Our family came on a Sunday, it was busy as usual 20 min wait. It was expected. The service was really good. However the environment and cleanliness is terrible. It was really packed, so I won't take it out on the rating. I asked the server if waffles and chicken would be good. He was honest he told me chicken is not tender, but waffles are good. I ordered strawberry banana pancakes and chicken jalapeño sandwich. My sister ordered an steak omelette with chocolate chip pancake and my dad just an appetizer sampler. The food took 40 min to arrive after ordering. It's ridiculous and my chicken sandwich was burned to the point where there's no meat. The server informed me after I told him the sandwich was not edible. That the machine been burning everything so I had to share with my sister. And if I were to order anything it would take half hr to arrive. Get your shit together ihop! Never coming to this location again.

Walked in and it was pretty empty. We were seated, ordered shortly thereafter as we were hungry. Watermelon lemonade refresher was good. Food came out fast piping hot! Yum!! Food was good, quick and tasty! Ihop never fails you ;-) waiter was nice and attentive. glad we chose to eat here! Can't beat the price! Belly is full

If there were less than one star, I'd give it that today. We've eaten here a few times over the past few years, and food/service were exactly as expected. Today, however, we decided to take our 2 kids and one of their friends to breakfast, and the kids begged for IHOP. Got there about 10am, waited in line about 20min, with no acknowledgement from staff that anyone was even waiting - everyone did their best to even avoid eye contact. We should have left, but the kids asked to stay. When we were finally seated, our waiter, Anthony, was the best thing about the experience..... He not only apologized for the wait, but asked if we were notified there were only 2 cooks and it was going to be another 20-25min to be served? No, but thank you for the warning and acknowledgement. Food finally came - kids were VERY happy with their pancakes. My omelet was without the sauce, and filled with what looked like slimey spinach - disgusting. Husband's food was gross looking. Neither of us could stomach it. We left and still gave Anthony a decent tip, as it wasn't his fault, and he truly tried - but will NEVER eat there again!!!!

The manager needs to hire proper staff. It's not fair that the servers have to host and bust their own tables. Food was good.

Food is fine. Service is poor. Tables were empty but I was told that I need to wait so they could clear one off. Got seated at a wet table and had to get my own napkins to wipe off the table. It's always "Nice" when the menus get placed on the wet table too just so my hands can touch wet menu. Staff and manager didn't appear to know how to manage the customers on a moderately packed day. I had to get up and get my own utensils. ....what else can I say. Service is scare.

The "greeter" didn't even greet us.. He simply got two menus, a kids menu, said "this way" and walked us to our table.. Once we sat down he walked away with a sour puss face.. I don't know his name, but he has a tattoo on his neck.. Maybe some sensitivity training is needed. Our waitress Roseanne was okay, not that great either, but okay. My pregnant wife asked if she can have one French toast and one pancake and they said no.. Horrible customer service throughout. Please don't eat here, because I won't ever eat here again.. HORRIBLE!!
