The salmon panini, tuna burger, salads and soups keep me coming back here. The service is a bit slow but they are courteous. this particular location is located with Cumberland Mall on the side facing Costco which can make parking a nightmare. They have a few "to-go" parking spots but these are usually occupied. The fast and fresh meals make the parking headache worth it.

Every time I come here, I have to wait at least 20 minutes for my food! I even ordered online to pick it up at 12:30pm. I didn't get my order until 1:06pm. Ridiculous. I thought my food was supposed to be READY at 12:30. I probably won't be back here. It's just not worth the wait for a soup and salad.

hy haven't I been here before? This Fresh to Order or F2O is the Cumberland Mall location. I used to work in this mall but never visited this place. Why haven't I been here before? Drew and I were in the mall to get a battery for his watch. By the way--I hate the mall. I wandered downstairs and of course went shoe shopping. Right across the way is this bright, casual restaurant. I went in got a menu and I was all in from there. I wasn't really hungry so I ordered two appetizers--the calamari and the chicken wild mushroom. Both were cooked to perfection. The service was great. The cashier was very helpful in assisting me to make a selection. Drew enjoyed it as well. From now on, I'm skipping the food court and that deli at the other end of the mall. I'm all in. Why haven't I been here before?

These bastards are so cool! And they dealt with all my nutritional questions ...and they actually have fresh soup no defroster baggies!! Ugh Now to the food..... Forget the food the stupid cook puts a germ infested piece of paper UNDERNEATH my sandwich...not even wrapped in something to protect all the germs from my digestive system, with his phone number on it! Tells me to text him and next time my $7 sandwich is free...ummm that's like adolescent prostitution if I'm not mistaken...tf I look like being awed by this? Seriously? No never will that work on a woman...maybe a middle schooler...seriously my dude... I'm still giving three stars because this healthy alternative eating is so necessary! Because other than that idiot, everybody else was so kind,so professional, and menu options are beyond pleasing to any foodie...or picky eater...

First time at Fresh to Order on Monday for lunch and wasn't that impressed. The staff was very friendly, but the place is very noisy. I had the Grilled Chicken BLT, which tasted good but was extremely soggy. The Panini was soaked to point of when I took the paper off, it created a small puddle on the plate.....I finally gave up on trying to hold it and finished it off by using a fork....at least it tasted good, but disappointed in the over all appearance. However, along side the BLT I had the smashed sweat potatoes, which was awesome.

F2O is fast casual dining so you'll order your food at the counter, collect your number and have your food delivered. They also serve wine, which is always awesome. Overall everything was fine...nothing spectacularly good or bad. My cashier was a bit abrupt, reminded me of when you've been at work all day and you're ready to go, and every customer has been a pain so you assume everyone is a pain. The food came quickly, it was hot and my salmon was cooked well. I order Coconut Curry Salmon. It comes with a reasonably sized piece of salmon over mixed greens with a side of wheatberry rice and toasted ciabatta. The curry sauce was salty. Once I mixed it with the wheatberry rice it seemed less so, but I wouldn't attempt to enjoy it alone. It was quite filling and the space is inviting. I would eat here again if I were at the mall looking for a quick bite to eat that wouldn't put more sadness on my hips.

Driving by the Costco in the Cumberland Mall found me face to face in front Fresh To Order restaurant. Given that I had a AAA experience at their downtown location; I thought I would check it out for A quick late lunch. Just like its chain's formula, the casual understated yet Modern decor leads you to the counter where you see an open kitchen with grilling flames popping underneath the "Fine Food Fast" lettering on the ceiling bulkhead. I ordered the 1/2 salad and soup combination and indulged in the mojito raspberry lemonade from The beverage station. The homemade soup was piping hot and fresh; the salad was a wow wow wow one with grapes, almonds, feta, olives etc With a made-on-site lemon and herb vinaigrette. I doubled the protein on it by having it with extra flame grilled chicken and steak. The steak was cooked to perfection and ultra tender; yes! "Fine food fast" clearly describes the awesome concept that is "Fresh to order" and this Cumberland Mall location is no exception; bravo F2O!!!

I absolutely love Fresh To Order. I always get their Almond Chicken Skewers and Mac & Cheese. The food is always fresh, tasty and they bring it out pretty fast. And if I'm not mistaken, when I went last year they had a really good flavored lemonade. When I was most recently there last week, the manager made sure he came by, asked how everything was and thanked us for coming. Restaurants do not realize how important this is and how much of a difference it makes, especially when they're not coming by due to a complaint. Makes the customer feel truly valued!!!

If you're tired of processed, fried food; give Fresh to Order a try. The choices of soups, salads, sandwiches and meats are a great change of pace. The portions are just right and what you need. I love that I don't leave feeling overly full and sluggish. The other highlight are the choices of fresh and different teas to choose from. Mango, Mint/Ginger, etc. tea. They are great! Oh and don't forget the croissant with a hint of honey!!!!! Great place for lunch with your co-workers.

