This Moe's pales in comparison to the one further up north on Dale Mabry. I ate here on a weeknight and it was after the dinner rush. There was no one in the restaurant really, but there were tons of tables dirty and messy. The manager was at the end of the line talking to several people in a group. The group was loud an annoying...also everyone who was buying food had to dance around their oblivious group. A wee bit annoying given the fact that place could've been much cleaner. The Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain they have there is awesome and has over 100 combinations of Coke products. You want some Coke Zero Vanilla and some Grape Fanta...together in one cup? No problem! This does cause a problem however...not everyone knows how to use it, or they take a ton of time figuring out what they're going to get. Mind you there is ONE HOLE the drinks come out of. So, you're at the mercy of the person in front of you. It reminds me of when you're standing behind a CLUELESS person at the ATM. All-in-all it's very cool but it's also a kid magnet. This Moe's left me wanting for more. I got the Chicken Bowl and it was just OK. The chicken was barely warm. They asked me if I wanted chips. I did, and I got around 11 of them. Pathetic. I'll probably eat at Moe's again, but it won't be at this one. If I'm eating this type of food in South Tampa - It'll be from Chipotle.

I enjoy the food. I really do. I typically get the Homewrecker but have also tried several other things. While it doesn't knock my socks off, it hits the spot. I hate the freaking salsa bar. The cups are so small that I typically need 3 for my chips. Plus, the set up seems so unhygienic. Finally, there are always so many kids. I realize there is little Moe's can do about this but it really, really ruins the whole experience. Perhaps make kids meals more expensive? I realize this is petty but it the the biggest reason I typically avoid going there.

I love Moe's. Especially this location. It's always clean and the staff are extra friendly. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the salsa bar is the best part. It should also be noted that this location has the super duper amaing soda machine with about 9,000 different types of sodas. This is dies and gone to fatty heaven basically.

I hate that they yell at you when you go in. Srsly? So over. Stop it. This fact alone keeps me from eating there more than once in a blue moon - I usually make someone else go get take out so I don't have to deal with that yelling. Its not cool. Ever. The food is pretty good, but I hate that yelling. A lot.

Stopped by today to grab a late lunch. Food is fine but wanted to comment on the super friendly service. Both employees behind the counter were nice and friendly. Always appreciate that!

We love Moe's for a quick, easy dinner for our two year old. They are casual, have great food and good, fast service. The salsa bar is my favorite and I enjoy the upgraded soda machine with the endless amount of combinations. This place is popular for local area families, especially on local school sports practice and game nights so be prepared to wait. Our experience tonight was not great. We spent all day at the beach and ordered through the online ordering system. It gives you a pickup time. My husband waited 15 minutes after the pick up time and watched multiple families go through the line while he waited. We tipped 10% online and will NOT be using that service again. Overall good for quick service, DO NOT use for online ordering!

I really like Moe's food... Especially on Mondays! The only thing I dislike about this location is that they seem to skimp on their portions more than any other moe's I have been to. This can be good though if you are looking for less food. It's nice to be able to order ahead of time, too... But I've had issues with this as well. I preordered two burritos and a cup of queso. When I picked up the food I asked about my queso and the girl at the register didn't know what I was talking about. Another guy overheard the conversation, luckily, and have me my queso. He had recalled the order. They could use better communication. To be honest I was in a hurry that day too so it ticked me off a little extra. Other than that, I recommend the Homewrecker burrito... Or burrito bowl for a "lighter" option. The queso is Amazing!! Kaiser salsa from the salsa bar is a must! They also have the cool drink machine with nearly endless flavors... I really like it!

I am a huge fan of Mexican food, and Mos's is a great way to get your quick fix in South Tampa. I pretty much always get the chicken quesadillas, or John Coctostan. The ingredients seem fresh and the portions are right in my opinion. On this trip I got the combo, so for about $3 extra I got a side of guac and a drink. I would skip the guac. It's a tiny portion and its fast food quality. Chips and the salsa bar come with your meal, and that's really all you need for the side. The chips and salsa are much more tasty than the guac. I do love the digital soda machine. I made strawberry lemonade. Yum! I still probably prefer Tijuana Flats for my cheap Mexican, but Moes definitely beats Chipotle and is far superior to Taco Bell for me.

I ALWAYS love coming to Moe's for Moe's Monday ($5.99 for any burrito, chips, and a drink) and stopped here on our way back from the airport. I was surprised that it wasn't as busy as the one in Brandon, but didn't mind as we were able to eat a lot quicker! Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a great deal as always! I usually get the Ear Muffs (haha) which is a 'naked' burrito bowl, with light rice, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 steak, mushrooms, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cilantro, salsa vinaigreet, and pickled jalapenos!

Good for a quick meal. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Burritos and quesadilla are great, I don't think the tacos are a good value. They have that new type of soda fountain machine that has lots of options and lets you add flavor shots to your drink. Overall a slight step up over Chipotle.

The employees at Moe's are always in an awesome mood! I love how they greet everyone with an enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's" as you walk in the door... it's like everyone is so excited that you came to the party! The food isn't authentic Mexican cuisine, but the burritos are cheap and very tasty. My one gripe is that the menu is way more confusing than it should be. Say I want sour cream and guacamole on my burrito... do I order the Homewrecker or the Joey Bag of Donuts? I'm not a regular at Moe's so I always have to ask the employees to decipher the menu for me. Why can't they all just be called burritos and I'll pay for my extra toppings?!?! Good food at cheap prices with friendly service... How can you not like that?

Always delicious and clean! If you are going on cinco-de-Moes or Moe Monday, don't going during the rush lunch hour or between 5:30-6:30 pm. Always packed and lines out the door. Of course, if you do go during those times, it is worth the wait. Staff is always friendly too.

Welcome to Moe's great friendly staff but food is just so so. It's good if you just need something fast and decent on the healthy scale if you still want flavor and of you choose less toppings. My only issue is the meat is like a tables spoon of chicken or maybe maybe...2 tablespoons but they don't give much meat and of course if you want more they charge you. Very minimal on the meat though.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
