We've been to this location a couple times and you can tell they are doing something right when their is a line out the door around 10:55am before they open at 11! The staff could use a little more friendliness, but they make your food correctly and are very quick. That's the important part. Not much to say about a Chipotle. (fast food chain) Not a lot of options to add to your meals but with what they have the food is always delicious and fresh. I am IN LOVE with their salads.

The food is good and the restaurant is clean. My biggest complaint is how SLOW the service is. I've been here multiple times and have walked out the door because of the line. I've seen other customers do the same thing. I'm standing in line now and see the cashier just standing there waiting on the food line. Improve your time of delivery and I will give 4 stars.

I'm torn to write about this Chipotle location. I've been coming here for several years and today I saw some unsanitary practices that grossed me out. I know it's fast food and I like the fact that I can see how they are preparing the food. I love their food and that it's healthier alternative. Today, the servers/preparers were goofing around (nothing wrong with that) and were grabbing each others' arms etc. But then NONE of them changed their gloves. They all went back touching /serving food. Hello - GROSS!!! The cashier must have seen my face and asked...I told her and she made me a new salad. The person behind me felt the same way. Yet even after this being brought to her attention she didn't ask the 4 servers to change the gloves. So if Chipotle is pitching good healthy food for you then why aren't they serving it in a SANITARY manner?

This location is in a plaza next to Chickfila and old navy. Food and service is just like any other chipotle. However, if you are in a rush, do not come to this location. This location is consistently really busy and the line is always craaaaaaaazy long. Don't be surprised if you are waiting over 20 minutes in line. I came here on Sunday at 7:30 and the line was just ridiculous. Tip: order through their app and pick up there...

Booooo!! Out of corn and guacamole?!?? Why did you even bother opening today?? My bowl felt so inadequate and no discount was offered. This, my friends, was a sad-sad day in America

Very disappointed! Something is off with their recipes ... Not sure if it's the rice, chicken, corn, or something else. I always get a chicken burrito bowl and love it... But was surprised when I visited this location that the burrito bowl didn't taste like the bowls at the 8 other chipotle locations I've visited. I also gave them a second chance and it still was not right!

I love Chipotle but this location is always packed. I dread going to Cobb Pkwy most days because of the traffic, and then to walk in and be #40 in line is a let down. Don't get me wrong, I waited to get my fix, but I hope they will open some other locations (Atlanta Rd. or South Cobb) to alleviate the wait.

Poor customer service skills and dirty. Asked them to change their gloves. This older Hispanic lady made big deal about it. Not only was she making a big deal but she was wiping the counter with nothing but her gloves. That is unsanitary and cross contamination. Told the cash register girl that there wasn't any soap in men's restroom. She said ok. Went back after I was done eating 30 min later, still no soap. Very disappointed in Chipotles downhill slope in regards to customer service and cleanliness. I've observed this at multiple locations throughout Atlanta in the past year. I will not be a returning customer.

This is an average Chipotle with great food in an ok price but the lines are long every day

I must say that I enjoy eating Chipotle. In case you did not know, Chipotle is the first and only restaurant to go completely no-GMO. This location has the official sign to prove it! They pride themselves on severing sustainable meat and fresh veggies from local farmers! For that reason I recommend chipotle and encourage others to eat it as well. However, I am only giving THIS Chipotle 3 stars because I know that this was NOT Steve Ells's vision. My neighborhood Chipotle is failing due to lack of cleanliness, inconsistency, and poor customer service. I understand being busy, but please be busy with a smile on your face. This location does not set the standard for fast casual dining. It's definitely good to see a line, However, it also means that the staff could be a little more efficient. There is always a long line here, always! My strategy was to arrive right at 11am when the store opened for lunch, first problem was that the door didn't actually open until 11:03 and people were already waiting outside. Why not open the door 5 minutes early instead? Second problem, why was the customer service not friendly during the opening hour? I'd like to suggest offering coffee for the employee so that they are a little more friendly at 11am. Although I can't give any additional stars I would recommend that you try chipotle to form your own opinion, then let me know what you think. My past few experiences here on Cobb parkway were just mediocre.

Lunch hour rush time service was outstanding! It was 12:15pm on Thursday and the line was ALMOST out the door. But we waited less than 5 min to be serviced. I was very impressed at how smooth their food line was. From the "Are you eating here or to go?" to the "Your total comes to..." the employees are fast, friendly, and efficient. Best service I have ever had at Chipotle!!!!

I've eaten at Chipotle for more than ten years. Love the food value. I love the consistent taste all over the country. Except today. We had ordered 3 chicken bowls. The chicken and rice were bland and not tasty. Ive never had a complaint before but this location is by far the worst tasting Chipotle I've experienced and I eaten at no less than 20. Please investigate. Overall id rank an average Chipotle 4.2/5 stars based on value of food for the price and taste. We ate at 230pm.

Delicious food at a great price! First off anyone who actually eats in store has to be a sadomasochist. This place is insanely busy and noisy. There's always a long line. I always order and pay online and pick mine up. Food: The tacos are small but delicious. I always get the burrito bowl. It's the size of a small baby and so good! My favorite meat is with the pork. Last time they were out of pork at 11:30 a.m. So one star off for that. I add guac to mine. It's fresh and delicious! Ordering/Picking up: Easy peasy. I order and pay online. I go straight to the register for pickup and bypass all the fools waiting in line. Service: The register people are super nice. I don't know how they handle everything so well with the noisiness and constant customers. Parking: It stinks. I try and pickup around 11:30ish.

