I am only giving this location 1 star because Yelp doesn't allow me to give it a 0. I ordered a pizza online and followed the online tracker that was offered. According to the tracker my order left the location 30 minutes ago and has still not arrived. I called and spoke to the manager and not only was he extremely un helpful but not even the least bit apologetic. All he said was that "the tracker was off" and that my order had not left the store. He then realized that he was looking at the wrong order and then let me know that the tracker was actually correct - he basically had no idea what was going on. Throughout this whole conversation not once did he apologize for the inconvenience in 8min it will be 1 hour since I ordered my pizza. This manager's name is Luis and he provides horrible customer service if you can even call it that.... Also I would like to add that my delivery time said 15-20min. My order was over an hour late, no apologies from the manager. However the driver, Marc, was a complete pleasure to deal with.

I called to let the GM know how long it took (90 mins) to receive my order. The person that answered the phone lied to me stating the GM (Luis) was not there. Finally the piece of crap GM came to the phone. He did not give a damn about the service they provided. It seems he did not want to take responsibility for having the store understaffed on one of the busiest nights of the year. If they were so understaffed, his ass should have been there working. Then again, that is what a "good" manager would have done. Next I will find the regional contact, after I speak to them I will call HQ about the lack of service.

This Dominos is my favorite "hurry up and get the family fed quickly before bedtime" Sunday night place. It's quick and easy and my daughter loves to watch the pizza tracker on my cell phone! Food is always hot and delicious. Especially the lava cakes!!!

Very dissapointed. Ordered online, given 20 minutes for pickup, received notice the order was ready. Got there, no greeting, only 3 people waiting and complaining for the long delays. After 20 minutes, and persistent inquiries, a supervisor tells me "sorry, the information on the system in incorrect", 15 minutes later I've had it, only this time the incompetent supervisor has no words and sends the only qualified person to face and sweet talk upset customers. She admits my order was given to other customers by mistake, TWICE! Offers to give me coupons for free pizza on my next visit. Guess what, there won't be a next visit.

Dominos is Great, but this is the best Dominos in South Florida. Delivery on a complex order within an hour. The driver is so sweet and courteous.
