Four for dinner . Waiter was very good. My children enjoyed their meals. My wife had grilled shrimp , she says it was just ok, some were slimey. Her asparagus was over cooked . My meal was bad . I ordered the chop steak with broccoli . Chop steak should be a hand full of fresh ground beef formed and placed on the grill. I was served a odd steak shaped processed food patty . It had the texture of a wet sponge. Odd taste , broccoli was over cooked , I sent back my diner . Kids shared a dessert . Bill was $52.xx. We took Logan's off our list .

Logan's is where we go when we don't have much time to eat before our movie at Veteran's 24 starts. It's conveniently in the same complex. Logan's is a good place to eat if you care more about quantity over quality. As I care more about quality, I generally consider this a place for convenience, not a place where I'm going to have my foodie tastebuds satisfied. Stick to the basics when you eat here. I cannot imagine what they would do to a decent cut of meat, so I don't bother. Wait staff is friendly but not professional. If you have the misfortune of being seated close to a large party, prepare to be ignored in favor of the overwhelming group. I like that they start you out with a big bucket of peanuts. Other than the peanuts, most things are overly greasy and usually overly sweet. Cocktails are all very sweet. The bread is sweet. The hamburger buns are sweet. Too much sweet!

I visited this Logan's with 13 co-workers. First thing I noticed was that the floor had no obvious peanut shells. Logan's now provides an extra bucket on the tables for your peanut shells. I had the 6 oz. sirloin with broccoli, side salad and sweet potato as an extra side. Unfortunately I ordered the steak "well" so it kinda shrunk down to a size of maybe a bottle cap. My bad. Next time I will order it "medium." All the food was done well. Meat was tasty, veggies very green with no browning or wilting. Sweet potato was huge, perfectly cooked and very filling. Service was good considering the large group we had. We kept him busy. Only glitch was we did have to wait a long time for the dishes to come out. I did think my dish was a bit overpriced, but that's just me. Overall, on the food side, outstanding.

We love this place. The food is always great and the servers are always on point! I would recommend this place to all my friends. The rolls are just scrumptious!!!

The bread was good, (as usual)lol. My fiancé had the barrel cut filet cooked to order of medium. I had the 12oz ribeye cooked to medium. Ribeye was a little fattier then usual. Everything else was prepared just fine. Service wasn't horrible but wasn't stellar either. All in all it was a good experience.

The bread is wonderful. The servers were right on top of it today.. Went for lunch and I was in and out. Great when you have work to do. I ordered the grilled chicken, came with two sides. I ordered broccoli and sweet potato both are right on. The location is good so I will definitely return and recommend.

The food isn't bad, but the service sucks- whether it is a to go or dine in meal, they seem to take excessively long. Great deals on Monday and Tuesdays.

So Sunday my son, my boyfriend and me went to Logan's for a late lunch. I don't think this place will ever not be a great place for steaks. The service was a little slow, but we weren't in a rush either so it was fine. Even though we were not in a hurry they would have recieved 5 stars if the service was better.

Recently had dinner at Logan's Roadhouse on May 4th. Overall, alot of to do over buckets of peanuts, or as the saying goes..."All sizzle no steak". Ordered sirloin and lobster tail and sirloin and baby back ribs. Steak OK but a bit dry and ribs were very dry and cannot hold a candle to baby backs in St.Louis. Server was excellent!

The meal was good. I had a salad, nothing special but it was fresh. My husband had a burger and again, nothing special. Neither one of us would order the same thing again even though there wasn't anything wrong with it. Our friends raved about their steaks though.

Terrible service here. It took them longer than an hour for our food to come out. Food was not all that great. Worse part was definitely the service. Slow, rude, and bitchy. Never coming back here again.

Of the fast food steakhouse chains, this is my favorite. They are always consistent, have a varied menu, good steak, good prices. I enjoy the brewski steak , a good sirloin topped with braised onions. The kids steaks are better than most and they have the typical peanuts and too delicious rolls. Also enjoy their happy hour! The service is usually good, and a manager always visits each table.

