So I came here per the Oprah-factor. They featured this rest't as doing a great job in revolutionizing the fast food industry. the owner was on there talking about how he used to be an executive chef and he envisioned his rest'ts serving tasty, organic, and grass-fed meat. I think he's achieved 2/3: organic and grass-fed yay...but tasty, I can't give him that one. I ordered 3 soft tacos, each w/ a difft meat (chicken, pork, and beef) and topped it off w/ their hot salsa. When I bit into it the very first thing I noticed was that the taco shell was tough and cold...nothing like the "real" tacos at Taco Veloz. and the meat was dry, very dry. they could really take a lesson from Taco Veloz on how to braise their meat. so in an effort to remedy the dryness, I went to the counter to ask for more salsa and was charged for it. which was fine, except the cashier gave me big time attitude about it, like I was asking her for her first-born or something (YES I'd like more sasla!)...this location could really use some customer service 101...I think I'm gonna drive that few extra miles to get to Taco Veloz next time I'm in the mood for tacos. (sorry Oprah, can't agree w/ you on this one.)

Great place for a burrito! Excellent value, never a huge wait either (I mostly go for dinner). The steak/chicken can be very spicy, so beware!

Chipotle is definitely a staple for me during lunch. You can't beat the speed of placing your order and receiving your food. I love their Burrito Bowls--containing everything that would be on the "inside" of a burrito without the tortilla. Their meats are hormone-free which makes for a healthy meal. I love their guacamole and corn salsa. My biggest complaint is that they charge extra for chips and salsa, and their salsa isn't even that great. Other than that, I love Chipotle!

This is your average Chipotle, but the area makes it worse. It's in the perimeter area which just sucks in general. The traffic is horrible. Getting in and out around the restaurant is not fun. The light is annoying because it is almost always red and it seems to stay that way for at least 2 hours at a time. So, if you are in a hurry to get to the place and get back, then you might want to try a specialized drilling machine that can go underneath the ground and drill up in the parking lot so that you can get your food in a decent amount of time.

In general, I'm not a fan of Chipotle. I always find their food to be way too salty. I only come here when my options are limited or if it's been a while since I had it. This past time was a case of both. I feel like I need to chug an extra gallon of water just to cleanse myself of all the sodium I consumed. Nutritionally it's really not that good for you either. With one bowl, you're probably consuming 90% of your daily sodium intake! That's nuts. Just think what it would be if you had the burrito. "Food with Integrity". Yeah right. Chipotle is a scam. And then they don't offer queso. Ugh. I honestly prefer Willy's much more. Ok, let me get off my soapbox The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the service at this location is the best I've ever seen at any fast food restaurant like this. It gets packed at lunch, but they will have you through the line in a minute and still have your order looking neat. Anyways...don't go to Chipotle. It'll kill you.

There was a woman changing her small child in the middle of the dining area. I was absolutely disgusted and the employees did nothing to resolve it.

After living nearby for 4 years, I've been to this Chipotle more times than I can possibly count. Lately though, I've noticed that with new staff, the service behind the counter has gotten so much worse than with previous employees. I don't know if they underwent a management change or what but the service really makes us unhappy and dread coming back when we want a delicious burrito. First of all, the SCRIMPING. Oh my god you have to beg them to put some damn rice in your bowl. My husband asked twice for more rice and still wasn't happy with the half-scoops he was given. I have to ask for at least two scoops of almost everything because they refuse to give you a normal amount of food. Chipotle isn't cheap. Give me some damn food. Then there is the cleanliness issue. They do get very, very busy; but if they know that, hire someone full time to maintain the restaurant. Food on every table and don't even get me started on the floors. So gross. If it wasn't for the consistent food taste and quality we'd just go to Willy's every time (although I cringe using that as a comparison bc they are completely different). But the truth is, when we don't feel like dealing with the hassle of this chipotle, we go to Willy's. Oh I almost forgot, the new Chipotle that opened in Perimeter mall is a nice alternative if you don't mind parking/mall food court/etc.

This location is pretty good flavor wise. I normally order online as they are pretty heavy handed on the fixings. I like just picking up my order and avoiding the stares and and side eye glances from the employees that look like they are tired or irritated from dipping stuff into a bowl or tortilla. I go to this location because it's near my office perfect for lunch and I normally pick up everyone's order. Worth it if you order ahead..... not so much waddling in.

