Went here with hubby to celebrate ten years of being a couple! Also, we had gotten a gift card for Christmas, so we figured we might as well! I'm so glad that we did! We had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time! It started off a little rough, as they offered us a booth that was right behind the hostess stand, so we opted to wait for something else. When we got seated, I ordered my pomegranate margarita (YUM! It was delicious) and we ordered chili cheese fries. The fries were heaven, just the right combination of chili, cheese, ranch dressing.. mmm! :) Hubby had a porter house steak, which he literally closed his eyes at points while he was eating it because it was just THAT good! I had crab stuffed fillet and it was YUMMY! It had a little bit too much pepper on it, but all in all, was very flavorful! I'd definitely order it again!

Only ate here once to give Longhorns a try since I've never had it, and my experience was great! We were immediately seated and our waiter gave excellent service. Food was served in decent timing and our waiter checked on us and consistently brought refills or anything we needed right when it was noticeable. I'd definitely go back again.

There is nothing like spending $65 on an impromptu lunch with your significant other only to be seated in the section being served by an older space case woman. Not only did we wait to place a drink order but I had to call her back to add our appetizer. This woman moved at the speed of evaporating water in a swamp and the speed of her services continued through our seating. The Shrimp appetizer is amazing, but the cooks must not understand the definition of medium-rare as my steak came out and should have moo'd at me. Obviously a thermometer escapes this business, most likely because they are a massive chain with very little desire to embrace simple quality control procedures. Bear in mind my partner and I have dined here several times before I decided to write this review. Coming from the restaurant service industry myself I know how tedious and at times difficult the position is, but if you're not up to par, you get let go. -It really is as simple as that. I'm sure, again being that this is a major chain restaurant, this review will fall on deaf ears, but know for sure I will steer everyone I know away from the only Steak 'joint' off of 41 and instead recommend Buckaboo's off Barrett Parkway.

Had a surprise lunch with hubby. Our server was awesome and I ordered the new item. The tavern half sandwich. It's been a couple of years since we've eaten here, as the company was letting their standards of meat go down. We really enjoyed our lunch. Keep it up Longhorn and you'll be back at number one.

We'll never eat here again. $14 for a very mediocre, tasteless burger. Someone else in our party had some kind of small bones (chicken bones?) in their shrimp tacos. The manager came over and gave her a weird look then finally apologized but kept saying he had no idea what it was??? Most everything was greasy and bland. Will not be back.

Our server was great, he was attentive and offered good recommendations. Our food came out in a timely manner and we weren't rushed. The meat was juicy and the greens were fresh. Good longhorn experience!

Always attentive service, prompt foods delivery and always perfect steak! We used to go to Aspen's for steak, but stopped because they always make you cut into the steak to make sure it's right...we've sent more back than we care to count!! Here at Longhorn, it's always right and they never ask us to cut into it!! Great place, out cooks the more upscale places in the area.

This place sucks.. Service is really bad 45 mins for soup and salad. And my girlfriends food is still now out .. Called over the manager and he was clueless. This is the third and last time we have been burned here.. Never, never, never again... Do yourself a favor go to steak and shake..

Service barely ok. Inattentive waiter. White truffle mushroom sirloin was too bloody for medium and I had to let it cook on the plate for another minute. Onion appetizer was good. Garlic green beans were awful. Reminds me of Sizzler in the old days.

Did you know Amy is sleeping with Charles? Did you hear Bob got a promotion at the bank? Did you know after 4 days little baby Katie passed her first bowel movement? Don't need to know this much information? Than don't eat at this Longhorns! The main dining room is so noisy I couldn't even hold a conversation at my own table. The bad acoustics along with the loud conversations around us made for a less than desirable evening. Thank God for the martini special, salmon and entertaining waitress or I would have walked out. I could have been timed at a Nathan's hot dog eating competition how fast I ate just to leave!

Gross Gross Gross The smell of the restaurant is so nauseating we could not eat there. Complained to hostess and waitress who attempted to place a dirty appetizer plate on our table, and then we walked out. Nasty, dirty, dark...............smelled like a dirty bar after a long night when you turn up the lights and call out last call!

This is a good quality, what I like to call "Big-Box" steakhouse. You know it's a chain, you know the food is going to be consistantly good. Not Ruth's Chris or Capital Grill quality but a nice local place to get a steak, bring the kids, meet for a drink at the bar etc... It is non-smoking which I LOVE, has multiple TV's for watching sports, full bar. It is what it is and that A-OK!

Ordered a Mojito while we waited for our table. I didn't taste any alcohol. Probably, pre-maded. My wife ordered the lobster stuffed steak, it was cooked well but very little lobster stuffing. The bread was warm and delicious. Waiter was excellent.
