Love their sushi portion to the rice. Love their terryaki beef (tastes like wine marinated tender ribeye steak.) Just for above 2 items is well worth 13.99 buffet lunch. But their other side items and rolls are delicious too.

I have to say if you're new to sushi this is a great place to start. The buffet is Sunday thru Friday and serves hand rolls and Chinese food. I would personally stick to the hand rolls because I thought they were better than the Chinese food but my friend like that they had that available. For two it was at total of $32.00 which is great when eating sushi, the staff is very polite and quick to clear your plate. They don't make you feel pressured to leave and the restaurant is very clean. I will definitely be coming back here and eating some more sushi.

I have never written a review before and 99% of my experiences at restaurants are great. I'm easy and not picky at all. However, I had to express my anger for this place. I use to love this place. Been here a couple of times. My last experience was awful and I will never go back again. My mom and I ordered 2 different speciality sushis (spider roll and volcano roll). My dad and fiance ordered some typical teriyaki dishes. This place was not busy since we showed up around 4:30pm. My fiance and dad got their dish first (about 10 minutes after we order), of course my mom and I didn't mind at first. 20 minutes went by and our sushi order still didn't come out. That's when we noticed that another table that came after us got their sushi dishes first (and they had at least 30 pieces). We waved down our waitress and questioned why we haven't gotten our order yet even though my dad and fiance were literally almost done eating. It was OBVIOUS that she either forgot to put our order in, or the guys in the back forgot to make it. Instead of saying, "Let me go check, I apologize for the wait," or something along those lines, she just kept saying, "Oh, I know, I know, hold on, I know." She wouldn't even let us finish expressing our concern and confusion, she just kept interrupting us and trying to make things seem like they were fine instead of admitting to her mistake. She was nice and friendly though, so I wasn't too upset. Just confused and a bit impatient. What REALLY set me off was once we asked our waitress why we haven't gotten our meal, 5 minutes later she comes back with our sushi. Except both the specialty sushi rolls were EXACTLY THE SAME. She had the nerve to say they were both different and that one was the spider roll and the other was the volcano roll (two obviously different rolls). I'm not freaking blind. I was utterly disappointed and couldn't believe she was trying to play us dumb. There are pictures for each specialty sushi roll on their menu. Even if their weren't pictures, I still knew. Both the rolls that came out were IDENTICAL. The guys making our meal wanted to get our dishes out asap to cover themselves and decided to make 2 of the same rolls. When we got the bill, they still charged us for each individual specialty roll (even though they gave us the cheap one). I have NEVER been so angry at a restaurant before. The food here is great, don't get me wrong. But bad service like that is a complete turn off for me. I will never go back after being played like that. This may seem minor to some of you guys, but I expect to get what I order and not be lied to all because they made a mistake that they couldn't admit to. Unbelievable.

Tonight was my first time to this restaurant & I really enjoyed it. Sat down for Hibachi with a small group. The staff were all very friendly & the chef was engaging with good humour. I enjoy watching the food being prepared right in front of you. The fillet mignon with chicken was a really yummy dish & the serving size is substantial... Enough left over for lunch tomorrow. The price for dinner is quite reasonable & the variety of menu options is appetising. I live nearby & will certainly be back soon.

My friends love this place, and I can see why. The sushi is good. And the service is fast & friendly. There's something weirdly comforting about sitting around a teppan with your friends and ordering sushi. But first, a rather typical salad with ginger dressing arrived. The ginger dressing was creamy and sweet, and the remainder made for a surprisingly good dipping sauce for some of our maki. The sushi itself came out quickly. And it was delicious. They do some traditional things here, but we stuck with the more "innovative" maki. There is plenty to choose from. It was difficult to not go completely bonkers and order the entire menu. But we went bonkers anyway, ordering the teppanyaki on top of a boatload of sushi. The chef was trying to be funny. And I hope he loves his job. He was quite the entertainer. But I have to ask, at what point does the whole performance aspect become so predictable that you tire of it and just wish they'd get on with the cooking? How many times does the chef need to flip a shrimp tail into his shirt pocket, or catch an egg in his hat, or do the whole onion volcano-choo-choo thing? I wanted to say to the fellow: "I love you man, just get on with the cooking." But overall, we had a good time. I'd happily rejoin my friends there. Holler if you're coming with.

Good food. We had never been here before and love Japanese. If is slightly different than the others in the area. They service noodles in addition to the fried rice and the other difference was their yummy yummy sauce was very tart and much different than others, but as good as many others, however their salad dressing was the best I have had....the ginger dressing was like a creamy dressing. We will be back! Food taste was good, and we were seating fast.

Sushi was ok not very fresh tasting but the hot bar with steak and typical asian foods was very good!

  • Marvin M.

Food was sub-par and overpriced. Horrible ambiance (the music was like this random k-pop, it was hot and sushi was warm). Do not ever go here and waste your time or money.

Y'all I am pissed! They got rid of the conveyor belt in here. Okay, so I didn't really care that much about the conveyor belt... but what I did like was 30 to 50% off sushi on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday nights. Like really like. Like the only reason we come here is because of that. Their sushi is still good and their service is still good (hence the two stars and not one,) but there are so many sushi places in Atlanta and with them taking away the half price nights... it just really makes it not so worthwhile anymore. We won't be returning for a very long time (and it's because we're cheap).

I drove all the way down here to this location of KiKu on a thursday night because I heard this place is one of the very very few that have a Conveyor belt of Sushi in Georgia. So I deff. need to try this place out! :D This Kiku was running a special on the day that I dined in. I believed it was all half off sushi that night and so even if i ate alot of different type of sushi, for the two of us that night, it was only 40$ and that was like more than 10+ plate of sushi. But granted, each plate only have like two to four sushi on them. But still, that is very good when it comes to comparing prices. So because of the prices and the quality, I am giving this place three stars. In my opinion the sushi here is good, but nothing spectacular. It didn't wow me, so it didn't really leave any impression. I just remember stuffing a lot of California inspired sushi. And a lot of different variation. So Overall, I don't think i will take the drive (around 45 min away from home for me) to try this place again. Even if the price is good. The sushi just didnt wow me. But it's a okay though. So give them a try!

I used to like coming here but the service and food quality have gone down hill while the price has gone up. For $15, I expected more. The buffet is comparable to Rusan's but with worse service. We were literally presented with the check 5 minutes into our lunch. I'm all about efficiency but let me at least finish my first plate.

  • Charles G.