This place is just like Willy's, Moe's, and Chilito's except more expensive and has worse food. The beef was weird-tasting and the chips were stale. The cheese dip was cold. Very sadly, I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. The staff was horrible too. Horrible attitudes and acted like we were interrupting their down-time when we were ordering food. No thanks.

Very much "Meh." I don't care for Chipotle, honestly. I've given it a good chance several times, and really don't care for the food at all. The chips are not included in your meal, and they have a surprising lack of options (no nachos, no quesadillas, limited burrito toppings, no queso dip). Oh yeah, parking here is awful. It's the area, but it still stinks. They have awful loud techno music. Also, the burrito makers totally don't listen at all during the lunch rush - if you just want a little bit of something, you better refuse to order until they are actually paying attention, else you'll have a bowl full of the mostly unwanted item. I did enjoy the seating bar that faced the windows - it allowed some people watching during lunch. I'm always forgetting the corn salsa is not medium....its freaking ridiculously hot for being labeled "medium." I forget and ruin my burrito bowl every time!

This McBurrito based-Denver, CA makes the finest Frisco-mex around...and the perimeter location is never empty for lunch. It has a little deck over looking Perimeter Center West and the small structured sentences of the freshly employed, freshly graduated are every where. The servings are all American so ask for a to-go box so you could split that burrito (lest you continue to expand). The staff is not Hispanic which is humorous to me, since "they" make my sushi but not my burritos. Go to lunch here on Friday and see if you could spot who got their drink on Thursday night.

This is the Chipotle location that turned me against the entire chain. I will never visit another Chipotle because of my experiences at this one. This location seems to employ the stupidest people in the entire Atlanta Metro. Not only are they hard of hearing, they also don't understand clear, concise and simple English. The vast majority of the stupidity lies in the person "in the middle" that handles the salsa, cheese and other toppings. I have never in my life had so much difficulty getting through to a set of human beings in my life. The first person usually gets it all right, which type of rice and beans. Simple enough. The cashier doesn't usually make too many errors, although on a number of occasions, they were unable to understand what, "I have double chicken," actually meant. So, I made off with a little discount. It was comical to see the shrugs from the other patrons in line so as to say, " They can't understand you, just take the free chicken." The ultimate gripe here is that the pico de gallo is frequently on the ripe/rotten side and the chicken quality is trash. Seriously, as disgusting as Pollo Tropical is in Georgia (versus Florida) their food is still five times better than this slop. When sending my complaint to the corporate office over the rotten smell of the pico de gallo, I receive the defiant response from the store (via the corporate office) that the pico de gallo was freshly made just two hours prior. Yeah right. Was it left out in the open for those two hours? Fresh tomatoes and onions do not develop a rotten smell in just two hours if stored properly. Food safety is not a joke. All in all, I see this location has an abysmal rating of 2.5 stars; they deserve it.

By far my favourite fast food in America; Chipotle never dissapoints for having wholesome amazing food served fast. The perimeter location is always lined up, with food being fresh and grilled right in front of you while the staff quickly move the patrons through their choice of ingredients. This is definitely the new fast food, healthy, good for you goodness and I love, love, love it; especially after a leg day workout! To keep things light and healthy, I like to have a bowl filled with lettuce leaves, a hint of brown rice (like a small hint not a 1/3 of a spoonful!), pinto beans, double meat: chicken and steak, grilled vegetables, corn, pico de gallo and hotsauce. Under 600 calories and a whopping 60g of protein. The only bad thing to go with my awesome plate is the diet coke; oh well lololol

I will admit that I am a fan of the Chipotle chain. Now, while I like their competitors as well; they being Willy's and Moe's, I find Chipotle to be just a bit better. This is just so subjective! This particular location sucks dingleberrys. I did heed the warnings and place my order online. I went around 12:30PM on a rainy day and it was extremely frustrating. The parking lot is infinitesimal and packed at lunch. I highly recommend placing your order online and walking directly to the cashier, because the line can be out the door and down the walkway. As far as the food? It was standard Chipotle fair. The consistency of the chain is another of the pluses.