There is always a long line which gives the impression theyre handing out free burritos. The line moves fairly slow... Depending on the time and day. Honestly I feel like they need another Chipotle in this area. However, customer service is awful. My boyfriend got chicken and the young woman gave half a scoop... He asked if he could get more and she said it was extra.. He paid it but I thought that wasn't fair. The last time I ate here I got food poisoning and was sick for the days... Missed work and everything. I know it was from this place because it was the first thing I had eaten all day and within hours I was throwing it all up. A friend of mine who works in the restaurant industry advised me that if I get sick from a restaurant that I should call them and let them know so that they are aware... Next time I will. I was an avid Chipotle eater but I haven't been in 3 months and don't plan on going back anytime soon.

First let me say when they have all the toppings the food is great. More than 90% of the time when I come here they are out of a few dofferent items.. Tonight I came to get a veggie burrito bowl to go. The door said "sorry we are out of chips" (In my head I'm thinking coooool not ordering chips, always am squinting as I walk up to door hoping it doesnt say out of guac or salsa, I ALWAYS expect it to read out of ......). I order a burrito bowl with veggies n a side of guac ( guac is free with veggie bowl, I guess in place of meat). They are out of chopped veggies and also out of guac...this is what my bowl is primarily made of and guac is 2 extra dollars if not included in bowl, so I am getting ripped off majorly if my veggie bowl has no veggies or guac! I got upset and asked to speak with manager and let him know that it always seems they are out of something when I come here, I have expressed this many times to this same manager who is always very pleasant to speak with but he has blamed it on the previous nights prep team, today it was the delivery truck, whatever it is I wish they would fix it. Its almost to the point where I feel the need to call them ahead of time to make sure they have all the toppings available and that is not how a restaurant should operate! I lived in Duluth and went to the Chipolte off of Pleasant Hill for many years and never had this problem!!! The manager gave me 2 buy one get one coupons which is pretty pointless to me bc I live alone ( dnt enjoy chipolte warmed up) work in Woodstock and there is no Chipolte close for me and a coworker to take advantage of this coupon. I never write reviews and I feel bad to bash this location because the manager is always so nice but I have been coming to this location over a year and this is an ongoing issue!!! One last thing the employees seem miserable!!! They know how busy it gets and if they dont enjoy the fast pace enviorment then they should work elsewhere, its like you are bothering them to ask for something. As noted earlier Managers are always nice.

I frequent this location because it's close to my job. The staff is polite and they move the line pretty fast during rush hours. Every now and then the veggies aren't cooked. Parking is a cluster because I think there are too many businesses in a small part of the parking lot. Hint: some shifts are more generous with the portions than others!

EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!!! I love Chipotle but this location is so slow. The chicken is usually burnt. The food is good, but you're waiting 30 minutes to get a salad bowl. It's ridiculous.

  • Jennifer A.

Don't order online. The store was a mess and they were out of ice, forks and courtesy. They cater to customers inside only. I ordered my food and when I got there to pick up, 2 other people were waiting before I got there for their online order. The cashier was texting and refused to help the others. They didn't give us all our ingredients, ran out of forks, didn't give us salad dressing for our salads.

Chipotle is awesome. This location is extremely busy because it's in the Cumberland mall area. The line is long most of the time. The best thing you can do is Order Online for any location. I still had to wait here, but it's just easier. Parking is horrible so be prepared to park at a distance and walk. This location is clean and well staffed to keep the line moving. Been here three times since working in the area and when ordering my burrito bowl it's been overflowing with yumminess. No complaints.

  • Jackie H.

Chipotle is so, so good to me. I love the quality meats and veggies and the rice is delicious. They are not stingy with the ingredients and employees are always friendly. This one is so busy though. The line is long most of the time and this will deter me on many occasions. I would never fault them for being so good at what they do, that everyone wants it all the time. However, a hungry person facing a line can and will deflate said person. That would be me. Still, I love the food and feel sure I will be back to stand in line to get a chicken burrito bowl. I'll just have to down a protein bar while I wait to keep the hunger beast in check, lol.

Nope. Won't be back. Had serious stomach problems after eating a burrito bowl from this place. That has never happened to me at any other Chipotle.

First for me - out of guacamole? Tomatoes? Seems like an inventory and forecasting issue. They really need 'The Profit' here. Can't ride on fresh ingredients soley.

We had the barbacoa salad and burrito bowls. These chain Tex-mex places are all about service and the quality of the meat. The people making my meal were fast and efficient, not wasting my time with pleasantries. The barbacoa meat was delicious and I would get it again. Btw, the table we sat at was a little dirty.

I give Chipotle 5 stars. This location, 1. Rude employees, long lines and usually dirty. Really ruins the experience of delishness.

So came in to Atlanta to visit friends. We decided on chipotle because they had never been. To my surprise we had horrible service. There was this really tall light skin girl helping us and she was quite unpleasant. They felt the food was pretty good but paired with that service they would likely not come back to this location.

  • Alan J.

With all natural ingredients and a long line most of the time is worth the wait. Weather your getting the bowl or a burrito or a salad you'll send your tastebuds through the roof! I come here when I want a treat, a healthy treat I might add. The chips and guacamole are awesome but I think there can me a little too much salt on the chips.... The guac is amazing on burritos you much try it... The ppl preparing the food and taking your orders are polite and smiling always. I love this place... Makes for a nice sunny day or even a date.. Everyone loves this place....