In a world overrun by fast food and other, equally unhealthy, options for those of us looking for a quick bite to eat between more fabulous obligations, Fresh To Order is out there, filling a unique niche. The prices are in line with a Panera, but the food is as good or better. I've been a few times now, and have never been disappointed with the speed, service, or food. This is one of those places where you line up, order at the counter, and then get your own drink situation under control before finding your own seat. Servers identify you by a number you place on the table, and don't really stop by to see how you're doing or offer refills. My feeling is the gratuity (which you're asked to make upon ordering) is for the bussers, so I tend to skip tipping up front and just leave a couple of bucks on the table. The plates are long and rectangular rather than round, which is kind of a neat touch. I am a particular fan of the Southwest Salad with the bourbon salmon add-on. It's freaking delicious. All the salad ingredients are very fresh and the fish is delicious, with just the right amount of sauce. Best of all, I think you could probably order just about anything off the menu and not feel terribly guilty about the indulgence. (That said, there are some cookies and other baked goods near the counter in case you DO want to sin a little.) In the couple of times I've been to Fresh To Order, I have become a convert and am already looking forward to my next meal there.

Nommmmmm. Came here after grocery shopping with the boyfriend on a whim. Super quick and friendly service by the staff. You choose your food and pay, then you wait while they prepare it and serve it you. Boyfriend had some sort of chicken sandwich which was delicious and I had the coconut curry chicken. My chicken was not what I expected so if you're thinking Thai style you'll be disappointed. Nevertheless I thought it tasted so good and the rice (some sort of brown rice quinoa mix) was flavorful and didn't make me feel like I will pop from being so full. Definitely will return soon. Better than making the line at Chipotle all the damn time.

I've been coming here since day one. OMG! FAST SERVICE AND QUALITY FOOD. Since I decided to come home randomly, I had to stop by to get my fav dish ( almond chicken skewers). The best fast food ever. Such a relaxed environment, especially since I mainly dine solo. Great place, check it out.

F2O is my go to place in the weekends since kids eat for a $1 and they have fairly healthy and fresh food options. However, the kitchen staff is slow and lazy. It takes forever for the orders to come up. But the biggest of my concerns is the lazy food preparation. Incident 1: I ordered fresh sliced apples and there was guacamole on my apples. Nothing on my plate or in my order had guacamole or avocado. Incident 2: I ordered the chicken tender plate that comes with mashed potatoes. I subbed my mashed potatoes for sweet mashed potatoes. As I'm eating my food, I notice chives and remnants of the white mash potatoes under my sweet potatoes. It is as if they recognized the mistake and just scooped off the white mash and plopped the sweet mash on top. Anyone with food allergies or restrictions should be really concerned about "cross-contamination".

I came here once several months ago and had a steak entree and was not too impressed. I decided to give it another try today and have a completely different opinion. I ordered the fire grilled chicken entree and was really pleased with it and the overall experience. They give you pretty good sized servings here. The fire grilled chicken seemed more like chicken medallions than grilled chicken. They were extremely tender and flavorful, and the rice dish that accompanied it was excellent. I really recommend this dish. I thought it might not be enough to fill me up, so I also ordered a Caesar salad, but I didn't really need to since the chicken dish was pretty big. The salad was a great bargain. For only an extra $2 they serve you a pretty decent size salad. The salad had just the right amount of dressing, and the sun dried tomatoes in the salad gave a different flavor to what one normally gets in a Caesar salad. The service was fast and efficient. They have a good selection of some bottled beers and wines and non alcoholic drinks, but I opted just for water. I took their survey noted on their receipt, and now I have some vouchers for some free food! I definitely will be coming back.

Super backed up today and out of tuna and salmon today. Some people have been waiting for over 20-30 min. I've been waiting about 15 now and I just got a Cesar salad. It's normally not like this so that's why I'm not upset.

Love this place!! From the moment I walked in I had great vibes! I was able to pick what I wanted really quickly which shows that they have a wonderful selection! They also have a wonderful atmosphere with an amazing staff. I love the open kitchen. When we got our food it was not a long wait at all. The food was also very delicious and very well presented. The staff was also very kind and personable. Overall I had a very good impression :) 5 stars for yall!

On my second visit here, about a minute after placing my order I realized a mistake I had made. Jaline was very pleasant and accommodating towards getting me what I intended on ordering. Food was delicious on both of my visits. Add this stop to your to-do list.

The food here could easily be mistaken for more-expensive stuff. In a sea of cheap food-court meals, this is a wonderful lunchtime find located in a mall. The meals look great and are presented beautifully on long plates. The salmon with orange sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and leafy greens could pass for a real sit-down meal. I wish there were an F2O in New York City. The set-up is pretty efficient, too, even though they don't have waiters. On a side note, corporate desperately needs to update the F2O website. But we still stopped in at the location.

Yo I really love Fresh 2 Order! I remember when they first opened this location in Cumberland. I walked in, saw the prices and walked out. I was not about that life. What I didn't realize at the time was that the food was healthy , fresh and cut off from the ratchets in the food court of Club Cumberland. Everything I've had here has been very delicious, from the panini's to their salads and pizzas (RIP). They have a nice customer loyalty program where you can earn money off your meal or a free cookie or drink every once in a while. It doesn't hurt that they give a discount to mall employees. I feel like I'm part of the F2O family because everytime I walk in the regular employees recognize me, address me and carry on a relevant conversation with me. If you've ever worked in the service industry you know that is a big deal. Generally when I eat here I either get their asian crunch panini combo (they have panini combos that come with either a soup or salad), the waldorf chicken salad panini, or the tomato and mozz panini. I have been getting salads lately but I love the chicken tortilla soup. When I stop working at Cumberland I will miss going to this location often. Oh side note, if you become mayor thru Foursquare, they don't do the 50% off discount anymore for mayors. They will give you 20% if you say something about it. #Yelp100

Tried the calamari, ahi tuna, chicken skewers and had a bite of the husbands chicken Caesar panini. It was all solidly ok. The portion sizes were small, the scattering of what appeared to be one half of a travel sexed bag of chips barely adorned the plate. Domestic beer was five dollars and a soft drink was two. The panini was maybe a four dollar quality sandwich, except that it was twice that. During the meal, one of the workers swept with a dust collector so intimately at our table I wondered if we were in his way. I was irritated by it but didn't say anything. The guy at the next table over did, though. I liked that guy. The service was sullen, the atmosphere sterile, and the only friendly words came from the guy who cleared our plates before we left. Well, we've been here. So maybe you won't have to.

