I love this place, I have been to three locations and each of them were equally as awesome. I was on the Daniels fast earlier this year and had gotten hungry at Cumberland Mall, I looked around and saw that there was a Fresh to Order restaurant near the malls entrance. I went in and spoke with the manager(who was cashiering by the way) and told him what I could eat and could not. He suggested that I try the roasted corn and cashew salad, a side salad offerd for most sandwiches. OMG! I tasted it in when I got to my car and before I was out of the parking lot it was gone. I decided that i needed some to take home, so I stoped at the Sandy Springs location and got TWO more orders. The service is wonderful and the food, well I think the name speaks for itself. I will definately be back!

I was underwhelmed by this place, and I think the problem is that I was expecting too much. To me it felt very similar to a Panera, but less franchised. I had a wrap and it was prettty good, but not good enough to make me want to go back anytime soon. It was very 3 stars. Not great, not bad. Just good enough where I didn't feel like I wasted my money.

everyone i know and dont know agrees f2o serves good food. they never fail to impress. i always prefer this place compared to other sandwich joint. they have enough items on the menu to satisfy everyone's taste. and the price is reasonable as well. keep up the good work, we love you!

You can't go wrong here....the salads are fresh and super tastey...their soups...YUMMM!....(i'm in love with the mushroom soup)...and the sandwiches are always a great choice too! It's deciding what to get that is the problem...Great place for lunch or to grab a quick fresh salad for a light dinner. (Although they do have entree platters that are fabulous too.) Love it!

Fresh 2 Order was a cool and popping place. I didn't expect a sandwich and salad joint by work to be this lively on a Tuesday lunch. The menu had some interesting combinations for you to mix and match items to create your own lunch. I order a Club Salad with the recommended Crispy Ale Laced Chicken Tenders and recommended Honey Mustard dressing. I did all the recommended items to see how the salad would come up. Not bad. Salads came in big portions. I was sad that they forgot to give me a lollipop with my food and all my co-workers got one, but I won't judge them because of it. I think I will try putting my own salad together with the fire grilled chicken the next time I am there.

I've eaten here a few times and it is consistently AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My husband and i have eaten at an f20 4x, collectively. not one good experience. we keep getting dragged there by friends. why bad? every time they cut a sandwich (through the tin foil), tiny pieces of foil get on our food and into our mouths. IT'S WORSE THAN FINGER NAILS ON A CHALK BOARD. we've gotten replacement sandwiches---exactly the same foil sprinkles. i've even called corp hq. was told an owner would call me back. didn't happen. they just don't give a rat's !@#. If you have even ONE filling, do NOT EAT HERE, or at any f20.

I can only say good things about this restaurant. I always get the half salad (which is really a whole salad) and soup. Food is healthy - and everything looks good. Very fast service - and beautiful inside. And it's possible to not spend a lot!

Fresh to Order gets my vote for best take-out in all of Atlanta. There's nothing better than the feeling you get when you walk in, order, and leave with GOURMET (that's right, gourmet) food in your hand in under 15 minutes. I've probably been here about a dozen times already and I've never been disappointed. The manager and his staff are super friendly and they recognize they're regular customers. Other wonderful aspects about F2O: A weekend brunch with an omelet chef, free parking in the garage if you're out within one hour, and a decent wine list. Oh and did I mention delivery?! Guaranteed you won't be disappointed.

Great restaurant. resonably priced. Try the corn chowder and Tomato bisque. The vegetable sandwich is also kick @##.

hits the sweet spot. great, consistent food with great service at a reasonable price. factoring in price, probably one of the best restaurants in the city. a place you end up going to over and over. EDIT: they are trying to do WAY TOO MUCH now with their expanded menu. the new entrees are mediocre. they need to stick to what they did best - salads and paninis.

Love this place...lunch, dinner or brunch! Always friendly staff, food is always great....salads are HUGE...and come with a tasty croissant...and try the mushroom soup...to die for!! We call her often and either pick up or have delivered to our condo....who want's to cook when you have F2O at your doorstep

i absolutely love f2o. the food is great and the prices are reasonable. the only complaint i have is about the nutrition info on their website. it's incredibly misleading since they only give a portion of the offerings they have and of those, they only list a few ingredients from each menu item and not the complete item, so anyone wanting to calculate a meal would have to sit there for a long time trying to figure it out. they also list very small serving sizes and it is unknown how much they actually put into their items.

I've been here for lunch more times than I can count on my fingers and toes. The prices are reasonable, and the food is fresh and relatively healthy (except that yumalicious sticky bun thing). I usually get the spinach peach salad, sans gorgonzola, and occasionally splurge for some mushroom soup which is fantastic. The dressing is a little on the sweet side, so get it on the side and dole out lightly. I've also gotten the salmon panini and salmon long plate on occasion, both of which are quite good, although the sauces in both cases are a little overpowering. I recommend substituting grilled vegetables on the long plate - grilled red onions, zucchini, and corn on the cob, mmmmm good. There is usually a line during lunch rush, but the turn around is quick. As many people have noted, it is surprisingly good for a chain and something you wouldn't expect until you've tried it. Well executed concept. Also, free WiFi :)

I'm surprised to see a few bad reviews of this place, because I love the food, and I'm pretty picky. Even took my hard-to-please Beverly Hills brother here for a quick bite and he commented on how good everything was. Granted, there are a few dishes that aren't my favorites, but the veggie sandwich, the salmon sandwich, the chicken sandwich, and just about all of the salads are as tasty as anything else you'll find for the price, and the sweet mashed potatoes (which, in my opinion, should be called mashed sweet potatoes, so as not to confuse them with regular mashed potatoes made sweet) are delicious. For an order-at-the-counter type place, the service is really great, and the atmosphere is nice as well. Take your dog, sit on the patio, and enjoy!

Located right in the heart of midtown Fresh to Order is a great place to get a quick meal or to sit down right on Peachtree on the outdoor porch and enjoy dinner while able to watch the hustle and bustle of Atlanta go by. With a menu ranging from delicious salads to purposely portioned 3/4 meals to wonderful sandwiches, this restaurant with a health twist is great for anyone. The salads and the chicken with wild mushroom salad were both great. I had both and was extremely impressed. The market salad was enormous and delicious and the raspberry vinaigrette was out of this world. The chicken was tender with a light cream sauce and came with any choice of side, for which I chose the delicious mac and cheese. Fresh to Order is a great option for those on the run and those who want to sit down and enjoy a casual meal where they are guaranteed good service, good food, and a good atmosphere.

The salads are my favorite, but the tuna burger and the flatbreads are great, too. The best salad is the club salad with grilled chicken and ranch, or the steak and blue cheese dressing. Lunch on the patio is lovely during spring.

For those looking for a very good, but corporate deli/panini/salad lunch spot, F2O may be your new fav. Nestled in on the first floor of the Spire Building at 8th and Peachtree, F2O, during my trip there, offered an excellent salad and soup combination, justifying the return trip. AMBIANCE It's corporate. Spire is an all glass building in Midtown and the inside of F2O matches that look. It's very nice and clean, but the ambiance feature I liked the most was the wall of gas lit fire around the kitchen. Not functional, but neat. SERVICE For a place that takes numbers and payment in advance, I found the folks circulating the restaurant to be very friendly and helpful. Although the manager had a long list of options for lunch -- I am more of a bottom line guy -- the young lady at the register recommended Mushroom Soup, which I absolutely enjoyed. Everyone there was surprisingly helpful and that added to the good food experience. FOOD I ordered an Asian Salad with extra Tuna and Mushroom Soup. The salad was very good and what you'd expect. Fresh lettuce, of several varieties, tomatoes, wontons, sesame dressing, avocado, etc. On the side were a couple of cuts of pan seared Tuna. I thought it was a pretty good meal. Fresh vegetables and a nice presentation on a long plate. The Mushroom soup was more refined than I expected. Classic tastes but creamier and a better treatment of mushroom than I would have thought a quick lunch place could provide. Think more upscale steak place than Jason's Deli rival. VALUE I enjoyed my lunch but $12 for Salad and $6 for soup was more than I would spend on an every day basis. That said, if you are looking for a good lunch alternative to the Panera's, Atlanta Bread, Jason's Deli corporate lunch spots, and have something more Bonefish-y in mind, F2O may be your new favorite lunch spot in Midtown. At a minimum, you'll enjoy the food and space and will feel welcomed by the excellent staff.

Working in Midtown there are soo many selections to choose from for lunch however F2O has taken the number one spot when it comes to everything from the food and service! I love the fact that you can make online orders! Quick service is always a plus especially when you are only on your lunch break! The Salmon panini's have been a hit for me every time! I love how FRESH and Healthy mostly every item is on the menu! If you haven't tried them out, you're missin out! Oh and they validate parking for up to an hour as well so that's another point scored ;-)

I'm a fan of this place. Great food (that is actually good for you) at a reasonable price. Everything I've had here has been pretty good - my fav is the F20 Club salad with blackened chicken. YUM!

  • Christina J.

I consistently order from here because it's convenient, quick, healthy, and you can order online. And I consistently order the same thing. I'm usually more adventurous with my eating and try not to order the same thing twice in a row. But the half and half with a 1/2 blue cheese fig salad and 1/2 creamy chicken vegetable soup are too good not to order every time. Literally, every time. Note: if you order online or call ahead, don't wait in the treacherous sea of people with everyone else waiting to order. Go to the far left cashier and they will hook you up as soon as they are finished with their current customer. Wish they had a sign for this or something. I waited too many times in line.

After the first bite of my caesar salad with blackened chicken, I could tell this was great spot to snag a quick and healthful lunch with my youngest son in midtown Atlanta. "FTO" is the go-to place in this town for a lunch on-the-run. It serves up only the freshest ingredients and prepares everything from scratch while you wait - no chicken blackened two hours earlier. The other thing I liked was the hospitality of the employes of the place. They call it Atlanta "nice"! Great fresh food...fair price...and even a 15-minute parking space reserved for take-out customers right out front on the corner of Peachtree -the busiest street in town! Can't beat it with a stick - 4 big ones.

  • Tim H.

The food was great, but as my friend and I were talking a roach crawled up the back of his chair, along the wall, and the up the window behind him. I asked for the manager to point it out and he just said thanks for pointing it out. I won't be back!

Fresh, delicious salads with unique ingredients! I would have never dreamt to put fresh figs on a salad, but it is delicious! Also, I love the dijon vinaigrette, but cannot find anything similar in the grocery store. The server at our table brought me an entire container for a to-go order of the dressing to keep on hand at home. Awesome!

Nuts and bolts: Boyfriend's family was visiting and we wanted something quick and fresh. Fresh to Order it is. It's like an upscale fast food restaurant. Order: I opted for a spinach salad with added chicken for this first visit. Pros: Good seating for larger groups. Good variety in the menu. Large portion sizes for the salad. Food was pretty good. Take home message: I would like to come again and sample some of their other offerings.

My "go to" restaurant when I want to be healthy and don't feel like making anything. My favs: asian chicken crunch sandwich, southwest salad with ahi tuna or almond crusted chicken, add avocado and sub whole wheat flat bread. Free parking in garage with validation (just don't forget your ticket), online ordering available... Also get the punch card if you frequent! I've saved so much money. Saw Ludacris get takeout there once

A good meal for a decent price. The full size portions are very generous (and a good value for the price), so if you're on a health kick I'd suggest the 3/4 size portion and you'll still leave full. The house salad is a good side to add on.... the raisins are a nice touch to the standard lettuce/tomato/cucumber/etc For dinner I enjoy the pork loin with the apricot chutney. Great flavor and the mashed sweet potatoes are a good way to top it off.

Fresh To Order is a great alternative to fast food. As the name implies, they make everything fresh daily. The soups are of particular note and well worth a visit. They also offer a number of decent entrees, either as a full size meal or a small plate. Fresh To Order doesn't have a full bar, but they do sell bottled beer at fairly reasonable prices. Overall, the menu features a number of options and fairly decent pricing. It will set you back more than the drive-through, but the option to have fresh veggies and food outweighs the extra cost.

Since we were going to Shecky's Girls' Night Out at the Biltmore Ballrooms on a Thursday night, I told my sister (Yoomee H.) to pick a good restaurant that is in the area, quick, and won't break the bank. Thanks to Yelp, she found and suggested Fresh to Order! I had read a few reviews mentioning one free hour of parking in the garage, so my friend, sister, and I simply drove into the deck, parked, and walked down the stairs to Fresh to Order. Free parking in Atlanta is ALWAYS a plus in my book. =) Around 6 pm, the three of us walked into the restaurant and were immediately handed a menu to look over as we made our way to the cash register to order. Having looked at their menu online earlier, I already knew what I wanted - the Asian Chicken Crunch Panini with Kettle Potato Crisps. Full paninis are served with your choice of Kettle Potato Crisps or Green Apples. I ordered, paid, and was handed a number to set on my table so that the server could bring my food over when it was ready. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was great! I would say it took about 10 minutes. * Asian Chicken Crunch, Full Panini ($7.39; $7.98 including tax) - Per the menu description, this panini is made of "Almond Rosemary Crusted Chicken, Ginger Apricot Coleslaw, Cibatta Bread, Avocado Aioli." It came out hot and certainly fresh - and once I took a bite, I was in food heaven! =) The Almond Rosemary Crusted Chicken was so flavorful, and the Ginger Apricot Coleslaw and Avocado Aioli went very well with it! The Kettle Potato Crisps were fine but nothing different from what you can buy from the store. Although it may not look like much, I was stuffed after finishing my panini and chips! My sister ordered the Grilled Chicken BLT Panini ($8.09) with Green Apples and my friend got the Grilled Salmon Panini ($8.59) with Green Apples. I'm glad I got the chips because they both said the apples were really sour, but they both really enjoyed their paninis! As a bonus, they stuck a lollipop in each of our paninis! Overall, Fresh to Order gets 4.5 stars (I have to round down to 4) because the food is great, employees are friendly, and the price is right as well! Again, I love that parking in the garage is free for the first hour, which was enough time for my group to enjoy our meals. All three of us loved our paninis and definitely plan to return! We have passed by this place more time than we can count after living here in Midtown for 2 years. On a whim we decided to give it a try 2 days ago. I must say that we will def be back. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the southwest salad with an add on of blackened chicken. All of the veggies tasted fresh and crisp. It was deliscious! The blackened chicken was not what I am used to, but it was not bad at all. The portion size was huge and I had to take 1/2 of it home for later. Can't wait to go back and try the different flavored teas/waters and other menu items.

The food was so delicious here! I had the Southwest Chicken, mac and cheese, and calamari (the sauce that came on it was a little tart but overall pleasing).