My wife and I had lunch here, and it was much better than I had expected from a buffet. I'm not a huge fan of Japanese food, but thankfully there was a fair amount of Korean food too. The wait staff was kind and kept our glasses full, which is about all one can expect of a buffet. It appears that they have a hibachi setup for dinner, which I can only imagine is the same standard hibachi you get anywhere. For the lunch, though, we will definitely be going back from time to time. The beef and assorted kimbap are worth it.

This was my first time I've had a Sushi buffet. The restaurant was packed they had to seat us at a hibachi table. I thought the buffet selection was very diverse because it included so much more than sushi. There was a salad bar, miso soup, sesame chicken, noodles, nigiri, and more. For the sushi, I wish they had descriptions by all the rolls because I had no idea what I was eating. Everything tasted fresh and the rolls had great flavors and textures. For lunch, I felt like the price was a little steep.

    (4)
  • Mick M.

Their lunch buffet selection on sushi is excellent and at the right price. You can also dig in for a hot buffet but their sushi is the go-to meal.

  • Alex V.

Although you may not have heard the guests next to us but they complained to us as well and to reiterate we were not told when we walked into the restaurant that you would pick up your food at 2pm I guarantee we would NOT have made the decision to stay. But nonetheless we will not visit ur establishment again nor will we refer it to anyone else. I think this establishment needs to think about new management. If we would have had better service we wouldn't have minded as much of the issue at hand but this was not the case.

  • Priscilla N.

You can't really go wrong with their sushi buffet.. compared to other places, such as Nori Nori, Tokyo Bay, or Lobster House, the maki rolls are superior. Now while the selection isn't as big, the quality is much better. The hot food section isn't too shabby.. it tends to vary every time I go. The salad bar is surprisingly fresh and delicious. I do find their sushi rice policy ridiculous.. but understandable(??) Not that I ever had to pay.. I finish everything on my plate. It's a bummer that they got rid of their conveyor belt.. but more importantly, their 50% off specials. However, they stepped up their sushi game (in terms of quality) and I always get a complimentary appetizer from the chef. Not to mention a plate of FRIED OREOS for dessert. All in all, if you're craving some sushi, I would stop by Kiku for lunch.. on a weekday! Sundays are little too pricey for my liking.

  • Fran S.

Ordered several diff rolls of Sushi. We boxed most of each to take home for someone else to eat. Fish did not seem fresh, too much on sauces and not enough on natural flavored of your ingredients. Used to like this place years ago so I thought I would give it a try again. Worse sushi ever! Won't go back there again.

  • Joe H.

I have been twice - once for dinner and once for lunch. Dinner was tasty, and they have some great half price nights. The fish is fresh, and the variety is excellent. I also enjoy sitting at the conveyor belt and picking what I want as it comes by. Lunch is also good, but not as fun as dinner. It is expensive ($14 for the buffet, not including drink) but I guess that is pretty standard for sushi all you can eat.

    (4)
  • Joe C.

Not impressed. Stopped by for lunch, only to be seated and handed my lunch buffet bill immediately. Apparently that's all you can order over lunch? Maybe I am naive. Sushi was just average, nothing to write home about. Salad bar was good, they have a dessert bar and entree type bar with sesame chicken, etc. Sign at the table saying it is a .$50 charge for every single serving of sushi rice that is left on your plate - as in not eaten. Never seen a surcharge for food you don't eat. Waiter was subpar. Won't head back here. Much better choices in this area.

    (2)
  • Mia W.

The conveyor belt is no longer available. Buffet has become the replacement. Sushi and cooked food there is edible. It has become just another Chinese/Japanese buffet. I would not return.

My mom treated me to lunch here the other day because I've been craving sushi. For $12.99/person for the lunch buffet, I expected more. We came there around 1:00 pm, (the lunch buffet ends at 2:30) and they were out of a few items that were never restocked. Dislike. The sushi rolls were just ok, I actually liked some of their non sushi items better than the sushi itself. Another thing that I didn't like about their sushi buffet is that ice cream was limited to one serving per person. I've never been to a buffet that limited their ice cream to customers. I won't be back.

  • Michael C.

I came here for the $13.99 buffet on a weekday for lunch. Overall the experience wasn't bad but I thought the sushi were only average at best. The rolls are pretty good and what I expected but I thought the nigiris weren't especially fresh. Plus everyone is always in line waiting for the nigiris and their layout weren't done very well. I think given the amount of the people waiting should have had another chef making the nigiris at least. Some of their sushi were out often as well and I noticed there were people just waiting overall which caused the food area to be even more congested We were sat at the hibachi tables and as some other people have said the entrance is pretty narrow causing a bottleneck. The food serving area is relatively small and always have to move around to let people go back and forth. Those are the negatives that I see, for the plus I did like their hot food selections I thought they were better than the sushi and nigiris. The salads were fresh and the fruits were pretty good as well. I think their main highlight is the desserts. They serve Asian style cakes where its not overly sweet and cream which is what I would prefer. So with all these offering I definitely do thing that $14 is worth the price to try at least if you come on a non-busy day. I think because its the holiday season today was busier than usual for lunch for a Monday afternoon.

Came here during happy hour when the rolls were 50% off. Had a chance to try several items with some friends and had a good experience there. Food tasted fresh and the service was great. Will definitely be back.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I came for the much talked about lunch buffet. It had a really nice variety of Nigiri, salad, sushi, noodles. The fish was pretty fresh, and some of the rolls were good. The part that turned me off was the fact they charge for a side of spicy mayo, and that I was told I had to finish my rice. I took most of my fish off the Nigiri pieces. The waitress told me she was going to charge me 50 cents for each piece I didn't eat. I had no idea, but she said there was a sign posted at each table. That seems weird to me, but on one hand, I understand it would cost them a lot of money to have people filling up on just fish. So...I'd probably go back, but make sure I didn't eat nearly as much Nigiri.

Very interesting conveyer belt food dispenser. Nice fresh product and lots of variety. Great place to break into sushi or sashimi or Japanese cooking. I had the seaweed salad, and a little salmon sushi plate to start. Then the 20 piece sashimi platter @ 29 bucks I hope the picture comes out. The most impressive sashimi platter presentation I ever had.

  • Toad M.

All you can eat sushi. It is just average at best. with 2 young adults kids you can't beat the price but if you want good food the lunch buffet is not the best option.

  • Nathan R.

