#189 Yes, it's just a Dunkin Donuts. This location is ok, they don't mess your order up. All their donuts taste the same. Is it me? The best thing in DD are the bagels. Today I went in to try the Cronuts which DD does not call Cronut. They are Croissant Donuts. The only thing resembling a croissant is that you could pull it apart in layers. Tasted like any other DD spud. It was kinda cakey but nothing resembling a croissant. Individually boxed and priced at $1.99 each....I don't think so. Gimme that bagel instead.

2.5 Stars I come to this DD because it is conveniently located on the correct side of the road for me to stop at on my way into work. Since they don't offer soy milk, my drink options are limited to hot coffee or iced coffee. Most of my experience with this particular DD is just with the drive-thru. So, at the drive-thru - sometimes they hear your order correctly, sometimes they don't. Sometimes you get exactly what you ordered, sometimes you don't. Sometimes they tell you the price once you order, sometimes they don't. They seem to cycle through help quickly, since I have different people greeting me every month. They always seem to be short of help - I have been here when the drive-thru line is long, and when I pull up it looks like there are just two workers trying to take care of everything. Very frequently there are cars pulled out of line, waiting for their order to be filled. Fortunately - the coffee is consistently good. Tip - don't forget to buy your pumpkin K-cups-they are awesome!

I usually really like this location. It is clean, but tonight their were a few problems. First the drive thru speaker was not working well. They were out of my first 2 choices of doughnuts. The service worker appeared under the weather. I am glad I checked my order before I left! I had 2 unknown doughnuts, I had never heard of or seen this type of doughnut before. I definately did not order them. The 2 I did order, looked nothing like them, it was ridiculous. Then they didn't want to switch the doughnuts for the correct ones as the box was open. The box was never closed properly, I looked, did NOT, I repeat did not touch and pointed the mistake out to the clerk. Whst a bunch of crap over their lousy mistake. Eventually the situation was handled, I just wonder if it was worth the hassle, but I had already paid. What's a girl to do? I want the doughnuts I like and order, not some random selection made by a random clerk.

Really starting to not like going to Dunkin Donuts. I went to try thier Carmel Frappe and let me tell you if that was not the worse thing ever. I must say the turn and chicken wrap they have is really good. I know weird, but it's good. Then we went to the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robin store one night for some shakes. Now I realize we got the like 45 min before they closed, however to say that you are out of ice cream. Really? I believe is was more they didn't want to havew to clean anymore than they had.

I had to stop going here bc the coffee is just awful. It's incredibly bitter. It's so strange because when I go to the DD on the opposite side of hillborough the iced coffee was better. You just either need a ton of cream or it tastes like battery acid : / It might just be the difference in whoever is brewing it doesn't do the best job, maybe they are burning it or maybe the regular roast needs to be modified. It gets an extra star for friendly drive through staff, however. Sorry guys!

The ONLY reason I frequent this location is because it's blocks away from my work. Otherwise, I'd be somewhere else buying my morning coffee. This is by far the slowest drive-thru in the world. Typically they will ask you to pull up and bring your order out up to you; even for just drink orders. More often that not my order has some kind of error in it. I take my coffee with Splenda, and have had sugar put in quite a few times (be cautious those with diabetes!) When they do get it right, however, it's delicious. I've always been a big fan of their iced coffee, and until I get a new job (or something else opens up on my morning drive) I'll be going here for my coffee needs.

I like Dunkin Donuts coffee as a rule, and the iced coffee was always so wonderful & refreshing growing up in NJ. Not sure if they changed the brew/beans or if it's just different down in Florida, but the iced coffee is never as refreshing or as caffeinated. Always tastes bitter & if I order a flavored iced coffee, they don't give the brewed flavors but regular with a squirt of those gross syrups. The bagels are ok- a bit plasticy, but I end up here anyway due to the convenience of the drive-thru. The drive-thru has traditionally been painfully slow, but was super fast this past week, so maybe things are improving. Either way, can't beat the convenience!