F2O is always on point! I have never got something I didn't like. The tomato bisque is my fav, but today I'm keeping it simple with a grilled chicken spinach salad

Their prices are kinda of steep, but the portions don't leave you wishing you went somewhere else. Combined with their quality and super fast service, this F2O is a pretty great lunch spot. If you see a line to the door, don't fret, the wait is all of 7-8 minutes. They really know how to get their lunch crowd in and out. Also, make sure to try the citrus tea. It's really good and totally worth it.

First time visitor this evening. Pleasant atmosphere, waited only a minute or two to order. Ordered the coconut curry tofu and grilled veggies. Everything was delicious, played nicely and good portions. So much looked good on the menu, I'm trying the lime grilled shrimp next time.

This place confused me. They put the sign outside, but I searched high and low for the entrance. I found out I had to go into the mall to enter this place. Oh well. F2O looks like a fast food place specializing in fresh, healthy foods. Actually, I wouldn't consider them healthy. They look healthy, but they aren't probably that healthy. I do like how they are promoting fresh foods though. Their menu looks good. They have sandwiches, salads, and entrees. I tried a few of their entrees: the Calamari and their Bourbon Filet Steak. Calamari has breading, but they don't say it has breading. That kinda pissed me off because my wife is gluten sensitive. Well, I guess when they wrote "Crispy Calamari," they imply they fry it in breading. Also, I'm not a fan of breaded, deep-fried stuff anyway. So I didn't like this dish. The Bourbon Filet Steak tasted good. I liked the Bourbon Sauce. They need to get some steak knives though. I could not cut through the steak with the dull butter knives they provided. It made it frustrating to eat.

I got panini salmon $8.95, it was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed it it. I wish they have more locations in cumming area or in California since I'm from there. The price is reasonable and it's nicely prepared. I hate eating at the food court, which is junk, unhealthy, crappy, and expensive. This place is perfect. Clean, service is great, food is Delicious, and worth the price. I would love to come back here to try their salad as it looks really healthy and delish..

We have now eaten at F2O 4 times in 2 weeks and every item has been flavorful and exceptionally prepared. The chicken tenders are the absolute best we have had anywhere. The bison burger was cooked perfectly and when paired with a grit cake we were ready to order another. We will return many times and look forward to trying the beef medallions.

We went there 8/23/14 because of the high Yelp rating. I didn't see the Health Dept. score which is supposed to be posted in plain view. No one, including the manager, could find it. They are hiding it for a reason, people. We walked out.

This place is great! I wish it was a national chain. It is perfect for lunch or dinner and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. Their sandwiches, soups, and salads are so good. I haven't found another grilled chicken Caesar salad that comes close to f2o's. Also, their House Turkey Club is delicious. The service is EXCELLENT! I hope they open a location in TX because I really miss it.

So the first time I had F2O, was on a whim of a coworker. I'd always heard about it, and so I decided now would be as good a time as any. I'm glad I made that choice. When we first entered the mall (F20 is on the same concourse as Macy's in Cumberland, in the Costco Parking lot) there was a bit of a line outside of the door. I recall thinking "this must be something special, I can't wait". I was on the Daniel fast at the time, so food outside of the house was quite limited. I decided to have the roasted tomato bisque and spinach salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette. It tasted amazing. My coworker had the chicken wild mushroom long plate. It looked great and she said it tasted amazing, as well. It could be easily mistaken for a very expensive place, but surprisingly it didn't break the bank. The food came out quickly and was fresh. It was a little packed, but we had no trouble finding seating. Can't wait to go back.

Even though I was stuck in the lunch rush line for 20 minutes, my food came out in less than 5. Impressive. I ordered the half waldorf chicken salad panini and half caesar salad combo. I learned that half a panini is really small. I chose it because of all the ingredients listed: grapes, raisins, lettuce, chicken, ...blue cheese. That's where they went wrong. Every bite I took, all I tasted was an overwhelming amount of blue cheese. I had to counter it by eating the grapes by themselves, which at least were sweet. The caesar salad was good. Not sure if you can really mess that one up. That portion was nicely-sized, though. I liked it. It also comes with a small croissant topped with a honey glaze syrup of sorts. That was probably the best thing I ate. Lastly, the surprise is that your combo meal comes with a lollipop. That's nice. I want to really like this place and give it more stars, but I didn't like the wait or the chicken salad. The line was out the door! 20 minutes seems a little too much to wait in a "quick-service" line. I feel like they should come up with a better lunch rush flow. But I really am trying to counter the bad with good things, so you can decide for yourself.

The food is good, no doubt about it! However, having online ordering not work properly and show up at the restaurant and have to wait even though I thought I scheduled my order is unacceptable. This is third time this has happened to me. Time is money and their customer service to make it right for the customer needs improvement. Businesses beware they don't deliver unless is a catering order. If you're ordering for a large group expect them to blame their issues on the ordering system and not do anything about it, simply is not the smart way to operate a business.