I hate writing bad reviews and tend to stay away from them but this place was a complete mess. I don't know if the problem was actually the waiter or the whole place but we had a horrible time. We took my in laws here Monday and it took OK forever to get drinks or an appetizer. The waiter never came to refill our drinks. Seriously, it took so long my mother in law actually took the glasses to the beverage station and refilled their cokes herself. When the waiter saw this he ignored it. I had a beer and ordered a second one which didn't come until after the meal was done and the check delivered. When I finally asked where our food was (after an hour wait) I was told they were just plating it and it was still fifteen minutes before it came out. This is unacceptable for a slow Monday night. All this happened in a less than half full restaurant. Okay, so for the food... Everything we ordered was overcooked. Everything. The fried pickles were pried to a crisp, the wings were both gross and overcooked. I ordered the filet and lobster medium rare. When the food cam after an hour wait the whole dish was overcooked, not just the steak but the lobster was rubbery and hard, too. This happened with everyone's plates. Afterward we talked about it and came to the conclusion the plates had probably sat under a heat lamp for so long they all actually continued to cook. When they asked if I wanted a new steak it came out after everyone else was finished and it was way under done. The salad we ordered was missing it's egg and the croutons we asked to keep off were in it. Basically everyone's food was burned and wrong. The one decent part of a two and a half hour dinner was the tea flight. It said we could choose our own flavors but the waiter did not let us, instead he walked away halfway through the ordering process. Seriously. The teas that came out were good, though. There was original, peach, watermelon, and some blue one. The watermelon was amazing. It didn't make up for the horrible service and food, but it was the best part of a long and expensive meal. We have a rule that we eat at a place twice before we write it off for good in case they were having an off day or something, but I'm seriously not even interested in trying this place again.

The food here is ok, you can probably get better steaks but this place isn't bad. The steaks are seasoned well and cooked well. Their bread is great when warm and topped with melted butter. Service was good for being a busier night. The Caesar dressing tho tasted a little off, we couldn't quite explain it. Sides like rice were bland but sweet potato was very good. I'll be back when I don't want to cook a steak for myself.

We stumbled into Logan's this weekend on accident. What a great accident! We had a friend's dog with us, so we were looking for a restaurant with a patio. We stopped into another restaurant in the same parking lot, but their patio was full. We saw Logan's patio and decided to try it out. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure that our cups were never empty. We started with a Fried Pickle appetizer and I must say that the pickles and the ranch that came on the side were both some of the best I've had in a while. We also were given warm honey buttered rolls and peanuts to munch on. The rolls were really really good. For my meal, I had the steak salad and I enjoyed every part of it. The dressing was creamy, the steak cooked just right, and the croutons were made out of the honey buttered rolls (YUM). I also had a cran-raspberry margarita with a mini bottle of Korbel in it. Quite a decadent cocktail. I probably won't visit this location frequently as I don't live nearby, but it was definitely a surprisingly good experience.

Logan's is a peanuts on the floor western steakhouse with a wooden theme and large booths. This location has a great bonus feature: a large outdoor patio! We took a big group there and were seated on the patio with plenty of room for all. The service was great and we were able to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! We had appetizers, salads and entrees for 9 and it all came in under $200 - pretty amazing for a large group dinner! They were super accommodating and helpful. Food was great!

Ok, I gave it one more try & what a disaster. There was a special running with an apperizer, a sirloin sreak & 2 sides. I showed up & started with three fried mushrooms. For being a frozen product the crust wasn't heavy & they were little morsels of tastey fried goodness. The horseradish dipping sauce was not too spicy & it was a great combo. I was so happy & excited the meal was starting out right. My server was Bryan & I wanted to ensure my meal was medium rare. I also ordered the grilled, skewered vegetables & a Ceasars salad. When the food came out Bryan wanted me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked properly. This was so embarassing, I sawed at the steak for a minute & could not get to the inside. I finally got a piece off and it was cooked properly. Once I was carefully eating the difficult to cut meat, it had a good flavor, but took a lot of chewing to insure not choking. The grilled vegetables were zuchinni, tomato & a bit of onion. First nothing was cut properly. 1 piece of zuchinni would be an inch thick & the next 3 inches. You could see grill marks barely on 1 side, but there is no way this was cooked. To make matters worse they had a drizzle of something that was sickeningly sweet over the top. I did not try to figure out this substance, as I did not want to know what it was. The Cesar salad had been piled high in the fridge, getting ready for the dinner service. This is where you stack the bowls on top of each other, in a holding pattern. It was fresh, flavorless & lacking dressing. Now for the grand finale! I got my bill I had a $10.00 gift certificate & added a $20.00, I needed the change & I had a $5.00 tip out for my server on the table. The little bill holder came back with $3.00, I sat there & laughed initially & called Bryan over. Bryan stated I gave him a 5, I showed him the 5 on the table & he said he had seen that & he didn't even have a $20 on him. The manager came over, I can't remember her name, but she had red hair, like Brian. She also stated I had placed an in the folder for a bill. Upon further discussion, she let me know that the cards they send out to YELPERS that had a bad experience & they want them to review the restaurant again are marked so the entire restaurant know, way to be anyomous. This angered me as much as being ripped off for $20.00. This restaurant is based on smoke & mirrors. After 3 visits, I can honestly say they have very little decent food, it is a joke. If there is a real chef in that kitchen, I certainly would love to meet him. Cooking 101, cut everything the same size, so it cooks the same. No, I will never be back. I did not argue over the money, it was a no win proposition. But, as most Americans I am also on a budget & always know exactally how much cash is in my wallet. The only 5 I had was sitting on the table for a tip. What's a girl to do? Pick your battles & know when to walk away, even though you lost money. And shame on Logans for marking a YELPER, when you want a fair review!

