They have the best customer service, freshest food, and friendliest staff. Parking is a bit tough; this location is very popular so the parking lot is always packed. The line for the drive thru is long too . . just proves this place has good food and is a fan favorite.

Drive thru is pretty fast but I always request for my bagel not to be toasted and 9 times out of 10 it is always toasted. I don't fully understand why this happens. I don't want to hold up the line messing with it but truthfully it takes longer to toast a bagel than to grab it as is, cut it and slather some cream cheese on it. It would make the line move faster actually. Otherwise this location is great. I just wish they would pay attention to orders and give customers what they ask for.

I am such a newbie here. I admit, I was holding up the line just trying to get my bearings of all the bagel and spread combos you could get. I settled for the the cinnamon raisin bagel with the almond cream cheese flavor spread. It was actually pretty darn good and the service was quick and friendly even though I was being one of "those" customers.

This location is definitely one of the better Einstein Bros, probably because it's so close to so many offices in the Perimeter area - it's adjacent to the Queen and King buildings. Service is really quick even if you walk in for your order. I think my bagel sandwich took no more than 3 minutes. I'm a little sad that they got rid of the Spicy Elmo wrap because I loved how spicy and cheesy it was. I'm still looking for my favorite item on the menu. As far as seats go, there's plenty of seating. It's a little crazy because it sounds/looks like there are multiple breakfast meetings going on at once and lots of people with their laptops working quietly or typing along for their meetings. Most of the tables/seats are clean with exception to the occasional mother who's brought her toddler and consequently left a mess of sesame seeds (I honestly dont' know how) and crumbs all over the place, but this place is much cleaner and bigger than it used to be. I'll probably be back, but it'd be nice if there were some other breakfast place near this place besides bagels.

We had an absolutely terrible experience here. The customer service was so bad that I thought I was on a reality tv show. The actual food was so far below par that it bothers me to explain. I will never go back.

I have been to this Einstein Bros about ten time over the past three years. I keep telling myself to not come back because all of the employees at his location are mentally disabled. It's really nice when a company employees a few people who have disabilities, but it seems as if this location only hires the most dysfunctional people ever. They never get the orders correct and it takes forever to get through their line. There are lots of problems here. Save your time and your money, don't go here.

Wow. Just went in around 10:30 on a Saturday and waited 20 mins on my order. By the time I got it home (we live 7 mins away) it was cold - so much for toasted. This location needs either more staff or more efficient staff. Saw several people bring incorrect orders back and even more waiting as long as I did. Thumbs down for a place considered quick service...

easily the slowest drive thru on the planet. other than that the food is good of course.

This place has an excellent selection of bagels and options, but the quality of the ingredients, mainly the eggs, sausage, and other add-ins is not on par with the selection. Seating is a crap-shot and it's like a maze trying to grab a good seat. The overall vibe in the dining area is loud so good luck with reading or studying without headphones. Privacy is also a question since the tables and chairs are very close together. I had the Turkey sausage, cheddar and egg on an everything bagel. The turkey good in taste and so was the cheese, but the egg was a pre-cooked powder version that was not even remotely tasty - I actually had to remove it mid way through my meal since it was rubbery and missing any type of flavor. I would opt for the egg-white version next time assuming that it was fresher. Other than bagels and sandwiches, they have a front cooler with packaged yogurts, salads, fruit cups, and juices, but they are a little on the pricey side - my OJ was $2.79 for about 12 oz and my Greek yogurt parfait was $2.79 - interesting. Overall, the visit was normal, but I wouldn't be excited to come back unless I was in a rush and on my way to work with no other options enroute to my job.

Pretty good. I like the Southwest turkey sausage thintastic. The Eggwhite with mushroom, asparagus, and swiss, is pretty awesome too! Quick service. Friendly staff. This location is the best of the different locations I've been too.

I love this particular location and have been coming here for years! Mostly because their customer service is seriously on point! My favorite breakfast sandwich is the 'Bacon, Egg, and Spinach Panini'. I usually get it on a toasted garlic or onion bagel. My favorite lunch sandwich is the 'Tasty Turkey' which includes all kinds of veggies like cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. with hummus and cream cheese annnnnnd turkey of course! I'm not gonna lie that I have gotten an egg sandwich for dinner a number of times. There's no time limit on a great sandwich of any kind! The coffee is also very good! I especially love the Vanilla flavored coffee. The green tea mixed with sweet tea is a pretty awesome concoction! You should try it! Overall it's a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Check it out!

