High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. Sweat & Spicy Bacon Burger will add extra 1080 calories in your diet so skip that as well. Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. Lastly, avoid French Fries and Onion Rings at Whataburger if you are already ordering a burger or any other heavy meal.

We were craving burgers Saturday night and decided to give Burgerfi a try. We were surprised to see so few patrons in the place. I understand why--they don't have their liquor license yet. The prices were reasonable. The ordering process took way too long and my order was still wrong (how difficult could it be to make a burger with a double patty/single slice of cheese?). The burgers were mediocre, but the fries were good. The Cry & Fries side order was a joke, though. Those onion rings were comprised of 1/2 an onion. This place will have to step up its game to compete in Atlanta. Restaurants with better food have gone out of business for such slow/middling service. I'll try them again when they get their liquor license and update the review.

My son had the burger fried burger and it was delicious. Well cooked, just enough condiments. The fries were also yummy.

Came during lunch on a Friday. There was basically a line out the door the entire time. Thankfully, there is plenty of seating both inside and out. They kept the lines moving at a fairly decent clip and handed out buzzers for when your food is ready. My burger was delicious as was my side of parmesan/herb fries with garlic aioli. They have two Freestyle machines which is nice. They do have ketchup and mayo etc. out so don't get conned into using one of those as one of your only 2 free toppings. The music was a decent volume, but if you sat by the TVs then you had two sounds competing for attention. I didn't try any of the custard options, but I definitely will be back to do so. They have craft beers as well. Delicious - yes. A great value - no. Nothing special.

This place is a limp-wristed jerk-off. So much self-congratulatory flair lining the fancy walls about sustainability and "green" this and that, but the food is completely unremarkable and overpriced. It's actually an impressive feat of mediocrity that they allegedly source everything from Jesus's personal garden, yet still manage to churn out such underwhelming garbage. Farm Burger and Yeah Burger preach the same lines, but their food is actually good(ish). At lunch today I paid $12.50 for a basic cheeseburger, small fountain drink, and small fries. If I had added bacon and real cheese the total would have been $15. Calculating from my meter receipt, from the time I walked in the door to the time I received my crap platter, 37 minutes had elapsed. Unacceptable. If that's how long it takes for one small burger order then I don't know how they expect to capture and retain lunchtime patronage from the surrounding offices. As to the actual burger: it was flavorless (seeming to lack even salt and pepper), overcooked, small, and ultimately just a disgrace. The fries, too, were low on flavor, soggy, and I would go so far as to say reprehensible. I'm not a fan of 5 Guys either, but at a slightly lower price point it's definitely better, and there's one nearby. Hell, I had a decent combo meal at Wendy's a couple of weeks ago that was sadly superior to this BurgerFail. And that only cost me $6. For almost $15 a head just about anywhere else in the vicinity is better. So yeah, take all of your edison bulbs and your eco-huggy horseshit and shove them up your ass Burgerfi. Never again.

