Standard five guys food but the service was outstanding. Never met such friendly and accommodating people. They walk around the terminal asking if you need drink refills or anything else. Such a nice respite during travel.

Quick service and food tastes good! Especially after a tiring flight waiting for layover..

I had read articles about 5 guys and decided to check it out while on a layover at the Atlanta airport, Concourse C. The food was fast, fresh and tasty and the service was very friendly. I just wish they would spend 30 seconds and wipe down the tables between guests.

The staff here is outstanding!!! Truly, at 8 am they were all very cheerful, friendly and so nice to be around! Everyone in line was grumpy and these employees definitely put in the effort to turn everyone's day into a great one! I wish everyone working in the airport was as friendly as these people!

The burger is tasty, the bun is soft w/a hint of sweetness & the fries r delish. Seems like they're fresh cut, real potatoes & u get a lot!!! They make the bag greasy!!! I'll go bak again & again!!

I've never been more compelled to write a review about a fast food joint. Odds are you've visited Five Guys before. The consistency is always the same - solid, fast burgers...fresh toppings, soft bread...ooey gooey cheese...and fries...LOTS AND LOTS OF FRIES. While this place keeps up the same consistency that makes Five Guys so popular, the real reason I wanted to write this review is because of the staff. Mainly the woman I assume is the "shift leader". She was wearing a grey polo shirt, walking the perimeter of the restaurant and shouting out to the staff, "Ticket times?! Come on team! Let me hear those ticket times." and other encouraging words to keep the team moving, motivated and fast. Not only that but she'd chit-chat with workers between the friendly chants, hand out orders when they were ready and she never stopped smiling. I didn't have any direct contact with her, but she really left a lasting impression on me. I was in a rush to get something to eat - and a "small" burger did the job. I only had a few of the fries - although I noticed the container for the fries was smaller than usual.....regardless they stack so many dang fries ON TOP of that cup, that there's nothing to complain about. Greasy, delicious, fast - and friendly staff. This is what every airport dining experience should be like....well maybe they shouldn't ALL be this greasy.......but a burger & fries every now and then isn't TOO bad.

I always like a good Five Guys burger and this one was no different then any other I've had, but I did have to wait a bit longer than usual and there was no one in front of me. Can never go wrong with the fries, they're always good and they give you plenty of them. I was glad to find this place at the ATL airport and will remember it for the next time I'm traveling through there.

I've heard a lot of great things about this Five Guys, and I've been wanting to eat here for a while. Unfortunately, the way my flights have been set up *Kevin Hart Voice*, I always seem to land too far away with little time. Well, for a first time in a long time, I had a 3 hour layover. I'm glad I came! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I have only been to give guys once, so It took me a while to order. The cashier was very patient. My food was cooked quickly and it was delicious. I almost ate the foil paper.

Recently, I have gone through another bout of traveling, and what an adventure it is when you come across layovers galore, dry air in the terminals, and a lack of accommodating food for your already broken spirit (and wallet). Walking by 5 Guys, I thought to myself, "My wife and I have already spent a significant amount of food on our vacation; we can probably wait until we get back home... and I especially don't want to spend money on a $10 burger." Then, another 2 hours was tacked onto our delay. I began to reconsider our options. What first sold me on giving this business my business was the pursuit of their staff. I was simply sitting in the gate next to the pick-up window, and an employee came out to offer everyone drinks. Well, I was sold. My wife and I are sucker for fries, thus we went to town on the $6 order of large Cajun fries. You cannot beat this franchise's quirk of packing an entire bag of fries, overflowing atop the cup they attempt to serve in. To close, the customer service was what sold me here. And unlimited access to ketchup and the like.

Consisted with other locations, if perhaps slow. My suggestion is that if you see more than five people already waiting for their sandwiches that you move along to another eatery. But if you have plenty of time, then give Five Guys a shot. By default, the burger comes "all the way" but they will remove or add toppings as you wish. Cheesy melty meaty goodness. What's not to love?

If you happen to find yourself in terminal C and are looking for a burger, Five Guys isn't a bad option. Located right next to C41, you will find a mini version of the full chain. Don't let the size fool you, as they do provide the full offerings as the regular sized version. Plus, they also offer a breakfast option as well as the full menu early in the morning. Be forewarned that these burgers might not be the best option if 1. your looking for a healthy meal or 2. you don't like a greasy burger. The prices may seem a little high to some, but relative to the location, they are inline with other airport offerings. I love the fact that it is a good gluten free option when passing through ATL. Just make sure to warn them ahead of time about your allergies if you have any. The one downside to not being able to eat the bun is that due to the way they cut the lettuce, you cannot wrap the burger up and eat it with your hands. A fork and a knife is required. Word to the wise though, if you have a tight connection and there is a bit of a line, this might not be your best option for grabbing a bite to eat. If you do have time to spare, it is a good option. There is some seating in the restaurant itself, but it is a tiny space and when you add people's luggage into the mix, it can feel claustrophobic.