The fresh coconut chicken curry was outstanding! I was very impressed with the flavor of the dish and the presentation was also pretty good. I had a very short wait which is always important during lunch and I will certainly be returning. Highly recommend this place if you value fresh and high quality meals.

What a cute place! I love the interior of the midtown location--very classy, very quaint. I was greeted the moment I walked in and handed a menu to expedite the rush of the midtown lunch traffic. Based on a recommendation, I ordered the Salmon Panini and a cup of the corn chowder. Both sandwich and soup came out very fresh at perfect temperatures. Their ingredients are of great quality and that mini croissant that comes with the meal? Delish! I could eat a thousand of them. Definitely try this place if you've never been!

So...I work just a few blocks away from this place and have been curious about it for a few weka now. Tonight, my supervisor and I were trying to decide what to order and since I haven't been feeling well decided on one of their soups and a small order of chicken tenders. 45 minutes for delivery which is ridiculous since we are literally 4 blocks away and we ordered a sandwich, a small bowl of soup, and 4 very tiny chicken tenders. They forgot my croissant and the sauce for the chicken. The soup (wild mushroom) was tepid and entirely too sweet (too much cream, not enough seasoning). And the chicken tenders were overcooked and dry and super greasy. I really wanted to like my meal tonight but I'm just disappointed.

I'm always kicking myself when I walk out of F2O. The quality of the food is just not there. There's no way you can use good ingredients and be this cheap, and it shows. The calamari tastes like rubber bands.

I recently finalized plans for a long weekend in Fort Lauderdale in early March. Unfortunately, my four pack, which was nearly unidentifiable to begin with, turned into a keg sometime between Halloween and Thanksgiving. This means that I have approximately two months to get into shape lest I be subjected to judgmental stares and alienation from the superficial queens that inhabit Sebastian Beach. Fortunately, I have little problems dropping weight as long as I have ready access to a glass of riesling and some leafy greens - both of which are readily accessible in abundance at Fresh to Order. Food: Fresh to Order can best be described as the love child between Alon's and Panera - made to order healthy fare with some added flair. Menu options include soups, sandwiches, salads, and light entrees. During my recent visit, I went with the half market salad with grilled chicken and the corn chowder. The salad was exceptional for the price in terms of portion, flavor, and ingredients - it was also accompanied by a complimentary mini croissant, which was delicious. Unfortunately, the chowder didn't fare as well - it tasted as if there was some type of alcoholic component, like cooking sherry, which rendered it nearly unpalatable. I will note, however, that my dining partner subsequently polished it off in its entirety. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly for the price point of the restaurant. We were immediately greeted upon entry and directed to order at the back counter - the process was seamless and the food arrived at our table approximately 5 to 10 minutes later. Several staff even checked up on us throughout the meal and multiple individuals wished us well on the way out the door. I hope that they pay these people well. Atmosphere: The decor is consistent with what you'd expect from a corporate chain, but it's clean and seating is ample. The staff are also fairly diligent about clearing plates on a regular basis, so there isn't any trash build up on the tables. Both booths and tables are available, the latter of which can accommodate large groups. Cost: Inexpensive, particularly considering the location. Salads are $7, sandwiches are $8, entrees are $10-$13, and sides are $4. Half salad and soup combos are also available for $7-$8. Protein toppings for salads are an additional $2-$5. Other: Fresh to Order offers online ordering, takeout, catering, and a separate gluten free menu. Metered parking is available along 7th street or in the pay lot across the street. However, I typically have no trouble finding free street parking on Juniper or Piedmont - it's only a short two block walk up to the restaurant.

This place is great! I've been here many times with large and small groups of friends. Service is quick and the food is delicious. The Asian Chicken Skewers are always amazing and I love the Sweet Potato Bisque. Always a great place to eat no matter how hungry you are.

This was a random drive by for lunch and I'm glad I stopped. I wanted something light so I just got the Mozzarella Tomato Panini with chips. Loved the kettle style chips and the panini was dang tasty. It had roasted red pepper in it with a balsamic sauce on ciabatta bread. The customer service was top notch where the server got me a refill of my sweet tea. I think he was noticing my aggravated look due to women in "ugly" Christmas sweaters standing in front of my table taking pictures of each other... but I didn't let those women get me down and enjoyed the rest of my lunch.

I'm a pretty big fan of Fresh 2 Order. Delicious Paninis, fresh greens, and tasty/abundant soups.... what more could you ask for. This is my go to place for a quick lunch meeting. Casual enough to not have to make reservations, but formal enough to not have food in paper boxes. It's fast food without plastic seats and kids meals. I recommend trying their 1/2 panini, 1/2 soup or salad combinations. Paninis are smaller than the regular-sized sandwich but still plenty. Picture the size of a standard slice of bread. (Yes, that is small when compared to American fast food portions) Parking sucks because it is shared with a residential building. The bright side is... you do get free parking for up to 1 hour, a rare find in Midtown Atlanta. Overall this place is great. It's no gourmet restaurant but is sure to satisfy.

I've come here a few times and it is never very good. Especially my last visit. I've had a few coworkers love this place and another few who have left with coupons for their next visit because they were not satisfied. My last visit I ordered the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and waited exactly 20 minutes for it to come out and there weren't very many people in the restaurant. It was 4pm. I went inside after about 10 minutes because I thought maybe my order "got lost" but they said they were finishing it. The second time I went up to check, the guy at the register said, "I'll take care of you".....whatever that meant. They finally brought my food out and I could only eat about of quarter of it, 1 because I was out of time for my lunch break, and 2 because it was doused in salt. It was awful. The employee brought out a $5 coupon for my next visit which I just gave to a friend who has had better experiences.

Enjoy Lunch, Brunch or Dinner in the patio. Whether its spring, fall or during a lovely summer breeze this restaurant location is sure to please. F2O offers the best dressed salads in Atlanta. P.S. parking is validated for an hour.

Favorite sandwich location in Atlanta! I love their salmon panini--mixture of salmon, avocado, corn, and a magical concoction of other flavors. They also carry a variety of premixed teas and lemonades. F2O definitely isn't as fast as McD's or Jimmy Johns, but they do deliver on flavor. However, I must admit that I never stray too far from the salmon panini. They used to have a facebook coupon for a free dessert (cookie, brownie, etc.) and drink with every entree purchase, but I can't seem to find it anymore. They also have free 1 hour validated parking in the parking deck east of the restaurant.

Fresh to Order is right. Fresh ingredients that are delicious. You are immediately greeted at the door by a host who hands you a menu and shows you the soup specials. There were so many soups and salads that I wanted to try but I needed a panini STAT. I went with the chicken with 2 kinds of cheeses and honey mustard. Your options for side items include sliced apples so I went with that. It was delicious. I seriously could have eaten two and I am craving one right now. The staff was super friendly on top of everything so that is a plus. The sweet tea was good. Everything was clean and just an overall great lunch experience. I was a little confused on the lollipop that came on my plate though.

What I like about this place are the options and the knowledgeable staff. They know all about which ingredients are in the meals. As for the meals, they are good. I don't ever get too excited about them (my fave is the asian salad), but they're still good. And every time I go with other people, they're always loving it, so that's a good thing.

Fresh2Order is hands down my Favorite go yo Healthy Food Eatery. The Service is quick, Friendly and even though it is not required I always leave a tip on the table. They are just that professional and I have enjoyed my food an overall experience every time I have been. The Spire Location on Peachtree is just an overall wonderful place!

I went in kinda late on a Saturday night and the place was dead. I parked in the Parking Garage, thankfully they validate, so it was free parking. I ordered grilled Salmon, and the (owner or Manager) was very helpful in making it without Peanuts for me. I ordered the full, and glad I did. It really wasn't a lot of food, but it was good. I'll probably order an extra side next time.

What a great place to get a healthy, quick meal. I wanted a salad and this place was close by. The southwest salad with seared tofu was good and they allowed substitutions. It would have been better with just mixed greens and not the combination of romaine lettuce and the packaged iceberg/shredded carrot/shredded cabbage mix. I would definitely come back to try another great salad.

  • Tramaine W.

I have been to this place twice. Once I got the Asian salad with salmon and the second time I got the Caesar salad with salmon and a corn chowder soup. Both times I was very satisfied. I liked the Caesar more just off personal preference and I think the salmon is great but it's not the best choice for the Caesar. The corn chowder is really good; it tastes like she crab soup without the crab and with corn of course. I got a cookie every time I went and I loved it, who would have thought their cookies would be that great. The place is a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. It's a great place I wish they had one closer to my house. Update: I went back a couple days ago and the southwestern salad made me want to bump this to five stars, it's got to be their best salad. I can't wait to go back and get my southwestern salad, salmon and macadamia cookie.

Fresh To Order is really expensive for what it is. I understand you are trying to be healthy, but it doesnt make sense your entrees are only a dollar cheaper than Gordon-Biersch. The type of food quality here is similar to something like a nicer Panera Bread. Panaera Bread however makes much more sense based on the price. Just not sure about paying as much as I would at a real restaurant to eat at a place like this. I'm not saying this place is breaking my bank, but I'm saying there is better food for that much money.

This was completely unexpected and we loved it. Wandering around Atlanta at lunchtime we stumbled on this "take out" joint but not really one. So we went in. I have to admit, the ordering process was confusing as hell. Take a table or walk to the kitchen to the servers? We had no frickin' idea. So we stumbled around until we realized that we had to follow the odd path to the order station that looked like we were entering the kitchen area. Once we got that part worked out we ordered, took our seats waiting to see what we'd done. The result was amazing. For a simple sandwich/pizza joint, the food was seriously good. I mean, crazy serious good. Don't let the atmosphere fool you. Whoever thought up the food had a plan for inexpensive good eats. Scratch that. Make it great eats. I had the Asian panini that was surprisingly great, and the wife had the Mediterranean pizza that rocked. For the price, this place is crazy. You should be here now.

The food was delicious! I got 1/2 the Mozzarella Tomato Red Pepper & Basil Panini and 1/2 a cup of Corn Chowder soup. It was the perfect portion and they served it with a complimentary croissant. I will definitely be back.

5 Stars for a Salad joint? OHHHHHH yeaaaaaaahhh. Best salad I've ever had in my life. BLACKENED CHICKEN CAESAR. Just do it and thank me later.

The food is truly fresh, and they have a good selection of items that are on the healthy side. The price is not as exorbitant as you might expect from a boutique fresh focused place. I don't expect anything as far as service goes, as it is an order at the counter and dropped at your table type of place. Even though it is in midtown, it has one hour free parking in the deck above it, so it is not a battle to go to. If you are looking for lunch or a quick bite and are in and around midtown, f2o is a pretty solid choice.

I consistently eat @ f2o and every time the food I order looks and tastes great! On a recent visit one of girls that took my order got it wrong. When the incorrect order came out, the guy was very apologetic and corrected the mess up...it happens. When my order took a long time to come out, the same guy offered me a free salad or appetizer as I waited, I thankfully declined. When my order finally came out, I was given my food, a free cookie, and a $15 gift card. This places is ALL about customer service and of course beautiful, great tasting food. I highly recommend f2o!

This place's food is amazing. I mean, I know intellectually that F2O is just a part of a larger chain, but I've been to several around the city and this location's food just tastes better. I love the chicken tortilla soup so much I ate it for dinner like 3 times in one week. Oh, and you HAVE to try the blackened grilled shrimp! It comes on a bed of Asian-y red cabbage and other veggies, and the contrasts wonderfully with the bold char on the shrimp. They always have the best homemade lemonade and teas. I like to mix them both together :) Anyway, love this place, will more than likely go there again within a few days. Oh, and you can park in the attached parking lot, in case you don't want to have to deal with Park Atlanta for the first hour free. Even if you run over, its only like $3 after that.

I came here for lunch and had the salad. As soon as I walked in, I was loving the healthy modern vibe the place was giving off. I ordered the Mediterranean Greek Salad, which came which a perfect flaky croissant. I would definitely recommend trying one of their salads. The portions are modest, but at least I left feeling refreshed thanks to their healthy menu!

first time at f2o and I will never go to Panera again Fresh to order is so tasty and around the same price. I got half the asian salad with grilled chicken and the oriental apricot dressing. It came with avocado which I absolutely loved, I only wish there was more of it. I got the tomato bisque but after trying my friend's wild mushroom soup, I wish I got it instead. It's probably one of the best cream based soups i've ever tasted and i'm sure they use some kind of white wine in it. like others have said, free 1 hour parking in the spire building garage which is awesome. This is my new healthy eats place

So far every time I've come to this restaurant I've had a good experience. The service is good and the food is not bad. My favorite is the Asian salad and the tortilla soup. Not fond of the parking situation. No validation, only one hour of free parking.

Update: was contacted by a manager and bumping up to four stars. The manager contacted me for feedback and I always make the promise to revise my review when a restaurant shows they want to a) connect with fans and b) improve. The menu is super confusing - and when you combine with often ill-trained staff (our food runner couldn't speak english very well) it's often a bad mix. I'd like to see the restaurant go back to recommended add-ons, i.e., the tuna with the asian salad. make the menu truly mix-and-match so we can choose the almond-crusted skewers as a side item separately. I don't have the thing in front of me so I'm not speaking as intelligently as I would. one more pet peeve: why not remake the cashiers stands so they don't look like they are about to board the Enterprise? it's difficult to feel like you're interacting with a live person; train them as you would a wait person, so they know the dishes and can have a personality greater than a turnip. So... great communication with the restaurant and still highly recommended. enjoy! I've been frustrated before by the service at this place - including a recent trip where one of my illustrious co-diners needed to avoid bell pepper due to an allergy. when the order taker said no, there wasn't any in the dish he ordered, sure enough - there they were in the spread. Turns out the manager rectified the issue quickly and did a make-good on the dish and offered us free cookies. It was the type of response you want from a top-notch eatery such as this one. I'd still like to gripe a bit about the ever-changing menu. As soon as I settle on the new version it changes again... but still, I love the location and it's one of the survivors of the Novare retail leasing debacle in Atlanta retail real estate. Also, make sure to get the mint-infused lemonade. best in the city.

I have eaten here multiple times. The food is very tasty. I really love the sweet potato bisque. The grilled panini are really good and the vanilla honey star anise lemonade is to die for.

Great "healthier" option with fresh food. When I'm wondering what's for dinner on a weeknight and don't feel like cooking it's an excellent alternative to your typical fast food joint. My meal of choice is the turkey club!

    (5)
  • Adrienne B.

I love their peanut "salad" I am not even sure if they have it on the menu but you can ask for it and they'll make it. They also let you try the soups. By far my favorites are the coconut chicken, corn chowder and fig/blue cheese salad. They have a punch card reward system too!

