I actually always forget this Einstein's is here, even though I go past it practically everyday on my way to work. It's just tucked away and so unobtrusive that I never even register it on my radar. Last weekend though, my boyfriend and I were looking for a quicker breakfast on the way to DragonCon (yep, we bought tickets and geeked out there), and he was craving a bagel, so we gave it a shot. This Einstein is next to a dry cleaners just off of North Druid Hills Rd near the intersection of North Druid Hills and Sheridan. We went in there on a Sunday morning and although the inside is small, the employees are efficient at getting those bagels done and you out the door. When we were there I ordered the Southwest Turkey Sausage sandwich: an egg white sandwich with turkey sausage and a spicy salsa on a toasted bagel, and my boyfriend got the bacon cheddar egg sandwich plus a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond spread. In less than 10 minutes all of our sandwiches and bagels were up and we were sitting at the little window overlooking the parking lot chowing down. It was tasty - very hot from that little toaster oven they've got, but quite tasty. If I were in need of another quick breakfast in the future, I'd think of Einstein again.

This is the worst Einsteins I've ever been to. Possibly the worst in existence. Sunday morning, I'm craving a southwest egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. Drag my bf with me promising him a good bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. So first, we get yelled at by the staff for trying to order under the sign that says "Order Here." Then, while we wait behind a sweet elderly lady to order, she jokingly says to the kid behind the counter, "you guys must be short staffed!" (The line was TO THE DOOR by this point) to which he abruptly and rudely replies, "NO. That'll be [whatever her total is.]" Classy. Next, after we've ordered, we notice a girl in an Einsteins uniform sitting out at one of the tables barking orders at the other employees. "Go to the ordering station!" "Yall are bein too slow with these orders." I guess that's how management works at this location. FINALLY, after a good 15 min wait, they call our name and we grab our to-go bag to get out of that depressing and angering environment. So I get home and open my Southwest Egg sandwich to find the most sloppily put together, soggy and lukewarm (IT WAS A 2 MINUTE DRIVE) sandwich I've ever gotten from an Einsteins. I posted photos for yall. I love Einsteins. I lived on pepperoni pizza bagels in college, I eat breakfast or lunch here twice a week, at least, in the Cumberland area. Those locations treat customers like they should be treated - with politeness and appreciation. The same way all successful companies treat customers and clients. Honestly this location disappointed me so much I'm thinking of writing to corporate. What little of my sandwich I got into my mouth tasted as wonderful as they usually do, I'm just bummed at least half my eggs landed on the table or my lap. Try to at least pretend like you care, sad N Druid Hills location. I'll be sticking to the locations by my work that I KNOW are good.

My 1st visit at this one but i'm impressed and the food was great.I ordered the Turkey patty with cheese and egg on a onion bagel. She brought it out to me and was worried because it was well toasted that I would want another one,but that's how I cook them at home so no worry there sweetness. Place was clean and all you can smell are bagels.Staff is friendly and they seam to work well together, which is always a plus to me when I notice this in a place of business. When back in this part of Atlanta,I will stop by as you should too.

If you're in need of an Einstein Bros. fix, come to this location, not the Toco Hills one. It's worth the extra 3-5 minute drive, trust me. Unlike the staff at the other locale, the staff here are friendly and efficient. I'm absolutely addicted to their 'salmon schmear'. Addicted. Of all the bagel joints on Druid Hills, I think their's is the best. Not to sell the other flavors short, because they're all quite tasty! Unfortunately, they tend to run out of items pretty quickly in the morning - particularly bagels, so make sure your flexible with your order.

Not the most friendly of staff. If I am going to spend my money in a place, a simple smile and thank you isn't too much to ask for.

I usually visit the other North Druid Hills location, but I have stopped here a couple times. There is a small parking lot, but it usually is not busy. Can be hard to make a left turn in and out because of busy N. Druid Hills traffic. I usually try to avoid this area during lunch time due to the craziness. The food is just as good as the other location, but the staff is not as nice and personable. :-/ Wish they were open later and more bagels were in stock at a given moment- give me my garlic bagel!!!