I got a menu in the mail announcing the "grand" opening of this establishment. It struck me as a ripoff of Five Guys but the picture of beer and wine, coupled with the words "beer" and "wine", lead me to believe that this was a Five Guys but better, because they would be serving beer and wine. So I decided to take the 5 minute walk down the street to try it out. As soon as I walked in I thought "wow, this is a nice cafeteria!". As I approached the counter I became distracted when the manger started talking down to his employee because she didn't know what eighty-sixed meant, "I said eighty-sixed. Meaning gone, we are out of it." he quipped. Now, I'm all for verbally degrading people in public, but not when you're the manager of a new restaurant and looking to make the customers in line comfortable enough to order food to put in their body. Also dude, you're not working at some fancy "industry" restaurant where all the employees have been waitress', bartenders, and cooks for 10 years and know every dumb restaurant industry term like 86. This is a fuckin' burger place, dude. So the mongoloid manager finally approaches me and asks what I would like. I replied by asking what kind of beer they had. That's when he informs me that they actually don't have beer and probably won't for many more months. ARE YOU FUCKIN' KIDDING ME? Really, dude? How about wine? No?! Wow. As I stood there trying to comprehend why the fuck a restaurant would send the entire city of Atlanta a fuckin' menu with beer when they don't currently have any alcohol at all, my girlfriend stepped up: "I'll have a veggie burger please." Nope, no fuckin' veggie burgers. Mind you, this is a place that is called BURGERFI and pretty much only serves burgers from a menu of about 5 different options. To be out of 1 of 5 different burgers is absurd. Whatever. We just got whatever shit burgers they had. I took a picture of the condiment containers that are the smallest things I've ever seen, cheap fuckin' idiots. They say they have frozen custard here too, although, they also say the have beer and Veggie burgers and they don't. If they do have custard they probably charge you $30 and put it in their tiny condiment container and send you off wondering how your frozen custard got eighty sixed. Fuck this place. The burger was tiny and cost like $9. It didn't taste bad, but seriously, it's a greasy hamburger. McDonalds can't even fuck up hamburgers. I liked the sauce, but I always like mixing mayo and ketchup and putting it on a burger, I didn't need to spend 8 extra dollars for that. Bottom line, I would rather eat jello pudding from a homeless mans butthole than eat at this fuckin' place ever again. Go to Five Guys, it's better, cheaper, and honest about not having any alcohol. One star Burgerfi, Fuck you.

I've been here twice now and both times the service was excellent and the food was good too. Can you really go wrong with burgers on buttered buns? The fries are good, the onion rings are better IMO. They also have beer pitchers that are decently priced considering the neighborhood. I'd recommend this place to people looking for something casual in midtown.

  • John S.

Burgers are tasty. Fries were soggy......twice. So next time I won't order the fries. I can't take a chance, they could be soggy again and I just can't have that in my life.

This is a new burger joint that just opened in Midtown. There are a few in the metro ATL area howver they are too far to drive to. Place is easy to miss. It is right off Crescent Avenue They grill the burger buns with their logo which I thought was pretty cool. I got a burger and instead of a bun I got a lettuce wrap and it was very good. This burger was seasoned very well and their fries... you can get it in so many diffrent flavors. My friend dragged me here I figured it was just another burger joint like smashed burger, yeah burger, and farm burger. BUT ITS NOT They have tons of burger oprtions, flavors, toppings. For people who like to eat healthy such as myself their are veggie burger etc. Now if they can get gulten free buns I would be excited. I will return

Free bottles of wine in Tuesdays. Can't beat those prices! Great location, friendly staff, good wine, and delicious shakes. Haven't tried their burgers yet, but the menu looks awesome! Definitely going to come back the next time I'm in Atlanta.

Burger was just ok...I like more of a chargrilled taste. The parties was thin...I really loved the burgerfi sauce though. However if you enjoy Five Guys...you'll enjoy Burgerfi! On a different note the custard was DELICIOUS! I would suggest the chocolate vanilla mixed! Best of both worlds!!!! Overall...Custard worth a return trip burger not so much.

Really good burger, really good fries, really good beer. What else is there in life? Seriously, this is a stripped down source for the basics. I like the fact that the meat is natural and they focus on just a few things. Also, no tipping!

  • Ryan M.

Food here is decent. Prices are pretty good and their menu has some cool hot dog options. Service sucks - particularly their manager guy we experienced today. Our second time here, similar experience. Today, they delivered our 2 burgers after the people dining with us had finished theirs. Only problem, ours were ice cold. Manager was inconvenienced to remake the food and then what appeared to be purposely slow when making the ice cream our meal mates ordered while waiting for us to prepare the second shot at our burger and fries. Horrible service experience.

  • Bryan B.

This has become a standard stop in midtown for me when I'm looking for a bright, casual, upbeat place to get a good burger with fries and a shake. The service is great and the atmosphere is more diner than bar, which is a nice change of pace.