Be prepared to smell like a smokey grill after you leave this place. There is no ventilation and your clothes/hair/etc will be covered. Ordered the steak - one of the fattiest pieces of steak I've ever had. Rude cashier. Lettuce on the floor. Don't waste your time. Overpriced and overrated.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. My friend suggested it, having once been to a different location. I haven't been to many fast casual places, but I really think this one executes the concept wonderfully. Upon entering, a staff member greeted and presented us with menus. We walked up to the registers, where a friendly young lady took our orders. I knew I wanted a chicken panini and soup, but could not decide on a soup. She recommended a couple and I chose the creamy chicken vegetable. I opted for a fountain drink, although there were lots of bottled/canned drink options, in addition to wine and beer. After ordering, we got our drinks and found a table. The food came out pretty quickly. The panini was pretty darn good. The soup was good, but less impressive. I think I'll have to try a different kind next time. But the panini! Oh my. And there was a little mini-croissant included. And a lollipop! I am a dessert junkie and always want something sweet after meals, so this little treat was definitely a plus! My friend ordered the salmon panini, which she said was delicious and a bit messy. It came with a choice of chips or an apple. She chose the apple, and it came out sliced and lined up all nice and neat. According to her, Panera gives you a whole apple, so we both thought the slices were a nice detail. Definitely a lot easier to eat. Oh yes, I must remark on their tea. I usually either get unsweetened or mix it half and half with sweetened tea. I don't like overly sweet drinks if they're being accompanied by food. Their flavored sweetened tea was PERFECT. Lightly sweetened with natural sweeteners (I can always tell an artificially sweetened drink by the nasty aftertaste it leaves in my mouth) and with a hint of cinnamon. I imagine, since it's just labeled "flavored," that there is a variety that changes daily. My meal plus drink came to $10.02. Not a bad price at all for food that is actual food, fresher and of better quality than something from a drive-through. We walked here, so I don't know how parking works. From other reviews, it looks like you get an hour free...I'll just need to figure out where exactly to park the next time I come. And believe me, there will be a next time!

Love, love, love their family style lunch catering. The bourbon fillet, chicken skewers, sides, and gigantic salad platters are well prepared, beautifully presented, and always well received by crowds. However, their sandwich boxes on the other hand are pretty bad. The bread is this white, fluffy, flattened roll. Every sandwich comes "grilled," but done in a way that's not enough to actually toast the bread or melt the cheese, but just wilt the lettuce and liquify the mayo. Ew. There's hardly any meat on these sandwiches, and I couldn't tell you if the quality is anything better than what you get at a Subway. Each box comes with your standard bag of Lays chips (meh), but also includes a delicious cookie. The double chocolate chip has to be my favorite and certainly rivals more expensive cookie options from dedicated bakeries. I may toss the sandwich, give away the chips, but I'll protect that cookie with my life. If you hear someone is ordering F2O for a meeting, try and steer them towards the entree items. If you hear them decide on sandwich boxes, plan to bring your lunch.

Although I loved my fresh, enormous Asian salad with tuna, I couldn't help but envy those smart enough to order a half soup half salad combo. I'm almost certain they received the exact same amount of salad/tuna. It was simply piled up higher on the plate to make room for their soup bowl. I'm still outraged. Do yourself a favor and go for the half and half combo (with a panini perhaps), so you aren't still irrationally angry about the slightly smaller amount of food you were given a week ago even though you had entirely too much food anyway.

Sandwiches, soups and salads, oh my! This is a quintessential little lunch spot in Midtown that serves out perfect portions of fresh eats. My chicken tortilla soup was superb and paired with half a tomato, mozzarella roasted red pepper panini it was a complete meal for a few bucks under $10. It's nothing fancy and you'll have to wait in line for counter service but both the quality of the eats and the friendliness of the staff left me completely satisfied. It's just so fresh like that.

For tasty, healthy lunches, Fresh to Order is fresh to def. I opted for a salad but in hindsight, I'd go for the soup and salad combo. Supreme food envy took over when I spotted a friend's mushroom soup, which looked hot, creamy and delicious. Back at my own plate, things were still interesting enough to keep me happy. I had an Asian salad with crusted ahi tuna and dijon mustard vinaigrette. When the salad was first dropped off, it was quickly whisked away when it was realized that my dressing had not been served on the side as requested. Moments later, the correct greens sat before me, and I happily devoured them, along with the buttery crescent roll that came alongside. If there had been a bit more tuna, the salad would have been perfect. I wish something like this existed in my own neighborhood!

Initially striking me as a more fabulous Panera, F2O's craft-it-yourself approach to the 3S lunch (soup, salad and sandspurs. Wait, I meant sandwich. Sandwich) goes way beyond the familiar, somewhat faked facade of its comparative cousin. It's exciting, being left to your own devices with a gaggle of culinary concepts that serve as a base mix, protein and combo side, but for me, the choice was immediate. A big, fat, hi-res pic of seared almond and rosemary crusted tuna on an Asian salad had me at the salad-equivalent of "hello." But lo, what soup beyond the daily chalkboard breaks? Corn chowder. I only wish there were some way I could have both soup AND a saladohwait of course I can. They'll combine anything for anyone. Suck it BK. Proved to be a good move as it was table consensus that the half salad had the exact same amount of goodies as the whole salad, just stacked higher. The corn chowder spooned super thick, offering an almost too dense yet remarkably flavorful component to an otherwise air light, brilliantly bright lunch. Jane K had the chicken tortilla soup, a tendercrisp ratatouille, drenched in fragrant broth rather than baked into a casserole. I loved her soup. I like her too, I guess. Guaranteed return visit during the next trip durn Surth. Or they could move up to Boston. That'd be cool.

Amazing salads, and one of those restaurants with a staff who will jump to quietly help you avoid your ex-boyfriend when he walks in while you're eating. What more could you want?

We moved nearby a few weeks ago & I really like this place. I parked myself here for lunch one day last week for several hours, to avoid the rain that had started, as I had not brought an umbrella with, which, turns out was fortunate b/c I needed close to the 3 hours to d/l 2 mags. They do provide free wi-fi, but it's very, very slow. I had the soup & 1/2 sandwich that day. The mushroom soup was maybe the yummiest I've ever had! The tuna melt was pretty good also. Messy though. Maybe less so if I were able to tear the paper it was wrapped in, which I could not. Also, in the 3 hours I was there, I didn't feel at all unwelcome!

I love this place. They have a fabulous brunch (although there are cheaper places around for brunch) and great selection for lunch and dinner. My all time fav of this place? Their lemonade. I will drink an entire day's worth of calories and risk massive crater-like cavities for their lemonade. It's apparently a secret, but I see vanilla, mint, and anise floating around in the carafe of deliciousness. Especially on a hot southern day, this lemonade will not disappoint. Their food is solid, and service is always good. A definite stop for those days when you want to fill your body with good stuff.

Fresh ingredients but so so prices and really busy for Sunday lunch. Portions are about right for lunch. Expect to spend $7-10 for a soup, salad, sandwich or a combination of one of the two. My only qualm is the ratio of ingredients in relation to the bread. It just bothers me when there's too much bread and it dominates the flavors in the sandwich. The food comes out pretty quick given the line was to the door, and the service has always been pretty good here.

I absolutely love this place!...for many reasons. The staff: So friendly and helpful. They are patient and willing to make changes to your order. The service was also fast too even though everything was made f20. the food: So fresh and delicious! Great portions. I ordered the southwestern salad with salmon. The salmon was made to order and was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The salad dressings are also bursting with flavor and they actually give you enough dressing so you wont have to ask for more. I also got a minestrone chicken soup, which was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be coming back because there are so many yummy things on the menu and everything is so cheap...accept the quality of the food, which is wonderful! I dont care if you are looking for a quick place to order lunch or if you want to go out to dinner with friends. Honestly, you cant get better the F20!

I first started coming here because it was nearby my school downtown. Parking is free for the first 2 hours too so that's nice! Hard to find parking downtown. I love fresh to order's paninis and salads. The quality is very very fresh and service is good. I personally love the club salad and corn chowder. The salad is packed with all sorts of vegetables and avocados, which I love. The corn chowder also has a very creamy texture and a kick of spice that makes it slightly spicy but doesn't overwhelm your palate. I usually go for a quick healthy meal or a get together with my girlfriends for lunch. Only downside is that it's a little pricey. But something about the quality and atmosphere that makes me keep coming back!

Read my original review first. I haven't been back yet. This review is a continuation. I'm increasing my star rating due to an interaction with the owner. He sent me a very nice message apologizing for my experience and offering me a gift card to come back and try again. I thought this was fantastic and was very impressed. I responded back with my address as requested. Apparently there was some issue Th messages being received, so it took a little while to get straightened out, but it did and I appreciate it. I'll be stopping by the next time I'm down town!

Thank god for 'F2O bucks' on an extremely lazy afternoon. I'd love to be more adventurous and try something new, I swear I would.... but, the corn chowder soup is too darn tasty (and for some reason I have the hardest time finding corn chowder pretty much anywhere else). I'm a sucker for soup and salad combos, and they get me every time. gaaah!! This time it was the Asian salad with almonds (and all sorts of nuts), mandarin oranges, cabbage, tomato and (i think I might have seen an) avocado. The dijon dressing is good (considering I hate dijon) as it is light and runny and the dijon taste isn't too strong. Simple math: cup of corn chowder soup + 1/2 (lies, it was way more) asian salad + cup of wild mushroom soup + 1/2 asian chicken panini = $14. 20. (Feeds a family of 3 or me on a really hungry day). Got it as take-out and was happy to find my soup still nice and hot when I got home and that the salad portion was huge.. maybe bigger than served when dining-in? I still can't figure out why some of my orders come with a lollipop and others don't. Is the waitstaff trying to send me subliminal messages? :o Stay tuned.

Pretty good - especially for how quick everything came out. I had the southwestern chicken panini on whole wheat with a side of mac and cheese. Panini had good flavor and texture and the mac and cheese was mmmm. Someone will probably kill me for this, but it tastes kind of like Stouffer's (please don't take this as a negative). My boyfriend insists f20's version is "better" for me. I didn't care, it was pure comfort. Parking was easy enough with a free hour in the garage. Make sure to check in on Foursquare - they give a lot of discounts and loyalty incentives. Oh, nice array of ice tea and lemonade too.

I would just like to thank this place for reminding me that I actually enjoy soup and it can be delicious. After the many low calorie Progressos I've recently incorporated into my diet, I was beginning to believe that it really was a flavorless bowl of water with dry meat and unsalted pasta. However, I now know better, and plan to visit this place much more often in the near future. F2O Soup for the win!

Oh, Fresh2Order. I've been to this location in Midtown several times, and even though I'm not one to try out new things, I have loved everything I've eaten here. The people that work there are nice, and it's laid back but not your typical sandwich shop. Jimmy Johns? "pish posh" About the food...Today I had the almond crusted chicken sandwich. Super tender with a great, light sauce, They also serve beer and wine, and currently have citrus mint sweet tea. I've never had a better salad. You can get your green on and get full, too. With that said- you can order any salad with additional protein. I filled out a comment card today. Call me obsessed, I don't care, I drew clouds with thunderbolts exploding little hearts. You get the idea.

I haven't been to the restaurant (yet) but we get F2O catered a lot for work meetings. Yesterday I had the salmon panini sandwich and it was really good. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The bread was a little too greasy and made a mess, but that's probably why it tasted so good! I'd get it without the corn cilantro relish if I ordered in though. The salad and chocolate chip cookies looked good as well, although I didn't try them. Their menu sounds very good and I'd definitely go to the restaurant sometime and try a few new things.

My favorite salad place. Love the salads and the ability to add ans subtract what ever you want. I usually add calamari to mine. But I have yet to have anything that I did not like. The menu can be a little confusing and the staff may not be the best, but remember you can only get two out of the three (good prices, good food, good service). This place had great food and good prices! I haven't had a bad meal here yet! I've tried something different every time and I've always loved it. I highly recommend the caprese salad sandwich, the Asian chicken salad and the wild mushroom soup. Best part- you get a lollipop with every meal!

  • Kim A.

Everytime I come here I repeat "I don't come here enough!". This is a perfect place to get a nice, healthy lunch and they have so many options! I had the Asian Salad with Chicken, for $10 it is a giant portion. I was eating with friends who both got a half/half salad or soup or sandwich, and all the portions were very large. The half sandwich definitely looked like a whole one. The corn chowder was so tasty, but obviously not healthy because it was creamy, but I don't care I'd eat it again anyway! This is a great place to go for standard lunch fare, but they spruce it up! Lots of different options of proteins to put on your salad, everyone can find something they like here!

Good, friendly service. Decent food. I ordered the pork loin plate with mashed sweet potatoes. The first time I had it a year or so ago, it was wonderful. On my last visit, it was just ok. My friend ordered one of the yummy looking salads and she ate every bite. It looked really good, so maybe on my next visit that is what I will try.

Good! Had the asian w/ Tuna and mushroom soup. Was decent but Tuna was overcooked. They cut it into slices so clearly they knew it was over done. They had some nicer greens in there but it was mostly made with romaine. A good choice to be healthy. It set me back $15. I would not have done delivery so I could have micromanaged the tuna. Next time will be better...

Evos across the street was not accepting credit cards so we went here as it was the only good fast food in the area. This is more of a lunch restaurant so we were a bit confused as what the procedures of the establishment were. Surely enough, our faces of confusion attracted one of the workers there to explain as to what's going on. We ordered our food and sat down. The appetizers came down rather fast and the main course followed shortly after. However the main courses did not come at the same time. They probably don't let food wait around to match the timing of the other party's food. Which can be good, I suppose. The food itself was pretty good. Well cooked and full of flavor. However, the portions were a bit small. In the end if was a good experience but a little on the pricy side in terms of meal portions. I wouldn't mind stopping here for lunch one day,.

F2o is a better quality Panera at comparable prices. I've been twice and have only had salads but the ingredients are fresh and their protein options, while small portions, are very tasty which bods well for their sandwiches/options. Review updatable...

Absolutely our favorite neighborhood place! Not "fast food," but a great alternative to "slower" sit down places (quick counter-to-table service). Yea! Many interesting vegetarian options. Always delicious and yep, fresh to order. It gets busy as of weekend dinner times, so prepare for that if you're in a hurry. Nice Sunday brunch, too. It's not inexpensive, but it's worth it! Don't miss the awesome, interesting fresh lemonades--free refills.

