms and truffle oil. It made for a very flavorful pizza. Also, the crust was thin and not too dense. Like I said, I must have had pizza in Italy at like 10 different restaurants and Fritti fits right in with them. Good.

While I don't write too many reviews, I am writing regarding my experience Friday night. It was packed with a two hour wait and Danielle, the manager, could not have been more kind or helpful regarding our reservations sudden change from two to four people. She kept checking in on our group and really went out of her way for us. We truly appreciated the service of the whole team and look forward to returning! Overall, excellent atmosphere and good food!

Food wise, this place didn't do it for me. My pizza was very greasy and had very little flavor. On top of that, the service was mediocre. The waitress that we had was not attentive and had a really unpleasant attitude. However, the restaurant is "cute" but cuteness only gets you so far . . . you have to have substance!! Which this restaurant was lacking.

This is another spot that I'm obsessive about. I mean pineapple, gorgonzola and 12-year aged balsamic pizza? Need I say more? Also, the calamari is fantastic. They aren't afraid to include all of the little tentacles in the dish and I personally think that's the best part. A few little known tips ... they have a very cool deal for groups with advanced reservation. It's a 3-course, family style, all-you-can-eat meal for $25/head. You get a couple of appetizers, a couple of salads, and all you can eat of 5 pie selections. It's a super deal and a very fun way to go out with a big group ... no awkward splitting of the bill unless of course you are entertaining some major wine-os. Speaking of wine, they do 1/2 price wine on Tuesday nights. And $3 Bloody Mary's, Bellini's, and Mimosa's on Sundays. NICE!

The food: Pizza was really good. Smoked mozarella made it taste nice and meaty, but not heavy or greasy. I could have eaten the whole thing. Also, the scallops were really good--perfectly cooked/flavored. The bad: The mushroom/truffle appetizer was just m'eh. Bland and greasy. The ugly: I didn't like the wait staff. The waitress did NOT seem excited to have my friend and I at her table (which sucks for her, because we are notoriously high tippers). She was neither diligent nor courteous, simply civil as if she had resigned herself to putting up with people who she didn't think were going to order much or tip well. When she brought us the check, before we even had time to comment, she said "Scoutmob?" Yes dear, scoutmob. Which is the only reason you got 20%. Next time, I'll pay for the entire meal, and I'll leave you the change.

Went here for the second time last weekend with some friends that live in the area and get to go here weekly. (lucky!). Cozy place, not too loud, but loud enough. The service is good, however they should probably teach the waitstaff how to pronounce words like "Rustica" and "Formaggio." Good wine list. The food is phenomenal. Every pizza we ordered was phenomenal. The pizza is genuine neopolitan style. If you like Domino's or the Hut, go somewhere else (and take a course on what real Italian food should taste like). The fried mushrooms are beyond anything like the usual frozen-fried breadcrumb balls you get at you corner bar. They are fried perfectly, not greasy and best of all, taste like mushrooms. Because I did not want to look like a pig in front of our friends, we brought leftovers home. Toasted that pizza up in the oven and it was still fantastic the next day.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. The menu features a large assortment of different types of pizza. First off all the wines are way over prices. $10 for proscecco? I can buy a bottle at that price. Beer wise they had a small menu and there were almost none stocked. Come for a Friday night you need to stock your beers. The first time I had Fritti my boss had it ordered in. She even commented on how odd it was they didn't cut the pizzas. I sampled a variety of them, too many to remember. I did give an extra star for putting whole olives on one pizza, which I think was the Salame Piccante. That brought the dish to a higher level and I stole that idea for when I make pizza at home. I also liked the sauce, which was sweeter than most. The second time we tried eating at the restaurant. The calamari was extremely bland. How hard is it to throw some salt and pepper in the batter? The fried mushrooms were ok, and the sauce it was paired with did not go at all. I was a little shocked that once again they do not cut the pizzas. Seriously, how flipping hard is it to do that? Am I just supposed to roll it up and eat it? For the price I can get similar if not better pizzas elsewhere.

Fritti sits on one side of the coin in what seems to have been dubbed "the Atlanta Pizza Wars." It is a sham for one reason: These restaurants are both worthy of a following; however, I cannot for the life of me identify any other duo where people are asked to like one establishment & not the other. It's not even important who started the debate, or how it got so widespread. Fritti & Varasano's are different types of pizza. Neither is the "correct way" & neither is "the best X, Y, or Z." They are simply different takes on a single culinary tradition. Some will undoubtedly find one better than the other, & that's just fine. Hopefully, people can put down them "fighting words" at the mere mention of either establishment & just take them at face value. I'm still not ready to throw down a full review of Fritti. This is note on last night's meal, with some info on a few trends I've noticed since I've started paying attention. When we arrived at 7:45, the restaurant had a nice crowd out on the patio. That's where we found our home. Inside, the place was sparsely populated with patrons. More often than not, there is a decent sized crowd during peak hours - though I have yet to find a massive wait on any occasion. Last night, we were seated immediately. The service struck me as a bit quirky, & that's not unusual. Our waitress was very polite & as friendly as was necessary. However, in what seems commonplace here, the conversation that transpired seemed a lot like that of a bad first date. It was that uncomfortable silence where you stare across the table waiting for a response. Too much dead air & some blank stares on the part of the server just made us feel ... well ... a little funny. It's happened there before, but we got over it. We started w/ an order of the Arancini. Inside, there's risotto, a touch of sausage, & a hint of marinara sauce. As always, these delivered a simple & straightforward flavor. The balls responded well to the bite, dividing easily though providing you with the expected crunch. The marinara sauce doesn't really impress me. The sauce is a little under developed & relies too much on the sugars to deliver its flavor. Still, who doesn't like putting a fried ball in their mouth? The pizza here is the conversation piece & worthy of an expanded commentary. This however, is just a brief drive by - so I'll withhold a drawn out explanation. The roughly thirty pizza choices are confusing. Fritti would be better served to offer up a 6-8 suggested pies & supplement that with a "build your own option." That's as subjective as one can get, I'm sure some people love the amount of choice. However, Fritti is doing a disservice to their customer base by throwing so much at them. In the end, we settled on the Pancetta e Cipolla (Caramelized onion, pancetta, & hot peppers) & the Ananas e Gorgonzola (gorgonzola, pineapple, 12 yr old balsamic vinegar). These Neapolitan pizzas were decent, but ultimately frustrating. The pizza wasn't sliced, leaving us to our own devices. With inferior cutting utensils, slicing the pizzas was an exercise I'd have rather skipped. In addition, the pizzas got "sloppy" as we tried to hold the ingredients in place while cutting. As far as flavor goes, I was ultimately underwhelmed. While Fritti easily makes my Top 3 in Atlanta (regardless of style), I just wasn't impressed with what we had last night. Take the Gorgonzola pie: the sweetness of the pineapple, the savory of the balsamic vinegar, & the profound flavor of the cheese left my mouth arguing. I wasn't sure which flavor to focus on as they clashed. Add in the fact that I had to reassemble the slice & I just wasn't blowing up to have more. The pancetta was much more successful. Still, it suffered even more from the table side knife work. The spice of the hot peppers & the kick of the pancetta were nicely offset by the sweetness of the caramelized onions. Though the kick didn't make a dent with me, I suspect others will find it ample. The sauce did little to excite. The sugars were a a crutch the pie unfortunately relied on. In addition, the pizza didn't come together in a cohesive "unit." A big part of that was the cutting, but another part of that is in the overall construction. Still, I'd call the pie "pretty good." Last but not least, we should mention the "char." It was there & seemed to appear as intended. Unfortunately, I find the dough to be a little run of the mill. I see no reason that the pizza dough at a place like Whole Foods couldn't be substituted, & that's an unfortunate thing - considering that Whole Paycheck is a grocery store & not a pizzeria. There's plenty more to say. As is, Fritti is fine by me & worth a visit. If you walk in ready to hate them - you will. If you walk in ready to love it - you will. If you want to just sit down & have a meal, you'll probably be somewhere in the middle.

The closest to true Italian-style pizza I've found this side of the Atlantic. Pizzas are big enough to split with a nice salad to start. If you come here, it really is for the pizza. When you can, sit on the patio. It's covered and warm in the winter and open air in the summer. However, watch the wine. I ordered a glass of red wine last time and it was served at about 80 degrees. But they do have a nice selection of wine and mixed drinks. And last but not least: what's with the hostesses with attitude? Every time I've been here, I always get the look and the attitude, as if asking for my reserved table is such a hassle - of course, that's after the once over. Please, enough! Enjoy!

so after pizza delfina yesterday in SF, it was difficult to eat here without using it as somewhat of a benchmark of measuring this spot against. varying flavors but very different menu being that fritti has over 12 different panini choices. we ordered the calamari as a starter which was fine but I recommended them changing the batter to a less oily option like panko which I noticed has become more of a standard ingredient in sf. my bro and lori went with some delish sandwiches that were great but the bread was slightly over toasted if there.is such a term. i had the caesar with extra anchovies that was fine.everything was okay but more a 3.5. I love the out door seating area and neighorhood, I think many locals love this place but I have my SF standards...sorry! Talso, no cred for no beer on draft. city of sevens...hahahaahah! Kinda tru

Amazing Italian food! Came here for a date night with my boyfriend, I'm Italian and he's a big fan of Italian food so we're always super judgey of Italian restaurants but this place was fantastic. Great atmosphere and great food and service! Our appetiser came out quickly with our wine and was delicious, and the pizzas not long after that. I had the vegetarian pizza which I'm mentioning especially because the veggies on top were so fresh! Boy got a salami one which was also delicious. We then shared biscotti and gelato for dessert (the cafe latte gelato is to die for!!). A very pleasant night and I would definitely return!!

Pros: -You can NEVER go wrong with any of their pizzas -Fun atmosphere -Great service -Amazing $15 3-course menu during Inman Park restaurant week Cons: -if you don't make a reservation you can be stuck in quite a bit of a wait

There are a tons good pizza restaurants in the ATL but if you want great thin crust real Italian style pizza, this is it! Fresh ingredients, nice atmosphere. Probably the best pizza i've eaten (outside of Italy of course) I would have given it 5 stars if your waiter was not so terrible but, I would definitely come back...just don't ask him for any recommendations! I got the sorrentina and the smoked mozzarella and fresh tomatoes were perfect! Came with a party for a friends birthday and glad we did. Will gladly return.

Great meal for first time visit to Fritti. Saw this restaurant on Atlanta Eats and had to see how it compares to Antico's Neapolitan style pizza. Both use fresh, authentic Italian ingredients and wood fired ovens. Fritti has more menu selections and doesn't run out of dough. Antico offers one thing, pizza, and they do it amazingly well. Also, the atmosphere is much less chaotic at Fritti and you can make a reservation, not stand in line, and not feel rushed to get out for the sad saps standing in line staring at you. Fritti, however, does not allow you to bring your own alcoholic beverages with you; they want to sell it to you. I thought Fritti had a nice selection of local beers and Tuscan wines at typical prices. As far as the pizza itself, both restaurants make very delicious pizza and the toppings are fresh & authentic. The dough at Antico is thick, soft and chewy. Fritti's dough is crispy and thin; you also receive additional toppings of fresh parm, red pepper flakes & pepper infused olive oil (great for dipping crust but it is SPICY). At Fritti, I enjoyed the beet salad w/ apples, fresh parm & hazelnuts. Could have used some more vinaigrette tossed in but it was fresh and tasty. You can't go wrong with either, so try both...often!

Fritti serves amazing pizzas at an incredible price. Though I like the actual pizza at Antico better, the more chill atmosphere and cheaper price at Fritti will keep me coming back. We tried the simple margerita pizza and it was cooked to perfection. No soupiness the entire way through which is a feat to behold. Usually the end of the last few slices looks like a dog's tongue after a 3 mile run, but not here. Crisp to the end! The arugula salad was a nice start as was the calamari. The calamari was not too salty and was only lightly salty. It felt much healthier than I've had at other places. The location and pizza is fantastic. If you're on this part of North Highland definitely stop in!

I think my expectations were too high based on the reviews. My bf and I went to Fritti because we had a craving for pizza, but didn't want to drive across Midtown to go to Antico (our hands-down fav). We ordered the salsicca e peperoni - talk about underwhelming. While a step up from Dominos, it didn't really impress me. We enjoyed the patio - great for people watching. The service was great as well. Not sure if we'll come here again...but it didn't give us the 'gotta have it' vibe.

I am going to try this place again, it had potential, and I was with 13 girls so I am sure our service probably would have been better if I just come with my husband. Started off with the Arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano it was a little bland, but again not bad. Then had the Regina Margherita pizza, again a little bland but not bad. Then the Spiedini di Mare which again was bland!!! I will def. be back because I think it was an off night and I did not HATE the food, but it was a little bland. Great server though and she was very sweet and nice to put up with 13 girls. I hope to update this review soon!! As I do love the U-Restaurants!

This place is great. I didn't really enjoy the Mista salad, but the Maialona(sp?) pizza (Salami, ham, sausage, pancetta, black olives) more than made up for it. The service was good, the menu is great, and the atmosphere is awesome the way they have it set up. They have an outdoor patio, a quasi-outdoor dining area with two huge glass garage doors that open up. The bar is located on a lower split level so it's halfway below the main floor when you walk in. And the dining area is under these very high ceilings with some big ass chandeliers. Prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend. I can see why this place gets so many great reviews.

Fritti is my go to spot. Its a great spot to bring friends, family, out of towners, dates, etc. I haven't had anything I did not like, and the service is always excellent. The wine list is great - it has some yummy white wines that go amazingly with the food, also for those who want a fancier glass, you can order off the Sotto Sotto wine list! I love coming here, ordering a couple of pizzas and some apps for a table to share. It is just a really cool place to hang out and Inman Park is just a cool area. I will continue to keep coming here - especially as the weather gets nicer and I want a nice meal with some wine on the patio (which is BTW amazing! & enclosed in the colder months so still worth sitting at) My favorites apps are the arancini and the robiola fritti Pizzas: Robiola e pesto, carciofi e olive, and the salsicca e peperoni. Wines: the Chardonnay Toscana 'Le Bruniche' and the Falanghina I have tried many other items on the menu but those are typically table favorites! I highly recommend a reservation unless you don't mind getting a drink (or two) at the bar and waiting 45 min, or until 9:30 to be seated. I will say it is worth the wait though!