This location of Chipotle is in the large Perimeter Center area, on the same strip as Robek's and Shane's Rib Shack, to name a few. This location happens to have their liquor license, so they offer margaritas which are pretty tasty. There was almost no line at Chipotle when we got there right before 6. But after we ordered our food, the line went out the door. So avoid the 6 o clock rush and get to Chipotle before 6! What was inexcusable to me was: 1. When they ran out of cheese. It looks like they use freshly grated cheese. They had us waiting over 10 minutes for cheese with no compensation afterward, other than overly profuse apologies. It was frustrating. 2. The lack of Chipotle Tabasco. I LOVE the chipotle Tabasco they offer at Chipotle. Usually the bottles are plentiful and filled to the top, but all that was left on the counter were empty bottles of Chipotle Tabasco. I ended up roaming the restaurant and found a bottle on a table with 1/4 left. 3. The small portions. I shouldn't complain, I don't need any more calories in my body than I am already taking in, so I should be grateful. But I've been so spoiled by other Chipotle locations that offer huge portions, I was taken aback when I saw her spoon a small scoop of chicken over my burrito bowl. Maybe I'm being overly critical but isn't the slow time between 2:30-5 the time to rest and reset for the dinner service? This may not be the Chipotle location of choice for me, however conveniently located it may be.

I didn't enjoy their food because nothing tasted like they usually do from other restaurants. I had to remove all the peppers because they were raw and crispy. They weren't cooked long enough. They didn't have any of the original salsa, so used the hot salsa instead which made it disgusting. It was definitely a half ass attempt.

Love the Chipotle quality and offering. Had no idea this one was right around the corner from where I work. Made the decision that it might be healthier than the eating Sysco food every day (work cafeteria). However, the parking lot was super crowded and the place is small. Take out seems like a safer bet or you may be standing around waiting for a table. And if you come with a crowd, good luck hearing each other. This place is LOUD. I might be too lazy to come back. It was kind of a hassel but yay, Chipotle!

  • Sarah C.

Don't come to this one. This location is sooo beyond stingy with their amounts recently and the employees don't even acknowledge you. I didn't even ask for a side of guac, but the rude cock-eyed lady doing my bowl snuck it in my bag and tried to charge me for something I didn't even ask for. Naw man not coming back.

WORST CHIPOTLE IN ALL GA. The first greeting girl looks like she'll rip me up if I annoy her, grill guy is sucking on a lollipop, and register girl is chit chatting away as I stand with my wallet ready to pay. The food is consistently 2/3-1/2 portion of other chipotles. Lost my appetite by the time I sat to eat. I love chipotle! In fact, I got a chipotle gift card as a reward from credit to eat more of it. Recently been to the perimeter one 3x each time returning for hopes of better experience with fail. GO TO A DIFFERENT CHIPOTLE!!!

Jerry T.'s review is so on point that I scarcely have anything else to add. If you've been to Chipotle, then this one will neither displease nor impress you. I've been to this location countless times and while I've been annoyed during weekday lunch rush (which can be horrendous, what with all the office parks in the area), the food and service have been consistent. I used to devour huge burritos but have persuaded myself that I can save the 300+ calories by forgoing the tortilla, so in recent times I've chosen the burrito bowls. Quite fresh ingredients, especially considering that this joint is still part of a fast food chain. My go-to protein is the barbacoa, which is wonderfully seasoned shredded beef. Rice and black beans always make an appearance and have not disappointed yet. While it slightly peeves me that chips are not included, when compared to other burrito places, Chipotle's chips come out on top. And that pricy guacamole is pretty damn tasty.

I stopped in here for a quick bite while shopping in the area. The line was really long considering it was almost 2pm, but maybe that's the norm on a Saturday. I didn't notice anything else out of the ordinary for a Chipotle chain restaurant. Tastes were as expected, food was hot, line moved quickly and I was full when I left. Yup, that's about it. However, Chipotle as a whole NEEDS TO SERVE LIMES! It would make the food SO much better!

Prices are not bad for all the food you get. I personally had to lay off because I was coming every week and my body was growing... I always order the burrito bowl- 1/2 brown, 1/2 white rice. 1/2 black beans, 1/2 pintos, chicken, hot salsa, lettuce, a lil sour cream, a lil cheese, and chips plus more HOT salsa. OMG chipotle, CHIPOTLE IS MY LIFE!

I have been going here since I moved to atlanta about 5 years ago. It used to be great, the people who worked there were great, their portions were satisfying, and food was seasoned and cooked well. Sometime within the last year, or perhaps a little longer, things have gone south. They now give you very small portions and are very rude if you ask for more. They will actually give you a few pieces of meat and if you ask for more they tell you it's an extra 3 dollars. Not only are portions small, but people are very rude if you ask for anything at all. They skimp on seasoning too and their meat is often dry, overcooked, and flavorless. Don't go to this location, it is not a good or true chipotle experience. Try the one in perimeter mall, or the one in sandy springs on roswell road. This place is a waste of money and an overall bad chipotle experience. *written by a true chipotle lover who would eat there 2 or 3 times a day if given a choice.