If the only thing F2O served was tomato bisque, that would still be enough to justify its existence. I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy, including the delicious salads, hot sandwiches, entrees, and that soup. I think I could eat it every day. I always feel like I make healthier but still delicious choices when I eat here. It's wonderful to have a satisfying and tasty meal that you can feel good about eating. And those sweet croissants are a treat.

I awlays enjoy coming to this place. It is a great spot for a quick casual meal that feels like so much more. I have been getting the salmon panini for years. It is awlays as sure bet. The salads are massive and the little sweet roll on the side is quite a treat. I recently had the beef medallions with a grit cake and a salad. It was really good. The meat was well seasoned and tender and the grit cake topped with a corn salad was good as well. The other great thing about this place is that kids eat for .99cents. The kids menu is really good. My daughter had grilled chicken and mac and cheese with a drink. To me its one of the best deals in town. Overall the place is great for lunch or dinner.

I came in on a Thursday. I ordered early on before noon and elected to pick up lunch for my coworkers at noon thirty. The food was not ready until 1:10pm. FreshtoOrder was chaotic, loud and just crazy. I am not happy with my experience, overall dining environment and would not recommend going here when ordering out or taking my co-workers out to lunch. Very disappointing experience.

I'm adding a star to my review. I've been to this place a couple more times with coworkers and I feel like they have definitely improved. Their menu now lists that they use natural ingredients (not organic, but that's closer to what I like) and the service I've received has been excellent the last few times. Again, I would recommend coming here at 11:30 since it does get crowded around noon.

Was running some errands on a week night and decided to grab a quick soup and salad from this place without expecting too much, little did I know that the food is going to be nothing less than great. The wild mushroom soup just perfect and I am already craving some while writing this, the Asian salad was good too. Good service, good quality food & well priced!! Must go!

Love this place for lunch. Part of a chain, but it doesn't feel like it. The food tastes so fresh, with clean flavors. For lunch, you can get anything from a panini to soup or a nice salad, and, if you're anything like me, and usually cant decide, You can get half soup and salad. You HAVE to eat their rolls as well, OMG, so yummy. Today I had a very good Asian salad with avocado and corn chowder on the side; both were very tasty. The tomato bisque is also very good. I'll have to agree that this place is pretty crammed at lunch, not to mention its in a mall (thankfully, not in the food court, but as a standalone), but if you can get over that, the food is worth it.

This review is not about the food (which is great BTW) but the customer service. The guy at the counter was extremely rude. I didn't catch his name but if I go back in and see him I will update this review. My to-go order took FOREVER and it wasn't even that busy. This location is not as good as the Sandy Springs one.

Quick, fresh, healthy food! You can't get any better than that =) I love the spinach salad that comes with mango and strawberries (yum!), and I always get grilled salmon on top with a side of mashed sweet potato. I've had many of their other items also, and overall the sandwiches are always really good, mac & cheese is amazing, soups are great, and pretty much everything they have here is just delicious.

The more I eat from this place, the more I love it. I'm not a vegetarian but the veggie wrap is the best!! OMG, you will not miss the meat at all. The flavoring is too good, it just melts in my mouth. Not to mention, the yummy, rich brownie and soft, gooey cookies. I'm drooling just thinking about it now. F2O is one of my fave places now. May I make a request for you to open one up in Gwinnett County. Johns Creek is too far. Don't be afraid of coming up in an Asian-filled place. Opening one up near the Forum in Norcross would be good since I live near there :D

FTO food is consistently good. I always get the wild mushroom soup, but this time I got a grilled chicken panini which was fabulous, and my boyfriend got the salmon panini - also delicious. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the fruit infused teas - they are really refreshing and have the right amount of sweetness. What really struck me at the Cumberland location was the quality of service. The guy who was covering our table was quick, friendly, and attentive. He was happy to bring us little extras, and he was quick to bring anything we needed BEFORE we asked. We rarely get service like this as much more expensive, traditional restaurants. Not to mention, the interior and the bathrooms were spotless. We stopped in to grab a bite on a rainy day but had a relaxing, pleasant experience. It's definitely my go-to casual dining spot now.

Ordered a fire-grilled chicken and the rice was burned and hard, like it was the bottom of the pan or old rice. Is this the rice they give to the to-go orders, and once you're at home you cannot do anything about it? Not going back ever

I had such a great experience today at Fresh2go today, thanks to their manager, Mike. The line was usually long, so Mike, who I found out later was either THE manager or one of the managers, was working on payroll or something. He looked up, and saw this long line, and got up, went to the other cash register, and opened it up. He took my order, apologized for me having to wait, offered me up a free iced tea (the vanilla mint was the BOMB! And i mixed it with the raspberry tea, just made me feel like I mattered. I ordered the tuna burger, without bread, and over lettuce greens. Added in a corn chowder salad. All came out, nice and fresh, and another gentleman brought it out. It was such a great experience. It's a shame that what used to be good service is now something we are surprised to get. Way to go Big Mike! You made me feel real cool.

Great place for lunch. I had the spinach salad, dressing on the side, chicken on top. The order was quick, the cashier was very pleasant and helpful. The food arrived with the quickness as well. The chicken was warm, as I like it, a lot of restaurants will serve the chicken cold. The portion was great and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. Priced right, convenient location, and delicious!