Yay! I'm a fan. I try not to jump on bandwagons, but I couldn't even help myself with this one. After a waaaay too long visit with my home mortgage guy, my stomach was just about hitting my back. After leaving his office, I went over to this Chipotle to pick up an order I'd hastily placed online. Well, the order never went through, so the lady just had them make my order right on the spot, and yes, the line was LONG at 9:50 P.M. I ordered the infamous "bowl". I got chicken, lettuce, guacamole, white beans, cheese, corn and mild salsa. Now, this bowl was a pretty darn good size, but why so much lettuce? Next time, I will stand by the window & let them know how much lettuce I like, because there was more of that than anything else. But it was still SO GOOD. I don't know what the spices/seasonings are, but it was so tasty, I finished that bowl in every bit of 5-8 minutes. =) So, yeah, I don't do ridiculously long lines but I'll hit these folks up when the crowds die down.

  • Bruce K.

Stopped in for a burrito bowl to go for lunch. There were four or five people in line in front of me when I arrived but the line moved extremely quickly. Not just an assembly line, these folks were On. Zip, zip, zip, what do you want, what beans, what protein, which veggies, which salsa and do you want a drink? Blam!

    (4)
  • Jamie P.

Typical Chipotle. It's basically identical to all the other locations I've ever been. However, if you're in a hurry, I advise going elsewhere as there's always a long line and it moves rather slowly. They really need to double the number of people on the food assembly line, especially during lunch.

Routinely disappointed. I have been coming to this location for about 6-7 months now and I have only grown more and more frustrated over that period of time, to the point now where I refuse to return here. Tonight I placed an online order about an hour and ten minutes before picking up. When you place an online order a phone number is required with their reasoning being "we will contact you if there are any questions/inquiries regarding your order." It is now 2 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I am standing at the unmanned register while witnessing one of the employees shout out the following to the ~10 or so people standing in line: "we are out of chicken, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, and guacamole." I will elaborate on this stocking issue in a moment. Everyone in line the proceeded to turn around and walk out of the restaurant. Keep in mind that this is 30 minutes before closing. How they expect to serve people for the remainder of their shift is beyond me. So here I am, finally being acknowledged at the register with a, "can I help you?" while at the same time my phone starts ringing. One of the employees in back was calling me to inform me that they couldn't fulfill my order. Really? It had been well over an hour since I placed my order. They decide to wait until I have already driven to their location and am standing at the register, after I have already learned of their shortcoming, to call me and give me the heads up that they can't fulfill my order. Had I received this notification early enough I could have picked up food somewhere else, no big deal. However at this point the only other options I'd consider for a quick fix meal late at night are closed. This is not the first time this has happened, but rather it is a reoccurring issue. I never encountered the problem of this location running out of several key ingredients until about two months ago, and since then my girlfriend and I joke about it every time I place an online order or talk about picking something up. "Make sure you have a backup plan." Well it strikes again. How can a store that consistently has a 20+ minute line wait seemingly so often be unprepared to complete a shift fully stocked on ingredients? This has happened at least four times in the year 2015 already, and it has come to the point where I only try this location once every two weeks anyways (so who knows how often it is happening otherwise!). Long lines, inconsistent portions (be careful who is prepping your bowl that day when you decide to spend $1.80 on guacamole, chances are you'll get shorted), inability to maintain stock levels (only can confirm this being an issue for final hour of operation but is a routine problem), lack of consideration/attentiveness with online orders in calling me promptly regarding their inability to complete my order, I am done with this location. I love the brand and will continue to be a customer at other locations but never again on Cobb Parkway. I have given them far too many chances. **Quick edit: I gave this location 2 stars simply because they have given me many a great service in the past. That, however, all seemed to end right around the time the calendar turned to 2015. Such a shame.

I would give Chipotle in general a 4-5 rating, but this particular Chipotle gets a little lower rating. Normally I am greeted with happy(ish) or at least faking it employees. This particular employee was incredibly rude. I sometimes get swamped at my job too but in my opinion, this doesn't give you the right to be rude to people who are keeping your business going- AKA the patrons. Also, the parking is dreadful. Seriously awful!!! Ok. On to the food. It took me a good year of eating Chipotle before I found the combination that was so amazing I couldn't pass up. My combination (feel free to try! ) bowl: rice, chicken or steak, fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, corn salsa, hot salsa, pico de gallo. Can't be beat.

  • Melanie B.

I LOVE Chipotle however, this location has VERY rude staff! I only go to this one because it is very close to my house. On several occasions I have witnessed employees talk rudely to customers, roll their eyes at customers, and rush just tossing ingredients into customer orders. If I didn't have an issue with the staff they would've received possibly another star or two however that isn't the case. I will now travel a little further up 285 in order to get my Chipotle fix.

  • Shaun C.

Love this place. Of all the Chipotles around, this one is the best in my opinion. Very quick service and they're not shy on the amount. Keep in mind this place is almost always packed. There is outdoor seating though so, weather permitting, there is some expansion. So delicious!

Every time I come or call they never have any pork. It's been 5 times now and I would think if they always run out they would supply it more if it's so popular. Another thing is that I wish they would put a note on the door to let us know they ran out of certain items instead of waiting that long line.

    (1)
  • Dino D.

They are as friendly as they can be. Its a busy location & the line moves pretty fast. Fresh ingredients & the guacamole is pretty good.

  • Rebecca O.

I'm pretty sure this Chipolte always has a line. I went around 2:30 on a Saturday and the line was 3/4 to the door. I understand completely what it is like to work in a very busy fast food environment, but that's no excuse for providing lackluster service. The lady who first took the order was acting like she was just herding cattle around. She was sloppy because of this and really didn't provide good service. The rest of the team seemed a little bit nicer, but you could also tell them seemed overwhelmed. Otherwise, the burritos are pretty good. They definitely have fresh ingredients, but I wish they had more selection.

    (2)
  • Alex C.

This Chipotle is CRAZY BUSY all the time. So if you're reading this and want a quick lunch, be ready to wait 15-20 minutes in line. They definitely move people through their line, but as Kathleen M. says, it is BUSY. All. the. time.