Do you want tasty? Do you want fresh? Do you want to avoid speaking to people? Then get on this ish! Walk up to a kiosk, place your order, swipe your card, and take a number. Food will be on it's way to your table! I got my food to go. I got the Asian salad with seared almond crusted Tuna. My salad was delicious, healthy (well, if you don't eat all the nuts they put in there, and I didn't), and the salad dressing was delish! I highly recommend this eatery.

My first experience with this place was the most awesome salad and service I have ever had. My husband had a salmon and I had a grill salmon on a spinach salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, It had mango and strawberries and wonderfulness. I was so pleased my husband called the manager over to say how awesome our experience was. We retuned the following Friday super excited. Although the food was not as good, I cannot complain too much. Great spot. Great food.

F20 Midtown is the "spire" of the franchise. This location understands needs of the midtown lunch rush - spirited service with flavorful dishes. Need a mid-day stress reliever? Indulge with a bowl of wild mushroom soup (and raise that stress back up after reading the nutrition data). Enjoy the last few moments with a glazed croissant before hustling back to work. 4 stars for service. Remember, "fresh" does not mean low-fat!

My office had a lunch catered from here yesterday. All and all, it was pretty good. The sandwiches had been sitting for a while when I finally got one. There was also no soup left, but from what I heard, it was quite tasty. I picked the tomato and mozzarella sandwich. Aside from being a little soggy, it was pretty good. I liked the addition of the roasted red peppers. It also wasn't nearly as calorie intense as I thought it would be. I'd like to try it when the sandwich is actually fresh and perhaps with a side of the soup. Until then, they're perfectly passable in my book.

So I've been to Fresh To Order in Midtown a handful of times now, and honestly the overall food and experience is pretty average. Start with what I like: I like the concept, fresh food delivered fast to your table, moderately priced, good variety, nice decor, good service. Good portions for lunch or a simple dinner. I like the little touches like a croissant with your salad or the flavored tea of the day, which is usually a different flavor every time you go in. What I dislike: I usually get sandwiches and I always feel like they're over-toasted and too crispy for the bread, and although its got decent ingredients, I've never been impressed or thought my meal was "just right". Both times I've gotten salad, its been the opposite of what I'd call "fresh", the lettuce old, too much dressing. This has happened more than once. Other reviews are pretty spot on for lack of healthy options as well. Just a very average place when it could be good or even great.

Took a shot in the dark on Yelp tonight searching for fresh salads that could be delivered quick. F2O aced it in every aspect! Prompt and courteous delivery of scrumptious salads that far surpassed any expectations. We especially loved the almond crusted chicken skewers served with an Asian style slaw and also the fig salad with grilled chicken. All the sauces and dressing are superb and tasted as though they were made from scratch. Yummy stuff! This was our first experience and I am already looking forward to the next!

Been here dozens of times. Food is great. Staff is nice. However, if a mistake is made on their part all you get are blank stares or an investigation. So much so that it borderlines on bizarre. "Hi. I got the wrong soup with my togo order." Their reply is a barrage of questions: did you order online? Did you pay online? when did you order? did you get a confirmation email? Well, what soup did you want? Did you order over the phone? Who did you talk to? and on and on and on. Many times I and others have had to describe our orders because, "Whoever took your order didn't put your name on it?" Thanks F2O! Now it's cold, if hot, or warm, if cold. And the website? Sucks. You have to click your life away to submit your order. The foods are not the same on each page, i.e. different soups are offered. Just annoying.

Every time I go, they actually surprise me with how good their food is. This place makes all of those "fast-casual" soup/salad/sandwich chains look pathetic. I think I tend to forget that this isn't really all that comparable to Panera except that I can order the same style of food here for the same price. Order at the register, they'll give you a number and deliver it to you. Sometimes the fans in this place are on full blast, so unless you want to have windblown victoria's secret swimsuit model hair while you eat, pick your table wisely! Everything I've had tastes truly fresh. Some of the more creative things on the menu have great flavor profiles too! Even though it is made for you after you order, they get things out to you fairly quickly. Parking is free for an hour, so that's a plus.

Good atmosphere and fast service. I only waited a few minutes for my food and it was during the lunch rush. I had the soup and salad and both were very good.

Quick, and tasty, not too pricy. The salad was good, half Thai sandwich just OK.

I have never been so happy to have a salad. Being caught in a post-snowstorm city does that to a girl. Strange huh? So, for lunch we were fortunate to find Fresh to Order was not only open but also serving up delicious sandwiches, soups, and salads. I opted for the fig chicken salad and it was perfect. I was impressed with how smoothly everything with the freshness and service, given the circumstances. It's a great spot for easy lunches.

I live in Spire, so I love having a healthy option in the building. The prices are reasonable and service fast and friendly. My one complaint: Why does a soup/ sandwich place with a foundation of healthy only offer cream-based soups? On a list of SIX daily soups, none have ever been broth-based. Look at the fat calorie content- WTF? You can't fool me claiming the corn chowder is healthy- I may as well eat a hamburger. Please offer some low-fat soups soon!

Love the market salad!! Love the salmon!! Not a fan of the seared tuna. =( I've had a couple of the paninis and soups but I still prefer the salad. They have a brunch n Sundays that I want to try one day.

Holy cow this is good food! the service is exceptionally friendly albeit the time it takes to get your food to the table was a little excessive...took 15 minutes. but it was SOOOOO worth it.

Fast, great price, a lot of food for what you pay for. Great salad selection, great dressings - the sandwiches seem to be a little bit too rich in mayo and greasy additions but pretty good still. Grilled tofu/chicken/salmon/beef -- Brunch served on weekends.

The environment is warm with subtle lighting. There is plenty of seating around, so fairly big groups can gather together to eat. You order at the register, take your number decal, and wait for your food. Because the dishes are made on the spot, it may take some time, especially if you order a meal that requires a good time to prepare, but once you are served your meal, you will soon find out it was worth the wait. As the restaurant's name implies, your food is cooked to order, which is a big plus in my book. The dish I ordered, a plate of chicken tenderloins and garlic-mashed potatoes, was served to me piping hot and in a generous amount. The tenderloins came out perfect, with a delicious crunchy layer outside and juicy layer inside. A honey mustard dipping sauce topped with chives is accompanied with it. The garlic-mashed potatoes were incredible; topped with chives as well, it was very well prepared; the texture was so smooth, and the garlic added an extra notch to it. In addition, the lemonade is made from scratch and was a great thirst quencher. Fresh 2 Order also offers a variety of health foods, such as energy bars and fruit drinks. I will definitely look into them the next time I visit. Menu prices are good for the quality food and service you receive. Fresh food that is carefully prepared, good prices, and good service at all present at Fresh 2 Order, easily making it one of my new favorite restaurants here in Atlanta.

Being on a health kick at the moment...my boyfriend and I decided it was time to try Fresh To Order. I was very happy with our decision. Parking...there's a garage right behind the restaurant that has free parking for on hour. Total plus when dining in midtown/downtown. Service...you order at the counter and they bring you your food. Line went quickly, cashier was very nice and our food came out less than 5 minutes from ordering. Food...delicious. I ordered the half tomato/mozzarella panini with a salad. There was roasted red peppers, fresh basil and balsamic vinaigrette on the panini and the salad was the perfect size. My boyfriend ordered the steak panini and he was also a fan. The only con I have is that he ordered the full sandwich, but he was given a half by mistake. We weren't charged for the full and what he was given was enough food...so we didn't say anything. Overall...I really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be back. If you're in the mood for affordable, healthy food in Midtown...Fresh To Order is the place to go.

I work in Midtown and when I want a good salad or the wild mushroom soup, I go to Fresh to Order Midtown. The soup is divine and the salads are enough for two or three meals if you get a full salad. While it is a little more than what I want to spend on a single meal, the portions allow me to make at least another meal out of my leftovers. Everything is fresh and the staff is friendly. Occasionally, there is a problem with your order or with some technology. They usually make it right by giving a discount on your meal if there is a problem. I've had the Cobb salad (hold the nuts), the Asian salad and the one with spinach. I've had the steak and chicken as toppers. I've also had the Salmon panini. All were very good.

Jon and I came here on a Sunday after our trip to Utrecht (art store) across the street. We noticed that there was a few people sitting outside so we figured we give this place a try. Reminds me of Jason's Deli a little bit. Decor is nice. Plenty of seating indoors and out. We came during the peak of their Sunday brunch. It's $12.99 pp and that includes juices and coffees. Moving on, service here is OK. Cashier person was very friendly. Here's what they have for brunch: different selection of juices, small cinnamon rolls and other daity pastries, white bread (and toaster), grits, potatoe goes and sweet potato hash, bacon strips, sausage and a bar for omelettes, crepes and waffles. Sounds good right? Well, it's nothing special and the man making the omelettes was far from nice. I don't know why they didn't put another person at the omelette bar. Lines were long at some point and this one man was probably not too happy about it hence his attitude. He wasn't very good at flipping the omelettes and he added way too much oil in the little pan. Jon had asked him to cook the omelette a little longer since it was still runny and gooey and while he did cook it longer, you can see he was not thrilled by his request. While we did feel full, we were reluctant to even go back to the omelette bar for seconds or to even try their crepes. Perhaps their regular menu items would be better but i doubt we will be back anytime soon.

Solid! For the fast casual concept, great value (price vs quality). First, a gripe. For all you yelpers out there, understand that "FRESH" does not necessarily equal "HEALTHY." The food I had there was definitely fresh, but probably not healthy. Food: Delicious! I ordered corn chowder w. almond crusted chicken skewers and a soda. The corn chowder came out quick and had one of those croissants on the side. I was little surprised by the dab of honey on the side (got all over my fingers...curses!) but delighted at the taste. The almond chicken skewers came on a foot long, rectangular dish with 2 decided UNHEALTHY sauces, a mandarin salad in the middle, and mashed yams + cinnamon and walnuts. The chicken skewers were tender, well battered, and tasty. I tried both the sauces but they were just ok. Standard really. The salad is solid and the mashed yams were pretty good. Soda from a fountain. Price: $14 for all that food. Again, solid. After reading all of the postings here on Yelp I took a closer look at the price. I swear some of you are on crack. Have you ever been to a fast casual restaurant before? Have you ever ordered a salad? Most of the menu items were like 6.78 or something like that. Yes, it's probably a $10 salad if you start adding stuff to it, but please explain to me how that's any different than Wolfgang Pucks, CPK, or any other fast cas. concept restaurant? Urrr! Angry! Service: As noted before, friendly and quick. I was greeted at the door and handed a menu. He explained the "order at counter, we bring to you" concept. He came by a couple of times and offered to refill my soda (dude, it's a soda fountain, I think I go it). Ambiance: Good. Clean, chic. I liked the big pictures of menu items on the wall and the pasta/oil jars. Outdoor patio seating is sweet, but Atlanta in the summer is too hot for me to enjoy sitting outside. Would I come back? Yes. I recommend you give it a try. It stands out above its peers as above average.

love it! there's a real solid consistency to this place. so many choices, not enough time (or money). great location, parking in deck is validated. love to ppl watch on the patio. the infused teas and lemonades are the bomb I had the margherita style pizza, it was ok. I wouldn't get it again, but luckily with all of the other choices they have, i really don't have to. I tried a little bit of everyone's plate and everyone's food was good. For my little one i ordered the chicken strips with the mac and cheese. seriously. these were the best chicken fingers i have ever had. the mac and cheese was in abundance and was good (not down home country cooked, but ok). It came with carrots, a drink and a lollipop. it was great! I also ordered a side market salad. really scrumptious. came with a honey-buttered croissant. And this folks, will always have me coming back. my dining partners got a caesar salad adding shrimp. the shrimp were large and cooked and seasoned really well. the caesar dressing was lacking on the salad, so they had to ask for more (which was an upcharge). love this place. It can really get expensive with the add-ons and proteins. but overall, really solid atmosphere, service and consistently good food.

In love with this place!! The spinach salad with tofu is amazing & all of their salad dressings are tasty as can be!! Wish there was one in Alpharetta! Visited the location in John's Creek but the consistency of food & taste was just not the same, unfortunately. Def recommend the great location in Midtown though. Sitting on the patio & people watching is half the experience!

I have been to Fresh To Order a handful of times, at their Midtown and Buckhead locations. Every time I have been I have had a wonderful meal and everyone I have been with (locals and out of town visitors) has loved it as well. It has a little something for everyone with lighter fare such as soups and salads, as well as larger meals if you're looking for more of a "meat and potatoes" fare to feed the hungry man in your life. Their soups rotate daily, so there's always something new. The almond chicken skewers are AMAZING, and I've tried several of their soups, salads, and paninis, all of which have been fantastic. The food is always fresh and creative, and the fun and friendly atmosphere make it a great place to dine. The prices are reasonable and their service is great too. Overall a great place to eat, and I will definitely be back!

Note to the management: The lighting in the front of the restaurant (or lack thereof) makes the restaurant look "closed" in the evening! It looks very dark and, unless there happen to be some people sitting outside, you can't really tell if your restaurant is open or closed -- or in the process of clos-ING. You know? ... . Some bright lights near the front are BADLY needed - both for aesthetics and for function. The food is good. The menu thing toward the front of the door is awkward.

Surprisingly, this was one of the best meals I had in Atlanta, and it was just a quick lunch before we headed back to the airport. It was pretty much everything you'd want in a lunch, which is FAST, fresh, and delicious. I got the pork panino, which consisted of shaved brown sugar pork loin, sweet potato aioli, carmelized onions, lettuce, and cheese. I've had plenty of pork that was cooked with maple or brown sugar but you just couldn't taste it, but in this case the brown sugar was really prominent and complemented the tender pork. I got sides of macaroni and cheese and blackened garlic grits, which were also both very good. I wolfed everything down. We barely had time to sit down after ordering at the counter when the food was already at our table. The presentation of the food was so well done that I even had to take a picture of my dish. I wish I had found this place sooner - highly recommended for Midtown lunch.

I got the Almond Crusted Chicken skewer for lunch. The chicken was great. Didn't taste greasy but was still crisp and not dry on the inside. The Asian slaw could've used less dressing and there needed to be 85% less of the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken cuz it was way too sweet and the chicken didn't even need it. The sweet mashed potatoes were tasty but overwhelming if you eat it just like that cuz there's a lot and boy, it definitely is sweet! The nutmeg was a nice touch. Also, I opted for the 3/4 portion and it was just right. Overall, not a bad place for a quick lunch.

First time eating here and it was delish! The staff at this location was really nice and polite. However, the cleanliness of this establishment is not up to par w/ the neighboring restaurants 5 stars for the taste and freshness of the food, 5 stars for the staff and I'll say a 3 for cleanliness.