Not a place I would go again. Waited 10 minutes for a server and had to finally call someone over to us. Then waited 40 minutes in a fairly empty restaurant for 2 salads, a bowl of soup and an appetizer trio. You could tell they knew they screwed us and we're just kinda " well we lost this one" and moved on. The food was sub par as well. The only reason we stayed is because we were hungry and just wanted it to be over.

Logan's has been a consistent favorite of mine since it first opened up. This is evidenced by the fact that it's the only place in the Veterans plaza that has survived. Copeland's, Tomatina, Bennigan's--all gone, and I've heard Green Iguana is next. At Logan's, I've never had any meals that were outstanding, but I've also never had any that were disgusting. Everything on the menu revolves around grilled meats, which is their specialty, so it's all pretty good. Service is also average. I've never walked out remembering a server's name, for good or bad. Prices? Their average as well. Most of the menu is in the $7-11 dollar range, regardless of what item it is. In my opinion, there are two reasons to go here. The warm and soft dinner rolls and the mesquite grilled chicken salad with peppercorn ranch dressing. Order some of the dressing on the side, and dip the roll in that stuff instead of the butter. I guess I've been grubbing here for like 15 years or so, and will continue to.

Logan's is your basic Texas-style roadhouse which is well known for mid-priced mesquite grilled meats, buckets of salted in-shell peanuts, and cold long-neck beers. You'll find this location of Logan's on Anderson Road, just south of Linebaugh Avenue, and sitting in front of the AMC Veterans 24 movie theater complex. Logan's Roadhouse is a chain of steakhouses from Nashville, TN which has grown to over 200 restaurants. Their menu is filled with over 50 entrees including aged steaks hand-cut fresh on premises, mesquite-grilled chicken, fresh ground steakburgers, baby-back ribs, seafood, and specialty salads. And of course, Sam Q's favorite mouthwatering, made-from-scratch yeast rolls. I usually visit Logan's either before of after catching a movie at the AMC 24, and this night was no exception. I was still chuckling from the silliness of "We Are The Miller's", and grabbed a seat at a high-top in the bar area. The hostess brought over my bucket of peanuts, and the waitress was right behind her to take my drink order. I ordered the 12-ounce Rib-Eye with a house salad and their Loaded Baked Potato which was a salt-crusted potato stuffed with sour cream, butter, shredded cheese and bacon pieces. Service was quite good since my server was doubling as the bartender, so I never had to track her down. The food was delicious! They have lots of 2:1 specials early in the week, and I seem to find their discount coupons all over the place.

Logan's has been a great "go to" for our family for a number of years. Between coupons in the paper and the emails they send to their Roadclub members, I am not sure we have ever eaten there without a discount. The biggest draw for us are the amazing yeast rolls - huge, fluffy, and mouthwatering. The steaks are decent for the price and I've enjoyed a few filets as well as lower end offerings such as their Teriyaki Club steak. As one would expect, meals come with two sides which include sautéed onions or mushrooms, fried onion petals, baked potatoes, and a decent selection of veggies. Salad counts as one of your sides so those that don't love salad will be happy to find that they can get other things and skip the salad. I tend to go for non-steak options on our visits which includes their homestyle chicken fingers, a number of burgers, and classic salads with egg, bacon, veggies, chicken (fried or grilled) and cheese. Nothing ground breaking but they do these offerings well and consistently. One of the more unusual items on their menu is their grilled meatloaf. Made of a mix of beef and pork and topped with beer-braised onions, mushrooms and smothered in a rich gravy, the meatloaf is lighter than a pure beef mix and the grilling of the slices puts a nice crust on the outside while leaving the inside tender and meaty. The overall flavor profile of mushroom and onion is a nice change from tomato-based meatloaf recipes and the portions are large enough I've always brought food home. The service is usually good - prompt and friendly - and the kitchen is efficient. Overall, a great option where everyone can find something they love.