I don't understand why consistently they take so long on the drive thru. Last time I ordered via the drive thru was the same experience, I just thought it had been a bad day. But this time around my wife warned me that they always take long and that it has happened to her. I didn't listen and it just happened again: 17 minutes waiting in line. Also the guy at the window gave us a coffee without cream and sugar. When prompted he went looking for it and came back with a 'sorry, we are out of sugar'. I got mad and asked him to look else where or on the tables. 10 seconds later he came back with the sugar. Management don't care about making people wait for long periods of time, staff in our case was very lazy or not trained or all. Food was good as always.

Took 15 mins to make a frozen caramel drink I tasted great but i almost drove off without it because it really shouldn't have taken that long

Met there with a party of four on 06/12/2015 at 4:30pm. Two in the party already had their food. I went to the cash register end of the counter because an employee had just mopped at the ordering end of the counter, and the floor was soaking wet (not just damp) there. There was one employee behind the counter. He wouldn't even look at me. I asked "Are you open?" He mumbled "Yes" and said to go to the ordering end of the counter. Before I could tell him the floor there was soaking wet, he disappeared around the corner. Needless to say, I gave up and ordered nothing. When the fourth member of our party arrived, I advised him not to bother ordering. You thus lost 50% of our party's business. There were only about five other people in the restaurant, and they all had their food. There is no excuse for that boor employee's attutude, and it cost you business. I am disgusted at the way I was treated. I have sent a complaint via their web site. We'll see what happens.

Really slow service on a busy Saturday. Possibly two folks taking orders would speed things along. The six cheese bagel with eggs and bacon was a hit as was the rich tasting hot coffee.

I like this Einstein Bros. location. It's big, clean and spacious, and the service and food has always been great when I've stopped in. I usually get breakfast sandwiches and coffee. One of my favorites it a toasted sesame seed bagel with turkey sausage, eggs and the spicy salsa. Their bagels are delicious and chewy. I also like the flat bread sandwiches. When I go healthy, I get one with turkey sausage, egg whites and asparagus. They have a few flavors of coffee but I mostly get the neighborhood blend and it's great. I prefer their coffee to Starbucks. it's a great little place to run into to grab a quick bite.

Although the frozen coffee drink was ok; this is the dirtiest Einstein Bagels I have ever been in. It might actually be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The floor and carpet had food and napkins all over it and ground into it. When I looked for a table that was clean, no crumbs and not sticky, there was not one to be found. I went to get a napkin and straw and the garbage can was so overflowing that people just left their trash covering the counter top. It was not a busy time and I counted 6 people working behind the counter. ..maybe one of those could be slated to clean up every hour. This was the worst one of this chain I have ever been to and won't go again.

See David S. review. I pretty much concur. On my last visit, I ordered a sausage and egg sesame bagel. As soon as it was handed to me, I noticed almost an awful smell. I immediately knew this couldn't be regular sausage on my bagel. I checked the receipt, it said turkeysausage. YUCK. I asked the guy at the window if they had any regular sausage. NOPE. I was SOL. I left and tried to eat it, but I threw it away after a couple of bites. Also, the egg was very rubbery, I thought some plastic had been left in it. For this delightful encounter, I was charged $5.00+ NICE.

I typically only hit this Einstein Bros up for breakfast, and that's only when I have extra money to spend because my order of an everything bagel with bacon & egg, hold the cheese is 7 freakin dollars. And no, I don't order coffee, I order a small soda, so basically I'm eating a $7 bagel. Yeah, it's good an all, but that's a damn pricey ass bagel. I actually like the location, and I've never had any issues with the staff being slow in the drive through or at the counter. I guess it depends on the time of morning you roll in. Between 5 & 7 am... beautiful. You could do doughnuts in the parking lot it's so empty. If I didn't have to take out a line of credit each time I got breakfast here, I'd be giving this place 4 stars, but sadly, I can't.

Amazing!!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first experience with this establishment and I was highly impressed with the selection, professionalism, and kindness. Will be returning for more than just coffee!

YUM. I love einstein's bagels. I've gone through this drive through and felt it was pretty good. I love their breakfast sandwiches as well as their bagels. They also have parking spots for drive through people - not sure if that's for if you're waiting for your food or if you want to eat your food in your car? Regardless, great place. Thanks for being so close to the hospitals!