I'm a huge Chipotle fan - especially when they accommodate to my Gluten Intolerance by changing their gloves when they make my order. At least that's what they do in East Cobb. I'm disappointed in this location. The staff sacrifices friendliness for efficiency and quantity for profit. It seems that they rush you through the line so that you do not ask for more toppings. As much as I love rice and beans, woman cannot have sustenance without vegetables. The next time a customer asks for vegetables - please give them what they are asking for. I know you don't charge extra - but it couldn't hurt to add more than 6 julienned strips of onions and peppers. We only dine here because we have to. I might have to frequent another establishment that shows more concern for people like me.

So salty! Horrible! The black beans and the guacamole were each soooo salty that I had to throw away my meal.

  • Sharon M.

I'm new to eating Chipotle, but I love it. My only problem is the fact that this location is always so darn busy (which is only a bad thing for me.) if you don't get there before 12 (lunch rush time), you will be standing in a line to the door. By the time you find a seat to eat, your lunch hour is gone. I think I will call my next order in. Other than that, great food!

    (4)
  • Jerry T.

Is there a line 10 feet out the door at lunch? Yup. Cilantro in the rice? You better believe it. Salty meats? Overpriced guac? Chips that should be free but are not? Yes Yes and Yes. This Chiptole is definitely a Chipotle.

    (3)
  • Luisa C.

I always order the salad bowl but in this particular location I'm only paying for lettuces and rice!! The other portions specially meat are absurd!! And if you ask for a little more (fair amount) they charge you extra, really?? Is Not even a half spoon. If that's what you want to offer, charge accordingly

    (2)
  • Heidi P.

I really like their burrito bowls, because it's less filling, and you are more inclined to feel like you're able to take the leftovers home. Chicken, brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions, cheese, sour cream, guac.. that's about it for me. For two of these and one drink it's about $20 which feels expensive, but you do get a lot of food and we usually end up with at least one or two small meals leftover! Get the guac, and maybe the sour cream on the side so you can still heat up the leftovers later. However, if you're cool with cold leftovers, like I am, go crazy! The queso is pretty good as well. But then again, most cheese is awesome.

    (4)
  • Clint R.

Well run, busy but efficient. The guacamole is like crack. Everything is fresh and tasty. Only three stars today, they only wanted to put half a spoon of chicken on my bowl(8 cubes)- had to ask for more. The person beside me ordering similarly had a ton of meat on theirs. Sometimes they are stingy with portions of meats.

It is amazing how much Chipotle quality can vary by location. This is easily the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. Unfortunately, I come here occasionally because it is the closest Chipotle to where I live. The workers are not exactly rude, but you can tell they're miserable. Probably poor management. Every single time I come here they try to skimp you on portions, and - without fail - one of the key ingredients of my meal is scraped from the bottom of the pan. Cold night and line out the door? Of course the workers are sitting around eating their dinners during the dinner rush. That's not their fault, they're hungry. I spent years working in the food service industry - that's bad management. This Chipotle should be shut down and reopened with better management. As much as I hate to write one star reviews, and as odd as it feels to write such a critical review of a chain, this place deserves it. I am normally a banner-waving Chipotle fanatic. I hear they opened up one across the street in the Perimeter Mall - I recommend you head there instead. Oh yeah, and the parking is awful too.

  • Miranda P.

I can't even begin to tell you how awful my meal was I am not one to post a bad review but truly this was terrible. The chicken was completely burnt and I have never had a Saltere meal in my whole life. And I am even the type of person that practically dumps the saltshaker on every meal but this was unlike anything else and I don't mean that in a good way. I could only take about five bites before my mouth felt like it'd been put through the desert. Not only that I now feel completely wasteful because I literally through my entire me on the trashcan because it was so disgusting. I do not recommend this

