I'm currently sitting in here and enjoying this chicken. Damn it's really good. This is my first time visiting the restaurant. I think it's on the rather pricey side for a local eat and it being a small joint but food is delicious. The drink wasn't including so my meal came out to 9 dollars total. It's not a dirty place or the cleanest either. The lady at the front counter is really nice and super fast service. I do like that the plastic knife is cover in plastic but they should do the same for forks and spoons as well.

I came for egg drop soup. They made the plate then told me they don't have egg drop soup. I got the hot and sour instead....I would call it hot and salt soup! It was so intensely salty I couldn't eat more than two bites. Had the orange chicken and it was quite sad and soggy. The bourbon chicken was ok. The pad thai noodles were ok. For $7 you can't beat the deal, but eating only half of it was quite disappointing.

The last time I came to this end of Broad Street, this place was some other Chinese restaurant. This one is a little odd, but that's okay. They have a combo meal, along the lines of what you'd find at Peachtree Center: rice or noodles, two items (meats or veggies), egg roll or soup, and a sweet tea for under $6. The food is your standard food court Chinese, and for the most part, nothing noteworthy. The standouts for me were the egg drop soup and, strangely enough, the sweet tea. The soup had a ton of black pepper in it, so if that's not your thing, beware. Luckily, it is my thing, so I really enjoyed it. The sweet tea was deliciously sweet and refreshing. I'm glad I gave this place a try. It's not my first choice on this street FULL of choices, but their lunch combo is a good deal for the money. And that peppery egg drop soup...YUM.

Being bowled over by a restaurant in Atlanta usually includes the requisite pomp and circumstance, but this joint busts out of that mold. Why? Because it's a total out-of-the-way joint that we just stumbled over while searching for a lunch place on Georgia State's bustling campus drag of restaurants. So, we had the joy of discovering a place with a) friendly service b) good, fresh food and c) no real hoops to jump through to get both of those last items. I had the chicken tempura meal, which I highly recommend. My partner also had the spicy soup lunch special - which, the owner suggested as a chicken-tofu mixture when he couldn't decide what to get. and that is highly recommended, too, because it's a huge portion and will continue to feed you days later. it was yummy, and you can get it to any spice level you want. On the day we were there, Asians themselves were eating there - which (I'm told by many folks, including my Asian pals) is an indicator that the Asian restaurant passes muster. There's standard steam-table buffet food here, too, but that didn't look too interesting to me. and with good reason - ordering off the menu seems to mean you get fresh food cooked to order. Sara is right: the lunch combo is a good value and you'll likely walk away with leftovers for later. Highly recommended.

The food was pretty gross compared to the other 50 Asian restaurants I've been too. I was very disappoint at how old everything was in my order. Even the fried rice tasted bad and had zero flavor. Bad fried rice turns me away from Asian restaurants in general. The chicken was also hard and want juicy at all. I won't be going back there again, you have a lot more choices on the strip they are located on. Price wise they are cheap but not cheap enough to ever get me to eat there again

2.5 stars. I've been here twice: the first time, because I was curious; the second time, because I was fed up with all other Broad Street choices. The food's quality is only average, maybe slightly worse than your standard Chinese takeout. I got the lunch combo both times with rice, orange or General Tsao chicken, broccoli, and an egg roll. The rice was quite dry. The chicken was kinda hard (overly deep-fried?) and drowning in the sugary sauce. The egg roll was to too oily and kinda tough in texture. I did like the sweet tea, though. One good thing about this place is that it is conveniently located next to GSU campus, so next time I have a Chinese-American food craving, I can easily satisfy it.