When a friend suggested a sushi lunch buffet my immediate reaction was no way. They talked me into it and I am glad they did. It was probably the best sushi buffet I have had. To my surprise the even a good selection of high quality cooked items on the buffet. Definitely recommend it and will be going back.

Boyfriend came to rescue me from the rain after class at the Alpharetta center, so I decided to treat him out to Japanese. :] It was DEAD when we walked in. We decided to have hibachi and sushi :] Hibachi was buy one plate, get the other 50% off :] We both got the steak plates, and the chef, John, was FANTASTIC. Even though it was only two of us, he went ALL out. Great guy to have a conversation with as well. Cracked jokes, and had my boyfriend SO confused at times LOL! The sushi was pretty standard. The Maki Maki Roll was my favorite, and the KiKu special roll was my boyfriend's favorite. Overall, 3 stars because as great of a time I had, the food overall left no impression on me. I've had hibachi at a couple of places, and the food did not leave an lasting impression. Usually, I enjoy the steak, but this time, I just wanted some A1 sauce. Great atmosphere, and great staff, but the food is pretty average.

Their fried rice is awesome! Disappointed in the change in their 50% off special, because they don't put good sushi on the belt anymore.

  • JJ P.

The place is very nice, lots of staff but no one is smiling. The waitresses seem all stressed & it's still early. What the heck. The food is very flavorful, has really nice selection of sushi but the hot food section is cold in Temperature. This is an early part of lunch, it should be hot.

I enjoyed the lunch buffet yesterday. The atmosphere was comfortable. And the selection was good and not too much. Sometime buffets give you a lotta crap. I recommend kiku and will be goin back.

Been there twice - once for dinner and once for the lunch buffet. Food was okay at best. Service - not even that. There will not be a third time.

Disappointed for lunch ayce. It was on the pricier side @ $12 a person. This wouldn't bother me normally, but the rolls kept running out! In addition, I thought it was super tacky to have a "do not waste" sign, especially about the sushi rice. I asked for the usual hot water (I like my water warm) and our server claimed he couldn't do it---the hot water was only for green tea. Wtf? I order this every time I go here for dinner, and it is never a problem. I'll probably be coming back here only for dinner time, because ayce lunch was a disappointment. In addition, ice cream is only limited to 1 per person. It doesn't really seem like a lunch buffet to me if there are still limitations.

Haven't been to Kiku in a long time. So I went Thursday walked in and everything was different ! No more conveyor sushi , no more half price sushi! Asked about some of the servers they had no idea who they were! Asked if john owned it any more. Didn't know who john is? Strange! We look at the menu! Prices went up for sushi rolls! I decided not to stay! What a shame great place gone!

  • Brian W.

I used to frequent Kiku for lunch. I love sushi and for the price it was a good value. I will not be going there anymore. Today I had lunch with my wife who left approximately 1 tablespoon of rice on her plate. The waiter - then backed up by his manager - informed we would be charged $1.00 for not finishing all of the rice on her plate. By the way - I'm not exaggerating at all. I ate the rice in one bite to avoid the fee. There was another patron who was harassed in the same way for leaving approximately 2-3 nigiri pieces worth of rice. I understand the need to have a policy to keep from people just eating sashimi at nigiri prices but this was insane. I had been to Kiku no less than 50 times as it's convenient but won't be back again based on their poor customer service.

  • Jacqueline W.

$15 lunch buffet is a pretty good deal when there is a salad bar, hot bar, sushi bar, nigiri bar and dessert bar. It's a good place to bring friends and/or co-workers that aren't into nigiri but enjoy non-raw sushi rolls. What I enjoy eating the most and definitely eat my money's worth is the seaweed salad and conch salad off of their lunch buffets. At night, they have the convey belt that goes round and round and tempt you with their colorful platters, which signifies the cost of that plate. Tues, Wed and Thurs are their 50% off selected sushi rolls. Order off the menu to take advantage of the 50% and not the convey belt. You always get the most bang for your buck this way. Only three stars though, because their sushi offerings are pretty basic, hadn't had anything here that really stands out from other sushi competitors.

    (3)
  • Samantha D.

Pretty decent for lunch! Great prices- very reasonable. This place is near office park central so, primarily the clientele are 30-40 something business professionals. Good atmosphere & fresh sushi. There is a hibachi area and a sushi bar area. The sushi bar has one of those conveyor belt things that literally sends food to your table- ultimate fatass paradise. Service was great- my water was never below half full. If you're in the Alpharetta area, I'd recommend KiKu!

WHAT A SERVICE...! Even one star is waste of evaluation.. THE MANAGER of this restaurant.. so annoying.. We wanted to eat the conveyer belt sushi, so we asked about its available for the night or not at the front. However, the manager kept ignored our question and kept saying,"How many people? How many people? How many people..? Maybe he thought we were moron for not answering his question... We were so pissed up and just left the restaurant.. We are NEVER going to this restaurant.. He made us feel so embarrassed in front of other customers.. NO STAR AT ALL for the POOR SERVICE.

  • Matt P.

What's happened to this place? I used to consider it one of the best Japanese restaurants in all of Atlanta but it seems like every time I eat here lately the service gets worse and the options on the lunch buffet or half price sushi night's are fewer and fewer. Don't get me wrong it is still one of the best in the Alpharetta/Roswell area just don't go there expecting to be wowed by the service or variety on the lunch buffet or sushi conveyer belt.

  • David R.

I started with the seaweed salad. I think it is an acquired taste however, the more I ate it, the more I like it. I had two sushi rolls. The Viagra roll and rainbow roll. After I finished eating I was brought something on a plate. I did not understand at first what she said it was, but I could tell it was fried. It was Oreo cookies that were prepared tempura style...it was good! I think I was the only person in the place for dinner service. The service was good and staff was friendly.

I joined some co-workers for the ayce buffet today. One had been before and was wanting to eat lots of sushi, so she'd picked. This place was hopping. Most of the tables were full. We sat but immediately got up to get our plates. They've got a decent assortment of nigiri - red snapper, salmon, rice balls, crab stick, white tuna, and shrimp. They replaced these pretty regularly. Then they've got all kinds of fancy rolls - the kind with panko on the outside, mayo and sauce on top. I didn't even touch those, with the exception of the spicy tuna. They didn't look that appetizing to me, and they weren't replaced as often. They've also got a "salad bar" with watermelon, orange slices, cucumber salad, seaweed salad, and sashimi salad. Next to that is a hot bar with Asian favorites - sesame chicken, chicken yakitori, beef with mushrooms, Korean beef noodle, egg rolls, gyoza, fried rice, and even almond green beans. The sesame chicken was pretty good. I didn't like the sauce on the yakitori. The gyoza was soggy (as expected from a steam table). The green beans and Korean beef noodles were pretty good. Our vegetarian friend ended up just ordering off the menu since the vegetarian items on the buffet were somewhat limited. I'd go back if asked, but I wouldn't suggest it.