This is a fun little place to take a break from shopping at Cumberland Mall. My favorite thing on the menu is a bourbon steak panini with caramelized onions. Nomtastic. I also love that you finish with a sucker. Just enough sweet to knock off the craving for a brownie. Bravo.

I understand the draw for a healthier meal out, but it's simply expensive for what you get. For lunch (two drinks, a sandwich/salad, and a bowl of soup), we spent $20, and the taste didn't really merit $20. We went back a couple of other times to give it a few more chances. I still maintain that it's a bit pricey, and I have mixed feelings about the food for me personally. The quality is higher than other places, yes. But they don't offer a great deal of menu items for people like me who eat simpler meals - that may not make sense. Most of their menu items look delicious and are creatively made. But I'm a regular tuna salad and cheese kinda girl. A PB&J and cup of soup kinda girl. And this is a little fancier than that. So, is it good? Yes. It's just maybe not the best fit for my personal taste, and that means other people will love it.

I've been to f2o (Fresh To Order) several times because some of my coworkers enjoy coming here for lunch. f2o is a fast casual Atlanta restaurant chain that serves healthy foods (soups, salads, sandwiches, and various entrees) that are cooked-to-order. It's one of those restaurants where you place your order at the register and then wait at your table for your food to be brought out. There are six locations in metro Atlanta and one in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This f2o location is inside Cumberland Mall on the ground level facing Costco. This place is usually busy around lunchtime. In addition to seating inside the restaurant, there are some tables outside in the mall area and outdoors on their narrow patio. There's an open kitchen behind the registers so you can see the cooks preparing all the food. They've got a fire grill which they use to cook their "fire-grilled chicken" and grilled salmon entrees. I've always enjoyed their panini sandwiches the best, though, as they're pretty appetizing. My favorites are the bourbon filet steak and the Waldorf chicken sandwiches. The steak sandwich has caramelized onions, baby greens, and a tasty horseradish aioli. The Waldorf chicken sandwich has chunks of their fire-grilled chicken together with fruits such as apples, grapes, and cranberries. You have the option to mix it up and do half and half on sandwiches, salads, and soups. There are also several healthy side options such as wheat berry rice, grilled vegetables, and fruit salad. If you plan on getting your order to go, you can place your order online and specify a pick-up time. When you get to the restaurant, you can skip the line and go straight to the to-go pick-up register. Miscellaneous note: I once saw former professional wrestler Lex Luger eating lunch here with his family. He was wearing a Tony Dorsett jersey. It would've been cool if he did a running forearm smash to somebody in the restaurant.

I ordered the creamy chicken soup. While I was eating my soup, I felt this hard plastic in my mouth. When I pulled the plastic out of my mouth and showed it to the waiter, he went and got the manager. The waiter came back with another bowl of soup. The manager, Irv Torralba came over and started explaining why the plastic was in my soup. He stated that the soup comes wrapped up in plastic and that was simply a piece that got in the soup. That was all he stated and walked away. He did not offer to replace my soup with something else. He did not offer me a discount or anything. The plastic looked like a candy wrapper. Needless to say I will not be back!

I have only eaten here twice, but both times my food has been perfect! You can either order at the restaurant or place your order online and just go pick up so you don't have to stay in line and wait for your food to arrive. I have had the Asian chicken salad and the steak sandwich, both of which are delicious! The steak sandwich has horseradish aioli which makes it taste even more amazing. Their side of fruit is always so fresh! This is really rare to find in a mall food court. One problem that I have with this place, whenever I get my food to go, the servers always do something wrong with packing and all the juices and sauces are usually dripping out (I've had sauce marks on my clothes both times that I have eaten here). I would still tell you to not let that deter you from going, All you have to remember is to make sure you pick up your sandwich carefully and have lots of paper napkins available

I have a great experience here every time I go. It's generally bright and clean. And for mall food, it's very, very good. I have people meet me here for lunch sometimes and they are always skeptical - they think we're meeting in the food court. But they are typically pleasantly surprised. It is pretty expensive, but as a vegetarian, it's a great casual option for me. My favorite is the spinach salad with tofu. I also like their vegetarian soup and sandwich options. And the little croissant bread-y thing they offer with each meal is a nice finish. I sometimes eat here with friends or just enjoy a meal by myself and "mall people watch" or watch the televisions in the restaurant. I do think this is a great place. Perhaps I'm biased because every time I finish a meal at Fresh To Order, I head over to DSW (which is right next door), to walk through the aisles and walk off the calories :-)

I've stopped by a couple of times for lunch, and a quick tip -- go early! This place gets SUPER packed, and you'll find out why. Pretty much everything on the menu is healthy and delicious. You order at the counter and sit down with a number, and eventually, a staff member will make their way to you. The presentation is superb, it can make even a salad look amazing, and I don't even eat salads! Their panini sandwiches are great; I highly recommend them. Their chicken tenders are a little greasy, but it just melts in your mouth and the honey mustard is amazing. I also tried their calamari once, and would probably not eat it again. It was SUPER greasy and got soggy pretty fast. This is definitely my go-to when I want to eat healthy and not deprive myself of taste and flavor.

