I have gone to this Ruby Tuesday location many times, while shopping at Wellington Green. The Apple Store is right around the corner. It is smaller than their standalone locations. The brunch featured at their regular stores is not available at the small location. Be that as it may, it appears everything else is there to include your salad bar. I've only had one bad experience there with a snoopy manager wanted to tell me the portion size of the crab cake on their seafood trio has always been one half the cake. Not true! I complained to corporate about that and received a generous coupon. Was there this afternoon. They had a New Orleans style gumbo on the menu. I felt adventurous so I tried it along with their sugar snaps. They are sugar snaps are always delicious. The gumbo arrived in a large bowl around a mound of rice. It was not bad at all. It did not require the addition of Tabasco sauce. It was more than acceptable. However, the best gumbo is in someone's mother's kitchen who knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend this place for its salad bar, prompt courteous service, its food and I believe reasonable prices.

1/2 a star...service was horrific. It took over 45 minutes to get a soup after I had to complain. Manager arrived on scene after 7 pm and came to table....apparently she had to investigate my complaint and then gave 10% off bill. Sorry not impressed. I feel bad that the economy sucks so much that people after age 65 have to work. Sucks but not my problem. It was a super slow night and I could have run circles around everyone and I am not in food service! Wellington mall location...never again!

This place is nice if you are craving for the salad. Amazing choice with the dressings. I ordered the fish tacos along, however, it was not up to the par. It was more of a tiny pieces of tomatoes and onions packed in the dried taco shell and the tilapia fish was almost to none. Disappointing, but I would recommend it for the salad though.

So I received a coupon in my email for a free handcrafted burger from Applebee's. I've always been more a fan of say charm city or relish for burgers, but Ill take a freebie any day of the week so off we went. I ordered it to go the staff was extremely friendly over the phone, decided on the Boston Blue Burger with grilled zucchini and onion rings for my choice of two side (big plus for options other then FF and coleslaw) Menu states: Boston Blue Burger* Topped with blue cheese crumbles, crisp onion rings, and our house-made Boston barbecue sauce. Heres were the problems began.... Burger was not medium rare, maybe medium or more, and yes I know I ordered it to go but it was cut into within 5 minutes of leaving the bar. The blue cheese crumbles was just blue cheese dressing drizzled over the burger.... ??? The onion rings both on the side and on the burger was cooked in old oil, tasting burnt and unclean. The BBQ sauce was fine.... Doubt highly it is "house made" though... OK it was free yes, but I didn't tell them I had a coupon while placing the order so that cant be the excuse, I would have been so very annoyed if I had paid 12 dollars for this when I could have gone to relish for the same price and left with a wild boar burger with mushroom duxelle relish and brie cheese.

Chain restaurants, what can I say? Salad bar seems to be the big attraction here. Not much can go wrong with that. All the rest is OK, mainstream, middle of the road fare. Don't expect surprises or originality here. This is aimed to please the masses, which it does.

You can't beat their salad buffet anywhere regardless of the price (which is very fair here). Always a courteous and accommodating staff here.

Chain expectations...Like others have said, the salad bar is great for loading up a primal meal.

I ate at the Wellington Mall location today with a friend. I went in with a coupon of 50% off the second entree. My friend just ordered the salad bar. I looked at the bar and saw it had nothing different or exciting on it, so I didn't take it as an option when I ordered the new pretzel bacon cheeseburger. First it came with a regular bun, so I had to send it back for the pretzel type. All their promotions for their new burger and they forgot how to serve it up. It finally gets back to me, and it was good.....except.... In NY all the menus have the calorie content next to the prices, and this tidbit of info hasn't gotten down here to Florida, so out of curiosity I looked it up when I got home....a WHOOPING 1253 calories for just the burger!!! Pleeeze, can any chef cook something that doesn't come to your plate glowing with calories? The topping of the cake was when we got the bill, it didn't reflect the 50% off! and I was charged for a salad bar that I didn't order. I sent that back and the manager apologized and came back with a new bill that reflected the new price....they took the salad bar off, and only took off $2.00 off my check and $1.73 off my friends entree. I'm not a mathematician, but I couldn't see the 50% off the second entree. By that time I was too tired to bicker over their fuzzy math, so I paid the bill and left. First I felt cheated, then I found out how many calories it had. Not a good deal. Beware of the coupons. Very misleading....

The meal was good, nothing really fantastic. The crab cakes were a bit bland. The zucchini was rather greasy but tasty. The onion rings were excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing. The music is a nice touch. The service was excellent. I was seated almost right away and my order taken promptly. It didn't take long to be served. My rating is based mainly on the food.

My family and I ate lunch today here. The service was slow yet hardly anyone was in the restaurant. We waited forever just for the cheese biscuit appetizer. We ordered the bacon, cheese pretzel burger and two classic cheeseburgers. The pretzel burger was over $10 and the cheeseburger was $9.50. We were stunned how small the servings were. Thought that we ordered low calorie diet plates our helpings were so small! Aside from the small helpings and slow service, the food was greasy to the point we couldn't finish. Our bill was $39 and much too expensive for food we could barely eat. I don't recommend this place at all!

Salad bar is good. Triple prime burgers actually wasn't good. Couldn't finish it. Tasted horrible. Rather of just paid for the salad bar and ate that and be done.

We had a gift card from Christmas and we stopped in here since we were taking care of errands today. We got the salad bar, which I love making my own and loading it with dressing and lots of toppings. They also have macaroni and potato salad or some fruit choices for an extra side. The garlic butter biscuits aren't worth raving about. I liked the spinach dip. Good thing we walked to the right instead of the left when we left since I would of spent more money that we intended to today.

I ordered the Ruby Minis and the buns were overly toasted it was like biting into rocks. The fries were tough chewing too. Service was fine, but food is very blah.

Service was poor, food was not prepared as ordered. Really no desire to rectify problems... Burger was overcooked, fries barely cooked, didn't want pickles on burger, did want mayo.. Got pickles no mayo. Husband's chicken tenders were dry and overcooked. After taking 10 mins to get mayo...Server was eager to please .. To the point of being annoying. Damage was already done. Gave them 2 stars.. Potato bun was fresh & tasty the salad bar was good.