    (3)
  • Alyx K.

I give Chipotle overall 5 stars. I give THIS chipotle location 2. Here's why: This place is wayyyy too busy for its own good. The parking lot is teeny and the parking spaces are lined for compact cars or smart cars so everyone can't help taking up 1 and 1/2 parking space so cars are all over the lines. In fear of running into someone else, I always park far and just walk. The line inside is always long. I'll come mid afternoon, later for dinner, early for dinner, early for lunch. There's always a line. Sometimes it's so long it'll wrap around the entire restaurant and outside. Subsequently, since it's so busy the workers are really rushed. They always haphazardly put together your food. I have to constantly ask for a little bit more to the tiny portion of lettuce or corn they give you. The steak here has been undercooked a few times (I think because they're so rushed) so I always opt for the chicken. It's also not as clean as I would like to see. Ingredients are always mixing in with each other on the counter line. Before you leave, there's always a crowd at the utensils, soda machine, hot sauce area. Overall, too busy. They do an okay good keeping up with the demand, but at what cost? I'll continue to come here because the location is right in the middle of a shopping area and right off the highway. The second nearest Chipotle to me is inconveniently a tad too far plus I'm not a fan of Moe's or Willy's which are both nearby. But you have been warned.

    (2)
  • Tyler S.

Got a burrito bowl. The steak was too undercooked to eat. The rice was hard. Didn't get a receipt even. Forgot to give me the chips. When I got the chips, the chips were soggy. Disgusting.

no pork okay they like local and all nstur as long but no salad dressing why bother serving salad place was filthy

  • Jack R.

This location is solid (like most CMGs), but the line is almost always out the door. The wait can be far too long most days as well. Meaning, it doesn't seem like the line moves very quickly. Other than that, that food is pretty good.

    (3)
  • Alex M.

Chipotle is that great quick Mexican food fix when on the go. This was a working lunch after missing breakfast and knowing it was going to be a while before the day ended. The food was and is always made fast. The portions are huge, so this will surly satisfy your hunger. It's a busy place so know what you want because the line moves fast. Food was great. I choose this over Taco Bell for a Mexican lunch quick fix any day . Well worth the money. Had a chicken bowl only thing missing was the "patron". It was a working lunch so hey.......I will live......

Always a long line. Pretty slow. Be prepared for a long wait no matter what time. Other than that the food is good.

I tried Chipotle for the first time and enjoyed my experience. The food was just average, but I suggest their special chipotle Tabasco sauce! It really makes the difference in their food.

I'm always a fan of Chipotle's food, but OMG this location is always PACKED! It must have taken 20+ minutes to get through the line at 7:30 at night on a Saturday. WOW. And they even had 5 people on the line! I'm a fan of the chicken, steak and carnitas. I'm usually a burrito bowl fan, but this trip I got the tacos. I was pleasantly surprised and wondered why I had not tried them before. I got the brown cilantro rice, steak, corn salsa, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. They do charge extra for the guac, but I don't mind because it is quite delicious. I skipped the side order of chips (since I ended up with 3 flour tortillas by picking tacos), but got an iced tea. However, both tea urns had sweet tea in them - RUDE. Someone was not paying attention in the kitchen. Usually not a fan of sweet tea, I didn't mind it so much since the steak is so spicy. This location is kept super clean. They turn over the tables quickly and someone is always coming through the dining room and making sure the tables have been wiped down and ready for the next group to sit down. Despite the delays in getting to the front to order, everything else they do is quick and on point. Plus, they have a good-sized dining room to accomodate and a lot of outside seating - which is great unless it's raining.

Don't like rudeness people who reach over my food bullshit management.if u as a paying customer and u ask 4 fresh food u should get it u talk to management they should fix the problem and accommodate there customers.

  • Sylvia G.

Would rate them higher but the lines are always to the door and at times around the whole seating area. No parking available. It's a good problem to have and it's time to expand, add a second location or a drive thru. C'mon guys the Jamaican place next door has bowls and no waiting.

    (3)
  • Mick D.

If it's 10:50am, and I see no one in line, and you say you open at eleven, and I decide to wait outside because the weather is nice: 1) don't lock the door behind me, and 2) don't unlock it later with already a dozen people in line. (Where did they come from? The place was empty a moment ago. Why weren't they out enjoying the weather with me?) And once I'm finally at the counter, placing an order of delicious Chipotle food for myself and my friends, please don't act like you're doing me a favor. Especially when you're skimping on my burrito. I want the thing to be bulging at the seams--as I've come to expect. I mean, I appreciate the well-oiled machine you seem to have at this store, but I'd hate to be inconveniencing you or anything. I remain a fan of the food, but I can do without the attitude.

    (2)
  • Joseph S.

Long lines and long waiting is expected here but the service more than makes up for it. Can say how nice the people are and how clean the seating area always is. Plus, never an issue with getting the best sweet tea in town. Love this place!!!

I review this restaurant every time the wait is more than 15 minutes. I'm reviewing it again. They could build a chipotle on top of this chipotle and it would take just as long to get through the line.

    (2)
  • Cara K.

It doesn't get much better than a burrito bowl from Chipotle. You can easily make yours vegetarian or vegan if you'd like, too, which is a major bonus. They have fresh, quality ingredients and the guac is some of the best! If you plan to go to this location for lunch, be prepared to wait in line! It's well worth it though...and now I'm craving Chipotle, thanks a lot!

    (5)
  • Aye E.

it's always super busy and the lines can be long. Parking isn't the best because there are many other restaurants nearby. They are fast and the portions are great. The don't skimp on the kids meals either. Most won't give salsa unless charging, but they do. Everything is fresh and hot. My favorite location.

