It is dirty in there. People are nice though.

THE.WORST.LOCATION.IN.THE.CITY. Do not visit this Einstein if you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast. The employees are rude and will leave you waiting for your order for 20+ minutes.... Every single time. On my last visit (yeah... As in the last time I'll ever give this place a shot) I sat in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes without anyone taking my order. When pulling up to the window the employees practically laughed in my face. The line was over 5 cars deep. DO NOT COME HERE!

Well I jope somebody from the shop reads this. Its a nice place to have some coffee and bagel BUT !!!! sometimes when u open the door i think you are in a middle of a fire what is going on with all the smoke inside. get a better air system.!!!

Einstein's in general typically fall into the solid-three-star category for me. I've had many a cinnamon sugar or asiago bagel at ones all over town. This one, primarily when I lived a mile away and often got bagels for clients or the office, or on a quick jaunt in to work just for me. That being said- this is really a 2.5 star location because, as with many places in this corridor of Howell Mill, the traffic is crazy and getting in/out/around their parking lot is a pain. Generally quicker to go in rather than use the drive-thru, in my experience.

I was so disappointed to recieve bad customer service not once but twice. When you walk in there are no directional signs telling you where to order but there are employees standing at both ends of the counter. You would think someone would guide you over to place your order. Nope, they just stood there and looked at us. Once we finally placed an order with a young lady who barely knew how to talk, we went over to the next counter to pick up our food. The gentleman gave us the total and my fiance pulled his money out. The guy said something under his breath and then said..."but I am sure that wouldnt be a funny joke." I have NO idea what his joke was but I am glad he didnt say it. Finally, we went outside to eat and almost tripped over a cement block. I believe the cement block is for the outside umbrellas. It was lterally by the door waiting for an accident. My fiance moved that out of the way too. I am not sure who the manager is, but I would revamp the staff (they are the worst) and make sure no cement blocks are in the doorway. Luckily the food is good, but I will find another location.

We stop here to get a quick bite before a day of shopping because we wanted something like that would wait is down and because we knew that we were going to go for big dinner later. The service here was decent but not excellent. We all ordered bagels. My friends got the apple cinnamon bagel and I got this 6 cheese bagel. They were both very delicious and hit the spot. The establishment was a little dirty and we had to wipe off our own table so that's the reason for the low star. Also the staff preparing the food in the kitchen part were so loud loud that you could hear everything that they were talking about. We probably will not return to this location but we would definitely go to others.

I Waited 10 minutes to order in the drive thru. Then I said hello repeatedly to the order system and never heard a word from the order taker. Pulled up to the open window and no one said a word to me. They were not busy either there was one car in front of me. This is terrible customer service. I used to enjoy this place but I will take my business else where.

The lady at the drive thru window was rude and acted like I was bothering her. I want to throw my bagel away since it was given with such anger.

Some of the yummiest bagels around and great coffee. Prices are good too.

This is the worst Einstein in Georgia. Lots of attitude from employees, dirty tables, long waits, unmanned cashier station. Food was on par with other Einstein but waiting 20 min for bagel and coffee was throughly unacceptable. There was literally a queue of 5 customers waiting to pay and no one at the cash register.

Food was good and was what everyone expects when they go to an Einsteins, but simply avoid the drive thru at all possible costs. Ordering a sandwich, coffee, bagel, and juice in the drive-thru turned out to be as difficult as solving the Israeli-Palestinian crisis.

If you are looking for any semblance of customer service, you will have a better experience at Taco Bell. Twice I have gone through the drive thru for a quick cup of coffee in the last month specifically saying "PLEASE NO SUGAR". I pull up to the window and ask to make sure there is no sugar. The response, "oh no, none". As I pull out and take a sip, my body goes into shock with the amount of sugar dumped in my coffee. I live in this neighborhood and have been going to this Einstein's for a while. The service has deteriorated in leaps and bounds. Not only do they not care about getting your order right, they are rude and unfriendly.

Nice people and good food. I just wish they would get a clue and use signs to let incoming visitors know where to place their orders. It's awful waiting several minutes just to learn that you're waiting at the wrong place. If you're supposed to order at the register, meaning to whiz by the normal "order here" place, then please use signage for that. Thanks.

Sundried tomato spread on a bagel is amazing! It's a solid go to breakfast place when you really don't know what to get. The Einsteins near our house usually sends us coupons in the mail which makes it more enticing to go in to grab a bagel w/ spread, bagel sandwich, or bagel bucket.