This is the best pizza I've ever had in the history of me having pizza. It's wonderful for a romantic night out or in a small group. We usually get carried away and order a couple dishes and two pizzas. The crust on each pizza is perfect and I think my favorite is the funghi pizza. There's even a calamari pizza that's divine. Try to make a reservation because it is highly popular and can get crowded easily. I haven't had any bad experiences here, just long waits (which are always worth it).

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the quality of food and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Food (5/5): Fantastic selection of different pizzas and salads. I was really impressed with the quality of their salads along with the pizza. The wine selection is great as well. Service (5/5): Our service was always top line when I dined here. The servers were always helpful to pick out wines and pizzas for our varied tastes and made the experience even better. Ambiance (5/5): This is what brings me back. I love the feel of this place, it's casual but still intimate. This would be a great place to bring a date and to also hang out with a large group of friends. I have great memories going here with co-workers on the weekends. My favorite pizza place in Atlanta.

Authentic Italian style pizza in trendy Inman Park. We had a group of 7, called ahead and got a table no problem. Calamari and fried mushrooms for apps. A few bottles of wine and we each ordered our own pizza. I ate about half and took the rest home. Everyone enjoyed their food, I had one with prosciutto and arugula which was great but I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong.

Very busy and great atmosphere. Our drinks were great (Mad Man for the bourbon lover) and the appetizers (almond crusted goat cheese and eggplant croquettes) were excellent. Afterwards we share a tasty thin crust Sorrento pizza for two. Overall the meal was great other than the service was slow all the way through. Perhaps it was just a very busy Saturday night (it was packed), but given that we had a great meal we'd consider going back again.

My first UYE and it I must say that my Vegetariana (Veggie Pizza) was wonderful!!!! Covered in San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, zucchini. I got mine minus the mushrooms though. I really enjoyed the sauce. It was the perfect amount and so far it's one of my favorite sauces of any pizza joint. It's in the top 5 for sure! Next the charred crust was awesome. It was so good that I could have just gotten the mozzarella cheese on top of this pizza and called it a day. But noooo. They had to throw in the freshest veggies that I have ever had on a pizza as well. Now I am by no means a pizza snob so you may be thinking it's only veggies girl! But it was a delightful surprise for me to experience fresh crisp squash and zucchini paired nicely with sun-dried tomatoes, peppers and spinach. If the menu had a little more variety (chicken) for those of use that will eat just about anything on a pizza then I would have given this spot a 5 Star. So let's just say it's a 4.5 Star in my book. Side Note: Lovely ambiance here. It would be a great place for a date night or even just for a couple or few friends to get together. There is Valet Parking just across the street to the right of the restaurant.

I ordered the quattro formagio. It was terrible. My husband ordered Funghi Di Bosco. Terrible pizzas. The dough was not appetizing, the marinara sauce was a bit bitter and the cheese was dull tasting. This pizza is one grade higher from school cafeteria pizza. Perhaps the pizza I ordered was the wrong choice but I wouldn't pay out of my own dime to give this place another try.

The food was great and the service was phenomenal! I'm taking a star off because of how long we had to wait in line despite our reservation (they're packed on Saturday nights).

I'd been to Fritti for lunch several times and it was great. The pizzas are pretty decent, although they do not offer lunch prices. Fritti disappointed me for dinner one evening, when the bugs were EVERYWHERE. We sat inside, and there were fruit flies all over our table and food for the entire meal. When I turned around to look at the upholstered wall behind me it was CRAWLING with bugs. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Fritti until they get the bug situation under control.

Servers are nice. Ambiance is nice. The food is really bland though. Ordered their pizza with pesto, goat cheese, and "sun dried" tomatoes. Apparently Fritti thinks roasted tomatoes are the same thing as sun dried. So instead of a sweetness it was just a wet pizza. Not worth the money

I hate it when I am scrolling through my queue list and I have places come up that I went to months ago, and I could have swore I wrote the review, but clearly I didn't because it keeps showing up- unfortunately this was one of those. I had the chance to come here during Inman Park's restaurant week, and also the fact the Empress hosted an awesome UYE here! This was an event that I was shocked I got there on time, given the time, and location. For the most part, it is comp valet, or have fun trying to park illegally on the streets! So that can be a pain in the ass. As I was looking for the crowd, I got to bump into Charlie B(Thankfully!), and he lead me in the right direction. We had a table for 12, which 11 had showed up. We got the big circle table in the middle. I got a great view of the wood burning oven, that was red and black tiled. Now before I go on, I just wanted to note- the interior here, well it seems hard to describe. It almost feels industrial, with undertones of romance. Who ever thought dining in what used to be a garage could become so intimate? Shit happens, uhh?!! Some how, it all seems to flow though! There is even a second floor area, but I have no idea what they use it for. Will have to check it out sometime. There is a patio that overlooks Highland Avenue, that is cool too! Since it was restaurant week, they had some special prix-fixe menus, I think in $15, 25, and 35 categories. I think my fatty A went for the $35. As I was looking at that, I noticed their beer selection- seemed pretty decent. It included Italian selections as well, so I def got one. I remember the pizza I ordered included arugula, and prosciutto. I got a salad to start, and ended with flan. The salad was decent, and the pizza had a nice thin crust to it. I inhaled it. I think that night Yelpers got to see why I was a human vacuum, as I think I cleaned 4-5 plates. The flan was great- and they drizzled balsamic on it- not something you see every day. And I just realized, it was panna cotta, not flan- my bad! I am too lazy to delete that sentence... Also, for dessert, I did order a drink, I cannot remember what it was, but I won't lie to ya- it was ALMOST too much for me- I handed it off to the Empress, and she took it like a champ. I looked like a REAL wuss there! Here is a picture of it, I found it- it was titled "The Passenger". yelp.com/biz_photos/frit… Speaking of the Empress, she was nice enough to get me a raffle ticket for the evening, which was good for a $50 GC to any Inman Park restaurant, but unfortunately I don't think any of us won. Thanks for hosting, and giving me another place to enjoy! I will definitely have to put this on my "places to come back to"!!!

My ultimate favorite place right now. The food is absolutely delicious. I don't think there are words that I can use to justify how good the food is. I have tried many different appetizers and pizzas (is that a word? Any who) that I did not like. I am currently addicted to the Bianca pizza and their Pinot Nero. Perfect date spot. Warm and friendly interior. They do get quite busy, but your patience will pay off once. Enjoy!!

Last time I went to Fritti, it was before they became good, before they had their awesome ovens and so on. I thought it sucked back then. After almost 5 years later, I can tell Fritti made many improvements. Their crust tasted great. It had all the right stuff for a Neapolitan Pizza. Their toppings seemed fresh and high-quality. Their pizzas do have a sogginess issue. That's more of a technique thing from the pizzaiolo than anything. But I don't mind a little bit of sogginess because with these style of pizzas, that's sometimes unavoidable. But I know some people does not like that The Margherita was your classic Margherita. I thought it tasted good. The sauce could have more taste to it, but I found it tasty and great. The Fruitti De Mare tasted okay. It felt weird I had to separate the shrimp with its tail. I wished they would've de-tailed the shrimp for us. It made it annoying to eat the pizza, then having to pull the tail out. The Fungi di Bosco was your standard mushroom pizza. I liked it. If you're fan of a simple, mushroom pizza, this is it. Salsiccia e Peperoni was my favorite. I wished it was spicier though. But I loved the taste of pepperoni, sausage, and peppers with the great crust. The Maialona tasted good too. Sometimes it was hard to get the combination of ham and olives in this pizza. Other than that, I liked it. Overall, I thought Fritti was one of the better Neapolitan pizza places in Atlanta.

I liked this place BUT its not the best I've ever had. I thought antico pizza was much better but at least here, you can get your own table and be waited on. The sprite tasted like water with sprite added to it and I never got a refill. So that's why I'm deducting a star.

Very impressed. And I never even stepped foot in the restaurant. And my pizza was cold... ish. So yeah, that's saying a lot! My husband and I were enjoying a B&B down the road for our anniversary during a weekend in early November and we decided to order dinner during one of our evenings there. It was very cold outside, we were cozy and in our room for the night - a hot pizza sounded like the perfect complement to our lazy evening. Fritti it was. My husband came back with a Stracchinella - san marzano tomato, mozarella, stracchinella cheese and italian sausage. Because of the dropping temps, by the time he came back with our pie (which they don't cut), it was not as piping hot as I would've liked... but it was still deeeelicious. And even though it was quickly cooling down, the slices never became chewy or tough like some lesser quality pizzas can do. This was good stuff! It still tasted fresh, and it was simple and satisfying. I'm definitely interested in going to the actual restaurant - they've got my attention!

Liked this place quite a bit. It's a cool atmosphere, has great service, and the food is reasonably priced considering you get a whole pizza. I still think anticos is the best pizza in Atlanta, but fritti is up there too. We got the calamari, Tuscana pizza, and Maialona pizza

Came here as part of a promotion to support a local charity, and the menu offering was like a restaurant week event: 2 course for $25 I had the fried calamari, which was standard/average; a pruscuitto and arugula pizza which was large and flavorful (artfully presented--see photo). Pizza are the big item here, and they do them well. Service and atmosphere were both positive and inviting to return.

I've dined here three times within the last year, and have had a great experience each time. Most recently, my fiance and I celebrated our engagement with our families. There were nine of us (including a baby) and our waiter was extremely attentive (despite it being a very busy Saturday evening) and helpful. The food is excellent! Each time I have ordered a pizza to share. Absolute favorite is topped with prosciutto and arugula, but I can't remember the name! I love how there isn't a ton of greasy cheese on the pizzas (I'm somewhat lactose-intolerant, so this is good for me) and the sauce always has such great flavor. I've also ordered the grilled hanger steak spiedini, which is basically steak on a skewer and covered in rosemary. Delicious and a great appetizer! Drink prices are okay, but not great... but that's really my only small complaint. The service, food and atmosphere are all wonderful!

Yum! Went here on Saturday and it was great! The drinks, food, and service were all spot-on. My only complaint is the noise level inside, but I'm pretty sure that was due to the massive gaggle of teenage girls who were there to celebrate a birthday. We made a reservation but failed to ask for patio seating. Lesson learned. When we arrived there was a 20-min wait for a patio table but we were hungry so we opted for immediate seating inside. It was a bit noisy (ah, teenagers) but the place has a nice feel to it. Modern without trying too hard. We received water service right away and our server quickly showed up to take our drink order. I ordered The Counselor (yummy gin and cucumber concoction) and bf had a glass of wine (very healthy pour). We started with the calamari and flank steak spiedini. Both were delicious. The calamari was very nicely done, not over-breaded and over-fried like so many other restaurants seem to do. Huge portion! And the marinara that accompanied it was perfect. The spiedini was also fantastic. Good flavor and cooked nicely. It even came with a pile of arugula salad. Bonus! We split a veggie pizza for our main course. Wonderful! Thin crust, great sauce, just enough cheese, and the veggies were super fresh! So good! We were stuffed after all that, but decided to look at the dessert menu anyway. Why not... right?! omg.... Nutella pizza. Who can resist?? I think you can guess how that went. Ha! I would definitely go back but next time I'll ask for patio seating. (I'm still thinking about that Nutella pizza...)

Neighborhood classic. Excellent wine selection, steady service and food. The Cesar salad is excellent. Love the spicy salami, so I add it to a regular margarita pizza. Great place for brunch since there's rarely much of a wait, if any. Ask for the chili oil, it's too good for words.

If "upscale pizza" must exist, then at least it's done very well here. Quality food and good drinks. Service was pleasant enough. Hostess looked right through us when we walked in with a reservation and seated the couple who came in after us on the patio. We asked for patio and were informed there are no more tables outside and we cannot wait. Hmmm. I make it a point not to fuss BEFORE my food is cooked. But the waitress apologized the food was fresh and simple, and the din of the crowd was a little loud.

Went to Fritti after finding our new favorite pizza place in Decatur was closed for the holiday. Read the reviews and we were perfectly happy trying a new place. Had two pizza fans with me tonight, wifey and mother-in-lawy.... What did we order... Me...Pancetta e Cipolla - san marzano tomato, mozzarella, caramelized onion, pancetta, hot pepper Wifey...Crudo E Rucola - san marzano tomato, mozzarella. san daniele prosciutto, arugula, olive oil Mother-in-lawy...Vegetariana - san marzano tomato, mozzarella, spinach, peppers, sun-dried tomato, mushrooms, squash, zucchini (except she took the mozzarella off and had them put goat cheese on it) So...how was it? My pizza had limited flavor, some from the onion, not a lot from the pancetta and almost zero spice...on the 1-5 scale, a 2 at best...but...then, the dough was VERY soggy...thus giving this pizza a 1 overall. Wifey liked her pizza, mother-in-lawy did not. I thought it was the best pizza we had on the evening...tasted the prosciutto and then the arugula gave it some bite. This was a 3.5 out of 5. Mother-in-lawy thought her pizza was fair (give it a 3), but not outstanding. Wifey did not like hers and I thought hers would have been the best with the mozzarella, the goat cheese was too strong and over powered the other players on the pizza. I would give it a 3. Service was very good, give it a 4. So, I rounded all this out to a 3...would I go back? Yes, if in the area. Would I order the same pizza? NO!

The food was good, just not worth the prices. And the desert "bread pudding isn't what the menu description says it is. Better off spending the money elsewhere. PS The waiter was amazing.

After having dinner at Sotto Sotto we returned here, their sister pizza place, a couple nights later. Possibly best ever pizza. Great salads and amazing service. Huge selection of Italian wines by the glass and all wines were well priced. Loved it. Wish they we're in LA.

A neighborhood favorite! A great place to take people visiting in town or for a good tasting consistent meal any night of the week. AJ is the server whom we always request to be seated in his section because he is attentive, friendly and knowledgable. Favorites are the Arancini for an appetizer and the funghi di bosco pizza for an entrée.

This place was excellent! We split the bruschetta, two pizzas and a bottle of wine between three of us and it was the perfect amount. Great food, decent wine list and really cool atmosphere in the heart of Inman. Would definitely go back the next time in Atlanta.

Two of the best pizzas I've had in a while. A sleek and comfortable place. I'd recommend sitting on the patio. Service was friendly and informative. We took her suggestions and ordered the Margherita and the Speck E Rucola. Both were heavenly. Fresh ingredients and strong flavors in both. The tomato sauce on the Margherita flowed into my mouth on the first bite. The smoked mozzarella on the Speck E Rucola was unique and new for me. Overall, this was a great place for pizza and a lucky find.