    (5)
  • Guillaume D.

I love Chipotle, but I HATE this location. The employees are incredibly slow, unprofessional, and inconsistent. It's an absolute frenzy regardless of the time of day. Despite this appearance of moving fast, the service is anything but. Unlike the majority of Chipotles I've been to, you will always find yourself standing, waiting mid-order here. The preparation area is also unclean. I always end up cringing when, inevitably, my burrito touches the counter. Avoid this location if you can. Hopefully, it will get a new manager and get its act together.

I love Chipotle food, but their location and their parking lot make this particular restaurant awful. Too congested, too many blindspots, and too many fast food chains next to it. Not worth driving to this location.

Always a long line but they make the most filling bowls. I never have to get them the side eye for skimping on the barbacoa. I go between 11-11:20 or after the lunch crowd. Parking is a bit tough but that's not their fault. One of my favorite locations.

I love Tex Mex. I love burritos, tacos, chips, guacamole, and salsa, but I do not love Chipotle, especially this location. The food is lackluster, and the customer is meh. I am never impressed. Give me Willy's any day.

Love me some chipotle burritos. if you've never had it...get it. And i promise you'll want another one. Beware: their burritos are HUGE! so come hungry.

I used to hate Chipotle. They gave no free chips, and their selection of burrito stuffings was lacking. What a load of crap. Therefore, I always ventured to Willy's for my chain-restaurant, Southwestern styled burrito (don't get me started about Moe's--the worst of the 3). Recently, I've been going to Chipotle a lot more--due to my wife's urgings. And it's starting to grow on me. Actually it grew on me a lot. I prefer this place to Willy's now. Why? The meats taste slightly better. I love their pork. Also, they serve steamed rice with their burrito (although I doubt it's healthier for you, they probably use a ton of salt in their steamed rice). Some people hate the rice, I love the rice because I'm Asian. They also give a choice between fajita style or beans style. I always choose fajita because I don't like to fart too much. And they have corn as a stuffing item. That also gives it an interesting taste and texture. Also, make sure to pay extra to get the guacamole in your burrito. That is the finishing touch. Now I don't mind the non-free chips. It's probably healthier for me not to eat those. But that's stretching it because these burritos, no matter which franchise you go to (Willy's, Chipotle, Moe's), is probably bad for you. But hey, at least they taste good.

Food is usually really good here, but at least half the time, the employees screw something up. They are rude. An example, on one occasion I went to pick up lunch for three or four people in my office. I interneted in the order for an hour and a half later, wired and went to pick it up at the prescribed time. Fifteen minutes of waiting in the online pickup line gets me to the register only to be informed that oops they hadn't started it because it was too big and I wanted to pay in store... Made me mad, but I see the reasoning... though I'm sure it was against company policy, if not an outright lie. Then I want to spliT it three ways (the company wasn't paying and we were busy, so I took everyone's cash or card), and they tell me no dice. I had to get a manager out there and waste another five or ten minutes just to pay them and have them act like I was the jerk. This is standard there. I've been there numerous times where the workers were lazy, unresponsive and unhappy to be there... won't help you out. I've waited tables, so I'm not some crazy demanding customer... always nice, usually even tip at a place like that, never complain or get mad except here. Today my wife goes back,.for the first time in forever, and they screw up her order, and wrong it up wrong... but I guess the old saying goes,"fool me for the umpteenth time, shame on me." The place needs a manager who has a good attitude so the employees will have one. I have to go to Moe's now for a convenient burrito that I won't like as much, but at least they're good people.

For fast food this is about as healthy as it gets other than the tortilla. Always go for the bowl or a couple Tacos. The mild salsa and corn salsa are my favorite paired with the fajita veggies and brown rice. Yummmmm. This location is very close to a lot of office parks so expect a terrible wait. Recommendation is order online, pay, and go pick up at the register.

Chipotle is one of my go-to restaurants for lunch/dinner because their food tastes great, is hormone free/local when possible, and is relatively healthy and substantial for "fast food". I always get a version of a steak burrito bowl and when i'm being "bad" I'll get their delicious chips (beware, these have 450 calories). I will say that this is the busiest Chipotle in the Southeast and you will almost always have to wait in line for a substantial amount of time. However, the end result of the food and friendly service is generally worth it if you're not in a big rush. Also, this means that your food is always completely fresh because they have to replenish their ingredients much more quickly.

  • Jamie S.

Visited this location on a busy weekday evening and even though there were a lot of people coming in, the wait wasn't long at all. Service is fast and the employees nice and well organized. In my opinion, this location's best attribute is the size of the outdoor seating. It's much bigger here than other Chipotle's I've visited. I got to enjoy a great burrito bowl (barbacoa) outside as the sun went down over suburban Atlanta. Great experience overall.

I travel a lot and go here many times a year. I will eat at this place at least once in the week I am there. It is very busy so sometimes I will order online. Always friendly with good portions. It's how Chipotle should work. Kudos to this Chipotle. Thanks.

  • Leslie W.

This place is ALWAYS crowded! I order online so I can walk in, go straight to the cash register, pick up my food and walk out. I NEVER stand in that line that wraps halfway around the dining area. The food is good and the steak is better than it used to be. Seems like it's better cuts of beef, not stuff I have to spit out because after chewing, it doesn't break down. IJS...

  • Kathleen M.

A Chipotle is a Chipotle is a Chipotle, no doubt about that. They're pretty cookie cutter, and this one does the job. But daaaang, is it crowded. All. the. time. And the line doesn't move especially fast. And sometimes you'll find more unclean tables than clean ones. But the burrito bowl is always tasty, and I love that they at least try to use humanely raised meat. And if you avoid the tortilla, rice, cheese, and sour cream, you can end up with a decently healthy meal. But $1.80 for a small scoop of guacamole?! Asinine. It's half the price at Willy's.