My job had the office catered with bagels today so I figured why not yelp about it. I picked the cinnamon raisin bagel and put this honey almond schmear all over it. I wasn't sure exactly what a "schmear" was so I had to google it. Apparently it is a mixer of brown sugar, butter, honey, corn syrup, and cinnamon until smooth. It tasted alright. but it wasn't anything amazing or a place I would go to on my own. They don't do bagels in Atlanta like they do in New York if I find a place similar I'll definitely let you know.

Awful customer service and employees. I order a mocha latte and the turkey, avocado, bacon bagel and from beginning to end, the service and quality was definitely sub par and in need of improvement. First, there was no turkey on my sandwich which cost 6.99, so in a sense I received a bacon and avocado on a bagel. When I received my mocha, chocolate syrup was dripping down the sides, very sticky and disgusting. The person taking my order needed more training because she didnt seem to know what I was ordering off their own menu. Not sure where the management is at this location but whoever that is, I hope they step up, as management should, to rectify their poor quality in food and food handling as well as the lack of customer service at this location. Not interested in coming back.

I've got some great memories of this EBB, including when we'd been on our honeymoon and out of the country for 2 weeks and then tried to order one of the egg sandwiches with spinach in it, only to be told by the gentleman at the register that there was a national Salmonella outbreak affecting spinach so they weren't serving it. I love that this EBB location is big, has plenty of parking, and does a decent job of keeping the areas clean despite how busy it always seems to be. As sean o. mentioned, much of the staff has been working there for quite some time (like the guy who told us about the spinach), and it's nice to see friendly faces in a fast-casual place, since it seems that so many such places have employees who don't seem to care about much of anything. #Yelp365 - 349/365

I don't have an Einstein Bros near where I live, so when I visited Atlanta I was excited to grab a good bagel. The bagel itself was good, but twice I went and they served me a not-hot bagel with butter slapped haphazardly across the top. The first time they made me a new one and the second time they made me a new one and refunded my money. I thought this was really nice, but how come this happened to me 2 weekends in a row?? The manager was really nice about it, but I am still a little weary about going back.

ATMOSPHERE: Lot's of seating space with some outlets here and there. MUCH bigger than the one on 14th/West Peachtree where the only outlet is behind the coke machine..... FOOD: Got the bagel bucket and tried sun dried tomato bagel, which was light and fluffy - VERY different from the one on 14th/West Peachtree which was dense. I actually prefer the dense consistency better but that's just me. Both were good! The chive/garlic cream cheese is good but tastes a lot like french onion dip for chips. The bagel bucket was 50% off with a coupon I got in the mail (regular ~$14 for 13 bagels and 2 tubs cream cheese VS with coupon = ~$7!) PARKING: Plenty in the lot. CONCLUSION: Carbalicious! Better place to study and pop out the laptop with appropriately placed outlets. I'm always a fan of carbs so I'll be back. NOTE: Didn't try to access wireless so not sure about that....

I eat here probably 2-3 times a week. Love the food, love the people, my only wish was that they'd add WiFi and stay open later than 5pm on Weekdays.

I used to go here frequently and everything used to be much better. Now, you can't find anyone to take your order, there are too many people behind the counter stumbling over each other doing nothing, and the quality of the food has even gone down. If I'm paying $6.00 for a tuna sandwich I certainly do not expect it to be smashed down to where you can see the knuckle prints in the bread. Einstein Bagels is out of the restaurant choices as far as I'm concerned. And good luck trying to find someone to take your order who doesn't talk like they have a mouth full of marbles. I swear the only competent person in the store is Chris, the manager.

consistently good food and quick service. one time someone with a really thick accent was calling out names for orders coming up so that was a pet peeve. other than that one day of tough name calling, i have not had a problem here. the selection is vast and my husband likes the bagel pizzas. there is adequate seating and some outdoors as well. i love the honey butter here. staff is friendly and gets your order correct 100% of time.

Einstein's is "okay" but the customer service at this particular location makes me question my life choices every time I go here (which I refuse to do anymore). The people working here are so slow and so rude, I feel uncomfortable every time I go. I recommend driving to Goldberg's off west paces ferry or skipping breakfast.