This is the largest Burger Fi I've seen and does a great job at delivering good customer service and top-notch burgers, tasty fries and massive onion rings. However, I was extremely disappointed that their fresh lemonade and strawberry lemonade machine has been out of service for weeks. For those that are familiar with Burger Fi, you already know that these lemonades are one of their staples. They're awesome and hopefully this location gets back on the horse with the rest of the chain soon. This is a signature item, not part of a soda machine. Meanwhile, the food continues to impress. It's far less greasy and easier on the stomach than Five Guys and dominates any fast food burger. While they do have pre-designed burgers we always choose to create your own. And, when you do, if you have any appetite at all, go with a double burger. The single is very small. You'll enjoy the fries. They are cooked in peanut oil, hand cut and taste fresh. And, the onion rings are enormous. In fact, many would consider the small a meal. In short, if craving a burger, this is your spot.

I've been to Burgerfi many times (probably more than is healthy...) - mostly for takeout, but also eating in. The hamburgers are good (both regular and the veggie burger) - they're definitely better than fast food (like McDonalds), about on par with counter-service burger places like The Varsity, but not quite as good as gourmet burger places like Flip Burger. Both their fries and onion rings (made from scratch in house) are really good, and I never seem to be able to leave without getting a shake (both chocolate and strawberry are very tasty). The service is always great, and the space is really well-decorated and fun (I usually opt to sit out on the patio along Crescent Street). They also serve beer and wine, which is nice when you're out for the evening!

  • Nirmal P.

Yes, it hit the spot! They have the best organic burgers and a best in class veggie burger. Highlights: Food was delicious, cooked to perfection and ample quantity (they are extremely generous with their fries portions), Location was easy to find with free 2 hour parking garage around the corner, Staff was friendly and have a large dinning area. Can improve: Offer Ranch? Benchmark: They set the standard for organic burgers. They are a step above fast food in price and their burgers run around 7 to 9 a pop. In-N-Out is the best fast food burger joint by far. A regular since 2013 and have dined in Atlanta, Florida and New York locations.

This was the most overpriced, mediocre burger spot that I've ever visited. My boyfriend and I ordered the Chicago-style Kobe hot dog, veggie burger and fries. Overall, we felt like we were at someone's public park barbecue and not at a gourmet burger joint. The Kobe hot dog was cut long ways and topped with slices of tomato, pickles, chopped raw onions, and barely any mustard. Unfortunately, it was also missing celery salt, which is one of the main ingredients on a true Kobe. As my boyfriend stated about the taste, "it was nothing special. Actually, I don't feel like it was cooked well...I wanna say rubbery. And it was not grilled over charcoal." Likewise, my veggie burger patty wasn't cooked to my liking. It seemed like it was deep fried and not seasoned beforehand. It was wrapped in iceberg lettuce, with tomatoes and caramelized onions (which the guy called grilled onions). In addition, we ordered the Urban Style French fries that were smothered with herbal Parmesan cheese and aioli. The fries were overcooked and I honestly think the food was lacking in flavor, especially salt. I've been to some good burger spots in town that include Farm Burger, Grub Burger and Yeah Burger. Even Flip Burger is better than this place. Honestly I would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

I came here for lunch with a group of friends for the first time and I had a great first experience. I ordered the breakfast burger and it was delicious along with some of their onion rings. The manager periodically came around to see how everyone was doing, if we were enjoying our food, and to see if we needed anything else. I thought that was very nice of her to do that for everyone, and afterwards they offered everyone free samples of their different types of ice cream. It was very spacious inside for multiple small groups to enjoy lunch over a meeting without feeling as if you were too close to the other tables. At the end of our visit they gave us slips to receive free validation on our parking and that was perfect due to our meeting was lengthy causing the parking to cost $30. I most definitely will choose this restaurant again for our next gathering.

Always a great experience here at BurgerFi! The servers are helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It takes a little time, but c'mon... The food is tasty. Hubby always builds his own burger... I'm trying "The Twenty-Eight" brisket burger, green style (served on ample stacks of lettuce). Fries are awesome even just plain... alternative and urban are our new picks for tonight. Give them a try... Especially if you have allergy issues. They were fabulous!

