Came to Blue Ivory with my boyfriend on a Sunday evening at about 715. We wanted to do Hookah and shoot pool. They have 4 pool tables but 3 of them were broken. There was a line to play. Then the hookah was locked in the managers office (they were out of a lot of supplies and she had to go to the store) the manager arrived with supplies at approximately 830 and we were told they needed a few minutes. Its 8:52 and we're still waiting for pool and hookah. We had wings which were just okay and a couple long islands that were blah. I will definitely NOT return

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! The customer service is horrible. The management's inability to maintain professionalism made me despise walking through this establishment. I ordered three sides as my meal, I also ordered crab cakes for my friend who was planning to join me for dinner. I ended ordering the wrong thing and asked the manager for a refund and he refused. My server was very friendly (Tamika). She was the only enjoyable part of my experience. This place is ghetto. In fact while dining the servers and cooks sat down while receiving a pep talk holding up service for those of us dining. From the moment I walked in until I left I felt uncomfortable. I was forced to provide a star at least but they don't even deserve one star

Our server was very attentive and efficient, the decor is nice for an after hours spot. But the pleasantries stop there. As previous reviews stated, they run out of alot of things, my boyfriend ordered a steak, but they were out of steak. He requested coffee, butbthe machine was broke. I had a salad that was lack luster. How do you mess up a salad. He was pleased with the omelet he settled on. Needless to say, when we are back in Atlanta we won't return. Perhaps a call to John Taffeur with Bar rescue could save this place, because there is potential there!

I went to Blue Ivy last night to watch the fight they try to charge me $40 for valet parking so I parked on the street. the neighborhood is a little sketchy the street is dark I could have sworn my car would have been broken into but they have security watching your cars same guy the helped me parked watch my vehicle till I came out I was impressed the food a little expensive service was very crappy but overall I had a good time will definitely be back would probably never valet park. I don't like parking in the fence one way in one way out my boy was blocked in for about 20 mins while I walked out to my car

If it's after hours be prepared to go.. It wasn't even packed and it took 90min to get food.. Looked nothing like the picture I asked to duplicate..On top of that it came out random pieces at a time.. So by the time everything came my breakfast food was cold.. Do not pay up front!!

I went to this spot one early morning after leaving another club that had closed around 4am. I drove up and a guy walked up to the car and told me $10 to park and $20 to get in and this was before i pulled in the parking lot. I live in brooklyn so that price was nothing, so i parked and walked to the door. He was trying to catch up to me, I pulled out $50 and gave it to the young lady at the door and she gave me back $40, (this guy just tried to get me) wow. The place was well kept clean and i admire the staging of the place. I yelp the spot and read a review about the business. I also think you need to take your own crew to have fun so there was non for me rolling solo walked up to the bar and didn't get a drink, (thought i was under cover) they said the bar was closed. Chatted with a guy who was sitting at a table with his lady friend across from the bar for a few minutes. Then i left mad as hell. It was a nice spot would try it again next time i'm in Atlanta.
