High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. Very good sushi for the area. The food tasted fresh and good portions for the price. The service could use some improvement but overall very good

Happy to find a good sushi place close to home. I was hesitant because of the yelp ratings but saw excellent reviews elsewhere and decided to at least try. Ambiance was good. Service was fast and attentive. We had sushi and hibachi and both were good. We were very pleased. Will definitely be back especially for the sushi specials on Tuesdays.

This place is wildly inconsistent with their service. My wife and I moved tables because of the glare, and they served the ones who sat down at our old table before serving us. There have been times where no one acknowledged us when we walked in and stood at the host stand. The sushi is pretty good, but the prices are a bit high for some items. I gave them three stars instead of two because of the food. Management, you need to fix some issues here. For example, buying room darkening blinds that aren't long enough for the windows is just silly. Additionally, the health rating is not very good.

I found that since ownership has changed several months ago that the quality of food (Sushi) has diminished. I have been back a few times since the new ownership, but no change in the quality. Please bring back the old Atami...

We use to frequent often but now it's worth the drive to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, no ambience, food quality has changed. Servers are not on top of it. I just feel that my last few experiences were a disappointment. Haven't been back in several months. We have had sushi since though so this says a lot coming from people who were regular customers.

I have to say that i was happy with the service i received. I had my apprehensions about trying this place out from its yelp rating but I try to give every place a try at least once. i have a habit of checking out the sushi on display before seating and it looked fresh. I couldn't quite tell if it was fresh fresh or previously frozen...but we are in GA so i assume most places are previously flash frozen. The waitress i had was attentive friendly and I had no problem communicating with her. i have had more trouble with some of my american southerners than the lovely lady that helped me. All in all i liked it! Its not the Best Ive ever ever had in life...but Tasted delicious to me... I am a fan of the rainbow roll.. and it was as good as some places i've eaten at in Cali...not all but better than many. If you don't feel like driving to barret parkway i think this is a good spot... but that's just my opinion

Went into this place with 2 other customers in the place. Decided to try this place over my favorite given that it was the birthday of a friend who wanted to go here. The first problem was our waitress. She did not speak English very well and we had to work to get across what we were ordering. While I am not against someone trying to better themselves, if you are going into a service industry job such as waiting tables, you should have a somewhat good grasp on the language and be able to converse with customers at a level where taking orders isnt hard or complicated for either of the parties involved. The sushi was just ok. Some of the rolls were good and had some pretty fresh tastes so +1 on that but the service really left something to be desired. I ordered 1 roll (Milton Roll) and 10 pieces of dollar sushi. The Milton roll came out first and I enjoyed it, but then had to wait 15 - 20 minutes more for my nigiri sushi. When it arrived it was small and felt kind of limp. The rice fell apart as soon as it hit the soy sauce and the fish on top of the nigiri was about half the size of the normal dollar sushi I am used to at Kuroshio (my fav sushi place). All in all, I dont think I would go back given what I experienced tonight.

Ok first a short intro....I recently moved to the Acworth area after spending most of my life in California (most recently the bay area) where cultural cuisine is widely varied, easy to find and often hard to beat. That in mind I have recently been craving sushi/other Asian favorites like Gyoza,Hot and Sour Soup, Tempura ect. so for the second time this week I tried to fulfill those cravings. Not to ruin the suspense but I am still looking. Ok on to the review: Environment- wasnt too bad minus of course the peeling wallpaper, swarms of flies near our table and low lighting hiding Lord knows what else. Food- We each got a Bento lunch box and then a Philly roll to share. House Soup which was supposed to have 3-4 vegetables in it came with one mushroom and two scallions floating in it, at least it was tasty. Salad was your usual sushi place salad (iceburg lettuce and ranch dressing). California Roll fell apart before I could get it from the plate to the soy sauce. Bento Box came with 2 gyozas,a spring roll, soup or salad, 4 pc of CA roll, and main dish ( We had shrimp Tempura and Chicken Katsu). Service-Here is the kicker, my waitress spilled my tempura sauce as she put my lunch box down. The sauce went all over everything in the box and all over me, my dress, and my cellphone. I then had to ask for extra napkins as I sopped up the sauce from my dress, cellphone, and body parts. She asked if I wanted her to redo it, which I declined mostly because I wanted to finish my meal sooner rather than later. We didnt see that waitress again- as in she switched with the other waitress! Call me crazy but I figured after she spilled my sauce all over everything including me I would at least get a discount on my meal- nope..... This was my first and probably last time in this establishment.

It was just eh! Had hibachi. Wasn't dirty or scary. Just eh. On to the next........

I'm still waiting for that, I never want to eat sushi anywhere else feeling, and this wasnt it. Very nice server, the establishment seems clean as well, my table wasn't sticking to my arm, as we have all had happen somewhere. We did like the Hot Hot Roll ? I think is what it may have been. Spicy tuna, yellowfin, jalapeno, and two drops of sauce, pretty. My husbands order fell apart, and was soggy by end of the meal-just not a sushi texture i like. Thanks to Yelp we found this place, and I'm sure we will use Yelp to find the next!!