Stopped by on July 5th before driving back to DMV area... the girl taking the orders was really nice. a rude elder couple had interrupted her while she was taking my order and the couple took forever to order as well. The young girl working there apologized for being cut off and I felt bad for her.. I know how it is to deal with rude customers. She gets an A+ from me for customer service. Friendly - despite the rude couple oh and their bagels are so yummy. i love their cream cheese that they use.

Well-kept place with friendly service. I feel for them - being so close to Goldber's and Bagel Palace. Great coffee.

What modern day coffee shop / breakfast joint doesn't have wireless internet?!?! The answer: Einstein's. They don't even have internet I could pay for, not that I would want too. Food: wide assortment of bagels, sandwiches and lunch 'originals'. I went simple and ordered a medium coffee and bagel with cream cheese - total $4.82 including tax. They also have several low calorie (400 or less) options. In my experience here, the food is average-good. It is hard to screw up a bagel, but I have ordered some sandwiches in the past which were pretty sloppily assembled. Coffee: this is probably their strong point. Coffee is self-serve. There are generally at least four flavors to pick from with one being decaf. I prefer the neighborhood blend, but there is also a darker roast and a vanilla-flavored. They claim to change the coffee every hour, but I don't think this is done as the small timers atop the coffee pots were stable....maybe the 60 minutes expired and was needing to be reset? Ambiance: they previously had booths, but have more recently switched to all tables of various shapes and sizes. There is one large rectangular table great for groups and many smaller square tables that can be assembled as you need. There is low volume top 40 hit music playing in the background. Customer service: overall good. They tend to be responsive. I think they get a large morning rush and adequately hire enough staff for the crowds..but at 10am, I am not sure they really need 4 employees working here. Parking: plenty. Be careful of spaces labeled for the dry cleaners. BIG negatives which may prevent me from returning - no wireless internet (and no there are no nearby networks to pick up on)...and little to no power outlets. They clearly do not want computer workers here. Great for a take-out breakfast or to grab a dozen bagels to bring into the office, but not recommended to have a sit down breakfast with your laptop. Health rating: 91

I stopped by on Saturday morning to get an egg sandwich. I used to work next to an Einstein's and this was something I would order quite a lot. Now that I don't work next to an Einstein's I get the sandwich only now and then- maybe a few times a year. But I'm familiar with the sandwich. I know what I'm supposed to get when I get this sandwich. What I got this time it was not the appropriate way to make this sandwich. Let me say first that I've worked at a few cafe places. They get these pre-made egg things. This is what Einstein's uses. This sandwich looked like someone had sliced the egg patty thing in half so that it was thinner than usual. The next thing I noticed was the bacon- it looked like one strip of bacon had been broken into thirds- it may have at most been one and a half pieces of bacon. The cheese was minimal- it looked as though someone had sprinkled (and lightly) a bit of cheese. Usually there is a good bit of cheese- a thick slice and not shredded bits. It was really the WORST experience I have had at Einstein's and possibly the worst "fast food" experience I have ever had. I suggest going to another location if you need something other than a bagel with cream cheese. Though, they very well may mess that up as well. FYI-Some people have reviewed the Einstein Bros. Bagels location just down the street at LaVista- in the Toco Hills area- instead of the one that is actually at this address. This location is the one close to I-85 on North Druid Hills.

I LOVE Einstein Bros. To me, their bagels are just damn delicious - whether it's sweet or savory or a sandwich or whatever - it's just damn good food! I'm reviewing this one because it's the one I usually hit up before work at least once a week. The people here are kind of on the stupid side but it's all about the food to me.

I like Einstein's bagels. However, I had such HORRIBLE customer service at this location. I will not return. Go to Panera Bread across the street. Their bagels may not be as soft; but at least they know how to treat their customers.

The Spinach Florentine is to die for. Toast it and spread garden veggie cream cheese and you have died and gone to heaven. Just don't order the caramel machiato with it. The speciality coffees are good but they never have anyone available to make it and when they do, you wait forever for your drink. Oh by the way, it comes out luke warm too. I can chug my caramel machiato in one gulp simply becuase it was served to me luke warm. I don't know about you but I usually take my coffee hot.