Went here in a party of Four. 3 of us are new to the town, and 1 has lived in the Atlanta area all of his life. This is one of his favorite spots. First he lets us know from the beginning this is Italian style pizza. The remaining 3 of us are from NY/NJ so he didn't want us to compare it to that style of pizza. I've never had pizza in Italy, but apparently it's really thin crust with a number of toppings. Here's what we ordered: 1. Margherita pizza, according to my Italian friend - the best way to judge a place by it's pizza is to get the most basic pizza. If they get the sauce and cheese right, it's approved - so she approved! 2. Peperoni pizza - ordered by the regular from Atlanta. He's says he's been to this place for years and always gets this. So I guess it's good 3. Funghi di Bosco, which is basically marinara, mozzarella, different mushrooms and white truffle oil. I ordered this based on reviews. And like almost everyone else I loved this too. 4. Robiola e Pestom, which is Goat cheese, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato, arugula pesto. My husband ordered this and I have to say it was my favorite. It was surprisingly amazing! I took the last piece of course! We also started with Brushetta, one of the better Brushetta's I've had in my lifetime. You will enjoy this place!

I had high expectations and hope for this place, but slightly disappointed. The food was okay- I ordered the calzone and Caesar salad. The salad was so bland, that I had to use salt. That was a way to start off the meal. The calzone was just ok. I believe that Fellini's has a better calzone, but maybe that's just my opinion. I ordered a mojito, which was excellent. Thumbs up to the bar! I'm removing a star because of the fruit flies that kept flying around like a previous reviewer stated and did so the entire time. I'm also removing a star because of the time it took for a waiter or waitress to take an order. Someone finally came to us after about 15 minutes and asked had we been helped. But at that point, I was already slightly annoyed. Although the service improved, it just wasn't enough to save the shaky service and bland food. The atmosphere was a nice mix of families, date nights, and singles. If I really want that authentic "Italian" taste, I'll go to Antico.

It has been five and a half years since I wrote my first review here. Can you believe I still think about the pineapple/gorgonzola pizza? It was that good. I recently took some friends here for dinner and everyone was very impressed with the food. We didn't get the pineapple/gorgonzola tragically, but we did get my second favorite item on the menu: the funghi fritti and it was just as good as I remember! The fried mushrooms aren't only lightly floured, so it's not like you're tasting batter the whole way through, and it's sprinkled with just the right amount of rosemary. We got the speck e rucola pizza which was amazing. It's a neapolitan pizza covered crust to crust with prosciutto and a whole arugula salad is thrown on top of it. The style is quite authentic and common in Italy and throughout Europe. The second pizza we got was the salcicchia e pepperoni. My advice? Skip it. It wasn't really anything special. Also, I'm biased against italian sausage. If you really like Italian sausage, you'll probably like this pizza too. I plan on coming back during Inman Park Restaurant week and getting that Pineapple/Gorgonzola I've been craving.

My best friend and I both have August birthdays, so we typically choose a night to have a joint celebration with all of our friends. We wanted to go out near the highlands, so we chose to do dinner at Fritti. We had a reservation at 8pm for 8 girls, and even though we were about 10 minutes late, they seated us immediately. I'm so glad we chose Fritti as our celebration location! ;) 1. Atmosphere: Fritti has an incredible atmosphere. It's almost like an up-scale warehouse that has huge garage doors that can open and make the entire place feel like a porch. Even though we went there in August, we had a gorgeous breeze flowing through and it was just the perfect setting for a date night or birthday celebration (which it was!) 2. Service: I can't say enough about the service. If you've ever had to serve a table of 7 girls drinking, you know how difficult it can be to a - get our attention to order and b- keep track of all the wine we're drinking. Our waiter was friendly, fast and never made us feel rushed. He made a few food suggestions and NEVER let our cocktails run dry. He was great about splitting the check and made it all look easy and effortless. Other waiters would even come by and fill up our water glasses if they looked low - the staff worked great as a team to deliver the best service. 3. Drinks: Half our table ordered wine and the rest of us ordered Dirty Martinis. I thought the Dirty Martinis were excellent - they didn't have blue cheese olives, but they did make them extra dirty. They were ice- cold and weren't bitter at all. I'm picky about my martinis, so kudos to Fritti! 4. Appetizers: Two of the girls ordered Bruchetta for the table and thank goodness they did - it was amazing. I typically think bruchetta is a hard thing to mess up due to the simplicity of the dish, but their bruchetta was SO fresh and the bread was the perfect firmness (sometimes places toast it a little too much). I had to stop myself from eating more so I would have room for pizza. 5. Dinner: Our table ordered three pizzas and just sampled all of them. We ordered Robiola E Pesto, Crudo E Rucola, and Funghi Di Bosco. All of the pizzas were delicious and had incredible flavor from the fresh ingredients. The Robiola E Pesto was the table favorite - the goat cheese/pesto combination was explosion-in-your-mouth good. Both the Crudo E Rucola and the Funghi Di Bosco were good as well, but I found myself wanting some sort of sauce or something more from the Funghi Di Bosco. It had a distinct & delicious flavor from the truffle oil, but I wanted a little bit of creamy-ness (or maybe more cheese?) to balance out the mushrooms. Overall, it was a perfect girl's night out experience. Although Antico has my favorite pizza in Atlanta, Fritti made a pretty convincing case against them this weekend! Fritti provided great service, cocktails and food. What more can a birthday girl ask for?

Went to Fritti with a friend on a Sunday night. They were quite busy, but we were able to get a table right away. We ordered the Arancini--risotto and sausage croquettes, and the arugula and prosciutto pizza (I think they call it crudo e rucola). Both things were very tasty! I absolutely loved the pizza and will be back for the same thing soon. Wonderful sauce, cheese, and prosciutto and topped with fresh arugula! I'd recommend Fritti to anyone looking for an authentic pizza in a nice yet still casual environment.

Fancy drinks and Fancy Pizzas. This place rocks your socks. Bring your own ranch if you like ranch with pizza because this place is an authentic Italian place. They don't serve ranch with pizza in Italy.

We came here for a girl's night dinner on a Friday. Reservations were easily made via Opentable. We arrived early (we needed to add one to our reservation) and decided to grab drinks at the bar. One of my friends required a non-alcoholic drink. I must admit that the bartending staff could have been a bit nicer about the request for a mocktail. We were seated in a loud-ish middle section of the restaurant that afforded a pretty view of the sunset. We weren't feeling rushed, but we felt like the waitstaff was eager to flip our table as we were constantly asked if we were ready to order. We settled on a bottle of wine and some apps. Once the apps were out, we were again constantly asked to order the pizzas. When we finally ordered, someone asked about the rucola pizza, to which we were told "Its okay, if you like that salad on a pizza kind of thing.." with a roll of the eyes. It was just weird service all night long - like no one wanted to be there, wanted us out of there, and hated the drinks and food on the menu. Mercy. Regardless, we had a fabulous time! I also LOVED the Funghi di Bosco pizza. The truffle oil made it absolutely amazing. Yum yum yummy! Plus my total bill for apps, wine, and pizza came to $20. Not bad for a Friday night on the town! Although service was a bust, the food was super yummy (not as good as Antico, mind you) and we really enjoyed our night here. Yay comped valet parking!

Another new place to try in my "at work" neighborhood! I'll keep this one simple... try the pizza with the calamari, shrimp, and mussels on it. The waiter talked me into this one and I'm glad he did! Even though I was dining alone, there was nothing left of that pizza by the end of the meal. Great outdoor, open ambiance... quick and friendly service. Out front is perfect spot for people watching.

Atmosphere, food, service, parking, all 5 star! This is the sort of place you want to get all three courses! If it's your first time make sure you talk to your server and ask for recommendations. When you first walk in you will immediately notice families, people on dates, people in meetings, etc. it's great for all occasions. The indoor, outdoor patios are great and the location of the restaurant is one of my favorite places in Atlanta. They make more of an Italian style pizza then the traditional American style pizza that we are all accustom to. Enjoy

Almost dont want to write this to tell the world but just discovered sitting at the bar here... the bartender (Craig? Greg? Something like this. Lets just say he did his job well enough for me - who is good with names - not to tooootally recall it). Anyway, the wine list is comprehensive, staff are fun and knowledgeable and I was delighted by the experience overall. Might replace Krog Bar as our go-to spot. Also, the servers/bartenders just seemed like they were genuinely having fun. Which is perhaps the best compliment ever for a restaurant.

I came here the other night and the weather was nice out so my friend and I sat outside. In general, the location is really nice and the ambience is really casual. I can imagine it being an appropriate place to go to for a lot of different occasions. It's just casual enough for a dinner with friends and family, but it's also nice enough that you could bring a date. We were seated right next to the sidewalk, which was kind of a distraction sometimes because there wasn't a separation between us and those outside the restaurant. We split their tonno salad which was much more filling than expected and we each got our own pizzas. I got a pancetta pizza and my friend got the vegetarian. The waitress seemed a little out of it but I still think it was a good experience! But I think the prices are fair and you get a lot for what you pay. I would definitely go again!

We were expecting really good pizza, based on the reviews we read. I ordered "Quatro Formaggi." and it was a big disappointment. The pizza was soggy--the slices actually drooped as you ate them, as if the oven were not hot enough, or they were prepared in advance and sauce leaked into the crust. The cheese was so bland it was almost tasteless, and the tomato sauce was only so-so. I ordered a beer from the drinks menu, and there was no indication that it wasn't a bottled Stella--it came in a glass like draft beer. We had driven from Decatur but next time we'll go back to one of the great pizza restaurants we have near home.

Salty dough... it's always a winner. There's obviously plenty of good pizza restaurants in Atlanta, but I think what sets Fritti apart is their overwhelming amount of fresh ingredients. Sometimes when restaurants just have a list of all their ingredients and have you choose your own pizza, it just gets overwhelming. What if I'm missing the best flavor combination? Fritti has 20 or so pizzas on their menu that you can choose from. It makes me feel more comfortable since you know those are supposedly "good" combinations of ingredients. You can make your own pizza with toppings as well. Service has been decent each time I've been. Nothing to knock it out of the park. Also, there's free parking across the street, and the valet at night.

One of the better pizza places I have eaten at in Atlanta and so glad it is within walking distance. The pizza was great with a nice crisp crust and a good proportion of topping to crust. I could also tell that the ingredients were higher end. The calamari, arancini and crochette di melanzane are all really good appetizers. The pizzas are decent size and 1 is enough to split if you share an appetizer as well. The only thing is they are on the higher end of the price point so I don't get to go as often as I like.

This was my first visit here. I have to say that I was impressed immediately by the free valet parking, especially when it is super cold out. We were told to present our ticket to the server 5 minutes before we left and they would have our car pulled up front for us. We had a reservation and were greeted upon arrival and sat immediately. The table was small, but not bad as we did not have parties on both sides of us. I would tell you that our server was great, but since is whispered (Seriously- he was whispering) in this setting, I have no idea what his name was nor if he told us of specials or asked if we wanted more to drink because you could not hear him at all. This was probably my only complaint. Maybe he is just a quiet person, but if so, a loud restaurant might not be the best place to work. Anyways, now to the food. We had an arugula salad which was fresh and tasty. I love the spiciness of the greens with the tartness of the lemon juice and the sharpness of the cheese. I ordered the olive artichoke pizza. Was it good, sure. Was it worth the $13? Nope! It had maybe 8 pieces of olives and 4 artichoke pieces cut up. They also were not distributed in any type of even pattern, so some pieces were just cheese, while some had a bit of topping. The fresh parm was good on top though. We each had a glass of red wine that was delish! I would have ordered more had I been asked if I would like another glass instead of it just being removed from the table. So, what made my night was the guy who was there at a business dinner with other men who had the guts to walk over to the girls next to us and ask if he could by them a drink. He should have noticed that they were drinking tea first. He was trying so hard to pick them up and they clearly were not in there to be picked up on. So we weren't asked about dessert either (well- again, I am not sure since the server was so quiet). We presented our valet ticket 5 minutes prior to leaving. Well, the car was not pulled up front and we had to wait...in the 30 degree weather with no heater for it. Would I go back, sure. Was it amazing? Nope, but the atmosphere made up fro it.

Made a reservation because I knew how busy it gets, but still had a 45 minute wait! Not sure what the purpose of a reservation is if I am still going to be waiting for such a long time. The food was of course wonderful per usual, but the waiter talked so quickly that we couldn't understand a thing he said. He wasn't very friendly, so that was disappointing. Try the mango and cheesecake gelatos, they are wonderful! They took quite awhile to bring our food and drinks though so prepare for a long night. The bartenders are super friendly though and gret to help the time pass.

Came here with my family to celebrate the day before graduation. We started with the mushroom appetizer, which is basically fried mushrooms. Delicious! My grandmother had the Caesar salad, which she enjoyed, and we split two pizzas. Also very fresh and good. The salmon, served with garlicky spinach, was amazing! So tender and melt-in-your-mouth. Food was great!

I visited this place on a Sunday night with friends who live in the area. Right off the bat, it was apparent that parking in the neighborhood would be difficult. So it was especially nice that they have complimentary valet for both Fritti and their sister restaurant, Sotto Sotto. We had made reservations just in case, but it wasn't necessary on a Sunday night (it would be necessary on weekend nights, however, I could tell). They do have a full indoor bar with seating, but we were seated on the front open patio, which is a beautiful space with aesthetically pleasing light fixtures (chandeliers). Patio seating is great for people watching in Inman Park. The overall feel of the restaurant is modern and upscale. For being a pizza restaurant, the interior is surprisingly upscale and beautiful. Definitely a great date night spot. Also, fair warning, they DO NOT serve other Italian entrees (pastas, seafood, meats, etc). We started off with bruschetta, which was absolutely delicious, and all the ingredients appeared very fresh. They are bite-sized. The only downside to this appetizer is that they only give you THREE pieces of bruschetta for one order. The bruschetta is so good that you'll be upset you only get THREE pieces of this. Luckily, our pizzas arrived shortly thereafter, so we didn't have that much time to gripe about how few bruschetta we received. We enjoyed a few glasses of Pinot Grigio by then, and had ordered the Speck pizza, the Funghi di Bosco, and the Sorrentina. Looking at the menu, it was pretty difficult to order, because all the pizzas looked amazing. I don't think you can order a bad pizza here! The waiter had really talked up the Speck pizza, but our favorite by far was the Funghi di Bosco. That pizza disappeared almost immediately. The crust was thin and crispy, and the middle of the pizza was disintegrating, dripping with mozzarella deliciousness, just like a Neapolitan pizza should. All the pizzas were excellent and among 3 people, we devoured 3 whole pizzas, with no leftovers. We didn't have room for dessert. Our service was great; the waiter was attentive and not pushy, and relayed his opinion without apparent prejudice. I would definitely return for another delicious pizza experience.