Who's a big gurl Chipotle lover? Me! Until tonight... I guess when you experience great food and service, you come to expect it at every location, but my experience at the Perimeter location tonight was not that great. They had two new guys (I guess?) working. The "rice and beans" guy was scraping the bottom of the rice pan when I walked up and asked for a burrito bowl. He lifted the steamer machine thingy and started to put the paper bowl in, then realized what he was doing. Instead of getting a new pan of rice, he managed to scrape up about 1 and 1/4 spoons of rice and squish it in the bottom of my bowl. Then, "rice and beans" guy said "Beans?", and I said, "Yeah...black beans" to which he reached into the vat of frijoles goodness and got one meager scoop of beans laden with "juice" and plopped it on top of the rice. (mind you, by this time a seasoned employee had replaced the rice with a fresh batch and taken over rice station; I kept hoping "rice and beans" guy would put the bowl down and let someone else take over my bowl's assembly so that I might get a little more rice and bean goodness, minus the bean juice...but I digress). By this time, "rice and beans" guy was giving me the tour of the "meat station". I asked for chicken, and you guessed it, times are tough I guess so I got about half a spoon full of "pollo". "Rice and beans" guy stopped at protein station, and his friend (who apparently was also new) at "toppings" station took over my predicament bowl, I MEAN burrito bowl. "Toppings" guy asked what I wanted (yeah...) and I said "Green tomatillo please", to which he dropped the spoon and pulled out, oh, about an ounce of salsa (SCHERIOUSLY?), then a big ol' helping of sour cream, and a mountain of cheese. I also noticed both garbage cans running over when I left, and a health inspection rating of 86. No bueno.

This Chipotle location and many others are now limiting the amount of food they place in your food. Ex: half a spoon of tomato or lettuce. And if you want more they charge of .50 cent for extra shredded lettuce the size of your palm. I can walk to Target and buy a whole bag of lettuce for $1. Greatly disappointed in Chipotle and their new practices. I'm paying $7 for a small bowl beans, rice and lettuce.

Soooooooo fresh! I love coming here after a good workout. Not only for the fresh and tasty food but the locations are great. I get the steak bowl with white rice, black beans, and lots of guacamole!! I have not ordered anything from here that I do not love!

I've been on a Chipotle kick lately. I have been to several locations around the metro. I was surprised to see the bad reviews of this location. Granted, I did not go during a rush, so that could have been it. I can see how some people would say they skimp on toppings, but I just politely asked if they could add a little more and they did, gratis. I always order a burrito bowl. I love the fajita vegetables, but at some locations, they are undercooked and crunchy. I also hate cilantro, so I order plain rice. The guy who prepared my bowl was very courteous, but I deducted a star because the drink area was really messy and the girl at the register seemed preoccupied that bordered on being rude. I was getting my drink and heading out the door when she was coming up to the drink area to tidy it up. She was complaining out loud to herself about doing it, too. The food was delicious, though, so I can't complain too much. I know it is fast food, but I still think the cashier should learn to be more professional and customer service oriented.

So I know, I know, the line at this location is stupid long. Like redic. Like out the door long. The parking is atrocious. Like doing circles for days or parking in BFE and hiking through an asphalt maze. So do yourself a favor and order through the app before you start your car and drive to pick it up. It will be ready by the time you get there. You can completely bypass the line and enjoy the tasty burrito bowl nirvana that is Chipotle ; or whatever flavor nirvana you scarf down at chipotle. The flavors are solid here and the location is perfect if your located at the perimeter. Your other option is to go inside the location in the mall, but that's just silly.

  • Rudy R.

Ive been to many chipotle locations and ive never been dissapointed before, however it is obvious to me that this location is poorly managed compared to the rest. They allow the meat to run out causing the customer line to stall and the steak didnt taste like anything.....overall a very bland taste here....go to a diff location.

Worst service time after time. They wouldn't take my coupon just because their scanner couldn't scan it. Stingiest servings and managers. Love the food. Hate the location.

I enjoy Chipotle the best in the chain fast food Mexican category. I'll admit Willy's is hot on its heels and threatening to steal the crown, but today, it's Chipotle. I love their quality meats and their white rice. A fan I am. I really wish they would get with the free chips and salsa movement. Other than that, I really enjoy eating here. The salads are really good also. The dressing is positively AWESOME. But the calories for that little tub will blow you away. Try 260 calories for 2 oz. Wowsers! But oh so good!