This place is located in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it strip mall, but is in the heavily populated North Druid Hills area. I gave them a try this past Thursday. While the service was fairly fast and friendly, I wasn't impressed with my order. My Everything bagel tasted a little "off" - soft enough, but it had a bit of a funky flavor -almost like it had been stored with something else. I was a bit annoyed that they toasted it when I hadn't ask them to, but they resolved this quickly, so no big deal (though I hate wasting bagels!). My first pour of regular house coffee had a few larger coffee grinds in it, so I went for the decaf instead. Unfortunately, I was halfway down the road before I tasted it, and it was terrible - very watery. I ended up throwing it out. Between my experience and the fact that I have to get over three lanes in about a quarter mile during rush hour traffic to get to 85 once I leave the shop (that was an adventure in itself), I probably won't return. My search for a convenient morning bagel stop continues.

While the food gets and emphatic and enthusiastic 5 stars, the establishment gets, well, 1 star. I compromised, and focused on the food for this rating, because I would hate for those to-go people to miss out. Also, you can sit outside, which totally makes up for it. Basically the reason that I hate the establishment so much, is because they ALWAYS burn a bagel while you are waiting for your food, so not only is the smell obnoxious, but you will end up smelling like it for hours after you leave! All of the bagels are fantastic, and the jalapeno salsa cream cheese is out of this world. I say get it to go and enjoy the delicious eats, or stick around and smell like a burned bagel. It's up to you!

Wow! What driving an extra block will give you. After a HORRIBLE experience at the Lavista location, I came here and was treated like a VIP. Seriously, the staff was great. They were on the ball and kind and I ordered, paid, and had my food in less time an I waited in line and watched being ignored at the other location. Parking is not great here, b e inside is really nice with the smaller tables on the side.

Had I not paid for my food, I would have left without it. The service is extremely slow. The staff are extremely low class. 20 minutes and $15 later I have my 3 items. Note to all pos workers: your butt is not what we came to see when you turn around and bend over. Please wear appropriate sized pants!!! Jezus

Nice bagel franchise, which also serves coffee and other breakfast items. LOVE their bagel, especially the Asiago and Blueberry. If you're planning to get cream cheese spread; tell them you want it on the side. Almost every place I've been to overkill the spread on your bagel. Like, seriously. Staff here are friendly and pretty efficient. They greet ya and all that good stuff. Parking is limited. Forget trying to make left turns out of this place during traffic hours.

The people in N. Druid Hills love their bagels. Besides the billion bagel places around the area that gets busy during breakfast and lunch time. You can even find another Einstein Bros. Bagels if you drive a few miles east on N. Druid Hills Rd. I prefer this location because they have more parking. Besides that, they are the same. Einstein Bros. Bagels sells coffe and bagels. They also have a bunch of speciality bagel sandwiches. I like the Nova Lox Bagel, which consists of Nova Lox, onions, capers, and tomatoes. For the sandwiches, you can choose among billions of bagel choices from plain to Spinach Florentine. My brain fries when I have so many choices; so I usually get the plain bagel. Bagels are usually calorie intensive, so they have thin bagels that are around 220 calories. So if you're on a diet, you can try that. But beware, these guys are tiny. You need about 2 of these to get full, but what's the point? If you're on a diet, you have to starve. Overall, they sell ok bagels and coffees. If you want bagels, it's a good place to go.

I've always liked the franchise and have stopped here before when I was in town. Unfortunately I doubt this will be a stop again. A simple toasted blueberry bagel that tastes like onions? Can't you folks clean your knives before you slice or apply cream cheese/butter? Unbelievable, if I want an onion bagel I think that's what I would have ordered and you won't make it right? Not very thoughtful Eisenstein!

This location is a poor representation of the Einsteins brand. I have had several bad experiences here and only here. Today I waited 25 minutes for a plain bagel with butter. When asking about my order I was rudely acknowledged and the employee rolled her eyes. In my time waiting I saw several other occurrences of this employee mouthing off to customers. I totally understand getting behind at a busy rush, but it would be much appreciated to see some hustle by the employees. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way for now on to go to a different Einsteins and probably still receive my order before I would at this location.