Wow! I think I may have just found my new go-to spot for a great, healthy meal. I came to Fresh to Order for dinner tonight after my workout looking for a dinner that was 1) vegetarian and 2) healthy. And Fresh to Order superseded my expectations in every way. The menu features a variety of vegetarian options from their Black Bean burger (which I've got to try on my next visit) to their salads and even vegetarian sandwiches. I decided to go with the Tomato and Mozzarella panini with Caesar salad as my side. My food came out about 5 mins later and my sandwich was clearly.. made fresh to order! I was expecting a half sandwich, half salad kind of deal but I got a full sized sandwich and hearty portion of salad. Not only was my meal plentiful but it was DELICIOUS! Also on my plate was a small croissant with an icing drizzle that made for a perfect treat after your meal. All of this for less than $9. Not only is the food great but the service is excellent! An employee named Trey provided 5 star service in sharing his personal recommendations as well as later following up to make sure that I was enjoying my meal. For a reasonably priced chain restaurant, I was blown away!

When looking for dining options on this section of Peachtree, I find myself choosing F2O more and more often, one for the quality of food and two for the breadth of menu. The casualness of placing your order fast food style at a counter, belies the quality of the food they produce. Don't be thrown off if you see a line - it moves pretty quickly. I'm usually there at lunch with a group and the menu offers something for everyone, from killer salads to panini sandwiches to heartier entrees, plus soups and what they call outside the box burgers - a tuna burger, a black bean burger and a bison burger. What I like is that many of the entrees are available in a ¾ size and salads come in a half size when paired with soup. And most of the appetizers are downsized versions of entrée offerings. There's something for any level of appetite and it's a great menu for exploring. Salads are served on long colorful plates and range the gamut from Southwestern to Mediterranean to Asian to Caesar. Each comes with a suggested dressing (and protein add on like grilled chicken, shrimp, tofu, salmon, steak, calamari), but I've enjoyed mixing and matching dressings with salads and my absolute favorite is the ginger apricot vinaigrette. I was bummed to discover the fig and blue cheese salad was a seasonal item and no longer on the menu. With the chill in the air this weekend, I tried the lentil soup - awesomely good. I'm pretty stuck on my go to entrees, the almond chicken skewers and the grilled prime steak medallions. As a side, the garlic jack grit cake is so good and pretty unique. I can't vouch for the other entrees, but I've never had anything bad here. I also like that they've got a gazillion drink options. No, not one of those Freestyle Coke machines, but two or three flavors of fresh made lemonade, several fresh brewed flavored sweet and unsweetened teas, plus lots of specialty bottled water, juice and soda options. There's lots of good food at F2O. And the name says it all, fresh because it's made to order.

Fresh2Order is a local licensed Atlanta fast casual restaurant success story; it serves upscale fine food very fast and as per the company's brand name it is all fresh to order! The ambiance is modern, hip & inviting and the staff at this location were extremely attentive and friendly. You see the fire grill in front of you as it is an open kitchen We ordered the calamari, sesame seared tuna with Asian coleslaw, 1/2 flame broiled chicken Mediterranean salad with lemon herb dressing (the dressing was made on site as evident by the fresh lemon juice and mint leaves that were in the saucer on the side!!!) along with the salmon grill with vegetables and salad; how much fresher than this can it get?! For drinks, you can have wine, hot beverages, coca cola junk from the fountain machine or you can opt For The healthier options like the cucumber water and specialty iced teas all made Fresh on site with unlimited refills. This is truly an upscale experience in an unpretentious fast casual format. Judging by the amazing quality of the food, ambiance and service; it is a true winner for many, many, many, comebacks; way to go F2O!!!!

Can I say that I LOVE F2O! haha Great food at a reasonable price! So, at first I thought "oh. It's an order at the front and sit down kind of place..I don't know how good the food could be." But, I was wrong! After a positive yet ecentric food rant from a friend, I decided to check it out. I got the chicken tenderloins that are dipped in ale, fried and presented with cheesy garlic mashed potatoes and a swirl of yummy BBQ sauce and honey mustard. They offer some of their plates at 3/4 plate or full plate. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and ordered a full plate AND a side salad. It was a lot of delicious chicken, so I took a couple tenders home! Ha And the side salad was just $2 extra. Came with yummy cheese, candied nuts and a great balsamic vin dressing! And kids eat for $.99 Saturdays and Sundays! My son's meal was a generous portion of the same chicken tenders, mac and cheese, carrots, a drink and a lollipop! Needless to say, he inhaled it all :) All the food is very well seasoned and priced reasonably. I'd say it's about $15 per person on average. For us, two adults, plus beverages plus a $.99 for our son it was just over $30. Not bad for a Saturday night dinner. The place is child friendly. Trendy. Love the decor. Casual and homey with a little trend going on there. And there's a great lemonade and tea selection! One lemonade that was on tap was a Mint and Star Anise. And there was also an Orange lemonade and pomegranate tea. yum!!!! What's not to like!? Go!!!!! :)

So we gave this spot another try and we are both very impressed. We tried the grilled salmon panini and the spinach salad and both meals where excellent. The sandwich had a really good flavor to it , the salmon on it was cooked perfectly, and the avocado on it gave it a nice texture blend as well as flavor. The spinach salad was very good , the strawberry , almonds and the blue cheese mix gave it like a dessert salad type flavor, we loved it , we will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

This location of Fresh To Order can be found in midtown, at 860 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, the Southwest quadrant of the Peachtree Rd and 7th St intersection - it's at the base of the Spire building that has Gordon Biersch on the other side. There's also a Five Guys in the same building and Starbucks is across Peachtree St. I've eaten at this location a handful of times, mostly when meeting friends or occasionally doing business in the area. It's also a handy place to get a quick meal when coming to Dick Blick for art supplies. I've also eaten at the Sandy Springs location and both are very consistent with good service, considering that this is a "fast casual" restaurant. If you're new to that term, it usually means order-at-the-counter, better quality foods, nicer interior and higher prices. It translates into a place where you can gauge how long you'll be there by the line at the counter vs what you order (the latter factors into how long it takes you to eat). Service is generally better because you aren't relying on someone messing up your order at the table - instead the person at the counter can mess it up for you - kidding aside, you pay for the convenience of not having someone wait on you, which speeds things up considerably. When you pay for your order you get a stand for an oval number - make sure you grab it or there could be considerable confusion in the delivery of your order. The interior of this location is very loft-like and industrial with modernist accents - I didn't think to take photos of the insides or exterior. Lighting is great and you can do some people watching through the windows if your so inclined - not much to see other than a bunch of cars and people coming in-and-out of Starbucks. It has the same chairs, tables and for the most part furnishings of other, more suburban F2O locations. The times I've been here, it's been very clean and reasonably busy. I've had salads and paninis and in general prefer the salads. Tomato Mozzarella Panini with Tomato Basil Soup - your basic vegetarian soup-and-sandwich meal with balsamic vinaigrette. Asian Chicken Crunch Panini with Market Salad - solid sandwich with hints of sesame oil, rosemary and an avocado aioli. Market Salad with Chicken - this is my go-to dish, dispensing with the bread. It's filling and reasonably low calorie (sparing on the dressing). In the past I've also had the Grilled Chicken BLT and the Asian Salad with Almond Encrusted Tuna - both were very good. I do like that you can sit outside at this location - the Sandy Springs location lacks outside seating (not sure if you'd want to sit outside there or not - that location is fairly lacking in exterior views).

It was bout 8 pm or so when I went in. You placed the order at a register and then they bring it to your table. The man taking the order was very nice, I asked what was a savory popular sandwich and he suggesting a chicken sandwich. I got it with a side of apple wedges and a cup of soup. He asked this is Togo right ? I said that it was to eat there. He gave me a number and after grabbing some water I sat at a booth. The decor is colorful and pleasant. I waited about 10 minutes and got part of my food. He said "rest is coming". The sandwich came first. It was not good, the chicken was too dry and made it difficult to swallow. And overall it didn't have much flavor. Then the soup arrived in a Togo bag, no spoon. I got up to find a spoon and they provided me with one. The chicken tortilla soup was better just needed some salt.

F2O is one of my go to spots for lunch and/or dinner. The food is delicious, the service is normally pretty fast, and the price is reasonable. I personally believe their Chicken Caesar Salad is the best I've had... in life lol. The grilled chicken and Caesar dressing complement each other so well.

Okay I seriously eat at F2O way too much. Too, too much. I eat there so much that all the staff knows who I am, and what I'm going to order. Pros: The employees are all super great. I had a bad day a couple weeks ago, and one of the gals gave me a free bowl of mac and cheese to make me feel better. I also got a free drink for making a cashier laugh! The food is nearly always on point. Parking is a breeze, especially for this part of town. They have the BEST selection of drinks (I'm looking at you strawberry mint water, and pomegranate iced tea!). Cons: It's so expensive, you guys. Like...I buy a salad with meat on it and leave a tip because I'm not an asshole, and then it's a $14 meal that I had to order at the counter, and then I have to fill up my own drink. I know "fast casual" is the Next Big Thing but why does it have to cost so damn much? Apparently they have some sort of rewards program, but no one ever mentioned it--I discovered it while waiting in a very long, slow line the other day. I think you can probably order certain things to keep the price down, but then you still want to tip, right? I mean there's a line for a tip, and the staff, as I said, is AMAZING so I don't want to stiff them. I just always feel kinda resentful tipping for a meal I had to stand in line to order, you know?! Also, the music is usually super fast, loud techno that belongs in a spin class. I feel like I'm racing to finish my lunch, instead of enjoy the food I just spent a bunch of money on. Again, I get it! They want us in and out, and fast music is one of the tools they use to make sure we don't linger. It's just kinda off-putting. The soup, sandwiches, and salads I have had are all delicious. However! Every time I get a caesar, they forget something. Last time it was croutons, which are the best part. The most recent time, it was the dried tomatoes, which are the second best part. The ale-laced chicken tenders are SOOO GOOOOD, but sometimes they come out a leeeettle bit burned. Oh also, on my most recent caesar, some of the lettuce was turning kinda brown. Those kinds of complaints make me sound terrible, but when it's a $14 salad it needs to be 100% on point! Overall I LOVE Fresh2Order. Love! If I didn't, I would stop going after they disappointed me, but I don't stop--I forgive them and go back because their food is delicious and the people are wonderful.

First time here today. It was loud and a little chaotic, but a server did greet me immediate and explain the process. I got an Asian salad and tomato soup. The soup was tasty and the salad was fresh, though I wasn't wild about the mix of flavored on it. After eating enough of the salad to see my plate I discovered it was filthy. It wasn't fresh grime like it just missed one washing, it was grossness and dirty film that I could run off with my finger. I'm officially grossed out and not returning here.

Can't understand where all of the great reviews for this place came from. First and most importantly: the food was a solid "meh". I left 3/4 of my chicken tortilla soup in the bowl, it tasted like something that I'd get from an awful elementary school tortilla on the "potluck" day. Salad was swimming in greasy vinaigrette and functionally inedible - I picked off the figs and blue cheese and nuts and left everything else. Whichever of the cold drinks I got (which they say are made from scratch) tasted like a gross Kool Aid. My companion ordered a sandwich, hard to mess up, right? He said his was not good either. We agreed as we left we would have been far happier with the Greek or Five Guys restaurants next door...and actually had a delicious "make up" dinner there, since our F2O food was inedible. Beyond the food: the patio and the chairs at this location are nice, and very pleasant to sit out on in the evening. Staff on the patio was attentive and helpful. Inside the location despite the fact that there was no line the guys at the two cash registers were very impatient for us to order, we stood 10 feet away looking at our menus and one guy asked us "Are you ready yet?" five times before we were ready. (We took perhaps four minutes to choose what we'd eat - again, no line, no one else waiting). Once we were actually ordering, the guy lowered his voice and we had to ask him to speak up several times or repeat himself as he reeled off the food options. When my companion asked about something he rolled his eyes and said somewhat sarcastically "If you don't want a X or an apple, you can get other sides on the back for an upcharge." (I forget what option 1 was). Can't imagine where the rave reviews for this place are coming from, but I'm certainly never coming back! Ew.

Usually I am a huge fan of their Southwestern salad because of the dressing. After religiously visiting the Cumberland Mall location, I thought I'd try this location in Midtown since it's close to my job. I called ahead to order my salad, and things were fine up until I found a live fly one fork full in. Needless to say, I will NEVER come to this location again.

The healthy eating options here makes me really hope and pray that they move out my way someday in California. The food here is just what the title says, FRESH and TO GO. I don't order ahi tuna at "to go" places ever but here it's really good. They have great panini's, yummy salads and love the small bites in the menu they offer. You can't go wrong here!

I really like the dishes here, on paper. I've been here 3-4 times, and everything I've ordered on the menu always sounded great. And, to be fair, I've never had a bad meal here, but, for whatever reason, the execution always felt lacking. Too salty, too sweet, too much sauce, not enough sauce, etc. Without exception, every meal I've ever had here was OK, and just OK. I couldn't remember what I ordered last time I was there because the trip was just that unmemorable.

This place is crap. It is only slightly "fresher" than fast food. I am consistently disappointed.

I was in town on business for four days... and three our of the four days I ate here for lunch! Great price. Great portion. Great food. I believe it's a local chain around the Southeastern seaboard, but this location in the CNN tower was perfect for lunch. My favorite menu item I had was the Asian salad and it was a HUGE PORTION. I'm a big dude, so when I can't finish a salad, you know they gave you a lot. The best thing was how you can add a protein to your salad and how some of the proteins are different. I added fried calamari to my asian salad, and the Filipino boy in me was so pleased. They did fry the lemon with my calamari as well, and though I'm sure it was for flavor, one piece that I thought was a calamari ended up being a lemon slice. I'm glad my sour taste buds still work. Overall, great fast-casual place to go for lunch whether you're from the area or not.

Headed over because I recently adopted a dog and have been on a mission to bring her wherever I go. Not sure if all locations are dog friendly but this location is AND there's nothing more awesome that they offer an extensive vegan menu! I brought my 3 kids and was pleasantly surprised with the lollipop that they served on the plate. Nice touch. My husband had never been there but gave it a "not bad" rating after ordering the tuna melt and the corn chowder. I love the Mediterranean salad that I added tofu to sans the feta cheese. My kids got the mac n cheese and the fanciest peanut butter and jelly I've ever seen, with the crusts cut off. The portions were large. Overall it was a good experience.

