The only reason you see two stars is because it's cold outside and at least the Egg Drop soup was hot and decent. But I'm not impressed with the rest of the story, the freakin fried rice is yellow??? What could this be a new fusion version Chinese/Spanish-not!!! I will listen to my better half next time and drive the extra 5 minutes and go to House of Lu!!!!

Attitude and no personality! "10 minnit" more like 30 and you get a dirty look if you don't leave a tip-FOR TAKEOUT! Look for the cockroach in the front left corner. The kid that runs the counter is a jerk!

Food is pretty good. Service though is horrible. Order take out and run! Wonton soup is always good, and you can't go wrong with a chicken dish!

Terrible! I ordered a wonton soup. The soup came out with dark, dirty brown broth....yuck! Waste of money. I also ordered crab wonton...they tasted like they came straight out of the freezer...you could taste the freezer burn. Do not waste your time. Very disappointed. I should have known better though. I walked in and no one was there. The employees were both sitting in the dining area playing on their phones and acted like I was bothering them by giving them business.

The only reason this place is in business is that there's no other Chinese restaurant close by. The best thing that could happen for them it's for someone else to buy them out. A couple years ago I got my hopes up all the pipes froze in the ceiling fell in and I thought they were going to have to get somebody else in there. No they reopened. Hoping someone else will buy the boat and start a real restaurant

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What was once a pleasant establishment with great food (which reminded me of the Chinese food in NY), is now disguising and not worth one penny. The last and final time I've eaten here, my fried rice was mushy and tasted like lumpy grits. I took it back and asked if I could get another order because it was so horrible, and the kid at the counter decided to give me white rice instead which was NO BETTER! Still a lumpy mess of mush. I will never waste money here again unless they get new a owner and a new chef!

Eat here often. Great food fast service. Consistent. Like a genuine NYC takeout shop. They always customize our orders without complaining. I

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
