So Outback is not meant to be a private specialty steakhouse...but they do an excellent job on their steak. This location could stand a good cleaning as it is starting to be a little run down. But service has been excellent and the food is good. I had a filet that was grilled nicely and still juicy. The French onion soup is the est around since Panera changed their menu. Everyone in the group was pleased with their meal. All considered this is a great place...a little overpriced for what you get, but seems to be okay each visit.

I had a good Outback experience at this location. The restaurant is new and clean, including clean restrooms. Outdoor seating is available. My server was very friendly and attentive. A manager and another server also checked on me during my meal. I go to Outback for the Bloomin' Onion and loaded cheese fries. It didn't disappoint. I also tried the melbourne which is there porterhouse. The meat could have been a bit more tender, but it had a great taste. There bread is also another reason why I love this place. I would certainly stop at this Outback again. The only possible drawback I see is that it sets off the Interstate and is not easily found . . . no direct access via major roads.

I always come to this Outback when I am in the Holiday/NPR area instead of the one in Palm Harbor. I've never had a bad dining experience here. The location is located in the same plaza as the original Grille 54, which can make the parking lot crowded at times. I came here for an early dinner tonight and took advantage of the no worries Sunday special, which includes an entree, a soup or salad, side and dessert. Also, we ordered the endless shrimp special, which includes garlic shrimp or fried shrimp. Our server was a bit forgetful at times but overall was a nice person and was quick to correct her mistakes.

What a great treat to drive out to Trinity and go to this awesome Restaurant for Lunch. Very clean, nice staff and the food was fantastic! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Dip, that was served with fresh warm tortilla chips. Also accompanied by warm bread fresh out of the oven, with whipped butter. My husband had the Ribeye Melt with Aussie Fries. I had Alice's Chicke Quesadilla with Creamy Onion Soup. All the food melted in our mouths. Only thing that was a unique taste was the Creamy Onion Soup. It wasnt bad, just different. Our waiter Ryan F was so attentive even when it got crowded. We wish we had more money for a bigger tip. The portions were plentiful and we even took food home for later. Can't wait to go back. Great job guys! Bucks so well spent here!

Coming home from spending time at the nudist resort, I was hungry. I didn't want fast food, and it was KINDA late. So I saw that there was an Outback, it wasn't quite 9:00, my wheels turned and I pulled into their parking lot. This is out in Trinity, so they're a bit .. trendy in this area. I'm a single woman alone, I got the hairy eyeball from the host, but was sat in one of the booths near the bar, and the waitress came over very quickly. Using the menus provided, my choice was quick. I chose one of their Wednesday specials, where I'd get a starter (Soup or salad), my main and my dessert for $11.99. All in all, with a drink the meal (including veg and bread) came out to just over $15. Not a bad deal for Outback. If they keep this up, theyll likely see more of me.

I always love the fresh bread and happy hour!! We got a free bloomin onion on Monday for whatever race that was won!.. I usually get the filet with mushroom sauce and it so delicious !! As well as the green beans that are my fav! This time I decided to get the prime rib! Not my best meal at outback.. Cody's does a much better job.. The prices have gone up quite a bit since I remember! Not the kind of place that has the food to back up the price, if you know what I mean... You definitely need to have some sort of coupon or something to make it worth your while to go..

BAD!!! Showed up at 9 (they close at 10 on a Saturday night? ) 1/2 empty shop but had to sit in the bar. Waited 15 minutes to place drink order. Salad was yellow. 20 minutes to receive that. Before we could even take a bite, food was brought out. Bloody cold steak. (Ordered Medium +) cold mashed potato. Sent back, brought back burnt...by a manager. Horrible, bad, awful. ..NEVER GO BACK.... Grill 54 next door was PACKED.. going there next time!!!!

Great service. A go to for our family. Food is cooked well, atmosphere is nice, and drinks are tasty.

Ordered take-out online from the Outback Trinity location. Ordering online is easy, and there are may opportunities to customize the order to personal liking. The food was ready when I arrived at the scheduled time, and my order was correct. The Victoria Filet with a lobster tail add-on mate was what I had. I like my steak medium rare, and that is how I got it. Both the steak and lobster were very tasty. I would rate my meal a five star. My friend had the Norwegian Salmon and a blue-cheese, pecan side salad. The Salmon was FISHY tasting and a very small portion for the over $16.88 entree price. She was not pleased and gives the meal a meager two stars. We also ordered Aussie Cheese Fries, which are normally very good. Not this time. The fries were soggy. Total meal ticket for two was just under $55. I expect a bit more quality for this price.

What can be said about an Outback. There is not anything special about this specific Outback. It's just another Outback. The same tasting food as every other Outback.

Food portions seemed smaller than the other locations. Staff seemed to be bothered we even came in. Food taste was ok. I won't return to this location...

We went there today for an early dinner. They must have been way understaffed. Services was horrible. We got our table at 3:50, waited for 10 minutes before our server greeted us. Come to find out, she didn't start till 4:00pm. So we have her a pass. But it only went downhill from there. Either she was new or was just plain slow. We finally got our dinner at 4:30, YES, 40 minutes after we were seated. We love Outback but won't be back to this location.

I usually love Outback. I decided to stray from my usual Victoria's Filet and ordered the Prime Rib instead. My order was placed for medium rare and it came out tar-tar...even the top portion where the spices were was raw. The server took it back - it was cooked and came out medium well to well done and was quite tough. I explained to the waiter how I like it cooked and asked what to order next time. He informed me that my order was correct and I had been given the closest cut to medium rare left. Quite a disappointing experience for a steakhouse, particularly Outback. Frankly, there is a local family restaurant with a better prime rib at a cheaper cost. Not a great Outback experience!