We went here on Thursday night. The service was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. They use 100% peanut oil. My boyfriend and I ordered a Breakfast All Day Burger and a Burgerfi Cheeseburger along with a Peanut butter & Banana shake. We loved the shake and the burgers are decent. The burgers were less greasy versus other burger places we've been. The size was slightly bigger compared to burgers at Shake Shack. The shake was delicious! The only problem I experienced is there was a hair in my burger, so I brought it back and the manager handled it professionally and made me a new one.

The Burger Fi corporate headquarters is where I live. I had never tried their burgers previously because I have some favorite burgers and don't always branch out. Boy, I had no idea what I was missing!! These burgers are awesome! You have numerous choices of what you want on them, I got cheese, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Yum! The regular fries were huge, enough for two people to share. If you are a burger lover, do not miss out, you may just find a brand new favorite burger spot!!

Went here with my Fiancé on a rainy day a couple weeks ago and the food hit the spot! I had the Breakfast All Day Burger with chill cheese fries. The hand cut fries were so delicious, nothing beats hand cut fries. The service was great, I will be back for more!

Was there this past Tuesday for trivia bight and it amazing!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The trivia game was a lot of fun and had about three teams. The burgers are absolutely amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu all of the workers are extremely happy and pleasant even the cooks. The Decour is very modern yet created for a burger joint really really enjoy a nice hidden treasure in the city on Crescent

I must say I usually am a chicken girl, but just for you guys I tried the Angus beef! I have tried Farm Burger, but it had nothing on this burger! A lot like farm burger you are able to build your own burger, but they already had pre-made ones on the menu! I also had the Parmesan and herb french fries which were to die for! I love the added touch with the branding bun with the BurgerFi logo! I totally recommend this place! Tip: If you want to walk on the wild side try the Breakfast all day burger it is great!

  • Willis J.

I just have to say how bummed I am that Burger-Fi stopped doing trivia. We only discovered their trivia night a few weeks ago and it was so much fun that we kept coming back. The food is always great and the staff is wonderful, especially the trivia hosts who kept us entertained to no end. We usually play with a team of about 10 people and trivia is our weekly get together. After finding out that it had been cancelled we decided to take our business elsewhere. I would definitely go back if they started it again but for now it's going to be one of the many other midtown restaurants within walking distance that do team trivia. Sidenote - I will be back from time to time for the red velvet shake. So good.

You can definitely find a much better burger in Atlanta. There I've said it. Let's get that fact out of the way. Burgerfi doesn't necessarily bring anything new to the atl burger scene--it's a chain after all. And cost-wise, I'm not sure you get the most bang for your buck here. Still though, it's a good addition to the CNN Center food court and with local brews on draft--this is certainly a good choice for pre-Hawks game pre-gaming. I got the breakfast all day burger which was an 8 buck experience that I'm not sure was totally worth it. Bacon, a runny egg and hashbrown... I think Farm burger or Yeah burger does a better job in that department. The layout of the place is definitely inviting and the fries are delicious. Be sure to take a look at the secret menu. Standby.

I feel like this place gets low marks because it is named incorrectly. This place could otherwise be called "Healthy & Bougie Five Guys." It certainly can't get low marks because of the food. I was expecting an infrared massage or something cool when I entered, but found it to be, in total, a simple good burger, dog and onion ring chain. (With Coke Freestyle Machines!) [Oh and some really delicious fresh squeezed juices] (Oh, and booze) You know how you get that, 'I kinda just committed suicide' feeling when you eat at a deliciously unhealthy place like Five Guys? This place gives you the same "Wow I'm really full" feeling without the "I think I just took 7 months off my 87th year of existence." You'll play a premium for the food, but just think about the money you'll be getting from Social Security when you live longer because their beef and meat is [insert healthy adjectives for good beef quality]. [Antibiotic Free? So they say. Grass Fed -- you betttter believe it!] All the healthy beef leaves you clean-full longer. All Natural, Free Range, Additive Free ETC ---- you know, what I would brand as "NORMAL"

Great burgers, friendly staff, definitely worth the visit. I built my own burger with lots of help from the cashier. I'd never been before, and he was very patient. It was delicious and delivered really quickly. I also had onion rings. They were hot and really tasty. Greasy, but that's fair for onion rings. Definitely worth another visit.