  • Tracey A.

LOVE this Chipotle... it's across the street from my office and is a weekly lunchtime 'must have' for me. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. A burrito bowl will feed me (well) at lunch and I'll have enough left over for a light dinner. Some folks have complained about the line... it's true there are many times the line is (literally) out the door BUT that's because the food is great, relatively healthy (skip the burrito skin and save calories), and this location is surrounded by many large office buildings. So yeah, there's gonna be a big crowd at lunch. The employees are friendly though and do their best to keep the crowd moving. Chipotle is soooo far superior to Moe's and Willy's... not really even a comparison!

    (4)
  • Jason D.

This place is pretty great, as are most. And as I mentioned to my wife today, I feel good eating here, knowing the meats are ethically sourced. A better alternative to Moe's and the like.

This was our second attempt to eat here, we tried a few months ago and the line was snaked around the restaurant so we ended up at Pollo Tropical. This time when we arrived there was no line, we were served quickly by polite employees though the cashier seemed a little flustered. My husband and I both had a tray to carry and were ushering our little ones while I was scanning the dining area for a place to sit. Any booth that was not occupied was covered in food, I finally found one clean looking table and we sat to eat. My husband and I enjoyed the food, commenting on the obvious freshness but we agreed we would not go out of our way to get it again. I took my daughter to the restroom and on my return, informed my husband that I would not be returning to that particular Chipotle, the ladies room was disgusting, only the fact that my 4 year old's situation was urgent induced me to use it. When we were leaving, my husband went to use the men's room and immediately returned and said "I will go find a run down gas station, it will be cleaner". He has worked in manufacturing and has been in some intense factories, if he couldn't handle it, it must have been really bad!

Pleasant experience; clean place. Decently priced food for the quality and amount given. That's all I'm looking for in a fast food chain. This location didn't stand out or impress me, but it's where I first got the steak salad. And also where I found smoked Tabasco sauce. SO GOOD. Add it to whatever you're having and that spicy bbq will do wonders. I think I smothered my salad with a fourth of that bottle. My housemate went out and got a bottle from Publix right after xD We use it in our homemade wraps. YUMM. Chicken burrito is a safe bet to get. I recommend the steak salad, with lots of tomato salsa. I like the fact that you can ask them to pile on more. Burritos are almost impossible to hold in just one hand. It's an art eating those huge things without spilling. Good place for a quick bite, fast food with friends. I've been there around 6-7pm, and only had a couple people in front.

I visited this location with a few of my friends. Good food, only that the people there just started off our night there terrible. Their was a wait for the black beans, since they had run out of them and were cooking more, so I ordered before my friends since I only eat pinto. I noticed that my burrito looked smaller than the ones I've ordered in past Chipotle's I have eaten at. Once we all got to our table, I saw that my burrito out of the four of us was smaller than the rest. I went and told management that how was I getting a smaller one when they were the same and paid the same. They gave me another one, but later another one of my friends found a hair in his burrito. Hope next time I am in the area and want some Mexican food they can do a better job.

I've been eating here once a week on ny lunch break for almost 2 years. The line is always long but moves quickly(I order online and pickup now anyways). The food is always fresh, they always fill up my bowl, and it is always consistently good. I think Chipotle is much better than Moes.

  • Samantha D.

Love this place. Love the fresh or what appears to be fresh food. Dont love the lines. Dont google the calories! Get the Fajita Chicken Bol. Its so yummy. Their Guac is pretty good but expensive for such a tiny cup or slop if you get it in your Bol. Overall this place is good quick eats for a TON of food. Moes Blows and the name "Willys" creeps me out. Chipotle is where its at... If you have never been to Chipotle don't youtube South Park/Chipotle Blood Stains. you're doing it right now. :) its hilarious and totally not true. kinda.

Chipotle is an excellent place to go for fast, fresh healthy food. Even when the line is unbearably long, it goes incredibly fast. The longest one I'd seen had an employee going through the line and allowing you to order and pay while in line before getting to the counter, which was pretty cool. Although the decor is fairly minimalist, the packaging is pretty fun to read, as is the newsletter they come out with. I'm looking forward to them bringing in brown rice. They're using it in test kitchens right now.

Much to my surprise this was delicious. Sunday lunch was packed. Be prepared to wait in line. The salad with chicken was good and typical of these places you pick what you want. They had a decent selection of toppings but not as many options as Willy's. Good quick service place.

This place is horrible. The Burritos are decent but the customer service is HORRIBLE! A little background here... My wife is pregnant and wanted a burrito. Fair enough. I walk in and the first thing I notice is how unclean the surfaces are that they were making the food on. They kept wiping it of with this yucky wet rag that had food on it from earlier in the day stuck to it. I was ok until I was my wife's tortilla repeatedly graze this unappetizing surface. I paid for the food but then got an even closer look at how nasty the rag was, the I saw the person toss lettuce back in the bin that was resting on the unclean counter. Not to mention a questionable health score I noticed after paying. I asked for a refund, after telling the manager why I could not feed this slop to my pregnant wife. In a rude tone he said I should have thought of that before hand. The burritos here are not even that good to start with(if you have ever lived in the southwest you know what I mean) so I felt rather upset that I could be treated like this for some wack burritos. BTW there is only one chipotle in town with a decent health score currently and this is not one of them.

