The food was as good as expected, but the service was horrible. We set the expectation of ordering more food after our initial order. We had to get up to get the servers attention (after waiting). After that she disappeared and never returned. Also the cook was using a rubber band instead of a hair net.

Food was good. However, while dining two servers ran into each other on accident causing a milkshake to be dropped. While this wouldn't seem like a HUGE deal... it became world war 3. The two servers got into a loud argument about it while the "manager" just stood there watching. This resulted in more of the works voicing their opinions about what took place and the maker of the milkshake loudly let everyone know he was not happy as he is the "one that makes that shit." Again... manager standing by like some fool right out of pre-k. It was a poor display of working as a team and management. Granted, it made for some good dinner entertainment. However, I doubt I'll ever return.

This is my second time at a Steak N' Shake. I love this place. Coming from California there isn't one near me. I tried their bacon burger this time. It was good. We have In N' Out here and I still think it's the best burger. Last time I tired the 5-way chili and it was great! The shakes are outstanding as well. I like this place because it's got great variety and the portions are good size but not too much. And the prices are very reasonable. I will be a definite repeater when in town.

Whenever I'm craving greasy (in a good way) burgers, skinny fries and cherry Cokes, this is the place. Somehow it always tastes better after losing lots of money after a late night at the Casino. Try the melts, and honey mustard with your fries. Yum!

I am greatly disappointed in this particular Store. It may have the Steak N Shake name but it hardly lives up to what I have become accustomed to. The Service was poor, and very lackluster. Food quality was paltry and Since I was at the counter, I witnessed MULTIPLE re-does in food, and drinks. I had gone in as a rush started. Food Quality took a DIVE as did service. For a simple drink and Chili-Mac, it was 50 minutes from sit down to food. 20 minutes to get cashed out. I will be taking this store of the list of places to take a large group when I travel.

I've come to this location very often because it's near my home. I do love their food. Especially their Oreo ice cream sandwich (when it's not melted). But too often I am waiting at least 20 mins in the drive thru. A quick tip: bring something to entertain you while you wait. I come from a fast food back ground so I know first hand what it takes. This location sucks at their drive thru time.