When the weather is nice out and you have an opportunity to sit in their open air dining area, it's great. The pizza is authentic and their staff is friendly. Fritti is another fun place to have lunch or dinner.

Me, the sig and one of our favorite people ended up here after Sotto Sotto next door was completely booked. We took a chance and went over, knowing full well it was a Saturday night at 6, BUT behold! There was lots of seating over in the little bar nook that worked out just great for us. I got the scallop and salmon small plate with the arugula and parm, and spinach salad and oh, mylanta, was it good. I didn't really expect to get great food from this place, mostly because its a pizza joint, but you have GOT to try their other food. I've since gone back for my beloved small plates, and got the bruchetta to start, and it was super fresh and simple and yummy. Love this place.

This place had a lot of good reviews & comparison with Antico. Came here earlier and it's not bad but not fantastic. My husband ordered the 4-seasons (mixed) and out came a thin pizza with miserably little amount of toppings. We get more from a chain pizza place like CPK. My pizza was the cotto e funghi. It's not much different from the 4 seasons minus the artichoke. The appetizer we had was the calamari, that was good! Next place to try is Antico.

I love everything else in this area, but I didn't find Fritti to be that exciting. We tried a bunch of their pizzas in a group and they were good, but not the best in the city. We also split a few of the desserts and, again, they were good but not incredible.

I love, love this place, truly amongst the best pizza anywhere and I have been going for years. But there is a new thing to beware of. Last week while there I valeted my car. I did not notice as I left the lot, but I had a parking ticket. The valet had parked my car on the street and too close to a fire hydrant. Valet street parking is a risky business. The valet company is Sunshine Parking and the owner is Jeff. As if today I have waited a week for a call back from him. So word of warning, enjoy the lovely pizza but check your windshield before you pull away because neither the restaurant or the valet company are I arrested in helping you out!!

Definitely worth a visit if you're trapseing around the Inman Park area and made infinitely sweeter by having complimentary valet for dinner. We had heard a lot about Fritti and we were excited to finally check it out. Really dig the ambiance of the interior. Small amount of seating inside -- bar, a few tables, one side with bench seats. Most of the seating, and the best seats, are on the patio(s). Love the gigantic umbrellas over the rightward patio. You may not even realize that it's one gigantic umbrella. But, when you do, you'll realize just how badass it is. We happily enjoyed the patio and the lovely weather that accompanied. The service was friendly and didn't hover at all. We quickly ordered a few cocktails and pizzas and hardly sat waiting. For a Saturday night, these guys were slammed and still making things happen within minutes. Sorrentina Pizza - Definitely my favorite of the evening. The smoked mozz was a nice touch and definitely one of the more prominent flavors. Robiola E Pesto - I can't say that I've ever had an arugula pesto before, but I'm glad I have now. Rather mild and not as nutty/bitter as I thought it would have been. Good stuff here. Carciofi E Olive - Huge artichoke hearts and a few kalamata olives. I'm not a huge fan of olives in general, but these were mild and worked well with the rest of the flavors. Not sure we left but maybe one, lone piece of pizza behind. (Don't worry. It was a small piece) The four of us did some damage on three pies. Fritti, you're great. Now, I need to find me one of them gigantic umbrellas! Ciao!

If this place truly cared about pizza, their pizza wouldn't come out of a oven duo at 120 angle fit to minimize space, which is purely for showmanship. It worked in the start but the lack of conserving heat is hurting the pizza crust tremendously. I've been here a lot and even before antico was started. Before felinnis and st Angelo's kept getting voted "the best" based on zagat and yelp "reviews". It truly used to be really good until It got overrun with monkey child's. I would normally give this sort of decline and give up into traditional commercialism a 1 star but baronda is atleast decent so I gotta give them min 2 stars. Freakin enclose the place.

I've been curious what the big deal about Fritti was, and now I have an inkling. A group of three of us came here after catching a show at Dad's Garage just down the street on a Saturday night. The weather was still mild enough to sit outside and not be chilly, so around 10:30, we grabbed a table and started perusing the menu. Even though it was a Saturday night at peak "going-out" time, in the hip and trendy Fourth Ward, Fritti was surprisingly not packed. Maybe everyone had already eaten and was moving on to the bars and clubs? I have no clue, but I was very pleased not to have to wait or feel rushed at all. Our waiter all evening was very attentive and checked on us several times during our visit to make sure everything was good and to our liking and to refill water glasses or drop off the check. Fritti's specialty are Neopolitan-style thin crust pizzas. And they have quite a selection of pizzas with unique toppings, plus a good number of appetizers, salads, and a few meat-based entrees. Pizza's what you come for though. And they know a thing or two. My boyfriend and I ended up splitting a maialona pizza (a red sauce pizza topped with salami, ham, sausage, pancetta, and olives - for your veggie unit), and our friend ordered the robiola fritta (almond crusted goat cheese, over a salad of arugula, peppers and olives). Everything came out quite soon after we ordered and it was darn good. The pizza crust wasn't as crispy as I was expecting for a thin crust pizza, but it still tasted great - I just had to use a fork and knife to eat. All the toppings were flavorful and the pizza was nice and hot and fresh from the oven. I think everyone enjoyed their food, and although I wasn't up for it that night, I'd definitely like to try their gelato sometime in the future. And more pizza combos. Nice job Fritti!

Nice location and atmosphere especially during the summer when you get to sit out and relax with friends. Pizza was like any other upscale pizza place; not bad but not the best. The waitress told me it was better than Antico's but I'll have to disagree. I'd still come back because the atmosphere is def better than antic's and there's complimentary valet parking!

WOW. Excellent service, beer was ice cold, pizza was super hot and the staff was so dang nice. I loved it. I've been here a couple times before, and while I always enjoyed myself, there was just a perfect trifecta of awesome today. I had the sorrentina, and I dare say I may never have anything else ;)

I've eaten at some of Fritti's neighbors, Sotto Sotto, Pure Taqueria, and Parish, but never made it inside Fritti itself until recently. I went two times: once for a weekend lunch and once for a late weeknight dinner. The restaurant was mostly empty for Sunday lunch, but quite busy for Thursday night dinner. Not so busy that we had to wait for a seat, though. Fritti is housed in what looks like an old garage. It's pretty evident as you sit inside and look out onto North Highland through the restaurant's huge retractable doors. While these doors don't provide the best insulation, the space inside is naturally well lit thanks to all the glass. Along with the main dining area, there's also a small bar in a separate, smaller area right of the entrance. Fritti serves authentic Neopolitan pizza and the restaurant boasts on its menu certification by the "Verace Pizza Napoletana Association," one of the few restaurants in the country that have this designation. Like other nice pizza places around town, Fritti uses grade 00 flour to make their dough. Server Daniele recommended the Cape Sante appetizer. These were two large skewered scallops on top of a bed of cucumbers and radishes in a light lemon-vinegar sauce. These were good. The scallops were plump, tender, and juicy. I liked them so much I ordered them again on my second visit. Other appetizers I tried include their Arancini, which are Sicilian risotto and sausage croquettes, and the Bresaola di Tonno, which is cured tuna with arugula, radish, and lemon. The croquettes were dark brown and crispy on the outside while soft and delicate on the inside. They were served with tomato sauce. They were salty and didn't have much flavor. While not a terrible app, I probably wouldn't order it again. The tuna appetizer, on the other hand, was quite good and rich with flavor. I wish I could have some more. As for pizzas, so far I've tried: Maialona - salami, cotto ham, sausage, pancetta, and black olives Salsiccia e Peperoni - sweet italian sausage, roasted peppers Quattro Stagioni - cotto ham, artichokes, mushrooms, olives As it goes with Neopolitan pizza, toppings and ingredients are minimal. The Maialona is one of Fritti's more ingredient rich pizzas. Our server gave us the option to have the toppings either mixed together or separated (e.g. 1/4 of the pizza would have the salami, another 1/4 would have the sausage, etc.). They are able to do this with certain pizzas. We opted to get them all mixed together. For the Maialona, the meats were savory and salty (somewhat expected since many of the meats were cured). The pancetta was like eating juicy strips of bacon. The sausage had somewhat of a gamey aftertaste to it. The Salsiccia e Peperoni had plenty of sausage and sliced orange bell pepper. The Quattro Stagioni was pleasantly sour thanks to the olives. In general, I thought the pizzas were very appetizing and the thin crusts were delicious. Crushed red pepper and freshly grated Parmesan cheese is available upon request. The service is friendly and attentive. Complimentary valet parking is available on busy nights. You can also parallel park along any of the neighboring side streets for free.

The Pancetta e Cipolla pizza is amazing!! The flavor is out of this world and the spice level is high. Probably the best pizza I have had in ages. Delicious! The beet salad is actually an arugula salad with a few beets. Maybe I am wrong but I though that the 1st ingredient listed is the lead ingredient. Still a yummy salad but I was definitely expecting beets. Wait staff was very courteous & helpful with ordering since this was our 1st time.

Terrible service. Put a first nighter on a 8 person table. Food was awesome but 3 hour service is unacceptable. Cannot believe how we were treated at Fritti tonight. We are regulars at Fritti and Sotto Sotto. We booked a table for the soccer game at 6pm and specified to sit so we could see the big screen. No problem! Fritti called to confirm our reservation and we did. We show up 6pm on the dot, they have our reservation but no table. We were offered to sit the furthest away from the big screen outside and with no shade available. We left with crying kids. Thanks for ruining the perfect Saturday night.

The pizza is the best I have had in my life ! I always try to eat pizza in different cities and none compare to this pizza . I have ate this pizza consistently for 5 years while living in Atlanta. The speck e rucola, Ananas e Gorgonzola are amazing, the fried mushrooms are tasty as well. It can be a little loud once it fills up but thats with every restaurant. The patio is the best for people watching and relaxing with cocktails. The loft area upstairs can be just as nice and private.

Yummy Neapolitan-style pizza here! I ordered the Regina Margherita, needless to say, it was flavorful, light, with just the right amount of sass i mean sauce. LOL jk. We were there for a bday dinner and sat in the outdoor area but it was covered so we got to enjoy the weather without being totally outside. Our waiter handled our large party well. Definitely would go back here for a pizza craving!

Very good, very Italian pizza in a very Italian restaurant setting (what we call "pizzeria"). I've heard that there are some other very good pizza joints in town, but this is my go-to place when I want to sit down and enjoy a good pizza without having to fight for my seat on a common table or scream at the top of my lungs to be heard by the person sitting with me at the table. Free valet parking it's a big plus, too.

Went there for the first time this last Sunday since Antico's was closed on Sunday after looking at yelp reviews. Pizza was really good but the service was equally poor from our server named James. First of all he forgot to place an order for one of our pizza so we had to wait for the next pizza to arrive about another 10 minutes, never came back to check on us how everything was and after waiting for him to show up we had to wave our hands to call someone else to refill our drinks. After this we almost never saw him since he got busy waiting a bigger table and we had to get up and ask for our check, not asked for dessert as well nor did a manger visit our table. We were so pissed by this time that my wife finally asked the guys at the host stand to call the manager, and even that did not happen till my wife waited for another 10 minutes and asked them thrice until they called the manger. My wife explained him what had happened and he was kind enough to take care of our check of about $40.00. We guys are huge foodies and spend around $500 on eating outside every week, so getting discount wasn't our aim. The server meanwhile kept on acting cool as if nothing happened and we felt he was pretty arrogant, since he never came and apologized. The Pizza was great but the staff needs to be trained properly to give a great experience to customers since we are regulars at Antico's and were impressed by the pizza here but due to poor service might never return again.

Fritti's authentic Italian pizza is the main attraction. However, I was underwhelmed due to a soggy sausage & peppers pizza that took too long to be served. However, it tasted fresh and delicious except for the droopy texture. I can't believe that all Fritti pizzas come out this way, but the two served to us certainly did. The second pizza was the carmelized onions and pancetta, and it was a "sloppy mess in the middle." Are they all this soggy when served at table? We didn't ask. Gotta say also that the fried calamari starter was surprisingly bland, just plain tasteless batter. We'll leave future dining to neighborhood regulars. I don't recommend for special occasion or driving out of your way.

So good for your tummy, so bad for your arteries, but it's worth it! A couple of friends and I were craving some good pizza and one of them ended up choosing this place (none of us have been here before). We were all starving and decided to order a pizza for each one of us (no ladies manners included!) I got the Bianca and it was really tasty. Let me say before hand that I love cheese (one of the main reasons why I haven't been able to make the transition from vegetarian to vegan yet) and this pizza accomplished the taste without overcoming the pizza and tomato sauce itself. Definitively coming back for more!

A friend and in walked over via the belt line and thought we would try something new... Also it's restaurant week in Inmann Park restaurant week... They had an out door seating and since it's beautiful out we thought let's try this place out... It was, well, just ok... The risotto fried balls were good, mushroom pizza was quite d'lish, a thin crust pizza with a dribble of truffle oil... Good portions and satisfactory... The service was kinda lame... Seemed like the waiter forgot we we were even here... We also had to keep reminding him of things we asked for.... Before our meal was even over he handed us out checks... Uhh are you trying to get rid of us? Rude. I haven't even finished eating my dessert and the waiter wants payment!!! Seriously!!!! Oh well, there are way better placed to eat in this city and I will never come back.

Fritti serves up authentic Italian pizza cooked in a wood-fire oven. It's one of my favorite pizza joints in Atlanta. It's definitely not your cheap, quick pizza joint - rather people are dressed up, there is a long wait on weekends, and the pizzas are pretty expensive ($10-15 for a personal pizza), but the ingredients, combinations, and quality are top notch. My favorite is the Ananas e Gorgonzola, which has gorgonzola, pineapples and 12 yr old balsamic vinegar. The combination is unique and SO good! The Funghi di Bosco with white truffle oil and portobello is also good. And of course you can't go wrong with the Margherita or the Quattro Formaggi (four cheese) pizzas. Really, I'm not sure if you can go wrong with any pizza on their menu. It's all delicious and made with fresh ingredients. If you're in the mood for a classy atmosphere and authentic Italian pizza - Fritti is the place to go in Atlanta. I recommend a reservation, especially if you're going on Friday or Saturday nights.