This was the BEST salad I've ever had in my LIFE. Never heard of this place but stopped to hear here in Concourse B waiting for a connecting flight here at Hartford airport in Atlanta. This WAS a picture of the Southwest salad which comes with a chunky piece of bourbon flavored salmon OMG...I HAD to google the place unfortunately there only here in GA. I'm contemplating going to buy another to take with me for later

Fresh To Order is amazing. In addition to including them in our lunch rotation at the office, I go there with friends and family often. Not only is the service amazing, the crispy tenders are incredible. The almond crusted chicken skewers, fresh vegetables and sweet mash are all big hits at the office! They catering staff as well as the onsite employees are extremely accommodating with any last minute changes as well as have a wide variety for the dietary restricted employees. From the amazing salads (Though all are very tasty, the Market is my personal favorite!) to the yummy panini's, you can't really go wrong when ordering Fresh To Order!

Let me start by saying that for 3 years this place was my favorite restaurant in Midtown. I live extremely close and would get quality, fast, healthy food from here at least once a week, sometimes more. However, in the last 6 months it is very evident that the restaurant had some sort of management change. The service has fallen off the map. I have had 5 instances of calling to order takeout (in non-busy times), being placed on hold for close to 5 minutes before I hung up. In the rare instances where I have been able to order, the portion sizes are small, the lettuce in the salads has been wilted, and the proteins have been rubbery. Obviously I am extremely disappointed as my once-favorite establishment is no longer tenable for me to order food from. And for the record, I started writing this when I got placed on hold, and believe it or not, I am still on hold.

I love the mission of this place. Good, hearty, fast and you can get a legit healthy meal if desired. I got the black bean burger on whole wheat flat bread! I got the sauce on the side and I didn't even need it by how well the burger tasted. Also swapped chips for a whole green apple cut in slices. Price may be a tad inflated in my personal opinion but the food is good.

Excellent fresh food. Bit fancier presentation than I needed. Sat outside on a beautiful day, which was good because the inside space was smokey. I ate the blue cheese fig salad and liked it.

Wow - really liked this place. Stumbled upon it for a very late lunch. Food was fresh, service was excellent. My wife and I both had half salads and soup. The food came out quickly and was excellent. Even though it was a "half salad" the portions were generous and very filling. They also had a number of electrical outlets near the tables for those needing to charge up a device. We'd definitely stop in again.

I've been to f2o probably a dozen or more times since moving to Atlanta. I pretty much only ever order the Asian salad and tomato bisque now (which are both amazing), but I've never had anything here that I've disliked. Prices are fair and the free 1 hr parking in the parking deck with validation is nice.

I hate to say it..Every time I've been I can say I've been disappointed in my meals... watered down/oily cream of mushroom soup ( which tiny bits of mushrooms in in) fatty steak pannini , which I ended up just scrapping the beef off and eating blue cheese and onions on bread. For options quick and healthy in midtown this may be one of only a couple spots but I'll pass from now on.

I really like the healthy offering as well as the former iced teas. I have almost all their salads. The only thing I don't like is that it can't be a bit smoky in the dining area. I usually take out or eat in the patio area. I will continue to come here and recommend to others

I have been to this location a few times. Most recently this past Thursday. Parking in the attached parking lot is pretty much required if you drive, but they validate your ticket for a hour (I believe). The food is always tasty and they have a large selection. I love that I do not have to order a sandwich or salad only. I normally get an entree with a side salad. They also have a large assortment of healthy snacks on the way to the register. My only complaint is there was only one cashier when we were in line. The line was moving pretty slow.

**Catering Review** I had F2O cater a 30 person lunch last week and it went SO Smoothly. I did notify the catering manager a few days in advanced about my specific order and she was fine with me placing it within 24 hours of the delivery. The restaurant was quick to provide me an invoice and suggestions. The delivery arrived on time and everything was labeled with each person's name. We did have a few minor issues, but nothing that was not fixed by the manager. As far as the food: I had the chicken Caesar Panini. It had a grilled chicken breast, Caesar dressing, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. The bread was nice and crispy and soft at the same time. The sandwich was refreshing. It came with a bag of chips and a large cookie. The chicken tenders and chicken skewers looked AMAZING too! The portion size is giant! Oh, the mushroom soup was delicious. I could have just eaten that and been happy. Overall, I would say that I am a fan and would recommend them for a catering event again.

I've passed by this place several times, but I didn't know what to make of it. I'm glad that my sig lives in Atlanta and can put me onto some of the spots around town. It took me a while to go through the menu because everything sounded rather tasty. I had the Waldorf Chicken Salad sandwich with a side Market salad, in which, I really enjoyed. I'll always be a fan of any restaurant that can make a great chicken salad with cranberries. I would definitely go back to taste a few more items to get a better feel for what they really have to offer.

Busy and a tad on the expensive side, but the food is great and healthy! You could do better at R. Thomas a little further south on Peachtree, but if this is closer it's not a bad option! I am going again today! See ya there for lunch!

I was so excited when Fresh 2 Order opened up at this location a few years back and my excitement remains strong to this day. I LOVE being able to order online and go pick up a huge, fresh, tasty salad when I don't feel like cooking (as opposed to ordering something unhealthy to be delivered). The soups are also incredible. The portion sizes are big for the price and I really enjoy the quality ingredients. The only minus is that I still have to wait in the ordering line with everyone else to pick up my to-go order. Alas, but it's worth the short wait!

Pretty good place. Nice presentation, good food. I got the salmon sandwich with grilled veggies on the side. I actually liked the veggies more than the sandwich hah. I may return to try something else, I like how healthy the menu is.

I really enjoyed the food here... the reason for the two stars is because of the service. The fellow at the counter who "helped" us through the menu was not very well versed on it. A plus is the fact that they sell beer.

  • Claudia R.

Love everything I've tried here: salads (with that yum little croissant), soups (please add more cream-free options, though), and the sandwiches. But the biggest surprise was the pizza - had an AMAZING pie with caramelized onions and julienned apple slices.

This place is always solid. Great food and healthy selections. It's probably more expensive than you would think, but it's REAL food as opposed to Mickey D's or somehting of that nature. Soups are all good, esp the Corn Chowder-yes, sir. Grilled chicken dinner also comes highly recommended via a very picky friend.

Some of the best wild mushroom soup I have ever eaten in my life. The salads and sandwiches are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The lemonade makes my mouth water with its mint and vanilla hints. I have no idea of the service during the week as we went on a Saturday afternoon around 2. It was very quiet and peaceful-- Christmas music was even softly playing in the background. I was so impressed with this place that I couldn't help but go back Monday evening for some more of that amazing mushroom soup. Give it a try.

I walked into f2o to pick up lunch one day to eat in my hotel room. When I came in they were not too busy and no line to speak of. I was handed a plastic menu which had a variety of salads and sandwiches. I decided to order the 1/2 soup and 1/2 salad, where I got the corn chowder and the market salad with chicken. The food was done very quickly less than 5 minutes. When I got back to the hotel, I saw that the salad was very haphazardly made, and it looked like they just kind of threw things on a plate so it wasn't visually pleasing but eh... as long as it tasted okay I didn't care. The salad was good, nothing too special. The fruit was pretty fresh The chicken was nice and warm and tender. The soup was a bit too seasoned that you loose the underlying flavor. Overall the food was okay, nothing too special but it was quick for those that don't have time to wait.

I went to F2O last night for dinner to pick up a meal for my sister who was sick. When they asked if all I wanted was mashed potatoes and soup, I told them that my sister had been sick and that was really all she was allowed to eat at the time. Without hesitation, the clerk completely voided my bill and gave me my food. It wasn't until this morning when I looked at my receipt that I saw how generous he had been. F2O has always been great with their to-go orders and their staff is always extremely friendly. Thanks, F2O!!

Another of my favorite lunch places. The Chicken Cesar panini is delicious as is the Tomato bisque soup. I usually get that combo. Recently had Sunday brunch there too. The made to order omelette was excellent.

Fresh2Order is my go-to lunch spot when I'm in Atlanta. The food is fresh, delicious, and affordable. My personal favorite item is the chicken caesar panini - the ciabatta bread is fantastic. Another reason I love this place is that avocado is a key menu item, and that is a selling point for me! For you social media savvy Yelpers out there, they also give discounts if you check in via Foursquare! A check in yields you 10% off, but if you happen to be the mayor you'll get 50% off. Awesome! {Side note, I'm not sure if this applies to all locations, or just the midtown location.} F2O is definitely a great lunch spot in Atlanta. For me, lunch runs only about $10 with a drink (and the Foursquare discount). Plus, parking is free for 1 hour in the Spire deck.

  • Drew D.

Very good restaurant. I love their sandwiches and salads for lunch, decent price, too. Spinach salad is great, but the chicken was really dry. Go for steak to top salads instead, but tell them to make the steak very rare. For dinner, the long plates are hit and miss. I would not recommend the ribs and they got rid of my favorite pecan crusted trout. But the blackened tilapia was good. Love the veggies frites. Service is pretty fast and the servers are very nice. A great idea for a healthy lunch or dinner. Free parking in the Spire building, too.

You absolutely cannot go wrong here. The food is delicious. If you are a mushroom person I highly recommend getting the cream of mushroom soup. I have never had better soup--and I have wasted many hours and many pounds of mushrooms trying to replicate it. I gave up!...whenever I have a craving you know where you will find me :) Fresh to Order has a decent ambiance. It is by no means an upscale restaurant, but it has consistently excellent service and food. The patio is a huge plus (Midtown Location). It is a great place to meet someone for a casual and light lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch (make sure to get the Mimosas!) I have been to so many cafes in Atlanta and none seem to meet up to the great value of fresh to order. LOVE IT! (I don't give 5 stars very often!--but F20 definitely earned it!)

  • Jenn D.

I don't eat in at f20 very often, usually only if someone else is driving. Mostly that's because I can't remember where the parking garage is... But my directionally challenged self aside, I LOVE the salads here. My favorite is the Asian salad, with the tuna addition. A close 2nd is the Spinach salad with the Unicorn Blood, I mean, raspberry dressing. No addition needed. These salads are so good that I definitely do not believe the calories reported on the nutritional information page on their website. I also love the way the Asian salad is presented on a long plate, making it look like the salad goes on *hushedwhisper*forever*. When we get f20 at the office (our collective favorite catered lunch) I usually try to taste a different sandwich quarter each time hoping for a new favorite, but they are all so amazing. Lots of them have avocado instead of mayo which is a big plus! YUM!

This place is a good, quick option for someone that doesn't want the normal fast food, but also can't take the time to sit down at a restaurant for lunch. I got a lunch with the Southwest Smokey Chicken Sandwich and a salad. It was no better or worse than something you'd get at Panera or a similar spot. I'd give this place 3 stars, but the staff was SUPER friendly to me and very helpful for an out-of-towner - so I bumped it up to 4 stars.

Get the salmon panini. you will love it. This seriously is the best sandwich I have had in the city. Not to mention I just live upstairs, so its SUPER convenient. They have great salads that are HUGE and you can have anything you want put on them. The staff is great, the patio is awesome too. I'm a fan.

ATL- I can't seem to get out of my "Meh" food rut...my past few reviews have been for average-below average. Love the concept of this place, but the salad & soup I got (Market salad, Chicken tortilla soup) were less than desired. Soup was extremely salty and was the *only* soup choice of 6 that was non-cream-based. Is this discrimination against the lactose intolerant?!? Anyway, the salad...covered in the other stuff (raisins, pecans, apples) and light on the actual lettuce, which was soggy, even with the dressing on the side. And just in case the meal was getting too healthy, there are butter-soaked croissants included as a side. I want to like this place- I'll have to go back and try something else...maybe the paninis.

    (2)
  • Henrik C.

This is a fairly recent addition to midtown. The style is a upscale fast food restaurant. They have a great set of paninis, sandwiches and salads. The quality of the food is good and fresh. The typical side salads are rich and plenty. The sandwishes are prepared to order and very fresh. They are brought to your table. The service is friendly. The ordering can be slow but otherwise OK. I have tried several of their paninis and they are very tasty. Great place for a fast lunch.

I love it. Atlanta really lacks in the "Deli" department as compared to other major cities. F2O satisfies my desire for a good sandwich, cup of soup, or salad. The staff is friendly, and the prices are fair.

Always thought it was poor choice for them to have Lay's chips. This place has some interesting stuff, why not have interesting chips? Menu and consistency is better than couple yrs. ago. Glad to have in neighborhood.

  • Lisa K.

Really liked this place from first off. I haven't given it any other second go's, but I really like the salads. Me and some friends stopped in really quick for lunch. One of my friends had ordered a sandwich, which ended up being a terrible disappointment according to him. The portion and sandwich itself looked kinda skimpy for what he paid. However, where they apparently lacked in sandwich they made up in salad and soup. So if you happen to be looking for soups and salads...~ well...~ =]

  • Kenneth N.

I haven't had any complaints on my return visits. The mushroom soup is great. The salads are always good. The other day, I debated if I should get the cream corn soup. After debating a while, I ordered it. I was expecting a rather plain tasting soup, but to my surprise (and happiness) they really punch it up with spices. It was excellent.

I've been going here a lot lately so I guess I must like it. I always get salads. They have very good salads that always seem to hit the spot. They're huge and they come with your choice of dressing. You can also add a protein and they offer several chicken options, salmon, steak, tofu and shrimp. The salads are pretty reasonably priced, especially for the amount of salad you get. I can easily make a salad into two meals. I had the salmon panino one time and it was good but I like the salads better. The salads also come with this little slightly sweet croissant that's pretty tasty. The staff is friendly and the online ordering system for takeout is a breeze. I am very happy that f2o is so conveniently located to me.

  • Kristin K.

For a junk food junkie, I really liked this place. Their market salad was fresh and actually filling. A really great balance of sweet and seasonings. It was a little on the pricey side, but I think it was worth it. The staff is also really helpful and likes to have fun.

Ooooh yeah, I like this place! It was icky and kind of cold and rainy and my mom and I were in the need of something tasty in between apartment appointments. f2o was the perfect spot, with a large selection of soups, salads, and sammiches. The tomato basil soup was very very good: super creamy and fresh. The asian salad was also great.... I would order both again in a heartbeat. The service was friendly and obviously appreciated our business. The atmosphere of the place is also very nice, kind of like an amped up Panera.... in a good way. Trust me, you likey!

  • Jill G.

I live right above this place so its most often my go to for quick delish dinner. I've never had a bad thing here and they are always willing to accommodate special requests (no pecans, no cheese, different dressing... Etc). My favorite thing on the menu is probably the club salad w/ steak and the lemonade is so amazing I find myself craving it! The service is always great too. Sometimes I feel like it is a little expensive for the style of restaurant it is but the food then always reminds me it is so worth the price. I always feel so much better putting Fresh To Order in my body over some greasy burger.

