Best food on Broad street. Reasonably priced as well. The staff is very nice and you will receive your food in a timely manner. The food is all prepared when you order it. The French dip is a staple sandwich for this restaurant. All of their pasta is good; my favorite being the chicken Alfredo. If you are looking for good food and good service this is the place to go in between classes or for lunch.

I pass this place nearly everyday and I just stopped in for the first time to give it a try. I wish I'd checked it out sooner! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the interior is simple and cute, and the food is halal. I ordered the smoked turkey melt and tomato basil soup. Both were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be back

This place has fresh, made to order, but quick food. I had a hot sandwich with chicken breast, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It was made very well and definitely larger than what I expected, because their prices aren't high. They have a lot of sides to choose from including kettle cooked chips and house made pasta. This place is really nice inside, especially in comparison to other places on Broad Street. They even have a loft area to sit upstairs and free wifi.

The sandwiches are the best!! Omgggg. It's savory and warm.. God, writing this review makes me hungry. Try this place instead of subway. I promise you will not regret it.

I got the chicken pesto fettuccine. Pesto sauce is sour ?! Not suppose to be so sour .. Tasted like k was eating vinegar. The noodle is over cooked. Their crossaint is good. $6 for the sandwich is kinda expensive when it doesn't come with a side.. And they only gave 2 pieces of thin deli slice of roast beef. Too cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. The pasta was cheap for $7.. But do not get the pesto! It's not real -.-

Huge fan--I have eaten there 3 out of 5 days this week. Their balsamic chicken sandwich is the "go-to". Combination lunch is a great deal. Good food, good service, good price--what more can you ask for lunch?

The guy standing on the sidewalk with the chicken and Alfredo sauce is the reason why I tried this place. I immediately went in and ask for the the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. At the time of this review they have only been open for about a month and their food score was 100A. The interior was bright and clean and a nice loft upstairs. The food on display look really good and fresh. The food was delicious and the bread was warm and soft. I'll definitely recommend this restaurant.

The staff is friendly enough. I had the Broccoli Soup in a Bread Bowl. It was ok, definitely needed more seasoning. It's a good spot if you just need to grab a quick lunch. The portion size is very good for the price. The establishment is clean.

Great find! Yelpers, you have found another excellent place to dine. Great sandwiches, soups & salads in a quiet, relaxing cafe. I ordered the trio combo (soup, signature salad, 1/2 sandwich) and for $1 extra upgraded to a FULL hot sandwich. I'm stuffed!! So for $8 + tax, I had french onion soup, pesto pasta salad, and a huge smoked turkey melt. All were fabulous but let me specifically mention the fresh baked bread under the broiler with cheese on top (yes!! Like a grilled cheese on top of your sandwich!!!) Yummo! They have specialty coffees but no desserts. It's the one thing that's missing. Regardless, I will be returning soon!!

Food is really really good. All the soups are amazing and the fettuccine sauce is great. Also, it is very clean in there and I love how it's like a two story cafe.

Brickstone Cafe is the perfect addition to the downtown / Broad St area restaurants! The food is continually great and the service is exceptional as well. You get a lot of food for a reasonable price. From pasta, salads, sandwiches, combinations, and coffee, the cafe is a must.

Pesto Pasta Salad and Chicken Pizza Combo special...all for about 8 bucks! Needed a bit more sauce on the pizza but it was really good and a lot of food!

Revisited again today. Give it another 5 stars. Luna was a great help in letting me decide on a sandwich. I chose the vignette balsamic chicken sandwich. 3 minutes later there was my food. It was a very large good sized sandwich. filled me up pretty easy. And it tasted amazing! The price. The spot. The food. The time. It's a perfect spot for lunch in between classes. Highly recommend it. Music is very pleasant as well.

wish I had taken a picture of my food, but oh well. I've been to this place before and the pasta is the least likeable thing on the menu. Anyhow this review is for the pizza. I ordered the veggie pizza the first time, and it was amazing. The crust was crunchy, buttery, and soooo good. I went back the next day and ordered it again with a plain cheese pizza for my sister. They were both delicious. I'd also like to mention that you can get pesto sauce added on the pizza for free, which adds a great flavor. Unfortunately they haven't posted that they have pizza on their menu, so make sure you ask and order it. You won't regret it.

The food here is great and the portions are large. Ordered a sandwich and side Caesar which was over kill. My wife also ordered a sandwich and roasted vegetable salad. One order would have served both of us. Reminded us of a cafe you might find in a small town in Italy. Everything here is good.

As a GSU student, there have been times when I crave pasta on campus, and there was nothing close by. This place was the answer to my prayers. They have pasta, hot & cold sandwiches, soups, salads, and hot stuffed pizzas. Their bread is made fresh - in house. My favorite is the chicken alfredo pasta, and the toasted turkey sandwich. They serve ample portions and the prices are very reasonable, cheaper than most restaurants on the street. $6 for a Sandwich, and $7 Pasta... you get more bang for your buck. A smoked turkey melt, french dip, or a pesto chicken balsamic sandwich, doesn't compare to your regular sub at Subway or Rueben's deli. BrickStone Cafe is savory, fresh, and satisfying. It's exactly what Broad St was missing.

This place is reaaaalllyy good. It's always surprised me how few people come to get food here. So far I've been here atleast twice a week for the past month (because of convenience) and it's been amazing Everytime. I have absolutely no complaints. So far I've tried all of their hot sandwiches and none of them have been bad. Smoked Turkey Melt sandwich is very nice. If you like turkey...and lots of cheese this is what you should try. Prices are very fair and you're looking at roughly $7-$9 for a very nice sized meal. The portions are the perfect size. Love this place. Definitely worth it. You won't be disappointed.

It's clean, it's hip, and it's nice and quiet. A great place to take someone out or chill upstairs. The place is relatively new, but I was looking for a snack, and I saw some french dips being advertised outside. I was pulled in with the dip and cheese glazed bread; I anticipated a small portion, but boy did it surprise me when it was a giant sandwich. The dip is soup-like with a bold and memorable taste. Simply biting into the sandwich is enough to bring an euphoric wave of food-induced satisfaction over your starving stomach. Best consumed with chocolate milk on the cheap! The prices are very fair and the owner is friendly. Give it a try!

I will not come here again. The food is mediocre and the cashier will try his hardest to upsell you into upgrading or buying something else. ONE big complaint is that I saw one of the main chefs in the back come to the front, stuff down the full trashcan with his hands (with gloves), and then proceeded to the food with his hands, WITHOUT changing the gloves that he had just soiled in the trashcan. Come here if you want to have potential food poisoning.
