It's a crap shoot coming here, but it's close to my house so I tolerate the inconsistency. I'm an espresso drinker so it's not too hard to mess that up but on occasion the temperature and flavor seems off. Food on the other had depends on who is preparing. Sandwiches have come to me cold in the middle. Clearly because they heated 2 at once which is not supposed to be done. They do fix it and reheat but when busy this is a big delay. It's starbucks so it will be what it is.

Everything is great here, the staff are friendly and there are plenty of places to sit and do work...as so many other starbucks can be limited, they have a whole outdoor seating area. Love going here before work or right before lunch.

This is a cozier Starbucks location with excellent customer service; clean. I got a notification this morning for my birthday reward and was pretty excited for a free drink. The app showed my birthday reward was [there] but not, at the same time.. Really weird situation but she noticed this phenomenon to be a trend. She was awesome and happy to comp my coffee, which put a smile on my face for sure! This Starbucks is a gem in the heart of Wellington.

Among the best Starbucks I've ever visited, and definitely the best one I've visited on the East Coast. The people working here always seem to be having a good time. And I've never seen 3 "coffee masters" in the same location at the same time. Which means something. Internet is crazy fast too: 36 up / 11 down.

I'm addicted to Starbucks and don't really have a "home" store, but this location in particular is one of my favorites. Aside from the welcoming layout both inside and outside on the patio, the staff is amazing. They are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your experience (and order) is as close to perfect as possible. If they make a mistake or if it tastes a bit "off," they remake it quickly and without question. The store itself is arranged nicely and is always clean. Wi-fi is fast. Another plus, the outdoor area is pet friendly! This store is a nice place to hang out and sip some coffee.

LOVE the staff here at Forest Hill in Wellington!! They are friendly and funny and they almost always make the drinks perfect, and if the don't they make 'em again without acting like you are a terd for wanting your $5 latte made with the right favor syrup. The only complaint I have about this particular Starbucks is that the nice outdoor patio is ALWAYS dominated by stinky, disgusting cigar and cigarette smokers. But unfortunately, that is all outdoor eating areas in this town. This place is better than the Starbucks in Wellington Green, even though that one has a drive through. This one is larger and quieter, making it great for the morning jolt or an after dinner pick me up.
