Got a southwest chicken salad during a very short layover. Salad was decent, but clearly had been sitting out all day. It was a bit soggy, and didn't come with any dressing (nor did the cashier offer any). I didn't realize it didn't have dressing until i opened it at my gate. Oh well. I was hungry and running low on time. So I gobbled it up.

There really isn't much in the lower T gates, so finding Corner Bakery was a pleasant surprise. The chopped salad I had while I waited for my flight to board was fresh, even though it was prepacked before arriving to be sold. Yep, even at 9:00 PM the lettuce was still crispy. Good toppings, but I would have preferred to have it without bacon this time. They do make the sandwiches to order, at least. Nice seating area with power outlets so that you can charge up while you eat up.