Love this location! Staff is always friendly and the service is always great! The only reason I gave outback trinity 4 stars because my steak is not always cook to med-well! There has been a few times my meal has come out bleeding! (Med-rare) but they are always happy to fix it!

Went in today (Memorial Day) place was not busy at all. Were seated right away but a server did not come by for 10 minutes to take appetizer and drink orders. Got Bloomin Onion comped. Ordered New York Strip Steak wood fired and black and blue ( basically as rare as you can make it) meat came to table slightly less than medium rare and crusted with salt and pepper seasoning. Meat was also a little tough. Steak got comped.

We had a wonderful meal and service. The steak was perfectly cooked and everything was fresh. My husband brought me here for a rare night away from the kids (no pun intended on the rare comment haha) and we had a very nice time. Our server was attentive and helped to make great recommendations from the menu.

This Outback is open for lunch, but unless you have more than an HOUR to eat, skip it! There have been 3 or more times I've been there for lunch break with co-workers... typically meals don't arrive until 30+ minutes after you order, then you have to rush through the meal. And that's if you order the LUNCH special (soup/salad and sandwich). I would hate to see what happens if you actually order an entree. That being said, there's nothing really bad about the food. It's the same as what you get at any other Outback. So the food is probably a 3 1/2 star and the service is 1 star. Nothing exceptional here.

Lured by the offer of a "free blooming onion" each Mobday that Kevin Harvick is in the top 10, we dropped in this week. We usually sit at the bar anyway, so that wasn't an issue. However, when we both ordered a draft beer, we were served the largest size they offer. We weren't asked, just presented that way. Not very accommodating bartender, from there, the attitude went downhill quickly. The blooming onion was terrible, old grease, so it was very dark and greasy. I didn't finish my large beer, as I don't like warm beer. I prefer smaller mugs, to keep if cooler. As we prepared to leave, the rude bartender tossed over her shoulder walking away, to "have a nice day". I asked for a comment card at the front counter, and the young girl there had no idea what a comment card was. Duh? You think they could benefit from installing one! So, even though Carrabbas is in the same family, we will continue to spend our money there. Peter's bartenders at the Lutz Carrabbas are awesome and very accommodating . Too bad about Outback, as we pass by there several times each week. Being retired, we have time to enjoy HH several days each week. Bye bye, Outback!

These guys are so awesome and helpful. We ordered carry out online, they said it would be ready 20 minutes later, not bad. Arrive, it wasn't ready, which was fine as there was a line out the door, and I didn't really expect a 20 minute turnaround at 7:30 on a Friday night. So I had a Gift Card, forgot to use and they charged my credit card for the full amount. I brought this to their attention, they got a manager and straightened it out. So I'm waiting in my car, 10-15 minutes, they come out and say it's going to be a couple more minutes, can we get you a free drink and a dessert for waiting. I said well I already got desserts, how about a blooming onion? So for waiting the extra 20 minutes I got a sweet tea and blooming onion, like 9-10 bucks worth of food, nice. Got home, and everything was excellent, and didn't have to wait in a 45-1 hr line at the restaurant. Excellent mgmt!

While I love having dinner in the restaurant, the to go food and service has continued to go down in quality over the past year. My husband and I are avid Outback customers and have been for many years (at this location). We usually either eat in or get take out once a week at least. (So we pretty much know what to expect...). My husband has called the manager at the restaurant on more than one occasion to express dissatisfaction over the to go food we received so they should be well aware of training opportunities for areas lacking. It doesn't seem to have helped, but has only gotten worse. I'm not a person to write reviews (good or bad) but after the recent experiences I felt the need to write something. I hope management sees this and reviews the to go procedures and service, as I really do love the food from there - when it's properly prepared and hot.

Had an early dinner here with the hubby recently. They have lots of options (Including healthy choices). I got the sesame chicken salad and it was very good. We sat in the bar area and had great service. The peach sangria was tasty. They have happy hour 2x per day. We will definitely come back to this location.

I visited Outback with my wife recently and I gotta say, it's easily the best outback I've been to. I'm not sure where these other negative reviews come from! Our steaks were moist and tender, and our wait staff was courteous.

Had Take Away tonight. The positives Salmon was delicious Broccoli steamed well along with the hot baked potato Salad was crisp with the tangy tomato dressing The negatives The chicken artichoke flatbread was over cooked and very small in portion for the price Was waiting an extra 10 minutes for the food to come out.

My wife and I had dinner at this location on Saturday eve. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Service was excellent and timely. The only reason for four stars instead of five was that my wife's Roast Beef and my steak were undercooked.

When you order take out check it first. We had two meals and they were nothing like if you were going to eat inside. Way over priced for what we received.

Wow! Service has declined. We went around lunchtime on a Saturday. We sat in the bar for about 15 minutes before I got up to ask someone to take my drink order. 10 minutes later our beers came out. Still no server..... bartender placed them on the bar and we had to get up to get them. Server came over to tell us he would be back. Food was ordered and came out at different times. Mine came out in about 10 minutes and my girlfriends came out 29 minutes later. Server apologized and that was it. I had a gift card for $20 that was expired for about a month. I asked if we could use it due to the poor service. The manager came over and said NO. Then walked away. This is the last time I will go to this location!!!!! Skip this location and go to the Citrus park location instead.