The Bourbon Filet Panini is amazing! My wife and I love this place. We were starving so just went to the closest restaurant, which is now one of a favorites. And hands-down the best in it's category. Atlanta needs more restaurant's where you order at the counter and sit down to be served your food. Los Angeles has lots of these hybrids, but Atlanta few. Customer service is impeccable. Smiling faces, refills (never happens at hybrid restaurants), and great food. You should absolutely try dining here. At the Buckhead location, free parking is only for an hour. My wife and I stayed for nearly two so were planning on paying the difference. However the manager saw us putting in money into the parking machine and stopped us, ran inside (literally), and ran back out (still literally) to give us a second validation. He said "no one pays for parking while eating at my restaurant." Even if the food wasn't good, we would've been back just for this kindness. However, the food is fantastic. All of it!

Me and my girl came here on a Sunday. The waiter was very gracious and kind, and the food was excellent! We were stuffed! The ipad menu system was a little wierd because we could have just walked up to the register and customized our order instead of the ipad ordering system which doesn't really tell you that you can customize your order. I wanted feta cheese on my salmon panini, but couldn't customize it that way. Buuuut, it was a REALLY good meal regardless! We were very satiated.

The line here always seems to take forever. My husband is a fan of their chicken and mashed potato. I got the tuna sandwich. It's a little pricey for lunch but it tastes good.

I love F20. This location is pretty good. It is INSIDE the mall and parking can be tricky. The staff is always friendly and the food is great! What I don't understand is how they keep their prices SO low! Such an easy, filling, and cheap dinner! I always get the Caesar panini with sweet mash. Its fab.\ Asian salad is close 2nd. So are the pork tenderloins! Hint: "like" them on Facebook and make sure you sign up for their emails, they always have coupons and contests!

I've had f2o 3 times now in 3 different locations (midtown, buckhead, cumberland)...and I must say, this one is the most disappointing so far. BUT, the reason I'm finally writing a review for this place isn't to complain about this location, it's because I discovered today that you could place your order online and it's so easy and fun! The online ordering process is fancier than others I have seen and let's you customize your order to your heart's content (with all sorts of options for switching out existing sides or adding extra sides), pay online with a credit card, and then pick up in 29 minutes! I mentioned the credit card thing because I can't ever bring myself to NOT leave a tip when I'm signing my credit card slip right in front of the cashier and there is a line for tip...even though this place is self-serve. So yes, this is the first time I didn't tip at f2o, and it's only because there is no way to do so online. That's a win-win for me. What I ordered: Tenderloins Of Chicken Plate + Grilled Vegetables $9.99 Grilled Salmon Plate + Wheat Berry Rice $9.99 Salmon Panini on Cibatta $7.99 + Wheat Berry Rice $0.99 SubTotal + Tax = $30.70 What I thought: 1. Nowhere in "tenderloins of chicken" did it suggest to me that it's fried chicken nuggets...I found that disappointing and counter-intuitive for a "healthy" place. 2. The grilled vegetables included a grilled corn on the cob (half), zucchini, squash, and other vegetables that I don't like...I thought this was strange because I assumed it'd be the standard broccoli-n-carrots-type thing. 3. Grilled salmon was good, but the sauce was a tad on the sweet side. 4. Salmon panini...pretty much every person I know who's been to f2o will tell you this is one of the best, if not THE best thing on the menu. This time, it was good tasting as usual but quite sloppy in terms of assembly. 5. The wheat berry rice (can you tell I love it by the double order?) was much saltier than I've had before and I couldn't even eat more than 3 bites. All in all, if they could lighten up on the salt, be more descriptive in their menu, and attempt to actually serve healthy stuff, I would happily add another star.

I love the paninis and salads at F2O. I also love the service. The employees seem to go out of their way to be friendly. Once I got all the way home only to find that I was missing part of my t-go order. The manager more than made up for it. The food is good but the service will keep me coming back.

I love this place. I used to eat here weekly for lunch when I worked by the Galleria. the Asian Salad is incredible with all the tasty little nuts. I have tried bites of other people's sandwiches and they have all been tasty too. The atmosphere is very cool. I would describe it as a hipper Panera.

I met a friend for lunch here around 1:30 on a Saturday and was pleased to find that while there were plenty of patrons, it was not over-crowded like the food court in Cumberland Mall. Since I've only eaten here once, I can't attest to the whole menu, but I must say it looked pretty good...healthy choices and not just the average stuff. It's a casual/fast dining kind of place with a more upscale feel than your average fast food restaurant. You can choose where you sit and a server brings out your food when it's made. I had the Almond Chicken Skewers. They have a 3/4 portion and a full portion choice on the menu. The full order was 50 or 60 cents more, so I just ordered the full. Thankfully. The chicken came with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and a small cabbage/carrot mixed salad. The chicken was amazing! It was not overcooked, and it was still tender and juicy...I think there were 5 skewers and honestly, I was disappointed when I ate the last one...for a pregnant lady, it was just not enough. The sweet potatoes had cinnamon and toasted walnuts and were good. The entree was $11. I thought that given the price, the portion size would be larger, but I guess this is a made to order place with fresh ingredients and not just a burger and fries. So...while I'd probably choose this over the food court, it's also a bit of a splurge, but well worth it.

Wish I had this place when I was living in Atlanta. Houstons quality food in a family friendly atmosphere. We love taking our family here. Options galore. Salads are the bomb and nice size portions. Great concept. Only 4 stars because I want them to come to the Nashville market. A must for travelers staying near the galleria and to-go is a plus.