I am really glad I don't live inside the Spire highrise because this place being below it is not good for my wallet. Fresh to Order is delicious. I love coming here. It is feel good food in a good way. Their menu is amazing. They have a great selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. The parking is generous. The Spire parking deck is free from 0-1 hour which is definitely enough time to grub and take a hike!

Not too bad for a healthy alternative for a hectic lunch hour! I'm so thank full that there is something located right around the corner (literally) under the Spire building in which I work. Staff and service is fairly quick here, however, beware, at lunch time the line can seriously circle around the joint and out through the door. Kudos for them for offering up to an hour free in parking (parking is in the back of the Spire building). However, I think they should up it to at least 1-1/2 hours free since you'll stand in line for a good 10-15 minutes at lunch.

I visited the location in Midtown for lunch take-out. I ordered the club salad with calamari on the side. It was amazing. The salad is over the top, plenty of everything. A great way to feel full but healthy during your lunch hour. The calamari was the best I've tasted in Atlanta. The ONLY drawback for me is that in my bowl of calamari a whole little squid had found it's way in the bunch. Now I know calamari is squid, but at least it looks nothing like it once the tentacles are taken off, breaded, and fried. Other than that, can't wait to go back!

The food is pretty good. A little over-priced but people will pay b/c its supposedly "healthy." My problem: PLEASE DO NOT cut the sandwich after you wrap it in foil. When you do that pieces of foil will be all over the food. I don't want to eat foil.

My first f20 experience was at lunch yesterday, and I was pretty impressed. I went with my group from work as it was my turn to choose a lunch spot and I was feeling the need for something light, healthy and green. I had the Mediterranean salad with the almond-crusted tuna. It was delicious! The tuna is served rare by default, and my only complaint is that this is the only time I've ever been served rare tuna and not been warned in some way (by either the menu or the person I ordered from). I happen to love rare tuna, but I assume that there are other people who might be unpleasantly surprised. Other than that, I have NO complaints. The salad was tasty, freaking HUGE and not drowned in dressing... it had the perfect amount (enough for taste, but not sopping wet). The line to order food was really long (almost to the door), but it moved pretty quickly. Despite the restaurant being rather packed (it was prime lunch rush time when we arrived), our food did come out pretty quickly. Everything ordered by my co-workers looked DELICIOUS, including a wild mushroom soup that I will definitely be trying on a future visit. The only complaint I heard was from one of my co-workers who ordered the Club salad with fried chicken pieces on top. He said the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in the same oil as fish. I'm just warning you. Overall, I enjoyed my salad, the ambiance was reasonable and I'd happily go back for another visit.

After my last review, I got a coupon to try Fresh2Order again. We went at lunch time on Saturday and I got the chicken BLT panini - it was awesome! The grilled chicken didn't have any weird grisly pieces and the meal came out very quickly even through they were busy. Old review I got the Tenderloins Of Chicken platter (chicken fingers) and it came out on the cold side and the breading didn't really stick to the chicken (not that I wanted to eat it at that point). We were the only ones there so I don't really understand what happened. My husband liked his salad, so I would recommend one of those.

One of the many ways to my heart is through an exceptional salad...accompany that with an equally tasty sandwich and you've got yourself a really happy girl! I first dined on a "F2O" meal while at a lunch meeting for work. Delicious, but given that the food had been pre-ordered by my office I took what was given to me without a choice. They had prepared a little "lunchbox" per say which included the following, YUMMY sammmmich, regular chips, and a delicious super over sized (try to have just one bite... I bet you can't) cookie. After having eaten this lunchbox meal I knew that F2O and I were in for a new relationship of much much love. My now staple meal at F2O is the Chopped Salad with all of it's little chunks of lettuce, the smothering of crisp bacon, mouth watering Gorgonzola cheese, scallions, and fresh tomatoes. AND... The Chicken Tender Sandwich. This really is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The bread is nice and crusty but not hard to bite into. The chicken tenders are seasoned and cooked better than any I've ever experienced. They have delicious mint flavored lemonade and their soups are pretty steller as well. I can not say enough about how much I love F20, just thinking about it makes my mouth salivate! ** The only downfall is that it is a little on the pricey side for a Sandwich and Salad. However, it is possible to order a 1/2 Sandwich and 1/2 Salad... but, who would want only half when the food is this good???? :-) Eat Here! You won't be dissatisfied!

This place has the three aspects of dining out that I love most: quality ingredients, decently priced, and very friendly service! I recommend this to anyone looking for something quick yet tasty that doesn't clog your arteries.

I use this place as a super convenient take out (I happen to live next door). Most of the time I'm picking up their salads to take back home. The salads are fresh, the meat is tasty. However it's pricey. The place is a glorified cafe, where you order at a counter and the staff brings it to you. One downside was the wine selection. They advertise a pair of White wines for $12, and I thought that could be a real diamond in the rough. Instead you get what you pay for :( The wine was very bitter, and cheap. Pluses: Good salads, fresh (like the name!) minuses: bad wine, expensive dishes Overall: a good place that's a half step up from the neighborhood sandwich shops nearby, but not quite a "restaurant" like the other places around.

Where have you been all my life? No exaggerating... Seriously though I really enjoy the tasty yet healthy options of F2O I have had the salmon panini numerous times ,but recently decided to go the salad route.. Now what I liked is the side order options each with different types of dressings to compliment. I had a salad with the tuna steak so 6 bucks for salad with 5 add'l for the tuna. Big hearty portion, quick service and you tip,but like two/three bucks and it beats most claimed 4-5 star restaurants. So in the mood for healthy, casual and comfy quick service. Heres where to go! Now eating healthy is never cheap nowadays but this place gives yr moneys worth :) Good lunch spot :-) Would not go all the time, but when you need tasty/healthy food without the need for subway/deli option I also like little azios salmon panini, but half the time forget to mention no bacon and its a buck more and equivalent distance

I have finally found a place that consistantly has really great salads - and a large variety at that. I usually get the Spinach Peach Salad with grilled chicken and the raspberry vinaigrette - it is a huge salad covered in FRESH fruit and sliced almonds (I think) and comes with a yummy little croissant on the side. They have regular plates that all look good, but I just can't go there and not get a salad. They also offer salmon, steak and even calamari as toppings. The service is super fast if you are eating there. Sometimes I get it to go for lunch, but I would recommend calling ahead or ordering online before you come to save time. It's a shame that there isn't one closer to Buckhead - with the construction all over Midtown, it can be a pain to get to from other parts of the city - but I find it worth the drive every time.

Great spot in Midtown. I go here when I wanna grab something quick to eat but don't want fast food. They have lots of wraps/paninis....etc. Lots of options for people who like healthier foods. The wait can be awhile sometimes as its a crowded place. also the food is better than fast food so it takes a little while to be prepared (10mins max). save yourself some time and order online. Then when you show up cut straight to the 3rd register in the back left(that never has a line) and just pay and pick up your food. also free 1hr parking in the spire parking structure.

I recently tried F20 for the first time and left unimpressed. I had a Chicken BLT sandwich and it was not good. Afterward, it even made me sick. However, I will try them again because I have been told they do have good salads. On a positive note, on Sunday's they have bottomless Mimosa's for $1.99. Now that you can't beat! :)

I used this location to order food for the meeting. Pro - the menu is amazing and the food we had was so DELICIOUS! The cashier/server helped me with my large, stressful, complicated last minute order that I came to pick up...making sure I had everything that I needed and when I forgot to get something...can't remember what it was....he ran back in to grab it and he also helped me out to my car. Con - they need to step it up with the catering options. It should be as simple as a phone call. They have a $100 minimum to deliver and we are right around the corner. For an office like us, they should take even $50 dollar orders because they could make $400 a month from us alone. Plus, they have to have all this notice bla bla bla....I get it...they are super busy, but if they could be on point with the catering like Highland Bakery (they take last minute orders and are much more convienient with catering order options, etc.), they would make some serious money from my company. All in all...the salad that I had as well as our staff....was the bomb and we couldn't stop talking about it.

This is pretty good for fast food. Something different as a lunch option that is somewhat healthy. I typically get the Bourbon Filet Steak, I would say it's a better option than Ronald McDonald. But speaking of Ronald McDonald, I stopped going to f20 because there is a creepy guy that works there (as a manager or something) that looks like a molester, a peeping tom, or a serial killer. I didn't quite figure out which one he was and didn't really want to. One day, they screwed up our order and he lurched up to us and magically waved his hand over a tiny piece of chocolate (abracadabra) and moaned: "you come back now and let me know how this delicious piece of chocolate is". Did he really have to throw in the word delicious? That made it even creepier. No thanks. Next thing you know we are hallucinating and he is trailing us back to the condo for us to find out what he really is. Sandy Springs here I come!

This place mastered the almond crusted _____. The chicken, trout, tuna, etc, all great. They are known for their salads but I love their entrees and their sweet potato mash. Also, on any salad is the most wonderful croissant.

You know, it never looks busy when I drive by, but lunch was SLAMMED! I was oh so pleasantly surprised. I had the Tuna Burger, Creme Soda and upgraded to the corn and nut side. It was really, really good! I took my family back there for dinner the next day - - my daughter had mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, carrot sticks and a lollipop! It came on a great long plate, very stylish and there is outdoor seating. I'm a huge fan now - can't believe I've been passing it for years.

I work at 754 Peachtree, f2O is at 860 Peachtree. Woooo-hoooo! for walking distance! I walk pass this place often on my way to Firehouse Subs or Vortex for lunch. Nothing about the outside of this place attracted me to venture inside. It just looked like a hipster spot with bland food. One afternoon as I was walking back from lunch, I ducked inside to grab a take-out menu and the smell of the food grabbed me by the nostrils and wouldn't let go. I found myself just standing there looking at the food, the people enjoying the food and the overall feel of the place. Yes, it's hipster'ish but I was intrigued by what I saw and smelled. The very next day I gave them a try. OK, I was wrong about the place...shoot me!. The salads are huge, the food IS good...and oh did I mention.... IT'S IN WALKING DISTANCE...wooo-hooo!

Good food, good atmosphere, good location. Ingredients are high quality and the food is tasty. Great place to pick up take out as well as get a good lunch. I like to pick up a salad on the way to Screen on the Green in Piedmont. It would be five stars, but I just wish the sandwiches weren't so mayo-ey... They drench their sandwiches in creamy sauces, which taste good but definitely are overkill. So even though it's fresh, that doesn't necessarily mean healthy.

  • TheEatist K.

It's okay and a bit pricey. I thought the awesome salad I ordered would be everything I imagined. Instead, it became a death trap!! What is with these restaurants not honestly disclosing the actual ingredients in their food? Are they just so damn clueless that they WANT a lawsuit from a dead person's family? As someone who is deathly allergic to Brazil nuts (who the heck actually eats these things anyway?) - I was terrified when the salad I ordered, that should have only contained pecans and walnuts, HAD A GIANT Brazil nut in it. I had this happen TWICE!!!!!!!! Even after I called the manager who apologized profusely and said he understood because his daughter has nut allergies as well and he would address the issue. The idiots were dumping "mixed nuts" onto the salads...most certainly NOT matching up with the ingredients listed on the menu. Frightening. The breakfast brunch is okay, but you can only make one visit so you have to pile up your plate like a big fat pig on the first round....

Today was my second time at this popular Midtown eatery. I had Caesar Salad with blackened chicken. Delicious! I'm experiencing firsthand what so many others have told me about Fresh to Order - great, fresh food. And the service is noteworthy. Kudos. I'll be back.

This very popular midtown lunch spot gets crowded fast around noon, so if you are planning on going here, make sure you either plan for some extra time, or get there a little early. There is a fair amount of indoor seating plus an outdoor patio. On hot days, the indoor seating fills up fast. They have great salads, the Asian salad with Tuna is my personal favorite, and the food is fresh as the name promises and delicious. While I have not tried the sandwiches, my lunch companion complained that there wasn't as much meat in the sandwich as he would like. Overall, it's good solid food. The staff seem very committed to customer service, and we have had a meal comped by the manager when it took only a few extra moments to get it to our table.

Well looky here, a trendy new "healthy" style salad/sandwich cafe in the heart of Midtown. For a couple of bucks more than the average Quick Serve restaurant you get high quality salads, sandwiches, and more. I like it. It's located in the Spire building in atlanta, and parking is one hour free in their garage. Kind of a nit-picky thing to notice but the salads are served on long, rectangular shped plates that look sort of silly. They also make the salad look like a larger portion than a plain old round plate or bowl, ahhhhh the glory of visual perception. It looks like other franchised locations are planned for the Atlanta market.

Best salads ever. I'm not even a salad person, and their salads are amazing. Great entrees, too. The pork with sweet potato mash is so good. Can't go wrong with this place. Seating can be a bit tough over the lunch hour, but the crowd moves pretty fast, so within a few minutes you can normally find a place to sit.

Delicious and Fresh to Order! I can only speak for the Duluth (I believe) location but this place is quite tasty! Currently loving the tomato/mozzerella sandwich. The grits are the stuff!!! Would recommend. Not the cheapest lunch but definitely worth the treat.

I stopped in here in for lunch in between classes one day this past week just to pick up a sandwich and go. I was a bit pressed for time, but my food was ready to go in under ten minutes. The place was packed too since it was the rush hour for lunch. Anyway, the salmon panini here is delicious! My intestines are intolerant of heavy wheat, so I got my sandwich on ciabatta bread since that was the only other bread option. I thought I was going to end up eating a giant salmon cracker, but the tarragon aioli and corn relish did wonders. I was eating it in the middle of lecture, and I know people could see (and smell) me eating it, but the taste was worth the stares. I'll definitely be coming back.

Some lubbers what once employed your dear Captain's services suggested that we meet at this giddy little moment of freshocity (aka, freshacanescence (ie, freshitudinalnessequitocity)) this past Friday. I complied, as I am wont to do do when someone says "we can check out the hot chicks who work in the area while we eat". Upon my arrival on the scene I spied a windblown placard on the street corner what pointed toward an entrance to the skinny little building. "Free 1 Hour Parking" it said (via writing, not actual speech-type language mind you.. this ain't Japanaroo). So I aimed my autocarriage down 7th street and up into the innards of that wafter-thin castle. I especially delighted in the ticket-spewing, arm-raising entrance/exit robots and would (seriously, no joke) like to add one to my wish list for my own dream home.... you should see the plans for THAT sometime kiddies.... but on with this review. Parking? Easy. Restaurant? Hard to miss. Getting there at 11:30am? Fairly brilliant. It packed in toward noon. Menu selection? Nice variety. Prices? Industry standarrrrd. Service? Prompt. Staff? Friendly. Questions? Answers. I (naturally) had the Bourbon Filet Steak Panini, which features (per their own description) Savory Tender Steak, Roasted Peppers, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Caramelized Onions, Baby Greens, Horseradish Aioli. I once knew a wench who had half-dollar aiolis and she liked to.... oh yeah... the review... The sandwich was great, I enjoyed it. Now it DID have a small bit that was too rare, so I put that aside as a tribute to Ralph, god of uncooked meat. Were I to find myself again at Fresh To Order I'd probably go for the Asian Salad, it looked fantastic on that yard-long platter.