I LOVE PIZZA. I grew up eating NY pizza therefore I consider myself to have a pretty picky palette when it comes to the texture and flavor. My boyfriend and I decided to give it a go during Inman Park restaurant week and we absolutely loved it! We started off with the fried calamari & Arancini. The calamari was flash fried and perfectly cooked. It also came with a hot marinara as a side sauce. The Arancini(Sicilian risotto and sausage croquettes) was so good, it left us wanting or more. YUMM. For second course we got the Regina Margherita & Salame Piccante. Personally I am a pretty traditional person. Therefore I liked margherita a bit better than the salame. I really enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and the texture of the dough. I can't imagine pizza being any better than what I had at fritti. If you are an Antico lover... I promise you that this is just as good, if not better. Third course: pistachio icre-cream and mango sherbet. Both are good, but pistachio was to die for. Can't wait to go back!

With a relaxed atmosphere, flavorful pizza, and a patio located in Inman Park, this restaurant is a must try. The tuna I selected last night was cooked beautifully and presented very well. The waitress could have been happier, but maybe it just wasn't her night.

Although not quite up to par with Antico, Fritti certainly serves some of the more authentic and flavorful Neopolitan pizza in the area. In fact, I'm giving the place three stars, despite the fact that I found a dead beetle in my salad during the last visit. The waitress was justifiably horrified upon learning of the discovery, and the situation was subsequently handled appropriately, so I'm willing to conclude that it was an isolated incident. Food: The menu at Fritti includes an assortment of appetizers, pastas, and entrees, but the most impressive offering is by far the Neopolitan pizza. Each pizza is cooked in a wood burning oven according to traditional methods, complete with dough made from 00 Caputo flour, natural yeast, and sea salt. There are more than 20 different pizzas on the menu, but my personal favorites are the Bianca and Quattro Formaggi. In addition to the pizza, the Arancini (risotto and sausage croquettes) is among the best I've found in Atlanta. Service: As I alluded to earlier, the service at Fritti is fairly commendable. After bringing the aforementioned "situation" to the attention of the waitress, she apologized profusely and immediately returned the plate to the open kitchen, which was in full view of our table. I could tell by the look on her face, as well as the chef's, that this occurrence was not commonplace. She promptly replaced the salad with a new one and removed it from the check, which I considered an appropriate action. I've always felt that full meal comps are unreasonably excessive in these types of circumstances. Atmosphere: Rustic chic. The décor is minimal, but welcoming and consistent with the price point. Clientele is mixed and dress is casual. Cost: Reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of the food. Appetizers are $7-$10, salads are $5-$9, entrees are $10-$20, and pizzas are $10-$15. Other: Fritti has a fairly expansive outdoor patio, which is enclosed and heated during the winter. Complimentary valet parking is available in the lot across the street, but street parking is also available on Highland Ave. and the surrounding side streets.

Fritti has the best pizza in Atlanta. The last time I had pizza this good was in New York City. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is divine. The restaurant itself is hip and has a great vibe. Nice wine list, friendly waitstaff and a great location in Inman Park makes Fritti a real winner.

I don't dislike Fritti, the service is good, the food is decent, and I've enjoyed myself whenever my wife and I visit. There is so much talk about the pizza being so good, the top notch ingredients, fresh, and flavorful toppings...but you see, I'm a crust man. Fritti crust just doesn't have the SNAP that I love in a good pizza. (The best crust that I have found in town is Corner Pizza, near Murphy Candler park, fresh out of the oven.) You'll enjoy your time at Fritti, it can get a bit crowded, but it's worth it. I don't think it's a superb value, but you won't get robbed either. I'll go back and I'll enjoy myself, but when the pizza arrives, slightly limp from the condensation where the pie sat too long on the plate before making it to the table I'll pause to remind myself...it's flavorful and sometimes that's enough.

My husband and I came here for dinner several months ago and I would actually recommend Fritti to others to try. The valet parking was very helpful for starters and our overal service was pretty good. The wine list was acceptable, and we both had very good salads (Insalata Di Rucola) and pizzas (Salsiccia E Peperoni & Salame Piccante). I would definitely come here again if I were in Atlanta again and in the mood for some good pizza.

This venue looks very impressive. The smell of the fresh pizzas is great. I went here one night for a few drinks. The menu is great for the drinks. The venue comes off as a somewhat classy place. I would recommend coming here for dinner and drinks and not just for drinks. The aromas of the fresh pizzas and other food being cooked just begs to be ordered. This is the only reason for the 3 star as I did not get to try the food. But the drinks, bar, service is all pretty good and worth checking out.

Most pizzas ranged from $13-$14. I think Margherita pizza was the only one that was like $11 or something (cheapest one). Glasses of wine from $7 and up. Brews were like $5 and up. Service was excellent. Very attentive and sweet. After a member of our dinner party spilt water on the table, she quickly cleaned it up and gave us another paper table cover (what I guess they use for quick clean up?). I thought this place was perfect for groups. A large round table fit all 7 of us, with a seat to spare. Ambiance was very warm and inviting. I shared a pizza with the boyfriend, which was perfect because it was more than enough. The pizza had high quality toppings (fresh vegetables, thinly sliced sausages that resembled pepperoni). It's more on the expensive side of pizza dining, but worth trying. It wasn't for me though--I'm not really a fan of the charred crust thing.

We came in a weekend and this place was pretty busy, its mostly pizza here so of course we had to try one. After seeing everyone having a pizza per person we were proud to split one hah. It say you can definitely eat one yourself or you can split one with some apps like we did. The pizza was ok and better then average but not the best Neapolitan ive had. The caesar salad can be skipped, it was nothing special with hardly any dressing. However the calamari was where its at, definitely get an order of this when you go. Prices were reasonable and the service was great.

  • Giulio G.

This place used to be decent, but lately the quality of the pizza has just gone downhill to the point were most of the time it's not even all that enjoyable to eat. The service and ambiance are still top notch, but there are just too many other places around town that will now serve you a better pizza then Fritti. If you just want to sit outside in Inman Park on a nice evening and you aren't too picky on the quality of the food, Fritti might be the place for you. It's not terribly expensive for the area and offers good service with a friendly and attentive wait staff. But then again you might get that at mellow Mushroom. If you want a real good pizza plan to head elsewhere

I am going make this short and sweet..ten years I keep coming back! You can give me all the different pizza places around and I still go back to here. Came here on a Sunday night when it wasn't very busy. The pizza was good and they had a nice selection of different pies and wine. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating as well. The waitress (Ingrid) was nice and took care of us all night. Would definitley go back to try a different pie

First off, the food is great. Love the pizza! The service, however, could use some help. I just haven't had very nice waitstaff on my visits. I've been there quite a few times, and every time I leave there feeling like they were burdened by having to serve people or answer questions about the menu. They could just work on being a bit nicer and friendly.

Brought a friend here after hearing lots of great reviews from various sources and we were not disappointed. The service was very friendly, and the food was delicious. There were so many great sounding pizzas to choose from, we had a hard time picking one, but ended up with the Speck e Rucola. By the time we left we were already planning our next visit.

Really cute unique setting (it was an old car garage that got converted into a restaurant). When the weather is nice they open up the outside area. The food is great too, but what really brings me here is the set up.

The pizza, salads and panini are just great. Ingredients, taste and choice of combinations and toppings - perfecto! Don't hesitate for any special likings. The Fritti team will make it happen. Been here a good +30 times but a newcomer to Yelp.

This place is just great. I'll admit I always have had pizzas, salads, and wine when I go... but the service is always excellent, the food is always good, and the prices are palatable to almost everyone. Everyone's crazy about the pizzas at Antico but I will take the relaxed atmosphere of Fritti any day.

I had more expectation about the place but was sadly disappointed. We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop by Fritti. For appetizer we ordered the fried mushroom, which was delicious. We also ordered the calamari, however, it wasn't anything special. The pizzas were just alright, I don't think I would come back here.

In my book, pizza falls into four categories: traditional, creative, fancy or not-worth-the-calories. Fritti falls into the fancy category. This isn't a place where you go to grab a slice and a beer, this is a pizza place where you dine and enjoy. Apps: I usually skip the apps but on occasion I'll get the croquettes or calamari. Both are good, but neither are driving factors in dining here. Salads: Just like Sotto Sotto, I love their Caesar salad. The Insalata mista, however, is a really close second - really simple but very fresh and delightful and the beet salad is great on occasion as well (just make sure you like beets!) Pizza: The only pizza I've had here that didn't work was the calamari pizza. The Sorrentina is my favorite for those "I just want a good, traditional pizza" moments. The fungi is fabulous but you need to love mushrooms and truffle as they are very prevalent. The ananas y gorgonzola is spectacular, but a little unusual so not for pizza traditionalists. And when you are with friends and needing a middle ground, the Spek e Rucola seems to be a real crowd pleaser. Wine: they have a nice wine list and will guide you to the right glass for your tastes and meal.

I hated the pizza. I don't know if it was the salami or what but I had one slice and didn't care to try anymore. I even took the salami off and it still didn't keep me interested. I don't recollect ever having salami before but I got it because my niece wanted pepperoni pizza and the server told me that was the closest thing. I would just write this place off but I loved my "pollo" salad. I will definitely get that as a lunch take out order when I am in town. The bruschetta wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. The tables were also incredibly small here. I found myself tempted to rest some of my items, like my drink, on the empty table next to me..

It is a city pizza place. Unfortunately, this review is based off only 1 visit, which happened to be during a restaurant week when the place was unusually crazy busy. We took the time to make sure we had reservations since we had a group larger than 4 and thank goodness we did. During the rainy night, we all packed into what feels like a sardine can sized bar and awaited the rest of our party. There was no room to sit, stand or breathe in there, much less, someone that was going to serve us a drink. Once our party arrived, we were seated and then began the night in which the server took our order and that is about all she did the entire night to earn her 20-30% tip. We had a larger party but it seemed like it took forever to get anyone's attention, even as we sat directly across from the line. The appetizers were sub-par but since we had waited for so long to be seated, we ate them completely. When the pizza finally arrived, half of us didn't have silverware or full drinks. I ordered a mushroom pizza and was pretty disappointing. It was bland and just warm whereas my friend's pizza was so hot, it couldn't be eaten. There are so many places to eat, I doubt I will be giving this spot another try anytime soon unless I happen to be in the area and would like to spend extra money for a better atmosphere than your usual pizza spot. The crowd it attracts is your typical midtown/inman park scene with young and chic clientele.

A somewhat nerve-racking work dinner (the most junior person at a table of ten very senior people) brought me here (from NYC). Fritti turned out to be the perfect setting for our work dinner -- menu/foods are perfect for sharing, atmosphere is energetic but not too loud, and service was just right. - So many pizza selections (and we must've ordered 8 diff ones --- all amazing)....so go with a big group so you can try many - Great wine list -- however, the by-the-glass offerings are pretty small - Prices that are right on for quality of food your'e getting Highly recommend this place for work dinner, date or family outing.

Fritti is always consistently good. Nice homemade taste with lots of options. Always a winner. Very quick to go but much slower dining in. Waiting has never been a problem, there is always at least one plastic surgery princess to stare at, usually attempting to smile, talk through fish lips or find her plate under her bazoones galore (why? who knows... maybe there is a bad plastic surgeon in the area...?)

Angry owner running around shouting, interrupting dinner. Short little Italian man needs to settle down. Food was good though, but haitham mogherbi needs the noise level from the screaming management and owner staff to settle down so the staff can do their work properly :-) . The pizza tastes bland, the mozzerella might be FROZEN machine made not the hand made variety style. Not sure if they use Caputo OO flour or even if they really use San Marzano tomatoes.

Surprised that we weren't more impressed by Fritti. The atmosphere and location are absolutely perfect. We felt rushed and our pizza was sub-par. Caramelized onions were just barely cooked and the Italian bacon was cold. Disappointed.

We were looking for a new spot to try and after reading about Fritti on Yelp we decided to give it a whirl. The pizza was thin crusted with a nice crunch and texture to it, the sauce was really good without being over seasoned. We ordered the calamari which was crispy and very well seasoned. The place has nice outdoor seating which I love and the only negative I could find is that the service was a bit slow but still worth checking out.

I first went to Fritti ages ago with Zack and Rachel E, back when we were first getting to know each other. But as is the case with so many group dinners where I don't pay enough attention to what I order, by the time I remembered to write the review, I'd forgotten most of the details other than it being a generally pleasant experience. So when Scoutmob offered the coupon, and we were in the neighborhood with a request for pizza, I jumped on the chance to try it again and refresh my memory. There was no wait for 3 + a baby on Wednesday at 6pm. We were seated at a table very close to the brick oven, which made our table quite warm. It was amusing to watch the hostess try to sit 3 different parties at the 2-person table directly adjoining the brick We started with salads, and I chose the Rucola - your standard Italian arugula salad with parmesan shavings and lemon vinaigrette. The others enjoyed their salads, even though the caesar came tossed in the dressing, instead of on the side as requested. We'd debated our pizza selection for quite a few minutes, since the list is quite long and we wanted a meatless one. We ended up with the quattro staggioni (4 seasons) with basil added, and the salame picante. Yes, the 4 seasons does have meat (ham) but with the artichokes, mushrooms, and olives, it wasn't overwhelming. The added basil almost wasn't worth the request, since I only saw 3-4 leaves across the whole pizza. The salame piccante (spicy salame with olives) was delicious. The crust could've been a little crispier, but it had good flavor and good char. And 2 pizzas between 3 people left us with one piece of each pizza to take home. Pizza's good and service is decent, so I'll return. There's complimentary valet parking across the street, but you must remember to get your ticket validated at the hostess stand (which they did for us when we first arrived). #Yelp365 - 52/365

We come here with some friends to try out their pizzas. The service was great, though they did seem a little understaffed for how busy they are. But, this was easily made up for when they let us use more than one scoutmob. I'll definitely be back. We tried the Pancetta e Cipolla, Cotto e Funghi among a couple others. But those were the two I remember best. I like the thinner crust that they have and the fact that they're slightly salty. I can't vouch for the authenticity they claim, but it is good. Next time I'll need to give the Calamari pizza a try, it looked awesome. Though the hangar steak also looked good. Parking can be a little difficult due to the area, but its not bad. There is a lot right across from them.

Went with 1 guest for lunch. We shared eggplant fritters to start. Very bland. The side of tomato sauce didn't bring much to the dish other than needed moisture. I had a sausage and pepper pizza. For $14 I got very little sausage, cheese and peppers. Soggy pizza. Limp. My guest enjoyed his panini. However the fries were not hot and the "ketchup" they served was a very off putting homemade or home augmented concoction that was way too strong of rosemary. Rosemary in ketchup??? He asked for standard ketchup and was told all they have is the dreadful rosemary version. Service was scattered with our entrees being first offered to another table.