I trotted over here on a Sunday afternoon while I was waiting on my car to get repaired across the street. Sitting in a mechanic shop for an extended amount of time makes me anxious, so I opted for EBB over the Starbucks because let's get real, Starbucks is way overrated. I was greeted by a very polite gentleman who seemed to get quickly annoyed about my questions regarding the bagel thins. As a gal who likes to cut calories whenever she can, I opted for the lower calorie version of a comforting snack. I ordered a plain bagel thin (they were out of the whole wheat I wanted) with LIGHT butter and a regular sized coffee. Upon delivery of my food, I was terrified to know what a regular order of butter slapped onto the bagel would be because my bagel thin was drenched. It was dripping in salty, butter, sogging up my almost burnt bagel thin. Kind of counter productive when someone's trying to go the healthier route. Additionally, the vanilla hazlenut coffee was embarrasingly watered down. There was an EBB on my college campus and I have memories of the coffee tasting worlds better. What annoyed me the most, however, was that there was no wifi there. Call me a snot if you'd like, but I came to EBB to pass the time while I was waiting on my car and I assumed I could catch up on some work on my computer. Is it that unusual to expect a joint like this would provide internet to its customers? I'd even understand if they had internet, but regulated their accessible hours for the service, sort of like selected Panera Breads do, just so customers don't camp out, but this place had none, which is enough to keep me from going back.

This location was out of everything on a Sunday morning. The girl working the drive through needs to sit down and read the menu a few times to figure out that they actually sell bagels. She had no clue what she was doing. Thank god some of the items were numbered, good luck ordering anything without a simple '1' or '3' next to it.

Hubs and I were tired of being stuck inside and decided to make a trek out for supplies and some eats. A bagel was sounding mighty tasty so we stopped here (we walked because I refuse to drive around with southern drivers until the roads are entirely clear). The inside was clean and nice and they had free wifi. :) We looked at the bagel case and they had way more variety than the location at GT I frequent. Daniel decided on a spinach Florentine bagel with veggie cream cheese and a hot cocoa. I ordered the six cheese bagel with veggie cream cheese and a small coffee. Everything came out fairly quickly and the hot cocoa even came with the option of whip cream on top!! The man (the manager I think) and lady that ran the front were also super nice. The food itself was filling and decent. Einstein's bagels are certainly not a NY bagel, but they do the trick when I'm craving one. Overall it was the perfect meal for day two of the snowstorm. #Yelp 365 - 11/365

Einstein Brothers is a culinary plague in the Southeast and other areas where real bagels aren't otherwise available. Einstein is to bagels what McD's is to steakhouses, and they wouldn't last very long in the NY Metro Area. Their product is a soft "savory doughnut" which is only baked, rather than boiled before baking. The result is bland, doughy (rather than chewy) and unappealing. Having vented my displeasure that such an abomination even exists, the reality is that in many areas this is what folks know to be a "bagel." Their coffee is good.

If you want a bagel and some all you can drink decent coffee then Einstein's is the place. I think the lunch menu is a bit overpriced for what you get but that's not this individual store's fault. Stick to a bagel and a smear, or a bagel with some PB&J and you are in and out for $3. The staff here is mostly people who have been working there a while, so if you are a regular they know your name, and your order. It's pretty quiet and thankfully they *don't* have free wifi so the place doesn't fill up with unemployed zombies.

I have gotten excellent service here for the past 6 months. Way to step it up, There is still one guy at the drive through that cannot get it together, but hey, they can't be perfect. YAY!

I like this location for a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. Service is fast and friendly and I like how the dining area is spacious. Also, the coffee is a-ok. I also appreciate the sufficient parking availability.

The manager and the tall guy are super cool. However, most of the other staff seem to be rather inefficient and full of 'tude at times. I don't expect great service, but it isn't difficult to acknowledge a "thank you" from a customer with a "your welcome" or to give a customer ketchup without looking like they asked you to give up your first born. Breakfast sandwiches are below average, but a toasted bagel from Einsteins rocks. Their Neighborhood blend coffee is excellent and I prefer it over acidic Starbucks. 3 stars for the bagels and a star drop for 'tude.

I really like Einstein's bagels. When we lived on this side of town we took the dog with us to Einstein's and sat on their porch a few times. Us with human bagels, him with his doggy bagel. The coffee is pretty good, too. The people here are always really friendly to me, so a big thumbs up for making a chain a really pleasant place to stop in.

Slowest drive-thru I've ever been through- waited 15 minutes just to get a coffee. It looks like they might need extra morning staff. Be prepared to wait if you come here in the morning. Love their coffee & food though.

Just finished a bagel thin sandwich that I'm so disappointed with. I ordered the BLT avocado on an everything bagel thin. What I got was a stale bagel with a tiny sprinkling of herbs/seeds on half of it, my tomatoes were white like a crayon...not ripe at all & bacon was tough to chew. :( had I not went through the drive-thru I would have returned sandwich & asked for something else. I wish they would have told me they were out of ripe tomatoes & everything bagel thins, then I would have gladly ordered something else. Other than that I usually have great service & great food when I'm here but maybe that's because I usually go inside instead of drive-thru.