Gone downhill, into the abyss. We like the Logan's restaurants in Orlando, especially for their nice menu items like sweet potato fries, grilled vegetable skewer, thick pork chops, and grilled meatloaf. This location of Logan's is HORRIBLE, they couldn't get anything right. The pork chops here were very thin and rubbery, and badly overcooked. The grilled vegetables were completely mushy and soaking wet. They didn't have their signature "onion petals", so they substituted with greasy disgusting food-service style nasty onion rings. The baked sweet potato was mushy, mealy and soaking wet. The "grilled chicken wings skewer with chipotle sauce" came out as bland, overcooked deep fried wings served with a cup of tasteless grease. The "brewski onions" are mush in dirty water The rolls were stale. The food has a quality of old leftovers, mushy, wet and really just gross. The staff is apathetic. One of the worst values for your dollar around. We've been disappointed here a few times, with rubbery overcooked steaks, but from now on we'll just go to the Logan's locations in Orlando.

I ate at Logan's with a friend after a movie at Veteran's Theater. The list of tap beers is a little short, but they have many bottled beers and mixed drinks from which to choose. They provide roasted peanuts for you to enjoy while you wait for your meal. The menu offers a number of beef, chicken and fish entrees, as well as a veg. plate made up of four sides. I got that, while my friend got the grilled salmon. We both liked our entrees and the service was very good. The restaurant serves warm, sweet dinner rolls with the meal, which were good. Happy Hour is before the typical dinner hours and during the week picks back up at 8:00. The restaurant offers small-sized desserts, if you are in the mood for a sweet item after your meal. The restaurant looks clean. I would recommend this restaurant as one where anyone can find something they will enjoy. Logan's has become just ok. My favorite part of my meal at this point are the free rolls that come out at the beginning of the meal. Which is sad. They're a steak house. The shining star should be the steak! Logan's used to be my favorite mid-range steak joint. Not any more. The last 3 times I've gone the steak has been pretty disappointing. Twice they way over cooked my steak, then brought it out basically purple in the center when they made me a new one. Medium rare is not cold and purple in the center. I chalked it up to "maybe they just forgot how to cook a good NY strip". The last time my husband and i visited, I ordered the ribeye, which is my husbands regular order. He's never been disappointed in his steak, so maybe I should try that! Well, we both ended up disappointed. It was cooked to the proper temperature & seasoned well, but man was it tough! I honestly think they must have changed meat vendors, because the NY strips are much thinner than they used to be (thus, harder to cook well) and the ribeye is much more tough than it used to be! Guess I'll have to start looking for a new steak place.

Ooooo man. Where do we stop. We love this place. The filet's and pork chops are fabulous. The BOGO free makes the trip even sweeter. The rolls (ask for the cinnamon butter, you will have to stir it but it is some delicious when the butter melts. The glasses and drinks are full and ice cold. The service is superb with smiles. The management goes way farther than most in making any wrong, righted. We love to trash here after an early showing at Veteran's 24.

The bread and the peanuts are great! Until, I got my order. I ordered a salad where I specifically said, "No tomatoes, I'm allergic." and I repeated it 3 times to make sure my waitress remembers. When I got my salad, I was really, really disappointed. I told her that there was tomatoes, she looked at me confused. I repeated again that I was allergic. She then gave me an attitude and a dumbfounded look like I had never mentioned about it. She apologized but rolled her eyes, from what my friend had said who sat in front of me, when she turned around. Expecting my salad will arrive much later as a new batch, because I also wanted my mushrooms and onions cooked, it came back in about 3 minutes. I was very skeptical about it and went through my salad to find hidden tomatoes. Was I not clear about my allergy? Not sure if the kitchen or waitress is at fault for the tomatoes, but for sure the waitress was very rude.