The only reason I am giving this a 3 is because the ice cream concrete. The service is absolutely horrible. And it has to come from management. Last night I was in there with some German friends of mine - they simply wanted to change the channel and the person told them that "corporate wouldn't allow it". Really?! It's a TV station. That goes to the real issue with BurgerFi - no care about what the customer wants. So the food is excellent. The service has to be improved. Expect more - say something as let's improve our neighborhood.

We recently stayed at the CNN Omni and ate twice at the Burgerfi in the CNN food court. You can't beat the $3.99 breakfast special and it was delicious! The staff was extra friendly and I was impressed how they kept themselves busy cleaning and taking pride in their job. Well done!

The menu is limited (strictly burgers and dogs) yet creative. They have a way extensive beer and wine selection for fast food. The service is always above and beyond! Only con- way too cold inside brrrrr!

  • Benjamin G.

BurgerFi plays to the tune of so many other chains in our country (all of which seem to be putting down roots in ATL) and certainly hasn't "reinvented" anything spectacular. I do, however, greatly appreciate the simplicity in the menu. Burgers, dogs, fries, onion rings. That's a menu that anyone will be able to resonate with. Recently came in for lunch and I'm not usually stoked about a stacked burger and boat of onion rings for lunch as I tend to like to prefer such a meal for dinner or weekend brunch. The guy at the counter was really cool with my odd request -- I asked if I could have the Brisket Burger in a lettuce wrap, or "Green Style," and also a side of the chili that typically goes on the dogs. He checked with his manager to see if that was cool and also how to ring it up. I really appreciated the inquiry and delivery on my request. Having a small side of chili instead of fries or onion rings was perfect. This location is in a pretty cool spot in Midtown. Right across from Ra and the new Bantam+Biddy. Parking is abundant as well.

Worst service ever. I've literally waited 25 minutes for a veggie burger. That requires no temperature. And it still hasn't appeared. I see why they offer beer and wine. So that you have something to distract you from the incredibly long wait time.

The place itself is nice... but for the price, you can get an order of Vortex, Bocado or Five Guys burger/fries that will knock these out of the game completely.

10 minutes wait when not busy for a less than average bit of fried meat. At $10 for basic burger and fries was an absolute joke. Fries good but burger no better than fast food. Massive space available in about a year for something original. Manager had to search for the order with no line. Get real.

  • J. D.

There was nothing really wrong with my burger and fries. Then again there was nothing really special about it either. The menu seems to brag about "natural" this and such. Let's take Angus beef. Although it is a natural product according to FDA guidelines it also was raised on anti-biotics and GMO corn. It's okay to serve me standard fare, but don't brg about it and try to trick me that it is higher quality. They serve Angus beef at McDonald's these days. I am loyal to Yeah! Burger for their insane attention to organic and locally sourced ingredients as well as grass fed beef. If I want a dive burger joint I will head to George's in the Highlands or The Vortex. My shake was decent, and was more like a cup of blended soft-serve ice cream (not really a drinkable shake). Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of this corporate chain trying to move into the South: THEY DON"T SERVE SWEET TEA or any brewed tea for that matter. They only have Honest Tea in Bottles (Coca-Cola owned brand). I find this place to be really unauthentic. For example they copied I-n N-Out Burger with a "secret menu" but they publish the darn thing on the paper menus (it's just not on the menu boards above) Oh, really? Big secret. Lame. Burger-Fi, Meh.

Burgerfi is #dope. I always get the breakfast all day burger aka the BAD Burger. Customer service is always great(shout out to Morgan). They sometimes give away free samples of their custard which is pretty great!