I can only rate as of now on the food as I am a visitor to the Alpharetta area and ordered it for take out. I ordered the New Orleans Roll and the fresh salmon sushi. Food was good. The New Orleans Roll and fresh salmon sushi was fresh and well packaged. Often at times establishments who prepare takeout orders don't take precaution in packing the sushi and by the time you bring it home...it gets all mushed together. I hope to visit and dine in the restaurant tomorrow before I fly back home on Thursday.

VERY GOOD FRESH SUSHI. Went for dinner. Kids enjoyed watching the conveyor belt with the sushi go around. It's a novelty obviously. Lived in the SF Bay Area/West Coast n they have variations of this theme...notably the floating boat on water conveyor belt idea. Still cool. Sushi is set on different coloured dishes indicating the price and you pick your desired plate of sushi directly off the conveyor Good variety, typical maki. We didn't try any exotic things but there were some interesting and different rolls. They take the old sushi off the belt if it's been sitting there too long so the sushi is always fresh. Great quality control. They put clear plastic covers over the sushi for obvious sanitary reasons. Clean restaurant. FRIENDLY STAFF. GOOD SERVICE. FOOD CAME QUICK when we ordered off the menu items. Great place for families (has a KIDS MENU) and definitely great for big groups/parties. Only reason this place didn't get 5 stars is because of the price. We went on 1/2price day (T W Th). On the other days/nights the sushi seemed real expensive based on the menu prices. Will have to try the buffet lunch and the hibatchi as a birthday treat. WILL DEFINIETLY GO BACK.

What can I say? This place is managed by Korean owners with their twist on Japanese sushi, rolls, and hibachi. It's a clean restaurant with quality food and decently priced food. I went there with my co-workers during lunch for their buffet and they did not hold back on their special rolls, cooked food and even included some kimchee on the side. It's always a bonus when they are proud of their Korean heritage. I am impressed thoroughly...

Was in the area on a quick trip to visit my girlfriend. I was having a craving for sushi and was looking for something satisfying but not looking to break the bank. The lunch buffet was ongoing and it looked like a solid spread of food, but I ended up ordering a la carte from the sushi menu. I was pleasantly surprised with my food. Fish slices were nicely sized and fresh. I had a roll, too (forget the name) and it was good as well. Great place to come if you're looking to scratch that sushi craving itch without having to shell out $$$$.

I wanted to give this place 2 stars except I've been here a few times before and it was worthy of 3 stars. Our waiter was terrible. We had to remind him to refill our waters. I'm not usually a stickler about waiter service but the service was just that bad. Moreover, we tried getting his attention multiple times but he was too busy to pay attention. Finally the sushi chef helped us out and rang the bell. The sushi was ok. The volcano roll was great. I liked the Maki Maki and the Tiger Roll. My brothers liked the two other rolls they ordered. Me not so much. The complimentary fried oreos is what gave it the third star. I love how they do that and it's surprisingly good.

Was craving sushi and wanted to try a new place instead of doing Ru San's (again). Read the reviews for KiKu and had to try it. The reviews were spot on. Restaurant: clean and beautiful decor. Two main areas, one for hibachi (but I don't think they do hibachi at lunch, or at least they weren't the day I went for lunch) and another seating area around the sushi bar. Food: One bar for nigiri (or whichever sushi it is with the lump of rice and a chunk of raw fish on top...can you tell I don't prefer nigiri), one bar for "rolls" including fried rolls and cold rolls, one bar for salad, one bar for hot Japanese food (I actually loved the sesame chicken) and one bar for desserts. Service: fast and attentive (kept clearing my used plate and refilling drink every time I went back to the bar). Price: Very reasonable (I think it was around $12 for lunch) I'll definitely be back.

So, I'm not a huge sushi fan but I do ocassionally indulge, and KiKu was just right! There was such the variety of sushi, as I am not as familiar as my friend who treated me to lunch so I followed some of his lead. He however is a SERIOUS sushi fan so one of his plates was fully loaded ..LOL Mine was too but I had a variety of items, really enjoy the slices of nicely seasoned, moist steak. The lunch buffett wasn't bad, in fact I thought the deserts had the worst selection. The variety consisted of three types of cake and some cold beignets ....(these taste so much better warm and soft) The service was pleasant but not a lot to brag about as all they do is clear your table and maybe refill the water....KiKu reminds me of a small version of Nori Nori. They were keeping food items replenished so thats a + ! I found their signage on the table somewhat amusing as they remind you NOT to waste food on your plate or you may be charged, but thats fair because some folks OVERload their plates knowing they can't eat all that (greed) The price for lunch (as we arrived about 1:15pm) was $11.99 all you and eat or stuff in...LOL. We were both full when we left and that lasted for me for the remainder of the day. Overall I would return sometime and recommend giving them a try

Came back home from NY for the holidays, great value for lunch buffet. Only downside is food runs out rather quickly during peak lunch hours, especially the sushi. While I was waiting I ordered salmon and tuna sashimi a la carte. Definitely worth the extra bucks, quality was noticeably better than the items served in the buffet. Wait staff is limited but pretty good with taking drink orders, etc. It would be nice if they changed up what is on the buffet, it seems like they have the same items as they did last year when I came.

This place is great for a sushi buffet for a quick lunch. Rarely is is super packed to where you have to wait for a seat. It is also not your crazy weird sushi concoctions. A selection of nigiri pieces as well and some traditional maki rolls. There is also a hot line and a salad bar and a few light desserts.

Don't have high expectation of this place! Lunch buffet is so mediocre. Selection is limited. No hibachi (during lunch time). And no ice cream either! Ice cream machine has a sign on it "Open for Sunday lunch only" Yuck! For $13.99, you can get a much better sushi buffet. Either Tokoyo Bay buffet (same price) or Nori Nori (a little more pricy) would be a much better choice. Not going to come back.