Fritti is one of those places where you could take anyone and they would most likely enjoy themselves. The bar area is small, but it's perfect for mingling while you're waiting for a table. The tables are cozy, but manageable; unlike Sotto Sotto, you can actually hear the people you're with here. I don't love the wine list because it's in Italian and I have a hard time deciphering what's what. I would love it if they would break it down by varietals instead of just red vs. white. I don't really care for any of their appetizers, but I do like their salads. Most recently, I had the mista, which was a great starter. There were three of us and we shared the robiola e pesto (goat cheese, sun-dried tomato, arugula pesto) and pancetta e cippola (carmelized onion, pancetta, hot pepper) pizzas. Oh, I loved the pesto pizza... the different flavors worked so well together. I can't say that I've ever had arugula pesto before (alone, it was very overpowering), but it tasted really good on this pizza. I really like that Fritti has a casual atmosphere, creative flavors, and reasonable prices. I would even go so far as to say that you could close your eyes and point to a couple of things on the menu and be perfectly content... I don't think you can go wrong here!

Fritti has heating lamps, me likes! It has a clean, crisp interior with plenty of natural lighting. Everyone here was very friendly. I was baffled by the menu not because of floral language, but because most of the terms were in Italian. Our server, Daniele deserves a shout out for being helpful and attentive. As an appetizer, we ordered the risotto and beef croquettes. Well, I'm interested in how they were able to make this item. How did they manage to fry a ball of risotto? It's magical! Even so, I thought the dish was ok. My pal thought it was very good, though. It has an interesting texture, but not so much taste. The dipping sauce tasted like standard tomato sauce, even reminiscent of Chef Boyardee sauce (this is not meant to be insulting, but it really does have that taste). We ended up ordering the scallops as a spiedini, or a "light bite", aka tapa. It's two pieces of ginormous scallops that came out fresh with sauce still sizzling. The scallops sat atop a bed of radish and cucumbers. The scallops were fresh and tender. It was very savory and the best I have ever had thus far. A +++ to infinity and beyond. The Maliona was the pizza choice; it's what our server described as the meat lovers pizza. I really wanted to try their specialty pizzas, but most of them did not have meat on them, and I was in a meaty mood. Btw, this place would be a great dining option for vegetarians. Daniele also explained to us for several of the pizzas, the ingredients can either be mixed or be individually placed on the pizza. The pizza is thin crust and it was a little soggy at the center, but it was very tasty overall. I would definitely come back and try other menu items. Yelp 365 #23/365

Admittedly pizza is not my number one choice, but I'd heard good things about Fritti so I wanted to give it a try. Our server took his time explaining everything about the place that I'd already read here on yelp, and while his spiel was boring I guess it could be useful if you aren't one to read in advance like I am. He was a little dry, but hey - we can't all have winning personalities, right? I ordered the Cotto e funghi and it was delicious. I would have liked for it to stay in that 1000 degree oven just a wee bit longer, but I'm pretty easy to please. Date got the one with pancetta and caramelized onions, and for once I threw my no-sharing rule out the window and my fork met his plate. YUM! Honestly - a combo of those two pizzas would be nothing short of orgasmic. Our service was great - thought I should say that after calling our guy dry. We had drink refills at all the right times and when he brought that red pepper infused oil Date and I offered up our first born. Delicious. Yup, I'll go back.

Another wonderful meal thanks to Scoutmob! I had a pizza with pineapple and gorgonzola on it (I believe it was called Ananas), and it was super delicious. It was one of those foods that once you've had it, it's hard to order something different the next time. We went for a quick lunch, but I could definitely see myself spending a few hours there, sipping on a drink, and enjoying the evening. Our server was friendly and water stayed filled throughout the meal. A word of warning: when you go, be prepared to eat the whole pizza. I brought half of mine home to eat the next day and even though my boyfriend heated it up in the over to recreate the nice crunch of the crust, it truly sucked. So eat the whole thing when you're there! Or better yet, share!

I'm sick and tired of restaurants not honoring Half Off Depot, Groupon, etc. vouchers based on the terms stated on the voucher. I had (well still have) a Half Off Depot voucher for Fritti with an expiration date of 3/31/12. There are some restrictions stated, namely valid Sunday-Thursday only- "no exceptions". I went last Thursday night, technically the last day I could use the voucher. There was a 45 minute wait for a party of 2, which wasn't a problem with me. No other statement was made by the hostess. My date were hanging out for a while when I noticed another person seemingly not being allowed to use a Half Off Depot voucher to pay. I then went and asked the hostess if I could use my voucher; she replied, "It's Restaurant Week so we're extending them another week." I said, "So does that mean I can't use it tonight?" to which see replied, "Yes." I checked in with my date, came back in to tell the hostess to take my name off the wait list to which she replied, "Excellent", and we went to El Myr for a wonderful dinner. I agree it is shitty timing having the vouchers expire during restaurant week, but if you're the restaurant you have to own up to it and honor the vouchers based on the terms printed on them. You put on the voucher Sun-Thurs, so why not put "Not Valid During Restaurant Week", too? If I hadn't noticed the other customer and his Half Off Depot voucher, I may have gone my whole meal without being told it wasn't being honored until it came time to pay. It's a shame because I'm a Fritti fan. Have probably gone 4-5 times in the last year. I'll be going back this week to use my voucher, but then I'm likely done with the place.

Great food, and super accommodating staff. I've always loved their pizza (with prosciutto- it really doesn't get any better than that!), but that's well reviewed below. But we recently held a birthday dinner there for a large group, and it's made me an even bigger fan. The staff were so accommodating with reservations and service- we had a fantastic table out on the patio for our group of 16. I wouldn't want to try that on a weekend, but even for a slow night I still can't get over how wonderful the staff were. They did individual checks and served a birthday dessert that my friends arranged from a separate bakery. If you're looking for a nice but casual place for a large gathering on a weeknight, I absolutely recommend Fritti!

When I first entered Fritti, I was a little wary. It was crowded, which had to say something about the food, but it was very loud and very dark. We got seated at the full restaurant in less than 10 minutes on a friday night, though, which was nice. I deduct a star because of the noise levels and lighting. There's mood lighting, and there's darkness. I am a young woman with good vision, and I had to whip out my smartphone's flashlight app to read the menu. My father couldn't see anything, and we had to nearly shout to speak to each other. That said, the food was AMAZING. I got the pesto pizza, which had goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. I ate as much as I could fit in my stomach and then some! The service was average, and the price was okay. But that pizza WILL make me return. Definitely worth a try! Next time I'll probably go during the day.

It was a Sunday night and we wanted pizza. Good pizza, not from a chain, and one we could take home. After looking at menus we decided on Fritti, and ordered the Robiola Fritta (Almond crusted goat cheese, arugula, peppers, olive salad) to start and also the Speck e Rucola (Smoked prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, arugula, olive oil) pizza. I was surprised when on the phone they said it would be ready within 5 minutes, so we booked it in the car. The interior of the restaurant is really nice, with a bar a few steps below. The bartender was friendly both on the phone and in person. The salad we ordered we super delicious, the goat cheese was so good! The dressing was nicely balanced and not overdone. The pizza was also delicious. You have to cut it apart using scissors, but I enjoyed doing so. There's no sauce, but I didn't miss it, it actually allowed the other flavors to come forward. The prosciutto was fresh and the dough was crispy and had just the right amount of chew to it. The arugula in olive oil on top finished off the slices nicely. This entire meal was perfect for the two of us. The pizza didn't stuff you and was a good size to share, and the salad was a perfect accompaniment. No leftovers with a pizza dinner, that's rare! What was very nice was the arugula for the pizza was packed separately so that it didn't wilt on the way home. It's the little touches that matter. I will definitely be back to try the other things on the menu.

Appetizer -- mozzarella & tomato bruschetta, loved it. no huge wow factor here, but still very delicious. Entree -- grilled tuna w/ cucumbers and olive tapenade: super fresh & just the right amount of tapenade for a hot day. yumm - would definitely get this again :) Service was pretty good, ambience was relaxed, definitely would come back. 4 stars only bc it was a bit pricey for the somewhat small portions.

You know that pizza that start thinking about around 11am at night and although you live right across the street from it, the kitchen is now closed and you would give one third of your least favorite appendage to have a single slice of their pizza? Yeah that's Fritti for me.I'm an Italian pizza kind of guy. I like the cheesy, foldy and floppy kind but if you throw card board in a wood fire oven at a high temp, I'd probably eat it. Fritti hits all the right taste buds for me. The crust is slightly singed and the sauce is basically San Marazano tomatoes and basil. Yes, please. I've been multiple times buy by far my favorite meal was a calzone I had that the same delicious dough basted in the oven and baked perfectly with spinach, Italian sausage and mushrooms. Best calzone I have ever had, bar none.

Great place to meet for a nice but not too fancy meal. Really love their scallop and salmon skewers--definitely recommend them. Their mushroom pizza is tasty as well.

The Sorrentina pizza (with San Marzano tomato, bufala, smoked mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano) is amazing. It reminded me of the kind of pizza that Antico Pizza was making within its first weeks of opening before Antico slumped into mediocrity with heavier crusts and excessive char. Fritti's pizza has a very thin crust, slightly charred and a little sour. I loved the smoky flavor of the cheese in the Sorrentina. It's a simple pizza, but it's quite flavorful, delicious, and not too salty. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. Expect to sit only 2 feet away (or less) from strangers at another table. The place gets packed, but our pizza still came out within 10-15 minutes.

This is redone review due to great improvements. I have been here several times over the past several years.. It gets better every time. The pizzas are interesting and delicious. They have a great selection of combinations and even a vegan one. They're salads are fresh and simple and perfect. The wine list is great, but the drinks they have on the menu are outstanding. The staff has gotten so much better since I started coming here. They redid the patio and it's now got one huge umbrella instead 6 little ones... I love wood fired pizza and this place has mastered it in my opinion #14/365 #14/100

There is a reason why this place has great reviews. The pizzas have REAL bufala mozzarella and amazing toppings. I usually get the pancetta e cipolla which has caramelized onions, pancetta, and hot peppers. I have zero complaints about this place! Staff are usually helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the food speaks for itself.

I came here once before a really really long time ago but I couldn't remember what I thought about it. So I went again tonight for restaurant week in Inman Park. I ordered the risotto and sausage croquettes for appetizers, grilled salmon, and nutella pizza. All of it was good, but nothing "orgasmic" or anything which is the only reason why I'm not giving it 4 stars. This restaurant is also owned by the same people who own Sotto Sotto. Which I will also write a review about them because i would/will give them 4 stars. :) We had reservations at 9PM for 8 people. We ended up getting seated after 9.30PM. I'm not sure if the service was bad because of restaurant week, or because it's always like that. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was because it's restaurant week. They were kind enough to put two tables together so all 8 of us could sit together. They originally said we may not get to sit together, so props for that.

I realize I have a bias opinion of how great Fritti is solely based on location from my home, this restaurant is always my first suggestion when the dreaded "Where do you want to eat tonight?" question occurs every Friday morning. I love Fritti's wine selection, the service and the outdoor patio. I've always had impeccable service and their hosts have always been so helpful and kind. Although seating can be a bit tight outside, it's certainly worth it on those awesome spring/early summer evenings. Fritti's location offers great people watching and a view of the sunset every evening (weather permitting, of course). Aside from the restaurant itself, the food is just plain good. I order a pizza from Fritti at least once every other week. The ingredients always taste so, so fresh and nothing taste better than their yummy thin crust. As in one of my prior reviews, people often hate on Fritti saying Antico is way better. Well, let me give you all a little FYI - the chef from Antico was trained at Fritti. Boo-yah.

Always enjoy Fritti, maybe a little more for the patio than the food, but it's a nice thin pizza and good antipasto. Great selection of wines and a cool place to hang when the weather's nice. The service tends to be on the better side and not a bad place for meetings.

Quite pleased with this pizza experience. With so many mediocre pizza spots in Atlanta, I wasn't sure what to expect from this restaurant. Entered on a busy night without a reservation and the host's wait estimate was spot on. Bar area was tight with so many people waiting. Seating was limited due to the patio being closed for the cold weather. Greeted immediately, and started with the Bietole e Mele. Pretty good. I was happier with this arugula salad than the arugula salad at Fritti's sister restaurant Sotto Sotto. Pizzas: Sorrentina and the Salssicia e Peperoni. High quality ingredients, good sauce, and crust that you actually want to eat. Took leftovers home and it was even good the next day. Good for a date, a gathering with friends, and even the family. It wasn't overwhelmingly noise.

This place is pretty good. If I could give them 3.5 stars, I probably would, but I think 4 stars is more accurate than 3. The appetizer salads are pretty standard. Nothing super special about them, but if you want a little something to start the meal off, there are decent choices. I like that you can go in here, each get a salad or an appetizer and split a pizza. The pizzas are a little big for one person (I think), but not big enough to just eat half of one (unless you aren't very hungry). The desserts are okay, not great. Usually we skip on the dessert unless we are in a particularly big mood for something sweet. The big thing I love about this place is the pizza. It's good, neapolitan pizza. The funghi di bosco pizza makes me hungry just thinking about it. It's usually what I have when I go here, but I don't mind branching out and have enjoyed the other pizzas I have eaten here. I like that I can call and order a pizza to go (but that's all I order, the salads don't travel that well), although when you order a pizza to go, make sure to ask for it to be pre-sliced...not sure why they don't slice them when they are to go. Basically, it's a good neighborhood staple and it's a nice change from your average pizza place. The prices really aren't that bad, given that it's a bit of fancier pizza place. It isn't a bad place for a date either.

What a nice experience - great weather to eat at an open air cafe italian style. This is a high-end trendy pizza place, but don't be fooled, this is not your pepperoni or California Pizza Kitchen. Great music and a kitchen that is open to the eating area much like Hell's Kitchen, the television show. We actually ordered pasta from the owner's sister restaurant next door -but what happened next was shocking. The owner wanted to make sure we experienced his pizza style so he ordered his own and brought it to the table and asked us to enjoy it on him. It was well received along with his gesture. Things like this make all the difference. We will be back and speak highly of Fritti.

I had eaten at Fritti when they first opened. It was ok, very small portions, and never had interest in going back. However was at a gathering across the street and a friend and I decided to grab a glass of wine. So we walked in to the bar to look at the menu. The bartender noticed that I had an empty paper cup that I had been drinking water out of. He said that I had to hand it over. I asked why and he said it was against the law to carry an empty paper cup into their restaurant. Needless to say I argued this point and thought it was overly snooty of him to talk down to a customer, particularly when he's making up new laws. And that was the end of my second visit to this place. Really glad I didn't give them any more of my money.