Although this place is one of those order-no server restaurant-ish places (I feel it is okay for like...chipotle with a VERY limited menu, but with a place like this that has pasta, salad, soups, sandwiches....yea that gets difficult) Anyway, the food was FRESH and tasted SO SO good, it is also super conveniently located right by my house, score! I got the cesar panni- I loveeee anything cesar and sandwichy mh mh it came with kettle chips (delish). I also got a salad- which was huge and came with a croissant (weird). F20 (I love downsizing names) also has a great selection of drinks- I got an old school sparkling lemonade. Reasonably priced, everything I got came out to like $15, and no tip- so that's pretty sweet about the no server thing I guess haha.

I visited f20 the day before yesterday (6/10/08). This was my third time dining at one of thier stores and my second @ this particular location. The store has a lowkey spot in the mall. Upon entering the store, you will immediately be impressed by its trendy decor, large flat screen tvs, easy-to-read menu displays and friendly crew members. Affixed to the regular menu are the After-5 Chef Specials. I was in the mood for a glass of red wine and a nice seafood dish. MY attention was immediately captuted by the Crab & Avocado Crusted Salmon. The cashier, who took my order was less than friendly and looked as if she wanted to be somewhere else, but she promptly took my order, poured my glass of wine, and assigned me a number to sit on my table, so the food runner would know where to deliver the appropriate order. Well, I must say the salmon was some of the best tasting salmon I have had in a long time. My plate featured two nice sized salmon fillets , topped with a shredded crab/avocado stuffing. My side item was garlic mashed potatoes. Also, I was given the choice of a croissant or tuscan bread to accompany my meal. I chose the croissant, which was hot, fresh and glazed with a sort of honey butter. The food was exxxxxxtra tasty, even though the salmon was a little over cooked, but I got over it. I think it would also be helpful to know that the mashed potatoes were garnished with chives/green onions. The menu did not mention the onion, and though I do like onions, I think it would be helpful to know that the potatoes had the onion, for guests who might be allergic or those who just don't want them. The food runners on the dining room floor were much more friendly then the cashier. They were mostly younger, maybe in thier latter teens or early 20s, but they were very visible, engaging and proficient. I saw them having conversations with other guests, and they promptly removed all unused dishes, including my own. Overall, this was a pleasant trip.!!!

Tried out the F2O in Cumberland. Glad to see it was by itself (not food court) and had seating inside and outside. I went for lunch with a friend. We both ordered the asian chicken salad to eat there. The server came and said they made it to go in error, no problem, so we got it in styrofoam containers. Mine had 2 small slices of chicken and my friends had none. I went up to the manager type - he said they made them wrong and would fix. Great, brought them back out and forgot my friend's salad dressing. So back we go. The chicken was tasty; the real thing or at least that's how it tasted. Most disappointing was the wilty lettuce. I was hoping (and expect) in a salad place, I'll get fresh crisp lettuce. No go. I may give this one more try since its convenient to my office but won't drive out of my way for it.

I've worked right near Cumberland Mall for five years and I'd never been to Fresh to Order.. I wish I would have waited another five years. The place seemed overrun with middle aged ladies with twenty pounds to loose (big surprise since its early spring). We got there at 12:15, the wait in line was fifteen minutes to order, then the food came out at random times for the four of us, with one salad taking twenty minutes after the person went up to ask about it. The manager came out and was apologetic. I got a bowl of soup, side of vegetables, and a water and somehow my bill was over $9. All the people I was with who got drinks were around $12. Decent food, but expensive and slow, both of which are deal killers for me at lunch.

This place can get crowded at lunch time, but for a good reason. I've been here once, but the tomato and mozzarella panini is to die for! They have really good portions, and the price isn't very bad at all. The atmosphere is nice, and you can feel comfortable being in there casually.

Okay, I've only been here once, but I've been talking about it since then, so I guess that means I'm a fan? I ordered the half soup/half salad lunch special. Corn chowder = yummy! There goes that soup kick of mine again! Salad was pretty good as well. The roll that they serve with it is tasty too! I'm waiting to go back so I can try something else, but I fear that I will get in a rut and order the same thing each time because of how good it is! Not such a bad thing though, is it?

Good option for lunch -- the place is clean, the staff is friendly and quick. My only complaint is the price seems a little high for the amount of food you get -- either increase portions or preferably, decrease prices for what you get. But still a good option for a healthy lunch.

This appears to be one of those restaurants with something for everyone, which is something that we needed because we couldn't agree on where to eat. Figures that it would be in a mall. I decided to go with the half soup half salad deal, tortilla soup and Asian salad. Here is where presentation comes into play. There really isn't a whole lot of food but it's served on a long rectangular plate to make it seem like there's more than there actually is. The tortilla soup had a strange sour taste to it. Other than that, it was ok. The only real differences between the Asian salad here and the sesame salads at Panera are that you can throw different meats on the salads here and they throw nuts in your salad here. Basically, when you come here, expect to spend around 10 bucks for a meal and a drink. When you arrive, you order at the counter, grab a number, and put it at your table. They bring the food to your table. Gotta love the drink fountain here, especially with the sweet tea. You can create your own sweet tea/unsweet tea/lemonade mixture. If you're going to try to convince the masses eat healthier, it all needs to be cheaper.

I eat at this Fresh to Order usually about 2-3 times a week. Yes, their food is that good. The staff is awesome and the food always comes out quickly. Best of all - this isn't Wendy's or Mickey D's - this is HEALTHY food! I usually get the Market salad and either add grilled chicken or the seared tuna. YUM. Writing this review is making me hungry just thinking about the food here! Get off your butt and go get some deliciousness....

