Horrible service!! Called and ordered a pizza and an hour later called back to check on it. The guy rudely said it'll be there in 10 minutes. Delivery guy shows up 30 mins later! The box is caved in from putting the pop bottle on it and the pizza was cold. The delivery guy has the nerve to ask for a tip! We said no because it was so late and he rolls his eyes before he walks away! Never order from here its not worth the hassle worst pizza ever!!!!

Well this was the worst expire nice I have ever had. Yes it was the weekend of Comic Con, but holly $&@t I ordered my pizza at 2:22 pm and it is now here at 4:37pm. We called twice to see where the pizza was the first time "it's on it's way" that was at 3:55 pm then the second time "you know it's comic con and it is busy!" As soon as the Manager hung up on us within two minutes the driver called us and told us to go down stairs to pick up the pizza. ????? Really I thought pizza places delivered to your door. Yes in the convention center not the Hotel I ordered it to. You originally said 1hr 10minutes to 1hr 30 minutes, but 2hrs and 20 minutes and you are located 10 miles away from the hotel. There were two stars at the time I wrote this I wish I would have read my yelp before the flyer. I would have chose a different place for dinner.

Never ever ever ever order from here again. Now, I looked up this business on Yelp before I called. I saw poor rating but I always like to give business a chance because I know some people only review when they have bad service. So I Called to order delivery during my lunch hour at work. Was told 30-45 mins...after an hour I called to find out why my food hadn't arrived. Was told the driver just left and would be there in 15 mins. I told the lady that I my lunch was just about over. She gave me an attitude then asked me if I was not told it would take at least an hour. I said no and she called me a liar!!! I was so baffled by her response that I was speechless. I asked her why she was calling me a liar. She stated that she has been in business 17 years and they know better than to tell anyone that it would be less than an hour. I told her that now I understand why her yelp reviews are so poor, that I would never order from them again and that I would be posting about my experience on Yelp. She said that she doesn't give a crap what Yelp says. I was so upset at that point that I just hung up on her. 20 mins later my food arrives and surprise surprise. It was cold and mediocre.

Don't ever order from this place .!!! Pizza was soggy and the grease was so bad it soaked threw the box before it even got to us and the wings were just full of grease the worst pizza I have ever seen in my entire life !!!! Gross !

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! my GF has ordered several times and the 15-20 min means over an hour and a cold pizza! The last one was yesterday, over an hour and they gave her a 6 month expired bottle of soda!!!! When she called she was accused of lying! Then told that would exchange it. After another hour she was told that they were too busy to do it. She asked for a refund or she would never order again. Guess what??? They told her basically who cares??? This is customer service? This is why these independent places sometimes get put out by the national chains. They don't value the individual. The issue now is with social media the individual now means hundreds possibly thousands of people knowing how you operate. The best way to change retail behavior is through the wallet! Go elsewhere or please post your own thoughts. Customers need to be respected. Fyi, I myself am a Retail Manager of multi million dollar operation. I do get it!

Food was fairly good but after being told 30-45 min for delivery it took TWO HOURS for a sandwich & fries and I live across the street! After an hour & a half I called to check on my order and was told 5-10 minutes more and it took another 30 minutes! I've worked in food service so I get that sometimes things take longer than expected but don't outright LIE to your customers...if they were that backed up there is no way they honestly thought they could deliver in 30-45 min when I called. I still would have ordered if they had honestly told me it was going to be more than an hour because I was simply too tired to go out and I would have been content waiting if I'd been told realistically what to expect, instead they lost a future customer!! Because I feel they intentionally misled me, and chose that one order over repeat future orders.

Decided to give this place a try since I was constantly receiving flyers to my apt. Placed my order and was told it'd be an hour wait. Two hours later and the pizza and pasta still hadn't arrived...I live 7min! Called and canceled the order instead.

This pizza was very good.... little on the greasy side but we ate every bit of it and the wings we ordered..... delicious. Did take a while for delivery. ... so don't wait until you are starving to order. Definitely will eat there again. Great value for the price... large pizza, 10 wings, and 2 liter soda for 22$ delivered.

It's been an hour and a half, it's 11 pm and we are still waiting for our order. When I called he put me on hold and I could hear him talking to another caller complaining it's been an hour and they still did not get their food. That should have been a warning to me but we are so hungry! Anyway we are still waiting for our food it's shameful to have no pride in your business. We are only ten minutes away! I hope the food is hot, we will see if it arrives before my kids fall asleep! You should take all these bad reviews seriously and hire a second driver. I called again after and hour and the food came a half hour after that. The food was okay. I do not recommend this place.

WORST PIZZA IN TAMPA!!!!!!!! Nice people, but, uhhh,, don't know how to cook. Threw out the menu, never again. Pizza was so soggy, it dripped thru the box... and even worse, there was no meat on the pizza,, and about 3 shreds of cheese. Nothing was hot, just soggy and luke warm wings.

We have enjoyed ordering from Tiani's for a few years now. Their pizza is pretty good, which is hard to find in Florida. It is NY style and has plenty of cheese. We've also ordered garlic cheese bread and the wings. We've been pleased each and every time when ordering those as well. Their major downfall, however, is the time it takes for delivery. The last few times we've ordered from Tiani's, the delivery time has been less than favorable. We ordered just the other day and it took close to 2 hours to get our food. That may have been the last straw. I do love good prices and good food but even that isn't worth waiting an excessive amount of time for.

After checking in late to a nearby hotel, I couldn't have been happier to find a Tiani's menu just inside the door. My food arrived right at the time quoted and was complete. They also included utensils and napkins. My meal was a great value including entree, bread, salad, dessert and 2 beverages for less that $15!

Food was just ok but we had it delivered and the deliver guy forgot our drink and had to go back and get it. Needless to say food was cold by the time he got back.

It took an hour and 15 mins to deliver a salad & two slices of cheese pizza 7 minutes from the restaurant. When the food finally arrived the pizza was swimming in grease so bad that there was no crust .. I will never order from this restaurant

Took 2 hours... was cold and the person on the phone was rude even though I was polite. I am right near them as well. Pizza reminds me of 3 day old little ceasers pizza.