Oh Fritti, I love you. Let me count the ways... I have been here at least 10 times since moving to Atlanta and it has never disappointed me. The atmosphere is cool, the service is great, the wine list is just right, the prices are fair, and the pizza is amazing (especially when you get the hot pepper oil)!

I freaking love this place man (in a stoner's voice). This place is awesome. No wonder it's always packed. I had a hankering for the brick oven pizza. Margherita. So I checked this place out. We ordered the margherita pizza, the cape something (scallops) and the shrimp. Everything was amazing. For dessert we had the panna cotta, strawberry sorbet (or gelato) and the marscarpone something (similar to tiramisu) Simply heaven. And the award for best server in Atlanta goes to...drum roll please... (yeah...i also forgot his name) He was so helpful, gave all the right recommendations, kept our water refilled, was so attentive and personable. He was everything a waiter should be. I hadn't even noticed that the place got packed while we were there. From the service he was providing, it was like we were the only ones there. Hey Kathleen, I think we should give "the server of the year" award at the next yelp awards. Think about it. It was hot as hell outside and the enclosed patio really didn't offer any relief. The fans in there are awful. The chairs in the place suck! They're like this soft plastic woven crap that is literally falling apart. They are too low for the tables. They are just really really uncomfortable. So, other than being hot as hell (literally sweating) and being truly uncomfortable, this place is a hit they have indoor, enclosed patio and outdoor seating.

Lovely variety of pizzas, great wine list, amazingly good small plates and the hanger steak was really good. The fries were mediocre. The bottles are a bit on the pricey side. However the wine was fantastic. The only setback was how darned loud it got! Even with the doors open, it was very hard to hear all of the people at our table. So be prepared for that. However the food and staff and free parking really helped make a great night!

I had heard a lot of hype about Fritti and my review of Savage Pizza will tell you that I'm a skeptic of fancy pizza, however after dining here tonight, I've made room in my pizza loving heart for the higher end versions of the dish. This restaurant had all of the facets one would expect from the U Restaurant folks, amazing timely service, a friendly wait staff, a nice layout and appropriate for any number of occasions. My friend and I decided to sit outside and enjoy the lovely sunday sunset and it was just perfect. We had calamari (which was the first non-rubbery version of this dish I have experienced in Atlanta) Pancetta Pizza with Caramelized Onions & finished it off with their amazing Nutella Pizza. I know this is not as classy as Panna Cotta(which is also delicious) but when nutella is part of the equation, my sense of dignity goes out the window. Each dish was reasonably priced and so good that I wanted to eat as much as I could before taking it home to my fellow to "share" To top it all off, Kevin Gillespie was enjoying dinner on the patio as well. I had keep my foodie nerd in check but I must say seeing a chef that talented enjoy the restaurant was a perfect compliment to a really wonderful meal. I'm looking forward to going back the next time I'm wanting to enjoy Inman Park & a delicious meal.

Fancy, gourmet pizzas in the heart of Inman Park. If you like pizza and love gourmet flavors, you need to give this place a try. This place is the perfect mix of fine dining without the upscale attitude. The food is simple, yet very flavorful and they feed you a lot. The atmosphere is nice, but is sort of tight quarters and can get a little loud, but they do have a patio that works perfectly in the summertime. Grab a seat, order a cocktail and peruse the menu and just take it all in. I highly recommend starting with the fried mushrooms - not what you are used to, but well worth the taste! The use a rice flour batter and the portabello mushrooms are sliced and fried and served with a drizzle of truffle oil - if you are a mushroom fan, this is the appetizer for you. Next, their salads are delicious as well - both the Caprese (using Georgia Heirloom tomatoes) and the Arugula and lemon are amazing. But don't fill up too much before the main event - the pizza! Five trips to Fritti and I have ordered 5 different pies. I can tell you that all five have been sinfully delicious and well worth it. Quattro Formaggi (4-cheese) Quattro Stagoni (ham, mushrooms, olives and artichokes) Salame Piccante (black olives and spicy salami) Funghi di Bosco (3 mushrooms plus truffle oil) Asparagus and tomato (haven't seen this on the menu since my first visit). Take the time and enjoy a pie and a cocktail - you will be glad you did!

We do not eat out much anymore because we always end up being disappointed with overpriced mediocre food, so when trying to find a place for us to celebrate a special occasion we were having a hard time. We combed the reviews for a good place to find pizza made the Italian way. All the reviews are so mixed, so we took a gamble and went with Fritti. Loved the pizza. It is just like the kind we get in Italy. I could go on and on in detail about it, but I'm not. It's delicious and I highly recommend it. We are so glad we did not go to Antico for pizza, because that is not at all like the kind we get in Italy and we were terribly disappointed with Antico's pizza. Fritti, though, has nailed it. The service was pretty lame. Our waitress was odd and it took her forever to even take our order even though we were the only ones on the patio at the time. She kept looking out the door at us and I'd give her the nod to let her know we wanted to order, but she'd just go back inside. She never asked if we had any questions or the basic stuff a good waitress should do. Whatever. We got our food eventually and it was delicious. If you want good service you have to go to the super expensive places and even then you're not guaranteed a good experience. I will overlook the lame service at Fritti and let the food speak for itself. We'll be back!

Still 5 stars! Just got back from my honeymoon, where we stopped in Naples, Italy for a day and ate pizza twice. Fritti's pizza is almost as good...almost...as the real deal. I'd say that's deserving of 5 stars in Atlanta, GA haha

Fritti is Real Italian Pizza--certified Neopolitan as a matter of fact. It IS NOT American style, so if you go and are expecting that, you may be disappointed. While American style piles tons of toppings and processed and canned "things" on your pie, the Italians are more subtle and use fresh often only in season ingredients. If you have ever been to Europe, you know the difference. A cheese pizza here, Quattro Formaggi or four cheese, uses ewe (Pecorino), water buffalo (Bufala), an Italian Alpine cow (Fontina) and a classic Swiss valley cow (Emmenthal) milk cheeses. The Ananas e Gorgonzola is sharp yet sweet balanced perfectly with fresh pineapple and 12 year old balsamic vinegar. The wine list is superb, the wait staff knowledgeable and attentive to the right degree and the cost is better than fair, affordable and well worth the trip from anywhere in town. Across the street Valet parking free with a validated ticket if you can't find a spot on this bustling trendy neighborhood's strada. Forget the trendy wannabes with their over the top pricing for gloried American "gourmet" toppings, this is the place for the true taste of Naples.

Good and interesting pizza. I won't attempt to name the items we had, as they were all in Italian. The premise of the place is that everything is authentic as far as ingredients. I felt like the quality was great. I am an occasional pizza eater as it usually fills me up after a few slices. Between three of us we ordered three pizzas to try and two appetizers. This did not fill me up...was totally satisfied. Delicious. Nice area of town, great atmosphere. Dave

I have to be honest here. I am sort of on the fence with my experience last night at Fritti. I have eaten there before and was blown away, but last night was off. The mushroom app was wonderful, crisp and good. My Pizza however, was soggy and not very good. Service was also sort of middle of the road. Ehhhhhh.......

Mushroom pizza, calamari and sangria ($4 on Sundays), what a way to spend a Sunday summer afternoon (yea, I know I am just finishing this review). Fritti is a pretty cool spot in one of my favorite foodie parts of town. The wait service is prompt and friendly and there is a plethora of pizza choices outside of your normal pork and cheese. I would caution you that the leftovers do not heat well the next day, well they are actually pretty mushy. So eat to your hearts content the day of!

Ohh, the race is on between Antico and Fritti. I didn't think pizza could be better than Antico's, but after trying Fritti, I'm now unsure. My group started the evening with calamari: amazing, but as is par for the course when splitting this app, all the creepy leg parts were left until last at our table. Not Fritti's fault, but side note: I wish calamari was all rings. My main course was a mushroom pizza - large enough for two people, but I was glad to have some to take home as leftovers. The pie was perfectly "over"cooked (a little bit of a burn from the oven), crispy at the middle while doughy at the crust, and flavored with sprinklings of some kind of heavenly glory I can't name. Perhaps it was the truffle oil? Finally, being there for a birthday, we all split the hazelnut/Nutella pizza for dessert, which, honestly, reminded me of the chocolate spread-covered toast my brother used to eat for breakfast in England. And I don't mean that flatteringly. Pizza dough with Nutella and hazelnuts tastes pretty good, sure, but only if your entree was a salad - otherwise, you feel like you're eating a second pizza and becoming as diabetic as my brother may end up. So knock off one star for the choco-overload pizza, but please, please, please try the rest. To-die-for food at, actually, not CRAZY prices - especially if you're splitting the pie. Without alcohol, my bill came to around $22, splitting the app and dessert amongst 4 people. Not bad.

Oh Fritti, how backed up are you on your reservations?!?! Went here the other night with reservations at 8:30. We weren't seated until about 9-9:10 ish. We had to either endure the madness of people waiting outside, the madness of people waiting inside or the crowded bar. We went with the bar where we enjoyed a bottle of wine and some fine American NASCAR. Heck yeah. Anyway, the bar service was good. Once we were seated the waiter was quite friendly and very polite. He gave us some suggestions as to what order and he was spot on. The food was amazing as it should be when you are paying top dollar for a pizza. The service was extraordinary and everything worked out better than expected. I would definitely come here again, but not when it is super busy on a Friday night.

we came here to eat and talk friday night. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere with modern chandeliers. The reservation was easily made online and we could choose our table. we preferred to sit at the open Windowgates because we assumed it could be to loud sitting in the middle section. And we were right. Sometimes you really need to speak louder so that you understand each. The dinner was great. They really have clue about Italian food. The wine card has a good offer. And if you explain the taste of the wine which you prefer to drink, the waiter knows to bring you the right one. But they need more experience for non-alcoholic drinks. in Italy you get Crodino or Bitterino, which you can serve in a manner of a long drink. And they have not much choice of juices. Only Apple, Orange and Pinapple. I was asking for Passionfruit. But no chance. When you mix it with Mango juices and put in a little bit grenadine syrup, then you have a nice colored Drink with a wonderful taste.

Friday has become known as "Fatty Friday" in an attempt to allow myself one night per week where I can eat whatever the heck I want. This particular Friday I wanted good pizza and no drama, thus not going to Antico on a Friday evening. Drinks: I started off with the Counselor which was some sort of cucumber and rum (I think?) cocktail. It was good, not great, but pretty good. Followed that up with a glass of wine that my date chose and I drank, good, but couldn't tell you what it was. Food: Started with he Funghi Fritti aka fried mushrooms with what seemed to be ranch dressing. This starter as well as the not fantastic service is what brought my rating from a 5 to a 4. It was just greasy and I really would've expected more from this dish. We got two pizzas: Ananas e Gorgonzola and Robiola e Pesto. By far the gorgonzola pizza was my favorite. I'm pretty sure I could've eaten the entire thing that night as well as everyday for the rest of my life. The flavor combination of the balsamic, gorg cheese, and the pineapple was fantastic! Fortunately, the date preferred the pesto pizza, so we didn't end up having to fight over dinner. Service: I wouldn't go so far as to say the service was bad, just slow. Really slow. I'm a pretty impatient person, so it doesn't take long before I start questioning where our server is, but for my date to question? That says a lot! Clearly I'll be returning for the gorgonzola pizza or maybe just get a lifetime supply.

Bathrooms: Clean Service: Consistent Atmosphere: Very Cool Food: Above Average Price: A little High Love the different areas of this restaurant you can have a different experience depending on where you sit. We sat on the Patio under the awning. Arancini was excellent, the sauce on the side was perfect I could of drank it as a shot with a vodka chaser. I have been very hesitant to give the crown away to any pizza spot in the city. Simply because I havent been blown away by any. Mostly dissapointed. But Fritti gets the award....in fact, Fritti can get it anytime they want (insert thats what she said). I went here for restaurant week. This place has an incredible energy. It was packed to the brim with a short wait when we arrived. Fritti reminds me of a spot you might see in LA... Pizza is priced well, and its extremely tasty. In fact, it adds to the identity "crisis" that this restaurant is experiencing...cuz the pizza tastes like it could be something straight out of Italy. This is the best pizza in the city.

I ate at Fritti on a Tuesday night with my daughter, who was taking a break from studying for finals. Interestingly I had just eaten at Double Zero Napoletana on Roswell Road, which serves very similar food. I felt that Fritti offered slightly better food and value than Double Zero and I would be more likely to return here. For just over $30, my daughter and I ordered two salads - a "Mista" and a Ceasar, and a "Regina Marghereta" pizza, which is basically a simple cheese and tomato pie. Unlike the salads at Double Zero, which were served in an oversized plate with a tuna can sized space for the salad itself, these salads were reasonably sized and nicely seasoned. The pie was about the size of a medium (14") pizza and it was light and tasty. The tomato sauce had a nice flavor and the mozzarella had a delicate hint of smokiness. I am not a fan of smoked cheeses but I this pizza was nicely done. I thought that this pie was noticeably better than the pizza from Double Zero. I am not sure that I would rate Fritti higher than Varasano for this type of light, Italian style pizza, but Fritti was very good and I would return.

This is my favorite pizza place in Atlanta if I'm looking for something swanky with more eclectic toppings, yet still reasonably priced. My favorite is a spicy salami pizza, though you can't go wrong here. I recommend making a reservation as they get crowded. Also, order extra sauce with the calamari. There also is valet which is nice bc parking is sparce in this area.

Average flatbread pizza. I kept wanting more flavor, more toppings. I just left very unsatisfied. Our waiter might have affected my feelings; he was about the worst waiter I've ever experienced. Although he was nice, he was pretty incompetent. We had to order things multiple times. My friend ordered a wine. The waiter came back and said they didn't have that, then gave him a moment to think about. He forgot to check back. We flagged him down, he came over, my friend asked him for his advice. He recommended the wine that he had told us that the restaurant had run out of 20 minutes ago! We said didn't you run out of that? He said, "oh yeah". Maybe this would be OK if the waiter was a teenager, but he was not. The pistachio sorbet for dessert was very good, as well as the chocolate soup. Not sure what the hype is about this place as I thought the pizza was average to poor and our waiter certainly didn't make up for any of the lack of flavors. We did like sitting on the covered deck outside in the setting sun.