Just happen to be taking a scroll at Cumberland mall when I happen to get that hungry feeling so I saw this spot never heard of it before so I wanted to check it out. The decor of the place was nice, the upscale feel but nothing really upscale about it. I had the Mediterranean salad with bourbon grilled steak with a apricot dressing which was great, I have never tasted a apricot vinaigrette before so it was great...... The food was fresh had quick server really nice they explained everything on the menu in great detail....the food was good no but I have to say that they do put a different twist on the salad....

Had this for the first time a few weeks ago and actually kinda forgot about it! I definitely will be going back though! I ordered the Asian salad w/ almond crusted tuna and some kind of apricot dressing....sounds weird but it was very good! Hubby got the chicken tenders (he's so original) w/ garlic mashed potatoes. He said the chicken was really good and I tried the potatoes which were tasty too. Even though its a fast-food setting, the restaurant is decorated nicely and you feel as if you are in a "real" sit-down place. The servers who brought the drinks always kept us refilled as well, so that was nice!

This was my second time coming here. I had previously gone to the Midtown location.I was glad it was not in the food court, otherwise I would have been punished. I have gotten a chicken dish both times I have come here and have not been disappointed. Their chicken tenders were cooked well, had good flavor, and were quite plentiful. The garlic mashed potatoes were good as well. I even got a free cookie because they messed up my order the first time. My only complaint is that they give you a tiny cup for water. I drink a lot of water, and I hate having to get up several times per meal for a refill. I guess it is better than having a tiny cup with waiter service and having to wait on them though.

The food is good, but they seem to have issues getting it together. Avoid lunch time at all costs! When I dine in, it takes forever. The computer you can use to avoid the line doesn't have all the options, so unless you're ordering something exactly as it comes, you can't use it. I normally order ahead and 9 times out of 10 they get it right. But when they get my order wrong, boy do they get it wrong. I ordered a Club salad today swapping out the regular cheese for blue cheese only to get to work and find what was essentially bagged salad with blue cheese crumbles and croutons. No avocado, bacon, almonds, etc... I called and the guy was nice, but couldn't even give me a partial refund unless I came back in. If I had time to come back in, I would have just eaten there. Instead, he's leaving "dollars" for me to use on my next order. I get it, but now not only do I have a crappy salad for lunch, but I've got to eat there again in order to recoup my loss. The next time I go to this location will probably be my last and solely to use those "dollars".

I hadn't been here in a while, I was hungry & in the mall area - so I decided to opt out of the 'tour of Chinese food' that is the food court and go to F2O. They have changed their menu. They have taken my FAVORITE dish off of the menu, darnnit! No more crab avocado encrusted salmon for me... Shucks! I wish I had been warned, I would have made a special trip just to give it the necessary goodbye before it was gone. I decided to get something else with the Salmon, but I had to modify it, I was WAY too picky for what they were suggesting - some corn relish on top of it? Well, I got the meal - I had them to make the salmon, but give me a mushroom sauce on top. It came with the wheat berry rice and a few lettuce leaves. It was only one piece of salmon! Wha??? My FAVE meal always came with 2! I ate it, it was alright, but dunno how enthused I am to return. As always, fruitflies are flying all around the lemonade & tea... not so fresh. Why don't they DO something about that! I will never understand why they think that it is a good idea to ask someone to give a tip when they have to order their own food. There is no waiter service, you don't get a tip!

(waving white flag) Ok! Ok! Ok! I surrender! f2o you have won my love back! You had a bad day on my previous visit, but now you've got your SWAG back! Your prices are very conservative given the quality and quantity of ingredients. I appreciate management's genuine effort to make me a happy and repeat customer. I will say they read these reviews and want their customers to be happy!! And happy I am! On this visit, I had the Asian salad w/seared tuna. FLAVORLISHIOUS!! I was a little weary about the amount of ingredients on the plate, but each seemed to compliment the other so well. I want some NOW!! I also sampled the calamari dish (subbed out the wheat berry rice and went for the grilled veggies)....YUM! and YUM again. So here's the thing Fresh...you're back on top, and it's well deserved! Yelpers- give it a try, you'll be locked in for life. I'll see you there! P.S.- service, atmosphere, cleanliness yadda yadda yadda are all 5 stars.

I am really upset to give this place only 2 stars. I have been contemplating on writing this review since Monday...and hopefully Monday was just a bad day...but unfortunately I won't be going back. Everytime that I go to this place I usually order the salmon long plate...and Monday was no exception to the rule. I really should have stopped at the first bite...because something didn't taste right...but I just thought that it was me. Long story short...I spent the remainder of Monday (and I went to the restaurant at 11:00am) and part of Tuesday (my bday) with some sort of illness that felt like a food bug. Maybe the salmon was not kept cold enough...I do not know. But I am not going to dog this place out...I just won't be going back. I literally spent the remainder of the day with my head in the toilet...TMI...I know. I guess I should've known better because my boyfriend had the salmon pannini back in May and he, too, got pretty sick. It hurts me to my soul because I love love love salmon...I just won't be eating it from here anymore.

Always fresh & healthy! I visit F20 at least once a week for their salads. Never get tired of it. There are plenty of options to keep your taste buds happy. Where else can you find a decent meal under 350 calories & $10?

I love the Waldorf Chicken Salad Panini served here! The food is both fresh and delicious - their paninis are perfectly pressed and served with salty, yummy chips or slices of fresh apples. A bonus I wasn't expecting was their 20% military discount - thanks f2O! Highly recommended!