My girlfriend and I have been here three times so far, and we have enjoyed each time. We have only been here for dinner. We always get sushi (we haven't tried the hibachi), and we are satisfied with it. We usually get sashimi, and then try some rolls. Having lived in the SF bay area before moving south-easterly, I feel like a bit of a sushi snob (so perhaps take this review with a grain of salt). A lot of the specialty rolls are deep fried, have hot sauce, or have just a lot of things on them (the mountain roll is a roll piled with toppings and various sauces on top). The amber roll was pretty good, but the sauce it comes with overpowers the taste of the fish. The sashimi is not super high quality, but it is appropriately priced and tasty nonetheless. The other rolls we have tried have all been good, and I'm sure we will be exploring the menu the next time we go (and I'll try to post another review). The first time we went the service was sub-par (we felt like we were being rushed, the server was unhelpful, and it took a long time to get our drinks). The next two times were completely the opposite! We have had great service both times we have been since from a very attentive waitress. We have had no problems with being seated on the sushi side right away (though we have seen people waiting for the hibachi side on a Friday night). You can hear the hibachi side from the sushi side, and it can be a little loud if you are trying to have an intimate conversation. A part about the service that deserves a paragraph for itself. They always give us free dessert every time we dine. We have had fried oreos and an ice-cream dessert. It is always a nice treat. The service (besides the first time we went there) is at 4 stars. Bottom line: The sushi here is well priced, and while not "the end-all-be-all-best" sushi it is still tasty and delicious. I would recommend coming here on a date, or with friends.

I don't know what to feel about this place. It's like asking me if McDonald's is good: it's great price, it fills you up but it's not the best place to eat. That's exactly what Kiku is. I went in for a lunch buffet. Sushi was a OK, service was also a OK, other foods were a OK also. The price was pretty good: 13 dollars for AYCE. I would say the dessert section was the BEST. Many different kinds of cakes, all moist and... just awesome. But then again, I'm such a sweet tooth, I love anything that contains sugar. Eh, this place was good, but not impressive. I will probably come back again for the good price and good dessert.

We like kaiten (conveyor belt sushi) restaurants, and this seems to be the only one in the Atlanta area, so we decided to check it out for dinner. We were surprised that at 8:00 on a Saturday night, the place was nearly dead. That meant the conveyor was off, but we were able to order sushi a la carte. We were pleased with the price and the quality - everything was very fresh and nicely presented. Tuna sashimi, yellowtail and California rolls were all very good. Freshly made wasabi as well, which was nice. Gyoza appetizer was a bit overcooked, but veggie tempura was good. Service was pleasant and efficient. We'll definitely go back.

Normally I don't care for sushi buffet restaurants because the quality is often mediocre to poor. Some places do it well but those places are very rare finds and tend not to last long especially when enough word gets around. Sato on Peachtree Parkway was one of those places, and I miss it dearly. Kiku is also one of those rare finds. The lunch buffet is simply outstanding and quite the bargain at about $11.00. The sushi is fresh and well prepared. The teriyaki-marinated steak on the hot entrée line is amazing and well worth the trip (and at the price of $11); especially true for those who don't really care for sushi. The place is already getting popular and crowded (at lunchtime), so go now before the quality plummets and / or the price goes way up.

This is my favorite spot to come for sushi in Alpharetta. The nights to come are Tuesday through Thursday; all sushi is half off! They have a cool conveyer belt that goes around the sushi bar which they keep full of fresh sushi rolls. If you see something that looks good you just grab the plate off the belt as it is passing by. There is a color coding system that lets you know the price, but none of it is super expensive with the 50% off. The sushi itself is really good too. The stuff from the conveyer belt is really fresh but you can also get something made to order off of their menu for 50% off. I'm totally sold on this place (at least Tues. - Thurs.) and plan on coming back regularly.

I have only been here for their sushi buffet lunch. When Kiku first opened, the slices of fish were definitely thicker and the rice clump was not nearly as big. Needless to say, this restaurant made the same decision as many Asian restaurants do after the initial opening....skimp on the good stuff and fill them up with the carbs. Also, the sashimi salad is completely gone from the buffet selection. What a shame!

you know what, I like this chain & reading some reviews I have to keep in mind even the best hotel & eatery is going to have negative ones... but the sushi is just so good how can so many not be a fan?? I personally despised sushi until I came here. This coming from a girl who was raised in Japan. First rule, never go unless it's a 1/2 off night... you'll be spending too much. The hibachi is good the eel is fantastic mix up your platter so you can share with your friends and try new stuff. We don't get the foods off of the conveyor belt just because the freshness is questionable, but this place turned me into a sushi fan and for that I'll be bringing friends and family back time after time.

Never again. Been there several times, and it was always just okay. A little pricey for what it is. Like all buffets, the rolls all taste the same pretty much. The nigiri is fine, smaller pieces as you would expect with a buffet. Hot bar is average. Overpriced on a Sunday afternoon: Just went on a Sunday, expecting lunch buffet to be same as always. Wrong. Well, the buffet looked the same, and when the waitress brought me the bill, it was $13.40. But when I got to the register, the manager gestured to her that she rang me up wrong. Then she tells me it's over $20. I ask why, and she tells me there's more roll and nigiri selections today. Not that I could tell. Rolls were the same average rolls as usual, and the nigiri did have eel, but it was cold and not good, thus I only got 2 pieces. But no other differences that I could tell...certainly not enough to warrant a 50% price increase over the usual. I kinda just said "okay" and paid the bill, but didn't tip. I should have complained more, but didn't bother. And as I said, I won't be back. Not that I go that often anyway, but now I won't go at all. It really amazes me that places will lose a customer (and any word-of-mouth customers from me) over a few dollars like that.

The prices are very reasonable considering the portions you are getting! The freshest Yellowtail I have ever had and the portions of kelp/tofu in the Miso Soup was more than just abundant. I am looking forward to coming here again for half off sushi on Tues, Wed or Thurs.

My friends and I often visit KiKu for lunch to get our fix of sushi. They offer a very good variety of sushi on their lunch buffet as well as other asian favorites. The sushi is always fresh and the buffet is kept very clean and managed. The service is very good at keeping your drinks filled and removing empty plates. The price for the buffet is very good considering what you would normally pay for sushi. I've never had the opportunity to have dinner here, but from my lunch experience I would definitely be interested. Absolutely a fan of their lunch offering!

