I LOVE Jimmy Johns. I just recently found out about this place. I'm pretty picky when it comes to subs (I don't care for Quiznos, Subway or Firehouse because they give me a stomach ache and always taste bad, in my opinion.). My mom talked me into trying out Jimmy Johns. I'm glad I did. I like that they are simple. The sandwiches aren't pilled with lots of toppings, which I like because I am a simple type of gal. Though, you can request for additional toppings to be added. The sandwiches are very tasty and fresh! And the bread is the best part, for its so soft! I always get the turkey tom. It comes with tomato, turkey and mayo. I always add onions to mine. My mom always gets the tuna. The service is friendly and fast. They always greet you and get your through the line very quick. It is clean inside and it has a few seats if you choose to sit down and eat there. Because this is in front of Centro Ybor you can always find a spot outside to eat as well. I like Jimmy Johns and I like this location. I will continue to get sandwiches here.

I ordered an extremely complicated sandwich from this Jimmy John's one day using their online ordering system. I live about a mile away through some dangerous territory, so I figured the 2 dollars I pre-tipped the guy wouldn't exactly inspire him to haul ass. However, I did write "must go faster" in the further instructions section. Anyway, about 4 minutes later I hear the guy coming down the sidewalk on a skateboard in complete haul ass mode before I had time to even clear my table off. He then apologized for being late. Sandwich was perfectly prepared with no mistakes. Impressive I must say.

Jimmy John's is as freaky fast as they claim. I come here at least once a week. I prefer it over Subway, even though they don't offer as many choices as Subway and no hot subs. The bread is really fresh and the meat tastes better here than Subway's, although I wish they added more meat and cheese without the upcharge. I tend to order either tuna, turkey or roast beef. All good but It would be nice if Mr John can equip his restaurants with salt and pepper. Is that too much to ask? Service is very fast and friendly here. They typically greet you immediately and wish you a good day/night as you leave. They also have free bike delivery if you live or work around Ybor. Pretty clean inside with outdoor tables with umbrellas. It's in the heart of Centro Ybor facing 7th Ave so a good place to chill while sipping on sweet tea, which is excellent by the way. Oh, one other note...Read the signs scattered around the walls, they provide words of wisdom, humor and life advice.

What can you say about Jimmy Johns? The menu is a little limited, but the subs are good and the service is FAST. If you want a sandwich during the noon lunch rush, don't even try other chain places -- go to Jimmy Johns.

I really like Ybor City during the mid part of the day and having a jimmy john's in centro ybor makes my day. It's that simple. They are fast and very friendly. This is a great location. Their sandwiches are fresh and tasty. The bread is outstanding. The place is very clean with inside and outside seating. This time of year AC is a must. So enjoy your fresh and tasty meal inside. I have had lunch there a number of times and am always completely satisfied.

Super prompt service and fresh food when you're having a hankering at almost any time of day. They also have a lot of seating if you need a place to hang out for a bit. I wouldn't say they have the best food ever, but they are really solid and reliable for a quickly made, fresh sandwich.

I heard they were fast. They are. I heard they were tasty. They are. My co-workers often get it delivered and they seem to be fast with that too. I want to add I am NOT a sandwich sub place kinda guy. While I have enjoyed Subway on occassion this always feels like a last resort. This is my only experience with Jimmy John's however so far I'd have to say it towers in my mind above Subway and Quiznos.

Better than Subway. Not as good as Firehouse. That equation pretty much says it all. It was more flavorful than bland Subway meats. But Firehouse still has it all over this place. Head up the stairs to Rosies instead. Or walk back to the brewery and eat there.

I was first exposed to Jimmy Johns a few years ago...actually many years ago (geez, I'm dating myself)...in college. They seriously make some of the best sandwiches that I've ever tasted. They are fast, fresh and tasty. This location is never too busy and the service is fantastic. Regardless of your order, I guarantee it will be fresh and to your satisfaction. I have also used Jimmy John's in the past for catered lunches. I have to say that their vegetarian sandwich is fantastic - and this is coming from a carnivorous beast. I highly recommend this restaurant and this location. B. Major Grade: A