Great friendly service, quicker than most other Five Guys locations. Just what you'd expect food wise from the simpletons of Five Guys kitchen. Big burgers, lots of fresh salty fries. Free refills. This location lacks seating, otherwise no complaints. Having tried my luck at virtually every other ATL airport eatery, this may be the safest bet when you average out all things considered.

Shout out to all the staff at 5 guys concourse D at Atlanta international airport. These guys and gals will come out into the terminal to check on you and make sure you're good. You don't see that going on too often. Come get ya some!

I mean, if ya been to 1 Five Guys, ya been to the majority. Just like any other Five Guys, the food is heart stoppingly (is that a word?!) good and leaves you feeling simultaneously content and guilty. The prices are a tad high for burgers and fries but after the 1st bite, the last thing on your mind are numbers...plus it's refreshing to see regular prices for anything in an airport terminal. But there's something about this one and all props go to the staff working both the counter and in the kitchen. They were so hyped up you'd think it was a Five Guys pep rally...yet they maintained a high level of professionalism. They greeted all customers with equal vigor, made sure all orders were prompt and exactly as ordered (when there were no new orders, the cashiers checked each cook to make sure things were done right) and all this with a smile! *Extra kudos for the cute flirty cook who was oh-so chivalrous :-)* Now, I don't know if this is a regular routine of theirs, if I just caught them in a good mood, or if it was a way to keep the all day fatigue from getting the best of them...whatever the case may be, keep it up Concourse C Staff!

After having my first Five Guys burger in DC a week ago, couldnt pass up the opportunity to have another on my way back to the west coast. Very friendly and very fast people behind the counter!

Great place hidden way down terminal c. Worth the walk. The crew is enthusiastic, efficient, and the food is great. One of the reasons I like Atlanta's airport.

Sanity and good food in concourse D. Typical FIve Guys menu, with build your own burgers and dogs with fresh fries. Friendly service, freshly prepared food. No seating area nearby, so prepare to eat at your gate. Great place to stop for a very good burger.

I had gone to Atlanta,GA to visit my cousin and when I was leaving at the airport I came across this spot. I had never been so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am really not that hard to please so I ordered a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH, FRIES, and SWEET TEA. The service was good and I was really satisfied with my grilled cheese sandwich. ^^ Enjoy!!!

Good value. They were busy but my veggie burger came quickly & was filling with all the veggie add ons except the tomatoes that they forgot to put on. This is located on Concourse D at the airport.

Good burger and very predictable. Fresh ingredients. A little slow here on Concourse C at Hartsfield, but still good.

You're at the airport. So, don't expect to get the usual Five Gus burgers. It was just OK. Burgers seemed a bit overdone and dry. Definitely one of my least favorite burgers form this chain. However, I would take this over McDonald.

How long does it take to make a burger? If you want to know, try and buy a burger here. You'll consider the many staff members you've seen as you're waiting at the pickup window, which is around the corner. Once you place your order, you will be one of us. But the burger was good, and fries...salty. I'll give it an extra star for being a good burger at the damn airport.

The food is good but the service is great. I was traveling alone with my 3month old and 4 year old. They not only took my order right away but brought me my food, offer to refill my son's drink and get us condiments. They saw that I had my hands full and offered their help with a smile.

The 3pm manager was SO energetic and enthusiastic that I decided to stop and grab some fries and sweet tea. I've never seen a fast food spot treat customers so well and with such class!! It was clear that her energy transferred to the team behind the counter--they even came around to all of the customers in the sitting area and offered refills on drinks and REFUSED to allow us to throw our own trash away. It. Was. A. CLINIC. In excellence. Well done!!!

Very greasy burger....the bun was actually kind of wet of the grease from the beef patty. The whole place smelled like oil from the fryer. OK at best, not the best burger around, but really...there are not many GOOD burger options at Hartsfield. Restaurant is located in Concourse C near C39.

Amazing team on concourse C around C42. Awesome service worth experiencing and food shows the amazing care. I'm a real fan and will go again and again. They're making Atlanta a great place to be.

The Manager Billy sets such a good example he's so lovely as are all their staff. They're on Concourse C away from the busy ChickFillA place so great choice if you want good quality fast food that is fast with top notch customer service. Their sweet tea is delicious and I like that they have a veggie sandwich option as this is Atlanta and it's hard to find healthy or veggie options, the fries are a worthwhile indulgence ;) Definitely check them out if you're in Concourse C at ATL, you'll be greeted with 100% southern hospitality!

Five Guys is my favorite chain burger joint. It was nice to find one at the airport. Past meals here have been dodgey. This was every bit as good as any other Five Guys, i.e. Great.

Most five guys locations I've been to do not disappoint and this one is just as good, despite being an airport restaurant. I'll often make a trip from other concourses just go grab a burger here. In my opinion, burgers simply do not get any better than Five Guys!