During lunch, Chipotle has lines out the door at every restaurant, even in AZ, where you can get some of the best Mexican in the country. This speaks volumes about the quality and taste of the food at Chipotle. I do avoid the rice, which I understand is cooked in butter, but otherwise, everything is fresh and as healthy as you'd expect. Their Barbacoa is just amazing.

Usually i don't go to any fast foods, i don't like them. I like to seat at my table, and have my homemade pasta :) But sometimes i like to eat a burrito, and chipotle is really good! Even the place doesn't look like a typical fast food, it's like.... modern! I don't know if the food is real mexican (i'm italian :) ), anyway i like it! p.s.: i can't rate a fast food more than 3 star :)

I am not really a chain restaurant person. I am also really not a fast food person. And I am NOT laboring under the delusion that Chipotle is a "Mexican food" restaurant (news flash: neither are Moe's or Willy's). However, in the Mexican-esque fast food restaurant niche, I think Chipotle is the best of the bunch. Their meat and beans taste fresher and more flavorful than their counterparts at Willy's and Moe's as does the mild tomato salsa (which is actually pico de gallo). And their guac is delicious, while Willy's and Moe's serve guac that is... ehhhhhh. Yes, it is horribly fattening, but if you order the "burrito bol" (a burrito without its massive tortilla shell) it's not quite as caloric. And you can at least delude yourself into thinking that it's slightly more healthful than eating a Big Mac and fries... at least it TASTES like food, right? The lines at this location can be HORRENDOUS on a weekday lunch hour. However, you can call in your order ahead of time (and sometimes during really busy lunch rushes they have a person who takes your order while you're waiting in line). Overall, Chipotle is a good place to grab a cheap lunch sometimes. I know it's not "real" Mexican food, and I'm not even sure it's "real" food at all... but it's a guilty pleasure for me.

The food is usually very good, but the line usually sucks unless you get there before 11:40 or after 12:40... They do have online ordering capabilities which is very nice and convenient, but I find whenever I order online I get a bit less quality (more fillers like rice and beans and less meat). I've tried this many times and more often than not I find the online orders are lower quality. I'm a fan - like I said I love the food, I just wish it was easier to get a meal from them on my lunch break.

First time customer. The steak burrito was good and the guacamole and chips were terrific. Good food, not too expensive. Kinda like Zaxby's. For "fast food", it was delicious and the food was pretty fresh. I definitely recommend this restaurant. They have an iPhone app to place orders with. I didn't have time to try it while I was visiting Atlanta but that is pretty cool.

My Chipotle obsession has definitely been taken down a notch ever since my first encounter with this magnificent new-born baby sized burrito chain. The first one I had ever been to was on Connecticut Ave in DC...this was like 9 yrs ago! I remember it being like middle of the week around 8:00 and it was packed out! I have probably literally been to over 20 different locations in the U.S. and they are all pretty much the same. I chose to review this location since it is closest to my house and I frequent here the most...I've taken it down to about once every 6 weeks or so. All of the staff here is very friendly, ingredients always fresh, and I never leave disappointed!

This is going to be a very sad admission...but my boyfriend and I used to eat here 5 or 6 times a week. We shared our favorite bowl and are STUFFED, but left wanting more. Great for tex-mex. We no longer eat here because of the soybean oil in EVERYTHING and getting a bit tired of the taste. Pros: -Healthier and more responsible meats and veggies (although don't be fooled, it's not all good) -Consistency is not the word. Yes the veggies, rice, etc are freshly prepared and therefore have a slight natural variance each time, but it's always good and you know what to expect. -Too cheap for so much food -FAST, friendly service Cons: -Soybean oil -Not open late enough (This is not a con, I just have a mean jones for some Chipotle after 10PM.) -Need a little work on their packaging to make a bit more environmentally friendly. i.e. compostable take out dinnerware Suggestion: 1/2 portion bowls please

I LOVE the steak Bowl. The steak has a little kick to it. I add the Pico and Corn Salsa and it's usually spicy enough. This location isn't as consistent as the one in Buckhead on Piedmont. A big complaint my coworkers had was no free chips. That's fine by me. Enough calories in the bowl. I don't need more!

    (4)
  • Paul M.

no complaints about the quality of food here. the staff prep your order with a smile. the only knock about this location is the super long line! i've been here a few times already at different times during the day and on all occasions, the line was extremely long; 20 min wait on average. nonetheless, good food and good service.

    (3)
  • Angela F.

Like any Chipotle that you go to be prepared for a wait! If you make it to this location before 8 there's a good chance that only a few people will be waiting in line (by a few, I mean 5 or 6 people ahead of you). I had to give them 4 stars because sometimes my food isn't as hot as I would like it to be. The service is great and they always remember me and try to keep up with my very unique order.

  • Terry G.

Online ordering is the best time saver here. The food is always fresh and good. But it's always crowded. Order online or with their iPhone app and walk straight to the counter when you get there. Their guacamole is delicious, too!

  • Bennett W.

I like Chipotle and consider it to be perhaps the best fast-food type restaurant around, but this Chipotle is anything but fast during peak or near-peak hours, which is when we usually visit. We have had to wait for rice, and on more than one occasion, brown rice was unavailable unless willing to wait at least 15 min. Have not had to wait near as long at other Chipotle's. However, the food has always been very good, with good options for healthy eating, vegetarian or otherwise. Unless you order ahead or don't mind standing in line for 15min or more, avoid this one during peak hours.

I decided to try chipotles because i heard good things about it and after visiting this location i was hooked. The food was fresh and great. A week after i visited i was craving it again;however, Chipotles isn't close by my house. I decided to go to Willys, which was no comparison and tried Moe's the next day which was worse.. There is no place like Chipotles.

ever since i've had a chipotle burrito i have never been disappointed at any of the locations. there will a bit of a line at all times but it is well worth it.

