The service is the main thing that made this place utterly forgettable. The server was a plus size gal that was just nasty looking, from her too short shorts to her crusty feet slapping around in flip flops. It was just gross! Added to that is the sub-par service, she had two tables and we only saw her once. The service was ridiculously slow and over all poor. The pizza itself was soggy. We ordered the lunch special so I understand the base pie was pre-made but pre-made when? Sometime a couple of days ago from the taste of it. Plus adding pepperoni to four slices of pizza jacked my bill up another dollar. We didn't even get drinks, which were included in the lunch special, so you would think it would be a wash and they would deduct the price of the drink and add the price of one topping. Nope, no the case. At the end of it all, it is an experience I am not in a hurry to replicate. To sum it up - BAD SERVICE + BAD PIZZA = NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a Medium pepperoni, bacon, and banana pepper (my personal fave) and the total was $18. A bit pricey in my opinion. The pizza is the best in the area, but that bar isn't set too high by Papa John's and Pepperoni's. Its on the thinner side which I prefer, and follows a N.Y. style. It is a little greasy, but hey, its pizza. Fold it, eat it, move on.

Cheesesteak is the real deal. Amaroso roll and shaved rib-eye steak. The best you'll get in the Atlanta area. Pizza is exceptional as well. A favorite!

This is the only pizza place we've found that we like since moving to Georgia. Pizza is good, but the wings are better! We love wings and it's hard to get wings delivered that aren't a slimy mess. Theirs are still crispy with great flavor. This is definitely one of our 'go-to' places to order in! (The pizza is really good, too)

This is a good place to eat if you want pizza or a sub. This was my third visit and second time I've ordered the steak and cheese hoagie. It was very good and served with fries. I gave them three stars and would have given four if the service had been better. The server could have been more attentive and been more friendly. Overall, I would return because of the food but wish they would coach their staff on having a friendly attitude.

Calabria is a very low key restaurant. Nothing fancy, but it's pizza. You don't need fancy to make good pizza. The main draw to the place is the lunch specials. When we went in they had 2 slices & drink for $ 4.00. The crust was a soft "doughy" style and the cheese was also very good. A co-worker had the hottest wings that they make and they didn't disappoint. Not something I would go out of my way for since there's a Mellow Mushroom right next to the office, but if you're passing by or you have to get something at the Publix next door it's worth a stop in to get a good deal.

LOVE this place! I work in the shopping center, and get to-go from here often. I have never once been disappointed! Great pizza, great subs!

The pizza is good but the calzones are great. And the prices are reasonable. Good for a quick mafia lunch fix.

We've been several times, mostly for take-out, but their pizzas are consistently good. The same guy has been running the place ever since we started going here when we moved to Alpharetta, and the quality is markedly higher than the chains in the area. I pretty much get the veggie pizzas, and my husband gets the meaty ones (although we both totally enjoy their ranch veggie pizza). They put generous amounts of toppings on everything! I really like their house crust - nice and thin, but chewy and crispy at the same time. Only once in several visits was it a little soggy in the very middle. Service is a little slow sometimes if there's a crowd.

One pizza oven, four tables and a dozen chairs. I suppose this is all that is needed to open a pizzeria, or at least this one. Calabria isn't much to see. They are in the armpit of a strip mall, in a spot you could easily miss. Once inside, there is nothing at all to see... just stained ceiling tiles and stapled-on fake bricks for walls. Yet even with this, their pizza ain't that bad. I would put them on par with your average pizzeria in Alpharetta. My slices were a bit soggy on the bottom, but I enjoyed them nonetheless. Their calzones and stromboli are a little better than the pizzas I believe. But perhaps the best thing going for this place is price. They have amazing lunch specials, with large slices of pie at two bucks. That's hard to beat. I wouldn't go out of your way for Calabria. But if you're looking for cheap pizza that is within lunch range of Windward, they'd be a great pick. Watch out for the Pepsi products. Boo!

Really, really, REALLY good pizza! We have been ordering frm them almost 5 years now & pizza is so good every time! A little $$$, but well worth it for consistently good pizza.

The sign outside the place says "Pizza and Wings". Where I'm from (Buffalo) that's every pizza place. Around here that's not the norm at all, in fact most pizza places don't sell wings and it's crazy to me. So right off the bat I had a good feeling about this place. Ok so how was it? Pizza was pretty good, kinda thin for what I'm looking for, but so is everywhere around here. ATL pizza is thin. I'm having trouble getting used to it. The wings were decent, not amazing. But hey, at least I can get wings and pizza at the same place that's not called Pizza Hut.

One of the best small businesses in town! Must try: fried Oreos, skinny fingers, hot wings, and DUH the pizza!! They also have amazing specials during the week I am a sucker for their wings and they always cook them to perfection! The people who work there are very kind and attentive and always want their customers to be smiling as they walk out the door! A must try if you're visiting from out of town or want to try something new...but beware...you won't be able to stop coming back for more :p

When I would hang out with my buddies who lived in the boonies, they never wanted to eat anything outside of the ordinary. If it were pizza, it would be Dominos or Papa Johns. I knew there were other options. One day, we decided to try this place out, as they sent my buddy a menu in the mail. We decided to do some call ahead ordering, and pick it up. The one thing I noticed was that it was pricey. I had hoped that it was worth it. We decided to order 2 pizzas, and it totaled damn near $40. We went to go get it, and still had to wait a few. That was kind of a pain. When we got the pizza on hand, the smell did make our mouths water. So we took it back, and went to town. I remember we had a meat lovers (I mean, gotsa!) and then a custom pizza for his gf. The pizza was alright, but nothing to write home about. I mean, if I am paying that much for a pizza, I would like to remember how decent it tasted. I am starting to think it was pricey due to the demographics, but still... Oh well, if they are still in business after a few years, they must be doing something right, but I do not think I will go back to find out why!

Really good pizza, subs, salads, calzones. Fresh, always delicious and really affordable. I take my boys every week and they love it. Great Italian sub...a personal favorite of mine. Staff friendly...

I never made it to the pizza. While I can be patient, I abhor bad service. And that is what I had, lotsa bad service. From mumbling when I was spoken to...to what is spelled out below...grrrr..... After seeing other tables get their drinks and food before me (even though I was there before them - by at least 5 minutes) I called the 'server' (I use that term very loosely) over. She said she thought I was to-go. Which I wasn't but why would my 2 slices of pizza (for the lunch special) come out after those dining in? The order should be based on when the order was placed. So she was going to see if she could get the cook 'on my order' which was 25 minutes after I placed it....so I said forget it. And left. I visited the beer store next store (very nice service in there - a hearty welcome and goodbye) where in the 'server' tracked me down and offered the slices to go for free. I declined. When I am in Alphaville, I will stick to Mangia or Campagnia!! Lesson learned.