Forced to come here couple times for company group lunch. Lunch is 11.99. Their sushi variety is limited which I don't like. I hate how they have their "do not waste rice or you will be charged" and yet their rolls are all rice. Their hot bar food is surprisingly good especially for a buffet. Salad bar is limited but ok. Desert is trash. Servers are nice. If you are a sushi lover based on quality, this place is trash. Quantity, you will like it. If you get a drink, expect to pay $15-17 with tip and tax which is too high for me for their quality of food. You can order miso soup or white rice for free if you like soup and don't want their fried rice. I personally prefer lobster house. It is cheaper and have more different variety of sushi to choose from. Kiku has a better hot bar. On a personal side note their main sushi chef, the guy with glasses is rude and always stares me down. Maybe because all the employees are korean and I am korean. All my coworkers noticed and makes fun of me for it.

We like KiKu as a special treat for the kids, and it has always been really good hibachi and the sushi special conveyor belt is a lot of fun and quite tasty. Our last visit didn't go as well as normal as we had some hibachi steak that was a little on the spoiled side and when we complained they assured us that it had arrived the day before, but they recognized the issue and gave us a $10 gift certificate (hardly the right move) for our troubles. I was very happy to not get sick that night. In GENERAL, I'd say this place is great, but that incident will keep us from going back for a while. I love the sushi conveyor and they have some terrific specials and 95% of the time it's great... but the one bad is what makes me give it only 3 stars. Friendly staff, good selection of import beer and wine.

Raw dead things, knives, and conveyor belts. What could go wrong? Not much, but not as much right anymore, either. I used to go here all the time when they first opened. The 50% coupons with the sushi-go-round could not be beat. They were friendly and helpful, willing to chop something up customized for you. (Or in my case, to try and sate my never-ceasing demand for unagi). Then they started changing their deals, they added a generic lunch buffet, things just started to slide. (I blame people who bring their children. Watching inattentive parents allow their spawn to touch everything on the conveyor belt pushes my restraint to it's limits. Did I mention there are knives there?) Don't get me wrong, the food is good, if on the pricey side. But then, it's sushi, so it's always pricey. I think they're doing 50% off on certain nights, or with coupons, or both, now, but it's hard to keep track. Will they ever return to their glory days? Maybe. Is it still a good deal when you can catch 50% off? Of course. Is it the best you'll ever have? Doubtful. tl;dr - Find a 50% discount day/coupon and gorge. Good quality for that price.

Two.....Because it's never my choice to come here I go with a group from the office for the lunch buffett and its way too much rice under that sliver of fish. The hot bar is about average and the slad bar lacks a wide selection of green leafy options. I will be back only because office politics demands a certain level of participation...

OK, so you normally wouldn't find me in a place like this - obviously a chain sushi and hibachi restaurant. However the niece and nephew both raved about it and my brother-in-law convinced us into going on a Thursday - when all the sushi items are 1/2 off the price. I originally experienced the "sushi on a conveyor belt" theme when I was in Japan during the 80's - this is the first restaurant I've found in the Atlanta area with a similar gimmick - the belt travels around the sushi bar before returning food items back-around in a "U" shape. The very busy chefs continue to add items to the belt and you pick what you want. Each plate is color-coded (like old-school dim-sum where the size and shape of the plate determines the price) with prices ranging from about $2.50-7.50 (the unagi plate was more and marked, as was a sashimi tuna bowl at $10.99). Overall the presentation wasn't bad, however as with other chain restaurants, the dishes relied heavily on mayonnaise-y sauces to cover-up what's underneath. Also many of the rolls and other items are cooked (mostly fried) and covered in goo. The menu shows images with names of many of the rolls - your typical "dragon roll" etc. I went for the spicy tuna and some of the purist nigiri (had the maguro and hamachi). I could be mistaken (but doubt that I am), but the fish seemed to be inferior "flash-frozen" variety. When I eat sushi I like the fish to be fresh - didn't find that here (and before anyone says anything about my knowledge of fresh fish, I worked in restaurants for 10 years and cut fish at some of those places - I also worked at a Japanese restaurant for 2 years as a chef, so I feel like I do have the ability to qualify fish as fresh or not). The thing about flash-frozen fish is it's not bad at all when cooked, but eaten raw, not so much. The texture just isn't right. In any case, if I was paying retail instead of 1/2 off, I think I wouldn't have eaten much at all. The fish here is more like what you find at some of the buffet's - inexpensive and of "OK" quality. Don't get me wrong, none of the food I sampled was bad - it just wasn't what I would expect at a real sushi restaurant. So besides the novelty of the conveyor belt, I didn't think there was much to merit another visit to KiKu. One issue that I witnessed, the dishes continue to come around until someone eats the item - there were several plates that were still there an hour later that were on the belt when we were seated (in particular were a couple of pieces of cheesecake that had chocolate sauce drizzled over them - when we were seated they looked relatively fresh, by the time we lift the sauce had dried on the sides - ugh). The service was in general good, especially for a busy restaurant, but it makes me wonder if they place is crowded during normal week-days? I tired a couple of the cooked items - both the yakitori chicken and the chili chicken (or something like that) - both were very heavily sauced. I also thought the gyoza very mediocre. I didn't not try the fried oreo cookies, but now wished I had. There were three adults and two kids without any alcohol - our total was $64.

Went for the sushi buffet with a friend. I have to say I was disappointed because each time I went to the buffet table there was very little sushi. It seemed as if they were doing this on purpose so that less sushi would not be eaten. I felt odd as lots of other people were milling around and scarfing up what little was put out. Not a comfortable feeling for lunch.

ok seriously, a sushi buffet for lunch around 11 dollars is usually pretty shitty. HOWEVER, me and my coworkers came here for lunch and it was actually pretty decent stuff. They have really good salads (my favs were the squid salad, the sashimi salad, and seaweed salad), lots of rolls, and desert. My only thing was that their nigiri (or watever its called when there is like a piece of fish on rice) was like super thin fish and TONS of rice. like HELLLOOO we know yall are trying to cut costs but come on, you can either give less fish or add more rice, NOT BOTH! YEAH GUYS, WE NOTICED. also im pretty sure its owned by korean people cuz it had like a certain korean flavaaa to it, but regardless, one of the better sushi lunch buffets, so way to go kiku!

I gave this place a three only because of the eel roll that I had, which was dry and the eel was sliced pretty thin. But other than that I love this place, the food is always amazing and so are the cooks. Huge portions, well least for me I always bring home half of my dinner for lunch the next day.