It was a little after 8 pm on a Saturday when my friend and I wanted to grab a quick dinner. I hadn't had Chipotle in what felt like ages, and I was craving their delicious steak burrito. Since this one was the closest one I found in my GPS, we headed over. Although 8 pm is past what I would normally think of as dinnertime, this place was bustling. The line was pretty long, but that's to be expected at any Chipotle. We waited maybe about 10 minutes in line, but I didn't mind the wait. Yes, Chipotle is THAT good. I ordered my Steak Burrito ($7.12 including tax) the same way I always do - with plain white rice (NO CILANTRO), pinto beans, red-chili salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. The woman who initially prepped my burrito put maybe 3/4 the amount of steak they usually do. However, I was really pleased when the next person who was finishing the prep of my burrito noticed and asked me if I had asked for less meat. I replied "no," and without even a second thought, he quickly added more steak. I really appreciated this. My friend and I were lucky to get a table as someone was just leaving. I also got the last bottle of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce that was available, which was a relief because I must have this smoky sauce with every bite of my burrito. It's so yummy! My steak burrito was as good as it could be, and my craving for it was completely satisfied. Overall, this Chipotle gets 4 stars for their friendly employees, fairly clean appearance, and of course, their amazing "fast food" steak burrito. I had to subtract a star because their fountain drink area was messy and they hadn't refilled their container of sliced lemons. In addition, the employee who processed my payment left the cash register for a few minutes while my friend had to stand and wait for him to come back so he could pay. We thought this was strange and held up the line. However, I'm sure I'll be back to this Chipotle if I wind up craving it again while I'm in the vicinity. [Review 210 of 366]

This location sucks. Or excuse me, less than desirable. Its not as fresh and inviting as others. Ive always said if I can combine the freshness of chortle with Moves concept that would be great (free chips, salsa, friendliness etc)!! This location looks as if it uses can corn vs fresh...

fresh meat + stingy toppings + quick service = not bad burrito bol didn't fill me up.... at other chipotles, the staff usually packs their bols to overflowage! yeah tru dat. it was good but i'll frequent another chipotle.....

The only thing I get from this place is the hint of lime tortilla chips - NO SALSA. I don't like the salsa. I also don't care for the chicken that they use - it tastes kinda smokey...and doesn't taste like anything like other Mexican food joint I've been to. On a good note, the food seems really fresh.

I used to have a group of friends who were addicted to this place. They would literally get the shakes after 3 days without a Chipotle hit. Okay not the shakes, but they'd whine about why we were at *insert delicious restaurant* instead of The 'Potle. Yes, they call it that. I didn't really get it. Okay so the herbs that are chopped into the rice make it a bit more complex. They'd always request extra rice when ordering. And the chicken is Bell & Evans. This is a very good organic chicken brand that you find at Whole Foods. If I'm going to eat chicken here, I order it in the salad. Chipotle salads are good. It's gotta be the corn, cheese and warm black beans; the chipotle dressing is sweet and good too, but the salad doesn't really need it. Unfortunately the only lettuce in the salad is romaine. Dull. A little known fact courtesy of the addicts is that you can order a quesadilla "off" the menu. It's something ridiculous like $3. I order it with Barbacoa. This is the shredded pork. They take two of the big flour tortillas, cover one with lots of cheese and meat, smack them together, and put them on a panini press of sorts. It's really delicious until you get about 80% done and realize the rest of the quesadilla (which has been wrapped up in foil for neatness-sake) is entirely soaked with grease, grease is dripping onto your plate at an alarming rate, and you're going to have a coronary at the ripe age of 40.

I love Chipotle! and this location in particular. The lines can be long but they move quickly. Even after 8 or 9pm the food is still fresh and staff is always friendly. I took one star off because the chicken can be dry and crunchy and the drink station can be a little messy.

Update on my last review since I've visited a few more times. The place is dirty. Trash all over. They clearly don't like to wipe tables. We ate outside on our last visit. Of four tables, one was clean. There was trash all over the ground. Inside, trash cans are sometimes missing. The cashier left his post for a good two minutes while we were ordering...which created a terrible cram in the pipeline. I try to get a drink...there is no ice. Then, upon leaving, we notice the health score is an 86. Given how dirty they keep it, I am not surprised at this revelation. Bad management all around, I'd say.

While I love their salad, I am not coming back to Chipotle with my little kids and this one in particular. The competitive offerings are just better. First, Chipotle does not have a kids sized burrito. Second, their kids tacos only come with three sides and thus do not include any salsa (assuming you get rice, beans and a meat). To top it off my order was not prepared correctly and the customer service was mediocre at best.