My favorite of the locations. While a bit pricey they are my favorite bagels and the best schmear I've ever had. My favorites are the turkey sausage egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel for breakfast, and/or honey almond schmear on the dutch apple bagel when I'm craving sweet over protein. This store has plenty of seating, which is required for this very busy location. Outside tables are also an option, and we've rarely had to wait too terribly long to get a table. The staff is friendly and efficient, although it's a challenge to keep the tables clean due to the high traffic of customers.

I would give this location five stars for consistency. Consistently bad. Consistently messing up the order. Consistently slow. It's only because of convenience that I still stop by in the morning on the way to work plus the bagels are ok. Every time I leave I swear I will never return. I hate this place.

Great bagel selection near the Dunwoody MARTA station. A little slow when there is a crowd, but wonderful fresh bagels with a good selection of flavored cream cheeses.

Their bagels are tasty and fresh. I'll agree that a Nova lox bagel is an acquired taste, but it's so worth acquiring, and Einstein makes a good one. The bagel, side and a small soda came to over $9, so not a cheap lunch, but a fun occasional trip. This location can get busy (and it's not easy to get in and out of most any time of the day), so bring a book to read in line. Their soda fountain needed its tanks changed today, and the restaurant was in its typical state of needing some attention on cleaning, but again, it's a busy place.

The food is good, consistent with other Einstein Bros but the service is a little slow, especially on the drive through. My advice is that if you are in a hurry and there is at least 2 cars ahead of you, go elsewhere.

I've never had a poor experience at an Einstein's Bagels. In fact, I had my very first job working for Einstein's in the bagel industry. Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch; If you're unaware, they have [had] really yummy lunch sandwiches. So I ordered my usual, the veg-out with no feta pine nut spread, extra hummus, on a toasted sesame seed bagel. My usual actually comes on a sundried tomato bagel but it appears as though their bagel selection is decreasing. The woman behind the counter informed me that their wasn't hummus on the veg-out and I respond, "what?? well it came with hummus when I worked here" in an attempt to show my experience in the buz. Nope, no hummus and actually they no longer stock hummus at all. A vegetarian's nightmare. So I ordered the sandwich as is on a toasted sesame bagel, grab some baked lays, and take a seat. My sandwich comes out in a good amount of time untoasted. I inform the guy that I wanted it toasted. He kindly takes it back behind the counter where I see no sight of them making me a new one or anything. I get a second sandwich [ no, but really..it's the first one...they can't deceive me] taken to my table, I thank the person and take a look down at a sandwich that instead of being remade and toasted has been place inside of an oven. So now all the ingredients....the lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, sprouts, etc. are hot like the bagel and yet the bagel is still fluffy and untoasted. F. My boyfriend takes the sandwich back up and tells them what is wrong with it and why it needs to be remade from the start. it was definitely spit on, most definitely. No I didn't see spit, and I have no proof or evidence of spit, but I returned this stupid sandwich twice now. I finally got the correct sandwich, still without hummus but w/e and it was actually quite enjoyable. Einstein's, if you fixed your sh*t the first time around we would have never had to have gone through this together. Figure it out.

I have never had a good experience at this particular restaurant. I have even written their corporate office about this location on two separate occasions but nothing ever seems to change. I love Einstein Bros. but this location is able to get away with poor management and subpar cleanliness because of their proximity to The Concourse. It will always be crowded because of that location and their corporate office will never know about the abysmal customer service. Today, when we went the manager took our money without any greeting whatsoever and walked away before handing us our cups so we literally had to reach behind the counter to get our own cups. Plus, his fingernails were dirty. Gross. Also if you go through the drive-thru, make to check your order before pulling away. They have about a 20% success rate, I'd guess.

Food is good, I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel, but the service is HORRIBLE. It took 25 minutes for my order. There were 2-3 people in front of me that took even longer. The staff seems to be oblivious to the lines and just laughs and jokes while customers wait, and wait, and wait. I would have left, but since I'd already paid for my food, I was forced to wait. I mean, why should it take sooo long for a place that specializes in bagels to take THAT long to push them out? There were at least 10 people in the "kitchen" making food so it made no sense to me why it took so long. Food is kind of expensive too. My meal was about $6. No coffee, drink, soda or anything. I wouldn't eat here often.

I love it here! There are so many bagels, teas, and coffees to choose from. Fresh fruit, toasted bagels, and great coffee are what you get at Einstein! Try the blueberry bagel with cream cheese or the cinnamon and sugar!