Haven't been here in a long time , went to dinner the 4 of us... Ordered the Friday night 20oz brewski ribeye. Boy was my steak tough and over cooked but Gary the manager saved the meal , he came right over after finding out & had another steak on the grill before we spoke ! That my fellow Yelpers is service & thank you Gary for comping my meal on top of that ! I would come back to dine on Gary's watch !

Logan's Roadhouse is a decent place to eat. I usually eat here only if I have a coupon. They have some great promos: two meals for $14.99 on Mondays & Tuesdays and there are constantly $5 off coupons in the Sunday paper. We have eaten here several times and sometimes the food is awesome and sometimes it is just so-so. I highly suggest their meatloaf. Their 6oz sirloin for $9.99 is also a great deal (and tastes great!) and comes with two sides (I love that you can get a house salad as a side and its not extra). The service is hit or miss but that is expected at chain restaurants (in my opinion). Its a good place to get a reasonably priced meal.

Logan's Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat steak. I wouldn't call it the best steak in Tampa, but it does offer a combination of value, options, and good food that is hard to pass up. Two claims to fame come to mind. First, peanuts. If you are allergic to peanuts, don't bother coming in. They offer them for free in every table and they let you throw the shells on the floor. Second, the bread. OMG the bread is to die for. I could go there and just eat bread. It doesn't help that I'm a breadaholic. But the nice warm yeast rolls covered in butter are very addictive. They have a very extensive menu with several cuts of meat (obviously) and tilapia, salmon, chicken, salads, and pasta. It is a very varied menu. They also have some healthy selections under 550 calories, but this of course assumes you skip the peanuts and the bread. Quite a tall order. They offer tiny desserts in little buckets you get to take home as a keepsake. The place gets packed and service suffers a bit when they are busy, but not too bad. I keep going back again and again. Their 12 ounce filet is delicious and is always very expertly cooked despite being three inches thick. The 20 ounce ribeye is out of this world. Prices are very reasonable, and you can add shrimp or lobster tail to your entrée. Logan's has been in this spot for a very long time, and it gets very packed which is a testament to how good it is. I am a fan.

I took my parents to lunch at Logan's Roadhouse. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. The bread was sooo good....However, the thing that I hated was the large amount of peanut shells on the floor. Unsanitary, and unacceptable. Yuck !!! When my father pointed this out to our server, she laughed...If you are allergic to peanuts, do not go there...

Server was very friendly. We ordered a burger and burger sliders ... two things hard to mess up. The meat wasn't very good. The meat was bland and actually kind of gross. The bread appetizers were drenched in butter, and not very appetizing ... They have good sweet tea, though. We will not o back.

I ordered two orders of Chicken Teriyaki with side orders of Rice Pilaf and with Baked Potato and other order was Rice Pilaf with seasoned Vegetables from your Tampa Florida Logan Restaurant or lunch on Monday May 28, 2012 I received uncooked rice pilaf on both the orders and over cooked baked potato in one order. I find the quality of food at Logan have gone from good to worst. The restaurant was not busy so it is not an excuse that the so-called chef did have sufficient time to cook the food that was ordered by me professionally. And not serve uncooked the rice pilaf and over cooked the baked potato. If I pay for the service and goods, I expect to receive the service and good to my satisfaction. And not to Chef Satisfaction.

Awesome place that really reminds me of Texas Roadhouse in Denver. One of my favorite restaurants there, by the way. LOVED it! Anyway, this is about Logan's Roadhouse. ;) This is your basic roadhouse complete with slabs of meat on display when you walk in the front door so as to remind you what kind of food you should be ordering there. If you're overly sensitive about killing animals that go moo, you should probably avert your eyes until you're seated. Also, don't be surprised by the layer of peanut shells lining the floor...it is a roadhouse after all. Roadhouse means "peanut shells on floor" in German or something. The staff was fun, fast, and friendly. They'll cottle you with bread and butter until your meal arrives, but that bread is to die for. I'm a bread man, so this is of the utmost importance to me. :) It was a fun atmosphere, and despite the fact that I hadn't been before, I picked up on the tradition of screaming 'Yeehaw!' when it was someone's birthday really quickly. The only thing missing was a giant, creepy dummy that looked like Willy Nelson which adorns the wall at the Denver Texas Roadhouse...but I guess I can forgive that. We're not in Denver anymore. :)