I ordered a veggie salad topped with black beans, brown rice, grilled veggies with by request a" little of sour cream" and cheese. The dressing was a salsa vinegarette mix which was very decent. Altogether it tasted pretty good. The food score is currently an 88. Bought a an extra bag of ships since its cheaper with money and time then going to the grocery store to take home and eat with my homemade salsa. Recipe: 3 regular tomatoes tops cut off, handful of fresh cilantro, a small tablesppon of Asian garlic chili the rooster brand. Chopped in the blender for one minute. It will look light due to the bubbles of chopping in a blender. Add minced/chopped one onion separate from the tomato and cilantro mix. Throw it all in one bowl to chill and eat later. It was epic.

Hmm, not sure what's happened at this location, but the quality has gone down hill. I've eaten there twice recently and the chicken had hard rocky pieces in it. Their health score I noticed has been quite low as well, definitely not a good thing. Sure hope they can turn things back around, been sticking with Willys for my burrito fix for now!

Yuck, Yuck, and YUCK!!! Rude service, dry rice like sand, and meat that tastes like shoe leather! Is this cheap? yes but the quality is AWFUL! Go to Willy's on Hammond which is about 2 miles away and is 100% better! My daughter forgot to ask for some toppings and they said they couldn't open it up and put extra toppings. Do Not Go here!

Lunchtime at this place is a beast, but the folks behind the counter always keep the line going pretty quickly. When I first walked into this location around 1pm, I promptly turned around. Chipotle is the best of the burritio chains. They are consistant from store to store and day to day really. They seemed a little distant on my last visit but then again my order was correct and it was fast. So I really do not care if they were not into it. I had a great pork buritto, with pinto beans, rice, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. It filled me up and it was about six bucks.

I like Chipotle and have eaten at this location a couple times which is OK compared to the one by my work, but my recent experience here was quite humorous. It was Saturday so knowing it would be busy I placed an online order for a couple burritos to pick up so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I head up there and arrive a few minutes after my order should be ready. I make my way to the counter and I'm greeted by a person with a very miserable look on their face who says "online order?". I said yes, gave my name and they proceeded to check and see my order hadn't been made so they angrily slap on some gloves and proceed to slap together my burritos. They finish, drop them in a bag, return with the same grumpy look on their face as if they just did me a huge favor, run my card and I'm on my way no other words spoken. I'm not mad, the burritos were fine other than a bit sloppily made, but the demeanor of the person handling my order was so utterly miserable and disdainful at having to do their job it had me cracking up the whole way home.

Can't stay away from this place. New York, Tampa, Fresno, Atlanta... I'm so glad Chipotle exists. Naturally raised beef Barbacoa is amazing. I get the Barbacoa bowl. Delish. For $2 you can double your meat in the bowl. I think it's well worth it... I stuff myself. They also serve Mexican beers which is just rad. Two thumbs up for Chipotle.

I have never written a review before, but am a very frequent diner at Chipotle, and today's experience was the final straw. I, and many people I know, love the food but we all constantly complain about the service. I definitely think it is certain locations, and this Dunwoody one is the WORST. I asked for a bowl today and wanted brown rice, but the woman making the bowl said they didn't have any. I asked her "are they just making it, or you don't have any at all?" She said "We only have white rice." I said "Are you sure?" She said "Yes." They make my bowl. As I am about to pay, they bring brown rice out. Excuse me? You just told me you didn't have any brown rice. As in....at all. And do not tell me there is a language barrier. You understood what I said. I told the lady who was closing up the bowl, and she had them make me one with brown rice. Ok fine. But whoever the manager or owner is at this location, you must understand that this makes your entire operation look terrible. This is not the first time it has happened either. There is always something. Either they give you 3 pieces of meat, or sigh if you ask for one shred more lettuce. Most of them look like they hate being there, and that somehow, it's your fault. I am a huge customer service advocate, and this is honestly one of the worst places to go if you are looking for a pleasant experience. There are many other restaurants that serve the same food. You need to realize your customers have that choice. Unfortunately, I will likely be choosing Willy's or Barberitos or even the Chipotle on Roswell Road in the future...I just cannot stand the service at this place. At Willy's they ask you how you're doing, they smile, they give you normal servings....they are more than amenable to the customer. They have just as long of a line and just as much pressure to keep it moving. But they are always a pleasure. Barberitos is not as overly friendly but they don't look like they want to strangle you at least, and their servings are pretty decent as well. Someone in management should really do something about the service at this location.