  • Stuart D.

Let's be clear. Listening to people argue about Chipotle being "good Mexican food" is like listening to midgets argue about who's tallest. Amusing, yet misguided. Chipotle is not Mexican food. It is a McDonald's-owned attempt to assemble a set of ingredients, wrapped in tortillas in a way that resembles cuisine you might find in Mexico. That's all. You may ask, why four stars? Because Chipotle is pretty darned good for fast food. The ingredients are reasonably fresh and tasty and the final product is affordable and tastes nice. People agree on tis one; this particular Chipotle always has a line, even at 8pm or later. Expect to stand in line for a few minutes at lunch. Good food, and good service - the cashiers are always friendly (bonus points for that).

Love Chipotle--visited several locations in different cities. If only for their food, they would have a customer for life. It's my unfortunate luck, however that the Cobb Parkway location is the only Chipotle within 15 miles of my house (think 285 traffic, YUCK). My disdain has nothing to do with the food, atmosphere, or the customer service--it is the WAIT. Months ago, it would have been nothing for me to grab lunch at Chipotle multiple times per week. But the long lines have gotten consistently worse. As bad as it sounds, I wish the customers would turn away to encourage the owners to improve their wait time. The Galleria Parkway (within a stone's throw) is one of Georgia's busiest work complexes. You would think a food-service business would be more conscientious about wait times especially during lunch hour to be able to capitalize on all those hungry office workers. I see a consistent theme in the most recent posts, so perhaps the owners will take notice.

First let me warn you, this shopping plaza is always crowded so it's a challenge to find parking. Then, when you get inside, you may have to go back outside just to make your way to the end of the line for ordering. The staff at Chipotle must drink gallons of energy drinks just to keep up - they're always rushing you to order! order! order! They don't listen to you when you ARE ordering because they're adrenaline is pumping so fast. Just have a lot of patience when you go here.

The only time I ate there, most of my food fell out of the tortilla. Didn't like the overloading taste of the cilantro, either.

Oh Chipotle, I've missed you. Walked in right before the long lines started, hurray for me. Place was clean, service was quick. Got the veggie burrito filled with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, jalapenos, corn salsa, hot salsa, and crack. Added chips and salsa, and that was lunch and dinner. Awesome.

  • Neeta L.

On a good day, this location is okay. The space is bigger than Kennesaw, but sometimes can be hard to park and have somewhere to sit. Bigger groups tend to eat at this location, which take up some of the seating. The food is still good like any other Chipotle, but the workers can be a little tricky. There's one particular girl that works the register that can have an attitude for no reason. I'm thinking to myself if Chipotle is too busy for you, go find another job. It's easy (but not really). Anyway...food is still good. Make sure you voice any concerns or additional things you want. Make sure the sweet tea is actually sweet before sitting down and make sure you skip the peak time because they are always PACKED!!

    (3)

usual wonderful chipotle. but this was packed for the times I went here. Even 10 minutes before closing time, the place was PACKED. but i love chipotle so it was worth the wait.

  • Bill S.

I used to be pretty ambivalent about Chipotle in the past, then I started my new job up in this part of town, and found it was my coworkers favorite place to go and got hooked. My goto item is always a burrito bowl, all the ingredients are so fresh and its a lot of food for the money. Plus, as a recently converted vegan I find its the easiest thing to put together a vegan bowl that's quite healthy and definitely cheap when I don't bring lunch of my own into work. I will warn people though that this place is always PACKED at lunchtime, but fear not, the line moves reasonably fast, and since most people take theirs to go, there's almost always going to be a place to sit as long as you don't have more than 4 people.

    (5)
  • RIKETA C.

I dont understand why this place stays so busy....you would think by the way this place is PACKED the food would be amazing. It's pretty much bland tex-mex served cafeteria style. I sometimes end up eating here because I always have coworkers that LOVE this place, so I usually just go and it is a way to fill my belly, but nothing spectacular.

Chipotle has really created a monster out of me. The lines are literally anywhere from 15-50 people every single time I visit (which is pretty damn often). Solution? Online ordering! Not just any online ordering, a process that is worthy of a Nobel Peace prize. Check it out-- all you have to do is create you account and you're set. You can save your favorite meals/combos, and it even remembers the last thing you ordered. You can also save your credit card info so that you don't even have to bother with paying in-store. Then you can select your pickup times (as soon as 10 minutes!). This is really helpful during the dreadful lunch rush where you end up spending 3/4 of your lunch period driving and standing in line. Trust me, it's such as great feeling to waltz in, bypass the neverending line of hungry Chipotle-grubbers, give your name to the cashier, and BAM! Food! It's always hot and fresh and ready on time. They have not failed me yet. Chip, chip, chooraaayy!!

I am giving Chipotle five stars because not only is this burrito joint delicious, but they also make sure that they are serving you quality ingredients. Know what you are putting in your mouth! Avoid those sketch places that offer 89 cents tacos and burritos with mystery meat and come here instead. You can get a burrito bowl with all the fixin's for 6 bucks. That is not bad at all. I also really enjoy how clean the place looks inside, because of the design and the stainless steel used throughout.

  • Daniel B.

Came here for today's Cobb UYE. We came after 1pm in hopes of avoiding the lunch hour crowd, but this store was still slammed. The line wrapped around the entire inside of the restaurant and stayed that way even when we made our way to the cash register. Busiest chain burrito place I've eaten at. The line moved at a reasonable pace. The burritos here are huge and not bad. Pretty simple menu with all the standard choices of meats and ingredients. The parking lot can get very busy with all the restaurants nearby, especially the Chick-fil-A and LongHorn next door.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
