I'm from here originally but live on the west coast now so I've been a little spoiled by the surplus of organic options. I decided to come here for an organic salad and the Chicken Cobb with Avocado was DELICIOUS! The chicken was antibiotic free so, speaking as someone with former health issues, it was wonderful to get good quality food from an accessible and seemingly ubiquitous company. I must say, at first the woman ringing me up had no idea the lettuce was organic, but a gentleman working there (I almost had the impression he was a younger manager or assistant manager because he appeared when she wasn't able to answer my questions. He was helping out the staff in a variety of ways) but he was wonderful, observant, working hard, and informed me that the lettuce was in fact organic. I wish I got his name because he did a wonderful job. Oh so happy with my salad and the healthy options! Will be back for sure :)

I am in medica sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAY OF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would've called me back the day I called him I would've been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up - which was out of my way - and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering!

Recently moved to acworth area. So excited when I saw there was a panera bread next to my house. My sister was visiting and we went there for lunch . All I can say is horrible service and food . Lemonade was so bad I asked them to throw it Away . The manager he such an attitude and was so rude. Never again visiting this place

Good food, just expensive for the amount they give you, and the restaurant smelled like a nursing home...old folks and excrement. Not trying to be funny, but it did. Just glad I got mine to go. The table I was sitting at waiting for my order, the whole area in front of me smelled of urine. They really need to get their workers to do a thorough scrub down in their.

Called in an order. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after I placed the order only to discover they had not started the order. I watched the cook literally throw my order together. My thoughts: why did I bother calling in to begin with. Then when I got home to eat the chicken was almost frozen. I immediately called the manager who promptly refunded my money. If not for that I would have rated a zero. Now I have to find something else to eat for evening. Not what I'm used to getting from a panera.

Carb addicts-UNITE!! Who isn't a fan of Panera? I rarely eat inside this location considering this is where every house wife for miles comes to stake their ground on the patio or pile inside letting their kids run around like its Chuck E Cheese! Check please... I love their asiago bagels, frontega chicken and my co-worker is addicted to their steak salad that is really roast beef but she loves it anyway. You can't beat their fresh bread selection for take home and the pastries and cookies. I am an office hit when I walk in with a to-go coffee jug and a box of bagels. The patio area is perfection with over sized umbrellas, comfortable chairs and large tables. The staff offers drink refills, cookies and free apples. Great location even when they're busy the staff never comes across rushed. On another note, WTF Is with the pic of the crabby lady doing yoga under pictures for this location?!

Very good food at this location. Never had a problem with the quality or taste. Sometimes the service is a little slow. The employees at the cash register are a little slow at times. But the cooks make the food very fast. Place is always clean and it's in a great location.

I don't know why but I once again find myself in the worst Panera bread in the world. I ordered a bagel sandwich from the menu, when it came out it was an egg sandwich on focaccia bread. The guy said "I can make that on a bagel for you." Then he started complaining that the order entry was wrong. The receipt says "bagel egg and cheese sandwich" the menu says "bacon egg and cheese on a asagio cheese bagel." I think the guy who made my sandwich is an idiot. This is the same guy who got mad at me for wanting to wait for soup and didn't understand why I was frustrated that they didn't have any baguettes last time I was here. Food is mediocre, service is no existent. Will only come here if it's an emergency. Jason's Deli is a much better option. I think they may even train Thier people in customer service.

love having a panera bread so close to home, this one is in a great location! their acai tea is to die for! normally i would get the asiago roast beef with french onion soup, however, recently they have gotten rid of all their roast beef. last time i went an employee suggested that i try the asiago steak, but the steak was just off.. it wasn't good. i really hope they get the roast beef back very very very soon...

Horrible experience on Saturday evening 9/7/13. The guy that prepares food was called out by ME ,because he was cleaning the cooking area with a chemicals and stopped cleaning with the spray bottle in hand and reached for my bread with bare DIRTY hands while still having the chemicals in the other! I got the cashiers attention immediately. She advised him to remake make my order, and he did.. BUT what would happen had I'd NOT seen him with my VERY own eyes!! I did speak to the shift supervisor.. This kid could careless. He never asked for info or advised someone to contact during the day.. I will NOT visit this location EVER, I advise you to seriously watch this next time you go. It was late, about 8pm on Saturday... This is NO excuse! Thankfully I caught this HUGE error!!!

The Tomato Bisque served in the bread bowl is perfection. That is all. Oh yeah, they have lots of other stuff too, but they earned 5 stars for the tomato bisque in a breadbowl alone. Bravo!

Well I wrote a bad review and complained to the manager on my last order and it helped big time! All our sandwiches were perfect and they included extra cookies to make up for last time. Everyone working was extremly nice and helpful. I take back any negative thing I ever said about this Panera location :)

This location is just a few months old, but it's a convenient option if you're in Acworth and want a quick bite. The service is friendly, but each time that I've gone here, at least one of our orders has been incorrect. Last night, my dad ordered a You Pick Two (1/2 sandwich + 1/2 salad) and somehow ended up with just a full sandwich. My mom got a salad and it was served with no dressing. They're happy to correct the order and those are obviously not huge issues, but it's definitely something that they can work on. They have patio seating, so on a nice night, this is a decent place to have a casual dinner.

Great food! Decent prices. Service could be better but I'll put up with it for my free WiFi and chai tea latte.

So I always want to try out a new sandwich shop when they come to town because I yearn for a decent hero like i used to get as a kid growing up on Long Island. you know the kind I'm talking about.... Fresh cut deli meat, stacked hi with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion on a crusty on the outside and soft moist on the inside roll; Rare roast beef, tangy Swiss cheese..... Well this ain't the place. Dry bread, well done roast beef, cooked last week just doesn't cut it in my book. And that whole assembly line place your order here and go someplace else to pick it up may be efficient for Panera, but it is so impersonal... The cashier couldn't give a crap about whether your sandwich is made correctly..."Take order, take money, give empty cup, tell customer go way" is about the extent of their skill set... Make my car on an assembly line, not my sandwich. Go across the street to Art's Bagels instead and have them make you a nice sandwich on a fresh bagel.