Though I maintain that they are a little overpriced for a meatless salad topped almost solely with salsas, Chipotle still serves as a good inexpensive food fix when you are hungry and hurried. I was working on a project in the area on Thursday night when most of the group of us decided that we needed something to eat, but that we could not really spend time going out to eat and we were nowhere near patient enough to wait on delivery. This being the case, we had plenty of in-walking-distance alternatives, but few that would really provide me with just a snack-sized meal since I was nowhere near hungry enough for Five Guys or Shane's. Parking outside Chipotle is very easy, especially in the early evening, and the interior of the restaurant seems very clean, well-organized and efficient. I was a little surprised to see such a simple and straightforward menu after never having been to Chipotle before and somewhat expecting a green-friendly version of Moe's or Barberitos. Nope! The style of service here follows a line, like at the other two Mexican-American chains, that allows you to watch the Chipotle team member make your meal, which will be either a one-size-feeds-all burrito, burrito bowl (the innards of a burrito, but in a serving dish), set of tacos (crispy or soft) or a salad. Your selection can be made with chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas or kept vegetarian and additional toppings and sauces can be added for free or for purchase. My veggie salad consisted of sliced romaine lettuce, a little bit of the fajita vegetables (a sauteed blend of red onions and green peppers), tomatillo-green chile salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa; for the hungrier patrons, they offer the aforementioned meats, black or pinto beans, cilantro-lime rice, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese and a honey-kissed vinaigrette for the salad. And don't forget the chips and salsa before you pay at the register, you have to ask for these! Since we were getting our orders to-go and did not need anything to drink, I noticed that they had signs up advertising their Mexican beers and margaritas, which would definitely make a dine-in visit a little more interesting than your typical "Mexican" fast-food spot. I am sure that I will be back before too long now that I know what it is like on the inside and know that I can get in and out really quickly. I also look forward to returning when I am hungrier and not rushing.

I love some Chipotle, and this location is right near my apartment, which makes it extremely convenient. While other reviewers complain about traffic, it's a fact of life in Dunwoody and in Atlanta as a whole, so you might consider re-locating or dealing with it. I got my usual burrito bowl, and it did not fail to please. The meat, the rice, and the corn salsa (which is delicious!) all were seasoned properly and had great flavor. I took advantage of the buy one get one Mashable deal, and my friend enjoyed their burrito bowl as well. While I respect Chipotle's vision as a company, and the natural food makes things twice as good, this location needs to work on their staff. They were definitely the drawback of my experience, as I saw the counter servers get very short and rude with several customers. I've worked in the food industry part-time or full-time since I was 15, and that's been quite a few years ago. Difficult customers are a way of life, but you have to be nice to them. The customers around me did not seem rude in any way, but the staff did get snippy with them over requests for a side of salsa, or a double order of chips and salsa. Hopefully, with a little training, they're attitudes can improve and this location can get back to pristine amazing Chipotle-ness.

Maybe I've just been spoiled from going to my regular Chipolte off Cobb Pkwy who always works extra hard to get my order right , on time and are incredibly friendly. Since I switched jobs, that location is no longer convenient to me for lunch. I did my usual and ordered online since it can be packed during lunch (at least it is at the Cobb Pkwy location). I got there and it was pretty empty for lunch time, proceeded to the register and the lady there didn't even acknowledge me and just said "whats your name" without looking at me. I told her my name and she just told me the total. I paid and she gave me my food. I wasn't looking for over friendly service but the least she can do is give me some eye contact and say hello. Since I have never visited this location, I wanted to make sure the dressing for my salad was in there...and it wasn't. I asked for the dressing and left to eat my lunch at my desk! I got back and the guacamole wasn't on the salad! I remember asking for it and it was even printed on the ticket to include the guac. In addition, the portion of the salad was sooo small. Usually I would have a heaping salad. Overall, this experience was sub par. The service wasn't that great, food was sub par, and they left items out.. I doubt I will return to this location.

Hopefully, with a little training, they're attitudes can improve and this location can get back to pristine amazing Chipotle-ness.

Go to lunch here on Friday and see if you could spot who got their drink on Thursday night.

fresh meat + stingy toppings + quick service = not bad burrito bol didn't fill me up.... at other chipotles, the staff usually packs their bols to overflowage! yeah tru dat. it was good but i'll frequent another chipotle.....

  • Lilly Y.

  • Kyra M.

  • Jessica B.

    (4)

Ive been to many chipotle locations and ive never been dissapointed before, however it is obvious to me that this location is poorly managed compared to the rest. They allow the meat to run out causing the customer line to stall and the steak didnt taste like anything.....overall a very bland taste here....go to a diff location.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