The fried calamari in light batter and served with marinara dip... WOOyeah! The Margherita Pizza, with basil on top... WOOyeah! The Spinach Pizza with ricotta... Severely Needed some garlic on top... WOE-No! The Sausage Pizza with Red and Yellow Peppers... Well made but not very distinctive... WOE-No! The Service (Ingrid) and the Valets... WOOyeah! More like a 3.5, but I'll bump it up since they do a good overall job.

Nice pizza joint, with supposedly authentic Italian pizza. I went there with a friend who's lived in Italy for a significant amount of time and she remarked that it was just as good if not better than the pizza she's had IN ITALY. The decor is very nice, as is the ambiance of the restaurant. The service is excellent and attentive. It's got a pretty good location and was pretty busy even for a Sunday night. Would be a good date place, or a nice precursor to a night out of partying. Either way, I recommend this place for sure. Didn't try the wine so I can't remark on that. The pizza itself is excellent though. Everything is very very good except it is a bit pricey. Pizzas (which you should have one per person because they are extremely thin crust) start at a minimum of $12 and go up. Now I understand that you're paying for the excellent food quality and all but it's not a slam dunk choice for a restaurant because it can get pricey. If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars but since that's not an option, I'm going to 4 stars (only for the price though).

This is the ONLY authenic Neopolitain style pizza in Atlanta. I know Antica claims it too, but i am from there and it's not. Fritti is actually certified in Neopolitain pizza making. Best pizzas on the menu - margarita with buffalo motz and the mushroom pizza. Excellent!

I dunno. I wasn't impressed. I wasn't hugely disappointed either but definitely not impressed. Went last weekend when it was really windy out. So I couldn't enjoy the patio. Although I could see from the inside that the patio is probably where all the fun is in the Spring and Summer months. I ordered the calamari and Fungi di Busso pizza because I love mushrooms and truffle oil. Surprisingly, despite my love of these two items, I did not love the pizza. I can't place my finger on what it was that was not jiving with me. Maybe I am just not a fan of the authentic Italian style pizza. And the calamari was just okay. I've had better; I've had worse. My server was not the most attentive or friendly chap. And I wasn't greeted at the the hostess/host stand. I walked in and walked up the stairs to a guy that just looked me in my face until I came out and said that I wanted a table. No hello or how may I help you or how many in your party. Just a stare. Don't you just hate that? If someone asked me for a pizza recommendation, this would not be my first choice. But if a friend wanted to go here, I wouldn't fight it either.

I frequent this place sometimes for lunch but more often for dinner. Everytime it was so fresh and delicious. Insalata di Tonno - Mixed green salad with tuna, olives, tomatoes - no mayo. It came recommended by our server. It was exceptional. Insalata di Rucola - Simple, fresh, yummy! Arugula, parm cheese, lemon and olive oil. Great way to start the meal. Robila e Pesto - I had never eaten an arugula pesto before but it was amazing! I believe it had sun-dried tomato and goat cheese. The crust is perfect. Not too thick, not too thin, slightly chewy. Braccio de Ferro - I substituted tomatoes for the tomato sauce and it was great. Topped with ricotta, spinach and mozzarella. Atmosphere - mix of casual and some a little dressy. Open with lots of fresh air. Great place to bring out of towners (like myself), family or a date. Service - Great for suggesting dishes to try and I've experienced consistance good service. Simple yet great pretty much sums it up. Can't wait to go back. Also, the bartender made a good gimlet.

Finally was able to get to Fritti to check out the new oven, and left mildly disappointed. For those who do not know, Fritti did a wonderful thing and not only changed their oven to a Ferrara (same oven as Double Zero), but they flew in the master himself, Stefano Ferrara to custom build this oven at Fritti (whereas Double Zero's ovens were shipped over). How cool is that? Like Antico, this is a 1,000 degree bad ass oven (Antico uses Acunto ovens, also bad ass, famed NYC joint Una Pizza Napoletana used these, but they are now closed I believe). Why was i disappointed? I think the pie improved, but I don't think it was a substantial improvement. Don't get me wrong, this is still one of my favorite pies in Atlanta. This still has everything you are looking for: bufala mozz, san marzano tomatoes, great char underskirt and on end crust, along with great chew. I don't think the crust and sauce compares to Antico in flavor, but it is still an exceptional pie.

Our lunch party of three shared a Salame Piccante pizza and a Insalata di Pollo (white meat chicken salad and mozzaralla) panini. We have eaten at a handful of excellent "authentic" Italian restaurants on our many visits to Atlanta over the last three years and have enjoyed many outstanding pizzas. We have returned to Fritti's twice, even though my wife is not a particular fan of pizza in general. Both times the pizza was remarkable. While eating their pizza, it was hard to imagine how it might be any better. We have probably decided on Fritti's as our "GO TO" place for the best pizza. After reading other reviews, I am confidant in trying something new the next time we visit. I am not a big fan of white chicken because it, too often, tastes dried out. Given that negative bias, I really enjoyed the Panini as well. It has been a couple of weeks since lunching there over the Thanksgiving week, but I still feel compelled by our wonderful dining experience to follow through on my initial intent to write a glowing Yelp review on our experience. I highly recommend this establishment and think you will like it very much.

The place looks great and has a stunning, modern atmosphere. The pizza is VERY delicious, one of the best in atlanta for sure. The pizza itself is not overpriced, but the salads are. I'd give 5 stars if they had a liiittle more choice on their menu, besides pizza and some salads there is not much to find (how about some soups, pasta or something?) If you're looking for a great pizza in a great restaurant, thats the place to go. ALso their desserts are pretty fancy and worth a try.

I ate there with a friend on Thursday night. Parking was easy in the valet lot next door. Like other reviewers have said, this falls under the "fancy" Pizza category. It was pretty good pizza, but definitely not the best I have ever had. The chocolate soup was good, definately enhanced our yummy bottle of Merlot. Our server left much to be desired. Her lack of smiles and attention to us did not ruin our night in the least, but it definately brings my review down a star. I have noticed other reviewers mention the same thing in regards to service there. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere, however with so many food choices here in Atlanta, I likely won't make it a point to return...unless it's someone elses idea in which I would not put up an argument.

So I found myself over at The Stacks, visiting a friend's art gallery, last Sunday. Afterwards, brunch on a gorgeous day seemed like just the ticket. I thought to myself, "Self! What patio nearby is calling my name?" Fritti! It was the absolutely perfect choice. Small and cozy, just sunny enough (I sat in the real outside part, not the part with the flap-things hanging down). Nice hum of chatter from other guests. Yummy mimosa, nice glass of Pinot Grigio, and delicious - best I've had there - calamari; for my "main dish/leftover to take home," I got the funghi di bosco pizza I really like. YUM. All-around. Nice and attentive servers, including one who chatted with me about and advised me on where to go for my second (soon-to-be-done) tattoo, after I complimented her on her (very colorful and extensive, and lovely) work. Great visit, and I continue to be a big fan. Final note: The. Only. Reason. I am giving four not five stars in this update . . . is because of Antico. Pizza is the main thing I enjoy at Fritti, but having had Antico (hot, and leftover, both cold and reheated), I have to say . . . Fritti's pizza isn't *quite* as good; I love it first go-round, but found my reheated lunch slices the next day a little bitter - maybe the char factor? All other factors really make this place a 4.5 to 5 in my book, but the pizza card weighs the heaviest, so . . . four it is.

Eh...nothing exciting. We went for lunch - the menu was eh, food eh, and service slow. I bet it is a great people watching destination during the summer when it can open up a bit.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta. I'm not sure if it's a great restaurant or if the pizza is any good. I have, to be honest, not sampled much of their food because, EVERYTIME I come here, I only want the same thing. Fritti has the rarest commodity..., a perfect dish. The goat cheese croquet and micro green salad app is simply flawless. It's simple but made to order, the croquets are always cooked to the same level of doneness, crispy and golden brown on the outside with mild gooey chevre in the middle. Try it with the Rosso De Golfo Primitivo. It's a perfect pairing for a perfect dish. My Mother, a former restaurant owner said something to me when I was a kid, "Great food is food that bothers you when you've gone awhile without eating it." This dish is that good. It's the first thing on my mind when I get to Cabbage Town. The place itself is very nice, with dark decor and a massive brick oven that can make the place a little hot during the summer. They will open up the huge bay doors to cool things off but, sometimes in Atlanta Mother Nature refuses to grant cool breezes for months at a time. This isn't really a kid place, most of the simple pizzas have ingredients that your average kid won't dig. ***Note, they have a bar off to the right of the restaurant. If you are a local who is new to town and/or you live around Fritti now, the bartenders do a great job of paying attention to regulars and taking care of them.

I've always had good pizza every time I come here. Even though I'm not a fan of thinner crust pizza, I enjoy Fritti's crust that's thin, but not crispy flat. FOOD: I had the Insalata Mista salad, Maialona and the Funghi di Bosco pizzas. The salad was mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It also had some cucumber and radish slices with thinly sliced red onion on top. Yummy. The Maialona pizza was the meat pizza with salami, pancetta, black olives, sausage and ham. It was full of meat especially the huge pieces of salami. The Funghi pizza was full of crimini and portobello mushrooms with a drizzle of truffle oil. Both were very good. TIP: Since you have to cut your own pizza, you can request a pizza slicer.

Met up with a friend here for lunch last Saturday and it was a great suggestion. I was starving and wanted some pizza really badly, but he wanted Salmon so he suggested Fritti so we could both get what we wanted. I started off with some calamari, which was good, but I really wanted some aioli to go with it instead of marinara. The calamari was very light and melted in my mouth, so the meal started off good. My friend ordered the grilled salmon with sauteed spinach and because I couldn't make up my mind I put my order 8 minutes later. When they brought out his salmon I immediately regretted ordering pizza and politely asked the waitress to change my order to the salmon as well, but to add some Parmigiana cheese to my spinach. Hats off to the chef because my salmon was cooked to perfection. The meal was amazing and I'll probably be going back on Sunday to have it again.

It's a pity if you can't make it to Fritti! A clear 4.5 rating, though we can't actually give it 4.5 stars ourselves. The pizza: Excellent. you can only compare them to other brick oven pizzas really, so if your favorite pizza is the gummy stuff that others call NY pizza, you should treat yourself to a real pizza here. Very close to what you get in Italy, which would make it "authentic", right? Our favorite is the regina margherita. It has the perfect crust to topping ratio. On the menu it comes with basil, but we love it with arugula too. Crust is perfect thickness, always freshly made. Slight char on the outer edges. Wonderful pie. Last night I had the braccio di ferro which has mozzarella, ricotta, garlic and spinach. Another great treat. Spinach always causes moisture issues with pizza, so the inner portion was a little extra moist, but that's acceptable with the rest of the pie is so great. Arancini for an appetizer, five stars. Caesar salad, four stars. Service was excellent, Seth was there when you need him, and not when you don't. On a Friday night, expect a crowd and a wait. One minus for being such a loud place. When it's crowded, don't expect to talk much, you have to yell across the table. There's ways to fix this, but maybe that's part of being a restaurant in a "hip" location. Seems like it sometimes.

I went here on a Friday night outing with my girlfriend. She was raving about it, and I was in the mood for pizza, so we decided to go. The atmosphere is great; there was plenty of people and the layout of the restaurant is very cool (it's an old garage). We got a table for two, hoping to be able to take it all in and chat as we like to do. First off, we were sat a very small, barely two person table, between a family of four (two small children on one side) and a ranting middle aged couple on the other side. The restaurant was busy, so maybe the decision was based on availability, but it certainly wasn't comfortable. Our server was friendly and seemed considerate, but I'm not entirely sure he cared or was experienced enough to answer my questions. I merely asked about an item "Is this good, would you recommend this?" and his answer was always simply "Yes." He offered no suggestions or guidance at all - I was hoping to find something new or interesting as I like to do when we go out to new restaurants. My girlfriend ordered some wine and I ordered a beer. We then ordered an antipasto and it barely fit on the table when it was brought (owing to how uncomfortable the seating was). The ciabatta bread was brought at least five or ten minutes after (read: late) we had received the antipasto and we were both genuinely surprised to see it arrive as we were almost done. I inquired about a pizza. I asked if the calamari pizza was good, and our server replied "Yes." We received our pizzas, I got the calamari (In hindsight, I would've added some other things on there had I been suggested), and my girlfriend got the vegetarian. The meat of this review is that the calamari pizza was incredibly disappointing on a few fronts. Firstly, the calamari was thrown on the pizza without any consideration to anything, and as it was being cut in front of us the person doing it (it wasn't our waiter) had to move the calamari around so it wasn't all on one slice (as if it had been dumped from a jar and thrown for delivery). Secondly, besides the real bits of calamari that I thoroughly enjoyed (three or four), the rest was some sort of "calamari rings" which tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours and thrown in the microwave for a minute. I realize this is not a seafood place, but the "calamari rings" were really a disgrace. I can literally buy some frozen ones and microwave them and have them taste the same. The worst part is, much to my dismay, the pizza really had no substance to it other than the calamari, and that's fine, but if you're going to make whatever the customer's choice is the centerpeice of the flavor, make sure it has substance. You'll notice I haven't said much about my girlfriend. For all I know she enjoyed it, but we both ate about half our pizza (I muddled through, begrudgingly). Frankly, I didn't say anything because she seemed to be enjoying herself and I have no need to ruin the mood and create any sort of scene. Worst part? The bill (with 18% tip) was over $70.00 - two pizzas, beer, wine, antepasto. I guess should've paid attention, and not expected the restaurant to take care of me; especially not for that price, right? To be honest, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and if my girlfriend brings it up again I'll brush it off. Expensive, shallow, and bland. Great atmosphere, though - given they seat you right.

took a friend out for dinner here as a thank you... service was slow and they tried to kill us with salt.. EVERYTHING was over salted... we ordered calamari and it was sooo salty.. we suffered through it because we were starving.. then I order salmon and my friend ordered a salad again both were bombarded with salt... finally we sent those items back. I felt bad for our server, she was nice but she was a bit of a deer in the headlights... when our dishes returned with NO salt we were then drowned with butter it was so gross.. it was not edible.. also we waited almost 40 minutes the first time for our food to be served.. this was my first time here.. I will not go back.. the server did take the food off but too little too late... seemed very ill equipped to handle the crowd on a Friday night as well no cold beer glasses just one of the issues.. cute place... sad it disappointed..

This restaurant was fantastic. A group of 6 of us went and the prices were reasonable and the space was really cool. We have been trying to go for quite some time and the staff was very good as well. Quick service, great pizza/flatbreads, and very good cocktails. Would definitely go back
