Nothing too special that stands out. Your typical Jimmy Johns. They do have delivery to Harbour Island which is fairly fast which is a definite plus.

If you don't love Jimmy John's... we cannot be friends. Super fast, super delish! The bread is always fresh and I've never had a sandwich that I haven't liked! And if you're watching your calories they even have the option of any sandwich in a lettuce wrap instead of bread. (But seriously their bread is delish!)

I love jimmy johns! The bread makes the sandwich. I usually order online that way I can properly customize my sandwich and by the time i go to the store it's all ready. They are super quick. The jalapeño chips are also super tasty. We recommend the veggie sandwich and the beach.

They were super fast. Sandwiches tasted fresh. Staff was nice. Very clean. All three of us had the Vito sandwich, very tasty. Interesting signs will keep you laughing.

Want a sub fast? Come here. By the time I got done placing my order and walking to the pickup line, it was READY! A Jimmy Johns sub is all about the bread. The freshness of the bread is what makes this sandwich top notch in my book. I still dislike the fact that they do not have honey mustard but oooo well. When I visited this location it was in the middle of the lunch rush, and I felt a little rushed. I forgot to ask for my extra mayo and extra lettuce. The price is right for these sandwiches. I was full and satisfied at the end. I love walking around downtown and seeing a ton of delivery bikes from Jimmy Johns scooting around town. Delivery is also super fast!

Super fast delivery and no delivery charge! Best spot for delivery downtown. I also love the online ordering and customization. You can even get an "unwich" lettuce wrap instead of bread. Yaya!

consistently good, that's all you can expect from a chain and this place delivers. knocks the socks off subway. granted it isn't healthy, but what do you expect from subs that are made really freaking fast?

I don't normally review chain restaurants. Not because they don't serve good food, but more because the food is the exact same every time you go. Nothing special, so no review. I'm breaking my mold with this one because Jimmy John's is the best delivery in Downtown Tampa. No delivery charge, and no minimum for a delivery. It usually takes from 8-10 minutes from ordering online to make it to my suite Downtown. Crazy fast. They aren't kidding with their commercials. Reasons why you should order lunch from Jimmy Johns if you work Downtown and don't want to leave your office: #1- Order online, it's easy. You can set it up to repeat orders too. And no one hears your lunch order, it gets weird when you order the same thing everyday. This way, no one knows. And you are still cool with your office folk. #2- Delivery guys/girls are great. They are nice, they remember your name, and they are fast. So fast. Have I mentioned they are fast? I always tip the delivery person. You should too. Tip an extra buck if it's raining because, I mean, come on. They biked in the rain to bring you a freaking sandwich. Shell out an extra dollar. #3- Sandwiches are delicious. Granted, I've only had one. I order the exact same thing every single time. Vegetarian sub. Add, oil and vinegar, oregano, and salt and pepper. "The best thing on the menu" says the girl who has never ordered anything else on the menu.

Rip off report! I asked for a number 3 turkey slim to go. They never asked if I wanted any toppings and threw 3 pieces of turkey on a sub without any toppings or sauce. I did not realize that this happened until I left. Five dollars wasted on few pieces of turkey and bread!!!!

Gourmet??? Hardly. While the food was fast and the crew friendly, gourmet (their claim) this was not. The turkey was pressed, of the Oscar Mayer variety, and the bacon had as much flavor as cardboard. If it wasn't for the overindulgence of mayonnaise, this sub would have no flavor at all.

Here is my take on Jimmy Johns -- decent quality ingredients, limited menu, blazing fast speed! This is the only sub shop I will go to when there is a line. The JJ employees manage to plow through the orders quick! Sometimes my sub is ready before I can pay and get to the other end of the counter! If you need a quick sandwich in downtown Tampa during the lunch hour--this is your place!

Amazingly fast delivery, my food is usually at my door within of 15 minutes of ordering. The menu is limited and I wish they had hot subs tho. Overall I recommend, have ordered over 20 times and I have never had a bad experience.

I went to this place on a Sunday and they had probably just opened. The service is fast and the menu is limited which contributes to their speed. If you're looking for fast, these are your guys. If you're looking for quality, go elsewhere. I ordered a Turkey Tom which automatically comes with mayo so I changed that and added a few things too. They were all on the sandwich but the setup does not make it seem like customization is welcomed because they are trying to go fast. The sandwich was ok at best. To make it seem that the meat was going to be extraordinary or the cheese something special was a straight up falsehood. Subway probably has the same supplier. The best thing was the french bread. I don't think I'll be returning to any Jimmy Johns in the future. It's fast food, not good food.

Sammy's with the quickness. Pretty much what you expect. The service was spot on, and they had our sandwiches done before we finished ordering. Restaurant is spotless, and being mopped as we walked in, extreme clean. I also like that they deliver on bike, huge plus, and they use Hellman's, and to me the beauty is in the details.

Really good subs, really good bread, and overall they make some of the best subs in town. Their downfall is their lack of consistency. Specifically when you are ordering delivery like I do 3x a week. I work in downtown and the bulk of my life is spent in meetings so delivery is almost a necessity for me. They can never get my order right, one simple sandwich is like asking a drunken toddler to put an advanced jigsaw puzzle together. When I ask for a manager they tell me he's too busy. That just tells me on top of not paying attention to orders they just dont care. 0/6 on my orders, ill be going somewhere else for delivered sandwiches.

Jimmy John's is a chain. So let's keep that in mind when reviewing. This isn't a family-owned deli or a gastro pub. It's a sandwich franchise. That said, it's the best darn sandwich franchise in our area. It blows the doors off Subway. And remember, Publix subs are awesome but they don't deliver. The "Woohoo!" rating is actually for Caitlin, who works at the Franklin Street JJ location. She told us that yes, that location did deliver to our place of work. She took our order, repeated it, gave us our total, and helped us pay over the phone with a credit card. Trouble was, technically that JJ location DIDN'T deliver to our area. But Caitlin took the initiative and followed through with the JJ promise of freaky-fast delivery. She delivered the food herself. So, thank you Jimmy John's for having awesome food and awesome people. And thank you Caitlin for going above and beyond. You made our "work-through-lunch-day" bearable.

Seriously the best sandwich in town? Some people need to get out more or the employees are reviewing the place. The bread was fairly good, but not a whole lot of meat on the sandwich, minuscule amount of dressing w/ strange after taste. The bonus was the guy making it, if he forgot which state he lived in he could look in the mirror, oh how I love Florida face tattoos, way to rep. your state homie.