I live across the street from this place, and it is my favorite lunch place in walking distance! I have eaten here more than I can count, and never once have I been even slightly disappointed. I always get a salad (the Spinach Peach with grilled chicken is my favorite), and they are beautiful and perfectly portioned. Their goal is to provide gourmet food at reasonable prices in under 10 minutes, and they definitely deliver. I've ordered catering and boxed business lunches, and the caterer was very friendly and helpful. My friends and family rave about the salmon panini, and I've also heard great things about the southwest salad. The long plates look great, too, and the prices are hard to beat for the speed and quality you're getting. FYI: They have convenient online ordering, too.

I have been here three times already for lunch and I plan to come back many, many more times. It's hard to find a place that consistently does great salads, so I'm very happy to discover F2O. They feature about 7-8 different types of basic salads, and then you choose what meat and dressing you want with your salad. I have tried three different salads, and while they've all been very tasty, I preferred the Club salad. The chicken, the salmon and the steak are all excellent meat choices. I have not had the fried chicken topping, but I've heard it's very good. Also- I ordered the tomato soup the first day and it was really, really good. I'll definitely order it again.

I like coming to Fresh To Order because they have quick healthy meal options. Their salads are very good. I recently came to Sunday brunch here and it is very very good. You wouldn't really know that they have all that going on on Sundays. Sunday brunch here is buffet style and they have an omelet station, made to order Belgian waffles, grits, bacon, turkey sausage and a whole bunch of other things. Also, the mimosas are only $2.99! The cost of the brunch is affordable as well. Everything I ate at brunch tasted great. Come for brunch!

DELICIOUSSSS!! Even though this place is a chain, it has amazed me every time. I've never actually ate in (I always get my food to go) but the service at the front never disappoints either. Even when the place is super busy, I'm happily greeted the moment I walk in and my food is ready to go, fresh and fast! I recommend the salmon panini with huge slices of avocado. Seriously one of my favorite sandwiches! And their salads are to die for! I don't think you could order anything bad here...

f2o is one of my favorite lunch spots, but unfortunately I recently moved jobs and can no longer go there on lunch. Fortunately I live around the corner so I still order takeout for dinner quite often. The grilled chicken and chicken tenderloin paninis are good and the market and southwest salads are quite tasty (this coming form someone who doesn't eat many salads), but my favorite are the Almond Rosemary Crusted Chicken Skewers - either as an entree or as an add-on to a salad

  • Helen H.

mmm the tomato bisque here = amazing. so is the spinach salad with skirt steak YUM. the food here is all in all great, you really can't go wrong whatever you order - the little sweatened croissant you get with your food is possibly the best croissant i've ever had EVER. but i'm skeptical about how "healthy" it is b/c even though it's soups, salads, paninis, it still tastes very HEAVY and you still walk out of the place smelling like grease. i feel like these salads are the type that like have as many calories as a big mac. and just the fact that you get a buttery sweetened croissant vs. artisan bread or something should be a clue about f2o's priorities. very deceiving. also, the wait is very long during peak hours, prices are a little above average for sandwiches/soups but.... there is free wireless, service is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and spiffy-looking

I wanted a light lunch so my friend suggested this place for salads. Per his and the menu's recommendation, I opted for the 1/2 Spinach Salad with chicken (spinach, strawberries, blue cheese crumbles, golden raisins, and almonds with raspberry vinaigrette) and 1/2 mushroom soup. I'm not a fan of blue cheese, so I ordered the salad sans cheese. The salad was amazing! All of the ingredients tasted very fresh and the size was just right. I don't like how a lot of places serve supersize salads, which negates the entire healthy factor of a salad. The raspberry vinaigrette was one of the better raspberry vinaigrettes I've had - sweet and not too tart. The mushroom soup was actually not that great. It was a little too watery for my taste, but the salad made up for the slack. My friend ordered the Almond Chicken Skewers, which were extremely delicious. The chicken was very lightly coated and fried so you didn't feel like you were eating greasy chicken tenders. What really made the dish though was the side of sweet mashed potatoes. I love sweet potatoes in any form, and sweet mashed potatoes are an ace in my book.

I expect places like f2o to disappoint. Chain restaurants with standardized menus just do not float my boat. f2o continues to amaze me. Every item I've tried on the menu is delicious. I'm now eating here once a week for lunch. It's cheap and you get excellent food. The pork panini is awesome with the sweet potato aioli!!!!!! The Asian salad is also a favorite. Salads are large and like 6 bucks. Add meat and it's about 10, but still a good deal! Other chains could learn something from f2o.

WOW!!!! Exhausted from my walk from work, I finally made it here to f2o Fresh To Order establishment today for the first time. Having already read the online menu before the long walk, I drooled over which meat I was going to add to my salad. I ordered the 1/2 World Famous Wedge Salad with Corn Chowder as my soup. Meat topping I selected was Burboun Steak. I must say this is a great lunch for under $20!!! The salad was fresh and soup very delicious!!! I also enjoyed the crossiant roll that comes with it. Drink was Fiji. Normally I'd get sweet tea but it's water for me today. The inside is a beautiful zen-like settings that just puts one at ease although it is slightly cramped. I think it offers wifi too! I really enjoyed relaxing near the window watching pedestrians go by. If you haven't eating here yet, you must give it a try. Although, I do wish f2o have more dessert options than giant cookies. Also, is there any way pretty, pretty please can you deliver during lunch hours as most of us are gone from work by 5ish.

This is a great place for a quick lunch. I have never waited more than five minutes for an order. Also, parking is free at the Spire deck if you stay less than an hour. Their meals are a great proportion and healthy. Expect to pay $10 with a drink, more if you add the seared tuna to your salad. My favorite dish is the Asian Salad with seared tofu. Their lemonade and flavored iced tea are also "must try." OH! I also enjoy their chocolate selection. They have premium brands from around the world, many with 70% cocoa content. My favorite is a brand from Russia. It's cocoa content is high, but it is still creamy in texture; something that a lot of bars lack.

  • Valentina V.

Yes, yes, yes! I agree, I agree, I agree with everybody else's reviews! Salads are huge AND fresh (I absolutely adore when a marketing promise is fulfilled!) their seared tuna is oh-que-rico! and their soups are mini booth camps for sad-and-hungry souls! I love this place. I love to go with on "virtual" dates with Ryan, when I'm in Atlanta and he is in Seattle. He comes with me (on the phone) and I order their delicious corn chowder (that comes with that little piece of heaven they call croissant,) and suddenly those 2,694 miles between his home and mine aren't that long...I also like to go with my friend Jason (after class) and see how he's delighted with the sandwiches...yes, he even told me the last one he had (avocado inside) was one of the best he has had in his life! It's also a great place to meet up the girlfriends, and have a casual lunch...light food and cool-midtown location, anything better for those wanting to feel a little sex-and-the-city-for-less in the ATL? The only downside is that the place is very loud when packed, which is usually what happens during peak hours. For people with low tolerance for noise and crowds, take out is a great option. I have never been able to use the outdoor seating area because for some crazy reason, it always rains when I go to F2O! LOL! Although the parking hasn't been a problem for me, it's a bit complicated. But the place is nice and there is a great view of Midtown from the restaurant. It's a really cool place, where staff is super nice, and helpful.

My sisters and I visited on a Sunday evening. We all placed our orders for various 1/2 combos and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very fresh and took no time to arrive to the table. I order the Spinach Salad with steak and the tomato soup. The salad was so fresh and the tomato soup was good as well. The only thing I wish they would add to the menu was dessert. They had a few cupcakes but a nice piece of cake would have been nice. I will be back.

Definitely a step up from the likes of Doc Green's, Fresh to Order is a good option for a quick salad or sandwich that's healthy and made with good ingredients. Clean and efficient, if not exactly brimming with character. The portions are nice and big, regardless of their presentation on long rectangular plates. I had the chop wedge salad with scallions and bacon. I also managed to beg a couple of bites of the salmon panini (it had a great creamy sauce with tarragon), I think I'll go with a sandwich on my next visit. Fresh to Order also has a brunch option on the weekend with an omelet/waffle chef cooking your orders. You can't make unlimited trips through the brunch line, but it's a good deal for the one shot through the line.

Love this place! I'm a sucker for the market salad w/ grilled chicken and raspberry vinegrette dressing. I have also had the grilled salmon long plate w/ garlic mashed potatoes. It was fantastic! The almond chicken skewers added to any salad are also very tasty. You can't go wrong with F2O.

I love this place for lunch, and come here quite often during the work week for about 7 years. I even have the frequent punch card and replenish it quite often as well as I am signed up for their daily/weekly emails. I just recently had a birthday and it took me off guard that the birthday "free" lunch had changed YET AGAIN! A few years back it was a free lunch on your birthday month, then it was down to buy one get one half off on your birthday month and when I showed up with the email I thought was a free lunch during my birthday month, it had change AGAIN to only a free lunch ON YOUR BIRTHDAY. I can't believe I went two days after, to celebrate with a co-worker and they wouldn't let me use it. I understand that it isn't what the email said, but when you frequent a restaurant, you even recognize the cashier and were only two days after...it just threw me. You need to get your birthday program together and stick with it so it doesn't change EVERY year...and not to help the customer! It really made me second think this restaurant and their service to their clients.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place open past 6pm during the week, so my friend and I ditched our plans to go to another place where we had a Scoutmob coupon and dined here instead. Great idea. I saw the size of the full plates, so I ordered prudently. A half bowl of wild mushroom soup and a grit cake side were more than plenty for me, and my friend had an Asian salad that was huge. The chicken was so tender she thought it wasn't cooked enough (how rare is that, no pun intended?) and my grit cake was twice the thickness of a hockey puck, browned on the outside and ooey-gooey on the inside. With the soup as a gravy, it was perfect. Only drawback is that one has to ask for condiments of all sorts-there's no s&p on the tables, or hot sauce, and the staff flies by with deliveries to tables. Kinda like trying to flag a taxi in town on a Saturday night. Sitting in the window seats provided a good site seeing place...the outside tables were jammed. All in all a great place to have a lite bite and see the sites!

So I've only been here once but the food that I ordered (Asian salad with a side of mac and cheese) was bland. The mac and cheese was basically like easy mac :( and the food was not as fresh as the name suggests. I was disappointed to say the least bc I had herd good reviews about this place. Apparently the sandwiches are better but just don't order the Asian salad or the mac and cheese.

Very healthy, fresh, plus you get a lollipop! How can you beat that. I have to agree with Oyinkan B. that the vegetable sandwich is awesome as well as the Salmon one. Quick, friendly, and attentive service. Their citrus flavored sweet tea is great for a hot day too. Lots of alternatives and sides.

Fresh 2 Order (iIwent to the Sandy Springs one) I have now eaten here again...during rush hour lunch...both my ahi tuna asian salad and my friend's salad wher great, fresh, good quality lettuce and ingrediants...flavorful tuna, superb dressing, warm flaky crosissanty thing included...all this...to go! They get another star for consistency -------------------------------------------- Original Review I ordered dinner for a late night meeting from this place the other night. I was really impressed by the food. I was also really impressed by the online ordering system, which turns out didn't work, but the food was really reasonable in price. The flavor and quality of the meals were very impressive for a mid-level restaurant/food I got to go. All six of the meals, including a southwestern salad, Mediterranean salad, calamari long plate with wheatberry rice, chicken tenderloin panini and two club salads received favorable reviews. And all of the meals where prepared with fresh ingredients with healthy techniques. I will order from them again. I believe they have several locations around town. I give them a ***, but watch out for the online order! Follow up on it!

It's a real shame that the food is so good here but I won't ever be returning because the employees are very insensitive to people with any sort of allergy; be it life threatening or just a discomforting allergy. The two times I've been here, I've gotten the same man at the register and when I ask him if something has dairy in it, his attitude and response makes me lose my appetite. He shouldn't be the first impression of a restaurant if he can't be compassionate towards people's dietary restrictions. It's hard enough going out to eat and not seeing your food actually prepared but when you give the customer a hard time about it when having an allergy isn't even their fault, you are being a real jerk. Yesterday, my best friend, who is highly allergic to tree nuts, told the woman at the register "no almonds" twice yet her meal was brought to her with almonds. She eventually talked to the manager who scolded my friend for how to handle her allergies, gave her a new salad and $10 in vouchers. My friend ended up having an allergic reaction and had to leave work and go home for the day. This incident compiled with my other two experiences convinced me that I will never be returning to this establishment ever again and I really hope they start taking food allergies more seriously or they could end up killing somebody for their carelessness. I guess only eat here if you are not allergic to anything.

This casual gourmet style lunch spot offers great views of the midtown skyline at its Peachtree location. The corner offers space for two dozen outdoor tables and umbrellas for hungry business folks to dine under or people walking by wanting something light to dine on in the middle of the day. As you order your grilled vegetable panini sandwich with zucchini and squash, avocados, and feta with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette at the front counter, you are tempted to buy a bar of imported Belgian chocolate or a tin canister of flavored mints. They deliver it to your seat when it's fresh in just a few minutes. Hence the name Fresh To Order.

This is more of a 4.5 star review, but I'll round up since I really really like f2o. I've been several times for lunch. No complaints at all, but I feel like this place would be absolutely fantastic with just a few small changes. All of the food I've had has been delicious. Especially the soup. Very well seasoned and always fresh tasting. I'm a fan of the corn chowder and I'll definitely be trying some of the others soon. The salad menu has plenty of variety since you can choose from several different salads, a handful of dressings, and you can opt to add protein. (I have my eye on the grilled shrimp.) I just wish the soup and sandwich menu had a similar level of variety. Don't get me wrong, everything's really good already, I just feel like a few more items or some rotating daily soups/sandwiches would really take it to the next level. Either way, I could eat a half salad and corn chowder all day and I'll definitely continue to return for lunch.

The freshest salads Atlanta has to offer. The prices are great and the food is excellent. They have the very best caesar salads, in my opinion. The sandwiches and soups are good too! Portions are great size. I love the honey croissants. F2O is never really packed so you can order pretty quickly. The employees are super friendly. If its your first time here, do the half soup half salad deal, you can't go wrong.