Great burgers, lots of options, and nice atmosphere! I would have never come here if one of my customers had not told me about the place. If you are looking for great burgers and fries at a great price burger fi is the place. Definitely coming back!

As the over abundance of burgers continue to plaque the Atlanta market ...I still can not help myself but to venture and try the next one. The great hunger after a long run or a late night can sometimes only be cured by a juicy cheesy burger. Sunday I jumped on the belt line and walk up to the new crescent location ..only opened a few days. The place has definitely sunk into deep pockets as the decor and every detail of the experience is done at the highest of levels. You walk in and the lady greeting was extremely helpful and nice. We tried a sample of different items and I can not say the food matched the interior or the experience. The veggie burger was slipping off the bun and not composed correctly. We got told the brisket burger that was several dollars more was well worth. It was very disappointing and upon review of the party's between the regular and the brisket it looked exactly the same. I am not sure they gave us the right one. We did not finish more than a bite each. The regular burger with cheese was good but I am still running to yeah burger for this option! The fries did little for me but many toppings to pick from so may be worth another try. If you are into desert the ice cream magic going on in the corner using the custard soft serve is sure to impress. I am not a desert person so try on your own. I wish this place blew me away in food as the food would of been two stars but it was the first week so will possibly try again..

I just tried Burgerfi tonight (they opened earlier this week) and I was pleased! I had the Burgerfi Cheeseburger and Fries and it was pretty good. In my opinion, better than Five Guys. The burger wasn't too huge, but also not small either. It's definitely not the best burger I've had in my whole life, or where I'll go when looking for a really good burger, but it's a great casual place for a quick weeknight stop when I have no groceries in the house. I think once they get their liquor license it'll be a "cooler" environment. I'll definitely go back!

One of the better burgers from a "chain" restaurant. The staff is really friendly and the place had a nice vibe.

Been here 3 times. All 3 times they've gotten my order wrong. I'm not asking for anything off menu either. First time I ordered a bacon cheese burger and got a bacon burger, no Cheese. This past visit I ordered an apple dog with yellow mustard and relish. Got a plain hot dog. I'm not one to make such a big deal about stuff but they've never gotten an order right for me. The food is okay but I really only come here because of convenience. I won't come here anymore.

Great food! The single burger is a good size that isn't so big that you feel gross afterwards. No liquor license yet so standby for the craft beer options! You can also opt for a lettuce wrap vs the bun.

Went to lunch on a Friday. Ridiculous line, which seems absurd since their menu consists of about 5 items. Burger, onion rings and a soda was well over $10. The burger, which was a double, was not as big as the price would have you think, not even as big as a double at Five Guys. Patties were over cooked and dry, cheese was as thin as I have ever seen a slice of cheese and not melted there was a ton of lettuce, very few onions or pickles and almost no sauce, which didn't help the dryness of the patties. Also the bun was too small. The onion rings were gigantic, and not in a good way. They don't serve any dipping sauce with them and the containers they give you for ketchup/mustard/mayo are so small you can't even dip the onion rings in them which makes them pointless. The onion rings were also overly greasy, have they never heard of a paper towel to pat down the rings to get the grease off? And had a poor batter to onion ratio. Overall an expensive dry burger, comically large and greasy onion rings. Would not return. In this neighborhood you are much better off at Five Guys or Vortex.

Good food but the burgers are way too small for the price. Still if you never been it's a nice spot to check out.

This is essentially an upscale five guys but I love it. Decor is hip and modern. It's never busy when I've been there. Burgers are great. Parmesan fries weren't too impressive but stick to basics and you'll be satisfied.

Tried burger and fries here first time on Tues. immediately after USA lost to Belgium in FIFA World Cup match, so there were very few people remaining. Burger (a single with white cheddar) and huge side of fries (enough for 2) took a little longer than expected but tasted pretty good. Better off with double burger next time, and maybe try a shake. Glad to use the 100+ choices beverage machine this time.