I had heard great reviews about this joint for the $10.99 sushi lunch buffett, so I ventured out with my mom, sister, little niece, and baby nephew. The food reviews from my mom and sister were good, however, because it was previously hyped up so much, I think I was a bit disappointed. First off, it was extremely crowded and the sushi makers couldn't keep up with the rush of the crowd, so I was having to go back and forth to see if any of the plates had been replenished. Not ideal when you're starving - rather, very, very annoying. The buffett included a salad bar, two small sides of an assortment of sushi rolls, a korean/japanese/chinese fusion bar, and a small sashimi bar. The quality of the sushi was pretty good, but I would have liked to have seen a little more diversity in the rolls, perhaps some yellowtail or something other than tuna and salmon. In addition, since it was so crowded, we got stuck at a hibachi table, which is fine, but it made it a bit inconvenient for table discussions while trying to feed the little children. So, I wouldn't call it the most kid-friendly lunch spot. AND, they charged my niece, who was younger than three, for a child buffett price without asking if she was three years old or older. But we rectified that situation very quickly. Would I go back? Maybe, but I would go a little earlier or later in the lunch hour and without little children.

Love this place. Friendly people, great food, always a good time. I went for the hibachi one time and just had so much fun. The cooks are funny and welcoming. Some reviews comment on too much rice on the sushi, but I'm not sure if those people eat the rice on the sushi anyway. It's very good proportions. Also some other people have noted that there aren't any kind of certain foods. This is an Asian restaurant, and as themed, there are going to be things that aren't there. I really enjoy going there. Oh and if you guys have the guts, try any sushi with eel. I know it sounds scary, but it's thoroughly cooked (so it's not raw, pinky promise) and it is the best underwater creep you'll ever eat. If not, you can yell at my review, even drop my name and embarrass me.

Half-price scrumptious sushi!? Yes, please - and thanks very much. My sis and her fam frequent this place a lot, and we went while I was visiting a couple of weeks ago. Tues-Thurs, they offer 1/2 off sushi, so we took advantage of that. Two kids and three adults feasted for less than fiddy bucks...you can't beat that with a chopstick, that's for sure.

Not the best sushi but what do you expect from Alpharetta? Lunch- 10.99 buffet. Decent selection of sushi and a good mix of cooked "asian" food and salad station. My only beef is that they didnt have miso soup. For 10.99 I would like some soup please. Keep in mind since it is one of the only sushi places in Alpharetta, it is crowded during lunch. One of the waitresses literally ran into me with 2 plates when I walked in. Her bad... not mine.. and then gave me the stink eye... but that is neither here nor there... Dinner- On Tuesday and Thursdays they have half off sushi on the conveyer belt. It's fun and inexpensive AND if you request a roll they will make it for you. Again the wait on these nights is a little crazy since there isnt a lot of seating by the sushi bar. Would I come here again? yesss... Would I come here on a weekend night when I am not in the Alpahretta area? NO.

We went there several time for lunch buffet. We love it very much. Food are fresh and well prepared. The price ($12) is very reasonable considering the food varieties provided. The only problem is the food ran out quickly, even they seem try their best to refill in time. However, I don't think they refill desserts and coffee. When they out, they are out, at least for the days we visited.

We have eaten there a few times and usually had a decent meal for the money. The last time we went there, 4 out of 5 people in my family got sick. the common food was the shrimp and the fried rice. they did not care or call back when I called to complain. We will not be going back.

I ate here on the weekend and would consider going back for their buffet or half-price sushi. The nigiri was cut small to me, but was still tasty. Hands down, the best part of my meal was the dessert... the tempura oreo is kinda orgasmic.

This place is awesome! Yes, over the past few months they've tried some different pricing ideas for their conveyor system (most of which haven't worked) but like a good restaurant should, they've adapted and gone back to what they do best: an awesome 10.99 lunch buffet, conveyor sushi on weekdays (half off Tuesdays and Thursdays) and hibachi at night (30% off on Wednesdays). Having had sushi from a large number of places in the ATL area I can definitely the quality is great and better than most other places. The services has also really improved too! I go there usually once every 2 weeks and the wait staff know me and are very friendly. Yes, some of the other reviews WERE true about their lack of service and prices, but they've really turned it around now and they're back to being one of the best sushi places around! Go give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

  • Joe B.

The first two times we went for dinner, the place was busy, the conveyor belt was running strong, and I would've given the food 3.5 stars. Last time we went (weekend night), the place was nearly empty and they told us the conveyor belt will now only run Tuesday and Thursday nights. The biggest problem with this is that the place just isn't set up to run like a normal, non-conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. The menu is incomplete and not particularly descriptive. When a restaurant suddenly stops doing the main thing it was clearly designed to do, you have to wonder how much longer they will be in business.

I just went here for the lunch buffet. Great price for what you get. I did not sit at a hibachi table like the other reviewer so I had a good seat I guess. There were many options to choose from and not just sushi, there was salads, desserts and hot hibachi dishes. I would definately go here again when really hungry. And they are not like the sushi nazi's at the Rusan's in Alpharetta where they charge you extra if you don't eat your rice!

Place is brand new - so, everything is up to par right now. Clean, fresh sushi, nice staff. I've only gone for lunch - which is a great deal. $10.99 for buffet which includes about 15+ fresh sushi rolls, there is a small salad bar, a small dessert bar, and a hot food bar, fried rice and terikayki chicken among many other items. It gets VERY busy, so ge there early enoug to get a good parking spot. Take note though, they don't offer the Habachi Grill during lunch time, only at dinner, and they "reserve" the right to charge you for any uneaten sushi for the lunch buffet. overall, I'd say the place is great for a quick bite to eat. Not cheap, but hey, the food is right there, no need to wait for them to cook it, for the server to take an order (unless you order from the kitchen) and you can be in and out in half an hour.

I went for lunch which is buffet only with a delightful co-worker. My first impression was that it would be a really cool place for dinner. Dinner time means the sushi conveyor belt is running and the Hibachi grills are cranked up. Lunch means buffet only and sitting at an uncomfortably high table, which is fine for viewing chefs work their magic on a grill, but kind of strange otherwise. No matter though, after I got my food I quickly forgot about the seating. There was a nice variety of Sushi which was freshly made with just as fresh ingredients. The sushi I ate was very good, but I concentrated on the hot buffet. Which had teriyaki chicken, beef and mushrooms, sesame chicken, tempura, seafood stir fry and some other items. I enjoyed all of it. Salad bar had seaweed salad, fruits, and some other basics. The best desert was a quartered banana with a torched sugar crust on it. The one thing I really missed? Miso Soup! How can you offer a Japanese buffet without Miso Soup. It was a nice change of pace from the normal group of restaurants I go to. I enjoyed it.