Had the veggie burger and fries. The burger was tasty albeit a little on the small side or maybe I was just really hungry. The big heaping of fries served in Five Guys style made up for the burger size. The price was a little more than I think it should be but maybe food costs are rising...at an exponential rate? I would eat here again though when I have a little extra cash I'm willing to blow.

My first visit to Burgerfi wasn't terrible, but definitely not great. My boyfriend and I were really excited to try this place, and it let us down. First, the man taking my order was great! He was very nice and let me try the sauces before ordering since it was my first time. I really appreciated that! Although the ordering was great, the food itself wasn't. Again, not terrible, but not great. It was your regular burger and fries. They messed up my boyfriend's order twice (we didn't bother to correct it after the second wrong order that came to us). It was nice of them to remake his burger, but when they brought out another wrong order, I was done. It would have been nice for them to offer us a discount or some type of coupon to get us to come back, but they didn't and I really don't ever see myself going back to give them a second chance. Everybody has bad days and orders get messed up, but no attempt to make it right was done on their part.

I am sorry that I have to lower your stars. Oh, wait. No I am not! This is based on your staff behind the counter. These are the ones that are there to interact with the paying customers. I am not saying that the customers are always right. However, when you screw up an order, do not dance around it. Say these words "I AM SORRY!". Do not give excuses. Get you stuff together and get the orders right. The sad thing is....this was not even my order. It was the guy next to me who was trying to dine with a large group of 6-7 people and his order was missing. He got a runaround excuse of why it did not come out or did come out but someone may have taken it. Then you ask him if it is to go or dine in. HELLO?!!! Did you not just hear him? To make this worse, I was trying to order just fries. The person ringing me up, instead of being professional, started dancing around and singing to the song playing which I took as an insult towards the guy whose order was messed up. Where was the manager?!?!? Who is the manager?!?!?! Do you have a manager?!?! Did you train the staff about customer service? What a pity!!! The fries were pretty good, but I had lost my appetite.

Just had lunch for 1st time. Not that impressed at all. Prices are high for what you get, but I guess that's to be expected in Midtown. Single cheeseburger - bland meat (no seasoning at all as far as I could tell). I got both garlic mayo & Burger Fi sauce and neither one added much flavor at all. I certainly didn't taste anything remotely garlicky. Burger was also small for the price. Onion rings were quite tasty. I'd get those if I ever return. Fries were fine but didn't stand out. Maybe if I'd added one of the toppings it would have helped. Honestly, if I were to return I think I'd just get an order of rings and a concrete or frozed custard as I've heard the desserts are good. Maybe the Breakfast Burger would be what I'd need to order to get one with any flavor. Not sure. All in all, I'm in no rush to return even tho it's within walking distance of work. Too bad b/c I'd been looking forward to trying them out.

Short & Straight To The Point Review Here: Pros: Open later than other midtown eats in the area. Who doesn't like root beer floats? Neutrals: Burgers are okay but nothing to brag about. I wish the food tasted as good as their taste in interior design. Cons: Customer service is garbage. Is there even a manager? Did i mention they have terrible customer service? You'll spend over $10 every time. Yo, their customer service is wack too. Background: I live in the area so Ive actually tried to give these guys a repeat number of chances. Ive ate here at least 6 times. which is probably only because most of the other similar priced restaurants close at 10. Summary: If you want a good burger, don't waste your time with this place. Go to five guys and get a better tasting burger, and you'll most likely spend less. Amongst all there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of leadership within this establishment. Its sad actually.

I prefer this place to Five Guys or Vortex which are both nearby. The cheeseburger has a lot of cheese and it doesn't really add flavor, so you are better off saving the calories and getting the regular burger. The fries are alright, they are very hard and not to my liking. Others may like them. The burger is pretty good overall and is the perfect size - not too big and not too small. Happy to have another lunch place in Midtown.

This is my second time there, I wanted to give it a second chance but not any better. First, the long wait time is unnecessary, second, to have so many employees working and forget about certain parts of my order. Third, I finally get home with food and order is wrong. Won't go there ever again