I wanted to try this place since I went to Lobster house in Alpharetta. Sushi was very fresh! Also I really enjoyed the steak and fried rice... I ate here for lunch and it was great! However, don't expect too much selection because its pretty small. But you can definitely expect quality!

I don't understand what people see in KiKu. Certainly the food isn't awful, but it's hardly anything worth writing home about. Mostly I'd like to discuss the atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the service. Like most Korean-owned restaurants I've been to, KiKu's actual venue is designed quite well. Nice floors, tables, etc. It makes you feel like you're eating in a sophisticated, modern establishment. It almost makes you forget that kids are poking at the raw fish in the sushi bar. Or that the sushi bar itself is poorly stocked. Or that the hot food isn't tasty, and their salad bar is weak. Fortunately being able to access Yelp while on the go lets me remind you all of these shortcomings. I can also tell you about the service here, which is SHOCKINGLY horrible. Yes, okay, I know it's a buffet and service is basically DIY. That would be totally fine, if the waiter wasn't all up in your space, asking for food from your table. Yes, this happened. My dad was at a business lunch and his co-workers brought little pastries to celebrate an event. The waiter, trying to be ~cool~ and ~hip~ and ~too good for muh job, yo~, asked if he could have one. My dad and his team were taken by surprise - and with good reason too! I mean, WTF WHO DOES THAT? - and said, "Sure..." because obviously no one wants to start drama in front of their co-workers. As if this wasn't enough of a WTF moment already, the waiter decided it'd be okay to take his sweet, precious time choosing, and selected the fanciest pastry in the box. In case you've forgotten, this was a BUSINESS lunch (with an obviously poorly chosen location, if it hasn't been made clear already). Later as they are all paying the bill, the waiter tells them each to just leave X amount of dollars in the table (automatically adding 20+ percent tip for himself). Then he says that they can just leave their change as well. So presumptuous and so rude. This is exactly the kind of thing that will turn me off from a restaurant for good. Buyers, beware.

I'm not a sushi connoisseur, but I've enjoyed Kiku for a few months now and had, until recently, been a fan of their sushi-go-round. However, customer service at the restaurant has been falling steadily since I first visited last year and the constant rule changes surrounding pricing and discounts have been terribly frustrating. During the holidays Kiku offered a "buy a $100 gift certificate, get a $20 gift certificate of your own" deal, and since we're such regulars, we bought one for the $20 savings (to use ourselves). However, when we tried to redeem it the restaurant stated that the $20 certificate could not be used on half-price days because that would combine two discounts. Never mind that the $20 should have worked like cash, since it's a "gift certificate", not a coupon (the certificate itself made no mention of such a limitation). We were unable to convince them to accept the $20 certificate but instead insisted on a refund for both certificates, which they did accept. Since I first visited Kiku, Tuesday and Thursday nights were half-price. This meant that all food from the sushi-go-round was half-price on those evenings. A few weeks back, we arrived and were immediately notified that we would have a "1 hour time limit", so that we "couldn't just stay and talk after we finished". That meant that we would have exactly 1 hour starting when we sat down, and afterward we would be asked to leave. We found this to be very rude. Then, when we next visited, the time limit rule had been modified such that exceeding the time limit would result in all food being charged full price, discarding the half-price discount. That'll sure get you to leave on time! A creature of habit and good taste, my friend often orders a crab dish as a side. Kiku would cook it in the back room and put it on the conveyor for her to pick up, and it would be half-price just like everything else. When I joined her on Thursday, we rushed through our meal to meet the time limit and asked for the check. At that point we discovered that her crab dish was full price because it had been brought to the table rather than placed on the conveyor, which represented the final rule change: only items on the conveyor were discounted, not items brought to your table. That was the last straw. We'll not be returning to Kiku.

Went here for dinner on a Sunday night for sushi. The conveyor belt was sadly not running, but the sushi was absolutely amazing! I love that everything is served as half plate because it gives you the chance to try a bigger variety of the rolls. Our favorite was the Alpharetta roll, which is topped with fried eel. So, so good. The best part however was the complimentary dessert! I don't know if they regularly do this, or if it was just slow and we got a lot of food, but I have two words that make it worth going here at least once. Tempura oreos. Every bit as sinfully delicious as you'd hope.

I have been to this location of Kiku quiet a few times. If you want to see what Kaiten (conveyor belt) Sushi is, visit on Tuesday/Thursday evenings. Show up early to get a seat. The sushi tastes good and made fresh to order. The service is also very attentive. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars.

Never thought I would give a sushi buffet a good review, but for the price this place is pretty good. The place is new and nice, so everything feels clean. The selection is your basic sushi, but includes some Chinese food as well. If you do not wish the buffet the roll prices are really good... Rainbow roll for $6.50 is less than anywhere else in the area. I can see myself returning many times.

The 2 star rating stands. I came back to KiKu again recently to try the lunch buffet, and it was just a big ol' mess. The sushi was okay -- not too many options, and there are a ton of rolls with deep fried stuff inside. I guess that's how they get people full. Salad and fruit bars were both a little sad-looking, and the hot foods were not tasty at all. Sushi aficionados should steer clear.

My new favorite sushi place. My sister and her friends have been going to this place for about a month now on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they have half-price sushi happy hour(6-7pm). I went this past Thursday for my parents anniversary for the first time. You sit in a booth next to a conveyor belt that makes a complete revolution every 7 minutes carrying color coded plates of sushi where yellow is the cheapest and black/gold is the most expensive. The people there are VERY, nice they brought out to my parents a set of high quality complementary chopsticks in an attractive wooden box just because they heard it was their anniversary! During the evening we all opened gifts; I got tickets to a Muse concert that was sold out. While we were leaving, I accidentally left the tickets on the table which we found out upon arriving at home. We raced back and called the restauarant to see if they were still on the table, they were not. When we got there the manager was holding the tickets. He talked to the busboy for our table who said he threw away the envelope they were in so he proceeded to DIG THROUGH THE TRASH!!!! And found my tickets for me. If that's not good service then I don't know what is! Oh and the food was delicious the heart attack roll is amazing and I highly recommend the superman roll as well as the spider roll. Andy is name of the guy(manager?) who dug through the trash, I'd ask for him if you want excellent service.

Seating can be a bit quirky at times, especially when they are up over 50% of capacity and they have been unable to make some items that were on the menu (on more than one occasion), but it's a great place to eat and on par with a great North Fulton dining experience.
